Mega Edition: How Pam Bondi Has Compounded The Epstein Problem (6/10/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
0:03
Epstein Chronicles. After the debacle that was Phase one of
0:09
the Epstein file release, Pound Bondi is now doubling down
0:13
and saying that more Jeffrey Epstein files are going to
0:16
be released. And according to her, the reason that this
0:19
is taking some time is because there is a so
0:22
called insurrection within the SDNY. But I don't buy that
0:27
for a minute, folks. I know a lot of people
0:29
out there don't want to hear that, but I don't
0:31
buy it. There's no way that the SDNY is rebelling
0:35
against the Attorney General and the head of the FBI.
0:38
If that was the case, they would send a team
0:41
down there to arrest whoever was doing this. But instead
0:44
they're talking about firing people. They're talking about all this
0:47
other nonsense that doesn't even matter. Here's an idea. You're
0:52
the Attorney general, right, well, why don't you reopen the
0:55
investigation into Jeffrey Epstein's death and the investigation into the NPA.
1:01
Let's get to the bottom of that, and then when
1:04
your so called FBI roadblock is removed, then we can
1:07
get to those documents. But here's the deal. I have
1:12
a very very hard time believing that Pam Bondi is
1:14
going to be able to deliver. And that's because a
1:17
lot of these documents, unfortunately, are probably destroyed. And I
1:23
don't mean recently, I'm talking about over the years. When
1:27
you have an asset that gets burned the way Jeffrey
1:29
Epstein was burned, they yank that chain, right, they get
1:32
rid of all documentation that's going to lead back to
1:34
them at the very least. Now they might, you know,
1:37
leave some kind of breadcrumbs to throw you off the trail.
1:40
But the truth is, I think the ship is sail, folks,
1:43
and I don't think we're ever going to see anything
1:45
of consequence ever again. And I hate to be that
1:48
kind of contrarian, but I think that history has proved
1:52
us correct time and time again here as we've all
1:55
slithered through this muck in this sewer, every time you
1:58
turn around, people are promising justice, people are promising this,
2:02
that the other thing, And then what we get is
2:04
some stupid ass stunt with a bunch of goofball influencers
2:08
and binders. And let's remember it was Pam Bondy out
2:12
here talking all this nonsense, right, Nobody told her that
2:15
she had to come out talking about Jeffrey Epstein files
2:17
this at the other thing, but there she was talking
2:20
about it. Now you got to be about it. All
2:23
that big talk is fine and well on the campaign trail,
2:26
but now that you're in office, it's time to deliver.
2:29
And that's what I said from the very beginning. If
2:32
they don't deliver, then I'm going to be critical of them.
2:35
And there is zero doubt that they haven't delivered. And
2:38
you better believe I have zero faith in Pam Bondy
2:41
and what's going on here? And have you noticed everybody
2:44
stopped talking about the dumb ass list. That's because it
2:47
never existed. They were all dog walking you and anybody
2:51
out here telling you about that list lied to you.
2:54
If there was a list, we would have seen it
2:56
a long long time ago. There is no list. There's
2:59
never going to be a list, and anybody saying there
3:01
is should not be listened to at all. Today's article
3:05
is from The Independent, and the headline Attorney General Pam
3:08
Bondi insists more Jeffrey Epstein files are being released despite
3:12
disastrous Phase one. This article was authored by James Liddell.
3:19
Attorney General Pam Bondy has again proclaimed that America will
3:22
get the full Jeffrey Epstein files after the highly anticipated
3:26
first phase contained no major new allegations about the convicted
3:30
sex offender nor his associates. Well, that's because you're all
3:34
looking in the wrong place. The files, the files, stop it.
3:38
How about the video from the night Jeffrey Epstein allegedly
3:41
attempted suicide. How about the video from the night that
3:44
he died. How about a brand new investigation into that
3:48
NPA bullshit that you tried to set Acosta up as
3:51
the fall guy for. How about that? And folks, let's
3:54
not cut corners here. Okay. Pam Bondi was the attorney
3:57
general in Florida from twenty eleven to twenty nineteen. She
4:01
knows who all the players are. She knows who Jeffrey
4:04
Epstein is. Bros. Running rampant in her backyard. So it's
4:08
always laughable when people from Florida especially try to tell
4:11
me they don't know who Jeffrey Epstein is or was.
4:14
Give me a break. The nation's top law enforcement officer
4:17
publicly released about two hundred pages of files Thursday, and
4:20
including a series of flight logs from Epstein's private jet,
4:24
a partly redacted contacts list, and a fully blacked out
4:27
list of messuses. Later on Thursday, the US Department of
4:31
Justice accused the FBI of withholding thousands of pages of
4:35
Epstein documents, as Bondi wrote a letter to the bureau's
4:38
newly confirmed director, Cash Ptel, demanding that all material related
4:43
to the disgraced financier Pedophile be turned over to her
4:46
office by Friday morning. We are getting the absolute dog
4:51
walk here. No it's not his fault. No it's not
4:55
her fault. I don't have the files. He has the files.
4:57
She has the files. Joe has the files. Oh wait,
4:59
we don't have the fire. That's what it's gonna end
5:01
up being. Mark my words. And look, I hope I'm wrong.
