  Speaker 3: her neck. Another described repeated rape and strangulation. Medical professionals

  Speaker 3: said one of the attacks came within seconds of killing

  Speaker 3: the poor girl. Despite all of that, the judge granted
• 8:03
  Speaker 3: Butler youthful offender status and sentenced him to probation. To probation.

  Speaker 3: Facing 78 years in jail and they gave him probation.

  Speaker 3: The rapist so badly assaulted one of the girls she
• 8:18
  Speaker 3: needed surgery. And they let him out on probation. And

  Speaker 3: this is why I'm telling you the judges are the

  Speaker 3: worst problem in America today. It's truly amazing. Truly amazing.
