Transcript
- 0:00Good morning, I am Samuel Trapp.
- 0:03This is International Flavor and I'm coming to
- 0:07you live from the Lake Ozark Real Estate
- 0:09of the Art Studio.
- 0:12Please feel free to phone in 573-746
- 0:15-8020 should you feel the urge.
- 0:20I want to continue on a topic that
- 0:22we've been covering the last couple of days.
- 0:24It's a long road, very long road.
- 0:28And then we'll get to a second road
- 0:30because I've told you about the Missouri Bar
- 0:32and a complaint I received from them.
- 0:37They are attempting to, I don't know what
- 0:40they're attempting to do, but I will answer.
- 0:42See, so the Missouri Bar, one of their,
- 0:47not the Missouri, well the Missouri Bar is
- 0:49just a corrupt bunch of a-holes.
- 0:52That's what that is.
- 0:53I wish it was not, but it is.
- 0:56And they target particular people for destruction and
- 1:00they take them out.
- 1:01And it's, their Board of Governors, they like
- 1:06to call it, is really just a high
- 1:09school popularity contest.
- 1:12And that is how you get places in
- 1:14Missouri, because they are one of the most
- 1:17powerful organs of government, but they're really not
- 1:20government.
- 1:21They're completely independent.
- 1:24There is no oversight by anyone that will
- 1:29correct any of the things they are.
- 1:31They were created long ago by a Missouri
- 1:34Supreme Court order that created them.
- 1:38The OCDC, Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel, is
- 1:42also, but they are an arm of the
- 1:46Supreme Court of Missouri.
- 1:48But the Supreme Court doesn't supervise them.
- 1:51They don't do anything to OCDC.
- 1:54OCDC is completely independent.
- 1:58They can choose, pick and choose which lawyers
- 2:01to go after and things like that.
- 2:03And it's pretty sad because if they choose
- 2:07to target somebody, the targeted has no, no
- 2:12backup.
- 2:13But if you know somebody in the Bar,
- 2:16you can go to prison for five years
- 2:18for fraud and get, as a lawyer, and
- 2:23come out and get your license back.
- 2:25But not Samuel Trapp.
- 2:27Hell no.
- 2:28Not Samuel.
- 2:29He has to wait a year and a
- 2:30half, a year and a half for his
- 2:34one word response.
- 2:35One word.
- 2:36The Supreme Court of Missouri answers in one
- 2:39word.
- 2:40Nope.
- 2:41So I file three days later.
- 2:44And three days later, I file again.
- 2:47Same thing.
- 2:48The idiot OCDC guy didn't do a thing.
- 2:53For two years and six months, I waited
- 2:58for a one word response from the Supreme
- 3:02Court of Missouri.
- 3:03No.
- 3:05No explanation.
- 3:06No why you can't have a license.
- 3:09No nothing.
- 3:10And that is the BS that I wish
- 3:13to attack daily.
- 3:15So fast forward 11 freaking years since someone
- 3:20targeted me and took my license.
- 3:2211 years.
- 3:23Fast forward.
- 3:25And here we are.
- 3:27Well, truly it's only 10 and a half,
- 3:29I suppose.
- 3:30I remember the day.
- 3:32It was two days before my son's birthday.
- 3:34October the 14th of 2014.
- 3:40A newspaper calls me.
- 3:43A newspaper.
- 3:44No, no, no.
- 3:45They leaked.
- 3:46They leaked the order about me getting done.
- 3:50They didn't even tell my attorney.
- 3:53They didn't tell me there was no published
- 3:55order.
- 3:56Allegedly, the other side didn't even know.
- 4:00Also, I'm yelling in the microphone.
- 4:02Sorry about that.
- 4:04I really am.
- 4:05I'll try to get back to normal.
- 4:06Okay.
- 4:06So let's talk like this.
- 4:08But when I get pissed off, my voice
- 4:11gets raised and I yell.
- 4:14And I'm really sorry about that.
- 4:17But it's BS.
- 4:18It's complete horseshit what these guys did to
- 4:22me.
- 4:23Okay.
- 4:23And over the period that I lost my
- 4:25license, they sent letters to all my former
- 4:28clients asking them if they wanted money from
- 4:31me.
- 4:31The girl who, what was her name?
- 4:34Angela Sylvie stole my office.
- 4:37Every stick of furniture, everything.
- 4:39Her husband was a former state rep, state
- 4:43senator.
- 4:43He's a piece of trash.
- 4:45I paid for them to hide their clandestine
- 4:50meetings from his ex-wife when he was
- 4:53married and they were just screwing around on
- 4:54the side.
- 4:56And I took her to New York City.
- 4:59The whole time she's on the phone with
- 5:01him and the cover story was because he
- 5:04would take her places.
- 5:05And at the lake, I was always their
- 5:07cover story.
- 5:08And I don't care.
- 5:09I don't give a crap what you do.
- 5:10Doesn't matter to me.
- 5:12But now we're fast forwarded here 11 years,
- 5:16right?
- 5:16So we're 11 years forward.
- 5:19And out of the blue, I get a
- 5:25letter several days ago from the office chief
- 5:32disciplinary counsel.
- 5:33So remember what they do to F you,
- 5:37to screw you forever.
- 5:39This is the pattern.
- 5:42This is how they screw you forever.
- 5:44And I'd be happy to just discuss this
- 5:48with anyone on the bar.
- 5:50Let's have a bar person come on and
- 5:52argue and tell me why I'm wrong.
- 5:55I'd love to hear it.
- 5:56Let's have a Supreme Court person come on.
- 5:58I used to be really good friends with
- 5:59the Supreme Court clerk who passed away.
- 6:02In fact, I had a relationship with his
- 6:04wife for a while.
- 6:06But we were still halfway decent friends.
- 6:08He's a decent guy.
- 6:09And his wife was even better.
- 6:11But it's these type of things that piss
- 6:17me off to no end because they are
- 6:20lawless.
- 6:21I mean, they don't have to follow any
- 6:22real law, real procedure, zero oversight.
- 6:26They are bureaucrats, okay?
- 6:29And I intend to fully share the Office
- 6:35of Chief Disciplinary Counselor's letter to me, which
- 6:39I'm responding to even now.
- 6:41I wrote most of it yesterday.
- 6:42It's due today that I have to give
- 6:44to them.
- 6:45And I will share it after I send
- 6:47it here on the program.
- 6:49And I have no problem with that.
- 6:51I'm an open book.
- 6:52I don't give a crap.
- 6:53I don't care anymore.
- 6:55We all know what the result is.
- 6:58I went all the way to the United
- 6:59States Supreme Court.
- 7:01They abdicated their responsibility, didn't even look at
- 7:04what I've done.
- 7:05I'm completely right.
- 7:06And I'm okay with that.
- 7:08But being right doesn't always mean you win,
- 7:11okay?
- 7:11And I am not wrong.
- 7:13And so I would be completely happy to
- 7:15sit down and discuss this with the powers
- 7:17that be.
- 7:19Maybe they've changed over time.
- 7:21Maybe they'll pull their heads out of their
- 7:22asses and fix this problem.
- 7:25It's a big problem.
- 7:26There ain't no reason on earth that I
- 7:28should not be an attorney.
- 7:30You know how many criminals are attorneys?
- 7:32A bunch.
- 7:33If you believe I'm a criminal, great.
- 7:35Let's assume all of these horrible things about
- 7:38me.
- 7:39Let's assume it.
- 7:40But why would you give me a broker's
- 7:42license in Florida and in Missouri?
- 7:45I had to have a hearing in Florida.
- 7:46I wish I had the transcript of it
- 7:47because it was pretty comical.
- 7:49At the end, one of the So it's
- 7:51like a seven-man hearing committee or board
- 7:57of real estate.
- 7:59And they have these hearings.
- 8:00And in there, there are three attorneys general
- 8:03that sit on the side of the table
- 8:05and listen to the whole thing.
- 8:06And I believe the program is recorded.
- 8:09And I went down there.
- 8:10Because my license was suspended for the practice
- 8:14of law in Missouri, although afterward I was
- 8:17perfectly fine getting a broker's license in Missouri,
- 8:20which basically has the same ethical requirements and
- 8:25duties.
- 8:26That is one of the reasons I went
- 8:30to go get it.
- 8:31Because I want to show the bullshit that
- 8:34comes here.
- 8:36Or that comes to pass.
- 8:38Because it's just not right what they do
- 8:40to people.
- 8:41If they choose to screw you, they will.
- 8:43If you've kissed the ass of power, they
- 8:45won't.
- 8:46You'll be just fine all the way along.
- 8:49And that is the truth.
- 8:52People want to talk about the policy of
- 8:56truth.
- 8:56I did it for a week or so
- 8:58as a prelude to my show here.
- 9:03But I speak, like I say, all the
- 9:07time.
- 9:07You want to convince me I'm wrong?
- 9:09Come on the program.
- 9:10Convince me I'm wrong.
- 9:11Send me somebody that says how they could
- 9:13do it.
- 9:13Because by the time I'm finished, I will
- 9:15have them convinced that I am right.
- 9:18That's what I believe.
- 9:20And this is, and I am right.
- 9:22The system is bullshit.
- 9:23Pardon my French.
- 9:24And they will not fix it.
- 9:26Why?
- 9:27Because it allows them to target people in
- 9:30the shadows and destroy them, which they've done
- 9:33to me.
- 9:34I was, you know, I don't want to
- 9:37say, I suppose wealthy would be the term.
- 9:39In Russia there's a term, it's called sidingami.
- 9:42With money.
- 9:43Sidingami means, dingy is money.
- 9:47And sidingami means a person who is, he's
- 9:51not rich.
- 9:52He's not bagatti.
- 9:53That's rich.
- 9:54But he has sidingami.
- 9:55He's, you know, he does fine.
- 9:57And before they targeted me, before Sam Phillips
- 10:00targeted me and told me personally to my
- 10:04face, I will make sure that you never
- 10:06practice law in the state of Missouri again.
- 10:08Well, he really made sure that I can't
- 10:10practice law anywhere because the Supreme Court does
- 10:13the same thing.
- 10:14This is bullshit, what they did to me
- 10:15completely.
- 10:16And I'm giving you a nice prelude because
- 10:18I am going to share the letter that
- 10:20I received, the efforts that they're making, and
- 10:24that's the topic.
- 10:25But that will be a topic for tomorrow
- 10:27or the next day.
- 10:28Well, wait, today's Friday and it'll be a
- 10:30topic for next week.
- 10:31And I will talk about it next week.
- 10:34I am, for those of you listening that
- 10:37like my international stuff, I am not abandoning
- 10:40that.
- 10:41I'm not jumping into personal ethical and legal
- 10:45and political issues of my person.
- 10:49But I believe it's very important that people
- 10:52understand this, especially in mid-Missouri.
- 10:55I still have my love and my hobby
- 10:57is keeping track of international affairs that the
- 11:01Trump administration currently is cocking up pretty badly
- 11:05and keep track of what's going on in
- 11:09the rest of the world, how the rest
- 11:10of the world views us.
- 11:12And it's not very well, by the way.
- 11:14And I want to make sure that people
- 11:16understand that I am still international flavor and
- 11:20the flavor is mostly international.
- 11:23But there's certainly some political things that need
- 11:26to happen.
- 11:27Remember, you can email me at samuelt at
- 11:30internationalflavor.com.
- 11:32You can check out our websites at civicoutlaws
- 11:38.com.
- 11:39It's under development right now.
- 11:41It only has the lewdness, the ridiculousness of
- 11:43lewdness that Templeton and company are in the
- 11:47ATC are forcing upon the world as we
- 11:52speak.
