Transcript
- 0:06Speaker 1: Welcome back to Vanity Farah. My name is Chris Farrah,
- 0:09Speaker 1: and today we are talking Nine to Day Fiance, Season twelve,
- 0:12Speaker 1: episode thirteen. Do I Stay or Do I Go? It's
- 0:15Speaker 1: part two, My babes, Hello, welcome back. I'm so excited
- 0:19Speaker 1: to finish this episode. Let's talk about Thomas and Paula.
- 0:24Speaker 1: So listen, we've had, you know, very mundane issues with
- 0:29Speaker 1: them if you really think about what they've given us.
- 0:32Speaker 1: It's too small of dining table, too small of closet.
- 0:36Speaker 1: He doesn't like smells, she doesn't like meat, she likes miniatures.
- 0:42Speaker 1: Then there was suddenly this huge storyline of like his family.
- 0:47Speaker 1: But now we're back, and I think the problem that
- 0:53Speaker 1: arises in this episode to me feels and I don't
- 0:57Speaker 1: mean to be a broken record fake. Well let's get
- 1:01Speaker 1: into it, okay, So we are cake tasting. You know,
- 1:04Speaker 1: we got to see Katie and Josh's cake taste even
- 1:07Speaker 1: though they didn't have a venue yet. Now are aunt
- 1:10Speaker 1: to Thomas and obviously Palace cake tasting, and you know
- 1:13Speaker 1: they are going full Californian honey, full California the one
- 1:18Speaker 1: on one to the four or five because they're doing
- 1:21Speaker 1: a vegan and gluten free tasting Listen. I'm used to that.
- 1:25Speaker 1: It's not crazy, but you know, here we are. She's vegan,
- 1:28Speaker 1: he's gluten free. It's interesting. He seems he is a
- 1:34Speaker 1: particular cat, isn't he? You know what's interesting? And I
- 1:39Speaker 1: said this about the smell thing? Is that are you?
- 1:43Speaker 1: So you do have it? A vergin? Oh? Sorry, a
- 1:46Speaker 1: version two smells like sensorly they make you upset and
- 1:51Speaker 1: like they you know, overwhelm you and you can't seem
- 1:54Speaker 1: to think straight, and like, that's what's happening or you
- 1:59Speaker 1: you are allergic to it and then you break out
- 2:02Speaker 1: into hives and stuff. And if there are physical reactions
- 2:05Speaker 1: like hives or throat swelling or whatnot, you got to
- 2:08Speaker 1: take allergy shots. I'm assuming that's just it's it doesn't
- 2:16Speaker 1: like seem like an honest to god problem. I would
- 2:22Speaker 1: really need the producers to lead us into a doctor's
- 2:26Speaker 1: office and then literally have an allergist be like, yeah,
- 2:29Speaker 1: Thomas has smell anesia. Yeah, I know, a very rare
- 2:34Speaker 1: case of smell anesia. And when he smells things it
- 2:37Speaker 1: is a problem we all should worry about. No, Yeah,
- 2:40Speaker 1: he's the kind of person that we have to change
- 2:42Speaker 1: our entire lives because there is no treatment for him
- 2:45Speaker 1: to get. So we collectively humankind has to stop wearing
- 2:51Speaker 1: smells for this man anyway. So she guess what spray
- 2:56Speaker 1: deodoran again? Uh, because she needs to, you know, not
- 3:00Speaker 1: a sweat too much. I guess all over the place,
- 3:02Speaker 1: and it's the aerosol kind. And so the morning of
- 3:05Speaker 1: she sprayed her you know, secret, honey, aerosol. I don't
- 3:08Speaker 1: want to saying aerosol, that's what it is. And he
- 3:11Speaker 1: got upset because he could smell it, and he like,
- 3:14Speaker 1: she said, I'm sorry, but the way she said I'm
- 3:16Speaker 1: sorry was very much like, oh, I'm sorry, Okay, I'm sorry,
- 3:20Speaker 1: I sprayed my deodorant. Yeah, I'm sorry. I have to
- 3:23Speaker 1: wear I wear deodorant. I'm sorry a little bit. She
- 3:28Speaker 1: has our sarcastic kind of tone. Her cone is condescending, surely,
- 3:31Speaker 1: but I'm not saying mine, isn't you know. It's like
- 3:33Speaker 1: she won't say what she really wants to say, which
- 3:37Speaker 1: is like, hey, Thomas, why don't we compromise. I won't
- 3:40Speaker 1: wear that one like small, cheap smelling perfume you hate,
- 3:44Speaker 1: But at the same time, like I'm gonna wear deodorant
- 3:47Speaker 1: unless you want to right now take me to CBS
- 3:52Speaker 1: and buy me a brand new product wardrobe unless you
- 3:57Speaker 1: want to spend three hours right now, get your skin
- 4:00Speaker 1: app that you have to like. This is what I
- 4:02Speaker 1: have to do, Chris Vera. You have to scan all
- 4:04Speaker 1: the products and see if you're allergic to the ingredients.
