- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Hi everyone.
- 0:01SPEAKER_00: Today we're gonna talk about what, Lena?
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: Du Bibeling.
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: Lena told me last week you need to watch a show on Netflix.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: Was it last week or the week before?
- 0:07SPEAKER_01: I think two weeks ago.
- 0:08SPEAKER_01: Two weeks ago, yeah.
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: I was like home dying of the plague.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: Um it wasn't COVID or anything.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: It wasn't anything, it was just a virus.
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: And so Lena's like watched the show so we could talk about it because everybody's watching it.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 0:19SPEAKER_01: Okay, before you you before you get into it, um I think for me, when I first when I first saw the trailer, I was like, oh my god, this is so bad, right?
- 0:30SPEAKER_01: And then I'm like, I'm like, I watched the first episode, and like literally three or four minutes into the show, and I'm rolling my eyes, I'm like, this can't be good for any any representation.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: The the interesting thing about that is like two of those people two people on the show are actually like really public personalities.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: So like Lujain Omran and um Chris Fade, right?
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: Oh, really?
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: Is he like a thing?
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: Yeah, he's like pretty big time.
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: He was the most annoying, but anyway, go ahead.
- 0:57SPEAKER_01: I mean, honestly, tell me tell me tell me what your thoughts were when you first the first episode.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: After the first episode.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: First of all, I felt like I felt like I was watching a car accident.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: There was a lot going on.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of like, oh my god, am I missing stuff?
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: Um there was just so much happening, just like in the first 20 minutes alone.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: Just so much.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: Um I was really surprised that just on episode one, Safa, the the woman that the the the Iraqi British woman or British Iraqi woman that's married to the is he Pakistani or Indian?
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: I think he's Indian.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: I think he's Indian.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: Um Fahad.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: Fahad.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Fahad.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: I like need to know like what is happening.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: I mean, she's so mean to him.
- 1:36SPEAKER_01: Okay, before we get to that, because I'm gonna go through each character.
- 1:40SPEAKER_01: My thing was, I felt embarrassed after the first episode.
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: No, I'm not embarrassed.
- 1:44SPEAKER_01: Oh, I did, but you know what?
- 1:45SPEAKER_01: No, I know it's not real, but I'm just like, like the the what's her name, Zaina, when she says I'm the queen of Versace.
- 1:51SPEAKER_01: I'm just like, girl.
- 1:52SPEAKER_01: She's the only one I actually like.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: Wait, but that's the episode, the first episode, but I actually ended up liking her.
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: She was and then and then after the first episode finished, I'm like, um, like I really wanted to hate on it.
- 2:02SPEAKER_01: And I was like, oh, this is so disgusting.
- 2:04SPEAKER_01: Oh, this is so fake.
- 2:05SPEAKER_01: But you can't.
- 2:05SPEAKER_01: This is not how everybody but then you get sucked in.
- 2:08SPEAKER_01: You really get sucked into the city.
- 2:10SPEAKER_01: You get sucked in, and it's it was pretty entertaining.
- 2:12SPEAKER_01: I I can't, I can't lie.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: It was pretty, I mean, it's like it's it was very entertaining.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: Some of the some of the things that like some of the different cast members say, like, it's so far removed from reality.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: I did, I did appreciate like right in in episode one when um Safol called Zaina to be like, oh my god, I have this emergency, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: Zayna comes over and she goes, Um, that's like first world problems.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: And I was like, oh, Zayn, Zaina's amazing.
- 2:38SPEAKER_01: I like her a lot.
- 2:38SPEAKER_01: But I'm just I feel like she's the only real human being in the world.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I really, I like I said, I really wanted to hate it.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: And like the first episode, I'm just like, oh God, this is horrible.
- 2:46SPEAKER_01: I think what made it kind of balance out a little bit, not too much, was Loujein Amran.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: You know, she was the person that was calm, collected.
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: Uh I mean, I'm sure she has a persona.
