- 0:04Speaker 1: Thank you for listening to the picture of the radiant.
- 0:26Speaker 2: Rat.
- 0:28Speaker 3: You readything to me? Oh well, well say, oh well,
- 0:57not a bad stop, I just say.
- 1:14Speaker 4: So.
- 1:16Speaker 2: She call Maashion So music days.
- 1:38Speaker 1: Okay, welcome back everybody, and let's introduce our next guest.
- 1:44She is a musical alchemist and a gifted, soulful, intuitive guitarist.
- 1:56Ernest stephen Day and her guitar have been together for
- 2:01over twenty seven years and they have shared life's joys, sorrows,
- 2:07and everything in between. They have created a symbiotic relationship
- 2:16between them and most of this almost soul made relationship.
- 2:25When Ernestine plays, her energy merges and something powerful and
- 2:33new happens and beautiful emergence with her music. Ernestine's ability
- 2:42to synchronize to the flow of energy from her soul
- 2:45and her heart and engage fully with the universal flow
- 2:51of energy around her and then translates and it comes
- 2:57out into her music. Now if you're listening to her
- 3:04right now, slightly in the background. And I just thought
- 3:10it was a good way to introduce her and her
- 3:16music to our next episode. So why don't we bring
- 3:22Ernsteine and her guitar onto the show now?
- 3:41Speaker 2: We can.
- 3:59Speaker 1: So Ernestine, Welcome to the show. Of course, we've played
- 4:04in the background of your intro, we've played a little
- 4:07bit of your what was that called hanglan uh the instrumental.
- 4:15Speaker 4: Silence, instrumental silence.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, we've played a little snippet of that would
- 4:20say beautiful, very beautiful and moving. So how the heck
- 4:27did you get started playing guitar? To we get with?
- 4:31Speaker 4: Oh, well, I'm I'm born and raised on a small
- 4:35island called Prince Edward Island, Pei, and my my dad
- 4:41and mom both were musicians, but more so my dad,
- 4:44and so genetically I inherited the genes the DNA for
- 4:50music through him, which he inherited from his mother, then
- 4:54his mother inherited from her father. Like it's like, it's
- 4:58really cool, and guitar has always been a part of
- 5:02my life. But where it really stepped in and both
- 5:07was together is in nineteen ninety six, I used to
- 5:11say I lost myself. I was losing myself. I was
- 5:13waking up to myself. But I did not understand that
- 5:15at that time. And so as I reached out for counseling,
- 5:21and I had the most amazing counselor, and as I
- 5:27opened up to my own thoughts, my own feelings, and
- 5:31my own emotions. I would channel that energy through my guitar,
- 5:36and of course there's no words, and that's how my
- 5:39music started. And then in two thousand and one, I
- 5:44knew my music was special, not because of me, but
- 5:47because of where it came from within me, and I
- 5:51wanted to secure it. And the only way I knew
- 5:55at that time how to secure it was go into
- 5:57a recording studio and just record my music, which I did,
- 6:02and then after about six eight months doing this that
- 6:09I was running out of money, so I was going
- 6:11to stop recording, and then my mom, who died twelve
- 6:15years prior to that or ten years prior to that,
- 6:18something with that, I got a three thousand dollars check
- 6:21from her estate and that's how my first album came about.
- 6:25So thanks to my mom, that's how she funded my
- 6:30first album, Me, Myself and I and then a psychologist
- 6:35heard my music and through that was a message to
- 6:38me that you need to take one of the songs
- 6:41that are on me, myself and I and make it
- 6:44an album by itself, which was instrumental Silence, and that
- 6:49song was channeled because when I was done with counseling.
- 6:55There was still one part of me who was missing.
- 6:57I didn't understand it at that time, but I assume
- 7:00found out why because it was my spirituality. And brought
- 7:06me this amazing lady, Reverend Cantania Kyler, and she said, well,
- 7:13you know, I'm a minister, blah blah blah. I said, look,
- 7:15I'm gonna be honest with you. I have an issue
- 7:17with organized religion. And she goes me too. I said what.