- 4:07Speaker 1: And there's an app that likes scans for that will go.
- 4:09Speaker 1: We'll get like, you know, all the deodorance, You'll scan it,
- 4:13Speaker 1: and if I can wear it, you'll buy it for me.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Because you're creating this, I just I don't you know,
- 4:21Speaker 1: he's whatever coupless so but at the same time they're
- 4:24Speaker 1: doing something lighthearted, which is of course cake tasting. And
- 4:28Speaker 1: we have such interesting conversation as frosting versus icing. Some
- 4:32Speaker 1: people say frosting some people in the other parts of
- 4:35Speaker 1: the country safe icing. I can't believe there's not more
- 4:40Speaker 1: interesting stuff like he why haven't we gone out with
- 4:43Speaker 1: his friends in Long Beach to like some LBC bars,
- 4:48Speaker 1: and seeing how he is with people and how she
- 4:50Speaker 1: is with people, Like why haven't we gone out and
- 4:53Speaker 1: like done fun things? Why are we always like in
- 4:56Speaker 1: his apartment or just like complaining about things. Okay, So basically,
- 5:01Speaker 1: at this point, instead of being like, your allergy and
- 5:05Speaker 1: your smell shit is really annoying, and you're not picking
- 5:07Speaker 1: up that. I don't want to deal with it with
- 5:08Speaker 1: my condescending tone, she suddenly turns a pivot that I
- 5:12Speaker 1: feel like is unnatural to her storyline, which is that
- 5:16Speaker 1: she obviously getting married and she wants her family to come,
- 5:20Speaker 1: and she's expecting that all eight of her family to come.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Not only that, but she's truly expecting them all to
- 5:26Speaker 1: be able to stay for free in his apartment. Now
- 5:30Speaker 1: we've already known that she hates his apartment. There's no
- 5:33Speaker 1: dinning room table, there's hardly any closet space like we've
- 5:35Speaker 1: been seeing that. So I don't understand a world in
- 5:38Speaker 1: which this person who's been like in my country, I
- 5:40Speaker 1: had more space, and in my country, you know, like
- 5:42Speaker 1: I lived better, and I just want to be able
- 5:44Speaker 1: to live the way I did in my country. Here
- 5:45Speaker 1: like that mind frame to suddenly be like, all eight
- 5:50Speaker 1: people are going to stay in this one bedroom and
- 5:53Speaker 1: I'm not asking your permission, I'm announcing it because it's
- 5:56Speaker 1: our apartment. There's just like not that's not a logical thing.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Let me say this. Of course, there are certain people
- 6:08Speaker 1: that for sure, like a one bedroom is home for
- 6:10Speaker 1: eight people. Okay, God bless, God bless it's the case
- 6:12Speaker 1: for some. But I'm just saying for Paula's storyline where
- 6:16Speaker 1: she's like a boss ass bitch that has like a
- 6:18Speaker 1: you know, tattoo parlor and all these things. One other
- 6:20Speaker 1: thing is that we're gonna get into this, like Pala
- 6:23Speaker 1: is very codependent from Thomas. She has never cut the
- 6:26Speaker 1: ubilical course. She you know, hangs out with her family
- 6:29Speaker 1: all the time. Interesting that in episode thirteen, why haven't
- 6:33Speaker 1: we seen her calling, texting, facetiving her family? How come
- 6:40Speaker 1: no one's like checking in on her and being like
- 6:42Speaker 1: every day, being like, well, how is he treating you now?
- 6:44Speaker 1: And I'm like, why not set that up? Suddenly now
- 6:47Speaker 1: she's just gonna announce and demand that eight people live
- 6:49Speaker 1: in this really small one bedroom apartment that wasn't good
- 6:51Speaker 1: enough for her, And suddenly she's just gonna assume that
- 6:53Speaker 1: everyone's gonna live there. And now she's gonna be like,
- 6:55Speaker 1: so you're gonna have to allow all the smells. You're
- 6:58Speaker 1: not gonna tell my family shit, they're gonna spray honey
- 7:02Speaker 1: everything everywhere. They come with bottles of Colonne. They're Colonne salesmen.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Remember Charlie, Red Blue, White Charlie. They come with it.
- 7:13Speaker 1: They spray it all. Gina Ta Trey zor Opium Shallamar,
- 7:18Speaker 1: all the goods, all the smelliest, muskiest smells from the
- 7:22Speaker 1: nineteen eighties. They come with them. They're gonna spray everywhere.
- 7:25Speaker 1: I hope you're okay. We even got a little bit
- 7:28Speaker 1: of Stacy and Darcy's favorite Angel. Is it Angel or Alien?