- 2:59SPEAKER_01: But she was walking out nails in episode one, so I don't know how I feel about calm and collected.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: Which Lujane?
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: I'm talking about Lujan Amran, not the Lebanese Lujne.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: No, that's what I'm talking about.
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: When she was wearing that, like, you know, Teddy Bear Moschino like sweatsuit situation.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: I don't remember the outfits.
- 3:12SPEAKER_01: I would remember the outfit.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: So, first of all, I will say the clothes were like killer on that show.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: Like, if you are, and I'm not like I I like fashion, but I'm not so into fashion.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: But some of the clothes on there, she was wearing this mosquito tracksuit in episode one.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: It looked great gray, but I loved it.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: Then she had this full, like head-to-toe, like green.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: I don't know if it was Gucci or Fendi, but it was a suit.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: I couldn't really tell, but I just know it was like silky and beautiful, and yeah.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: And Zaina is the queen of Versace.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: Okay, I guess.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: But let's I'll let her have that one because I like her.
- 3:41SPEAKER_01: But don't you think like the crit the criticism?
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: I know it's a real it's a so-called reality show, and we all know how real reality shows are.
- 3:48SPEAKER_01: But the criticism is this is what like far removed from actual reality.
- 3:53SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't think anybody in Dubai, I mean, look, I'm sure somebody in Dubai lives like this.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: I don't think people in Dubai live like this.
- 4:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: But I mean, like, do you think it's But is reality TV ever actually real?
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: I know, but is it a good representation?
- 4:07SPEAKER_01: Or it's not meant to be.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: It's not meant to be.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: It's supposed to be fun and insane.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: Like it's not meant to be a representation of people living in the U.S.
- 4:14SPEAKER_01: I think I I watched it, like, and I continued watching it because, like, you know, it's been very busy at work for me.
- 4:20SPEAKER_01: So when I come home, I just want to sit and watch something stupid.
- 4:23SPEAKER_01: I'll be honest.
- 4:23SPEAKER_01: I need to watch something that doesn't require any sort of like thinking or like serious uh anything.
- 4:30SPEAKER_01: Like, I just I think I think that's what it's good for, but I think people need to be careful not to think this is how Arabs.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: I don't think anybody thinks this is how Arabs are.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: Like, I I'm just gonna go out on limb and go ahead and say, No, I don't think so.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: I think everybody, I mean, honestly, that's like people thinking, like, oh my gosh.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but you say that because you're an Arab, you understand, but like there's non-Arabs who might not understand.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: No, I really strongly anything that is like a labeled reality, think about it like this.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: If you've ever watched Indian matchmaking, do you really think all Indians get married like that?
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: No.
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: Come on.
- 5:00SPEAKER_01: I did watch Indian matchmaking.
- 5:01SPEAKER_01: That was interesting.
- 5:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think the one on Netflix, right?
- 5:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 5:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: So no, it's not like nobody, not everybody like uses, you know, the services of So it's not a, it's not a it's not what Arabs are like.
- 5:11SPEAKER_01: It's not a yeah, that's that's why.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: I didn't even peg it as that.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: I just watched it to be like, here's another dumb reality TV show.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: Let's just see and catch up with people.
- 5:19SPEAKER_01: So do you think the show is relatable at all, even though it's not real?
- 5:21SPEAKER_01: Like there's a lot, like it's it's out of I mean relatable is the wrong word.
- 5:27SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: I can't relate to anybody.
- 5:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah, exactly.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: Right, you can't relate to anybody.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: I don't think it's supposed to be relatable.
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: I don't think it's supposed to be realistic.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: I think it's supposed to be like out there.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: Reality TV is never actually real.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: I think the only thing about reality TV that's real is that they use real humans.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: Honestly.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: So who was the most normal character in your opinion?
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: Zaina.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: Definitely.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: Zaina's the most normal character.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: She's the only one that I feel like has a real job besides Lujaine Almanon.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: I mean, let me let me take that.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: Oh, Jane is legit.