- 7:21And we had the most beautiful conversation for like three
- 7:24or four hours whatever it was. So I decided to
- 7:27go check out her center. And what happened was during
- 7:31she was doing a guided meditation and to feel that
- 7:36energy and witnessing it and all of that. I took
- 7:39that feeling and I went home and I channeled instrumental silence,
- 7:43which you heard, and that's how that song came about.
- 7:49And so yeah, and then I put my music away
- 7:53for about thirteen years after that and started to pick
- 7:59it up again twenty fifteen and just slowly getting back
- 8:05into it. But where I am now is beyond my
- 8:09wildest dreams.
- 8:11Speaker 5: Right.
- 8:11Speaker 4: It's it's me learning and understanding or innerstanding who I
- 8:17really am, not what I think I am, but who
- 8:19I really am from within? And with that journey has
- 8:24been it's the word is priceless. It's magical. And then
- 8:32but I then three three and a half years ago,
- 8:37so we twenty one, Yeah, twenty one. I bought a investor.
- 8:42I bought I invested in a looper and this incredible
- 8:48tool opened me up to a part of me I
- 8:50did not know what was inside of me. And it's
- 8:55been an amazing journey for the last three and a
- 8:57bit years of learning and growing and expanding.
- 9:03Speaker 5: It's just.
- 9:06Speaker 4: Yeah, and it's like what I what I'm now doing,
- 9:10which I thought, And that's why it's funny how you
- 9:14sit there and you think that that because the way
- 9:19you channeled a song, you can want to call it composed.
- 9:22That's fine, compose a song that has to be that
- 9:25way all the time. No, it doesn't. And and my
- 9:32music teaches me all the time. And one of the
- 9:35things is this, it's like, as much as an energy
- 9:38has been channeled already, but what I find, first of all,
- 9:43feelings and emotions are constantly shifting every single moment of
- 9:46our lives. And it's like my music, like sometimes a
- 9:50song wants to be played this way, and now the
- 9:53time we want to be played that way or be
- 9:55expressed that way, it shifts and I just love that
- 9:59and I go for this magical right it carries me.
- 10:02I don't I don't have any control. Yeah, I do,
- 10:06Like I surrender. I step into this part that I
- 10:09am and just trust whatever's coming in the way it
- 10:11wants to be expressed. And ninety nine percent of the time,
- 10:15like I never planned what I'm going to play. I
- 10:17might have an inkling, but I don't hold on to
- 10:21the inklings. This has to be that way. No, it
- 10:23doesn't have to be that. I just allow whatever to
- 10:26come in and through to to to be expressed in
- 10:30that moment the way it wants to be expressed. I
- 10:33just the human side of me gets the hell out
- 10:35of my way.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, you just found a really wonderful way to
- 10:45explain musical alchemists in what is it? Soulful? Soulful Guitars?
- 10:51Was it? Yeah, it's your soul. Pardon it's your soul.
- 10:59Speaker 4: It is so it's and that's like in late twenty seventeen,
- 11:04Spirit gave me my name Soulful Guitars, and it just
- 11:10felt right because it is me it's every time I
- 11:15pick up the guitar, it's it's a soul expression. It's
- 11:19it's you know, the relationship between me and my guitar
- 11:25like it's magical, it's and I have so much gratitude
- 11:29for her. She's always there. And what I've been discovering
- 11:34for myself is I remember about four years ago, three
- 11:40or four years ago, I was having a rough time
- 11:44and emotionally, and I picked up the guitar and I
- 11:48started playing, and it took that emotions and just calmed
- 11:52me down and I got back in touch with myself.
- 11:57And that's what my music does for me. And to
- 12:00hear from others how it impacts them and their lives
- 12:07and how they feel about themselves. And you know, it's
- 12:13I've said this to a few people, you know, it's
- 12:17how do you do with my music? Is I consider it?
- 12:23I consider it worldly because emotions and feelings aren't in
- 12:28a box.
- 12:28Speaker 5: It's everywhere.
