- 0:01Speaker 1: Jerry, Katy and Josh one hundred.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Katie kind of had a funny little observation and story
- 0:06Speaker 2: off the air, and we're like, we gotta talk about
- 0:08Speaker 2: that on the air.
- 0:09Speaker 3: What you got, Yeah, Well, just sitting around my house,
- 0:11Speaker 3: like you know, doing things. I did all the laundry
- 0:14Speaker 3: things as far as washing the clothes and then drying
- 0:17Speaker 3: the clothes. And then as I sat there, I was like,
- 0:19Speaker 3: my gosh, I wish I didn't have to actually like
- 0:22Speaker 3: do the hard stuff with the laundry and fold the
- 0:24Speaker 3: clothes and put them away, right.
- 0:25Speaker 4: I wish I had a button for that.
- 0:27Speaker 3: And so it got me thinking like what if we
- 0:30Speaker 3: all had a button?
- 0:31Speaker 4: Right, everybody's got a button and when you.
- 0:33Speaker 3: Press it it does something like what does your button do?
- 0:37Speaker 4: I just thought that was so interesting.
- 0:39Speaker 3: And mine, definitely it doesn't really have to do with
- 0:42Speaker 3: the clothes and laundry.
- 0:43Speaker 4: I can do that for myself. But mine has to
- 0:45Speaker 4: do with food. Do you want to hear?
- 0:46Speaker 5: Mine is yes please?
- 0:47Speaker 3: So I think it'd be great if I had a
- 0:49Speaker 3: button that when I push it everything I need to
- 0:53Speaker 3: make all of the meals for the week automatically in
- 0:56Speaker 3: my fridge. I don't have to go, and I don't
- 0:58Speaker 3: mind grocery shopping, but I just think that that's something
- 1:01Speaker 3: that takes such a long time and it's such a process.
- 1:04Speaker 3: But also when I have a full fridge and a
- 1:07Speaker 3: full like cupboards full of food, I feel rich. Like
- 1:11Speaker 3: that feeling to me is one of the best, like
- 1:14Speaker 3: everything I need, I don't have to want for anything,
- 1:18Speaker 3: Like having a full fridge in full cupboards to me
- 1:21Speaker 3: is living large well.
- 1:22Speaker 5: And as a single guy, like it's just like living
- 1:25Speaker 5: by myself. My fridge is never stocked full, like exactly.
- 1:28Speaker 5: The only time is when I do planned meals with people,
- 1:32Speaker 5: and that's the only time ever. Otherwise it's my sad
- 1:36Speaker 5: you know, single living man with like a doctor pepper
- 1:39Speaker 5: and a beer from three months ago. You know, so
- 1:42Speaker 5: I feel you on that if I could just get
- 1:43Speaker 5: it stocked, I would make so much more.
- 1:45Speaker 3: You know, mas, me feel so good, Like when I
- 1:47Speaker 3: go grocery shopping and I am stock full of everything
- 1:50Speaker 3: I need, I won't wander back in the fridge just
- 1:53Speaker 3: to look at it. I'm a beautiful Hello fridge, you're
- 1:59Speaker 3: doing good night butter with your full fridge.
- 2:02Speaker 2: You know that book, that kid's book good Night Moon's
- 2:04Speaker 2: got a right one called good night Butter.
- 2:06Speaker 4: I have so good night Butter. It puts the biggest
- 2:09Speaker 4: smile on mind.
- 2:10Speaker 1: That's what your button's doing.
- 2:11Speaker 4: Automatically makes me happy.
- 2:12Speaker 3: So my buttringe full, fridge full cupboards, Yeah, yeah, full.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Lines are wide open. If you guys would like to
- 2:18Speaker 2: call in and tell us, I mean, just have.
- 2:20Speaker 1: Some fun with this. This is kind of ridiculous. Right,
- 2:23Speaker 1: you got a button right there.
- 2:24Speaker 2: It's a big red button on your desk, and boom
- 2:27Speaker 2: every time you hit it.
- 2:28Speaker 1: What happens? Three oh three six nine one one mix
- 2:32Speaker 1: three oh three six nine.
- 2:34Speaker 2: One sixteen forty nine, Josh, what happens when you hitting it?
- 2:38Speaker 1: You know?
- 2:39Speaker 5: For me? For me, I think a really good one
- 2:42Speaker 5: would be I just click the big red button and
- 2:46Speaker 5: automatically my first date is planned. Because the first date
- 2:50Speaker 5: is so important, right it it leaves you know, the
- 2:53Speaker 5: first impression. Is this guy good or not? Like I
- 2:56Speaker 5: want the most extravagant, fun first and pression ready date,
- 3:01Speaker 5: and I just have to hit that big red button.