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: It's okay.
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: She's legit.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: But here's the thing they whatever it is that they do, like uh they all have stuff jobs, but a way to make money.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but go ahead.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: Sorry.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: I, for me, she's the only person that I could actually see myself like having a conversation with it.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: Lujane or Zaina?
- 6:12SPEAKER_01: Zaina, and not being annoyed by.
- 6:14SPEAKER_01: Can I just say something about Lujane?
- 6:16SPEAKER_01: Like, I know people that know her.
- 6:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 6:17SPEAKER_01: And and they said, 'cause um She's a really well-established person.
- 6:21SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and like my my niece was asking me because she fell in love with her.
- 6:24SPEAKER_01: Like I said, yeah, she fell, she's like, Oh my god, is she as genuine as she she seems in the show?
- 6:28SPEAKER_01: So I asked around, and they were like, Yes, she is.
- 6:31SPEAKER_01: She's absolutely genuine.
- 6:32SPEAKER_01: She's actually a decent uh human being.
- 6:34SPEAKER_01: Human being, she is.
- 6:35SPEAKER_01: Like she's got no drama, just like she like, but I think the thing that I didn't like about the show is give me some more info about her.
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: Like, she doesn't really get into the mean, but I mean, they can't, but no, no, no.
- 6:47SPEAKER_01: I'm sure she like she didn't talk about like where her daughters are, she didn't talk about like there's she's not giving enough.
- 6:53SPEAKER_01: Well, maybe that's what it's supposed to be.
- 6:55SPEAKER_00: Like it's supposed to be about her, not about her.
- 6:57SPEAKER_01: But she is she is genuine.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: I I did get confirmation that she is as genuine as she is in the show.
- 7:02SPEAKER_01: So I think uh my niece was really happy to hear that because she really liked that, you know.
- 7:06SPEAKER_01: Okay, next question.
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: Um, who was the fakest?
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, where do I begin?
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah, everybody else, everybody else, besides Dana and Luchain.
- 7:17SPEAKER_01: The fakest, probably Dania.
- 7:19SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, yeah.
- 7:20SPEAKER_01: I would agree.
- 7:21SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that one.
- 7:22SPEAKER_01: I know.
- 7:23SPEAKER_01: You know, I I almost liked her in the beginning, and then I'm just like, I I don't know if she's like I almost liked her.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: I think I think TV always needs like a villain, you know what I mean?
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: So I think that's what they're painting her on the show to be is the villain.
- 7:35SPEAKER_00: I don't know, man.
- 7:36SPEAKER_00: I still don't understand like like what Chris Fade's job is on that show.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: Okay, I'm coming, I'm coming to that.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: I like him.
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: I have no nothing about him.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: I don't like him, but I don't know.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: There's red flags there.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: Here's the thing when I say I like him, I mean like he is another like public personality, like whatever.
- 7:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but there's red flags there.
- 7:54SPEAKER_01: In his relationship with his uh his fiancé.
- 7:57SPEAKER_01: What do you say?
- 7:58SPEAKER_01: His attitude and his he's got anger issues from I don't know.
- 8:01SPEAKER_01: That's that's a vibe I got again.
- 8:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's the vibe I got.
- 8:05SPEAKER_01: And and like like his part was just like, I'm like, I don't care.
- 8:08SPEAKER_01: Like I really don't care what happens in your life.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: I just need to know like how they cast people to be on this show.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: Like who did the casting, like who went out and did the research to get these group of people together.
- 8:17SPEAKER_01: So you didn't see the I want to go back to the red flag.
- 8:19SPEAKER_01: You didn't see like that.
- 8:20SPEAKER_01: There was no red flags for you coming up, like the way he talked to her.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: I don't so here's the thing, right?
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: Like that always that I always wonder about reality TV.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: It's obviously sometimes it's kind of scripted, sometimes I know, but that wasn't scripted.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: But I feel like I can tell, but I feel like you edit things together and people to so that people can get a specific idea about a person.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: I don't like him.