- 12:30Speaker 4: And I don't want to get pension hold as a
- 12:33meditation person or this or that many many things when
- 12:38it comes to music. You know, a year and a
- 12:42half ago, you know, I invested in sound bowls and
- 12:45crystal you know, Crystal bowl and and and I'm stepping
- 12:49into another part of me where I'm now doing sound
- 12:52baths right, which is sixty to ninety minutes of incredible energy.
- 13:02And you know it's it's we are all truly magical.
- 13:08We all have gifts and abilities. And I know for me,
- 13:14like I never saw myself even as a decent guitar player.
- 13:18I played guitar, yeah, but decent right, But it was
- 13:22a year ago. It was a year ago. I was
- 13:26for some reason, I was really listening back and just
- 13:30enjoying myself. Could you could say, and I went, I'm
- 13:34not too shabby at what I do right, And it
- 13:37just made my heart sing because you know, like most musicians,
- 13:41a lot of us don't listen to what we do.
- 13:44We do our work and that's it. We move on,
- 13:48and it doesn't mean we don't play our work. But
- 13:51what I'm trying to say is this is do we listen?
- 13:54But you know, like when you're in the recording studio, Yeah,
- 13:57you're listening back, you're editing, you're doing all this stuff
- 14:00that is different to me. But if you're just listening
- 14:03just to hear, and I just win. Wow, Like I said,
- 14:10I'm not too shabby and now my confidence level in
- 14:14what I do now has just risen immensely in the
- 14:17last year year and a half. And I'm owning this.
- 14:21I'm stepping into because there's no separation from me and
- 14:25the soulful guitarist. I am the soulful guitarist. And I
- 14:29channeled this amazing energy from source through my guitar without
- 14:34using words.
- 14:36Speaker 1: And it's safe to say that your spirit is in
- 14:41the driver's seat of or you know, at the controls
- 14:45of the soulful guitars.
- 14:47Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, absolutely. And it's like we have free will.
- 14:53We have free choice, all of us. Do you know.
- 14:55I can honor this that is there or I can
- 14:57just let it go, like we have free will, all
- 15:00of us do. And I choose to step into this
- 15:05that I am more and more and not be afraid
- 15:09of it. And not only that is we have to
- 15:13be very careful because like I'm very sensitive about my
- 15:20music just because where it comes from. And and people
- 15:34I really admire writers, like people here, people who write
- 15:38poetry right to you know, like I'm in awe of
- 15:43these people that do that. I don't do that, you know,
- 15:48and I me, me is my music, and it's how
- 15:58about I if I share for yours one song right now?
- 16:02Speaker 5: How about that?
- 16:03Speaker 4: To give him an idea what we're talking about.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Let's go for it.
- 16:07Speaker 4: Okay, I want to get you just to mute yourself
- 16:10just because what's going to happen here?
- 16:13Speaker 1: To get back there?
- 20:49Speaker 4: Yeah? Wow, Yeah, it's it's to feel.
- 21:04Speaker 1: For me, is you have something really beautiful?
- 21:08Speaker 4: And yeah, because you know, it's to trust myself, like
- 21:18you know, it's because I feel deeply. I've always felt deeply.
- 21:23And to have such a beautiful tool, which is my guitar,
- 21:28to be able to express from that place and not
- 21:32have to think about words because all I have to
- 21:34do is just be with myself and my guitar. And
- 21:38and it's and it because my guitar is my voice.
- 21:41I had a friend of mine, I did her podcast
- 21:44and she said, Ernie, your first language is is the guitar? Well, yeah,
- 21:50you're right, and that because I I I you know,
- 21:56I have a difficult time sometimes communicating with people because
- 22:00you know, I'm such a deep feeler. I'm a deep
- 22:03thinker like you know, and to try to be you know,
- 22:07surface stuff, you know, generally speaking, hi, how you doing?
- 22:10You know, type of thing that's fine, But like we
- 22:14are of substance, we are of value. And I've had
- 22:19to work at myself to understand who I am to
- 22:24to to to realize that the programming that I was
- 22:32programmed to act, saying do behave a certain way and
- 22:35that I'd be loved, that is so warped. It is
- 22:40so freakom warped. And for me to to you know,
- 22:44my younger brother accused me years ago of running away
- 22:48from my problems. No, I was running to a safe
- 22:52space and place where I could start doing my inner work.