- 7:37Speaker 1: Maybe it's Alien. I think there's two perfumes anyway, Okay,
- 7:43Speaker 1: So we're like, okay, so you're setting us up for
- 7:46Speaker 1: this situation, which means even if like how much money
- 7:51Speaker 1: does Thomas have and how much money does Pala have,
- 7:53Speaker 1: And why wouldn't they be able to just get an
- 7:54Speaker 1: apartment or sorry, a hotel room for their family, right,
- 8:00Speaker 1: Like that doesn't make sense. She's like, I justn't really
- 8:02Speaker 1: want to be with them, a wake up in the
- 8:03Speaker 1: morning with them. Okay, Well, then you should rent an
- 8:05Speaker 1: airb and B with two bedrooms and you go hang
- 8:09Speaker 1: out with them and you get to experience a dining
- 8:12Speaker 1: room table just like those gays have that live in
- 8:15Speaker 1: the same building. How are the only social interactions that
- 8:19Speaker 1: we've had with Thomas and Palla and anyone else besides
- 8:22Speaker 1: his family just those two lovely well interior decorating gaze?
- 8:30Speaker 1: Are they coming to the wedding? Also? Okay, good bless?
- 8:32Speaker 1: And also can they just can we? Why don't you
- 8:35Speaker 1: have them go visit one of their like fabulous friends
- 8:37Speaker 1: and try and run out their apartment? Okay, god bless.
- 8:41Speaker 1: You know, here's the thing. I don't mean to like
- 8:43Speaker 1: be so combative about this, but it's just it feels
- 8:45Speaker 1: so like cheap. I hate feeling cheap. Doesn't feel real.
- 8:51Speaker 1: That's what's annoying to me about it. I'm okay, so
- 8:54Speaker 1: let's sorry. Let's move on to Mallory. So Mallory and Rashi.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Honey has gone back to where she needs to go
- 9:02Speaker 1: to have some like alone time, and she's horse groom
- 9:04Speaker 1: and Honey with her friend Lynn, who is her riding instructor,
- 9:07Speaker 1: and she's like, I've always loved horses, you know, they're
- 9:11Speaker 1: really healing. I like just like calming my mind and
- 9:14Speaker 1: just focusing on you know, like being with them and
- 9:16Speaker 1: the one and too. I don't know, I as I said,
- 9:19Speaker 1: horse wrote for like, let's just say six months in
- 9:23Speaker 1: the COVID when I was trying to do things, and
- 9:24Speaker 1: it is really really lovely and the best part. There's
- 9:28Speaker 1: two good parts about horse riding. A it is fun
- 9:30Speaker 1: to like clean them. I like brushing them. I don't
- 9:33Speaker 1: like doing all of the like you know, different grooming
- 9:36Speaker 1: techniques you think I would, but like no, I only
- 9:38Speaker 1: want to like try and like pluck the stuff from
- 9:41Speaker 1: their hooves or whatever. But I love brushing a horse truly,
- 9:45Speaker 1: and they love it and I understand that with them,
- 9:48Speaker 1: and so it's a fun thing. And also the one
- 9:50Speaker 1: time you can like canter or trollop or whatever it
- 9:52Speaker 1: is with them, when you're like a debt dat debt
- 9:54Speaker 1: da dert, when your butt's going out of the saddle
- 9:56Speaker 1: in the exact same rhythm, for sure, that's great. The
- 9:58Speaker 1: other thing about horse riding is the amount of thigh
- 10:02Speaker 1: and core strength and butt strength you have to have
- 10:04Speaker 1: to do that well is so much more than you
- 10:08Speaker 1: think it is. So when I was watching Mallory do that,
- 10:11Speaker 1: I was like, girl, get it, honey. Yes, we cut
- 10:14Speaker 1: to him. He's also releasing the way that he likes
- 10:16Speaker 1: to release. This is, which is woodworking. I find this charming.
- 10:20Speaker 1: He's very good with his hands, honey. He likes to saw,
- 10:22Speaker 1: he likes to you know, screw you saw what I
- 10:28Speaker 1: did there? Halfway, I'm like, is Merca watching this with Edward?
- 10:31Speaker 1: And Mercell watching him do this? And like, I bet
- 10:33Speaker 1: that motherfucker can make offense. I bet he can fix
- 10:36Speaker 1: a fence, but he knows how to do it, she said,
- 10:39Speaker 1: Looking at Edward. She's like, why did't I get someone
- 10:41Speaker 1: from Turkey? And I'm just kidding, horrible joke. And I
- 10:43Speaker 1: like Edward a lot. But here we are. He's cooking.
- 10:45Speaker 1: He's cooking, he's fixing, he's doing something. He's making something
- 10:49Speaker 1: looks like a weird chair. I don't know what it's
- 10:50Speaker 1: gonna be, honey, but he know a throne for the
- 10:53Speaker 1: castle in which he's never gonna be king of. She's queen, Okay,
- 10:56Speaker 1: she owns it, so that's why. But we get a
- 10:59Speaker 1: great scene, which I've been waiting for. You know, I
- 11:01Speaker 1: love a FaceTime scene from a family, even if it's
- 11:03Speaker 1: just going to be recounting what has already happened. I
- 11:06Speaker 1: like to see people's reactions. Okay, So his brother calls him.