- 11:52They get to decide who's lewd, what's lewd,
- 11:55why they think lewd is important, which is
- 11:58completely crap.
- 12:01It's really quite the story.
- 12:04And by the way, remember, I don't have
- 12:06any concrete convictions on this one way or
- 12:10the other.
- 12:10I'm just telling you like it is.
- 12:12You know, I'm not, I don't, I don't,
- 12:14how do I want to put this?
- 12:16I like strip clubs, gentlemen's clubs.
- 12:19I like them.
- 12:20You know, I have no, I'm not going
- 12:22to hide that.
- 12:22I don't care.
- 12:23I like to go there.
- 12:25I don't do anything weird.
- 12:26You go in there and you see a
- 12:27very attractive girl.
- 12:30You know, I rarely go up to the
- 12:32stage.
- 12:33You know, I've done it before.
- 12:34You know, I pay for girls, you know,
- 12:37for their, especially if they do something.
- 12:41How do I want to put it?
- 12:43It's entertaining, but I want to see, you
- 12:45know, something sensual.
- 12:48I don't want to see gross.
- 12:49I don't like that.
- 12:50You know, I don't want to watch weird
- 12:51things and stuff.
- 12:52And I don't even know why I'm talking
- 12:53about this, but it's a big issue because
- 12:55there are a lot of people out there
- 12:57who do, who think something horrible about places
- 13:01like that.
- 13:01I don't think that way.
- 13:02Never have.
- 13:03And it's probably because the ones I went
- 13:05to in my early life were so fantastic
- 13:09and so upper class.
- 13:13It's, it's very, I mean, and seriously, if
- 13:17they strive to do it, why wouldn't a
- 13:19beautiful woman want to come and make a
- 13:22fortune, which they do from guys that just
- 13:26like it, that appreciate them.
- 13:28Now, I, you know, I don't want to
- 13:29see anything gross or nasty.
- 13:31I'm not, I'm not for that.
- 13:32And you don't go to that place and
- 13:34find a prostitute.
- 13:35Most, 95 or more percent of those women
- 13:39are just extremely attractive professional women that wish
- 13:43to make a good living.
- 13:46And they do, if you don't bother them
- 13:48with, with, with things like the ATC.
- 13:51So I'm really kind of on a rant
- 13:52this morning because my topics are, seem to
- 13:55flow.
- 13:55And I got to, I have a lot
- 13:57of drama in my life right now.
- 13:58And that's crap too.
- 14:01You know, I even have some family drama.
- 14:03You wouldn't believe what the hell is going
- 14:04on there.
- 14:05I feel like I live in a, you
- 14:14know, I hate to make fun of Brumley,
- 14:15but it was always like, you know, I'd
- 14:18make jokes about it.
- 14:19And I, you know, I pick any Ozark
- 14:22city.
- 14:23This is a joke.
- 14:24Okay.
- 14:24But you'd say, oh, is this the day
- 14:27they share in the false teeth around?
- 14:29You know, in the, you get one set
- 14:31of false teeth in the city and you
- 14:33know, this week they're sharing them around.
- 14:34He's got them.
- 14:36Anyway, I kind of make up stuff like
- 14:38that, but I don't mean anything by it.
- 14:41All right.
- 14:42Anyway, back to the topic with the, with
- 14:44the Missouri bar and what they are doing
- 14:46to me, I have to file a response
- 14:49yesterday.
- 14:49I sat down and I looked at it.
- 14:50And one of my chief questions was where
- 14:53in the world do you get to power
- 14:55after you take my license and destroy my
- 14:58life?
- 15:00And where do you get the power to
- 15:03come back 11 years later and quiz me?
- 15:09And the reason is this because I still
- 15:12have a license.
- 15:14Okay.
- 15:14And this is the screw job that they
- 15:17play in Missouri.
- 15:18And they're very good at it.
- 15:20They've been doing it forever.
- 15:21That's why Sam Phillips can come up to
- 15:23me and say, I'm going to make sure
- 15:25you never practice law in the state of
- 15:26Missouri again.
- 15:27That's how, that's how they do it.
- 15:29They know this exists.
- 15:31They also know that the lawyer who's being
- 15:34attacked doesn't that he does not know because
- 15:37it's a committee that they have in the
- 15:40Missouri bar that decides to screw people.
- 15:43And if they decide to screw you, trust
- 15:45me, you're screwed because nobody will pay attention
- 15:48to you ever.
- 15:49Everything that I wrote in the Western district
- 15:51of Missouri, when I sued them, is their
- 15:55lawyers told my daughter, I was a criminal.
- 15:59The bar lawyers told my daughter, I'm a
- 16:03criminal that I stole from my clients.
- 16:05That is not what happened.
- 16:08I have never, if now, if that's, and
- 16:10if that's the case, and it's pretty funny,
- 16:12and I only tell you that because now
- 16:14the OCDC sent me a request and it's
- 16:19really something foolish.
- 16:20It's something completely stupid.
- 16:21The person who submitted it is a moron
- 16:24that suggested a path for me.
- 16:30And we were, we've been researching it forever.
- 16:32It has resulted in the modern law ecosystem,
- 16:36and it has resulted in civic outlaws.
- 16:39And one of the guys who was going
- 16:40to help develop modern law ecosystem, it was,
- 16:46it's pretty funny because it was his idea.
- 16:49And he wrote a complaint to the Missouri
- 16:51bar.
- 16:52And when I tell you who it is,
- 16:53eventually you're going to just go, oh my
- 16:55God, talk about drama.
- 16:57This is drama.
- 16:58And so if you, but fast forward because
- 17:02Missouri bar idiots are sending the letters going
- 17:04to me and they're doing it because, because
- 17:09I still have a law license in Missouri.
- 17:15They still hold it.
- 17:16And the reason they hold it is to
- 17:20fuck me completely.
- 17:24And they have, and they know what they
- 17:27are doing.
- 17:29This is wrong.
- 17:31No doubt wrong to destroy a man's life
- 17:35forever.
- 17:36You want to punish him for a bad
- 17:37act for bad.
- 17:38I have no complaint with the one year
- 17:41suspension.
- 17:42That is, I'm totally fine with that.
- 17:44I get it.
- 17:45I fought it all the way to the
- 17:47Missouri Supreme court.
- 17:48By the time that process was over, I
- 17:50was glad that I fought it.
- 17:52I was glad that it was done and
- 17:53I was depressed that I lost.
- 17:56And I decided to move to Qatar for
- 17:59a year because I thought, well, you know,
- 18:02the best way for me to combat this
- 18:04is to go to Qatar and move and
- 18:06get a job over there.
- 18:08So I did, by the way, Ramadan's coming
- 18:10up in February.
- 18:12I'm trying to get to Russia between now
- 18:14and February 28th when my visa expires.
- 18:18And I'm going to go through Doha, Doha,
- 18:20Qatar, and I'm going to fly from there
- 18:22to Moscow, St. Petersburg, or wherever I wish
- 18:24to spend some very cold winter days in
- 18:28Russia, mother Russia.
- 18:30And then that would be entertaining.
- 18:33It'll be very nice.
- 18:34And so at any rate, I have to
- 18:39answer this complaint that they have given me
- 18:42and they have kept jurisdiction over me by
- 18:47not disbarring me.
- 18:49I am not a disbarred attorney.
- 18:52Many people think that I am.
- 18:54I am a suspended for one year attorney
- 18:58with the right to reapply after one year.
- 19:02And I've applied twice after the year was
- 19:06gone.
- 19:07And the assholes at OCDC or one asshole
- 19:11at OCDC, Sam Phillips, held it.
- 19:15He didn't do a freaking thing at all
- 19:18on my case.
- 19:20Nothing until he finally submitted a bullshit document
- 19:26that he could have done in several weeks.
- 19:29Now, imagine you are trying to get a
- 19:31broker's license, right, here in Missouri.
- 19:34I file for a broker's license.
- 19:35You know when I got it?
- 19:37Immediately.
- 19:38I got it right there.
- 19:39Because they do a criminal record check.
- 19:42They check to see if you're a good
- 19:44person with a reputation in the community and
- 19:47blah, blah, blah.
- 19:48And they go search you, right?
- 19:50And at the end of that, they give
- 19:52you your license.
- 19:53It doesn't take long.
- 19:54They give you...
- 19:54So first they do a little mini investigation.
- 19:57Takes them, what, a week or something.
- 19:58And then they say, okay, you can take
- 19:59your broker's test.
- 20:00And you take the broker's test and you're
- 20:02done.
- 20:02When you get a law license in Missouri
- 20:05as a first timer, you submit...
- 20:07They have people submit their applications during...
- 20:14They have four months.
- 20:15The deadline, you know, they need three, four
- 20:17months.
- 20:18The deadline is...
- 20:19So the bar is given twice a year.
- 20:21Once in February, once in July.
- 20:24And they give you the...
- 20:27They do your investigation before that, right?
- 20:31And the investigation is done, you know, and
- 20:34it's...
- 20:35Literally, it's done pretty quickly anyway.
- 20:38And they finish it up and they send
- 20:40it to you and do the Missouri Supreme
- 20:42Court.
- 20:43So you submit it to the Supreme Court
- 20:45who regulates all the lawyers.
- 20:47And they bless you.
- 20:51What's it called?
- 20:53Conference of Law Examiners or something like that.
- 20:56I forget what it's called.
- 20:59NCBE, National Conference of Bar Examiners.
- 21:01I forget what it is.
- 21:02That investigates you, does a test, stuff like
- 21:05that.
- 21:06And I had one pending because I was
- 21:07going to apply in Wyoming.
- 21:09And so I just paid for one to
- 21:10get done.
- 21:11And I opted not to because I'm going
- 21:13to fight Missouri.
- 21:14And I was planning on doing something again
- 21:16to submit to Missouri.
- 21:18And these assholes walked right in.
- 21:20I'm...
- 21:21I was determining how the hell...
- 21:23I even spoke to a lawyer about it
- 21:25already.
- 21:25And I was planning on trying to figure
- 21:28out and fight again this bullshit that they
- 21:31have done to me.
- 21:34But nobody will be convinced they're not wrong.
- 21:37These guys, their career...
- 21:40Now, if you think my complaints about regular
- 21:43bureaucrats like Kristin Templeton is harsh, you wait
- 21:47till I talk about the career a-holes
- 21:49that took a job in the bar or
- 21:53at OCDC.
- 21:54They did it specifically to fuck people.
- 21:58That's what they do.
- 21:59They go out, they pick and choose who
- 22:01they want to target, and they target them.
- 22:03It is not a standard process where everybody
- 22:07has to be reviewed every once in a
- 22:09while.
- 22:09And if you know somebody, if you are
- 22:12connected, trust me, nothing will happen to you.
- 22:15But if you're an easy target, like I
- 22:18was, then they take a very strong attack
- 22:22upon you, and you have no backing, no
- 22:25political backing, no money backing from the big
- 22:30money donors, stuff like that.
- 22:32You know what I mean?
- 22:32And they just destroy you.
- 22:34And they destroyed me, period.
- 22:37Sam Phillips is corrupt.
- 22:40Sam Phillips did this intentionally.
- 22:43He told me he was gonna do it.
- 22:46He held my investigation the first time for
- 22:4918 months, told me that any other license
- 22:53would wait 18 months to investigate somebody.
- 22:57Hell, they do terrorists in two or three.
- 23:00You know, you tell me you can't investigate
- 23:02me and find out the bullshit in my
- 23:04life, which there's plenty of, and quiz me
- 23:06upon it.