- 22:56And where I spent eight and a half years on
- 22:59five acres just outside of None. I'mo in Cassidy and
- 23:05it was and that's where I get. I did my
- 23:07counseling in there, I did my recording from there, Like
- 23:10you know, it was such a beautiful home space and
- 23:13we were like three miles back in off the highway
- 23:18and it was just so tranquil. And my roommate was amazing.
- 23:22He was the first. I didn't understand it then, but
- 23:26a man, do I ever understand it now? Is like
- 23:31I knew he was special and just his essence of
- 23:34who he is and he listens, he hears what you're saying,
- 23:37not what people. Most people don't listen to hear what
- 23:41somebody's actually saying. They're filtering it through their mechanism to
- 23:45give a response, right right, So you're not listening. And
- 23:51this guy he listened and then he sat there and
- 23:55then if something came to him, he would say it.
- 23:58You know, he pointed so many things out to me.
- 24:00It's like, you know, just so many things, and it's
- 24:05just I'm so grateful for him. Unfortunately he's no longer
- 24:09on this planet. But I'll tell you this. While he
- 24:12was on this planet, he was doing a lot of
- 24:15planting seeds to help people to see who they really
- 24:18are and to honor their own thoughts, their own feelings,
- 24:21and their own emotions. And he introduced me right now.
- 24:27I don't know why. I can't think his name. I
- 24:28can see his face clear as a bell, but he
- 24:32and he introduced me to like David Arkinstone, which is
- 24:36an incredible musician like his is all guided right, and
- 24:43other you know artists.
- 24:45Speaker 5: I went wow, because I start.
- 24:46Speaker 4: Listening on a different level that I never knew. It's
- 24:49like Susan Blue Card go, I don't know, this is
- 24:54kind of back into my field. Here is is. I
- 24:57remember one time listening to her and I ran down.
- 25:00There's Barry. That's his name, Barry, And I said, hey, Barry,
- 25:04you know and he goes yeah. But what I realized
- 25:09is because I was programmed to think, not to feel,
- 25:14so that interfered with my perception and my view of
- 25:19so much stuff. And so it's breaking down those walls,
- 25:23those barriers within myself to feel, because that's where I
- 25:29operate best at. I don't operate at thinking I should
- 25:33do this, I should do that. And I don't like
- 25:34the word it should, because like I have to, I
- 25:37don't have to do fuck all. Sorry everybody, but I
- 25:39don't have to do anything right. If I don't want
- 25:43to do it, I'm not gonna do it. I don't
- 25:44owe anybody anything, but I do owe me. I owe
- 25:49myself to respect myself, to put myself in places and
- 25:53situations where I can grow and expand I don't need
- 25:57a lot of people in and around me. I got me,
- 26:01that's what really matters, and my own thoughts, feelings, emotions
- 26:05and and and it's just like when you reached out
- 26:08to me there a few weeks ago, and because I
- 26:11put a lot of memes out in a day. And
- 26:15it's these memes speak to me. I may not be
- 26:20able to create that meme, but I know when it,
- 26:23when I read it, it speaks volumes to me. So
- 26:26I take that meme, I share it out in hopes
- 26:28that it will help somebody else. And because we get
- 26:32so caught up in the brain, you know that programming,
- 26:36and it's like, yeah, there's certain things, Yeah, we have
- 26:39to do, right, we all have to work, we all
- 26:42have to you know, provide ourselves with incomes. We put
- 26:45food on the table, roof over our head. Absolutely, those
- 26:48are a must. But at the same time, not to
- 26:52the point that you compromise your values or your morals.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Right, I mean, I mean in the world today, world
- 27:02I think we're doing, we're just coming for that is
- 27:09like to like the golden Golden Kids.
- 27:19Speaker 4: Yeah, well it's it's looking at things from a different perspective,
- 27:24is what I'm getting right now. And that because it's
- 27:29I know myself that that I'll go hmm, I never
- 27:35thought of it that way. So I sit with that
- 27:37within myself and doesn't resonate. Yeah, if it doesn't resonate, nope.
