  How do you shift from like knowing intellectually, for example, let me give you an example.

  So I've always struggled or danced with envy and comparison or like feeling this competitive energy that I don't, I'm not proud of.

  Like I do believe or I want to believe there's room for all of us and we live in an infinite room of light.

  And it's not you or me, but of course it must be in my lineage.

  And then also being a black person in white spaces, scarcity and all these things.

  so um i'm curious then i know it intellectually but i don't i'm not like living the truth that

  i am enough or living the truth that there's room for all of us to thrive and to blossom

  and then that voice of fear gets triggered that voice of scarcity gets triggered so how do you

  help people shift from oh like i know that to like i i feel that in my bones so it's it takes a bit

  of time right it takes time it's it's there isn't a quick fix to that it takes compassion

  and growing that compassion growing that you know companioning self which is why we do we work with

  the heart because the heart is that infinite source so you are working doing your healing work

  or returning to self and meeting these parts and re-meeting these parts and meeting them again

  with love and kindness and compassion.

  And so that's how they,

  there's an alchemizing that happens.

  There is a, that's what the shift is.

  That's what that, you know,
• 1:27
  that's why I wrote that book

  because I wanted to step people through a process

  rather than doing it with me.

  You can do it in the, you know,

  it's accessible, it's not expensive

  and it's all in there.

  I wanted to leave something

  that people could get to

  and really feel parts of themselves

  and meet parts of themselves

  and heal parts of themselves for this deep transformation.

  And the transformation does happen.

  You know, it works.

  People go from feeling all sorts of feelings,

  and that envy is a big one.

  The idea of scarcity and envy, you know,

  we can turn envy into a real positive.

  Actually, it's a very powerful energy,

  but very powerful to notice, to recognize,

  and to out like you've done to bring that into the light because it's in it's in your shadow

  so the people that you envy so will hold something that you have inside you

  and it's about giving yourself permission to just stay in that to stay in the um healing really to

  stay to or the trust that the alchemy happens it just it just shifts it's day by day you you just

  let go it's like we surrender it's that white knuckling if i'm so jealous of that person like

  how are they there and i'm not there there's not gonna be any room or what if it runs out or

  and actually what happens is this other dialogue this other communication

  begins every day and it's just more interesting it's just more interesting it's just more

  interesting and this is just a bit boring

  and that's what happens you become more interested in yourself more in love with yourself more

  loving of self you know i'm here to shine the light i'm going to do me right i'm just and that's

  you know we can get bombarded online by so many things and people are doing this and they're doing
• 3:25
  that and you know it's it's challenging right because our egos are in this constant state of
• 3:32
  of um emerging and growing and shifting and changing you know we're growing to forever
• 3:38
  right so it's never like a perfect it's not a fix you know but there is a place of peace that we come
• 3:44
  to inside when we when we really do trust ourselves enough and we trust that what is here for us is
• 3:52
  really here for us because we are showing up to it we are showing up to the download we are
• 3:57
  showing up to the vision and we're trusting that that vision is God given is, you know,

  has been given to us for you to channel and only you can channel it in the way that you're
• 4:06
  going to channel it.