- 11:09Speaker 1: One of his hot brothers okay and calls him on
- 11:11Speaker 1: FaceTime and they talk and he says he is overwhelmed because,
- 11:15Speaker 1: you know, obviously last episode they talked about what they're
- 11:18Speaker 1: she would actually want to have a baby, and she
- 11:20Speaker 1: brought up the fact that she's had a lot of trauma,
- 11:22Speaker 1: and he brought up the fact that he never knew
- 11:24Speaker 1: this about her. He knew that she had trauma, but
- 11:27Speaker 1: that he wasn't aware of her feelings about not wanting
- 11:30Speaker 1: to have a baby, and he really wants one. Guess what,
- 11:34Speaker 1: here's a culture that wants babies. He wants his parents
- 11:38Speaker 1: to see the babies. He wants his brothers and sisters
- 11:40Speaker 1: to know his babies. He wants babies and nieces and
- 11:42Speaker 1: nephews and cousins all that situation. So the brother's like,
- 11:47Speaker 1: why did she tell you that before? And he's like, yeah, yeah,
- 11:54Speaker 1: why didn't you tell me that before? So then they
- 11:58Speaker 1: go into her venue, you know, because obviously we have
- 12:02Speaker 1: to start making plans. We are picking cakes, we are
- 12:05Speaker 1: getting last things about the dresses, we're getting the venues hopefully.
- 12:09Speaker 1: So this venue is Soup's Cute And there are two
- 12:12Speaker 1: employees that come to what looks like kind of plantation
- 12:16Speaker 1: and I'm not quite sure, but whatever. We meet them,
- 12:18Speaker 1: Garrett and Alexandra, and she's wearing one of those classic
- 12:22Speaker 1: like Frankies prairie dresses that all the girls have, where
- 12:25Speaker 1: there's like a smock situation empire waste and like, you know,
- 12:28Speaker 1: a fitted waist at the same time, you know, I'm
- 12:30Speaker 1: talking about at every girl. All the girls had them
- 12:34Speaker 1: last year. I feel like they're coming out of them now.
- 12:37Speaker 1: So this venue has a lot of different on sites
- 12:40Speaker 1: for the actual wedding. You can do one in the front,
- 12:42Speaker 1: but it's real big, and so the back has like
- 12:44Speaker 1: an enchanted garden and they walk around and they're like, okay,
- 12:46Speaker 1: let's pick a site. And Mallory sees this beautiful fountain
- 12:50Speaker 1: and she's like, we do the fountain. They're like yeah,
- 12:52Speaker 1: they're like great, great rash rashiet. What do you think
- 12:55Speaker 1: of the fountain? He's like, well, Lucy, So, just like
- 13:00Speaker 1: in the chapel with Meadow and Debbie, the people that
- 13:02Speaker 1: are showing them around sends tension and then have to
- 13:05Speaker 1: be like, okay, well why don't we leave exit stage left?
- 13:10Speaker 1: You guys talk on camera. We've done our bit. Hopefully
- 13:13Speaker 1: we're getting paid like fifty bucks for this, so he
- 13:18Speaker 1: doesn't feel like he's, you know, his heart to see
- 13:20Speaker 1: her for this venue showing because he's really upset about
- 13:26Speaker 1: the kids. He really wants kids. He's like, my family,
- 13:33Speaker 1: I talked to them, thinks it's crazy that you just
- 13:35Speaker 1: talked about it now. And she's like, well, I just
- 13:39Speaker 1: wanted to pick the right time when we were alone
- 13:42Speaker 1: and I was comfortable, and I was like, that was
- 13:44Speaker 1: the right time. You've girl, you've been coming to Turkey
- 13:50Speaker 1: by yourself. You could have easily had this conversation like
- 13:54Speaker 1: pre him coming to America. It's always so funny when
- 13:58Speaker 1: people are like, yeah, I wanted to wait to see
- 14:00Speaker 1: you in real life when it's like a long distance relationship.
- 14:02Speaker 1: I guess it's because in my mind, it's like, what
- 14:04Speaker 1: are you doing if not talking? Like you don't see
- 14:07Speaker 1: each other for like months on end. All you do
- 14:10Speaker 1: is talk in a FaceTime? What do you do to
- 14:12Speaker 1: fill that space and communication? If not to be like, well,
- 14:16Speaker 1: let's talk about the things. Do you want kids? What's
- 14:20Speaker 1: your religious life? Like? How important is that to you?