5:05
I would love to come back here and say to you,
5:07
you know what, Pam Bondi is a hero. She did
5:10
the right thing, and we got the information and now
5:13
we're gonna get justice. But unfortunately I just don't see
5:16
that being the case. Later Thursday, the US Department of
5:21
Justice accused the FBI of withholding thousands of pages of
5:24
Epstein documents, as Bondi wrote a new letter to the
5:27
bureau's newly confirmed Director Cash Bettel, demanding that all material
5:31
related to the disgraced financier A Pedophile be turned over
5:35
to her office by Friday morning. On Saturday, Bondi told
5:39
Fox News host Mark Levin that Americans will get the
5:42
full Epstein files thanks to Donald Trump being the most
5:45
transparent president. You know, they keep talking that they better
5:49
make sure they follow through because you don't have to
5:53
worry about the ardent loyalists, right Trump's ardent loyalists. Those
5:56
people are gonna vote Maga, They're gonna vote you know,
5:59
Pambondi matter what, but independence who have jumped on board,
6:04
they expect action and they expect something to take place
6:07
here when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. And I don't
6:10
mean some lip service and some bullshit documents we've all
6:13
seen ten years ago. There needs to be real action here,
6:17
actionable justice. New York City SDN. Why they're sitting on
6:23
thousands of pages of documents for regarding Epstein, thousands and
6:26
thousands and of course you've seen the very strong letters,
6:30
she said. So if that's the case, remember all these
6:32
people work for the government. They can't just sit on information.
6:38
Send a strike team over there, kicking the door and
6:40
raid them like you would do any other American who's
6:42
not giving you what you want. But no, these people
6:45
get to do whatever they want. Allegedly, they can run
6:48
the whole entire country from their office in the SDNY. Now, look,
6:52
I am not a fan of the SDNY, as you
6:55
all know, but I find this to be a bit rich.
7:00
They highly doubt that the SDNY is holding things up here,
7:03
and I think that they're being used as a scapegoat.
7:06
That's what I think now. Is the SDNY probably putting
7:09
up a few roadblocks or whatever. Sure, I'm sure they are,
7:13
But to act like Pam Bondi and Cash Betel can't
7:16
rain that in. It's not a good look, and I
7:19
don't think that it's the kind of image that they
7:22
want to project. That they can't even control their own ranks.
7:26
How are you going to keep the rest of us
7:27
safe If you can't keep the rank and file doing
7:30
what they're supposed to do, And if they don't do
7:32
what they're supposed to do, why aren't they fired. We
7:36
will get everything, We will have it in our possession.
7:39
We will redact it, of course, to protect grand jury
7:41
information and confidential witnesses. But the American people have a
7:46
right to know, and Donald Trump is the most transparent
7:48
president in our nation's history. Okay, well, let's see it.
7:53
Keep talking about it, let's be about it a little bit, right,
7:56
Let's see these documents that everybody's yapping about. BONDI also
7:59
prompt miss that document surrounding the assassination of former president
8:03
JFK and civil rights activists doctor Martin Luther King Junior
8:07
will also be declassified. So not only will America get
8:11
the full Epstein files, they will get JFK, they will
8:14
get Martin Luther King, she said. And look, that's all great, right,
8:18
I'd love to see the files. But what's going to
8:20
come after that? Are there going to be any arrests?
8:22
Is there going to be any kind of justice? Well,
8:25
I wouldn't get my hopes up. The hype to classification
8:28
of all the Epstein documents was met with backlash from
8:31
conservatives after Bond eted up there release Wednesday and told
8:35
Fox News that the details will make you sick. Yeah,
8:38
the details we've been talking about here for years, Right,
8:41
nothing in those files that were released, And then you
8:44
have this douchebag stand in here. I don't even know
8:46
what his name is holding up this binder with his
8:48
dumb ass, stupid grin on his face. Then you got
8:50
the libs of TikTok lady in the back with a
8:52
big old grin on her face. Has she ever even
8:55
talked about the Epstein survivors ever? Once? Look, I don't
8:58
even know who any of these people are. I don't
9:00
follow influencers. I don't follow people that are trying to
9:03
pitch me shit, and I certainly don't follow grifters. So
9:06
I have zero idea who any of these people are,
9:09
or what they talk about, or what the fuck they're
9:11
supposed to be influencing. Shit has bananas to me. You
9:16
got these people on like TikTok and shit who fire
9:18
off a few opinions and all of a sudden they're
9:20
this great geopolitical commentator. I got news for you. Save
9:24
your TikTok bullshit for somebody else. I'm not buying it.
9:28
You're out here with all this nonsense, all these opinions.
9:31
That's great, have all the opinions you want, But what
9:34
makes you so special that your opinion should matter to me?
9:38
I listen to people that have a track record of
9:40
being right, not people who have a track record of
9:43
moving the goalposts every single time NERD grift is exposed,
9:47
and unfortunately a lot of these influencers are exactly that.
