- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know six.
- 0:02Speaker 2: O'clock here on this Tuesday morning. Good morning, Thank you
- 0:05Speaker 2: for being here, Thanks for starting your day with us.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Ricky's got those three things.
- 0:08Speaker 3: SNL's last shows of the year have been announced. I
- 0:11Speaker 3: already shared that Shaboozy and Paul Mescal we're growing to
- 0:14Speaker 3: be on the show December seventh, so if you miss that,
- 0:16Speaker 3: then there's a little reminder. But December fourteenth is going
- 0:19Speaker 3: to have Chris Rock host and Gracie Abrams perform.
- 0:22Speaker 1: I'm really excited to see Gracey Abrams.
- 0:24Speaker 3: December twenty first is going to be Martin Short as
- 0:27Speaker 3: the host and there's going to be a performance by
- 0:29Speaker 3: Hose here.
- 0:30Speaker 1: So some good stuff to end out the year.
- 0:32Speaker 3: Round out the year, SNL has been doing a great
- 0:33Speaker 3: job thus far with the amount of people that they've
- 0:35Speaker 3: gotten to come through, so I'm excited for them.
- 0:38Speaker 4: I just want to see the height difference between Martin
- 0:40Speaker 4: Short and Hose. I want to see two of them
- 0:42Speaker 4: standing next to you. Yeah, Hosier is really tall, Martin
- 0:45Speaker 4: George really short. Yeah.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Well yeah.
- 0:47Speaker 3: South Host Airlines is going to end cabin service sooner
- 0:51Speaker 3: due to safety concerns, so this is something to keep
- 0:53Speaker 3: in mind. So starting this week, Southwest Airlines is updating
- 0:57Speaker 3: the cabin procedures so ending they're in flight service ten
- 1:01Speaker 3: minutes earlier is how they're going to make sure that
- 1:04Speaker 3: they handle safety concerns. Crews are going to start preparations
- 1:07Speaker 3: for landing now at eighteen thousand feet instead of ten
- 1:10Speaker 3: thousand feet.
- 1:11Speaker 1: The change is meant to keep everyone.
- 1:12Speaker 3: Safe, like I had said, because turbulence, as experts have
- 1:16Speaker 3: been warning, is on the rise, so it's making it
- 1:19Speaker 3: really really important that you pay attention and listen to
- 1:21Speaker 3: the cabin crew when they tell you to sit in
- 1:23Speaker 3: your seat and fasten your seatbelt and don't move around.
- 1:26Speaker 3: It's really important that you pay attention because obviously bad
- 1:29Speaker 3: turbulence can lead to a lot of injuries. So something
- 1:32Speaker 3: to just keep in mind while you are on a flight,
- 1:34Speaker 3: and the fact that everything is going to be changing.
- 1:36Speaker 3: I already feel like they're not serving things that long already,
- 1:40Speaker 3: So I'm with you that in mind right now too.
- 1:43Speaker 3: So get your water, get your soda, get whatever you
- 1:46Speaker 3: need from the airport itself before you get on the flight,
- 1:48Speaker 3: and save.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Yourself the trouble.
- 1:50Speaker 3: And to all my creatives out there, Tennessee Wildlife's twenty
- 1:53Speaker 3: twenty five to twenty twenty six Calendar Photo Contest is
- 1:56Speaker 3: happening right now, so all interested photographers are are invited
- 2:00Speaker 3: to submit up to ten of their best photos on
- 2:02Speaker 3: wildlife species native to Tennessee. Also, hunting, fishing, boating photos
- 2:08Speaker 3: are all welcome. It's all just about the outdoors for
- 2:10Speaker 3: the most part. So submit your photos by March seventeenth
- 2:13Speaker 3: to see if you get your picture in the calendar photo?
- 2:16Speaker 1: Are calendar photo?
- 2:17Speaker 3: In?
- 2:18Speaker 1: What am I trying to say?