- 14:25Speaker 1: Is your mom really intense? Do you listen to every
- 14:28Speaker 1: word she says, or your dad anyway. So I feel
- 14:37Speaker 1: like Mallori's I guess excuse for that was self serving,
- 14:42Speaker 1: because often when someone has a secret or something they
- 14:44Speaker 1: don't want to share, they're like, well, I does you
- 14:46Speaker 1: need to wait to the right time. But the right
- 14:48Speaker 1: time for them is when they feel comfortable sharing something
- 14:51Speaker 1: they feel uncomfortable sharing. But that has nothing to do
- 14:56Speaker 1: with time and space for the other person. Time is
- 15:01Speaker 1: such a subjective thing. I was waiting for the right
- 15:04Speaker 1: time for you. Time exists for an individual and for
- 15:12Speaker 1: the world at large, and then also for individually other people.
- 15:20Speaker 1: I don't know. I think it's such a cop out.
- 15:21Speaker 1: We don't talk about it linguistically. Okay, So he just
- 15:24Speaker 1: starts crying. He's like, I just don't feel like you
- 15:26Speaker 1: love me because you want to have a prenup with me.
- 15:29Speaker 1: You don't care about that. You don't care about like
- 15:31Speaker 1: having a child with me, and like seeing my face
- 15:34Speaker 1: on a little baby's face. You don't want to make
- 15:37Speaker 1: little versions of me. You don't think I'm good enough
- 15:39Speaker 1: to make little versions of me. That's what it feels like,
- 15:42Speaker 1: like you don't respect my family enough or me enough
- 15:45Speaker 1: to know that we have to like keep this hot
- 15:47Speaker 1: bloodline going, so let's like get to it. I've been
- 15:52Speaker 1: wanting to make babies, you know, and she's sort of like, wow,
- 15:56Speaker 1: he's really quick to throw this away. And I want
- 15:59Speaker 1: to be like, well, I think that we have an
- 16:06Speaker 1: idea of what our lives feel like they should go,
- 16:12Speaker 1: and then we have to be open to the unexpected.
- 16:14Speaker 1: But you know, when you're like making these decisions like
- 16:16Speaker 1: where you're going to go to college or what are
- 16:18Speaker 1: you going to study, there has to be something that
- 16:19Speaker 1: you have like a guiding light for I certainly don't
- 16:23Speaker 1: think kids are the end all be all. I have none,
- 16:25Speaker 1: But at the same time, it's like that is one
- 16:29Speaker 1: of those things like where do you want to live,
- 16:33Speaker 1: do you want to have kids, what does it look like?
- 16:35Speaker 1: Do you want to be by your family? Like there's
- 16:36Speaker 1: just certain things that, like, you know, you get to choose,
- 16:40Speaker 1: and it would be nice to be like I just
- 16:41Speaker 1: fall in love with someone and whatever happens happens. But
- 16:45Speaker 1: if you but if you truly live like that, and
- 16:49Speaker 1: you don't like honor the things you've wanted or needed
- 16:53Speaker 1: or thought you wanted, or at least reflect on them,
- 16:55Speaker 1: then you know, five years down the line when you're
- 16:57Speaker 1: married and this person don't be wanting to have kids,
- 16:59Speaker 1: and every time you hang out with kids, you're like,
- 17:01Speaker 1: you know, hearts palpitating out of your chest. You're gonna
- 17:04Speaker 1: have resentment. So what good does it do? You know?
- 17:09Speaker 1: I don't know. It just says, yeah, it's a very
- 17:11Speaker 1: personal choice. Would they say personal choice? All right, my babes,
- 17:15Speaker 1: Let's move on to Shaye and Annabelle. Honey, this was
- 17:18Speaker 1: a big one. This was a big one, and I
- 17:25Speaker 1: hate to say that it also felt convoluted, Like the
- 17:29Speaker 1: way in which I want Alison and annabel to come
- 17:34Speaker 1: together is I want it to be like a more
- 17:37Speaker 1: organic way that happens like in real time. It does
- 17:42Speaker 1: feel like the producers this episode of the season were like, Okay,
- 17:47Speaker 1: we know we have certain adversaries like Brandy and Rash.