9:52
Much of the material released was previously published material from
9:56
the prosecution of Glenn Maxwell, Epstein's girlfriend knows co conspirator,
10:01
general scumbag, bipedal serpent and fellow child abuser. That's what
10:04
you mean, right and close confidant. Two years after the
10:08
disgraced financier pedophile took his own life allegedly while in
10:12
a Manhattan jail cell in August of twenty nineteen, while
10:15
awaiting trial on new charges of trafficking teenage girls. Yo.
10:19
After all these years, the legacy media still has no
10:21
idea what they're talking about when it comes to Ebstein.
10:25
It's truly amazing. Over the years, thousands of pages of
10:29
records have been released through lawsuits, Epstein's criminal dockets, public disclosures,
10:34
and Freedom of Information Act requests. In January twenty twenty four,
10:38
court unsealed the final batch of documents collected as evidence
10:42
in a lawsuit file by Epstein victim Virginia Roberts. And
10:46
that was just a treasure trove, right. We got a
10:48
lot of documents in that dump, and when you go
10:50
through those core documents, you really get a view of
10:53
what's going on. And I don't think that you can
10:56
understand the full scope of this case, especially if you
10:59
haven't looked at those court documents. It was released in
11:03
an unprofessional manner, with paid partisan social media influencers to
11:08
curate their binders for US. Right wing media. Pundit and
11:11
conspiracy theorist Laura Lumer tweeted on Thursday, I can't trust
11:15
anything in the binder. Neither should you. Well, I don't
11:18
know about all that, but it's all old. So what
11:21
does that even mean. We know that it's true, but
11:23
it's just old and rehashed material, like I said it
11:26
would be. Keep in mind, I've been telling you this
11:29
for how long now, and lo and behold, here we are.
11:32
And it's not like I'm the amazing fucking Kreskin. I
11:35
just know how this all works at this point. I've
11:38
been on this shit since twenty nineteen. So all these
11:41
Johnny cum latelies that think they're ahead in the race
11:43
don't even realize that they're so far behind that they're
11:47
just being lapped at this point. Florida Representative Anna Paulina Luna,
11:53
head of the new Congressional Task Force to the classify
11:55
federal secrets, added, this is not what we or the
11:59
American people ask for, and to complete disappointment, get us
12:02
the information that we ask for. Agree with that one
12:05
thousand percent. I don't want bs who needs to waste
12:08
their time, Not me, not you, not anybody, and certainly
12:12
not the survivors. Let's remember that's what this is about.
12:15
Justice for those girls who were abused. And while I
12:18
know that all of you understand that, guess who doesn't.
12:21
Those douchebag influencers who have to have their moment, they
12:24
certainly don't understand that. Either that or they don't care,
12:28
or maybe even both. The FBI director took to X
12:32
and wrote, there will be no cover ups, no missing documents,
12:35
and no stone left unturned, and anyone from the prior
12:38
or current bureau who undermines this will be swiftly pursued.
12:43
If there are gaps, we will find them. If records
12:45
have been hidden, we will uncover them, just like with aliens.
12:48
I want to believe, but the truth is they've done
12:52
nothing to put me in the position where I could
12:55
sit here and tell you that I have confidence that
12:56
we're going to get what they're saying we're going to get.
12:59
So I'm not gonna sit here and bullshit you. I'm
13:01
not gonna pump your tires up and I'm not gonna
13:04
tell you. Oh yeah. Well, there's no doubt that Pam
13:06
Bondi and Cash Battel are going to deliver because I've
13:09
been through this before. I've seen this story unfold and
13:12
it always seems to have the same ending and spoiler
13:15
alert that ending is we end up with un goats.
13:19
So let's hope that this is different. Let's hope that
13:21
Bondy and Battel come through. But I'm certainly not holding
13:24
my breath. All right, folks, that's gonna do it for
13:27
this one. If you'd like to contact me, you can
13:29
do that at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com. That's
13:32
Bobby capu Cci at protonmeil dot com, or if you prefer,
13:38
you can find me on x at Bobby Underscore cap
13:42
u Cci. All of the links that go with this
13:45
episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone,
13:50
and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Pam
13:55
Bondy is sitting in one of the most powerful law
13:57
enforcement positions in the country, And when it comes to
14:00
the Epstein Transparency Act, the one job that actually matters here,
14:04
she treats it like its background noise, like it's optional,
14:07
like it's something that you circle back to after lunch
14:10
if you're filling up to it. Meanwhile, the people who
14:13
were trafficked, abused, and dragged through hell by Jeffrey Epstein
14:17
are still waiting, still being told to be patient, still
14:20
being handled like a scheduling conflict instead of human beings
14:23
whose lives got detonated while the system looked the other way.
14:27
And now years later, that same system is basically saying,
14:31
hang tight, we're reviewing, reviewing what the law already told
14:36
you what to do. And it's not complicated. The Epstein
14:39
Transparency Act wasn't written in riddles. There's no hidden meaning.
14:43
It's not some abstract legal puzzle. It says in plain English.
14:47
Release the files show the work. Stop hiding behind redactions
14:51
that look like someone spilled dink on every page. That matters.
