- Lord Hinkie: Ladies and gentlemen. Welcome back to another episode of the ZNG Dynasty Podcast. I, as always, am joined by my right hand man, my best bud, my good buddy old pal. Ninja, say hi to the people, big fella. ninja: Yo, what's going on guys? Thank you, happy to be back. Thank you. was really struggling pre-podcast, so I'm glad I was able to pull this one out. happy to be here. Lord Hinkie: Life is good, life is good. we did have, you know, usually we are a technical difficulties kind of podcasts where, you know, some kind of internet connection's not working. but this week our issues were more of lighting fixtures than actual internet fixtures. So hey, at least we're on to something new, you know? ninja: We're upgrading. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, it's it's something less detrimental. ninja: Big word. Love it. Lord Hinkie: Love it. I'm your host as always, Lord Hinky. and I think without further ado, let's get into it, buddy. We had a good week of football this week, a lot to talk about, some trades, some god awful football, and some good football. So, do you want to get into it? ninja: Let's get rolling. Lord Hinkie: I gotta get the transition sound back on my media board. I am in slacking as a host. ninja: Hey Ty work on that for us, please and thank you. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, thanks, Ty. Shout out. but goods and the bads. We do the goods around here and the bads. first good, we have to talk about it. I'm not gonna wait any longer. Usually we wait for trades until a little bit later, but Marvin Harrison Junior got traded from the Arizona Cardinals to the Houston Texans for basically a twenty twenty seven second round pick. we had there is very, very strange reporting. around this entire f fiasco. I the news got put out on Saturday afternoon that Marvin Harrison is going to be traded, but they won't announce what team he's getting traded to yet because they want to let the games on Sunday unfold before they officiate the trade. Which, if you're gonna do that, just don't announce your trading until Sunday. But I guess they're making Marvin active, they didn't want to make a whole scene, yada yada yada, whatever. the weirdest reporting around a trade I've ever experienced. But Marv getting traded to the Houston Texans, reuniting with his college buddy CJ Stroud, and just moving on to something new. Because he just needed a change. He needed something different. I think this is a win win for both teams. Houston gets a chance to build a wide receiver two around Nico Collins. Cardinals kind of get out of that, you know, so on busted pick on Marvin Harrison, and they still acquire a second round pick for him. I think it's a win win both ways and Let's see what happens in Houston. So what are your thoughts on Marv going to the Texans and uniting with good old Nico Collins? ninja: I mean, for all Nico Collins lovers, this is exactly what we want because Nico can now officially be in the slot full time where he belongs, being an absolute stud muffin. what I worry about with this isn't for Nico Collins. Nico's gonna Nico no matter who's there beside him. This impacts Jaden Higgins, who won on IR in the preseason. So what is this going to look like next year? Like if Marv has a really good, you know, second half of the year or two thirds of the year Where does this put Jaden Higgins? I think Houston's gonna run three wide receivers often. It's just what is the timeshare with Jaden Higgins anymore? That's my only concern. But Marvin Harrison Jr. is back, baby. I wouldn't start him this week, but going forward, I think this is wheels up once again for Maserati Marv. Back with his best buddy, CJ Stroud. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. I love the trade. I I I w preferred that he didn't go to a team that he would have been expected to be the wide receiver one on again. I feel like he needed to go somewhere where the burden of having to be the stud is kind of taken off of him because Houston has Nico Collins. He can just focus on setting up routes, being the wide receiver two, being the second option, and honestly just work on being his own player. He doesn't have this expectation of himself anymore to be, you know, one of the best in the game. But fantasy wise, for Marv going to the Texans, I I like it a lot. I don't think this touches Nico Collins very much. Maybe like the slightest tick of downgrades just because there's another top end wide receiver there that might take away some targets. But this is awesome for CJ Stroud. This is even good for the run game. this is good for Houston's future. speaking of the Jaden Higgins situation, I think this opens up the opportunity. And you said Nico Collins being a big slot. I love the idea of Jaden Higgins going into next year with a full off season of being the third wide receiver in the slot. Like a big slot wide receiver, Jaden Higgins, I feel like could own. that was my big takeaway from him scouting him, is that I feel like he would be a perfect big slot wide receiver, kind of like a Drake London type. so I would hope they put Higgins in the slot for next season, but as of right now, this season today, Nico and Marv on the outside, you got your Jalen Noells and your Keysham Boutes just mixed up a little bit. This Texans team's got a little bit of an offense, and if they can get this defense turned around to slightly what it was last year, I mean I know they're one and four right now, but I feel like they can definitely make a push to try and make the playoffs. ninja: Like I said last week, I think they could rattle off eight straight and I wouldn't think any different. Like this team is still very good. Just some unfortunate Lord Hinkie: So talented. Yeah. Tough, tough one possession losses, and you hate to see those. moving on here to the next good. Bucky Irving had himself a day. Thursday night football against the Dallas Cowboys. 21 carries, 165 yards, and a touchdown. That includes a 72 yard rush in, I believe it was the third quarter. and he also caught a pass for another touchdown. Just owned it. on Thursday night football. Pretty much the brightest spot for the Tampa Buccaneers. And Bucks being able to pull off that game against Cowboys. Nobody saw that coming. ninja: I know in the podcast I didn't share my views, but during the day that day I was talking to a coworker and I was like, I wouldn't be surprised if the Bucks got this real close. It's kind of a weird game. Dallas normally loses games like this. I didn't bet it, but I was thinking it Thursday night. Should have threw it out there so I could have been right again. But Bucky Irving, welcome back to the fray. I feel like he's been on the outskirts of your RB one RB two and he just not talked about. He is back in pole position after this week. What a game. Lord Hinkie: Love it. I'm having flashbacks to a a podcast I used to do where my other podcastee would talk about a buddy from work. and I'm glad we're bringing that back. next on our list of goods, George Pickens. Nine catches, hundred and thirty yards, and a touchdown. It was a George Pickens week this week. and we'll talk about, you know, C D Lamb a little bit later. He's on the other list, if you you know, spoiler alert. But there had to be a Pickens week coming up here. And this week it was. Nine catches, 130 yards in a tutty. Love to see him. ninja: Yeah, he's a stud, finally produced what he did last year. I don't think it stops this week. I think he keeps it going. Lord Hinkie: Keep it going. Speaking of keeping it going, Parker Washington absolutely rolled against Philadelphia Eagles. Six catches, 124 yards, and two touchdowns, including a bomb 50 yard touchdown catch. he looks awesome, man. I was talking to a buddy of work, not actually, but just a bit, about how I loved Parker Washington as a Penn State wide receiver, college guy. But I never thought in a million years that he would be a producing NFL wide receiver. Like I thought he would, you know, make a roster, maybe, you know, play special teams, be a slot wide receiver here and there. But the fact that this guy is like a number one target bona fide stud for this Jaguars team, I'm so happy for him and I am shocked at the same time. ninja: Hey, we are. Never in doubt. Are we doubting Penn State wide receivers? Think about Chris Godwin, Alan Robinson. I mean just certified wide receiver ones. Love to see it. He's just following the footsteps. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. The list goes on and on. Next good on our list. These Giants had themselves a day against the Commanders, mostly in garbage time, which is kind of what I think this team is going to kind of be going forward. But Jameis Winston, three hundred and twenty six yards and three touchdown passes. Malik Neighbors, eleven catches, a hundred and twenty twenty one yards and a touchdown. L Isaiah Likely, eleven catches, ninety four yards and two touchdowns. If you had any three of these guys in your lineup, you you probably won this week. ninja: Yeah, for me this is big like this is what Malik Neighbors needs to do every week. How he's not seeing eleven targets each week is crazy. Yeah. Lord Hinkie: Twenty targets. ninja: Like he needs to see work and they finally like just said F it we'll do it. And look how it worked out. A tie. So you know, Lord Hinkie: Yeah, which ninja: wash, but we love to see it and for likely we all knew he was good. It just if he was gonna get the work. Lord Hinkie: Whether they use him or not. ninja: Yeah. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. Like he's very talented. You can see that. Like he is a mismatch a mishmash? A misch a mismatched nightmare. That's a tough one. Try to say that five times fast. but you can just see he is so elusive and talented. He g he makes linebackers look slow. He's too big for safeties. if they want to, he can be a mismash nightmare for anybody. This podcast sucks. Moving on to the next ninja: Yeah. Lord Hinkie: one. on the other side of that game, Jaynen Daniels, nine carries. Not even talk his passing yards, nine carries, a hundred and three yards and two touchdowns, and the biggest elbow guard that can fit on that tiny little human's body. but he looked pretty good running the ball. I didn't expect him to run the ball. I didn't expect him to be healthy for this game. We don't I don't think we talked about him last week in the pod because I think we were just assuming he was out. I was I was ready for the Greek freak. shocking start and a shocking good performance from Jane Dagan or Jane Daniels, sorry. ninja: Yeah, so remember the rant I went on last week about the Eagles and about not having Jalen Hurts run the ball? Wow, when mobile quarterbacks run the ball, look what happens. They're pretty freaking good. Jane Daniels, great week. I'm glad he played and that was an obscenely large elbow guard. K kinda comical. Lord Hinkie: So big. I think it's a just a normal size elbow guard, but his arms are just so skinny to where it just looks huge on his little body, but it's it's funny looking. ninja: It's very funny, but I'm happy to see him out there semi healthy and absolutely killing it. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, he kinda looks like the winner soldier Bucky from Marvel with his fake arm. shout out all my my Marvel fans out there. Which there might be one of you. next on our goods list, Jalen Warren had himself a day against the Indianapolis Colts. Fifteen carries, hundred and one yards and a touchdown, including a fifty yard bomb, and six catches, s eighty seven yards and a touchdown receiving. Out of those eighty seven yards, eighty of were on one play, which if you guys can go back and watch it, he made like six people miss. Very he looked awesome. he was the the lone bright spot. I guess Pat Friedman had himself a day too, but he was the biggest bright spot for the Steelers backfield. With no recall dado, this guy looks very good. ninja: Very good. sorry, Zig, I I swayed you out of it. But what a great game. A league winner this week if you didn't listen to the ninja and played Lord Hinkie: Yeah, he looked really good. Shocker too, because I didn't I I'm not a big Warren guy either, but he did look pretty good there against the Colts. Drake, Drake May, May, maybe back. three hundred and seventy four yards, four passing touchdowns, and he also ran one in for five total touchdowns on the day. Single handedly dismantled this Raiders team. This is the Drake May that we loved. last season, earlier on in the year. if we can get this every week, it's gonna be awesome, but we shall see. ninja: Yeah, that's the question. Will we see it every week? 'Cause the Raiders have exceeded expectations so far this year. Maybe a little come to life game last week against the Patriots. So is this a Drake May we see every week? not really sure about it, but awesome game. It's finally good to see him look like himself out there. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, he looked awesome. I loved watching him play in this game because it's like this is the kid that I thought he would be coming out of UNC. And here we are. I'm excited to see what that team ends up being when AJ Brown comes back. Next on our good list, Joe Burr, Joe Chill, Joe Chillax. 190 yards passing, that's it, but four passing touchdowns, just incredibly efficient against the Miami Dolphins. Never really gave them a chance, spread the ball around too. really, really good game from statistically I guess isn't the biggest game, but four passing touchdowns, on only twenty three completions, pretty good. ninja: Very good. Joe Burr be doing Joe Burr things. Lord Hinkie: Great catch by Jamar Chase too. At that ninja: Insane. Lord Hinkie: awesome. He's a good player too. Guy's good at football. Speaking of being good at football, Christian Watson. Imagine not being in on Christian Watson and the Green Bay Packers. Am I right, Zig? six catches, a hundred and forty three yards, and two bombs. Matthew Golden have Math Matthew Golden had himself a day two. Jordan Love had himself a day. just I this Packers team is fun to watch when they're good, but that is few and far between. But Christian Watson, I love this kid. ninja: Christian Wood sin had an absolute Lord Hinkie: What? ninja: day. A day. And I'm glad I turned around on him at the right time. So I'm allowed to be happy with these takes happen. Lord Hinkie: You did, you snuck in. ninja: Jordan Love, I think this is what like the connection that he and LaFleur have, where he was calling plays in preseason, like he he has like the entire scope of the offense. And this is the first week I feel like he actually like executed, like knowing the full offense, having the scope. making the right reads and as a not a Jordan Love guy, that's some high praise for me. Lord Hinkie: That is very high praise. Usually you it's very hard for you to compliment quarterbacks. ninja: It's very hard. Lord Hinkie: Shout out. speaking of shout out, Mike Evans against the Seattle defense had seven catches, 113 yards, and a touchdown, and looked dominant the entire game. hey, we're always gonna tell you about our wins because we love victory lapping here on this podcast. But to be transparent, we have to talk about our losses. I told you to sit Mike Evans. I did. I stink of fantasy football, so you shouldn't listen to me, but I did tell you to s sit Mike Evans. I did not expect him to just own the Seattle secondary. They had no one to match up for him. he kinda looked like Mike Evans of old, where he just he boxes guys out. He doesn't separate super well, but he boxes guys out and he makes plays. So big day for the old man Mike. ninja: Hey man, Fafather Time strikes again. Mike Evans turned back the clock. Looked like he was twenty-six out there, back in his prime. Or is he still in it? We never know after games like this one. A dominant against a Seattle defense who we thought was good, but now we find is exposable. Lord Hinkie: Very exposable. Sometimes. he did that in Seattle too. It's an awesome game. speaking of an awesome game, this Monday night football game was fun to watch. Puka Nukua. These wide receiver stat lines recently have been insane, and this might be the craziest one. Twenty-four targets. Not this isn't a quarterback's completions. This is twenty-four targets to a wide receiver, seventeen receptions. A hundred and thirty eight yards and a touchdown. I felt like every time I looked at looked at that game while the Rams were on the field, it was Puka Nakua catching like a low three yard comeback. That's the entire game. It was it insane, seventeen receptions. Devontae Adams had himself two touchdown catches. Matthew Stafford c completed forty passes of fifty four attempts, three hundred and eighty three yards and three touchdowns. Just a really, really fun game to watch. you're happy if you had like really any part of this game besides Dolphin Kingade. ninja: Yeah, very happy. I have one gripe about this game. I had a bet going on in the window and I needed what's his face? Running back, Rams. Lord Hinkie: Kyron. ninja: Kyron Williams. Needed him to have sixty rushing yards. Came up very short. It would have hit for a massive parlay on Monday night. Which I might start doing if you guys want it if you want a ninjas Monday night parlay. Let me know. but every leg hit minus, you know. Kyron. 60 plus yards rushing. Hate to see it. Hate to see Lord Hinkie: Absolute bomb. ninja: it. But Puka is a stud. Back like he never left. Devante is still doing Devonta Adams things. I'm pretty sure he could play till he's forty and be just fine. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, like there is he he is still physically at the same peak as he was like five, six years ago. and the way he plays the game, you can always do that. Like he's not like a burner, but he's quick, he's shifty, he creates separation and he catches touchdowns. That's what he does. He can play forever. James Cook had himself a day for the Bills side, twenty-five carries, 111 yards, two tutties. Josh Allen, ten carries, a hundred and twenty-one yards, and a touchdown. he only completed Josh Allen only completed twelve passes this game, and I felt like he was the best player in the field the entire time. It's still just nuts to watch him play football. But James Cook had himself a day. Can't be fumbling the ball twice though. ninja: Yeah, that's a that's one thing I was gonna bring up. Can't be putting it on the ground like that. Lord Hinkie: Especially in these big games. ninja: yeah, that's not great for James Cook. I'd probably expect a little bit more Ty Johnson after this week, kinda put James Cook on timeout for a little Lord Hinkie: He had some big catches. ninja: bit. But good game overall, but Josh Allen is a stud. Like it's it's unreal what he does week in, week out. Lord Hinkie: Unreal. moving on to the badge list. a little shout out here. Haley Crusin, her fantasy team absolutely sucks. hopefully pretty much anybody in that league, if you're going up against Haley's team, you're pretty much getting a bye. So just start whoever you want, it doesn't matter. next one on our list, CeeDee Lamb. Thursday night football. This was a George Pickens week and the reason it was a George Pickens week is because CeeDee Lamb didn't do anything. He had two catches for nine yards. And if you started him in fantasy, you felt like you lost on Thursday. And that's just not a good feeling to go into the weekend. So I am sorry. ninja: It's a terrible feeling, but hey man, it happens. Lord Hinkie: Next on our badge list, Nick Siriani. Why do I have to keep doing these on the podcast? I mean it's getting exhausting at this point. I feel like I am just what's the definition of insanity? Is where you keep like doing the same thing over and over again. You expect different result. I feel like I keep berating this coaching staff about how awful they've been. And I just get to do it every week at this point. It's three weeks in a row. awful coaching decision. We talked about it before the podcast, but one, not r running down the clock to where you're kicking a last second game winning field goal. That's your first mistake. Throwing an out route to Mekai Lemon who runs out of bounds. on first and ten. throwing the ball out of bounds for no good reason, and then running the ball for nothing and letting the Jags call their final timeout. that's your first mistake. Your second mistake is not kicking the ball of the end zone. The Jags had I think six seconds left, maybe seven or whatever it was, and they had no timeouts. If you kick the ball through the end zone, they need to run from the thirty five to about the other forty So that's like what, a twenty to twenty five yard play. Cam Little's got a leg, let's call it twenty yards. They need to run a twenty yard play where they get twenty yards and run out of bounds in about five seconds. And instead you kick them the ball, let the returner catch it in stride, and he returns it to the other thirty five and we lose on a bomb kick from Cam Little. that's that's on the head coach. Now I'm knock the team looks bad. There's holes everywhere, the entire team is hurt, the offensive lines just the shambled mess. They actually played okay, I think, against this Jags D, but it's a bunch of nobodies. We have no running backs. Our wide receivers are Trying their best, I guess. now we have injuries on the defensive line. It's bad, it's a bad team, but you can't win unless you manage the game well and we did not manage the game well. So Nick Siriani, welcome to the bads list, brother. I have a feeling you're gonna be here pretty often. ninja: Yeah, I don't have much to say. I'm gonna try not to get into this too much. But if you see a report from Sheffy that Nick Seriani's house got egg this week, it wasn't me. Promise. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, turn turn your location off. ninja: I definitely didn't go scouting his local community this week looking for cameras and sprinklers and, you know, night watchmen of sorts. I definitely didn't go Lord Hinkie: Yeah. ninja: do that in my very limited time off. Lord Hinkie: Like which houses have dogs? ninja: just so I can absolutely go ham on like eight dozen of eggs to that guy's window. so if you hear reports of that just you don't know who the ninja is. Not out there in the streets. Lord Hinkie: No. Darius Cooper looked good, though, shot at. ninja: Love Darius. Lord Hinkie: talking about another bad coaching staff, this commander's team, what a collapse in overtime against the New York Giants. You you had the game in your grasp and all you have to do is, you know, understand clock management. But no. Not only did you you there's about a minute left and you let like thirty seconds run off the clock before you call another play, you call that play and you're not ready to spike the ball. to then kick the said fuel goal so it doesn't happen. bad just bad. Just bad all around. Silliness. ninja: I mean, I don't think anyone here on this podcast likes Dan Quinn and this is a testament to why we don't like Dan Quinn. Lord Hinkie: Fire d ninja: get him out. First head coach fired this year, if it wasn't already said Lord Hinkie: I called it. ninja: before on this podcast. Yeah, I knew someone did. yeah, he's the first to go. Maybe after John Harbor or Jim. Well whoever sent San Diego or Yeah. Yes. Bring me back to Phillip Rivers days. Lord Hinkie: The s the LA Yeah, who is the head coach or Phil Rivers? I forget. Vince, I wanna say. ninja: Was it I wanted to say Todd Fisher. He was the Rams, wasn't he? In the St. Louis Rams. Shout out. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, he was Rams. Todd Gurley Rams too, shout out. next bad on our list. kind of a personal one here. Chase Brown. Yeah. ninja: Yeah, I'll take the lead here. guys, I I misled you. And by I misled you is Chase Brown misled me. I'm not saying we were in cahoots, you know, about, you know, sports betting or whatnot, but I said, Hey, you're gonna get two touchdowns this week and over like a hundred rushing yards 'cause Miami sucks, right? He was like, yeah, for sure. I got you Lord Hinkie: Nah. ninja: So I'm not saying it's my fault. But Chase Brown stinks. And the fact that he didn't do really anything this game, probably don't want to start him the rest of year. Just saying. Lord Hinkie: It sounds like you got bad information from a a biased source. ninja: Sounds like it, but you know. Lord Hinkie: What are you gonna do? ninja: What are you gonna do? I gotta trust my sources when they come in. Lord Hinkie: Next bat on list is also a Bengals, T. Higgins, only two catches, twenty two yards. it was just a Jamar Chase game, but also Burrow just spread the ball around to literally everyone. There is hold on, let me count up. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine. Nine different players had multiple catches on this team. just sucks to suck. ninja: Sorry about it. Lord Hinkie: Not your week, T. Hate to see it. Speaking of not your week, I feel like it's not been your year, Jalen Waddle. This passing I've been talking about it every week now, I feel like, but this passing offense for the the Broncos are just is just not good. And I've been waiting for Zig to actually hop on the podcast so I talked to him about it. But it's just you would think with Sean Payton taking over play calling again that they can get this slightly figured out, but it's it's not there. Like Bo Nicks only completed sixteen passes for a hundred and twenty three yards. Waddle had two catches for nineteen yards. The only reason Sutton's not in this list too is because he caught a touchdown. It's just it's not good. We can't win games. Cannot win games. ninja: Yeah, not good at all. No, no. I remember last week I said I don't trust any Denver passing option since Mait Manning just rang true again. I j I can't trust him and will not trust him until proven otherwise. Lord Hinkie: Like yeah, you beat the Chargers, but like ninja: Yeah, it's like it's the Chargers though. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. My high school team didn't have a football team and we could have thrown together a team to beat Shout out. next battery list, speaking of Justin Herbert. I hate to like it's d is this beating a guy while he's down. Like is he it's the j it's the Kevin Hart meme where he's like, he's already dead. Like, I don't know. But he stinks, man. He does not look good. His team sucks. He sucks. He's not making good decisions. He's turning the ball over. It's it's bad football. ninja: Are we just gonna have to start calling it the Madison Beer Curse? Lord Hinkie: Yeah. ninja: 'Cause the Chargers had everything going for and then all of sudden this handsome man named Justin Herbert is dating this gorgeous lady named Madison Bear. And Lord Hinkie: Their babies will be. ninja: big time. And and but nothing nothing but trauma and agony has happened since then that she was on the practice field with Justin Herbert, which is crazy that you let someone's like girlfriend on the practice field. Not even wife, girlfriend. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. Ew. Gros. ninja: Like this isn't a place for ladies, sweetheart. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. Yeah. ninja: but I think I'm just gonna call it the Madison Beer curse and it is what it is. I would allow the curse to happen if I was him too, you know? Be what it be. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. It's just it's just not good. I I'm I don't know when the Chargers are gonna win a game. We talked about their list, the schedule I think last week or maybe even two weeks ago. It's not getting any easier. I I they can realistically go like and eight. I can't wait till Harbaugh gets fired. Next bads on our list. kind of shocking for how good we thought this game was gonna be, which I guess we haven't really talked about it, but the Lions and the Cardinals game. The Lions put up 45 points. Awesome. Incredible. but the Cardinals like put up twenty one points, but like in really weird ways. They're this I'm actually gonna have to look up his name. Tegan Quatariano. Caught two touchdown passes for the Cardinals. Yeah, I looked it up. He hasn't caught a pass, a pass in the regular season since 2023. And he caught two touchdowns. but Jeremiah Love and Michael Wilson both had dud games. Jeremiah Love only twelve carries for twenty two yards. Not good. I believe he he might have left with like an ankle injury, but he came back. It was kind of weird. But And then Michael Wilson, only four catches, thirty yards. Not an awful game for but for the expectations I had of him, very poor in this Detroit matchup. and I'm gonna need better if you traded away Marvin Harrison. ninja: Yes, we'll need a lot better. I think it's just a down week. But with Marv gone now, he's obviously gonna get the target share, but who's gonna step up in Marv's place? Is it Kendrick Bourne? Is it who else is there? But you talking garbage about Tegan Quintin Quintano Quintamano. Lord Hinkie: You can't even say his name. ninja: Couldn't pronounce it. Former Houston Texans legend. What? Look it up guys. I know I'm right on that. what a stud. It's good to see tight ends. Any tight end. Have a good week. And hopefully you played you had like a bunch of injuries at tight end. You just like threw in there like screw it. And you made out big. Lord Hinkie: If he's on a roster, if you if s anybody sends me a link of him being on someone's roster before this week, I'll give you ten dollars. ninja: And if you started I'll give you another ten dollars. Lord Hinkie: I give you next bad on the list is pretty much the only guy who had a bad game on the Monday night football game between the Bills and the Rams, and that was Dalton Kincaid. One catch, seven yards, on two targets. I know Josh Allen didn't throw the ball much. He only had nineteen attempts, only completed twelve passes. That really wasn't their game plan going into this Rams game, but No DJ Moore. And you have two targets and one catch for Don Kate. He only played like f a little over fifty percent of the snaps. It's looking like it's giving me trauma from like two years ago. Where he was just ninja: Don't KK two years ago? Lord Hinkie: Yeah. ninja: I mean when Josh Allen puts on the cape, like it's there's not much you're gonna do. Lord Hinkie: You just gotta get out of his way. ninja: You just kinda gotta like expect that it's not gonna be, you know, the best day for you. but I think going forward I won't be so like he'll bounce back from this. I have no doubt in my mind that he'll get back to like doing decent things. Lord Hinkie: those first two weeks were so promising. ninja: So promising, but now we're kinda came back down to Earth, so maybe somewhere in between is what we can expect. Lord Hinkie: I would love somewhere in between. Anyways, moving on to our injuries list here. Not a lot of injuries to talk about unless I miss some. but I feel like everyone's getting hurt. Maybe they're just you can't add any more to the list 'cause they're already there. David Montgomery. He's considered weak to weak with a groin injury. if you have Woody Marks, this is very interesting 'cause I feel like he's gonna be the lone guy there for a couple of weeks. but yet again, it's his Texans run game, it's just not very good. Michael Penix. Left the Sunday night game with a rib injury. keep an eye on that for this week. I guess he did it was confirmed that he did not break any ribs, but he's still having a lot of pain and soreness and stuff and yada yada. So just keep an eye on if he plays this week, it's either gonna be him or Tua again. Trevion Henderson has a right ankle sprain, but he's considered it looks like he's gonna miss at least a couple of weeks. so all Ramondre Stevenson in that backfield. Yuck. also, Schefter tweeted out that Treyvon Henderson is considered a quick healer. How do you get the qualifications to be considered a quick healer? Does like does he have like more white blood cells than everybody else does, or like what? ninja: I have n you're the you're the doctor here? I have no idea. Lord Hinkie: I I don't know. Like how do you like how can you be considered a quick healer? Like I'm sure he's like had injuries in the past. Maybe, but then it would then it would just be considered a minor injury. ninja: Maybe it just wasn't that bad, you know? Like it's like he just like tweaked it? Lord Hinkie: Like Trayvon Henderson has like the quick healer badge on Madden, but just in real life. ninja: He's he's the Greg Jennings like Madden from like years ago, where he's like running with a torn ACL team on his back for a touchdown. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, it's like heads on backwards. I remember that clip. two tight ends in concussion protocol, Kenyon Sadiq and TJ Hawkinson. both left the game Sunday with concussions. Just keep an eye on those guys. seeing if they're playing this week. But that's kind of it for the injuries. none crazy. any any notes? ninja: Yeah, I have an unfortunate thing to do, and he did go down with a concussion, not sure how early in the game, but I know everyone started Kenyon Sadiq. He finished with two catches for three yards and lost a fumble. Kenyon Sadiq is the buzz of the Sorry he's hurt, but i it was gonna be in my notes anyway. It sucks that he went down with the concussion, not sure when it happened, but you started Sadiq, he threw up basically a dud, so Lord Hinkie: Yeah, that's tough. Literally a big old zero. Big old goose egg. ninja: Hate's it. Lord Hinkie: speaking of big old goose eggs, players that'll be giving you big goose eggs if you put in your lineup are all these four teams that are on a bye. yes, we are in the weeks of buys. the Lions, so all your Gibbs, your Amon Rods, that's a big out that's a big loss for famous football teams. The Cincinnati Bengals, so your Jamar Chases, your Chase Browns, T. Higgins, Joe Burrers, the Dolphins and the Vikings are all on bye this week. so you know, gotta find yourself a new option, get him out of your lineup, find somebody else. but all right, that brings us to the end of our list. You ready to break down week six, buddy? ninja: Very ready. I can't tell you how many t leagues I'm in this week where I have Jamar Chase and Justin Jefferson and I have to throw out like the worst wide receiver you've ever heard of. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. I'm in a league where I have to sit Jamar Chase and I'm in Ross St. Brown and I have to play Jacoby Myers, which I guess we'll talk about a little bit later. ninja: Like am I playing Ty Felton? And he's on the Vikings can't. What am I doing? Lord Hinkie: Yeah. It's like like does somebody have like any part return points? Like what can we do here? Does someone play special teams? ninja: Where's Malachi Corley at? Lord Hinkie: Malachi Corley. That guy's still in the league. Wasn't he in the Browns? That's funny. ninja: Shout out. Yeah, he's still in the Yeah, he's with the Browns. Shout out. Lord Hinkie: Thursday night football this week, the Seattle Seahawks go to Denver to take on the Broncos. apparently this week they're both gonna be wearing their throwback unis, so old school Seattle unis which are sexy. And the old school Broncos unis with the actual horse. So it should be a pretty good uniform game. So, you know, a little easy on the eyes. but this is like the most obvious under game I've ever seen in my entire life. the Broncos pass game is butt cheeks. Seattle ha has notoriously a good pass defense. They didn't have one last week, but it was the Niners, not the Broncos. and the Seattle last week had I think seven turnovers or maybe six turnovers against the Niners. very turnover prone right now and their their offense isn't clicking on all cylinders. So I would expect a big under game this