- 3:03Speaker 5: And it's like we're doing blank blank blank blank blank,
- 3:05Speaker 5: all this stuff in a row. And so whoever my
- 3:07Speaker 5: first date is with is like this dude, rough, I
- 3:11Speaker 5: would love that.
- 3:11Speaker 1: And they got a button because there's so much pressure, Well,
- 3:14Speaker 1: they wouldn't know about the button. Oh yeah, they wouldn't.
- 3:16Speaker 4: Get to your secret button.
- 3:17Speaker 1: It's a quiet button, all right. What would your button do?
- 3:20Speaker 2: You got a big red button and every time you
- 3:23Speaker 2: smash it, boom.
- 3:24Speaker 1: It's like the whole what was that Staples? That was easy?
- 3:26Speaker 4: Yeah, easy button.
- 3:27Speaker 2: A couple that came in on the text line. Somebody says,
- 3:30Speaker 2: every time I push it, somewhere in America, a telemarketer gets.
- 3:32Speaker 1: A flat tire. That's pretty funny. That's kind of good.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Telemarketers are annoying.
- 3:38Speaker 4: Whatever.
- 3:40Speaker 2: Somebody else said, every time I push it, an aggressive
- 3:43Speaker 2: goose appears and chases away whoever I'm talking to.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Okay, geese are mean, dude, I don't know if I'd
- 3:50Speaker 1: wish that.
- 3:52Speaker 2: John wrote in and says, every time I push it,
- 3:54Speaker 2: I would be doing some sort of speech at work
- 3:57Speaker 2: in a bald ego would fly overhead and screen approval.
- 4:00Speaker 5: Now, that's fantastic.
- 4:04Speaker 1: That's a weird one.
- 4:05Speaker 4: That is weird.
- 4:06Speaker 6: Hi Kim, Hi, how are you guys?
- 4:09Speaker 2: Well, we're super dupes. So you got that big red
- 4:12Speaker 2: button every time you hit it. What's happening?
- 4:15Speaker 6: My husband disappears?
- 4:17Speaker 1: Yeah, Kim, how are things at home? Is everything?
- 4:21Speaker 4: Okay? I love that, Kim?
- 4:23Speaker 6: He just he just drives me crazy. After almost forty years.
- 4:27Speaker 1: You get rid of that colun.
- 4:31Speaker 4: You're sticking to it. You're like, no, I want him gone.
- 4:33Speaker 4: It's been way too long.
- 4:34Speaker 1: What's the most sound you do?
- 4:36Speaker 2: Sound like my mom? I'm talking about my dad. What's
- 4:40Speaker 2: the most annoying thing that he does?
- 4:43Speaker 6: Well? He doesn't communicate. I mean that's been like that
- 4:47Speaker 6: for for.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:51Speaker 6: You know what, I'm just supposed to know exactly where
- 4:53Speaker 6: he's at and what he's doing, and I'm just you know,
- 4:57Speaker 6: and then he just expects me to magically know everything
- 5:01Speaker 6: he's thinking and talking about.
- 5:03Speaker 1: At this point, at this point, shouldn't you, I mean,
- 5:06Speaker 1: don't you read her? Read his mind? Now? At this point?
- 5:09Speaker 6: Whoa sometimes times not always?
- 5:15Speaker 2: Oh god, anything it. I bet he's got a big
- 5:19Speaker 2: red button that he can hit and it would stop
- 5:21Speaker 2: all your nagging at him.
- 5:25Speaker 1: That's what I bet.
- 5:25Speaker 6: He always says. If I don't like it, I can
- 5:28Speaker 6: leave and like, I'm still here.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Don't tempt me, I know.
- 5:33Speaker 6: But then I always sell him. It'll cost him more
- 5:36Speaker 6: to because Colorado's a fifty to fifty steak.
- 5:40Speaker 1: There you go, Kim, thank you for the laughs. We
- 5:42Speaker 1: appreciate you calling.
- 5:43Speaker 2: In a couple more on the text line, somebody says,
- 5:46Speaker 2: every time I hit my button, a raccoon is going
- 5:47Speaker 2: to appear and he'll hand me a lottery ticket.
- 5:51Speaker 4: That's what I need.
- 5:52Speaker 1: He's like the little raccoon from Guardians of the Galaxy.
- 5:55Speaker 4: I'm I need to win the lottery.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Every time I hit the button, one random person is
- 5:59Speaker 2: going to start creving a baked potato and have no
- 6:01Speaker 2: idea why.
- 6:04Speaker 4: That's amazing.