14:54
That's it, that was the assignment. But instead, what do
14:58
we get DeLay's excuse is that same bureaucratic shrug where
15:02
everything sounds official but nothing actually happens, and somehow, somehow,
15:08
the only people who seem to consistently benefit from all
15:11
this careful review are the ones who are never supposed
15:14
to be shielded in the first place, the powerful ones,
15:17
the connected ones, the ones whose names just keep not
15:22
showing up. What a coincidence, right, And Bondy, Well, Bondy
15:26
just keeps going press appearances, statements, the whole act like
15:30
everything's under control, like justice is right around the corner.
15:34
If we all just stay calm and trust the process,
15:38
that line should be retired permanently at this point. Trust
15:41
the process is what you say when you don't want
15:44
people asking why the process isn't working, Because, let's be honest,
15:49
this isn't a delay anymore. Delay is when something takes
15:52
longer than expected. This this is avoidance. This is dragging
15:57
it out until people get tired, until the story cool off,
16:00
until accountability feels like old news instead of an active demand.
16:04
And the thing is, people aren't stupid. They can see it.
16:08
You can only say we're working on it so many
16:10
times before it starts sounding like we're not going to
16:13
do it unless we're forced to. And that's exactly where
16:16
this is headed. So yeah, at some point you have
16:19
to stop asking politely. At some point you have to
16:22
stop pretending that this is just a backlog issue or
16:25
a paperwork problem. At some point you look at the
16:28
Attorney General, someone whose entire job is to enforce the law,
16:33
and you ask the obvious question, if she won't enforce
16:36
this one, why she's still there, Because we all know
16:39
that this isn't just about Epstein anymore. It's about whether
16:42
anything tied to that case is ever going to be
16:44
handled right, whether the people in charge are actually willing
16:47
to pull the curtain back, or if they're just going
16:49
to keep standing in front of it, smiling, while everything
16:52
that matters stays hidden behind them. And if the answer
16:55
is the second one, and right now it sure looks
16:57
like it is, then keeping her in that position isn't
17:00
just a bad look. It's a part of the problem.
17:05
Today's article is from the Daily Mail and the headline
17:09
Trump considers firing Pambondy over Attorney General's handling of the
17:13
Epstein files. This article was authored by Stephen M. Lapour.
17:19
Pam Bondy should have been fired the day she started
17:22
her bullshit in front of Congress. That's when the hammer
17:26
should have dropped. She should have been fired right along
17:29
with that dute. The dute Howard Lutnick. Donald Trump is
17:33
reportedly discussed firing Attorney General Pam Bondy over handling all
17:38
of the Epstein files. The President has considered replacing Bondi
17:42
with EPA administrator and former Congressman leez Elden. However, he
17:47
has yet to make a final decision, according to both
17:50
CNN and New York Times. Look, it's a long time coming,
17:55
but let's not act like Trump is having some come
17:57
to Jesus moment. Trump is looking for escapegoat. And if
18:02
this warrant Iran is wrapping up, like Trump said, it
18:05
was debatable, But if it is, they know that the
18:09
Epstein files are gonna pop right back up, and they're
18:12
gonna have to, you know, have some kind of strategy
18:14
to deal with it. And it looks like the strategy
18:17
is gonna be to throw Pam Bondi under the bus.
18:21
And I am aokay with her losing her job. But
18:24
let's not act like this wasn't directed by the President.
18:30
He hasn't been shy about telling us that he's directing
18:33
the DOJ to do this or to do that, and
18:37
he's certainly been pretty vocal about using the DOJ to
18:41
go after people that might be as political enemies who
18:44
are connected to Epstein. But short of that, Trump and
18:47
this DOJ, they have no desire to really chase this story.
18:51
They have all the evidence they need, they have everything
18:54
they need, they choose not to pursue it. And one
18:57
of the best examples of this is the that we're
19:00
going through right now from Marievilla Fauna to the other
19:04
lawyers that were involved in the first arrest and prosecution
19:07
of Jeffrey Epstein. Just take a look at what Marievill
19:11
Lafana says in those emails, and take a look at
19:15
how the game was played and how it was Epstein's
19:20
team leading the dance. And there's explicit language in that
19:25
MPa that makes that NPA null and void if Jeffrey
19:29
Epstein is in dereliction of it, and he most certainly was,
19:33
so the NPA could be thrown away tomorrow. And that's
19:35
something paum Bondi and the Trump administration could do basically
19:39
on their own. They just have to petition the court
19:42
and show the court that Epstein was in dereliction of
19:45
that NPA, and then that protection that's been issued to
19:47
everybody goes away. Notice nobody's talking about that, and that's
19:52
because they know how devastating it would be. They understand
19:56
that there's no narrative that gets them out of that right.
19:59
They understan that there's no Oh, well, we can't do
20:02
that because the court won't let us. That's not the case.
20:06
The court most certainly will let them, they choose not to.