- 2:19Speaker 4: You get your picture of the calendar?
- 2:20Speaker 3: There we go. Why can't I phrase this the way
- 2:23Speaker 3: my head is raising it? I saw and those are
- 2:26Speaker 3: the three things you need.
- 2:28Speaker 4: I just kept saying calendar photo.
- 2:30Speaker 3: I'm like, I know what I'm trying to say, but
- 2:32Speaker 3: it's not coming out.
- 2:33Speaker 4: It's very funny.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Thank you Ricky for getting back into the music with
- 2:36Speaker 2: Sabrina Carpenter. No forget pick your package. We brought this
- 2:40Speaker 2: back yesterday doing it again six point twenty and then
- 2:43Speaker 2: fifteen minutes your chance to call.
- 2:45Speaker 5: It's time to pick your package on one seven five
- 2:48Speaker 5: to the river.
- 2:50Speaker 3: It's another exciting day because we're gonna do pick your package.
- 2:54Speaker 1: If you don't know how pick.
- 2:55Speaker 3: Your package works, that's okay, we will explain it to you.
- 2:57Speaker 3: We have a bunch of gifts to give you, Yes, Smith,
- 3:00Speaker 3: we're really excited.
- 3:01Speaker 1: To give them to you. But we got to play
- 3:02Speaker 1: a little game to get there.
- 3:04Speaker 3: Okay, you got to pick a number one through thirty two,
- 3:07Speaker 3: and behind that number is a prize. They range from
- 3:10Speaker 3: like concert tickets to see Kane Brown, Kelsey Ballerini, Tate McCrae,
- 3:14Speaker 3: and also some not so wonderful prizes as well.
- 3:18Speaker 2: Yeah, yesterday we gave away some emergency underpants, didn't.
- 3:21Speaker 4: We We tried. Oh, she rejected, though, she rejected.
- 3:24Speaker 1: This racky inflatable are inflailing two man.
- 3:27Speaker 4: So good news those emergency and these are still in
- 3:29Speaker 4: a play. They are there. Yeah, you worry.
- 3:32Speaker 2: You do want to check the website though, to make
- 3:33Speaker 2: sure you're not picking a package it's already been picked.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Because if you uh, say a number and that number
- 3:37Speaker 2: is off the table, there goes that turn.
- 3:40Speaker 4: Okay, so you can.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Put your first gift back if you don't like it,
- 3:42Speaker 2: but your second gift you are stuck with. We are
- 3:44Speaker 2: playing the game right now. Six one, five, seven, three, seven,
- 3:46Speaker 2: nine one oh, seven, there are still what twenty eight
- 3:49Speaker 2: wonderful gifts under this tree.
- 3:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I think we got some really good ones.
- 3:53Speaker 3: I want half these concert tickets so.
- 3:55Speaker 6: That Nintendo switch in there.
- 3:57Speaker 4: It's amazing. Yeah, let's play the game picking your package.
- 3:59Speaker 2: Next.
- 4:00Speaker 4: It's time to pick your package on the river.
- 4:05Speaker 1: It's one of seven five the river.
- 4:06Speaker 3: We got dan Yella and Lebanon on the line. She said,
- 4:09Speaker 3: she already knows how pick your Package works. But for
- 4:11Speaker 3: those of you who don't, we have all of these
- 4:13Speaker 3: Christmas gifts under our Christmas tree and we want to
- 4:16Speaker 3: give them to you. We got things from concert tickets
- 4:19Speaker 3: to a hatch alarm clock to emergency underpants, all sorts
- 4:25Speaker 3: of stuff under the tree. You got to pick a
- 4:27Speaker 3: number one through thirty two. Danella.
- 4:29Speaker 1: You do not have to keep.
- 4:31Speaker 3: Your first pick. If you don't love it, you could
- 4:33Speaker 3: put it back. But if you put it back, that
- 4:35Speaker 3: means that you're stuck with the second one.