- 17:51Speaker 1: We know we have certain adversaries like Annabelle and we
- 17:54Speaker 1: have Alison. So around episode thirteen twelve, start to have
- 18:00Speaker 1: them come together through some means so that you know,
- 18:03Speaker 1: we can like move the story, Laine. So obviously Brandy,
- 18:06Speaker 1: you know, takes Rash aside for the premup conversation, and
- 18:09Speaker 1: then Rash is like he's a good guy. So now
- 18:12Speaker 1: we have a situation where Annabel has no friends and
- 18:16Speaker 1: certainly hasn't met anyone worth talking about. Literally is only
- 18:19Speaker 1: we've seen talk to Angie, talk to Alison, and that
- 18:22Speaker 1: one couple that owns the bar, maybe or maybe not
- 18:24Speaker 1: with shit. So then they have she has to get
- 18:26Speaker 1: a veil. She already bought her wedding dress online. It
- 18:29Speaker 1: was two hundred dollars and it looks great, and I
- 18:31Speaker 1: thought it was so like, I was happy for Annabel
- 18:34Speaker 1: because you know, I think it'd be kind of a weird,
- 18:36Speaker 1: shittier thing for her to come out and be like, well,
- 18:39Speaker 1: you know, you've been married a couple of times. I've
- 18:40Speaker 1: been married a couple of times. Please drop ten k
- 18:43Speaker 1: on Panina Tornay. You're flying me out to Kleinfelds. I
- 18:47Speaker 1: have a hook up. Her name is Marisa, and they're
- 18:50Speaker 1: not giving me a discount. That's what I want, that's
- 18:52Speaker 1: what I deserve. If you want to marry me, buy
- 18:54Speaker 1: me Panina Tornay unlined. So no, but she gets a
- 18:58Speaker 1: two hundred dollars lay dress. It's really lovely, beautiful. She
- 19:02Speaker 1: goes to this lovely southern shop. The girl that's the
- 19:05Speaker 1: sales associate has a very high voice, Allison saying absolutely nothing.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Now I'm a ride there. Shaye picks up Allison and
- 19:12Speaker 1: Alison goes to town in the back of the car
- 19:14Speaker 1: and starts to be like, I don't know why I'm here,
- 19:17Speaker 1: and we're kind of like us too, babe. She's like,
- 19:20Speaker 1: why is this is this wedding even happening? And she's like,
- 19:22Speaker 1: why would you say that? Of course it is. She's like, well,
- 19:25Speaker 1: I don't want it to so I guess I wonder
- 19:26Speaker 1: why would still happen if me? The queen says no.
- 19:28Speaker 1: We're like, okay, Alison, God bless, we don't know why
- 19:30Speaker 1: you're here, though. She's like, I just don't like Annabelle.
- 19:33Speaker 1: She's a bitch. She's always a bitch. She like disrespected
- 19:36Speaker 1: my church, my God, my Jesus, and you don't do
- 19:38Speaker 1: that around Alison. We're like, fuck you, Alison, shut up,
- 19:41Speaker 1: and annabel says nothing, says not one thing sits there.
- 19:49Speaker 1: I mean she I don't know through this, some sort
- 19:51Speaker 1: of restraint that I've never known I'll never know, says nothing. Oh,
- 20:00Speaker 1: I have missed a whole part. So that's the part
- 20:02Speaker 1: that I wanted to talk about now. Of course, before
- 20:05Speaker 1: they go veil shopping, there was a whole situation where
- 20:08Speaker 1: you know, Annabel's making Shade do the working out and
- 20:10Speaker 1: like the smoothies drinking. So there's a lot of like
- 20:12Speaker 1: zoomba he's doing, and by a lot of zoomba, he
- 20:14Speaker 1: starts to do a couple movements, maybe have a grape vine,
- 20:17Speaker 1: and gets upset. It's because Shye knows that those deer
- 20:20Speaker 1: heads are right behind him, judging him, being like, motherfucker,
- 20:23Speaker 1: you thought that you got us. You thought that you
- 20:25Speaker 1: would because you shot us and put our heads on
- 20:27Speaker 1: the wall. Now we get to be here permanently and
- 20:30Speaker 1: watch the fuckery you're doing a grape vine in zoomba.
- 20:34Speaker 1: So he says he sare and we're like no, okay,
- 20:38Speaker 1: and he's like because you didn't live me stretch and
- 20:40Speaker 1: we're like, oh right, buddy. So then yeah, she's like,
- 20:43Speaker 1: I know it makes you feel better. Bathtime scrubby dub
- 20:46Speaker 1: dub and that tubby tub tub honey rabbit ducky, you're
- 20:51Speaker 1: the um you make bath time lots of fun. Okay,
- 20:57Speaker 1: that was my first song of the day and I'm
- 21:01Speaker 1: still wearing that laud mic. So yeah, you know, that
- 21:04Speaker 1: is her diet regime is, and I get it. I
- 21:07Speaker 1: think it's a good one. Workouts and neutral bullets, smoothies. Now,
- 21:12Speaker 1: I don't know if she's putting half a banana in it.
- 21:14Speaker 1: I don't know if she's putting some protein in it.
- 21:16Speaker 1: I want to know what her recipe is. Though it
- 21:18Speaker 1: looks white, creamy, so it looks vanilla. I hazard that
- 21:24Speaker 1: she could just like stuff, just have some kale and
- 21:27Speaker 1: spinach in there, and just put a bunch of yummy things.