20:10
In a statement to The Daly Mail, Trump issued praise
20:13
for Bondi. He did not deny the report. Attorney General
20:17
paum Bondi is a wonderful person, and she's doing a
20:20
good job. Well, yeah, if he means protecting Epstein's friends,
20:24
she's doing a fantastic job. I mean, if that's the case,
20:28
she should be promoted and she shouldn't be losing a gig,
20:31
right because she's doing a fantastic job protecting those people. Meanwhile,
20:36
the Epstein survivors, well that's a whole different story. The
20:41
Daily Mail's reached out to Attorney General Bondie for comment,
20:45
though the Justice Department referred both CNN and The New
20:48
York Times to the president's statement. The Times reporting was
20:52
based on four people familiar with the discussions Now, how
20:57
does the Times keep getting all this access to Trump
21:00
and his cabinet when supposedly Trump and his cabinet hate
21:04
the New York Times. Seems to me somebody's trying to
21:07
stir the pot. I wonder who that somebody is. People
21:12
connected the Bondi told the paper that are accompanying the
21:15
President on his visit to the Supreme Court Wednesday prove
21:19
Bondi still had Trump support. Trump brought Bondi and Commerce
21:23
Secretary Howard Ludnik to hear his administration's defense of his
21:27
executive order to overturn the constitutional and statutory protection of
21:31
birthright citizenship. You know what, I have my doubts about
21:34
this story. If I'm being real, I have my doubts.
21:38
And if he does end up firing her, it's going
21:41
to be in a scapegoat type of way, because the
21:44
Epstein files are so damaging, and he knows that, and
21:47
he knows that he has to have somebody to blame.
21:49
He can't take the heat, so he has to have
21:51
somebody to blame, right, and who better than paym Bondy.
21:55
A source close to CNN said that their relationship with
21:59
business as usual in recent days. Those close to The
22:02
President said, however, that Bondi has made Epstein a political
22:06
liability for Trump, even among his fervent Maga Bass. That's bs.
22:11
Trump has made it a political liability. Now, Bondi has
22:16
certainly helped out, and if she brought the matches, well,
22:21
I'll accept that. But Trump certainly brought the gasoline, and
22:24
boy did he set fire to it. We're talking a
22:27
three alarm blaze, right, And even though he was caught
22:30
with the matches, somebody else has to be responsible, right,
22:34
and that somebody, unfortunately, is going to be Pam Bondy.
22:40
He has also allegedly been critical of her communication skill
22:44
and reticence to attack the president's enemies. The attorney General
22:48
would be the second major figure to depart the second
22:51
Trump administration, after Christy Nome was replaced by Mark Wayne
22:55
Mullen as DHS Secretary in early March. Bondy faces the
23:00
Congressional subpoena over the Epstein scandal after the Committee passed
23:04
a motion by Republican Nancy Mace in March amid concerns
23:08
the Justice Department had failed to turn over all Epstein
23:11
related documents. Well, I don't think that's a concern It's
23:15
an absolute fact. They have no desire to turn over
23:19
the evidence none, and they had to be forced to
23:23
do it kicking and screaming. And even then they missed
23:26
the mark. And it's Pam Bondi who's going to be
23:29
left hold in the bag, not Donald Trump. Republican Chairman
23:36
James Comer wrote in the cover letter of the subpoena
23:38
on Tuesday that the Committee still had questions over the
23:41
Justice Department's handling of the investigation into Epstein and his associates. Oh,
23:48
James Comer, huh, finally getting busy, performative, nonsensical the guys
23:53
of moron. As Attorney General, you're directly responsible for overseeing
23:57
the Department's collection, review and determination regarding the release of
24:01
files pursuant to the Epstein Files Transparency Act, and the
24:06
Committee therefore believes that you possess valuable insight into these efforts.
24:11
Comer wrote, Well, she's just gonna get up there and
24:14
do another performance. Right, You think she's going to be honest,
24:17
truthful and forthcoming. Now does that sound like the Pam
24:21
Bondi that we know? She's going to be evasive, combative,
24:26
and an absolute nightmare when her job really is to
24:30
get up there and let Congress know what's going on.
24:34
But instead everything has to be a circus, right, everything
24:37
has to be a circus. Confrontational, combative and straight up stupid.
24:43
And at this point it's all performative. All these people
24:47
are looking for clicks, and I shit you not. We're
24:49
being governed by influencers. These aren't even serious people at
24:54
this point. Hardline Republicans Tim Burchett, Lauren ba, Robert Michael Cloud,
25:01
and Scott Perry broke ranks to vote with Democrats, to
25:04
compel Bondy to appear so much courage, so much brave.
25:09
The Attorney General is the latest big name to be
25:12
snared by the Committee, which in February grilled Bill and
25:15
Hillary Clinton over their relationship with pedophile and his co conspirator,
25:20
Glenn Maxwell. Bondi has says fury from across the political
25:24
spectrum over herboch release of the Epstein files, including leaving
25:29
victims names unredacted while keeping secret the names of alleged abusers.
25:33
And they'll tell you that's just a big accident, but
25:36
I think it's by design. I'm sorry to be so cynical,
25:40
but at this point, why should I give them any
25:42
kind of trust. Why should I give them the nod
25:45
of approval. I don't care how you got the answer.
