- 2:11Now, let's get started.
- 2:12Today's conversation is with podcaster, publicist, and author, Drew Thomas Allen, to talk about his book, Clinton Hoax Obama Coup, the declassified story of the Trump Russia delusion for the first time using declassified intelligence memos and testimonies to reveal the full story.
- 2:33Drew, welcome so much to the show.
- 2:35I'm so looking forward to this conversation because your book was just great.
- 2:40Well, I'm excited to be here, Dr.
- 2:42Tenpenny.
- 2:44This is one of those stories, sagas in, you know, American history that the American people really must understand and know because it was a very serious threat to the Republic, and it's ongoing.
- 2:58So, you know, this is part of our history now.
- 3:02You know, what I really enjoyed about your book is that you made it so readable that others have written about this topic.
- 3:08It seems sort of cryptic and sort of quick tr uh twisted rabbit holes that were difficult to understand.
- 3:14I mean, I really remember when all this was in the mainstream news, you know, that all of the Russia, Russia, Russia stuff that people talked about, and you know, the dossier and you know, all the um unbelievable things that were happening, but it seemed as though we only had little bits and pieces of the story.
- 3:32But you've really understand it now, and you're in your book makes it very understandable.
- 3:38The the lay of the land and the highest level of corruption that went on.
- 3:42Yeah, well, you know, fortunately, Tulsi Gabbard, the director of national intelligence, uh declassified some very, very important documents.
- 3:50I think it was last summer around August, and that really helped pull back the curtain and answer some of the lingering questions that we had about the Trump Russia collusion, uh, hoax turned coup.
- 4:02And I had just followed this story for for a long time for whatever reason.
- 4:06I mean, it was of interest to me, and I seemed to understand it in a certain way, but I did want to convey it uh in a way that was simple, that the average American person could understand because it's understandably difficult to follow because you're talking about now 10 years since it started, and obviously there were cover-ups, uh, there were investigations that led to nowhere.
- 4:28There was a a refusal to provide those declassified documents that remain classified.
- 4:32So, you know, it was a very confusing portrait, confusing acronyms and everything else.
- 4:37So I'm I'm just very pleased that I had the opportunity to write something at the right time, I guess, uh, to make that understandable.
- 4:47You know, you start out your book by saying that the Russia collusion narrative was quote, one of the most destructive political hoaxes in modern history, possibly in all of American history.
- 4:59That's really a bold statement.
- 5:01What led you to that conclusion?
- 5:04Yeah, I mean, the Trump Russia collusion saga, um it it turned into a coup.
- 5:14I mean, this was an effort, and it included the media.
- 5:17They were participants.
- 5:18I mean, the you have to think about the the scale of this as well, which is pretty shocking.
- 5:23Um, that the dozens and dozens of individuals, many of the names that we know, many that we don't, but they were all involved in this effort to undermine the will of the American people.
- 5:31And I cannot stress enough to people that this was a coup.
- 5:35Now, it wasn't committed with tanks in the streets, you know, TV stations weren't seized.
- 5:40So the word soft should not um uh really soften the significance of what happened.
- 5:47You had a Clinton campaign and uh uh uh a DNC, the Democrat National Committee that worked with the Biden, I mean the Obama administration at the time to sell the American P not only sell the American people on a fiction in order to help get her re-elected, but they they used that fake information from the Steele dossier in particular to actually spy on a presidential campaign to spy on Trump while he was running for office.
- 6:18But where it escalates is that after Donald Trump defeats that hoax, right?
- 6:23We elect him in November.
- 6:26Then in December, after he's coming into office, you know, just a month later, that's when Barack Obama orders the intelligence community assessment, which is designed to give the official uh stamp government stamp of approval on the hoax to suggest that yes, in fact, there was Trump Russia collusion.
- 6:45And so it hobbled an entire administration, it crippled them, and you know, they tried to impeach and get Trump out of there, and he had done nothing wrong.
- 6:53Um, that has never happened in our history before.
- 6:56You know, the scandal you state about in your book is that Obama, one of the scandals, there's many is that what um Obama was America's first Muslim president, even though he claimed to be a Christian.
- 7:00That Obama, one of the scandals, there's many, is that what um Obama was America's first Muslim president, even though he claimed to be a Christian.
- 7:08And he you you talk about the the event that happened at Fort Hood and other you know bases and things like that, where he just seemed to say it was just workplace violence and nothing to do with the Muslim jihad.
- 7:08And he you you talk about the the event that happened at Fort Hood and other you know bases and things like that where he just seemed to say it was just workplace violence and nothing to do with the Muslim jihad.
- 7:21Why was Obama, you know, such a character that he he he grew up in Africa and you know, but he claims that he was not.
- 7:21Why was Obama, you know, such a character that he he grew up in Africa and you know, but he claims that he was not Muslim, but he wanted to protect the Muslim jihadists.
- 7:33What was that all about?
- 7:34Well, you know, look, Barack Hussein Obama had daddy issues, you know, and I don't mean that in a cruel way.
- 7:40Um he he did he, you know, his father was a scoundrel.
- 7:44His actual father, biological father was a scoundrel.
- 7:47And I understand as a as a Christian and somebody who um, you know, has spent time with family members in rehab and trying to to around people who are who have deep scars, and we all do, but they come from the parent, right?
- 8:01So even I, as a young man, I had great parents, but you know, my father wasn't perfect.
- 8:06I've got two young girls, I'm not perfect either.
- 8:09And the reality is that um we are uh affected by our parents' flaws, and that's a really big one for Barack Obama.
- 8:18So it explains a lot of uh his behavior as he got older.
- 8:20But you know, he was he's he spent his formative years in Indonesia.
- 8:24Um I mean he was raised by a a Muslim man, and so that is part of who he is and his identity.