- 23:07You can't quiz me about that or justify
- 23:10it or not justify it or give me,
- 23:13Supreme Court, give me a fucking reason.
- 23:16Sorry for the swearing today, but this really
- 23:19pisses me off.
- 23:21And I am right.
- 23:22They are wrong.
- 23:23And so there you have it.
- 23:25I mean, I will shout the truth from
- 23:27the rooftops.
- 23:28This is bullshit, what you've done to me
- 23:32and what you've done to others.
- 23:33I'm not alone.
- 23:34This is how they destroy lives of people
- 23:37who might do what I'm doing, might talk.
- 23:40And I did talk.
- 23:41I fought the government in Missouri for years
- 23:44until, well, we're gonna target that guy.
- 23:47We're going to take his license.
- 23:48And trust me, they did.
- 23:50And it was one guy, one guy can
- 23:54destroy your life.
- 23:55And I laughed at him when he told
- 23:57me that I just left.
- 23:58Yeah, right.
- 23:59You know, first of all, and nothing I
- 24:03have done is a disbarable offense.
- 24:05Nothing.
- 24:06If they disbarred me for what I did,
- 24:08I mean, it's complete bullshit.
- 24:10I was I've been disciplined.
- 24:11Here's my discipline, which has lasted 11 fucking
- 24:14years so far.
- 24:16My my suspension, 11 years for what failure
- 24:20to communicate with a client.
- 24:21Every lawyer does that every fucking day.
- 24:24Pardon my French.
- 24:25They do it every day, every day.
- 24:28And you could target anybody for that, you
- 24:31know, and say, Hey, geez, give me a
- 24:32list of all your clients and phone up
- 24:34all the clients say, When's the last time
- 24:35you talked to your lawyer?
- 24:37Well, it was a hard getting ahold of
- 24:38him.
- 24:38It's been whatever being let's punish them.
- 24:41Tell you what, you could find that on
- 24:43any lawyer.
- 24:45The second two, there were two counts of
- 24:47Samuel trapped failed to communicate with the investigator.
- 24:51Who's the investigator?
- 24:52Sam Phillips.
- 24:52What did he want documents that didn't exist?
- 24:55He wanted me to create them.
- 24:57Tell me this.
- 24:58Tell me what happened on this day.
- 24:59Three, four years ago.
- 25:00I said, I don't have those.
- 25:02He said, You know, you have to have
- 25:03them.
- 25:03Well, I don't.
- 25:05He said, Well, you have to have them.
- 25:06Please provide them.
- 25:08You need to go back and create them
- 25:10and tell us what this is about.
- 25:11I wouldn't do it.
- 25:12I was like, Screw you.
- 25:13As soon as I do that, you're going
- 25:14to come back and say that now I'm
- 25:16creating stuff that didn't exist and quiz me
- 25:18on a transaction that I'm telling you.
- 25:21I don't know what it is.
- 25:23And and I don't want to make it
- 25:25up.
- 25:25You can punish me for not knowing what
- 25:27it is that I should know what it
- 25:29is.
- 25:29And I don't.
- 25:30But I'm not going to go create something
- 25:32so you can hang me on it.
- 25:33Not a question was asked about it in
- 25:34the hearing in the Supreme Court.
- 25:36Not a question was asked about it ever,
- 25:40except for Sam during the process, asking me
- 25:43for some documents that didn't exist.
- 25:45And he didn't bring it up in the
- 25:46hearing.
- 25:47He didn't discuss it at all.
- 25:49We didn't defend it at all.
- 25:51We thought it was one that was just
- 25:52going to be, you know, when there were
- 25:5416 counts against me, they punished me for
- 25:57four.
- 25:58They couldn't prove the other 12 and or
- 26:01maybe it's 15.
- 26:02I don't remember, but it was a big
- 26:03amount.
- 26:03And and one and the biggest one was
- 26:06a property issue, which I didn't do.
- 26:08But Greg Williams did.
- 26:10And they punished him for that.
- 26:12But they didn't take his license.
- 26:14They gave him probation.
- 26:17He got probation.
- 26:18And he did the big deed.
- 26:20You know, he did the bit, but he's
- 26:22connected.
- 26:22He knows people.
- 26:23You know, I don't.
- 26:24Never did.
- 26:25Never cared about the political bullshit.
- 26:29Never.
- 26:29And but I should have.
- 26:31And so at any rate, the reason I'm
- 26:34telling this entire debacle is because of this
- 26:37new letter that came in.
- 26:39I have been fighting this horse shit for
- 26:4211 years and really only 10 because the
- 26:46year of 2015, I lived in Qatar and
- 26:48I loved it.
- 26:48It was great.
- 26:49I'm hoping to go back.
- 26:50There's a possibility that I might be doing
- 26:55something over there, something extremely interesting and at
- 27:00least communications.
- 27:02Therefore, I believe it's time that Donald Trump
- 27:05did something about Russia, Mother Russia.
- 27:09And I don't mean about Russia.
- 27:11I mean about the war in Ukraine, the
- 27:13corrupt hell hole that is Ukraine.
- 27:16And, you know, if that happens, I wish
- 27:19to have some.
- 27:21Financial interest in a couple of things going
- 27:24on in Russia and or in Qatar with
- 27:27Russians.
- 27:27They have a there's a lot of people
- 27:29with a shitload, veritable shitload of money.
- 27:33Well, in Ukraine, too, because we keep giving
- 27:35it to them.
- 27:36You know, hey, here's another 90 billion.
- 27:38Just kill another 100000 men of yours.
- 27:41This is bullshit.
- 27:42We're paying for them to die.
- 27:45That's what we're doing.
- 27:46That's and now Europe is doing most of
- 27:47it, but we're paying for them to die.
- 27:49So like I said, fast forward to now
- 27:52when the Missouri Bar has sent me some
- 27:54complaint saying that I am practicing law without
- 27:57a license.
- 27:58Anybody who knows me remotely that has asked
- 28:01me a question, I have people ask me
- 28:03legal questions all the time.
- 28:05And guess what I tell them every single
- 28:08time.
- 28:09Some people get tired of it because they've
- 28:10asked me several questions.
- 28:12Every time I say this, I'm not a
- 28:17lawyer.
- 28:17I don't play a lawyer on TV.
- 28:19I don't give legal advice.
- 28:21If you want legal advice, find a lawyer.
- 28:25I can recommend one or two should you
- 28:27like every single time I say that.
- 28:32If someone wants a lawyer, I have not.
- 28:35I don't have a lawyer.
- 28:38We have an organization and we may have
- 28:40lawyers that are connected.
- 28:42That's what we're trying to do.
- 28:43We're trying to build an ecosystem of law,
- 28:47an ecosystem, including research, development, AI structure.
- 28:54We are exploring AI and the structure of
- 28:57that in the legal sphere.
- 28:59If you're a lawyer and you want to
- 29:00know more about it, help give us a
- 29:02call.
- 29:03573-347-7000 is the number.
- 29:07And we aren't quite up and running.
- 29:13We're developing the websites and all that, ModernLawEcosystem
- 29:17.com.
- 29:18You can also type in just ModernLawEco.
- 29:20I bought both sites and .com, so maybe
- 29:23a short one, maybe a long one.
- 29:25They're both going to the same place.
- 29:26It's a long name, but I like it
- 29:27and I'm going to keep it.
- 29:29And the other one is Civic Outlaws, and
- 29:31that is our 501c3 charity.
- 29:34And we are in this charity.
- 29:36We're going to do things like attack the
- 29:37government.
- 29:38We're going to do things like I talked
- 29:39about yesterday, which I will continue with today.
- 29:42But now I've given you the prep of
- 29:44the bar asinine, idiotic attack upon me.
- 29:51And the reason they hold your license in
- 29:55a suspended state, that's the preferred state for
- 29:59them now.
- 30:00And anything I've done, would never be disbarred
- 30:03for.
- 30:04Well, if I did, it was clearly for
- 30:06targeting.
- 30:07But it's worse.
- 30:08I didn't know it, but what they've done
- 30:10to me is actually worse because it allows
- 30:13bureaucrats like Sam who are completely unregulated.
- 30:17They are nothing, not regulated.
- 30:20So talk about the chief disciplinary council, the
- 30:24top dog there.
- 30:25So chief disciplinary council has, I don't know,
- 30:27seven, eight, I don't know, 10 maybe.
- 30:29I don't know the number, the number of
- 30:33attorneys that work there, okay?
- 30:35Because they can't make it on their own
- 30:37in the real world.
- 30:38They will go work there.
- 30:39And they like targeting people.
- 30:42They love being bureaucrats.
- 30:44And maybe I'm generalizing from only the Sam
- 30:46Phillips types, but why in the world would
- 30:48you work there anyway, except to destroy people?
- 30:51That's what you do.
- 30:52It'd be different if you were doing it
- 30:54to have a pure system, make sure that
- 30:57everybody was ethical.
- 30:58But no, no, no.
- 30:59Tell you what, this is a high school
- 31:03popularity club, nothing but.
- 31:06And they want to be there.
- 31:08It's an easy job.
- 31:09They don't have to do anything.
- 31:10They just have to target lawyers.
- 31:14And so they solicit complaints.
- 31:17But only from lawyers they don't like.
- 31:20So they'll hear something and they don't like
- 31:22it.
- 31:22And that's Sam Phillips did to me.
- 31:25But Sam Phillips' reason was because he asked
- 31:27me to help him get Greg Williams provided
- 31:30evidence to me when I sued Greg Williams
- 31:33provided evidence to me against Greg Williams, okay?
- 31:38So that's how far these a-holes will
- 31:40go to destroy people.
- 31:42But they didn't destroy Greg Williams and they
- 31:44could have.
- 31:44They destroyed me.
- 31:46And I believe they shouldn't have, because all
- 31:48I had were four counts that they got
- 31:51me on.
- 31:51One, failure to communicate with a client.
- 31:54Two, and three, both are failure to cooperate
- 31:57with Sam Phillips' asinine stupid questions.
- 32:01And four, this is the biggest one, potential,
- 32:04potential, potential intermingling of my funds with the
- 32:10lawyer's funds.
- 32:11And that's a joke and a half.
- 32:13Because every single lawyer could, and I'm not,
- 32:18well, let's, you know what?
- 32:20I have to qualify that.
- 32:21Any single non-governmental or big firm lawyer
- 32:29has done this.
- 32:30Because if you're in a big firm, you
- 32:31have 50 accountants doing all your stuff and
- 32:33you just pass off the money.
- 32:34So if you're a small attorney, usually, sometimes
- 32:37you don't even have an attorney.
- 32:38I was at the point where, an accountant.
- 32:42I was at the point where I probably
- 32:44should have had one and not done it
- 32:47on my own.
- 32:48And I didn't.
- 32:50And I should have.
- 32:51So that is probably the biggest f-up
- 32:53that I did, okay?
- 32:55That's me.
- 32:55But those are the four things I was
- 32:57punished for.
- 32:58All of them, something another lawyer would have
- 33:01done and just got a tiny pat on
- 33:02the head, slap on the wrist.
- 33:04Oh, gee, we're real sorry about that.
- 33:06Let's have some brotherly love and let's help
- 33:08you do some training and fix you.
- 33:10Because hell, if you're a drug addict, if
- 33:13you're a drug addict, steal all your money
- 33:14out of your trust fund or trust account
- 33:17and run away to Zimbabwe and they catch
- 33:20you two or three years later, you just
- 33:22blame it on drugs.
- 33:23If I had gone to the OCDC and
- 33:27started blubbering like a baby, I'm on drugs.
- 33:30I got a drug problem.
- 33:32Suddenly, suddenly you are a pet.