25:48
I want to see the work. She clashed with lawmakers
25:51
at a Tens House Judiciary Committee hearing in February, deflecting
25:55
questions about the administration's performance by pointing to the Dow
25:59
soaring past fifty thousand points. Maybe the next time that
26:03
the Secretary of Defense or Secretary of War or whatever
26:06
we're calling them nowadays, is in front of Congress, they
26:10
can tell us about how many lubooboos were sold? Like
26:13
who gives a fuck about the TAO in the context
26:16
of the conversation that was occurring Holy deflection. Bondi promised
26:23
to release the file shortly after taking up leadership of
26:26
the DOJ, but the first tranch a document she disclosed
26:29
was already widely circulated. Pressure on Trump to release the
26:33
full files ratcheted up last year, eventually culminating in the
26:37
Epstein Transparency Act, a bipartisan bill that forced Justice Department
26:42
to publish the remaining files. Uh, what did they follow
26:47
that law? Or no? And the answer is they didn't,
26:51
So I don't even know what this talk about. Oh,
26:53
they release the files is even about because they most
26:56
certainly did not. More than three million Epstein related documents
27:04
were finally released at the end of January, including new
27:07
mentions of Trump as well as Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik.
27:11
Lutnik agreed to testify after a new photo emerged showing
27:15
him with Epstein on the pedophile's private island comer announced
27:19
earlier this month. Trump meanwhile declared Lutnik a very innocent guy.
27:24
He was ultimately suboenaed after Mace threatened to force a
27:28
formal vote. Well, it would seem to me that the
27:31
writing's on the wall for Paum Bondi and that she
27:33
is going to be served up as a sacrifice and
27:36
the scapegoat as soon as this Iran conflict comes to
27:40
an end, and that'll be their next move in trying
27:43
to keep this cover up going. And I'm not really
27:45
in the prediction game, but that is my prediction when
27:48
it comes to Bondi, because I think that Trump always
27:51
needs that fall guy, or in this case, that fall gal,
27:54
and that's exactly what Bondi is set up as. So
27:58
like usual, we'll see where it all goes. And when
28:01
we have some more information about what the deal is,
28:04
we'll get that added to the catalog. All the information
28:07
that goes with this episode can be found in the
28:10
description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode
28:14
of the Epstein Chronicles. Yesterday, Paum, Bondi and Todd Blanche
28:20
had a closed door meeting with the committee overseeing the
28:24
Epstein scandal, and of course it evolved into an absolute
28:29
shit show, just as expected. We don't have a serious
28:34
person in the whole last room, Congress, Blanche, Bondie, none
28:40
of these people are serious, and they're turning this whole
28:44
entire thing into nothing more than a circus. All they
28:48
care about sagatcha moment. And it's unfortunate, but that is
28:52
the way our political structure is set up at this point.
28:55
All these people want to be influencers. They spent more
29:00
time on Twitter than they do writing bills, so we
29:05
shouldn't be shocked to see that it evolved into an
29:07
absolute circus. You have one side saying that there's a
29:11
gigantic cover up, which I do agree with, and then
29:14
of course you have Bondy and Blanche saying that this
29:17
whole entire thing is nothing more than a hit job
29:19
and that the whole motivation is to take down Donald Trump.
29:24
That's the counter narrative, right, and it's effective. It has
29:28
been an effective message to the base. And when you
29:31
have the Democrats get up and walk out of one
29:33
of these meetings, it looks like it's performative. Your job
29:37
is to sit in there and listen and hold people accountable,
29:41
not get up and walk out and protest. I'm so
29:44
tired of it. And this is why I was against
29:48
it being a closed door meeting in the first place.
29:50
Why do we have a closed door meeting? This should
29:53
be public so the American people held the world can
29:56
see what's going on. That way, we can't be gas
29:59
lit or lied to by either side, because that's what's
30:03
going on. Both sides are trying to control the narrative.
30:06
Both sides are trying to wield the narrative as a
30:09
cudgel against their opponents. Meanwhile, the survivors are stuck in
30:13
the middle, once again being forgotten about. But why should
30:16
that matter as long as these politicians get the grandstand
30:20
and act like they care. Today's article is from CBS
30:24
News and the headline House Democrats walk out of tense
30:27
briefing with BONDI over Epstein files, calling it a fake hearing.
30:33
This article was authored by Joe Walsh. A group of
30:37
House Democrats walked out of a closed door briefing with
30:40
Attorney General Pam Bondi on the Jeffrey Epstein probe late Wednesday,
30:45
as tensions over Justice departments handling of the Epstein case
30:49
continue to simmer. The face off took place one day
30:53
after the chair of the House Oversight Committee, Republican Representative
30:57
James Comer of Kentucky, subpoena Bondi to testify about Epstein
31:01
next month. Long time coming. But do you really think
31:07
it's gonna matter? Do you think Pam Bondy is gonna
31:10
tell us anything? Or do you think she's gonna play
31:12
the same games that she played before. I think that
31:15
she's going to play the same games, And that's because
31:19
I don't think she can tell the truth at this
31:21
point because it would out them and it would destroy
31:24
their cover up. So you just have to keep doubling down.
31:28
And I think for Pam Bondy that's gonna prove disastrous
31:31
later on down the road. Do these people really think
31:36
they're gonna get away with all of this, that they're
31:38
gonna cover this all up, and nobody's gonna dig deeper
31:41
later on down the road, because that's definitely gonna happen.
31:45
And honestly, at this point, I doubt any of the perpetrators,
31:49
as far as the people that were with Epstein doing
31:52
the most handeous crimes, are ever gonna be held accountable.