week. Not a lot of points from this Thursday night football game, especially in Denver. for the Broncos, I'm not starting anybody, dude. I'm not starting anybody. I don't love Dobbins in this game. Bonex stinks. They c they don't throw the ball to anybody. Bonex can't throw the ball. I mean I'd maybe say RJ Harvey, but it's like I don't know. I wouldn't start any Bronco. And then Seattle side, give me JSN 'cause he's a stud. And then then Emmanuel Wilson's getting too many carries not to start right now, but that's it. ninja: Yeah, you know why they're doing the throwback unis? And both are great unis. they're doing it to disguise how awful this game's gonna be. so hopefully you watch because ooh, that's pretty jersey. expect like a sixteen thirteen type of game. Like something real nasty. Lord Hinkie: Ooh, pretty colours. Yeah, I agree. like I think the total in this game's like forty one and a half. I think I would take the I would ninja: under. Under. Lord Hinkie: take the under at like thirty-six and a half. Like I don't think there's gonna be many points in this game. ninja: Love it. Lord Hinkie: Texans at the Jaguars, nine thirty London game. The Jags stay overseas in London to play the Houston Texans. debut quote unquote for Marvin Harrison Junior with the Houston Texans. we'll see if he's actually active. I would expect him to be since this trade did get a fishy officiated pretty early on. and then at this point I feel like the Jaguars should just relocate to London. I mean, they're just they're the London Jag the Rippers. Yes, I did write that down in the podcast notes. I'm glad you laughed. Thank you, ninja: Smooth transition, buddy, you killed it. Lord Hinkie: appreciate it. Jaguar side of things. You're playing T Law, you're playing Tutton. Totten? You're playing Tutan. You're play ninja: Darn Tutin. Lord Hinkie: you're playing Parker Washington. all starts for me. And then on the Houston side of things, I like Stroud. I think he's very solid in this game. Nico is great. Love Nico. and then I guess we're playing witty marks if there's no Montgomery, but it's kinda gross. for me, I would wait and see on Marv, I wouldn't play him this week. Even if they say he's starting, I wouldn't play him. I would just kind of wait and see. But give me Nico, give me Stroud, give me Parker, give me Toot, and give me T Law. ninja: Love it. my only ad here is I think Strange is a good play this to this week. I think probably like a low end tight end one finish this week, but he should be a start in your lineup. Lord Hinkie: Are you playing either Woody Marks or Marvin Harrison? ninja: No. I think they're fine if you have to. Like we're starting to get into buys where you're gonna have to start some guys. so it's fine. If you have anywhere to look, I would try and go elsewhere to look. But they're like okay if you have to. I would release it marv this week. like if you have to start Woody fine, but I would really try and sit Marv this week. Just till he gets acclimated, 'cause getting traded and then going straight over to London probably isn't the easiest thing for a guy to do. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, like getting acclimated to your new team and teammates while they're like overseas in a new city that like no one's comfortable in, it's probably not a great situation. ninja: Yeah, I'd avoid that, but other than that, no qualms. Lord Hinkie: the Jets go to New England to pay the pay the Patriots. this Jets team, man, they they won me the ill bowl against the Browns, so Zig owes me a cigar. and then this Patriots team just absolutely demolished the Raiders last week. They might be back on track. I would expect them to keep rolling, but then again, who knows? they do own the Jets, so we kind of see how that goes. I expect the Patriots to keep rolling. Ninja, you disagree? ninja: Disagree, gimme the jets. Alright. This game. Love an upset on the road. Lord Hinkie: Very cheeky. I'm shocked 'cause I'm usually the Jets guy. But I just I don't know. This Pats team seems to be turning the corner. for the Jets side, I'm playing Garrett Wilson, especially if Gonzalez is still out, which I think they sat four corners last week. so we shall see. Obviously if Garrett Wilson plays, you play him. running back wise, I think I said this last week, but I'm saying the same thing. I would play Braylon Allen if Breest Hall was out. But if they're both in, I would sit both of them. And then keep an eye on Sadiq. If he plays, I don't mind the matchup. Obviously if he sits, sit him. And I'm not playing Mason Taylor. Any qualum? ninja: Agreed. this might be a game where they start to get Omar Cooper involved a little bit. Lord Hinkie: yeah, I he's back and healthy this week. ninja: I think he's back and healthy as well, so look for him to get a little bit involved. I'm not saying he's gonna do immense things, but look for him to get some type of work here this week. Lord Hinkie: On the Patriots side of things, I like Drake May. obviously, I think he's back to his old ways. Ramonre Stevenson in this matchup is probably a good start. I just hate him, so I'm probably not gonna play him. I am biased and I know it's probably the wrong play, but I just don't he's like the least talented running back I've ever seen play football, so I'm not gonna play him. And I'm not trusting a pass catcher. They they move the ball around too much for me. ninja: how about my boy shoddy Douglas with touch the ground last? Lord Hinkie: Shaday. ninja: Shody Shoddy like a melody was fantastic last week sitting on my bench looking so cute with so many points. Love to see it. Best ball darling last week. if you need a pass catcher from the Patriots, like you have to sit a Jamar and an Amon Ra or a Jets, I really don't like mind a shoddy this week in a flex spot if you have to. but f I do agree, I would probably sit if I could. Lord Hinkie: Next game here. Carolina Panthers go to Philadelphia to play the football Eagles. ninja: Yeah. Lord Hinkie: W why must the football gods torture me so? The things I would do to be able to watch a football game and not sweat from the immense anxiety and disappointment that I feel in my body. The feeling of impending doom has begun to haunt me like a shadow I cannot run away from. Endless three and outs, replay and replay in my mind day and night. The image of Jalen Hurt throwing the ball away while scrambling away from a blitzer to his right, obviously, is just ingrained into the back of my retinas to where no amount of sleep can remove this nightmare that I live in. The injuries have piled one on top of another like like men lost at war. I have no time to grieve them before the next body is just thrown on top of the pile. The sound of hearing the broadcast saying another three and long for the Eagles here sends me into a a thousand yard stare. I watch highlights of the twenty twenty four Super Bowl offense, Kellen Moore. It's just just to bring a smile upon my face. Feel happiness for a moment. Like a football team I can cherish and look forward to. But all good things must come to an end. And I return to the reality of my incompetent fandom that I am forced to live in. Existence is pain. For the Panthers side, I like Bryce Young in this matchup. Tech McMillan's gonna own. I don't think we have a cornerback that can stop him. and Chuba Hubbard, I think he's a really good start in this matchup. our run game is just non existent at this point. or a run defense, I should say. And who knows who's playing for this this Eagles team. I have no idea. There's this injury list is like it's a grocery list whenever I'm going to Costco. It's just it's too long. I can't keep up with it. ninja: Yeah, it's funny you brought up watching old tape, because this past week I found myself watching old Shady McCoy highlights because of when we actually had a running game, wasn't that a day? Where you're like, my Lord Hinkie: my god. ninja: god, why is he bouncing it like eight yards behind the line of scrimmage and then he somehow finds a way to get a touchdown? Like, Lord Hinkie: He held the ball so far away from his body he would give like my dad would pop a brain any reason watching him run with that ball so far off his body. ninja: but I I was watching I think it was Wednesday night, I was watching Shady or not Wednesday, last night, so Monday. I was watching Shady McCoy highlights and I was like, Man, the day Man, the team wasn't always that good, but I had Shady to look forward to every Sunday. And it was that was magical. Lord Hinkie: That snow game, man, that's like that snow game was one of the one of the the most fun I've had watching a football game. ninja: before your starts, honestly, it's open season on the Eagles. You start all your Panthers. All of And then for the birds, I do agree. I think Jalen is okay. Really keep an eye on Saquon and Devontae. If they're not good to go, obviously sit everybody if you're in need of a flex, Darius Cooper has seemed like the guy. But man, if