- 33:37You're a pet that that pet can, oh,
- 33:40we help people.
- 33:42We've helped lawyers get past this drug addiction
- 33:45and they'll give you your license right back.
- 33:47He didn't do anything.
- 33:48He had a drug problem.
- 33:50But if you don't have a drug problem,
- 33:51you don't have that excuse to get you
- 33:53off the hook.
- 33:54Well, that's Sam Trapp.
- 33:57He's different.
- 33:57He hates government.
- 33:59He hates bureaucracy.
- 34:00Therefore, he cannot, if you hate, I don't
- 34:03want to say hate.
- 34:04I don't hate the bar.
- 34:05I'm very truthful about the bar.
- 34:07I'm very truthful about the high school musical
- 34:10sort of how you, how they get people
- 34:13to join their little committees.
- 34:16They join the committees because they want to
- 34:18be connected.
- 34:19That's why they do it.
- 34:20Or they like power.
- 34:21They want to go, that's where the power
- 34:24is.
- 34:25And if you can get put there, and
- 34:27what happens is all the big time lawyers
- 34:29around, they'll put one of their associates from
- 34:32their firm.
- 34:33They will call the bar and get them
- 34:34on a particular committee.
- 34:36Because if you get on one of their
- 34:37committees, you can be connected.
- 34:39I didn't want to do any of that.
- 34:41I didn't give a rip.
- 34:42The only time I tried to stay with
- 34:44the Missouri Bar was during training courses because
- 34:48they had a nice annual training session for
- 34:52three, four days here at the lake at
- 34:54a nice resort.
- 34:55And you could go get your CLE done,
- 34:58you know, rather all at one time.
- 35:00And you don't have to do it.
- 35:02But even then, I only did that every
- 35:03once in a while because the Missouri Bar
- 35:05is a bunch of, you know, they usually,
- 35:07there's some good teachers, but usually it's some
- 35:09blowhard sitting up there giving war stories about
- 35:12what he's done.
- 35:13And that's great.
- 35:15Let's talk about war stories.
- 35:16You want to come on my radio program,
- 35:18I'll be happy to talk about your war
- 35:20story.
- 35:20But the war story of we're going to
- 35:23take your license forever, Samuel Trapp, because you
- 35:25pissed off Sam Phillips or Sam Phillips doesn't
- 35:29like you.
- 35:30Well, 11 years later, you can get a,
- 35:33it's interesting to me that I got the
- 35:35letter from another attorney in there.
- 35:38It's not, it's not Sam.
- 35:39I wonder if he retired.
- 35:41Hopefully so.
- 35:42Hopefully he's gone, but I doubt it.
- 35:44He's got to be up there finger puppeting
- 35:46because he was pretty high up.
- 35:47He's like number two in the organization or
- 35:49something when he was dicking around with me,
- 35:51which was strange also.
- 35:55Tiny coffee break there.
- 35:56Sorry about that.
- 35:57And at any rate, I'm sorry to rant
- 36:00on this so much this morning, but I'm
- 36:02an open book.
- 36:03I have nothing to hide, nothing.
- 36:07And it's, so the letter comes, the letter's
- 36:12bullshit.
- 36:12I look at the letter.
- 36:14The big point that I'm trying to make
- 36:16here and the end is jurisdiction.
- 36:20Okay.
- 36:20Let us talk about jurisdiction.
- 36:23The way they keep Samuel Trapp from having
- 36:27any power anywhere in the country, in the
- 36:32country is by suspending him.
- 36:35I cannot be a paralegal in many States,
- 36:39not Missouri.
- 36:41I can be a paralegal in Missouri, but
- 36:42I've done the research in many States.
- 36:45So I'm working for some lawyers in Florida,
- 36:48doing some consulting for lawyers in Florida.
- 36:50Right.
- 36:51And I do research for them.
- 36:53Sometimes a little bit of case management, sometimes
- 36:55a little bit of a, of whatever.
- 36:57Right.
- 36:57And so last year um, I'd been working
- 37:00with a client down there for a little
- 37:02while.
- 37:03And, uh, I forget his name.
- 37:06He's from Uzbekistan or something like that.
- 37:08And, uh, uh, spoke Russian.
- 37:10It was pretty, pretty good, pretty good deal.
- 37:12And so I'm consulting with these guys and
- 37:14all I'm doing is sometimes calling insurance companies,
- 37:17sometimes putting the paperwork together.
- 37:19I never meet the client.
- 37:21I don't know who the client is.
- 37:22I'm working out of my room.
- 37:23You know, I have a, uh, it's just
- 37:26a small, I've worked for several firms.
- 37:28Right.
- 37:28And all I would do was do their
- 37:30research and do their stuff.
- 37:31Cause I'm good at it.
- 37:32And, uh, and I understand it.
- 37:33I'm a master researcher.
- 37:35I am good at it.
- 37:38And so I, I, and I'm an excellent
- 37:41case manager and I have to work, you
- 37:43know, what am I going to do?
- 37:44You know, it's like, you've destroyed my life,
- 37:48assholes.
- 37:48You've destroyed it.
- 37:50You won, I lost.
- 37:51And now I can never, never, never come
- 37:55back unless I admit that I stole and
- 37:58I didn't.
- 37:59And so screw you.
- 38:00I'm not admitting it.
- 38:01Your process is bullshit.
- 38:03The way you've done it is also bullshit.
- 38:05I've talked about that plenty of times, and
- 38:07I'm going to talk about it here on
- 38:09this show.
- 38:09It's wrong what they're doing to me.
- 38:12It is absolutely wrong.
- 38:13And they've done it to others too.
- 38:15It's a bullshit system.
- 38:17And, uh, it is, it is just wrong.
- 38:19And why is it a bullshit system?
- 38:21The real reason why is because the Supreme
- 38:23court has a job to do, right?
- 38:25They have a job.
- 38:27They are taking care of big cases that
- 38:29come through.
- 38:30They have shunted shunt what's shuffled off, I
- 38:34suppose, but they have shunted the whole thing.
- 38:36I think that's the right word.
- 38:37I'm my, obviously I'm illiterate in both English
- 38:40and Russian.
- 38:41So, uh, therefore I can't come up with
- 38:43a word right now, but they have abdicated
- 38:45their responsibility to manage the OCDC process.
- 38:48They have abdicated.
- 38:50Now, uh, they appointed somebody to run that
- 38:52place.
- 38:53Okay.
- 38:53I believe he's appointed by the Supreme court.
- 38:56Uh, the, the, the OCDC is an arm
- 38:59of the Supreme court, but they're an independent
- 39:01arm.
- 39:02Why?
- 39:02Because they have to be, they have to
- 39:04be somewhat independent because otherwise you have a
- 39:08conflict of interest.
- 39:10You have the Supreme court who regulates attorneys
- 39:13that's bullshit too, by the way, the Supreme
- 39:15court regulates the attorneys and the Supreme court
- 39:19is also the supervisor of office of chief
- 39:22disciplinary counsel.
- 39:24Right?
- 39:24But they don't supervise them.
- 39:25They just appoint some blowhard to go there
- 39:27and attack attorneys.
- 39:28Right?
- 39:29So that's, that's their job.
- 39:31And so they submit the papers to the
- 39:33Supreme court, but they're appointed by the Supreme
- 39:36court.
- 39:36They're blessed, bless you.
- 39:38You may be a member of OCDC.
- 39:39That is a conflict.
- 39:41Okay.
- 39:42Should everything else, every other license in the
- 39:45state is there's 42 of them.
- 39:48They, well, there was 10 years ago.
- 39:50Um, cause I remember that number.
- 39:52There's 42 different professions that require a license
- 39:54in Missouri and those are administrative in nature.
- 39:59They are administrative, administrative law rules apply.
- 40:03Then the governor appoints the heads or points
- 40:07people on these boards and they have their
- 40:08own rules, but their executive branch duties because
- 40:12who, who fulfills the legislature, the law who
- 40:16fulfills the statutes and regulations.
- 40:19That is the legislature.
- 40:20The legislature sends over a law.
- 40:23It is signed by the governor.
- 40:25And now the governor executes what is in
- 40:27the law except for the practice of law.
- 40:30So the, the legislature creates all the rules,
- 40:33creates all the statutes and regulations that every
- 40:35license has to follow.
- 40:37And so a broker gets a license from
- 40:40the governor stamps.
- 40:41It says you, you get, you know, it's
- 40:42actually the, but it truthfully, that's an executive
- 40:45branch items.
- 40:46You get a license from there.
- 40:49If there's a dispute between the person receiving
- 40:53the license and the board of whatever accountancy
- 40:58doctors, you know, whatever that the board, whatever
- 41:01that board is, has decided to do something
- 41:04to that license, that person has the right
- 41:07to go to court, a real court.
- 41:10Okay.
- 41:11You can file suit in Cole County and
- 41:14can fight the law, can fight the law.
- 41:18And if somebody in that group got a
- 41:21one word response, I go and apply for
- 41:23my broker's license and I get a piece
- 41:25of paper that says, no, you don't get
- 41:28a license.
- 41:28And all it says is, no, we've decided
- 41:30you can't be a broker in Missouri.
- 41:32I can sue them in Cole County circuit
- 41:35court.
- 41:36And then I will get a ruling and,
- 41:39and most importantly, a judgment, a written judgment.
- 41:43He can't have a license because he's an
- 41:46evil perverter of innocent little boys, or he's
- 41:49a, I don't know, robbed a bank while
- 41:51this was going on.
- 41:52And whatever they actually discuss what is and
- 41:56is not ethical.
- 41:57And they make a judgment and the judge
- 41:59who hears that case is going to be
- 42:01very careful in the writing of his judgment.
- 42:06So he will write a long judgment and
- 42:08make sure that if he's going against the
- 42:11board of whatever board of accountancy, let's say,
- 42:14and he writes this judgment, he's going to
- 42:16be very careful because he knows that the
- 42:18board of accountancy is 90% certain to
- 42:22appeal whatever he says to the next level.
- 42:26And the western division, if it's Cole County,
- 42:30which I believe is near Kansas City, might
- 42:31be St. Joseph or something like that.
- 42:33And they will go to the appellate court,
- 42:37right?
- 42:37And the appellate court will review that judgment
- 42:39and be very careful to make sure that
- 42:42it's a, you know, that it's a consistent,
- 42:45that we have some consistency over the years.
- 42:48And looking at this, if it's a new
- 42:49issue, they'll be even more careful.
- 42:51And they'll have a look at it and
- 42:53create law regarding.
- 42:56So an accountant can be certain, he can
- 43:01be aware of what is going on in
- 43:04the entire process, right?
- 43:05He can be aware of that because the
- 43:08judgment is very specific.
- 43:10We're not giving you a license because you're
- 43:12an evil perverter of innocent little boys.
- 43:15And evil perverters of innocent little boys cannot
- 43:17be accountants.
- 43:20We have decided that.
- 43:21And that is a particular judgment.
- 43:23And so let's say that Cole County circuit
- 43:26court judge said that in his judgment.
- 43:29And he, in the applicant to be an
- 43:34accountant, appealed that and said, wait a minute,
- 43:37I'm not an evil perverter of innocent little
- 43:39boys.
- 43:40I was 30 years ago, and I got
- 43:42arrested and convicted for that.
- 43:44But geez, it's been 30 years.
- 43:46I'm a church pastor now.
- 43:48I've done this.
- 43:48I've done that.
- 43:49And, you know, here it is.
- 43:51And by the way, when I was in
- 43:52Florida at the board of brokers, because they
- 43:56made me have a hearing to get my
- 43:57license, I heard stories exactly like this.