31:55
But the people that engaged in the cover up the
31:58
paper trail people, well, you can't depend on the Statute
32:01
of Limitations to protect you. You can't depend on the
32:05
evidence going away, and you certainly can't count on the
32:08
fact that we're gonna forget, because we are not going
32:12
to forget. This is the ultimate betrayal. What's happening with
32:15
Jeffrey Epstein, as far as I'm concerned, is the ultimate betrayal.
32:20
These people have one job to protect the most vulnerable
32:23
amongst us. They can't even do that. But sure, let's
32:27
engage in some war halfway across the world. Sounds like
32:30
a great idea. Bondie and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche
32:36
went to Capitol Hill on Wednesday to meet with members
32:39
of the panel. Less than an hour later, Democrats left
32:43
the room. Look, that's not the right way to do it.
32:45
Storming out of the room, throwing a fit, a tantruom.
32:49
Not a good look. And I understand it's frustrating, right,
32:53
nobody wants to sit there and be lied to. But
32:57
as a lawmaker, you have to push back against that shit.
33:00
Could you imagine Benjamin Franklin walking out of a congressional meeting.
33:05
Never happened. You have to push back, You have to
33:09
be firm, pushback and demand accountability. That's your job, and
33:13
if you're not capable of doing it, then you should
33:15
be voted out. But for whatever crazy reason, we keep
33:19
sending these incumbents back to DC and we keep getting
33:22
the same results. What did you think they were gonna
33:25
change because they told you that on the campaign trail. Oh,
33:28
this time is gonna be different. I'm a different guy.
33:31
I heard you, I'm listening to you, and we're gonna
33:34
do better get elected. That's the same shit. The committee's
33:39
top Democrat, representative, Robert Garcia of California, proll reporters that
33:44
Bondie did not commit to honoring the panel subpoena. He
33:47
called Wednesday session a fake hearing, adding that Bondie wasn't
33:50
under oath and did not give an opening statement, Wow,
33:56
you know, I am inclined to believe them, as shocking
33:59
as that may be, because Pam Bondy has shown us
34:02
who she is in public already. So if she's not
34:05
under oath and she's at this hearing, do you really
34:07
think she's gonna be forthcoming? She's gonna all of a
34:10
sudden be helpful and care about what's going on. Zero chance.
34:15
So as far as it being a quote unquote fake hearing,
34:18
I agree with that. If she's not under oath, forget it.
34:23
She's not going to tell you the truth. Even when
34:24
she was under oath, she was out here playing games.
34:27
So what makes you think when she's not under oath
34:29
she's gonna be forthcoming and tell the truth. It's outrageous,
34:35
it's infuriating, and it continues this White House cover up
34:39
of the Epstein files. Garcia said, we're not going to
34:42
take that anymore. Well, what is it exactly that you
34:44
plan on doing, mister Garcia? Have you even talked about
34:48
a special counsel yet or maybe a tribunal of some sort,
34:53
How about the DOJ getting rid of the NPA. Have
34:56
we had that conversation? So what exactly is it that
34:59
you're not going to take anymore, and is this a
35:02
twisted sister video? Now we're not going to take it,
35:06
only to turn around and take it. These people talk
35:09
a big game, all of them. Very few of them
35:13
ever come through. Another Democrat, Representative Maxwell Frost of Florida,
35:19
called it a fake deposition where no one can see
35:21
what's going on, noting the lack of c SPAN cameras
35:24
for the closed door meeting. Well, I don't think there
35:27
should be a closed door meeting unless it has to
35:29
do with national security, Like, what are we doing here?
35:35
Why are my tax dollars being used for closed door meetings?
35:38
Maybe I should learn a different language and say this
35:41
in a different language. I do not trust the Department
35:45
of Justice or Congress to tell us the truth. Everything
35:49
has to be open door. Everything has to be transparent,
35:52
completely and fully. They have lost the benefit of the doubt,
35:56
at least as far as I'm concerned. Now, if you
35:58
want to trust them, you want to believe them, that's
36:00
up to you. But the days of me being dog
36:03
walked by politicians are long over. Comer meanwhile, suggested the
36:07
walkout was premeditated and part of a political game, and
36:12
that's why I would have never walked out if I
36:14
was one of the Democrats, because you take away that narrative,
36:17
then oh the Democrats stormed out, Stay there for the
36:20
whole thing, and then leave and say, well, that was ridiculous.
36:24
I just wasted X amount of time in my life
36:26
to be lied to once again by Pam Bondy. But
36:31
if you storm out in the middle of it, you
36:33
give them a narrative. They came out clutching their pearls,
36:38
complaining that you wasn't answering questions, he said. The first
36:41
three people to ask questions, all they did was complain.
36:45
Comer is such a clown. And it's amazing to me
36:49
how many of these people are willing to burn their
36:51
political careers in order to further this cover up. Like
36:55
it's unbelievable to me, because make no mistake, this is
36:59
attached to them for the rest of their political careers.