- 4:37Speaker 4: Okay, she knows how to play. She sounds excited. Have
- 4:40Speaker 4: you been.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Have you been paying attention at all yesterday to see
- 4:45Speaker 2: which packages have already been picked?
- 4:46Speaker 7: Yes?
- 4:47Speaker 4: Perfect, Okay, I think she's ready.
- 4:49Speaker 3: That's good because if you picked a package that somebody
- 4:50Speaker 3: already picked, you'd be stuck with it.
- 4:52Speaker 2: That wouldn't be good.
- 4:53Speaker 4: Not emergency underpants. It's your turn. Let's go pick your package.
- 5:00Speaker 6: Can I do?
- 5:00Speaker 7: Number twelve?
- 5:02Speaker 1: Number number twelve, number two.
- 5:08Speaker 3: Daniella, I just said that I want half of these
- 5:10Speaker 3: concert tickets that are under the tree. Number twelve is

- 5:20Speaker 3: want Do you.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Want to keep it or do you want to put
- 5:21Speaker 1: it back?
- 5:24Speaker 6: Put it back?
- 5:25Speaker 4: Oh, tickets are going back. And now if you're paying
- 5:28Speaker 4: attention playing along at home, you know where they.
- 5:30Speaker 7: Are for later.
- 5:31Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, Daniella, pick another number, number four.
- 5:36Speaker 4: Number. We got to open it before I start laughing.
- 5:39Speaker 2: Hang on, no, yeah, dan Yella.
- 5:43Speaker 3: Number four is the world's smallest violin.
- 5:47Speaker 4: Oh my.
- 5:53Speaker 6: Prize.
- 5:55Speaker 2: This is kind of what makes this game so exciting though,
- 5:57Speaker 2: because you you put back pretty great game. Then you're
- 6:00Speaker 2: walking away with a small violation.
- 6:03Speaker 3: Yeah again later, Daniella, Thank you so much for playing
- 6:08Speaker 3: with us, though I know it may not have been
- 6:09Speaker 3: what you wanted, but we appreciate you for hanging out with us.
- 6:12Speaker 4: Thank you so much. Thank you Danielle.
- 6:14Speaker 2: We're gonna put you on hold for a second so
- 6:16Speaker 2: we can send you this tiny violin.
- 6:17Speaker 4: Hope the rest of your day goes better.
- 6:19Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 6:21Speaker 4: We're gonna play again at nine to twenty this afternoon.
- 6:23Speaker 2: We play four times every day, and again, make sure
- 6:25Speaker 2: you're checking that website one oh seven five the River
- 6:27Speaker 2: dot com to see what's taken.
- 6:28Speaker 6: Do you think nine to twenty is in the afternoon?
- 6:30Speaker 4: Did I say nine twenty afternoon? Did I say it?
- 6:34Speaker 3: You did so well this morning, Kevin, I couldn't speak career.
- 6:38Speaker 3: You're confusing time frames.
- 6:41Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Meadow in the morning on the River.
- 6:45Speaker 3: Okay, Zach is really excited right now. He's looking at
- 6:49Speaker 3: me really creepily. But that's his excited face because he
- 6:53Speaker 3: bought us Christmas gifts and we have no idea what
- 6:55Speaker 3: they can do.
- 6:55Speaker 6: Well, they're not Christmas gifts, they're just gifts in general.
- 6:58Speaker 4: Oh, so we forget another gift.
- 7:01Speaker 8: I never said you were getting a Christmas gift. If
- 7:03Speaker 8: you want to take this as a Christmas gift, then
- 7:05Speaker 8: go for it.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Oh, it seems like there's some confusion here.
- 7:08Speaker 4: Yeah, I think so too.
- 7:09Speaker 8: Okay, Well, I just bought these presents because you guys know,
- 7:12Speaker 8: a couple of weeks ago, my license plate was stolen
- 7:14Speaker 8: off my car, and so I went to AutoZone and
- 7:17Speaker 8: I found these.