- 44:00There was a guy who was charged with
- 44:02and convicted when he was in his early
- 44:0620s.
- 44:06He was convicted of sex with a minor.
- 44:11It's one of those situations where he was
- 44:14over 18 and the girl was still in
- 44:16high school and they had a sexual relationship.
- 44:19He got charged.
- 44:20Dad wasn't happy.
- 44:21He got a crime.
- 44:23He pleaded guilty.
- 44:24He didn't fight it.
- 44:25You know, he just pleaded guilty and moved
- 44:27on.
- 44:28So fast forward 20, 30 years later, he's
- 44:31an evil perverter of innocent little girls and
- 44:34he still got a license.
- 44:37They said to him, they said, well, we
- 44:39understand you had these things.
- 44:40And there was four or five of these
- 44:41four or five people.
- 44:42Now this is Florida.
- 44:43I'm not talking about Missouri on this one,
- 44:46but it's the same concept because they do
- 44:48the same thing.
- 44:50And a law, a status, what you have
- 44:53is created forever and ever.
- 44:56And so if they say this person, well,
- 45:00if the judgment says, well, this guy's an
- 45:03evil perverter of innocent little boys, but it
- 45:05happened in the last, uh, this, this happened
- 45:10within the last five years.
- 45:12And we believe that it should be, um,
- 45:18uh, 10 years, you know, you need to
- 45:20have at least 10 years from the time
- 45:22you were an evil perverter of innocent little
- 45:24girls or boys.
- 45:25And so that is, they'll make a ruling
- 45:29and that ruling, that specific ruling gives an
- 45:34idea to a later applicant that they have
- 45:38to, after another, another perverter of innocent little
- 45:41boys or girls that they have to wait
- 45:4310 years.
- 45:44It's called case law.
- 45:46They have to wait 10 years.
- 45:49It may be that's established.
- 45:50Uh, let's say the, the guy said, even
- 45:53though it's five, I think the judge said,
- 45:55even though it's only been five years, I'm
- 45:57going to approve him a license anyway.
- 45:59And the attorney general or the board of
- 46:01accountancy through the attorney general appeals that to
- 46:04the appellate court, the appellate court says, well,
- 46:06you know, the judge heard the case and
- 46:08the judge looked at this guy and he
- 46:09believes the guy is okay.
- 46:11So he gave an exception, but wait a
- 46:13minute.
- 46:14There's no such thing as exceptions in the
- 46:15prior case law.
- 46:16It said 10 years and here's this Jack
- 46:18off getting his in like six.
- 46:20That's nonsense because everybody has to wait 10,
- 46:22the floodgates are going to open.
- 46:24And now we're going to get all the
- 46:25evil pervertism, innocent little boys applying after five
- 46:28years and not after 10.
- 46:29So this, the court in, uh, you know,
- 46:32the, uh, uh, intermediate court, the appellate court,
- 46:34they, uh, rule that no five years is
- 46:39okay.
- 46:39We support the judge down below the judge
- 46:42down below can make it five years, uh,
- 46:44but it's still 10.
- 46:45But if the judge particularly likes the person
- 46:47in the hearing, he can do it.
- 46:49That's a rule that is something you can
- 46:51work with going forward.
- 46:52So now the Supreme court of Missouri, somebody
- 46:54else peels it.
- 46:55Supreme court of Missouri gets that.
- 46:57Okay.
- 46:57And the Supreme court of Missouri has done
- 46:59this millions of times.
- 47:01I'm going to switch what the guilt is.
- 47:04Well, I'll give you the quick one real,
- 47:05real fast in the Missouri Supreme court.
- 47:07They would either bless the appellate court or
- 47:11they'd bless the, well, since they were the
- 47:13same, they could bless it and say, no
- 47:15five years is okay.
- 47:16Or they could be dicks about it and
- 47:18say, well, even though now he's, uh, I
- 47:21don't know, donated a million dollars to charity.
- 47:24He's, um, you know, saved, uh, 50 children
- 47:27from destruction and poverty in Zimbabwe.
- 47:30And he's done a lot of positive things
- 47:33in his life.
- 47:33We still think the rule is 10 years,
- 47:36come back in three, four years and apply
- 47:38again.
- 47:38Boom.
- 47:39You have law that you can look at.
- 47:42The only reason I told that incredibly long
- 47:44story is because in the Missouri bar and
- 47:48in the Supreme court's documentation, they process is
- 47:53bullshit.
- 47:54You do not get a judgment.
- 47:57You do not get the Supreme court analyzing
- 47:59Sam traps case and saying, well, it's been
- 48:04two and a half years since, uh, Sam
- 48:06Phillips started investigating Samuel trap.
- 48:09It took him two and a half years
- 48:11to come up with the exact same document
- 48:14that he filed after one and a half
- 48:16years.
- 48:18It's the same document, but both times the
- 48:21Supreme court abdicating responsibility says just one word.
- 48:26No, no, no.
- 48:28That's it.
- 48:29Nope.
- 48:29You can't have a license.
- 48:31They don't.
- 48:32There is no analysis of anything that they
- 48:35would require in every other profession in the
- 48:40state of Missouri.
- 48:42That is the bullshit I am fighting.
- 48:45If they had written a lengthy judgment and
- 48:47they do it, they, they, they, they write
- 48:50apologetic judgments.
- 48:51The Apollo apologetic judgment.
- 48:53So it was a guy down in Springfield
- 48:55who never, ever even had a trust account.
- 48:57He would take 50, 65, $70,000.
- 49:01I took one of his clients from him
- 49:02years ago.
- 49:04And she came in and said that, uh,
- 49:05he, uh, he was going to charge her
- 49:0750,000.
- 49:08And I said, well, I'll charge you 30.
- 49:10And she goes, well, I can't pay that
- 49:12as well.
- 49:12Then I can't work for you.
- 49:13You know, go, go hire this guy.
- 49:15And he would demand, she goes, well, the
- 49:17problem wasn't the 50.
- 49:19The problem was that he wanted it all
- 49:20immediately.
- 49:21I can give you six or 10 or
- 49:23something like that.
- 49:24And then I can pay you a thousand
- 49:25dollars a month.
- 49:26And if you know this case as well,
- 49:27by the time the trial comes up, you
- 49:29got to have me paid all of that,
- 49:31everything.
- 49:32And, uh, the other lawyer, uh, that never
- 49:34got punished ever.
- 49:36The Supreme court wrote an apologetic, an apologetic
- 49:40reason why they were giving him a license.
- 49:43So they'll write apologies and say, this guy
- 49:46can have a license because geez, he's been
- 49:48around for 40 years.
- 49:50He's been doing good work and he's never
- 49:52had a trust account, but perhaps the law
- 49:55has changed since that time.
- 49:57And they write this apologetic bullshit thing to
- 50:01justify giving this guy a license.
- 50:04Why?
- 50:05Because he was connected.
- 50:07Okay.
- 50:07I'm not.
- 50:08And so therefore you can just shunt Sam
- 50:10away and say, well, this guy's not connected.
- 50:13Uh, we can do with him what we
- 50:15want.
- 50:15We can give one word judgments.
- 50:16We can, we can let Sam Phillips destroy
- 50:19this man by soliciting complaints from every client
- 50:23and coaching them on what to do to
- 50:26screw Sam trap.
- 50:27And they've done it to other lawyers too.
- 50:29It's, it's a, every year they have to
- 50:30have a poster child, you know, that they,
- 50:33from the state that they can claim that
- 50:35they're doing their job for the rest of
- 50:36the bar.
- 50:37Okay.
- 50:37Because that's, that's necessary.
- 50:39They need it.
- 50:40And, uh, they have to be able to,
- 50:42to keep us in line and to shut
- 50:44us up.
- 50:46Those of us who they dislike at, well,
- 50:48they won't shut me up, um, ever.
- 50:50And whether they give me a license or
- 50:52not, I think the way to shut me
- 50:54up is give me a license because what
- 50:56you've done is incredibly wrong.
- 51:00What you've done is not correct.
- 51:03It is not.
- 51:05How do I want to put this?
- 51:07I live in America.
- 51:09I had an American dream and bureaucracy has
- 51:12turned it into the American nightmare.
- 51:15I have known since I was 10 years
- 51:17old that I was going to be a
- 51:19lawyer.
- 51:19I busted my ass to get there.
- 51:22I was doing a pretty good job of,
- 51:24uh, with my clients and one asshole, one
- 51:27bureaucrat can destroy you.
- 51:29I've always been against government overreach.
- 51:33I did it in the army.
- 51:34I questioned everything.
- 51:36I did it in my, in my life.
- 51:38When I was an HR director, I have
- 51:40always questioned things that I don't find to
- 51:44be correct.
- 51:45Things that I think need to be, I
- 51:50don't know, uh, tailored, fixed, uh, tweaked, however
- 51:54you want to put it in general.
- 51:56And I, and, and you know what?
- 51:57I probably should not label as a blanket.
- 52:01Everyone is just a, a part of this
- 52:03corrupt arm, but they sure turn their heads
- 52:06the other way.
- 52:07In certain cases, you don't turn your head
- 52:11away from wrongdoing.
- 52:13You just don't.
- 52:15And, uh, uh, you know what they have
- 52:17done to me is wrong and, uh, it's
- 52:21bureaucracy and it's wrong.
- 52:23And so that, that is, we're going to
- 52:27continue on this topic because I do intend
- 52:29to share that letter.
- 52:31Uh, but right now I'm going to switch
- 52:33gears.
- 52:34We've done a little more than half of
- 52:36the program and I'm going to switch gears.
- 52:38Yesterday, I promised to share with you the,
- 52:41uh, ATCs nonsensical, nonsensical letter that was received
- 52:49last week.
- 52:50And, uh, it's pretty funny because, uh, I
- 52:53told you yesterday, I walked you through the
- 52:54Chevron doctrine.
- 52:56I walked you through the overturning of the
- 52:58Chevron doctor doctrine by the Loper Bright decision,
- 53:01a Supreme court of the United States.
- 53:03I walked you through the statute in the
- 53:06state of Missouri that codifies the overturning of
- 53:11the Chevron doctrine.
- 53:12The Chevron doctrine said that a court should
- 53:15defer or should, you know, to the professional
- 53:20bureaucrat.
- 53:21So a bureaucrat has been in office and
- 53:23screwed people and told them you can't have
- 53:25a license ever.
- 53:26And I'll make sure you never practice law
- 53:27in the state of Missouri.
- 53:28Again, those guys don't get to make that
- 53:32what they do in the bar because the
- 53:33bar doesn't have any supervision anyway.
- 53:35But, uh, if it was in the, uh,
- 53:37um, executive branch, you know, these people, this
- 53:40administrative agency, you can't control the Missouri bar.
- 53:44They don't even have to answer a sunshine
- 53:46requests.
- 53:46I sent one.
- 53:47They've never even answered ever.
- 53:49And I do plan to follow up on
- 53:51that because against the law, I, I should
- 53:53sue them, but they don't answer.
- 53:55But since it was about four or five
- 53:57months ago, I'll, I'll probably resend that and
- 53:59see if we can't do it again.
- 54:01You know what I mean?
- 54:02And, uh, uh, and I hope to do
- 54:04so that that'll be, uh, entertaining for us.
- 54:07We can talk some more about that.
- 54:09And, uh, so since I've switched gears and
- 54:11gone back to the ATC yesterday, we talked
- 54:14about her, uh, outlining the, what do we
- 54:20want to call this?
- 54:21I call it conspiracy.
- 54:25That's what I call it.
- 54:26And I believe it is.