- 8:31And I call him the Billy Graham of Islam because you know, this country uh prior to Barack Obama had never had such a big advocate in such a powerful position, obviously, advocating for the religion of Islam.
- 8:45And he always followed his golden rule, and the the Obama Golden Rule was that you know, any time, even if there was, and there was a lot of these under the the Obama administration, but any any time there was an act of jihad, an act of um uh uh terrorism carried out by a Muslim individual in the name of Islam in America, he always had to then apply like he always had to come and defend Islam as well, right?
- 9:07You would never do that, you know, if if I mean that's how sensitive these people were, and he was because it it demonstrates that whether he really was a Christian or not.
- 9:15I mean, I don't think he was.
- 9:17Uh I think it's a bunch of baloney for sure.
- 9:19Uh he was obvious he obviously revered Islam more than Christianity because he would uh uh uh routinely and repeatedly um attack Christians, you know, and try and uh uh dismiss you know acts of radical Islam by falsely portraying Christianity as similar to Islam, you know, as if Islam was the same thing.
- 9:39But this shaped his whole foreign policy, and it ultimately led to uh what happened in Benghazi, and um, but for his affection for Islam, we might not have ever had the Trump Russia collusion hoax because it was Benghazi that really was the starting point um of that.
- 9:57You know, you mentioned Benghazi, and that's where I want to go next with our conversation here.
- 10:01Is that you describe Benghazi in your book, and you you you define that whole period of time and write about it so clearly that Benghazi was the original sin that uh walk us through why the 2012 cover-up of what really happened in Benghazi was really designed just to hide Obama's failed Middle Eastern policies.
- 10:20You know, that whole thing was such a disaster.
- 10:22I saw the movie, you know, after that the Benghazi movie after it came out, and again, there was a lot of um seemed like missing pieces, and you really filled in the gap about Benghazi and how that led to the Russian collusion.
- 10:38Take us through some of that story.
- 10:40Yeah, I think that might be surprising for the audience that you look, you're writing a book about Trump Russia collusion, so why why would you start with Benghazi, right?
- 10:46Why would you start so many years before?
- 10:48But I think that's what makes my book um important, if I can say that, and um, and obviously unique compared to other books because you've got to understand context.
- 10:57You know, things don't just happen, they start somewhere else and they escalate.
- 11:01And so the Benghazi episode, and just to refresh, you know, the audience's memories, you know, back in 2012 on the anniversary of 9-11, um, you had a premeditated terrorist attack on our temporary embassy facility in Benghazi, Libya.
- 11:19And U.S.
- 11:20ambassador Christopher Stevens and several other Americans were killed.
- 11:24And the attack was carried out by uh an al-Qaeda affiliated group.
- 11:29Um, and this was really a result of uh Barack Obama's failed foreign policy.
- 11:36So again, with Barack Obama being so sympathetic to Islam and everything else, he had this strange interest in, you know, going into the Middle East and uh, you know, taking out dictators, which created a power vacuum and which actually became a more dangerous place.
- 11:52So Libya was the first place he did this.
- 11:54He spearheaded the NATO effort, but it was really an American effort, as we know now know with Trump, you know, everything NATO is is the US.
- 12:02Um, but he took out Gaddafi.
- 12:05And you know, Gaddafi was a horrible person, but he was secular.
- 12:09Uh and that created a power vacuum in which Libya became a tumultuous place that was very, very dangerous because all of these Al-Qaeda-link groups, um, they filled the the power void.
- 12:20They were they were pill uh pillaging, you know, the stockpiles of weapons and everything else.
- 12:24Um and so when the attack happened in Benghazi, um what it revealed was a few things that were obviously a problem for for for Barack Obama because he was in the middle of running for re-election.
- 12:37You know, he was like a little over a month out from you know uh he was running against Romney, right?
- 12:43So this was a problem for him.
- 12:45But what Benghazi exposed uh was actually that uh Barack Obama was in the process of continuing that failed experiment in in Libya and carrying it out in Syria.
- 12:58So you know, the the the the um the capital of of Libya is Tripoli.
- 13:05And that's where US ambassador Stevens should have been, you know, that's where the actual embassy is.
- 13:10But for whatever reason, in Benghazi, we had this little outpost and it lacked security.
- 13:15Um, you know, it's like you go and and ran an Airbnb.
- 13:18You know, I mean, that's kind of what the situation was in Benghazi, and you know it's a dangerous place, so it's strange that he would keep going there and visiting.
- 13:24Well, it turns out that that temporary uh mission facility, I believe it was called, was a mile down the street from a CIA annex that nobody, even people in Congress didn't even know existed.
- 13:34And that CIA annex was being used to funnel arms into different um militant groups, you know, for the uh purported purpose of you know overturning these you know dictatorships and so on and so forth.
- 13:48So um that CIA annex, it turns out, was also being used to funnel arms into Syrian rebels' hands.
- 13:55So Benghazi was a failure, Libya was a failure.
- 13:59We know it's a failure, and Barack Obama is already hurrying to do the exact same thing in Syria.
- 14:00We know it's a failure, and Barack Obama is already hurrying to do the exact same thing in Syria.
- 14:04So this is a pretty explosive scandal ahead of an election.
- 14:04So this is a pretty explosive scandal ahead of an election.
- 14:08Um and so obviously to kind of cut to the chase now as it relates to Trump Russia occlusion.
- 14:08Um and so obviously to kind of cut to the chase now as it relates to Trump Rush occlusion.
- 14:14Um Barack Obama was was was was screwed.
- 14:14Um Barack Obama was was was was screwed.
- 14:18You know, this was not a good thing.
- 14:18You know, this was not a good thing.
- 14:20He he had been campaigning on Al Qaeda being on the run, and now you have a bunch of terrorists that just killed the U.S.