- 6:08Speaker 2: Edward in It says, every time I hit the button,
- 6:09Speaker 2: it's gonna change my voice to Morgan Freeman's Morgan Freeman's
- 6:13Speaker 2: voice for one hour.
- 6:15Speaker 1: That's pretty good too. These are ridiculous. Hi, Debbie, good morning,
- 6:20Speaker 1: Good morning. What's your big red button gonna do?
- 6:24Speaker 7: Okay, so picture this. You get up in the morning,
- 6:26Speaker 7: you go to your closet, you push the button, and
- 6:28Speaker 7: you are automatically dressed in the perfect outfit for the occasion,
- 6:32Speaker 7: for the day. And not only is it the perfect outfit,
- 6:36Speaker 7: it fits perfectly. You don't even have to like suck
- 6:39Speaker 7: your gut into button your pants.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you don't have a front butt at all.
- 6:44Speaker 4: Oh my god, that's gonna make your whole better. Debbie.
- 6:48Speaker 1: What are you wearing today, Debbie?
- 6:50Speaker 7: Well, I want dogs for work, so I'm just wearing
- 6:52Speaker 7: shorts t top.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you definitely need the button. You need the button, Debbie.
- 6:57Speaker 2: That's a good one. Thank you very much for calling in.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Do I have any more I want to read you?
- 7:02Speaker 2: Somebody says the button would cause my dog to narrate
- 7:05Speaker 2: his thoughts for five minutes.
- 7:07Speaker 1: That one's yeah, I kind of narrowed mine down. I
- 7:11Speaker 1: had a few.
- 7:11Speaker 2: I was thinking, like, this is a total dad one. Boom,
- 7:14Speaker 2: I hit the button and the lawn is mode and
- 7:17Speaker 2: done and I don't have to think about it. Beautiful week,
- 7:19Speaker 2: which is I'm starting to get to that point, perfectly edged,
- 7:23Speaker 2: perfect trim. You know, we got a really good one
- 7:25Speaker 2: from Maddie that I loved. I didn't even think about this,
- 7:28Speaker 2: but she says she would put the button in her
- 7:30Speaker 2: car and every time that there's a red light ahead
- 7:32Speaker 2: of her, she can press that bad boy automatically turns green.
- 7:36Speaker 5: I like that one.
- 7:37Speaker 2: It's like what the police officers and firefighters have they
- 7:39Speaker 2: have that thing that can change the lights. The other
- 7:41Speaker 2: one I was thinking of is boom. I hit it
- 7:43Speaker 2: in instantly full tank of gas.
- 7:45Speaker 1: Especially right now.
- 7:46Speaker 5: Does it take the money out of your account?
- 7:48Speaker 7: Though?
- 7:48Speaker 2: Boom, and you watch the little thing and you get
- 7:52Speaker 2: full gas. That's a pretty solid button. The other one,
- 7:55Speaker 2: since we have one today, you hit it and you
- 7:57Speaker 2: get to the skip meetings.
- 8:00Speaker 1: That's really good.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Shout out high, big rub the button. But the one
- 8:03Speaker 2: I think I settled on. And it's so hard to
- 8:07Speaker 2: find the most perfectly ripe avocado because you go to
- 8:12Speaker 2: make a salad and you want the avocado and it's
- 8:14Speaker 2: always too hard or it's gone total squash. I want
- 8:18Speaker 2: the avocado to appear every time I hit the button
- 8:20Speaker 2: that is perfectly ripe, the most perfect avocado.
- 8:24Speaker 4: That's what you're going with.
- 8:25Speaker 1: I think.
- 8:25Speaker 4: So that's kind of lame.
- 8:27Speaker 1: You don't like that.
- 8:28Speaker 4: I thought you would have went bigger than that. But okay,
- 8:31Speaker 4: avocado dreams, I get it.
- 8:33Speaker 1: You gotta crush my side. I just want to be supportive.
- 8:40Speaker 1: You stare at butter in your fridge.
- 8:42Speaker 4: I know, but I've got a whole fridge full of food, Like.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Oh, I just want an avocado.
- 8:46Speaker 3: Avocados and more in my fridge. But you just want
- 8:49Speaker 3: one ripe avocado I.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Want every time.
- 8:52Speaker 4: Wow, where are you hating on my good to be you?
- 8:56Speaker 3: If that is your one concern in life is ripe avocados,
- 9:01Speaker 3: hats off to you, homie.
- 9:05Speaker 1: I just wanted one avocata.
- 9:07Speaker 4: Okay, like you can have it there. You no button doom,
- 9:13Speaker 4: so you get those avocados.
- 9:17Speaker 1: There. It is