- 7:18Speaker 6: They have anti theft fasteners for your license plate.
- 7:22Speaker 8: So I bought you both some so you don't have
- 7:23Speaker 8: to deal with the drama.
- 7:26Speaker 4: That's actually really nice and very very practical.
- 7:30Speaker 8: Yeah, I didn't know that they sold these, but I
- 7:32Speaker 8: bought them for my car, and I was like, you
- 7:33Speaker 8: know what, I want to make sure that you guys
- 7:34Speaker 8: don't have to deal with it too.
- 7:36Speaker 1: That's hilarious.
- 7:37Speaker 3: I was not expecting this by anybody.
- 7:39Speaker 4: No, it's a good gift.
- 7:40Speaker 6: Thank you. I tried really really hard a whole ten dollars.
- 7:44Speaker 3: You guys, thank you so much. Now we never have
- 7:47Speaker 3: to worry about it.
- 7:48Speaker 8: I know it was really stressful when my license plate
- 7:51Speaker 8: got stolen. And now you have anti theft license plate fasteners.
- 7:54Speaker 2: I know you guys always say like I'm the old one,
- 7:56Speaker 2: and you make fun of me and stuff, but you guys.
- 7:57Speaker 4: Are officially old. If if this is what you're giving
- 8:00Speaker 4: a gift, and.
- 8:00Speaker 2: If you're excited about anti fasteners, this is fantastic.
- 8:04Speaker 4: You're you're welcome to adulthood.
- 8:06Speaker 1: It's practical.
- 8:07Speaker 4: This is such a great gift.
- 8:09Speaker 6: I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not.
- 8:12Speaker 4: Thousand percent is.
- 8:13Speaker 1: He's so serious.
- 8:14Speaker 3: I could see it on his face.
- 8:15Speaker 6: Okay, you better go put him on your car right now.
- 8:16Speaker 2: I'm going, Well, I will like before I like, visit
- 8:19Speaker 2: your neighborhood.
- 8:20Speaker 8: Wow, I wasn't even in my neighborhood, so I don't
- 8:26Speaker 8: live in Green Hills.
- 8:27Speaker 4: Right after he gave me a gift, I'm taking shots
- 8:30Speaker 4: at him.
- 8:31Speaker 8: Wow.
- 8:31Speaker 6: Okay, thanks Kevin.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Thank you, Zach.
- 8:34Speaker 3: I appreciate the gift, even if Kevin doesn't.
- 8:38Speaker 4: Can't wait for the Christmas present.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Three things you need to just.
- 8:42Speaker 2: Past seven o'clock on this Tuesday morning here in Nashville,
- 8:45Speaker 2: thank you for starting the day with us.
- 8:46Speaker 4: Rick, He's got those three things.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Kendrick Lamar.
- 8:48Speaker 3: He's making huge strides with his surprise album GNX. He
- 8:52Speaker 3: now joins Aria Grande and BTS. As he only acts
- 8:55Speaker 3: to earn three number one debuts on a Hot one
- 8:57Speaker 3: hundred in a single year, he also holds the top
- 9:00Speaker 3: five spots on the Billboard Hot one hundred right now.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Squabble Up is number one.
- 9:05Speaker 3: Followed by TV off, luth whacked Out Murals and Hey
- 9:08Speaker 3: now so TV off Top five.
- 9:10Speaker 4: TV off is the reason everybody's running rout, Scream and Mustard.
- 9:17Speaker 4: I love it so much.
- 9:18Speaker 3: I listened to that song every time on my way
- 9:20Speaker 3: to pilates because it hipes me up so much, and.
- 9:22Speaker 1: I know plates is like chill, but like I gotta
- 9:25Speaker 1: be ready.
- 9:26Speaker 4: Sure.