- 27:44Speaker 5: Right.
- 27:44Speaker 4: And the and the one thing that I really like
- 27:49This is a reflection back and being where I am
- 27:52today is that spirit has always guided me. Spirit has
- 27:57always protected me, My guides, my angels, They've always been there.
- 28:01I just was not made aware of them until much later.
- 28:06And then as I get to grow and expand them.
- 28:09Oh that's what this was. And it's like I had
- 28:12an incident when I lived at the ranch there for
- 28:16you and a half years. We had a major snowstorm
- 28:20and we were penned in for five days and finally
- 28:23had to plow out. And so I was going to
- 28:27work and I got stuck in the snow and no, no,
- 28:31because I worked at a with mentally challenged adults with
- 28:36severe behavior problems. And my colleagues we worked four days on,
- 28:41four days off, and my colleagues, I'm going no because
- 28:53I'm like my back of my cars. I didn't, and
- 28:55like literally it was.
- 28:57Speaker 6: Like I'm just praying. I said, no, I got to
- 29:02get to work, all right.
- 29:24Speaker 4: It's that it's just the more conscious we are of
- 29:31who we are, not what we think you are. This
- 29:33is what's coming to me right now, is I remember
- 29:37I was reading a book called There to Be Yourself
- 29:39by Alan Cohen, and I was taken. I was doing
- 29:43one on one counseling. I was also doing group counseling.
- 29:46And so this one evening, I was reading this book
- 29:52and many other things and then I'll go to bed
- 29:54and I had this dream and I woke up in
- 29:56the morning. It was so vivid and I never had
- 29:58that before that I can read call, and so I
- 30:01went downstairs to share it with Barry and the Sun,
- 30:04and I was guided to, you know, go journal it.
- 30:07So I went upstairs and I start draining it. So
- 30:09I was reliving it, and I was back in that spot.
- 30:12And now I'm awake and I'm traveling the exact thing
- 30:16where because I know this place very well. And then
- 30:19all of a sudden, I went traveling down this valley
- 30:26where mountains on both sides of me, and I'm traveling fast,
- 30:30like really fast, and I get I see this lighthouse
- 30:35because I'm coming to water. I see this lighthouse that's flashing,
- 30:38and I'm thinking to myself, wow, that that lighthouse is
- 30:42saving people from crashing, like the boats from crashing on
- 30:46the land. And as I got closer, like all of
- 30:48a sudden, I you know, it was like big, you know,
- 30:52like what the Pyramids made of like the big boulders, right,
- 30:55that kind of boulders, and and this lighthouse is on
- 30:59top of that. But as I got there, and it
- 31:03was like the sun was shining, but I couldn't see
- 31:06the sun. The wind was blowing, but I could not
- 31:10feel the wind. People were actually there, they were talking,
- 31:14but I could not hear them talking. And it was
- 31:19in that moment it was like this incredible recognition within
- 31:25myself that oh, my God, that's who I am. And
- 31:31when I came on to this earth, which we all
- 31:34are of this, I came on to this plant, this
- 31:37earth as pure joy, pure love, pure everything right, and
- 31:43this energy was shooting through me and it was like
- 31:47a holy small So of course the first thing I
- 31:50do is go to my guitar, and this song which
- 31:55is called pure Joy, pure Love, pure everything, was channeled
- 31:58in that moment of that experience. And what I do
- 32:06know with what I just said, when we come into
- 32:09this world. But the sad part is for me and
- 32:12my story, is that the adults that were in and
- 32:16around me were very dysfunctional, and so they projected their
- 32:22stuff onto us. We all all understand that, and an
- 32:25intellectual level doesn't make it right. But that's what happens.
- 32:29And so I started building walls and barriers to protect
- 32:34the call of my being. And so, you know, as
- 32:39we get on with our lives, here is for us
- 32:42to break down those walls, those barriers that's separating us
- 32:47from who we really are. And the one place that
- 32:51I know where I get to be truly who I
- 32:54am is through my music, right and it's it's you know,
- 33:02I feel very blessed. I feel very fortunate. I feel
- 33:06so blessed by spirit and trusting me with this, you know,
- 33:11because it's it's a it's a gift. It's the ability.