37:02
What do you think Comer is just going to fade
37:04
into oblivion. He's going to run again and wait and
37:07
see the ads that are put up against them. James
37:10
Comer protecting pedophiles and not your children. I can hear
37:14
the ads now. At one point during the hearing, there
37:19
was a verbal argument between Comer and Democratic Representative Summerly
37:23
of Pennsylvania. Both lawmakers acknowledged, of course there was, because
37:27
it's about them. It's almost hard to quantify the amount
37:31
of ego that was in that room. Leetol reporters that
37:36
she asked Comer if he will compel BONDI to comply
37:39
with the subpoena and initiate proceedings to hold her in
37:41
contempt of Congress if she doesn't show up, and instead
37:45
of answering as an adult, he said that I was bitching. Well,
37:49
it's a good question, will you hold her in contempt
37:52
or not? The answers probably know because Donald Trump would
37:55
lose his shit, and none of these Republicans can have
37:58
that right. Lasting that one want to do is turn
38:01
into the new Joe Kent and have every fucking maga
38:03
person in the world call you a trader. And look,
38:06
I don't know if Joe Kent leaked information or not.
38:09
Nobody does besides Joe Kent and maybe the investigators. But
38:13
my point is how quickly people will turn and all
38:17
of a sudden you go from hero to zero in
38:19
point three seconds. Just ask Marjorie Taylor Green. And if
38:23
there's not complete compliance. Forget it, You're going to be
38:26
the next one up. And these members of the committee
38:28
that are also in the GOP, they know that, and
38:31
instead of having the courage like Marjorie Taylor Green or
38:34
Thomas Massey, they just go along to get along. But
38:37
I think deep in their guts they know that what
38:40
they're doing is wrong, and what they're doing is disgusting.
38:46
Comer confirmed that interaction, saying Lee was just complaining about
38:50
the format. He later wrote on x I said Democrats
38:53
were bitching and wasting everyone's time. Because Democrats were bitching
38:57
and wasting everyone's time, sort of like this bogus app
39:00
this investigation that you're heading up here, mister Comer, you know,
39:03
a waste of everybody's time. Ask whether she will comply
39:06
with the subpoena. Bondi said after the briefing that she
39:10
made a crystal clear I will follow the law, a
39:12
response that Garcia called inadequate. Bondy also criticized democrats walk out.
39:18
But did she talk about the doo. That's what everybody
39:20
needs to know about, right, the doo. The doo, the tao.
39:26
One congress woman screamed, Cespan wasn't in there, so she
39:29
didn't want to ask questions. Yet all day long, they've
39:32
been on social media saying they had all these questions.
39:34
Bondie said, is Pam Bondi for real? As if she'd
39:37
answer any of the questions anyway. It's all a big
39:41
game to these people. I'm telling you right now, Bondi
39:43
has been in the middle of this Epstein shit since Florida,
39:46
so she can save the BS for somebody else. CBS
39:51
News has reached out to the Justice Department for comment.
39:55
The incident underscores how caustic the Epstein issue has become.
39:58
The Justice Department has faced years of intense questions over
40:02
its handling of the disgraced financier who avoided federal charges
40:07
for child sex crimes until twenty nineteen, when he was
40:10
indicted for sex trafficking but died by suicide allegedly in jail,
40:15
drawing public fascination and conspiracy theories. We'll keep that in mind, okay.
40:21
Up until recently, outlets like CBS call this whole thing
40:25
a conspiracy theory, and they still haven't learned their lesson.
40:29
The Department has released millions of government files on Epstein
40:32
in recent months, spanning multiple federal investigations into him and
40:37
is convicted associate you mean co conspirator, right, fellow child abuser,
40:42
general scumbag and bipedal serpent. That's what you mean, right,
40:46
Glenn Maxwell. After Congress passed the law late last year
40:49
requiring it to publish its files on Epstein, members of
40:53
both parties have criticized the Justice Department's handling of the
40:57
files release, arguing that some file were inappropriately withheld or
41:02
excessively redacted. Some sexual abuse survivors also say their personal
41:07
information was exposed. The Department has defended its release process,
41:13
saying that hundreds of lawyers poured through the files to
41:16
check for survivors' names and have taken documents down when
41:20
there are redaction mistakes. Oh yeah, they've done a fantastic job.
41:24
They should all get raises. In fact, they should all
41:27
get bus made and they should be put in the Smithsonian.
41:31
Are they for real right now patting themselves on the
41:33
back for this piss poor job. Democrats have accused Bondie
41:38
of engaging in a cover up. Well, I'm not a Democrat.
41:41
I can promise you that, and I'm telling you they're
41:44
engaging in a cover up. We want her under oath
41:47
because we don't trust her, Frost said Wednesday evening. Comer
41:51
said that Republicans are committed to carrying out a serious
41:54
investigation and want to work with the Justice Department to
41:57
get answers. Does it look like a cover up? He said?
42:00
The Attorney General, Blanche and all the top brass at
42:03
the DOJ. We're in here to answer questions, and yet
42:06
they don't ask a single question. Comer is such a clown.
42:10
Holy cow. I honestly don't know if there's a bigger
42:14
moron than James Comer. So the whole entire thing, like
42:17
I've told you from the jump, is a gigantic circus,
42:20
and unfortunately it's all by design. And if it wasn't
42:24
for the discharge petition, forget it, they would have killed
42:27
this story so quick that it would have made your headspin.
42:32
But thankfully we're in a place now where James Comer
42:35