- 14:20He he had been campaigning on Al Qaeda being on the run, and now you have a bunch of terrorists that just killed the U.S.
- 14:25ambassador in Libya.
- 14:25ambassador in Libya.
- 14:26This is not a good look before your re-election.
- 14:26This is not a good look before your re-election.
- 14:28And so the White House and Barack Obama order the CIA to lie to revise the talk official talking points about what happened in Benghazi to kind of save his re-election bid.
- 14:28And so the White House and
- 14:42And those talking points, instead of saying, yeah, there was a premeditated terrorist attack on our embassy facility in Benghazi that left Americans dead, they decide to say this was a spontaneous protest based on a video that no one's even seen except for in Egypt that was anti Mus anti Muhammad, anti Islam, anti-Muslim.
- 15:04And um it just got out of hand.
- 15:06And Susan Rice became the spokesperson.
- 15:09She went on the Sunday shows, five of them, and told that lie.
- 15:13And uh obviously there were subsequent investigations.
- 15:17But I guess to stop there for a second, why this is relevant again to bring it back to Trump Russia occlusion is that you have the president of the United States corrupting the intelligence community to achieve a political objective.
- 15:31So the CIA goes along with this and lies and does his bidding in order to help him get re-elected.
- 15:39And so you'll see that obviously with Trump Russia occlusion, right?
- 15:42The corruption of the intelligence community.
- 15:44So this is one of those important signposts that precedes the hoax.
- 15:48But then you had the investigations into Benghazi, and that's that's the fuel that goes to Trump Rush occlusion because Trump Rush occlusion was a desperate effort by Hillary Clinton to distract from her scandals and criminal behavior, to create a boogeyman so big that people would stop looking at her, and that's the only thing that she could do because the American people were fed up with her.
- 16:13So she had to make Trump worse than her.
- 16:16And uh, but we wouldn't have had a need for that scandal.
- 16:20She wouldn't have had to come up with something like that if she wasn't mired in controversy.
- 16:24Where did the controversies come from?
- 16:26They came from Benghazi because the Benghazi investigation revealed that she had an illegal private server that she'd been using to communicate.
- 16:32And that led to Peter Schweitzer writing a book called Clinton Cash that revealed that the pay for play that was going on, the payola, while she was Secretary of State, selling out, selling access to her and the State Department.
- 16:45So that's the medium medium explanation.
- 16:50It's really, really important.
- 16:51And um I learned a lot from reading your book about you know the the real connection between Benghazi and the Trump Trump Russia collusion story, in that there it's it's everything that you just described, and it's um, you know, you you mentioned in passing that Gaddafi was just a horrible person.
- 17:10You know, there there were elements of him that were not.
- 17:13I mean, he provided uh health care for all, education for all, and he was trying to move the petrodollar onto the gold standard, which is another reason that a lot of people think that he was he was knocked off was because he was ups uh upsetting the the the world gold supply because he was like stockpiling all this gold to transfer the oil the oil um industry onto a gold standard.
- 17:36So, you know, I think that you know, when he's painted as a miserable person, he's painted as a disruptor to the status quo.
- 17:44And when Clinton, when Hillary Clinton had to say we came, we saw he died, and she cackled about it.
- 17:51I I mean I remember thinking that was just the most horrible thing I ever saw.
- 17:55And how in the world could the entire Middle East blow up over a YouTube video?
- 18:03I mean, it was like it was amazing to me that people would buy that, you know.
- 18:08Yeah, it really it really I mean, there's several things like that that really just expose the gullibility of so many American people because they're so obviously not true.
- 18:18They're so obviously um, you know, uh don't align with reality and and experience.
- 18:26You know, I mean it was like with Trump Russian occlusion, it was the it was the problem with the premise, which was that you know that Vladimir Putin and the Russians would rather have Trump as president than Hillary Clinton, which was insane, of course, because everybody had who had been paying attention knew that the Obama administration and Clinton were the best thing that happened to Russia and the poot and Putin, you know, since the Cold War, you know, since before the Cold War.
- 18:51I mean, they she she was the one and he was the one who organized, you know, and helps push through the sale of our uranium, you know, to the Russian state.
- 18:59Uh they're the ones who went over there with a red reset button, Hillary Clinton, you know, trying to reset relations with with Russia.
- 19:06What does that mean?
- 19:07Reset relations.
- 19:08Well, they wanted to be on friendlier terms.
- 19:10Um, so they had a a mission to that was that was sympathetic towards Russia, obviously.
- 19:17So anyway, but yeah, to your point, it's just you know, uh CNN obviously, you know, if you tune into that every single day, you know, I guess that's where your brain's at.
- 19:25You know, you don't have uh any any way to understand the world.
- 19:29Well said.
- 19:30It's really, really well said.
- 19:32You know what not a single person has been held accountable for this.
- 19:37Nobody that was in the Clinton and Obama administration, Hillary Clinton would become the Democratic nominee for president again, and seems to be a pattern of government that no matter which administration is in charge, that nobody is held accountable for any of these crimes.
- 19:53I mean, you can go all the way back to 9-11, you know, and and then you know, you could you we could spend another hour peeling out that history up until 2026 is in, I think that part of your statement and part of your writing this book to expose and pin all these pieces together was to like lay out the crime pattern.
- 20:13So what can really be done about this lack of accountability?
- 20:16Is there anything?
- 20:19Well, I'll give I'll give the answer that no one wants first.
- 20:23The worst case scenario, right?
- 20:26Worst case scenario is that you know, people study these issues or read books like this.
- 20:32Um, just read the books, you can read news articles and everything else, but as as an American citizen, you know, you we have a 24-7, 365-day year responsibility to be informed about this nation, our history, and everything else, and we have to defend it.
- 20:45It's up to us.