- 33:14It's not mine to hold on to. And that's why
- 33:16I do so many lives, right. I do a couple
- 33:20of lives a week right now, some day to do
- 33:23more in other days, I know, you know, it just
- 33:25depends how I'm feeling. Is it's it's like it's my lifeline.
- 33:30Speaker 5: It's my life life line.
- 33:33Speaker 4: Period.
- 33:34Speaker 1: Yeah. Now you do the lives on YouTube of course.
- 33:37Speaker 4: Right, yeah, I do it right now. It's YouTube and Facebook.
- 33:43I'm going to work on Instagram. Everything to find me
- 33:47is very easy because it's soulful guitarist. My website, by
- 33:51the way, is Soulful Guitars dot com. And you know,
- 33:58my YouTube channels soulful Guitarist Ernestine.
- 34:02Speaker 2: Uh.
- 34:03Speaker 4: Instagram is the same Soulful Guitarist Ernestine. My Facebook is
- 34:08Ernestine Day. I do have the other page, business page,
- 34:11which I've never used, right, you know, it's just yeah,
- 34:18it's I'm here to assist and help people to to
- 34:26to get in touch with themselves. Something that's that that
- 34:31I really started to understand is that I tap into
- 34:37people's energies and it was never a conscious thing. It
- 34:40just happens, right, and I would channel their song and
- 34:46those those are called soul signature sessions where I do
- 34:50want alarm with people, where we get an hour or
- 34:52however long it needs to be, and I just start
- 34:57channel whatever energy and and and once I tap into
- 35:01that person, then I channeled their at their essence and
- 35:06then they have that. Yes, yeah, it's pretty fun. It
- 35:12is fun. I'm going to share a friend of mine.
- 35:21A year ago, I was in Houston and for Sologifest
- 35:26and I stayed at a friend's house in Houston. Kate
- 35:29Lumley is her name. And the first day I was
- 35:34actually there, everybody else was out doing their thing, and
- 35:38I was in the house by myself, and so I
- 35:40started playing and because like sometimes I don't recognize what
- 35:43I'm doing, I just do it anyway, right, because I
- 35:46don't want to think about it. I'm just being in
- 35:48the moment. And so I channeled her song and it's
- 35:51and it's called delightful because that's who Kate is. And
- 35:56and sometimes spirit has me playing her song very soft
- 35:58and gentle, the times it's more upbeat. It just depends.
- 36:02And right now we're to find out how it wants
- 36:05to be expressed.
- 36:07Speaker 5: But yeah, it.
- 37:49Speaker 2: W wait a no back.
- 41:49Speaker 7: Sweepsta Okay, you sure he has some fun doing that?
- 45:36Speaker 3: And doing that?
- 45:37Speaker 4: I do, I do? Do I know what I'm doing? No?
- 45:41Do it?
- 45:42Speaker 3: You know?
- 45:42Speaker 6: I have no no idea.
- 45:43Speaker 4: I just I trust everything that comes to me.
- 45:46Speaker 5: And that's it's.
- 45:49Speaker 4: To hear back the energies that come back. It's like, wow,
- 45:57I'm in awe off myself, like I did.
- 46:00Speaker 1: Right, but it's not me YEA one last question last ques, Yes,
- 46:06So what we make if we're making your world the
- 46:11most beautiful.
- 46:14Speaker 4: Play my music to everybody, to the entire world. That's
- 46:20my sole purpose actually for being here and having this
- 46:24gift and ability is to to share this incredible energy
- 46:28that is channeled through me and comes out through my guitar,
- 46:33and it's it's to help people to assist for them
- 46:39to be with themselves. I had somebody who suffers from
- 46:43fib my algia and she sent me a message last
- 46:45week telling me that she found relief by listening to
- 46:49my music from her fibromyalgia. And the one thing is
- 46:57for those who are familiar with this word light language,
- 47:00that is what I do. Lat language is healing. And
- 47:04also another thing which I would like to mention to everybody,
- 47:08all my music is in four thirty two megahertz, which
- 47:12is the heart frequency. And so yeah, so through my website,
- 47:20there's three albums on my website on Amazon and Apple
- 47:25all those guys. Only two of my albums are out.