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: I don't like him.
- 8:42SPEAKER_01: I don't like him, uh-uh.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: I like if he doesn't find your hearing, okay.
- 8:46SPEAKER_01: Honestly, uh, who was the most sincere?
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: He was the most sincere.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: Who was the most sincere?
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: It would have to be Lujane and Zena.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: Like they're the only people that I thought were actually being themselves.
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: Like if you met them on the street.
- 8:58SPEAKER_01: But I think the other Lujain, Lebanese Lujane, was was like, dude, at first, I was like, Oh my god.
- 9:06SPEAKER_01: I actually I actually had stood out for me, by the way.
- 9:09SPEAKER_01: Like, I actually felt bad for Ibrahim in the first episode, and then I'm like, dude, she's awesome.
- 9:15SPEAKER_01: Like I I ended up liking her a lot, and then you end up realizing why she's like that.
- 9:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 9:19SPEAKER_01: But like she's just honest.
- 9:20SPEAKER_01: She is honest.
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: Like, I like that, and I think that's real.
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: Like, she's she just speaks what's on her mind.
- 9:25SPEAKER_01: She does.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: I don't know if that's honest or just unfiltered.
- 9:31SPEAKER_01: I think it's it's it's no, she is a little bit adult.
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: She she can you translate that?
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: That means she has like no manners.
- 9:38SPEAKER_01: Um I mean, she thinks she can get away with whatever.
- 9:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah, which I don't like.
- 9:42SPEAKER_01: Nobody can do that.
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: She's entirely can do that.
- 9:44SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, but she's still funny.
- 9:46SPEAKER_01: I disagree.
- 9:46SPEAKER_01: You don't like her?
- 9:47SPEAKER_01: No.
- 9:48SPEAKER_01: Thumbs down for her?
- 9:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean, I didn't like it.
- 9:50SPEAKER_01: She's not my favorite, but she cracks me up though.
- 9:52SPEAKER_01: I'm not gonna lie.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: I will say, I will say, like, that first date that she went on with Ibrahim was hilarious when she was like, he was like, Yeah, you know, we're known for blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 10:00SPEAKER_00: But she's like, I've never heard of it.
- 10:02SPEAKER_01: Come on, how can you not like her?
- 10:04SPEAKER_01: She's hilarious.
- 10:05SPEAKER_01: I've never heard of it.
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: Okay, uh, who was the most ridiculous?
- 10:09SPEAKER_00: Ibrahim.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: Ibrahim.
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: You know what Ibrahim is like?
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: One of my friends said this to me the other day on a group chat on WhatsApp.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: How very like Arab of me, right?
- 10:17SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: She goes, he's like those really, he's like those Arab housewives that have nothing to do.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: So they're constantly like starting drama without trying to start drama, or or even he's just kind of like a shitster.
- 10:31SPEAKER_01: Okay, speaking of shitster, I think I was okay with him.
- 10:36SPEAKER_01: He wasn't my favorite, definitely not my favorite.
- 10:38SPEAKER_01: But the minute he went, and like this is a spoiler alert if you didn't watch this poor mom.
- 10:43SPEAKER_01: Yeah, what he did to Zayna, yeah, her, him and Dania, dude, that was like messed up.
- 10:49SPEAKER_01: Messed up.
- 10:50SPEAKER_01: Like a bit racist.
- 10:52SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 10:53SPEAKER_01: Maybe I'm going over like the way they came off because you're from a certain country and this person isn't.
- 10:58SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 10:59SPEAKER_01: I got those vibes.
- 10:59SPEAKER_01: Like in the inti, I can buy you.
- 11:01SPEAKER_01: Like, I can buy whatever you have.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: But isn't it the stereotype about Khalid's anyway?
- 11:05SPEAKER_01: But that's the why would you go to the Which is really mean?
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: I don't think they're all all the Khalid's are like this.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: I like just to preface this conversation, but it is a stereotype that people from the Gulf region kind of have that idea.