- 20:46So the worst case scenario in terms of accountability is that more and more American people understand the severity of what Trump Russia occlusion was.
- 20:56They themselves identify who these individuals are, and culturally it create it makes these people pariahs.
- 21:00Culturally, it creates it makes these people pariahs.
- 21:02You know, Barack Obama shouldn't be able to walk with his face held up into a restaurant.
- 21:02You know, Barack Obama shouldn't be able to walk with his face held up into a restaurant.
- 21:07He should be ashamed to walk anywhere in the streets of America.
- 21:07He should be ashamed to walk anywhere in the streets of America.
- 21:09Hillary Clinton should be ashamed to leave her her homes and her gated enclaves because every American looks at her and knows she's a criminal.
- 21:09Hillary Clinton should be ashamed to leave her her homes and her gated enclaves because every American looks at her and knows she's a criminal.
- 21:17That's the worst case.
- 21:17That's the worst case.
- 21:18But you know, Cash Patel recently um announced that arrests are coming related to Trump Rush occlusion and the stolen 2020 election.
- 21:18But you know, Cash Patel recently um announced that arrests are coming related to Trump Russia occlusion and the stolen 2020 election.
- 21:27And um, you know, uh
- 21:27And um, you know, I I think that Americans are have have a right to be skeptical and you know of that because we haven't seen the type of accountability that we voted for that we've been waiting for.
- 21:40Um, but I will say this about Cash Patel.
- 21:43Uh, if anybody's gonna do it, he's the guy because he was the one during the first Trump term that was instrumental in exposing what the what the Trump Russia hoax was.
- 21:56You know, I mean, this if anybody, I mean, nobody, I mean, few people understand this uh better than than me.
- 22:02Uh Cash Mattel does, and he's got you know access to what I what I've put in this book recently and more.
- 22:08So I I I mean I hope so.
- 22:12I hope so.
- 22:13Um, one of the problems though is that even when we have an administration or an FBI and a DOJ that is pursuing these arrests, right?
- 22:22Not based on you know anything vindictive, but based on the fact that laws were broken, because we're not the left.
- 22:28Um, but you have you have to have an equal standard of justice.
- 22:31You can't have, oh, well, this person's too important to jail.
- 22:34You can't have that.
- 22:35Um, just like you know, Ford's too big to fail, or whatever is the company's big banks are too big.
- 22:39No, no, no, no.
- 22:40None of you are too big to fail.
- 22:41You should have failed.
- 22:42You should have been allowed to fail.
- 22:43And you people are not too big to jail.
- 22:45Um, but remember, you know, the the what the left has done so successfully is infiltrate the judicial system, the judiciary.
- 22:53So, you know, we we we got close to putting Comey away not long ago.
- 23:01But you know, the left found a procedural, you know, problem in terms of the temporary appointment of the the lawyer responsible that you know they dismissed it.
- 23:16Not because Comey didn't commit crimes, we know he did.
- 23:19That was affirmed, but because of a technicality.
- 23:22And so, you know, we see the law fair and everything else.
- 23:25So um, but I mean, I I I have high hopes, and I would let me say this actually.
- 23:29This is important.
- 23:31A lot of people balk at the idea that you know Obama could go away in handcuffs.
- 23:35And look, I'm not I'm not promising anybody that Barack Obama is going away in handcuffs.
- 23:40Um, although that would be correct, the correct thing to happen.
- 23:45But um remember, because look, it when you start arresting people, there's gonna be, you know, all hell's gonna break loose in the United States of America because the left is so violent, they're so insane.
- 23:56You know, they'll be screaming about how this is an attack on democracy and everything else.
- 24:00But people need to resist caving to what's gonna happen and the pressure by the media and the left to try and protect these criminals.
- 24:09It is the left that uh created the precedent for what could come.
- 24:14It's the left that used lawfare to try to put a former and future president in prison, right?
- 24:20Donald Trump.
- 24:21So they've already tried to do it.
- 24:23They've said it's okay.
- 24:24They've said that Donald Trump is not too big to jail, and he didn't commit any crimes.
- 24:29But if it turns out that the same thing can happen because real crimes were actually committed, unlike what happened with Trump with Barack Obama or anyone else, they have to pay for those crimes.
- 24:42Yeah, I agree with you.
- 24:43But in your view, this whole idea of this Trump Russian delusion was an opening salvo of a larger ongoing effort to criminalize and political political opposition and delegitimize our elections.
- 24:56You mentioned the stolen election of 2020 and the overwhelming win that they, you know, when Trump was running in 2024, he was saying, you know, the it has to be such a landslide that they can't steal it, which it seemed out to be that way.
- 25:10But you know, going forward, where do we stand with that on delegitimizing our elections?
- 25:17Yeah.
- 25:18I mean, it's an it's still an uphill battle.
- 25:20Yeah.
- 25:20Um, you know, efforts are being made.
- 25:22Uh, I mean, we'll see what comes of the investigations and obviously arrests.
- 25:26Arrests, I mean, that's the whole thing about accountability.
- 25:28The reason, the reason we've seen an escalation from the Democrat Party and the left year after year, is because there is no accountability.
- 25:35So, as bad as Trump Rush Russia collusion was, and arguably, I mean, it it stands on a plane of its own in terms of what it represents, but then you get a stolen election in 2020.
- 25:46No accountability.
- 25:47You get Joe Biden who campaigned from the basement in there.
- 25:49Nobody believes that.
- 25:50You know, that like the like thinking, I mean, there's a there's another trend here, and this is I don't outline this in the book, but just because we're talking about it, and you've pointed out made some some really amazing points.
- 26:01All of these things defy logic, right?
- 26:03So with Trump Russia occlusion, the people that bought it and believed that Donald Trump colluded with Putin to, you know, interfere steal the election.
- 26:10I mean, it the premise never made sense.