- 54:28And I believe they conspired a guy named
- 54:31Clayton Weems and a girl named a lady
- 54:34named Kristin Templeton.
- 54:37And now it could be that they're just
- 54:38dumb, that the bureaucrats are, you know, the
- 54:41bureaucracy has, has gotten them so used to
- 54:44taking power that doesn't belong to them that,
- 54:47you know, they just, they have been allowed
- 54:50to do it forever.
- 54:51It could be because the Chevron doctrine and
- 54:55the non and the effect of similar laws
- 54:58in the state of Missouri, because Missouri didn't
- 55:00change it either kind of blessed the bureaucrat,
- 55:03uh, screwing people because the bureaucrat is the,
- 55:08is it'd be like hiring an engineer.
- 55:12You don't want an engineer out of high
- 55:14school.
- 55:14You, if you're building a bridge that's crossing
- 55:17a five mile structure or lake, I mean,
- 55:20and, uh, you want somebody who really knows
- 55:23what the hell they're doing and you'd never
- 55:24hire somebody who's only done it for a
- 55:26month, right?
- 55:27He would wait.
- 55:27You'd want somebody who's built one before has
- 55:30gone 30 years.
- 55:30And so understanding the Chevron doctrine, which basically
- 55:34said, well, we'd defer to the experts in
- 55:39bureaucracy who do stuff with that's overturned.
- 55:42And I believe that's direct result of the
- 55:44Trump, uh, issues overturning, uh, the Chevron doctrine
- 55:50because now it's the Loper bright doctrine.
- 55:52It's that says you as a court must
- 55:56review DeNovo new, uh, brand new case, any
- 56:02interpretation of a statute that is questioned by
- 56:06someone attacking an administrative agency.
- 56:09Now skip the bar because none of this
- 56:11applies to the bar.
- 56:12Nothing applies to the bar.
- 56:13Nothing applies to OCDC.
- 56:15One word decisions by the Supreme court are
- 56:17the way to keep lawyers in check.
- 56:19So low lawyers aside, at least in Missouri,
- 56:22the, the, the, the, the cocked up system
- 56:24in Missouri, this is, this is how it
- 56:27works.
- 56:27But if you have a real administrative agency,
- 56:30not the Missouri bar who, you know, they
- 56:31claim they're apparently claim they don't have to
- 56:34answer sunshine requests because they're not a public,
- 56:36uh, uh, entity, I presume, but they've never
- 56:39answered and I've never filed suit against them.
- 56:41I might because I need to.
- 56:43Um, anyway, I need some more coffee.
- 56:47Maybe I shouldn't drink coffee in the morning
- 56:49because I've been on a rant like three
- 56:52days in a row and I'm still ranting.
- 56:54Um, at any rate, um, the conspiracy between
- 57:00Kristen Templeton and Clayton Weems is documented in
- 57:04her letter.
- 57:05And I told you yesterday, she, she wrote
- 57:08out, um, that Clayton discovered a statute that
- 57:14has actually been in place since 2010 but
- 57:17current leadership team was completely unaware of.
- 57:20And in parentheses, we later learned that the
- 57:23then leadership was notified of the law taking
- 57:26effect, but believe that perhaps due to timing
- 57:29in conjunction with mass layoffs where they was,
- 57:32was never able to be incorporated into enforcement
- 57:36action.
- 57:37Well, it could be Ms. Templeton that the
- 57:40prior, uh, administration, the prior leadership or the
- 57:46then leadership, as you call it, it could
- 57:48be that they were correct.
- 57:50Now I, this conspiracy of what they are
- 57:54doing is they are the, I use the
- 57:57term bootstrapping.
- 57:59I use the term sucking it into their
- 58:02zone of authority.
- 58:04So Clayton, that's Clayton Weems discovered this law
- 58:08and the law says something about sexually oriented
- 58:11businesses and that, but the sexually oriented business
- 58:13definition changed over time.
- 58:15And most importantly, the ATC has zero authority
- 58:20to enforce the 573 statutes.
- 58:24They can only enforce 311 and 407.
- 58:27So this is the path that we're watching
- 58:31her and Clayton, uh, take power.
- 58:35This is a bureaucrat taking power that doesn't
- 58:37belong to them.
- 58:38And so the, this, the legislature never gave
- 58:42it to them.
- 58:43There's no enabling statute, none.
- 58:47It doesn't say, gee, you can have, you
- 58:50can have power over 311, uh, violations and
- 58:54407 violations.
- 58:56And then you can suck in violations from
- 58:59other places, other criminal statutes.
- 59:03You can suck those in as your requirement
- 59:06with no hearing, no due process, no right
- 59:10to a jury, no proof necessary, none.
- 59:14The only proof is some, some investigator, some,
- 59:17some guy goes in and you should read
- 59:18some of these cause they're frigging hilarious.
- 59:20So here's what the ATC does.
- 59:22They send in their investigators men and these
- 59:26men get lap dances.
- 59:28These men sit at the stage and then
- 59:31watch the girls and have them dance, give
- 59:34them dollars, you know, drink a beer.
- 59:36You know, they hang out there.
- 59:37They're having a, they're having an evening party,
- 59:39right?
- 59:40They go in, they go back to a
- 59:41booth and some girl dances with them.
- 59:43And then at the end, what do they
- 59:45do?
- 59:47So let's say the girl takes him back
- 59:49into a booth.
- 59:49You should read some of these.
- 59:50They're hilarious.
- 59:51And this is what I call entrapment.
- 59:53Okay?
- 59:54So you go in, you get some guy
- 59:56to come into a strip club and they
- 59:58do this.
- 59:59This is what they do.
- 1:00:00They bring them into a strip club or
- 1:00:02a gentlemen's club or a cabaret, whatever you
- 1:00:05wish to call them or whatever they eventually
- 1:00:07might unilaterally decide is right.
- 1:00:11They have someone come in and this girl,
- 1:00:13let's say the girl takes him back into
- 1:00:15the little private booth room and dances with
- 1:00:19him.
- 1:00:19And while dancing, she takes her top completely
- 1:00:22off, shows some nipples, no pasties, right?
- 1:00:26She takes it off because usually the girls
- 1:00:28are just wearing, uh, you know, panties and
- 1:00:30they're put pasties over their nips and, uh,
- 1:00:33and on they go.
- 1:00:34So, so the ATC sends in these clowns
- 1:00:37to go in and sit around and get,
- 1:00:40uh, sit at the, uh, the, the, what
- 1:00:43do you call it?
- 1:00:43Center stage and watch the girls dance.
- 1:00:46And if they show a nipple hell, they
- 1:00:47even give them money to throw that, throw
- 1:00:49them at and buy them some beer.
- 1:00:51You know, this free, this is a free
- 1:00:52night out for these jackoffs.
- 1:00:54And they get to go and, and take
- 1:00:57the girl in the back room and trap
- 1:00:59her.
- 1:01:00You know, they, we don't know the conversation
- 1:01:02that goes on back there.
- 1:01:04We don't, I mean, why wouldn't they, or
- 1:01:06why couldn't they at that time proposition her?
- 1:01:10Would it be okay if they propositioned her
- 1:01:12and said, you know, Hey, uh, you, you
- 1:01:15know, if you meet me later, we can
- 1:01:16go back to my, you know, have an
- 1:01:21evening of it.
- 1:01:22And, um, you know, in return, I'll give
- 1:01:23you two, $300.
- 1:01:24What do you say?
- 1:01:26What's to stop them from that?
- 1:01:28And if the accepts what can they arrest
- 1:01:30her?
- 1:01:31No, they can't arrest her for that.
- 1:01:35You know what they can do?
- 1:01:36They can go back to the, they can
- 1:01:38call somebody to arrest her, but they don't
- 1:01:40have the power to arrest.
- 1:01:42Okay.
- 1:01:42Because they're, they're administrative.
- 1:01:45They may have a post certification.
- 1:01:47They're all law enforcement officers, but they're not
- 1:01:50a policeman.
- 1:01:51They're not a police department.
- 1:01:52So they can take this girl back and
- 1:01:55have her, uh, do the deed, uh, you
- 1:01:58know, dance for them.
- 1:02:00Um, then they walk out, they create a
- 1:02:05report, which they send back to the powerhouse
- 1:02:09of the ATC and say, well, look, while
- 1:02:12I was in there, I was able to
- 1:02:14walk out with a beer hidden in my
- 1:02:16jacket.
- 1:02:16Never should have been allowed to do that.
- 1:02:18I was able to see a girl dancing.
- 1:02:21They don't have to identify the girl.
- 1:02:22They don't have to do anything.
- 1:02:23There's no video.
- 1:02:24There's nothing.
- 1:02:26They there's no evidence.
- 1:02:27And, and by the way, these are crimes
- 1:02:29I'm speaking of.
- 1:02:30They don't occur at, at, at most, uh,
- 1:02:33you know, does a nipple occasionally get shown?
- 1:02:35Sure.
- 1:02:36I'm sure it does in every place, but
- 1:02:38are the girls instructed to wear pasties?
- 1:02:40They are.
- 1:02:41Is it against the law to show a
- 1:02:43nipple in there?
- 1:02:44Yes.
- 1:02:44And if a cop saw it that was
- 1:02:46on duty and saw the girl do that,
- 1:02:48he could arrest her, take her in and
- 1:02:50charge her with a crime because it's a,
- 1:02:53it's a crime that is listed in the
- 1:02:55five 73 statute.
- 1:02:57Right?
- 1:02:58So the stealing of the power by the
- 1:03:03ATC is the sending of these agents in
- 1:03:06to entrap the girls into showing something that
- 1:03:08they shouldn't.
- 1:03:08And then they show it.
- 1:03:09And what do they do?
- 1:03:10They come back and blame the owner of
- 1:03:13the bar for the girl showing her nipple,
- 1:03:17which is a criminal offense.
- 1:03:18And they say, you are engaged in showing,
- 1:03:22uh, you know, in criminal activity on your
- 1:03:25location, we're going to steal your license.
- 1:03:29But as the owner of the, of the
- 1:03:31facility, you don't get to have a trial.
- 1:03:37A jury trial is not available.
- 1:03:40This is an administrative action.
- 1:03:43There's not even any evidence that needs to
- 1:03:45be put out except the statement of the
- 1:03:48person going to solicit these sorts of violations.
- 1:03:52I'm not saying that there shouldn't be a
- 1:03:55requirement.
- 1:03:56I'm saying that there is not any do
- 1:03:59any program that gives the authority to ATC
- 1:04:04to, to do this.
- 1:04:05Okay.
- 1:04:06To go and investigate could, could a highway
- 1:04:09patrolman come in and charge a girl with
- 1:04:12something.
- 1:04:12And, and perhaps there are those that actually
- 1:04:15do affect the, that is a crime that
- 1:04:19affects the club owner.
- 1:04:21That is, that is part probably true.
- 1:04:25I've looked at some of the, some of
- 1:04:27the stuff in there could be a criminal
- 1:04:29violation for, for the failure perhaps to supervise
- 1:04:33or something like that.
- 1:04:34I don't think so because it's all administrative.
- 1:04:37It's more, they have a pretty big stick
- 1:04:40as the ATC.
- 1:04:41And if they can collude and make this
- 1:04:44573 statute their own, which was never done
- 1:04:48by the legislature, the power was never given
- 1:04:51by the legislature to AC, ATC to even
- 1:04:56investigate anything like this.
- 1:04:58And what they've done, they, they created a
- 1:05:01document.
- 1:05:01These guys, the ATC created a document and
- 1:05:05we got plenty of copies of it.
- 1:05:07And the document says they have relabeled themselves
- 1:05:10as a police department.