- 11:16SPEAKER_01: Look down, look down on anybody who's not from that country.
- 11:20SPEAKER_01: Like they they look down on anybody from the region who are not like Gulf Arabs, you know.
- 11:24SPEAKER_01: And I'm just like, dude, that was so obvious.
- 11:26SPEAKER_01: And I felt so bad for Zayna.
- 11:28SPEAKER_01: Like, like, you just don't do that.
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: I know.
- 11:31SPEAKER_01: And like Dania, what is she doing?
- 11:33SPEAKER_01: The whole show was just freaking ridiculous, guys.
- 11:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, ridiculous.
- 11:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that was that I was I was done with him after that.
- 11:38SPEAKER_01: I mean, I was done with him before, but I'm like, no, I'm done.
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: Like, he is out of line, and so is Dania.
- 11:43SPEAKER_01: And like Dania is like MS.
- 11:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I I I don't like her.
- 11:49SPEAKER_01: But they brought her on there because, like I said, all reality TV shows need a villain.
- 11:52SPEAKER_01: Did I ask who's the most annoying character yet?
- 11:54SPEAKER_01: You didn't.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: I just said Ibrahim.
- 11:56SPEAKER_01: Ibrahim, definitely.
- 11:57SPEAKER_01: Ibrahim?
- 11:58SPEAKER_01: No, Ibrahim and Dania for me.
- 11:59SPEAKER_01: There, there's a that's a tie.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: No, Dania's not annoying.
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: Dania's a villain.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: She is Sherira.
- 12:04SPEAKER_01: She is like No, and then like Ibrahim, why do you call?
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: You get up in the middle of the dinner and you call to tell tell her stuff that's happening.
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: Oh, what's her name?
- 12:11SPEAKER_01: Um what is her name?
- 12:15SPEAKER_01: Uh Farhana.
- 12:16unknown: Oh my god.
- 12:18SPEAKER_01: What are your thoughts on Farhana?
- 12:19SPEAKER_01: She makes me Zalena.
- 12:22SPEAKER_01: That's funny.
- 12:24SPEAKER_01: Farhana was just like, I don't care like what happens to her.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: Like, not in a mean way, but I'm just like, whatever.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I don't, whatever.
- 12:31SPEAKER_00: Again, sometimes you need like a filler character, and I felt like that was Farhana.
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but like, why are you gonna call her and tell her they're talking shit about you?
- 12:38SPEAKER_01: Because she's a filler character, and that means he's like, I'm not here about the drama, I'm just trying to be a good friend.
- 12:45SPEAKER_01: No, you don't do that.
- 12:47SPEAKER_01: You just don't do that.
- 12:48SPEAKER_01: Like, that's so shady.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: Farhana is Ralbena and she makes me Za Nana.
- 12:55SPEAKER_01: Um who do you not want to see come back for next uh the next season?
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: Well, I can't say Dania because she's the villain, so she's definitely coming back.
- 13:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she'll probably come back.
- 13:05SPEAKER_00: I am neither here nor there, honestly, about Safa, and she's really mean terrorizing.
- 13:08SPEAKER_01: Oh, I like Safa.
- 13:09SPEAKER_01: Really?
- 13:09SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, she's hilarious.
- 13:11SPEAKER_01: She's so mean terrorizing.
- 13:12SPEAKER_01: She's not that mean.
- 13:14SPEAKER_01: I mean, listen, he knew what he was getting himself into.
- 13:17SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 13:18SPEAKER_01: And I you know why I like Safa?
- 13:20SPEAKER_01: Safa is there for her friend, she's a true friend.
- 13:22SPEAKER_01: That's why I like Safa.
- 13:24SPEAKER_01: Okay, because she always has Zen as back.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: I mean, if you were gonna have me like cut some people out, I'm gonna cut out Safa and Farhana.
- 13:30SPEAKER_01: No, yeah, Safa is is is needed.