- 26:13Obviously, Putin wouldn't rather have Trump in there, you know.
- 26:15And then you get to the 2020 stolen election, and to believe that it wasn't stolen, you had to believe the impossible, which was that Joe Biden, who is a decrepit old man even then losing his mind, campaigning from the basement that he got, you know, 15 million more votes than Barack Obama or 12, whatever it was, he's the most popular president in American history, U.S.
- 26:35Pristrict.
- 26:36Yeah, you have to be you have to be insane to believe that.
- 26:38Yeah, but they you know Yeah, go ahead.
- 26:41You know, go ahead.
- 26:42Go ahead.
- 26:43Well, I know I just you had to be insane to believe that.
- 26:46You know, and we saw all the campaign pictures, you know, Trump would would pull up in in the Trump airplane, and there would be literally hundreds of you know, tens of thousands of people there.
- 26:56Then you would see, you know, Biden standing on a stage with 20 people in the audience.
- 27:01It's like, how did people possibly believe that was true?
- 27:04Well, we're gonna hold that because we've got great conversations going on here about a whole bunch of political stuff.

- 35:24Welcome back to the show.
- 35:25It's such a great honor to have you here and talking with you this morning.
- 35:28Oh well I'm excited
- 35:28Oh, well, I'm excited to be here.
- 35:30And I'll add, because this is a recent development too.
- 35:32I recently I just joined the uh the Daily Signal, which is where Victor Davis Hansen he is now as well.
- 35:39So I'm really excited.
- 35:40I'm I'm actually their California column.
- 35:42So I'm doing my best here to see what we can do in California to maybe take back this state.
- 35:48Oh boy, you got an uphill battle going on out there, that's for sure.
- 35:52That's right.
- 35:52But we need conservative voices such as yours and conservative thought for the remaining people that are in California.
- 35:59Unfortunately, I think that so many of the good conservative people said I'm out of here.
- 36:04I just can't take it anymore.
- 36:05So good for you for taking on the battle.
- 36:08Yep.
- 36:08Not without a certain amount of pain, but you know, I've I've honestly it's a God thing.
- 36:12I feel I feel called to stay here and fight for now.
- 36:15Too many opportunities have presented themselves, uh, you know, and you just recognize them.
- 36:19You know, the the the older you get, and the more you learn that, you know, you don't know anything, and you better look up and uh to the creator.
- 36:26Uh you you start to recognize the signposts.
- 36:29So um I I I can't leave yet.
- 36:31As much as I'd like to stop paying $1,500 a month in uh my energy bill.
- 36:35Ooh, wow.
- 36:37People don't know it's crazy, yeah.
- 36:39Well, you know, let's get back to the Democrats and what in this the shenanigans that they pulled here.
- 36:45So why do Democrats and life are bureaucrats that we can't seem to get rid of in the Trump administration?
- 36:51Why do they hate Donald Trump so much more than any other Republican in modern history?
- 36:58So you have to understand Washington, DC and the government itself as its own kind of ecosystem.
- 37:08And it doesn't really matter in the DC bubble if you're a Republican or Democrat.
- 37:15So imagine you have a NGO or something, right?
- 37:19It doesn't matter if there's a Republican or Democrat who's running Washington, D.C.
- 37:23as long as you are getting the federal dollars and enriching yourself.
- 37:27So you have all these you have you you have a a kind of a an economy that is just dependent upon getting handouts from the federal government, right?
- 37:37Uh so keep that in mind, because it explains why you had Republicans and Democrats that were so opposed to Donald Trump, right?
- 37:46The establishment.
- 37:47So typically when somebody wins election, the presidential election.
- 37:55The expectation by those that are already in Washington, D.C., the permanent bureaucrat class, the expectation is that, hey, you want an election, so you might be here four years.
- 38:07If you're lucky, you're here eight years.
- 38:09But we've been here before you, and we will be here long after you.
- 38:13And so you have a certain amount of latitude with which you can affect the country.
- 38:18But there are many, many things that are off limits.
- 38:21Foreign policy and so on and so forth.
- 38:23And so you are going to be a cog in this machine.
- 38:27Because we know that you're the president and the American people elected you, but we're the ones who actually know how things work, and we run Washington, D.C.
- 38:35You just got here, we've been here.
- 38:37That's the expectation.
- 38:39And the Republican or Democrat, and you know, it typically leans left, but the Republican or Democrat comes in and says, okay, that's agreeable, you know, that's fine.
- 38:48Um Donald Trump was different.
- 38:52He was, to use your word earlier, you know, he was a disruptor.
- 38:56And he wasn't silent about that.
- 39:00He campaigned on it.
- 39:01He told everybody what he was going to do.
- 39:03And this sent shockwaves through Washington, D.C., through the establishment, because they knew that he was not going to be controllable.
- 39:11They knew that Donald Trump was not going to come in there and respect their demand that he fit into the machine.
- 39:21He promised to destroy the machine.
- 39:25And that is why you had an unprecedented effort to get rid of Donald J.
- 39:31Trump.
- 39:32Because he did represent the American people.
- 39:35He did go in and promise to disrupt the shenanigans.
- 39:39And so that's why you had this onslaught.
- 39:41They hadn't seen something like it.
- 39:42They knew who he was, and they feared it.
- 39:44Because he he threat he threatened their jobs.
- 39:46He threatened their security.
- 39:48You know, he threatened their egos.
- 39:50So what's happening now?
- 39:53I mean, he the what he campaigned on, you know, the peace president, you know, stopping the forever wars, um, all the draining the swamp, as you alluded to, all these different things, lowering taxes, you know, getting energy prices down, making housing affordable, and on and on.
- 40:11What the heck is happening now?
- 40:14So, yeah, I mean, I so I I am an outlier amongst some of my friends and whatnot that I talked to.