- 1:05:13They've laid, they have investigative things.
- 1:05:16So these investigators, these, these clowns that are
- 1:05:18going in and sucking these girls into doing
- 1:05:21dances and checking to see if they can
- 1:05:23get them to show a nipple, or maybe
- 1:05:24they can show them the, the vagina or
- 1:05:27something like that.
- 1:05:28And you know that I'm not saying that
- 1:05:30hasn't happened on the planet, but these guys
- 1:05:32go in and encourage the girls to do
- 1:05:35it.
- 1:05:35And then they turn this stuff in and
- 1:05:39charge people to, to not get a license.
- 1:05:41It's entrapment.
- 1:05:42That's all there is to it.
- 1:05:43And so they, well, I hate to laugh
- 1:05:46about this cause it's not funny.
- 1:05:47This is bullshit, right?
- 1:05:49It's crap all the way around.
- 1:05:51But if you don't understand it, you don't
- 1:05:53understand why the bureaucracy is so crap around
- 1:05:56here and they just steal power.
- 1:05:59That's what they do.
- 1:06:00It doesn't belong to them, but they steal
- 1:06:02it anyway.
- 1:06:04And this, and now they've done it with
- 1:06:07the support of the attorney general's office, helps
- 1:06:09them steal it.
- 1:06:10Says, Oh gee, here's a new law.
- 1:06:12We were completely unaware of 2010 and no,
- 1:06:16and we haven't checked to see who can
- 1:06:17enforce it and it's outside of yours.
- 1:06:19So, but I say, Hey, let's create a
- 1:06:22new circular.
- 1:06:23Let's create a circular.
- 1:06:24We send it out.
- 1:06:25It tells everybody what's going on, right?
- 1:06:27Let's do that.
- 1:06:28And so they send that out, they create
- 1:06:31the service, they continue with the collusion, you
- 1:06:33know, and this is how they regulate or
- 1:06:37destroy businesses.
- 1:06:39Okay.
- 1:06:39Just like Sam Phillips destroyed me on as
- 1:06:43a personal vendetta, personal attack and personally held
- 1:06:47it for 18 months when he could have
- 1:06:49done an investigation in a couple of weeks
- 1:06:52and then held it for 26 months and
- 1:06:54submitted an identical thing to the one he
- 1:06:58did in the year and a half.
- 1:06:59It was the same.
- 1:07:00And the Supreme court says no and no
- 1:07:03again, with no explanation, no development of the
- 1:07:06law, no warning to another lawyer.
- 1:07:08So what's the warning to other lawyers?
- 1:07:10Seriously, if there's no case law, no, no
- 1:07:13interpretation of the rule by the Supreme court,
- 1:07:17just a one word judgment for lawyers, one
- 1:07:20word.
- 1:07:21Nope.
- 1:07:21And the Supreme court of the United States
- 1:07:23upheld upholds that and says, well, it's okay
- 1:07:26to not have a reason for a lawyer,
- 1:07:28but you'd never get away with it with
- 1:07:29an accountant.
- 1:07:30You'd never get away with a real estate
- 1:07:32broker, but if it's a lawyer, that's fine.
- 1:07:34Because why the state needs a way to
- 1:07:37screw lawyers because lawyers know stuff, lawyers know
- 1:07:42things and lawyers might, uh, you know, do
- 1:07:45things that we don't like, like sue the
- 1:07:46state, like do other things.
- 1:07:48And if they're not connected, screw them.
- 1:07:50If they're connected, they'll prove they're connected and
- 1:07:53nothing will happen to them anyway, because that's
- 1:07:55how it works.
- 1:07:56Well, destroying a person personally is almost the
- 1:08:00same as drawing a business, destroying a business,
- 1:08:02um, or a corporation.
- 1:08:05And they're, and it's not just strip clubs,
- 1:08:07by the way, I know I'm talking about
- 1:08:09this one particular case, but it's everywhere because
- 1:08:12they have changed a documents.
- 1:08:15They, they've created a definition.
- 1:08:17They don't have the power to create.
- 1:08:19And remember after Loper bright overturning the Chevron
- 1:08:22doctrine, after the codification of this in five,
- 1:08:25three, six, uh, I'm sorry.
- 1:08:26Yeah.
- 1:08:27Five 36 dot one 40 in Missouri that
- 1:08:29says you have to do a de novo
- 1:08:31and the court does the interpretation, not the
- 1:08:33agency.
- 1:08:34After all that, it's pretty clear to me
- 1:08:36that they're, that they are going well, they
- 1:08:38should, uh, the, the court should, and either
- 1:08:40way it'll be appealed anyway.
- 1:08:42This is, this is a decision that hasn't
- 1:08:44come out yet.
- 1:08:44You know, I plan to look on a
- 1:08:46case net to see if anything happened yesterday
- 1:08:49and I haven't done that yet.
- 1:08:51And, uh, um, I'm gonna, I'm typing it
- 1:08:54in even now, but I'm the slowest and
- 1:08:56worst typist on the planet.
- 1:08:59And, uh, so I like to speak into
- 1:09:02my, uh, into my phone or microphone apparatus
- 1:09:08so that, um, I can, um, cause I
- 1:09:14don't type very well, you know, it's a
- 1:09:16nonsense.
- 1:09:16And, uh, so let's see here.
- 1:09:19We are checking even now to see if
- 1:09:22anything has happened, uh, parties and attorneys docket
- 1:09:27entries.
- 1:09:29Nope.
- 1:09:30Still waiting.
- 1:09:31So we're, we're waiting on a judgment in
- 1:09:33that case, what the judge will do.
- 1:09:35And, and, uh, I will share that with
- 1:09:37you here when we see it.
- 1:09:39And I will keep you posted on where
- 1:09:41we're going because we are the very first,
- 1:09:44we, it's not me, but I'm, I'm involved
- 1:09:46as kind of a researcher in this.
- 1:09:48And, uh, uh, we are waiting for this
- 1:09:52judgment.
- 1:09:53I believe we are the first to engage
- 1:09:57in this, uh, statutory question for 536.140
- 1:10:05in Missouri.
- 1:10:06And I'm extremely interested to see what the
- 1:10:08judge will do.
- 1:10:09And I think, I think, I think he
- 1:10:13should, I think it's pretty clear that, uh,
- 1:10:15this is bureaucratic overreach and that, uh, this
- 1:10:19is exactly the type of case that, uh,
- 1:10:22the U S Supreme Court was attacking in
- 1:10:25Loper bright and that the legislature in the
- 1:10:28state of Missouri was attacking in Missouri.
- 1:10:31And they put it also in Missouri DeNovo
- 1:10:33review by the court of anything.
- 1:10:36So we have asked the court to interpret
- 1:10:38what I've just told you all about DeNovo
- 1:10:41review and, uh, interpretation doesn't go to the
- 1:10:47bureaucrat.
- 1:10:49It goes to the court and the court
- 1:10:53is instructed to make a decision by the
- 1:10:57legislature that protects individual liberties and has kind
- 1:11:04of a leaning against overreach by, uh, uh,
- 1:11:08what do you call it?
- 1:11:09Bureaucrats.
- 1:11:10And so I believe, well, either way, they're
- 1:11:13going to appeal it because they liked the
- 1:11:15control that they have right now.
- 1:11:16So if they lose, if the ATC doesn't
- 1:11:19win, then they'll appeal it.
- 1:11:21Well, the same is going to happen if
- 1:11:23the other guy, you know, if the, if
- 1:11:24Jack's loses or, um, um, you know, club
- 1:11:27GQ loses, it'll be appealed because this is
- 1:11:31an important issue.
- 1:11:31And so the judge is going to be
- 1:11:33careful with what he, uh, with what he,
- 1:11:35uh, does and how he rules.
- 1:11:38And, uh, but I believe it's pretty self
- 1:11:41-explanatory.
- 1:11:41I've gone through it for you and hopefully
- 1:11:44everybody understands what happened.
- 1:11:46But after Loper Bright and after 536.140,
- 1:11:49I don't think the court's got a choice.
- 1:11:51I think they have to get rid of
- 1:11:53the, um, what do you call it?
- 1:11:57Administrative, the bureaucratic decision, the lifetime, uh, administrator
- 1:12:03should be questioned.
- 1:12:06These are the people that we question.
- 1:12:09These are the people that should be questioned.
- 1:12:12These are the people that need to, like,
- 1:12:17like the legislature said, need to err on
- 1:12:20the side of individual liberty and you know,
- 1:12:25not government overreach and, and to the bureaucrats
- 1:12:29out there, I know you exist.
- 1:12:30It's a, I don't, I don't hate you.
- 1:12:32You know, I, I just think that you
- 1:12:34have a tendency to take things that don't
- 1:12:37belong to you.
- 1:12:38And namely power, the power that you get
- 1:12:42is derived from the legislature.
- 1:12:46That's where you get your power.
- 1:12:49Now, if you narrow that down to a
- 1:12:51city, the power is given to the water
- 1:12:54guy by either the, the water board or
- 1:12:58a board of aldermen or something like that.
- 1:13:01But the law comes from those people.
- 1:13:04It is, it's a similar thing locally.
- 1:13:07So the board or whoever's there will create
- 1:13:09the rule.
- 1:13:10There's a senior person, maybe a mayor, maybe
- 1:13:13a senior commissioner, presiding commissioner, maybe somebody like
- 1:13:16that who stamps it, signs it.
- 1:13:19Now it's law.
- 1:13:20That law is carried out.
- 1:13:24The provisions of that law are carried out
- 1:13:26by the water dude.
- 1:13:28Okay.
- 1:13:28So that's where the water dude derives his
- 1:13:31authority.
- 1:13:32Now he's ignored mostly after that.
- 1:13:35And I hate to pick on the water
- 1:13:36dude because, but it's the easiest example.
- 1:13:38And if the water dude chooses to not
- 1:13:41give you a license, Jesus, you're in the
- 1:13:43same boat, right?
- 1:13:44You're in the same boat, but administrative, administrative
- 1:13:48overreach is, is rampant all over the place,
- 1:13:52you know, and you take more power.
- 1:13:55Why?
- 1:13:56Because people love it.
- 1:13:57Power is a good thing.
- 1:13:58People like having power.
- 1:14:00People like, and if they have power, Jesus,
- 1:14:03what they want is more power.
- 1:14:05That's it.
- 1:14:05And more power to you.
- 1:14:06Just follow the fricking law.
- 1:14:08And you won't have assholes like me coming
- 1:14:10after you for not following the law.
- 1:14:14If for example, the statute of the state
- 1:14:17of Missouri, let's say the legislature in the
- 1:14:19state of Missouri said in 573, the 573
- 1:14:25statutes related to sexually oriented businesses, cabarets, whatever,
- 1:14:31list them.
- 1:14:32We, we now allow ATC to enforce, or
- 1:14:36if they, if ATC was turned into a
- 1:14:40police department, they think they have been because
- 1:14:42they have investigative documents that on the top
- 1:14:45of it, it says alcohol, tobacco control police
- 1:14:48department.
- 1:14:49Now they deny they exist, but we have
- 1:14:51six of them at least.
- 1:14:53And we've asked for more.
- 1:14:54We've asked for every, every more.
- 1:14:55And I'm going to leave you with that
- 1:14:57today because this letter that they sent us.
- 1:14:59So, you know, we were asking about that
- 1:15:01stuff.
- 1:15:02Why do you identify yourself as a police
- 1:15:04department?
- 1:15:04Blah, blah, blah.
- 1:15:06And asking for some, some further information, by
- 1:15:10the way, Trump has labeled Ukraine envoy, an
- 1:15:14idiot for backing Zelensky, Keith Kellogg.