- 21:28Speaker 1: You don't even taste the veggies, but it'll just, you know,
- 21:31Speaker 1: make it look like there's something worthwhile. It doesn't look
- 21:34Speaker 1: like an ice cream milkshake. So basically now is when
- 21:38Speaker 1: I'm so sorry. Is when they decide they have to
- 21:42Speaker 1: go bail shopping and Shaye's like, well, you might as
- 21:45Speaker 1: well bring Allison because you guys got to get you know,
- 21:48Speaker 1: your ship's aligned or whatever, and Annabel doesn't say anything.
- 21:51Speaker 1: And then of course we get in the car when
- 21:52Speaker 1: Alison gets picked up and Allison is like she's a bitch,
- 21:54Speaker 1: and Annabel is like, I'm not saying anything. We're like, wow,
- 21:57Speaker 1: a lot of strength there. He's just like, well, I
- 22:02Speaker 1: picked you up, and we're you know, we guys, you
- 22:06Speaker 1: gotta get over this bridge. You gotta nip this in
- 22:08Speaker 1: the butt and try and make amends. She's like, she
- 22:11Speaker 1: fell asleep in the church. He's like, my dad did too.
- 22:13Speaker 1: She's like that's your dad, my grandfather. Yeah, and Ibelle
- 22:18Speaker 1: was just like she really wants Shay to be like,
- 22:22Speaker 1: don't call her a bitch, you bitch, but Shaye is
- 22:26Speaker 1: walking the tightrope. But yeah, once they get to the shop, yeah,
- 22:34Speaker 1: they she gets a veil moment. It's funny because we've
- 22:37Speaker 1: all watched say Yes to the dress, and certainly Mursa's
- 22:39Speaker 1: on this episode, and when she was at Kleinfeldts, we
- 22:42Speaker 1: did not get the veil moment. The Creme de la crema.
- 22:46Speaker 1: Then he say yes to the dress, the like sales
- 22:49Speaker 1: associate's best friend. It's when you don't know if a
- 22:51Speaker 1: girl wants to spend ten thousand on a dress and
- 22:54Speaker 1: you really want to hook her, like, let me just
- 22:56Speaker 1: just get the veil and see what it looks like.
- 22:58Speaker 1: But for some reason, once you attack that veil to
- 23:00Speaker 1: a girl's head, you pull it down and then she
- 23:02Speaker 1: sees herself in front of all of her loved ones.
- 23:05Speaker 1: It's like a fucking magic trick, like song a girl
- 23:08Speaker 1: in half in a box, honey. It just does it
- 23:10Speaker 1: where you're just like, oh my god, it's a bride.
- 23:13Speaker 1: There she is the bride, and water works come. Finally
- 23:19Speaker 1: the dream of dreams, and that's what you know Annabel gets.
- 23:23Speaker 1: She looks beautiful. The first veil is a little too sparkly.
- 23:25Speaker 1: The second veil just like Goldie locks. She finds like
- 23:28Speaker 1: a lace veil. And this is where Allison like has
- 23:31Speaker 1: to be like, you know what, I'm a cold hearted
- 23:33Speaker 1: bitch and I have a faceress like Annabelle. I won't
- 23:37Speaker 1: make a move. I don't have to. And she doesn't
- 23:38Speaker 1: say anything until the veil moment and she's like, it
- 23:42Speaker 1: does look good. Annabel's the first she's like, you know what,
- 23:45Speaker 1: we're not talking. It's awkward. The sales associates clocked it.
- 23:48Speaker 1: H I want us to be friends. Let me tell
- 23:52Speaker 1: you my backstory. Pull up a chair, youngster. One time
- 23:55Speaker 1: I was married before, married to this man me Annabel Yes,
- 23:58Speaker 1: and we had no money. So I decided to work
- 24:01Speaker 1: abroad in Dubai as an elderly hospice health care worker
- 24:05Speaker 1: and I would send money home. I was like, basically
- 24:08Speaker 1: an indentured servant to people. Send the money home to him.
- 24:11Speaker 1: My husband, who's living the fucking high life in the Philippine, sunny,
- 24:14Speaker 1: fucking everyone. Years later, it's like seven years later, he
- 24:19Speaker 1: gets someone pregnant. She finds out and she's devastated. I
- 24:22Speaker 1: was like, how often do you go home? I wonder?
- 24:24Speaker 1: And also did you have I wonder if you had
- 24:26Speaker 1: any sort of agreement. Did you really think that your
- 24:27Speaker 1: husband was never like yeah, is it just like men
- 24:30Speaker 1: for seven years, you're not going to have sex? Or
- 24:32Speaker 1: do you go home? Do you go home every three months?
- 24:34Speaker 1: Do you go home every year? And also do you
- 24:37Speaker 1: are you not having any sex? Ah? Sucks? Seven years?
- 24:40Speaker 1: What a horror. I mean, that's a really hard life.
- 24:42Speaker 1: Allison feels that. She's like I know that about you.