- 40:19Um most people obviously it's it's related to what's going on in Iran.
- 40:26Um I let me let me let me start this way.
- 40:29I think that so Donald Trump was never an isolationist.
- 40:34Like that wasn't his pitch to the American people.
- 40:35It was America first, and a lot of people interpret America.
- 40:38And he did, he did campaign on no, you know, no more wars, certainly no more forever wars.
- 40:44Um, but Donald Trump is very Jeffersonian in his outlook.
- 40:50And by Jeffersonian, I mean, you know, Thomas Jefferson, um, you know, these are individuals that were looked far into the future.
- 41:01You know, the Louisiana Purchase, um, you know, these sorts of things that just change the landscape of the world for a long, long time.
- 41:09Um, and Donald Trump's not looking at things in terms of four-year or eight-year cycles.
- 41:14He's looking at things in terms of decades.
- 41:17And with Iran in particular, um, you know, I have to trust the president to some extent.
- 41:23You know, I think it's good to be um, you know, to remain somewhat critical and skeptical and everything else, but you know, a lot of the outrage I've seen about Iran, it's based on things that haven't come true.
- 41:37So, like I oppose a forever war.
- 41:40This hasn't, this isn't a forever war.
- 41:42I mean, Iran's in the Middle East, but it's vastly different situation than Iraq or Afghanistan was, just in terms of the population itself, uh, the civilization itself, its history and relationship with the United States, which was supportive of the West until you know 1979.
- 41:58And there is the nuclear issue.
- 42:00And so I uh I remain supportive as as it as it relates to it now.
- 42:00And so I uh I remain supportive as as it as it relates to it now.
- 42:06Um, you know, uh some people are very critical of Israel, you know, they're worried about Israel's um, you know, outsized influence on the United States of America, for example.
- 42:06Um, you know, uh some people are very critical of Israel, you know, they're worried about Israel's um, you know, outsized influence on the United States of America, for example.
- 42:17I I I I don't see it that way.
- 42:17I I I don't see it that way.
- 42:20I think that Israel is a strategic partner in the Middle East.
- 42:20I think that Israel is a strategic partner in the Middle East, and there are going to be issues where we're gonna have disagreement on because there's certain things that are in Israel's interest that aren't necessarily in our interest, but I think that preventing a nuclear Iran is in everyone's interests, and you know, we've seen support from other Middle Eastern countries out there as well that are actually supporting us and backing us.
- 42:24And there are going to be issues where we're going to have disagreement on because there's certain things that are in Israel's interest that aren't necessarily in our interest.
- 42:41And, you know, even even NATO allies, you know, they have opposed us, they have prevented us from using their uh Air Force facilities or their airspace, for example, but you know, they're cowards because recently, and look, I mean, it's gonna be very hard to negotiate with Iran because you've got a bunch of terrorists who actually don't want to uh don't want to negotiate.
- 43:01So that's why you're seeing all this back and forth.
- 43:03But you know, we have decimated um most of their uh capabilities and abilities, and we've done it in a way in which the population hasn't really suffered.
- 43:11We did it without taking out, you know, power plants and so on and so forth.
- 43:14But now you see the NATO allies that are saying, okay, you know, now that it's looking good, you know, every time it looks good, the outlook looks good, you know, they come in and say, well, yeah, we support this too, you know.
- 43:23Iran can't be allowed to have nukes.
- 43:25And so I I I think, and the other thing I would say to people, because I'm sensitive to this, you know, um, is that this was not a good decision for Donald Trump to make ahead of midterms.
- 43:38Like it was not like it's not a politically savvy move to make.
- 43:42And so that tells me, at least my interpretation of that is that this needed to be done.
- 43:48And there was a window that this had to be done.
- 43:50Because it would have been better and easier for Donald Trump to just kick the can down the road and not let this become an issue ahead of midterms.
- 43:58So, you know, that's kind of where my understanding of the reality is, too, is that you know, look, I I mean, I elected this guy.
- 44:05I mean, it doesn't mean he's you know, he's not infallible, he makes mistakes.
- 44:08There are things I disagree with, certainly.
- 44:10But I think with foreign policy, he he is making the world a safer place in the long run for decades and decades to come with Venezuela.
- 44:18Because here's what people have to know too, and then we can we can talk about whatever.
- 44:21Sorry, I'm just I think it's important to get this information out there, I guess.
- 44:24I do too.
- 44:25China is our greatest adversary, and for some reason, if you poll people, Doctor, I guarantee you they won't say that.
- 44:32I mean, the Biden administration treated them like they were they weren't a threat at all.
- 44:36And so China is really behind all these actions we're taking with Iran, with Venezuela, possibly with Cuba.
- 44:43The common denominator in all the activity is that China is working with these countries to hurt America.
- 44:51Yeah.
- 44:51And that's what really this is about.
- 44:53It is about it is about reducing China as a threat to America.
- 45:00Um, but if you don't acknowledge that China's a threat, none of this makes sense.
- 45:04I totally agree with that.
- 45:06I I had a conversation a few weeks ago with Casey Fleming about his new book, The The Red Tsunami about how China has laid out this incredible uh about 40 year plan to undermine and decimate the United States from the inside.
- 45:22When you read his book, the first part of it, I mean, probably the first 30 pages about make your eyeballs fall out.
- 45:28There is not a topic that you can name in any of America's society that has not been infiltrated by by the Chinese.
- 45:36And I totally agree with you that if you were to just ask somebody walking down the street, how big of a on a scale of one to ten, how big of a threat do you think China is?
- 45:45They go, oh, maybe three, two.
- 45:47They don't have any idea what's going on.
- 45:49So I agree with everything you just said about that.
- 45:52Yeah, yeah.
- 45:53You know, it's prior, you've got you've got to you gotta have context for things, you know.