- 1:15:19I tell you what, I, you know, you,
- 1:15:21how do you not love Trump?
- 1:15:23The U.S. has frozen child care funding
- 1:15:25to all States.
- 1:15:26Denmark is standing firm against Trump's plan for
- 1:15:28Greenland.
- 1:15:30Elon Musk says America's toast if the radical
- 1:15:32left wins.
- 1:15:34Fyodor Lukanov says the West has gambled on
- 1:15:36Russia's defeat and has trapped itself instead.
- 1:15:38I wanted to share some of those with
- 1:15:40you because they're very interesting articles, but we're
- 1:15:42not going to get today that today.
- 1:15:44Cause we're still staying local.
- 1:15:45Okay.
- 1:15:46And Oh, by the, by the way, the
- 1:15:48New York city mayor swore in on the
- 1:15:50Koran to bring a new era.
- 1:15:53He asked for the Koran instead.
- 1:15:55I'm trying to decide how I feel about
- 1:15:56that.
- 1:15:57I don't know yet.
- 1:15:58And I, I have mixed feelings even right
- 1:16:01off the bat, but perhaps I'll come up
- 1:16:03with something entertaining on that.
- 1:16:06Zelensky has made the top spy chief from
- 1:16:09the investigative committee, his chief of staff.
- 1:16:13And so that is, that is what the
- 1:16:17news has been.
- 1:16:19But I wanted to share with you where
- 1:16:21in the hell is it?
- 1:16:23Let us have a look.
- 1:16:24Shall we?
- 1:16:25We shall.
- 1:16:27But it'll take me a minute to find
- 1:16:28it.
- 1:16:28I think I have it somewhere in here.
- 1:16:31The latest letter from these people.
- 1:16:34You won't believe this is unbelievable.
- 1:16:38Well, it's par for the course.
- 1:16:40Let's put it at that.
- 1:16:41Oops.
- 1:16:42I've gone too far.
- 1:16:45Where are we?
- 1:16:47Sorry to take so long to find this.
- 1:16:49I should have had it pulled up already,
- 1:16:51but this is a comical letter that I
- 1:16:54promised to share yesterday.
- 1:16:57And let's see where it is.
- 1:17:02Okay.
- 1:17:03That's the one we received on 1223.
- 1:17:09Let's see.
- 1:17:12Oh, there were two we received on 1223.
- 1:17:15Where's the other one?
- 1:17:16We have to find it because this is
- 1:17:18so damn comical.
- 1:17:21Let's see here.
- 1:17:24Come on.
- 1:17:24Where are you?
- 1:17:25I'm having troubles here.
- 1:17:27And I'm getting depressed over it because this
- 1:17:33letter was such a joke.
- 1:17:36I'm going to look for it.
- 1:17:38Maybe I'll find it better in my email.
- 1:17:41I don't know.
- 1:17:42Anyway, I really apologize for not having it
- 1:17:45readily pulled up, but I've ranted quite a
- 1:17:48bit today.
- 1:17:49And perhaps it's something that...
- 1:17:55Let's see.
- 1:17:56Is it this one?
- 1:17:57Nope.
- 1:17:58We have gotten so many responses from them.
- 1:18:01It's freaking unbelievable what they have said.
- 1:18:04And I think this is it.
- 1:18:11Yeah.
- 1:18:12This is comical.
- 1:18:15What they are telling us.
- 1:18:23$156 paid.
- 1:18:25We need the other one.
- 1:18:29And how much this is going to pay.
- 1:18:31And I want to share this with you
- 1:18:33in almost in its entirety.
- 1:18:36Okay.
- 1:18:37This is a sunshine response.
- 1:18:40So the request was to get some documents
- 1:18:42and the meat of it is, so this
- 1:18:44is dated December the 23rd to Jax, which
- 1:18:50owns Club GQ.
- 1:18:52And we received your letters, lists all these
- 1:18:57licensing letters.
- 1:18:58Since August, the division has provided a bunch
- 1:19:01of documents to date.
- 1:19:03Here's the meat of it.
- 1:19:05To date, more than 3,600 pages of
- 1:19:08records have been provided to you in fulfillment
- 1:19:11of your August 5th, September 4th, September 6th,
- 1:19:14October 3rd requests.
- 1:19:15By the way, paid nearly $6,000 to
- 1:19:19get these 3,600 pages and paid fees
- 1:19:22that they are not allowed to charge.
- 1:19:25By the way, they're charging legal fees to
- 1:19:28research this.
- 1:19:29That is not allowed.
- 1:19:31It's very clear in the latest ruling that
- 1:19:34they're not allowed to do this and they
- 1:19:36are not following the law.
- 1:19:38So our communication with you regarding those requests
- 1:19:42consistently include clear estimates of dates that things
- 1:19:46would be made available to you.
- 1:19:48I move forward.
- 1:19:50I'm going to parse this and read just
- 1:19:51the important sentences.
- 1:19:53We wholeheartedly believe our team's extraordinary efforts to
- 1:19:57refill your request demonstrates the agency's respect for
- 1:20:01Missouri's policy favoring open conduct of public business
- 1:20:05and your ability to access the same.
- 1:20:09Despite our good faith, it is plain from
- 1:20:12increasingly hostile argumentative tone of your communications and
- 1:20:17broad burdensome nature of your demands, particularly those
- 1:20:20made and list a bunch of dates, that
- 1:20:22your invocation of Missouri sunshine law is intended
- 1:20:25not as a tool to examine meetings but
- 1:20:27as a weapon to harass the division.
- 1:20:30Right?
- 1:20:30And then they go forward.
- 1:20:31Nevertheless, we are committed to providing your request.
- 1:20:37Ready?
- 1:20:38And we are providing an estimate below calculated
- 1:20:42assuming as we must at this time that
- 1:20:44the requests are completed using currently available agency
- 1:20:48resources.
- 1:20:49Okay?
- 1:20:50And here it is.
- 1:20:51Remaining records encompassed by requests that were made
- 1:20:56in September 6 and October 3.
- 1:20:59For the dates of January 1, 2015, to
- 1:21:04October 3, 2025, they requested communications policy or
- 1:21:08regulatory decisions regarding swimming bars at the lake.
- 1:21:12It says with respect to these records as
- 1:21:14indicated to you in November 27 response, there
- 1:21:17were several topics, several words that we wanted
- 1:21:21to investigate.
- 1:21:23Lewd, sexually oriented business, chapter 311, chapter 573,
- 1:21:27industry circular, policy memo, gentlemen's quarters, jacks, strip,
- 1:21:32adult, nude, and a bunch of other terms.
- 1:21:34Right?
- 1:21:36So this list resulted in this is comical
- 1:21:39right here.
- 1:21:39Right?
- 1:21:40This list resulted in the retrieval of 691
- 1:21:43,463 email files.
- 1:21:47We conservatively estimate this is funny.
- 1:21:50The cost associated with fulfillment of this portion
- 1:21:54of these records is $368,783.77.
- 1:22:04And this is they calculated this saying it's
- 1:22:09$32 an hour for a secretary to look
- 1:22:12at it.
- 1:22:13And it's 11,528 hours of review plus
- 1:22:19a flash drive of $3.61 for a
- 1:22:21total sum of $368,783.77.
- 1:22:32The earliest we estimate these records are available
- 1:22:36for you to review is 44 years, three
- 1:22:39months, and 26 days from our receipt of
- 1:22:42your payment.
- 1:22:43So give us $368,000, basically $369,000.
- 1:22:53We're going to round up a little bit
- 1:22:54with difference to make $369,000 and give
- 1:22:58us 44 years and we will comply.
- 1:23:01So obviously they have no ability to search
- 1:23:05any of this, anything out there.
- 1:23:08But apparently they do because they immediately came
- 1:23:10up with 300, with how many pages did
- 1:23:13they say?
- 1:23:14600,000 pages or something like that that
- 1:23:17they came up with that said that is
- 1:23:19there.
- 1:23:21Now I bring that up because it's just
- 1:23:24completely stupid and asinine.
- 1:23:26Okay.
- 1:23:27How it should be would be that somebody
- 1:23:30would call and be collegial, be, I don't
- 1:23:34know what, cooperative and say, you know, if
- 1:23:39you say this isn't a bullshit letter, you're
- 1:23:41a bureaucrat.
- 1:23:42You're somebody who loves this type of thing
- 1:23:45and loves to antagonize people and come after
- 1:23:48them and entrap them by sending officers in.
- 1:23:52You're one of those.
- 1:23:53Okay.
- 1:23:53Or you're extremely religious and can't leave other
- 1:23:56people live and let live.
- 1:23:57You can't leave other people alone.
- 1:23:59You got to enforce your beliefs upon others.
- 1:24:03That's what you got to do.
- 1:24:04And frankly, I believe that's what's happening here.
- 1:24:07I I'm a middle of the rotor.
- 1:24:08I'm neither for it nor against strip clubs
- 1:24:11or whatever they do.
- 1:24:11I don't give a crap, you know, but
- 1:24:13if people are there and I'm not saying
- 1:24:14I haven't gone to them, I have, but
- 1:24:17it's a, if you, if you want to
- 1:24:19tear them down, why, what harm is it
- 1:24:21doing to you?
- 1:24:23Well, I mean, seriously, what, what for a
- 1:24:25place it's been around for 40 something years
- 1:24:28and you're trying to destroy it?
- 1:24:29Why, why, why that's the main answer.
- 1:24:34And it's because you want to steal power.
- 1:24:36That's not yours.
- 1:24:37So every letter that's been received from these
- 1:24:40people has been condescending sort of a rant
- 1:24:44by them that, Oh, geez, it's going to
- 1:24:46take us.
- 1:24:46We have to work.
- 1:24:48They don't want to work.
- 1:24:49This letter that they sent is not a
- 1:24:53realistic discussion of anything.
- 1:24:56What it is, is announcing their power and
- 1:24:59announcing their deterrence.
- 1:25:02That is what they were doing.
- 1:25:04So I forgot that today is Friday and
- 1:25:06I have to end early.
- 1:25:08I have, I appreciate y'all listening to
- 1:25:11me.
- 1:25:12I am Samuel trap.
- 1:25:14This is international flavor.
- 1:25:16We are going to continue with this letter
- 1:25:18because freaking comical.
- 1:25:20And I, I ranted way too long today
- 1:25:22on one of my rants took too long.
- 1:25:24So I hope you enjoyed it.
- 1:25:27And, uh, I'm going to put on a
- 1:25:29couple of Christmas songs just because that's what
- 1:25:31I like.
- 1:25:32And, uh, we shall have some Christmas.
- 1:25:37I'm going to put two or three in
- 1:25:38there just because I like them.
- 1:25:39And, uh, our oncoming host who has a
- 1:25:43great show can, uh, go from there.
- 1:25:46Sorry to overrun today.
- 1:25:48I meant to be done by, uh, by,
- 1:25:50uh, eight 45, but anyway, this is international
- 1:25:54flavor.
- 1:25:54I am Samuel trap.
- 1:25:55I'm coming to you live from the Lake
- 1:25:57Ozark real estate of the art studio.
- 1:25:58I do so every day from seven 39
- 1:26:00o'clock, except on Fridays when I'm supposed
- 1:26:02to be gone by, uh, eight 45.
- 1:26:04And I, uh, totally cocked that up today.
- 1:26:07So join us every morning, uh, live at
- 1:26:10damn radio.com and, uh, listen to me
- 1:26:14later at international flavor.com.
- 1:26:18Hope to see you Monday morning.
- 1:26:20Have a nice day.