you want to sit Dylan this week, I also wouldn't mind that. Lord Hinkie: Can't trust anybody. Yeah. I mean like I'm playing Jalen Hurts just 'cause like you kinda have to, but I don't like any of these birds right now, to be honest. I I think we're done with the birds. I don't wanna talk about that team anymore. ninja: Yeah. Your rant was so good. I love it. Lord Hinkie: Like I went with the monotone and then I was just like, I'm gonna flat just move into the Panthers and just see. I don't know. ninja: It was it was so it was funny. I liked it. Lord Hinkie: all right. Next matchup, Steelers at the Bucs. Dude, did can this Bucks team keep it going? I really liked what they did against the Cowboys. Obviously, I think they got a little lucky with turnovers, but Jalen Daniels looked pretty decent. He can run in football, he can run the team. Bucky Irving running all over the place. and the Steelers look pretty solid against the Colts, who might stink. Colts might stink again. Shocker. Bucks side. Bucky and Ibuka, and then I'm out. And I don't even love Igbuka in this matchup, but I think you kind of have to play him. Steelers side, I think you gotta keep rolling with Warren after his monster week last week. Pat Frymouth has turned into a pretty good tight end this week. Another two touchdown catches last week. and honestly, I think you can do worse than Rogers in a super flex. It kind of just depends on how much this offense is moving. Because if the offense is moving, you're good. If it's not, it's not. And I know that's kind of a lazy answer, but it's kind of the truth with the Steelers team. ninja: Hey, well take Superflex. I'd rather start Jalen Daniels than Aaron Rodgers. Lord Hinkie: I think I would agree with you there actually. ninja: So if you want to start a Jalen Daniels in your superflex spot, love it. other than that, no qualms. Lord Hinkie: No qualms. Moving on to the next game here. Ravens at the Browns. The Ravens stole that game from the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday night football. I did not stay up and watch it back to back overtime games. But from what I saw it did look like a very good game. and this Browns team is just it it looks booty. did not look good against the Jets last week. They were kind of turning a corner. I think they were like three and th what are they three and two still? Like that's kind of nuts. But ninja: Yeah, I think they're three and two. Lord Hinkie: But they did not look good last week against the Jets. We'll see if they can turn it around. Ravenside, starting Zay Flower, starting Derrick Henry, doesn't matter. and then if Lamar plays and play I play him, but if he doesn't play, I'm not playing Tyler Huntley. ninja: Agreed. Lord Hinkie: Brown side, gimme Denzel Boston, gimme Harold Fannon, and then I'm out. I'm sitting judging. I'm done with this kid. ninja: I don't mind it. I think Junkins is okay if you have to. one thing I want to talk about here also, Denzel Boston, who called it. love it. But Lord Hinkie: Ha ha ha. ninja: I can legitimately say from the bottom of my heart after watching some film, the Browns are a quarterback away. And it's the first time I've said that about Lord Hinkie: Yeah. They have a very good offensive line. ninja: the Browns in a long time. Where they're just they need a competent quarterback. Like someone who can actually move the ball consistently. Lord Hinkie: They're winning too many games to get one of those. ninja: Like give me Mac Jones in that system. Lord Hinkie: Honestly, yeah. Where is Mac Jones still ninja: Forty Niners back up. Lord Hinkie: still backing up in the Niners? ninja: Yeah. But gimme just or draft somebody this year and I know it sucks with, you know, Shador, won't speak his name, but he can go. Let's let's move on. But they just need a competent quarterback and for the first time in what seems like since Jarvis Landry, their Lord Hinkie: Wow. ninja: receiving weapons are fun. Lord Hinkie: Josh Gordon. ninja: Yeah. Lord Hinkie: Terrell Pryor. Dude. I love just like r just r I can ninja: Whoa, let's go. Love it. Lord Hinkie: I can sit here and do that all day. ninja: Just naming guys we used to watch. Love it. Lord Hinkie: Just old Browns wide receivers. Brown's legend, Elijah Moore. ninja: Whoa. Is he a legend? Lord Hinkie: Kidding me? No. ninja: Brown's legend, Malachi Corley? Twice in a podcast? What? Lord Hinkie: Wood. I hate you. Brown next matchup we have the Bears at the Falcons. as of now, Khalib is expected to make his return after his dramatic hamstring injury. and then for this Fal Falcon side, you're kind of waiting to see who's starting. If Penix is healthy, he'll be playing. If it's not, it'll be Tua again. for the Bears, give me Swift, give me Lum give me Loveland if there's no Khalib. But if Caleb is starting, I'm playing Caleb, playing Swift, playing Loveland, and I'm probably playing a dunze in this matchup. I feel like it's an Odunze game over Burden. any qualms. ninja: No qualms, wait for the ninja's parlay, we'll get into that. Lord Hinkie: Wood. Falcon side of things, you're playing Bijan, I don't have to tell you to. if Penix is starting, I'm playing Drake London. If Tua is at, then I'm at. Or if ninja: Love it. Lord Hinkie: Tua is in, then I'm at. That's what I want to say. ninja: Love it. I think for this Falcons team going forward, I just kinda wait and see. It's all about the health, right, of Michael Pennix. So any anytime he's like questionable or limited in practice, really keep your eye on that because I don't want anyone else there besides Bijan if he's playing. And for the Bears, Money Guy coming off an injury, I think he'll be very limited this week. Don't start him. but do expect him to start picking back up where he left off. very soon, but do sit calm money guy this week and that's the only time you'll ever hear me say that. Lord Hinkie: Next game here, Saints ninja: Ha ha ha. Lord Hinkie: at the Giants. this Saints, I th I said it before. They have no run game. I think they would have a very good team if they had like even a little bit of a run game, but they have nothing. and the Giants look like they're gonna be garbage time merchants for the rest of this year. I like the over in this game. I think there's gonna be a decent amount of points. Sneaky, good game. gimme Olave, gimme Juwan Johnson. I like Shuck in a super flex. I think you can do a lot worse than dyvon Vele or whatever his name is. and then for the Giants side, neighbors and likely after their monster week last week. And give me Winston in a superflex league, because it's cheeky, and I think he's gonna have a lot of a lot of points this week, so Points, points, points, points, points. No scat. ninja: No qualms here. No qualms here at all. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. Scat does not look good. Speaking of not looking good, this next game. Do I even wanna like do I have to announce it? ninja: Here I got you. This is ninja's worst game of the week. Lord Hinkie: Titans at the Colts. That all that says everything you need to hear. I just said ew in my write up. That's all I have. ninja: I mean, if you have to guys, if you like, you know, you have a you have to sit a bunch of wide receivers. I think this is we talked before the podcast, I think Lord Hinkie: Ha ha ha. ninja: this is the week where Carnot Tate gets a touchdown. And I don't mind an epic eye manner if you really have to. kinda has been timid the last couple of weeks after starting out kinda hot. but other than that, you play JT Warren and then get out of there. Lord Hinkie: Get out of there. Yeah, JT Warren and I'm out. I don't want any Titan. they're the worst franchise in the NFL. and they're gonna get Jeremiah Smith. next game here, Cardinals at the Rams. Points, points, points, points, points, baby. these this cards team has just been like slightly disappointing, especially from last week. I kind of wanted them to make that game a shootout against Detroit. But going up against the Rams here, I'm you're playing all the Rams. Stafford, Puka, Devontae. I would even play Higby in this matchup if you want a tight end there. and running back wise, Kyron Williams, I think you have to play week in and week out. Like Blake Coram. This might be a cheeky Blake Quorum game. If they end up win being up in this game by like twenty one points, get that backup running back some work. I mean, he scored last week. ninja: Yeah, and I called it last week, by the way. I'm pretty sure I said on the podcast it Lord Hinkie: I think you did. ninja: was gonna be a Blake Corm cheeky week. Think I said that, so go back and listen to it. but you literally start everyone here. Who's that Tegan Quintanaro kinda guy? Start Start Startem. You start everybody. Everyone Lord Hinkie: He's on the Cardinals. But yeah, but yeah, he stinks. Sorry, everybody. ninja: and their uncle this week. Lord Hinkie: And their moms. Yeah, cardinal side of things, ninja: And their sisters. Lord Hinkie: it whoa. ninja: And their grandmas. Grandpas? Godfathers. Lord Hinkie: Shut up. Shut up, grandma. This podcast sucks. Cardinal side, Trey McBride, you're playing Michael Wilson. Kendrick Bourne now has fantasy value because they traded away Marvin Harrison Jr. I would if he's available in your dynasty leagues, if he's available in your redraft leagues, I would grab him and I would grab him right now. and give me Brissett in a super flex league. I think there's gonna be a lot of garbage time throwing the ball for him. ninja: I agree. No qualms. This is the week where Lord Hinkie: No qualms. ninja: if Kendrick Bourne has like a really good week, sell him off to a contender and like just make yourself a clean third. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. Nice twenty-seven third. That's all you need. next matchup here. Chargers at the Chiefs. the Chiefs just BTA in this game. do I need to say anything else? The Chargers need to just burn it down and start over. Build something from those ashes. I I don't I'm not playing a charger in this game. I'm not playing Herbert. I'm not playing Hampton. If Lad's healthy, I'm I'm not playing him. I want no no parts of this Chargers team. Chiefs side, I think K9 is to the moon. I think he's gonna have a great game. Travis Kelsey, I think, will have a really good game as well. If Rasheed Rice is healthy, I would play him. But if Rasheed Rice ends up being out, listen very closely. There's a wide receiver named Jalen Royals for the Kansas City Chiefs. Yes, he's still on the roster. Why'd you have to ask me that? But give me an anytime touchdown for Jalen Royals if Rishi Rice is out. ninja: Love it. No qualms. Lord Hinkie: And it qualms. ninja: I think Rishi Rice will be out this week, from what I'm hearing right now. Lord Hinkie: Me as well. That's why I kinda threw it in there. Worthy, He doesn't excite me at all. Royals ninja: Who cares? Royals anytime. What? Lord Hinkie: anytime. Put the crown on the kid. next matchup. Ninja. Bills at the Raiders. ninja: Dubbed ninjas game of the week. This is gonna be straight heat. Love this game. Lord Hinkie: Gonna be so fun. and you know why it's gonna be fun? Give me the Raiders outright, baby. I don't care what the point spread is. It should be nothing. It should be a pick'em. Give me the Raiders at home. I love this matchup for them against the Bills. I feel like they match up really well. I think it's a bona fide letdown spot for the Bills after a big Monday night football overtime win, back to back, big win, big wins for them, and they always lose these weird games. give me the Raiders at home. I wanna see it so bad. ninja: No qualms. Add this to the Jets moneyline too. Jets, Raiders money line. When's the last time you bet that? Thank the ninja later. Lord Hinkie: If that hits, dude, that's gonna be awesome. I want to see what the odds are for that. on the Bills side, you're playing Josh Allen, you're playing James Cook. Don't need to tell you to do that. I feel like Dalton Kikade, if you have to. I feel like there's just not many good tight ends. Are you playing a pass catcher for this Bills team? Like if DJ Moore's healthy, you're playing him. ninja: If DJ Moore is healthy, I'd probably play DJ Moore. Lord Hinkie: Keon Coleman caught another touchdown pass last week, but I think that was his only catch. ninja: Yeah, no. Everyone else is a no and like Lord Hinkie: Shakir. ninja: I'm a Shakir guy. He's been really disappointing this year. I probably sit I would rather shut start Dawson Knox than like a receiver if DJ Moore's out. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, like a cheeky knocks. ninja: But Ty Johnson's gonna have a game, so keep that in mind. What? Lord Hinkie: Ty Johnson anytime touchdown. What? You're here to your first. Raider side of things, Ash and Genty. Kinda disappointing. He was almost made our badge list, but he like he caught like four passes to kinda like save his fantasy day. But he hasn't been great so far this year. But Brock Bowers is stubbed. You play him week in and week out, don't matter. and I like Trey Tucker in this matchup. yeah, ninja: What? Lord Hinkie: I know. I I I I don't know why. I feel like I can just see him running past this bill secondary because they don't very they don't tackle very well and I can see him having some kind of explosive play. So give me a cheeky Trey Tucker in this matchup. And if the you know you're playing those leagues with like three flex spots. Like I'm in a couple like our C to C league where there's like four flexes. I'm probably playing Trey Tucker in that league. ninja: I love it. I think that's the first time you've ever promoted Trey Tucker and I've been like a low key Trey Tucker guy for a while. I love it. Love everything about it. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. Where did he go to college? ninja: Cincinnati. Lord Hinkie: That's what it was. I couldn't remember Cincinnati or like Kentucky. Who's the kid? There was a small wide receiver who went to Kentucky a couple years ago, and I can't remember what his name was, but he ended up being like butt cheeks. No. I can't remember. I love ninja: I'm thinking Marshawn Lloyd, but that's a running back. I don't know. You like the small wide receivers, why you asking me? Lord Hinkie: those tiny little wide receivers. Someone leave in the comments what the Kentucky wide receiver I'm thinking of. And you know who I'm thinking of, just put it the comments. Sunday Night Football. Cowboys at the Green Bay Packers. Are the Packers back? ninja: No, Lord Hinkie: Do the cowboys stink? ninja: Yes. Lord Hinkie: I like a lot of points in this game. Yep, go ahead. ninja: This This almost made ninjas worst game of the week. S like like if that Titans Colts catastrophe didn't happen this week, Lord Hinkie: Whoa I would not expect that. Like if that game doesn't exist. ninja: this might be the worst game of the week. Like Lord Hinkie: Very interesting. I don't think it's gonna be that bad. ninja: I think it's going to be a nightmare. I'd probably stay away betting this game beside two I put in my parlay. What? Lord Hinkie: Would. I don't know. I think there's gonna be points. I think there's gonna be bad football because both the teams kind of make like weird football decisions, especially the Green Bay Packers. But I feel like there is gonna be points. Both offenses can kind of move and they don't have great defenses. the Cowboys side, I feel like you're still playing everybody. C D, Javante, George Pickens, Dak, and I'm not playing Jake Ferguson after those two god awful drops you had Thursday night. especially the last one that literally cost the Cowboys the game. I'm sitting Ferg, Packer side of things. Wadsons a stud. I love Matthew Golden. I I'm so glad he's starting to break out this year. Six catches, 127 yards this last week. we'll talk about him a little bit later, but I love that Matthew Golden's popping off. Look at me. Hold on, let me took I I needed this so bad. Me, I and I'm not vic ninja: Get after it. Lord Hinkie: I'm not victory lapping a decent wide receiver, too. I'm not saying he's a stud muffin, but I was right about a guy. Like he's a good football player. He creates space. He gets separation. He catches the ball. He makes big plays. I I like the kid a lot. And I'm I know this is gonna come back and bite me in the foot because I'm calling it too early. But he's had a good, like, four week stretch, man. ninja: I was gonna say you might wanna pump the brakes a little bit. I won't go singing at home quite yet, but you have been on a Lord Hinkie: I'm not saying I'm not saying ninja: roll with this guy and you were on this guy. Lord Hinkie: I'm not saying Golden is like a bona fide stud, but I I'm glad that he is now like I'm starting him in like like if I have Matthew Golden in any of my teams, he's making my lineup unless I am just loaded and Like he's a very high he's like a mid wide receiver too. Like twenty to thirty ish range. ninja: No qualms. Lord Hinkie: Love it. I'm playing Jordan Love in this matchup. I think this Dallas secondary can be got. And then I want to ask you, Tucker Kraft? Yeah, we're playing Tucker Kraft. Marsh ninja: yeah. Lord Hinkie: Marshawn Lloyd. Two touchdowns last week, but only like ten carries for thirty yards. ninja: I'm so iffy about this backfield with Marshawn Lloyd and Caleb Johnson and Nichols, whoever is their third string. It just seems like gross every week, but they do seem to give a lot of the goal line work to Marshawn Lloyd for some reason. So if you have to start a running back here, I I would say Lloyd is the way to go. But I don't like it. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. I guess if it's by Mageddon, you know, if you had Gibbs, you had Chase Brown, you had Aaron Jones. ninja: If you have to do it but I would stay away. Lord Hinkie: I think it'd be kind of gross, but touchdown upside, I guess. Gives them fancy value. Monday Night Football Commanders at the 49ers. this is just comm Niners BTA. the Commanders absolutely collapsed in overtime last week. We already talked about it. That team is just it's hanging on by the ligament in Jaden Daniels' elbow. That's what it is. And it's very, very thin. this Niners team is just rolling. Another big win against Seattle. I'm gonna ask you, were you watching that Niners Seattle game? Did you get it with your own eyes? ninja: I saw bits and pieces of it. Yeah. Lord Hinkie: Did you see the final play with Cooper Cup where he was reaching for the ninja: No I did not. Lord Hinkie: Okay. but he was reaching for the first down marker, it was like fourth and something, fourth and ten, and it's very controversial whether or not he got it or not. He was ruled short. That game is awesome. I can't wait to see the next Niners Seattle game. Just just class. ninja: I saw a clip of all the turnovers. Lord Hinkie: Yes. Big turnover game. Seattle, I think, had six turtles. ninja: Yeah, it wasn't it was bad. Lord Hinkie: Like the fact that they were s they lost by three points with six turnovers is very impressive to be honest. ninja: Th I think that's an a that's a testament to how good their defense is. And this was like the first like glimpse from the past of Sam Darnold. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, his turnover prone D's. Yeah. ninja: Yeah, this is kinda what we saw with the Jets and it was kinda like that's why you don't like this guy. But I think it's a week off thing. I don't I don't I'm not gonna take much of it. Lord Hinkie: Yeah. I don't think so. I think the two running backs had fumbles. I mean I think that George Helani had a fumble that ended up going into the end zone 'cause they were at their own one yard line. Just not good situational fumbles. Which obviously you don't want to fumble at all, but it's like you fumble in the worst spot possible. back to this game. Commanders I guess I'm playing Jaden Daniels, but then that's it for me. I don't want a pass catcher, I don't want JCM. I'm kinda good. I think he'll probably just run the ball enough to be good. And neither side, CMC's a stud. Brock party's like MVP favorite right now, besides Josh Allen. Kittle, you're playing. Mike Evans, stud. Any qualms? ninja: No qualms. I think JCM is okay this game. I don't like it, but if you have By Mageddon, I don't mind JCM this game. Lord Hinkie: I don't I don't like any of the pass catchers against this defense. for the commander's side. all right. Z N G parlay of the week. I was the lone hit ski last week with my Trey McBride triple bobble toe tap. he almost looked like Michael Jackson in the doing the little hee hee toe tap thing. ninja: Hee hee! Lord Hinkie: very good catch. but I was the lone hitter. No Amon Ra for you last week, no Nico for Zig last week. hopefully we can turn it around for you guys. so the ZNG Parlay, Zig's pick for this week. he loves good tight end. Give him George Kittle on Monday Night Football against the Commanders. I like that pick a lot, actually. Kittle did have an illness last week. I don't think that did much to slow him down, which I don't think anything really slows that guy down at all. But Zig likes a George Kittle anytime touchdown at plus one fifteen. Ninja, who you got? ninja: I'm going with Chris Olave this week. I I think this is gonna be an absolute bar burner of a game. So give me Chris Olave ta to snag one and have a really good game on top of that too. Look for over a hundred yards. What? Lord Hinkie: Yeah, I like him a lot. I almost p made him my pick in this matchup. Has he I wanted to check this. Has he caught a touchdown pass yet this season? Like I feel like he ninja: I think so. I think he has two. Lord Hinkie: he is always having massive fantasy games, but I don't know if I remember him actually catching touchdown passes. ninja: I think he has two. Lord Hinkie: Let me just double check. I gotta stack myself. He has one touchdown catch. Okay. So yeah. Could be a second one this week coming up. and for me, I'm going right to my well. Matthew Golden, plus one sixty, Sunday night football, Green Bay Packers, wide receiver. I love the kid. he puts up a crap ton of yards. And Watson's kind of been the only guy they're, you know, targeting on those big play touchdowns. So give me a Matthew Golden one this week. I love the kid. Sunday night football. We got a Sunday night football and a Monday night football in the Z N G parlay. So hopefully We can at least get you to those games with ninjas Chris Lave going off at one o'clock on Sunday. but I like that. Plus twelve forty one odds, a ten dollar bet would win you a hundred and thirty bucks. ninja: Love it. Lord Hinkie: good money right there. Zn ninja: Can't get more chalky. Lord Hinkie: can't lit yeah. Not super chalky for us. I feel like we've always sprinkled in like a C C Bijon there. but three picks all plus money, so what? ninja: Love it. Lord Hinkie: Ninja, what's your parley this week? ninja: So we're going back out on a limb. Throwing a couple dart throws out there. cause I don't think last week went so well. So we're back again. Better than ever. we're starting out in London, baby. I got a gut feeling about Jacoby Myers at plus 360. That's crazy odds. Love it. Lord Hinkie: Love it. ninja: we're going over to Garrett Wilson at plus one ninety. I expect the Jets to upset the Pats. Garrett Wilson's gonna have a good day. That's the reason they win. Roma Dunze at plus 160. I believe Caleb is back. He finds his best target in Roma Dunze. Love it. And then George Pickens. Let's repeat that, baby. I loved everything about it. Let's run it back one more week. if you add all those fine things up, it's plus nine thousand four hundred and thirty-eight odds. Five bones. Five big ones to win you four hundred and seventy-seven dollars. That's that's a car payment, baby. Love it. Lord Hinkie: Heck yeah. Love that. I like those picks as well. Cheeky Jacobi Myers in there. I hope he can put up big numbers for him 'cause I do have to play him in a couple weeks. So we shall see. But Ninsa, that brings us to the end of the podcast. You got anything to say to the people before we head out of here, big fella? ninja: Man, this has been a wild one. kind of more one of our more off the hook podcasts. Kinda love Lord Hinkie: Yeah. ninja: it. Kinda hate it. But you know, hopefully it's what you guys want to listen to. Love everything about it. Stay tuned out there. Me and Gary are in talks about getting our 27 podcast out there, our very early 27 mock draft, maybe. What? Lord Hinkie: What? ninja: So keep your eyes out open for that. but it's been a great time, buddy. Love everything about it. Lord Hinkie: Yeah, it's been fun as always. I feel like I forgot how to talk this podcast, so I apologize for all the stumbles and bumbles and trumbles. Zig, thank you for editing this one. and thank you guys for listening. I appreciate you guys tuning in. this was a fun one to do. No sad music in this podcast because at this point I feel like I am just numb as a Philadelphia slash Pennsylvania sports fan. And yeah, that's all I got. As always be a friend, tell a friend something nice. you never know what people are going through out there, so just be a kind, smiling face whenever you see people out there on the streets passing by, you know, don't hock the horn at the guy. You know, he was just peeking at his phone for a second at that green light. You don't have to hock your horn at him. Like give him a second. All right, he's he's getting there. everybody's out there just doing their best. and if you see a guy wearing an Eagles jersey out there in public, give that guy a little thumbs up, you know. It it takes some It takes some cojones to support that team right now. So if you see a guy out there repping his team, even though they're down, that's true fandom right there. I've been asked multiple times this last couple weeks whether or not, you know, Gary, who like w who are you gonna watch now? 'Cause Penn State sucks. And I go, What are you talking about? You're like, Well well, Penn State sucks at football. Why would you watch Penn State? I go, cause I'm a fan. He goes, I would just watch somebody else. And those people are cowards, and we're not friends with those people. And yes, I do not promote violence or you know, usually at the end of these podcasts I promote p you know, being inclusive and you should be inclusive for everyone in fantasy, but I have zero tolerance when it comes to fans of teams that just, you know, jump ship whenever a team stinks. I've been in that mud pile, I've been in that dirt, you know. I've been through the Chip Kelly years of the Eagles team. I've been through sanctions all over this Penn State football team. I've I've been in and around all of this dirt and I'm still here, buddy. You gotta stick with it. You gotta stay with it. don't jump ship. Burn the boats. That's all I got. Thank you guys for listening. I appreciate you guys tuning in. And I will see you guys in the next one. Peace.