- 45:58I mean, I there's so many, there's so many efforts out there to just mislead people.
- 46:04And I I've said this too.
- 46:07Like, it's a good thing that the legacy media doesn't have a monopoly.
- 46:11Obviously, I'm on this show.
- 46:12I have a show, so I'm grateful for that.
- 46:14But at the same time, you know, there's a lot of uh misinformation out there too.
- 46:20That's not to say the legacy media wasn't wasn't putting misinformation out there, but there's a lot of it, you know, it's it's like the double-edged sword, you know, you've got to deal with certain uh there's pros and cons.
- 46:29You know, the iPhone comes out, it changes our lives.
- 46:32It's arguably very positive, but you know, there's a lot of negatives that come with it too.
- 46:36And you you you can't anticipate what those problems are gonna be.
- 46:38And the same thing's true right now, I think, with just social media and the the kind of I I think the problem with social media is it it it does what the it actually uh facilitates something that I complained about with the legacy media, which is this attempt to uh you know, perceptions reality.
- 46:56So you can there's bots and there's people that try to create, you know, make an idea popular or support it, and it doesn't represent what's happening out here away from the screens.
- 47:05But if that is your world in reality, you know, that's that's what you tend to believe.
- 47:10You know, one of the questions I wanted to get wanted to get to in your book, you know, Clinton Hoke's Obama coup that you wrote was how did how did everyone be in on this?
- 47:21I mean, between Nellie Orr and Bruce Orr and the FBI and the CIA and the Clinton campaign and all the little minions in between.
- 47:30I mean, you couldn't have just held that in a tight box that other people didn't know.
- 47:36And then there were secondary characters that we saw that we were in front in front of you know congressional hearings.
- 47:41How did everyone be in on it and no one have any accountability for it?
- 47:48Yeah, that's a great question because again, the scale of this is just like unprecedented.
- 47:56Yes.
- 47:56I mean, even as I was writing this book, right?
- 47:58I'm trying to put this story together for people and make it make sense.
- 48:01I mean, I'm just like there's so many people, and they're in the media.
- 48:06And but so to answer the question in some kind of comprehensible way.
- 48:13The Clinton campaign in the DNC were quite clever.
- 48:19They used their lawyers at Perkins COI, Mark Elias being the most important figure of this saga that should also face justice.
- 48:30Um they were able to shield much of what they did behind attorney-client privilege.
- 48:40So they they also disguised the payments, right?
- 48:45So they they committed a campaign finance violation because the Clinton campaign paid Perkins Coy legal fees, and those quote unquote legal fees were actually used to hire um Fusion GPS, the opposition research firm that ultimately outsourced the steel dossier to Christopher Steele.
- 49:00Fusion GPS, the opposition research firm that ultimately outsourced the steel dossier to Christopher Steele.
- 49:08But it all went through the law firm.
- 49:08But it all went through the law firm.
- 49:10And so logistically, it actually works pretty effectively because you are shielding and giving yourself kind of uh uh protection by doing it that way.
- 49:10And so logistically, it actually works pretty effectively because you are shielding and giving yourself kind of uh uh protection by doing it that way.
- 49:24Client attorney privilege stuff and things like that.
- 49:24Client attorney privilege stuff and things like that.
- 49:26Well, well, yeah, I mean, I mean, everything's kind of the the the center of this universe.
- 49:26Well, well, yeah, I mean, I mean, everything's kind of the the center of this universe really is Perkins Coy.
- 49:31So I mean, Mark Elias is the one that's communicating and organizing.
- 49:35He's having the meetings with all these people.
- 49:36Clinton's not involved.
- 49:38The DNC's not involved, right?
- 49:39I mean, as as the way it looks.
- 49:42And so he's able to do all this stuff, but it's going again, it's going through a law firm.
- 49:45It's not going through the DNC or the Clinton campaign or whatever else.
- 49:48And and we I saw that time and time again.
- 49:50I mean, I would read these transcripts of the closed door meetings, uh, interrogations, if you will, um, you know, that based on the investigation into Trump Russia collusion, everything else, and figure after figure.
- 50:05Most of the time, Mark Elias is sitting in that room with the members of Congress, and they ask a question, and it's an amazing question, right?
- 50:14You read this question, you think, this is the question I've had about the Trump Russia collusion saga.
- 50:18This is the one.
- 50:19And you get so excited, and then you read, and Mark Elias chimes in and says, No, we're not going to answer that question.
- 50:26And so this happens all the time.
- 50:28And so, and they were able to to claim that.
- 50:31But, you know, the other thing is the Republicans uh, you know, for the most part, they're a bunch of cowards, and they they always do this, which is why it's so important that Cash Patel actually follow through.
- 50:44Like if he if he I mean, this is gonna actually be the single greatest factor in affecting, I think, the next presidential election and even midterms.
- 50:54It's it's Cash Patel coming out and really boldly telling Maria Barterromo, like we've got the goods.
- 51:01Arrests are coming.
- 51:03You the part of the problem with the Trump administration, and I'm a big supporter, obviously of the Trump administration, is that they have over overpromised and underdelivered.
- 51:14I think the Epstein files is probably the most obvious example of that that was was a problem.
- 51:20And uh they can't do that again.
- 51:21If you're gonna promise a rest on this, you know, you gotta follow through because I mean this is this is the biggest frustration for me because I I I mean I look at things with you know a bigger perspective.
- 51:31So I understand how important it is that there is accountability for these things because we have a very narrow window to do that.
- 51:37And you know, these people can't get away with it.
- 51:40And 2016, again, obviously I wrote about it, so it's I under I mean to me, it's very, very important, significant.
- 51:45As you said in the beginning of the show, you know, I I say it's one of the greatest assaults in a Republican American history.