- 47:28There's another one that needs to go up. Number four,
- 47:30number five are have been recorded in two thousand and
- 47:34twenty two. But I had to back away from that
- 47:40part because mentally I couldn't handle it. And finally I
- 47:44feel like I'm getting back into that driver's seat to
- 47:46go back and do that, finish off the album and
- 47:49get it out, and you know, like most of you know,
- 47:54I know you know this everything Like I'm an independent
- 47:57recording artist. Nobody's ever supped me. And what I do,
- 48:01I've done it all myself. Yes, part of it is
- 48:03through my mom, you know, get my first album, but
- 48:07it's to me, it's not about making money. I just
- 48:11want to help people.
- 48:14Speaker 5: Yeah right, yeah, it's it's just.
- 48:19Speaker 4: Yeah, I just want to help people and just share
- 48:23my music. That's why I think. That's why I do
- 48:26so many lives is it gives me great joy because
- 48:28I'm getting nourished from it myself, but also those that
- 48:32are able to attend to be there because I do
- 48:34it spontaneously. My lives it's because I never know when
- 48:40I want to go live, if I'm going to actually
- 48:43have an event where there's an actual day and time
- 48:45like for example, my soundbas there is a there is
- 48:49energy exchange like for that because I'm setting a day
- 48:54in a time right, so hey, and it has a
- 48:58sole purpose. It does. Everything I do is sole purpose. Well,
- 49:00what I'm saying is that you're getting, you know, from
- 49:03my soundbouts sixty to ninety minutes of bliss right and
- 49:09to be whatever you want it to be. And I'm
- 49:11learning too from even other soundbouts people that I've connected
- 49:16with over the years and just to this is what's
- 49:28coming to me. None of us can change the past.
- 49:32None of us can, but we can take that experiences
- 49:37to the present and create a new reality for the future,
- 49:42the present and the future. And like I know that,
- 49:47you know, people have told me they can. They the
- 49:49things they've seen where I'm going to go and I
- 49:51know it. I could feel it. I don't talk about it,
- 49:56but my music is it's amazing to be a game
- 50:01going back. It's not me, You're an Esteine Day. It's
- 50:04the spirit, my soul that's coming through. Yeah, I don't know, it's.
- 50:11Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I don't know. Experience. Experience is amazing and
- 50:22it is an experience serience for or just not just
- 50:27not just my ears, for my soul. Yeah.
- 50:34Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 50:34Speaker 4: And that's the thing like what I used, you know,
- 50:36I say to some people not very often I say this,
- 50:39but it's like if I went up to you and said, hi, Michael,
- 50:42my name is Ernestine Day and I'm a soulful guitarist,
- 50:44You're gonna go that's nice. But they're not being rude
- 50:48because they haven't heard it, So how can you? And
- 50:53that's where I want to give people the opportunity to
- 50:55come and experience what I do. And if you're able
- 50:58to stay however I'm online, great, If you're not, that's
- 51:01okay to commit for however long you need and go
- 51:04whatever you need to do. I'm not offended by it.
- 51:07Why would I. That's that's like setting myself up expecting everybody.
- 51:12I expect everybody be there, you know, No, no, no,
- 51:17all right, that's setting yourself up to get hurt. I'm
- 51:20just goin and whoever's there is there, and who's not
- 51:24they're not, but you know, it's just no expectation none.
- 51:28Just go and have fun.
- 51:30Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 51:31Speaker 1: Yeah, with that. With that, thank you for joining us
- 51:34today today, and thank you everybody. Make it simple forest
- 51:45or on Facebook and join in the fun, in the fun,
- 51:49listen to beautiful sounds and sounds, the view.
- 51:53Speaker 4: Yeah, the vibrations absolutely, the frequencies, the vibration. Thank you, Michael,
- 52:00Thank you everybody, and I hope you you'd like to