- 13:34SPEAKER_00: I mean, I don't know why we're sitting here talking like we're producers on the show.
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: You know what?
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: Netflix hires.
- 13:37SPEAKER_01: We'll tell you about it again.
- 13:38SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 13:39SPEAKER_01: No, but I'm serious, like Safa, I I know she.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: In the end, in the end, uh we're here for another season.
- 13:45SPEAKER_00: Okay, yeah, we hated it.
- 13:47SPEAKER_01: No, no, but seriously, uh Safa, I liked her because she's she's a true friend.
- 13:52SPEAKER_01: Regardless of how ridiculous she is and how she wants to buy a house just because she needs more closet space, that's besides the point.
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: Okay, obviously she lives in a whole entirely different planet than we her husband wanted to buy the house next door and like connect it with a walkway.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: Like that's what they wanted.
- 14:07SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 14:07SPEAKER_00: Which is insane.
- 14:09SPEAKER_00: You know that, right?
- 14:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean, like, you know, he's got money.
- 14:13SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, what else are you gonna do with your with your money?
- 14:15SPEAKER_01: So if you would get rid of uh two characters, who would they be for the next season?
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: Fine, I'll take it back.
- 14:22SPEAKER_00: We'll keep Safa.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: I'm definitely gonna get rid of Farhana though.
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 14:25SPEAKER_00: I can't see Alana.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: I agree with you.
- 14:27SPEAKER_00: Um and who's your second choice?
- 14:31SPEAKER_01: It has to be you have you have DJ Bliss, Chris Fade, Fahad.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: No, no, no.
- 14:36SPEAKER_00: Um well, I mean, maybe maybe you know what?
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: I'll keep Safa and like not have her husband be on TV.
- 14:42SPEAKER_00: There.
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: Just one person?
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: No, I mean, I'm getting rid of Farhana.
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay, Farhana.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: Right, we'll keep Safa.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: But I like Safa's husband.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: We're gonna get rid of the husband because their interaction makes me upset.
- 14:53SPEAKER_01: Does that make sense?
- 14:54SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I understand.
- 14:55SPEAKER_01: I would get rid of Chris Fade.
- 14:57SPEAKER_01: He, I just he gives me bad vibes, dude.
- 14:59SPEAKER_01: I don't like his vibes.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: Like I said, red vibes.
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: I gotta be worse than that.
- 15:02SPEAKER_01: And his whole the whole thing is just like it's boring to me.
- 15:06SPEAKER_01: And I'm just like, she's your wife, soon to be wife, but now she's his wife.
- 15:10SPEAKER_01: Like she's doing like okay, I guess she's your manager, but like have some respect.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: I'm yawning, that's how I feel about the show.
- 15:18SPEAKER_01: Okay, like have some respect.
- 15:19SPEAKER_01: I don't like him, he can go.
- 15:21SPEAKER_01: Um, the other person would be Farhana.
- 15:23unknown: Oh my god.
- 15:24SPEAKER_01: I I'm not I'm not about Farhana.
- 15:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she's just annoying as F.
- 15:28SPEAKER_01: I'm not gonna lie.
- 15:30SPEAKER_01: That's just that's just that's my take.
- 15:32SPEAKER_01: But um and DJ Bliss, like Nana needs to calm down.
- 15:35SPEAKER_01: He's not that like hot looking, like she's always like jealous and shit.
- 15:38SPEAKER_01: Like, she just there's no need.
- 15:40SPEAKER_01: Like, girl, I know, don't worry about it.
- 15:42SPEAKER_01: Nobody wants that, yeah.
- 15:43SPEAKER_01: Um, so yeah, somebody does, she does, everybody else.
- 15:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, um, so uh you're watching next season, obviously.
- 15:48SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 15:48SPEAKER_01: Okay, absolutely.
- 15:50SPEAKER_01: We hope you liked our take on Dubai.
- 15:52SPEAKER_01: Take on Dubai Bling.