- 51:50So um, but you know, the Republicans haven't shown, you know, they they get it's all these foe investigations.
- 51:55Like, I mean, you covered this uh so well, and you still do.
- 51:59I mean, the the COVID era, you know.
- 52:01I mean, how many times did Rand Paul, and I'm not I'm not picking on Rand Paul per se, but how many times did Rand Paul you know cart Fauci in, you know, to hearings nothing, and nothing ever happened.
- 52:16And it's like what is the point of any of this?
- 52:18Like you guys just sit here and put on a show, and it creates all these these headlines and gets us all excited, yeah.
- 52:26And then nothing happens.
- 52:28So you know, Drew, you you've summed that up so well.
- 52:31You and I could talk on for a couple hours, I think about this because it's really we're really on the same page.
- 52:37But in your book, uh, in the last few minutes that we have together here on the show, Clinton Hoax, Obama coup, the declassified story of the Trump Russia delusion.
- 52:45I love how you how you label you labeled it that way.
- 52:49Um we've done a pretty good overview, I think, of the importance of your book and the connecting the dots between Benghazi and what happened, and I think some people might say, well, this was a long time ago.
- 53:00This happened in 2016.
- 53:02Why is your book important today?
- 53:04And why should people get this book read it and understand the history of what happened here?
- 53:10Well, a couple reasons.
- 53:11One is very selfish, and I'll start with that, and that is that I want accountability.
- 53:16I want people to go to jail.
- 53:17And um, you know, some of the way that we can do that is for people to get informed, right?
- 53:24Sometimes books come along.
- 53:25Peter Schweitzer is amazing.
- 53:27I mean, I'm such a fan of his, you know.
- 53:29I mean, think so when when Clinton Cash came out, and I'm not comparing myself to that level of you know significance, but you know, when Clinton Cash came out, it was responsible for the FBI starting to look into the pay-for-play at the at the State Department.
- 53:42Without that book, it wouldn't have happened.
- 53:44It created pressure.
- 53:46And so, you know, this is one of those books that is coming out, I think at a at a really opportune moment that they can maybe you know hold some feet to the fire, right?
- 53:55Um, because people need to familiarize themselves right now so they know what's a demand.
- 53:59You can't have accountability even of your own people that are trying to get accountability if you don't know if you don't have the facts to push back, you know.
- 54:08So, you know, that that that's a very, very, very important thing.
- 54:11So that's the selfish reason.
- 54:12I want accountability, so I want people to read this book, and I want them to hold Cash Patel and everyone else, you know, response.
- 54:17Look, we know what happened, it's very clear.
- 54:19A kindergartner can understand it now.
- 54:21So we're not gonna sit back and accept anything short of handcuffs.
- 54:27Because we know what happened.
- 54:28So I think that's that's that's the biggest reason.
- 54:30But also, uh, if there is not accountability, um, the worst is yet to come.
- 54:37That's important.
- 54:38That's really true.
- 54:39And to understand it, I I just love the way that you, you know, you kind of lay out when you're right in your writing style, you lay out all this stuff, and and then you say, and what this means is, and and then put it in very simple terms.
- 54:51Like you put down all the facts and everything that happened, and you're kind of reading it and kind of trying to make sense of it, but then you make sense of it for us.
- 54:59You've write in there, this is why this is important, and this is what this really means, which is why I just really love your book.
- 55:06And I'm so grateful to have this conversation with you.
- 55:08I was looking forward to this today.
- 55:10I didn't know you were in California, so you had to get up pretty early to do this with me this morning.
- 55:14So I'm glad that you did that.
- 55:15But I really want to advocate for people that know to learn about American history and learn to know what happened and what you said about holding people accountable to get this book, Clinton Hoax Obama coup, and really understand that all roads lead to Obama, and there needs to be accountability there somewhere.
- 55:32You can find all of the books that we have, all of all the authors that we have on our show.
- 55:37You can certainly find it at their at their websites, but we've created a bookstore.
- 55:41It's bookstore.dr tempenny.com where we put all of our author's books in there so they're easy to find, so you can go back and find them right away.
- 55:48But this is definitely a book that somebody needs to put on, needs to read, not just buy.
- 55:54It's one thing I have a thousand books in my house I haven't read, so you need to buy the book and actually read it.
- 56:00Actually read it.
- 56:01Well, we've got a couple of minutes left, Drew.
- 56:01Well, we've got a couple of minutes left, Drew.
- 56:03What would be your closing thoughts and takeaway for our audience here today?
- 56:03What would be your closing thoughts and takeaway for our audience here today?
- 56:07Um I think I think my closing thoughts would be, you know, it's easy to get discouraged and become a permanent contrarian.
- 56:07Um I think I think my closing thoughts would be you know, it's easy to get discouraged and become a permanent contrarian.
- 56:17Um, you know, we have a really steep uphill battle to kind of save the Republic, if you will.
- 56:17Um, you know, we have a really steep uphill battle to kind of save the republic, if you will.
- 56:23And part of the reason we're in this situation is because of decades of neglect.
- 56:23And part of the reason we're in this situation is because of decades of neglect.
- 56:26Yep.
- 56:26Yep, and we got to cut this short.
- 56:27And we got to cut this short.
- 56:28So make a so I we
- 56:28So make a so I we because I think you're right.
- 56:31Lots of neglect.
- 56:32We're up against the top of the hour here on our on our show.
- 56:35And we have to pay attention to what radio tells us to do.
- 56:38So we're going to close this out.
- 56:40And thank you so much for writing this book and thank you for this conversation this morning.
- 56:44Um, we'll see you again, everyone here.
- 56:46Thank you for coming today.
- 56:47We'll see you again tomorrow or the next time on the 10 penny files.
- 56:51Have a good rest of your day, everyone.
- 56:52Goodbye and God bless.