- 24:44Speaker 1: She's like, yeah, it sucked. So he came. So I
- 24:47Speaker 1: left him, and I'm basically like, I will never marry
- 24:50Speaker 1: a man that cheats ever again. Allison's like, so you're
- 24:53Speaker 1: with my dad and this is when you were like,
- 24:55Speaker 1: I'll be with Shae. That's when you were like, good idea, Shay.
- 25:01Speaker 1: I don't know. But Alison has a whole backstory too,
- 25:05Speaker 1: and Alison's backstories that her mom died, and she's really
- 25:08Speaker 1: sad about it. Now I hate to listen. I don't
- 25:11Speaker 1: want anyone's mom or dad to die. I don't want
- 25:13Speaker 1: anyone to die. I really hate death, and I feel
- 25:14Speaker 1: bad for all of that, and I feel sad. But
- 25:17Speaker 1: Alison's main aftermath of her mom dying is being like,
- 25:21Speaker 1: and I have no one to complain to, no one.
- 25:26Speaker 1: Sometimes I'm just like, who can I talk shit to?
- 25:28Speaker 1: Who can I complain about my life? Too? And it's
- 25:30Speaker 1: only like my friends and my dad, now my kids,
- 25:35Speaker 1: you know. It's just like She's like, yeah, you know,
- 25:37Speaker 1: it's hard being a parent, being a mom without having
- 25:40Speaker 1: a mom. And sometimes it is when my kids are
- 25:42Speaker 1: acting up, I just want to yell at them, but
- 25:44Speaker 1: I you know, yell at them and then just want
- 25:46Speaker 1: to yell at someone else about them, and that is
- 25:48Speaker 1: going to be you, Annabelle. And Annabel's like, oh okay,
- 25:53Speaker 1: And it was like you can call me, no, I
- 25:56Speaker 1: want to hear it, just like you have to talk
- 25:57Speaker 1: shit all the time. Listen. Bell's like, can you just
- 26:00Speaker 1: call me when you want to like gossip? Listen when
- 26:04Speaker 1: you got the Paduka gossip. Call me, that's what I
- 26:07Speaker 1: want to know. Oh, what's happening, honey? He said? She
- 26:10Speaker 1: said she saw this, he saw that? Then that? Then
- 26:13Speaker 1: what next? This? Can you believe that? Oh that? I
- 26:16Speaker 1: want that kind of Southern conversation. What I don't want
- 26:19Speaker 1: to have as an Alison being like, these kids will
- 26:22Speaker 1: let me sleep in, they keep taking away mom's alcohol,
- 26:26Speaker 1: or you're just like what these kids seem? Fine? Also,
- 26:29Speaker 1: if your kids are acting up, it's because you're not
- 26:32Speaker 1: parenting them. Then make sure they're like off screens, make
- 26:35Speaker 1: sure they're getting exercise, make sure they're being fed right,
- 26:37Speaker 1: make sure they're sleeping well, make sure they're like having
- 26:39Speaker 1: active playtime, get them out, get them into like some sports. Honey,
- 26:44Speaker 1: do yourself a favor. That's how I feel. But yeah,
- 26:49Speaker 1: it's interesting because for setting up in the cold thing,
- 26:54Speaker 1: Boy has the Cole been an absolute ghost this season
- 26:56Speaker 1: except offline where she's talking a lot on Facebook. But
- 27:00Speaker 1: like by episode thirteen, didn't we all think we would
- 27:04Speaker 1: see an Allison sorry and Nicole? Why Why was Nicole
- 27:10Speaker 1: not at the lake party? Why is the coal not
- 27:12Speaker 1: also Veil shopping for her friend at this place? Why
- 27:16Speaker 1: is Nicole talking shit about she's gonna show up and
- 27:19Speaker 1: tell Annabel what's up. And then Nicole is just like
- 27:26Speaker 1: just like whisping around at night with no body. I
- 27:33Speaker 1: need her to come, and You're like, rip that veil off,
- 27:36Speaker 1: Annabel and be like he fucks me all the time
- 27:39Speaker 1: whenever I want him to, and when he would do it,
- 27:41Speaker 1: but I don't want him to. I just yeah, like,
- 27:45Speaker 1: what is happening with this? Is this all ai? They
- 27:49Speaker 1: gotta get like some writers in here, and just like
- 27:52Speaker 1: you need to set up things. You need to set
- 27:54Speaker 1: up again that Paala talks to her family a lot,
- 27:58Speaker 1: that they're always texting her. She's talking about it that
- 28:01Speaker 1: she talked about the perfume. You have to set up,
- 28:03Speaker 1: like Nicole, you're gonna say, Nichole is going to like
- 28:05Speaker 1: talk to him, Oh god, my desk on anyway, It's
- 28:10Speaker 1: just you have to, like, you know, do the due diligence.
- 28:13Speaker 1: All right, my loves, we're going to breathe and we're
- 28:15Speaker 1: going to send ourselves on our merry ways. But I