- 9:27Speaker 3: This is also the first time that shaboo Disi's a
- 9:29Speaker 3: bar song has not been number one in nineteen weeks,
- 9:34Speaker 3: So Shaboozi is officially kicked off the number one spot,
- 9:37Speaker 3: but he does follow all of Kendrick Lamar's top five
- 9:40Speaker 3: songs sure, which you know, listen, an amazing run nineteen
- 9:45Speaker 3: weeks is absolutely outrageous. We are so proud of him
- 9:48Speaker 3: because obviously his song did things that I'm sure he
- 9:51Speaker 3: didn't even realize it was gonna do. So that's amazing.
- 9:53Speaker 3: Now it is Kendrick Lamar's turn. No Rad they're ready
- 9:57Speaker 3: to track Santa Slay here. This the sixty ninth year
- 10:01Speaker 3: that they're doing this. Every Christmas Eve, the North American
- 10:04Speaker 3: Aerospace Defense Command track Santa across the globe.
- 10:08Speaker 1: This originally started as a.
- 10:09Speaker 3: Happy accident back in nineteen fifty five, fun fact, and
- 10:12Speaker 3: now it's just a full blown holiday tradition. Their website,
- 10:16Speaker 3: their app, they even have a hotline now cool but
- 10:18Speaker 3: you can call in. You can call eight seven seven
- 10:21Speaker 3: high no rad people are gonna answer you questions about.
- 10:24Speaker 1: Santa's location and where he's at.
- 10:26Speaker 3: Over two hundred and sixty thousand people called last year
- 10:29Speaker 3: to keep tabs on Santa. So annual tracking kicks off
- 10:33Speaker 3: at four am Mountain Standard time on December twenty fourth,
- 10:36Speaker 3: and it'll run through until midnight. You can see where
- 10:39Speaker 3: Santa is at. That's my favorite thing ever.
- 10:41Speaker 4: Oh, we do it all the time. I love it.
- 10:43Speaker 4: I heard of it so.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Much and I'm really excited for this as well. The
- 10:47Speaker 3: opening date for Case, which is Noko's new sister restaurant,
- 10:53Speaker 3: is officially like it's officially here. It's all the books
- 10:56Speaker 3: so it's a fourteen course Alma Case Diny experience. It's
- 11:00Speaker 3: open next door to Noco Uh and it starts Friday,
- 11:03Speaker 3: December thirteenth.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Ready to go.
- 11:05Speaker 3: You can make reservations now for three different seating options.
- 11:09Speaker 1: You can book it for every day but Monday.
- 11:10Speaker 3: The seating options are five, thirty, seven, and eight thirty PM.
- 11:14Speaker 3: Now I need somebody who wants to go because I've
- 11:16Speaker 3: been really excited for this and my fiance doesn't really
- 11:19Speaker 3: love seafood.
- 11:20Speaker 4: Okay, is this seafood or sushi or what do you
- 11:22Speaker 4: think of sushi?
- 11:23Speaker 1: Seafood oma casse. So it's a bunch of.
- 11:26Speaker 3: I believe it's a lot of seafood liked.
- 11:29Speaker 4: Do you like soy sauce on your seafood?
- 11:31Speaker 1: Depending on one of your sushi, you.
- 11:32Speaker 4: Know what I don't like on mine. I've just been
- 11:39Speaker 4: waiting for another opportunity to play.
- 11:41Speaker 3: Heye so much, but I appreciate it at the same time.
- 11:45Speaker 1: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 11:47Speaker 1: need to know.
- 11:47Speaker 4: Right after jelly Roll, it's Zach's Facts. You standing by.
- 11:51Speaker 4: We're all gonna learn together.
- 11:52Speaker 5: Next Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on the.
- 11:58Speaker 4: River is jelly Roll. It's one of seven the River.
- 12:00Speaker 4: It's time for Zach's Facts.
- 12:02Speaker 8: Did you guys know that polar bears actually have black skin.
- 12:05Speaker 8: It helps absorb the heat and the UV race that
- 12:08Speaker 8: keep the polar bears warm. And their fur is not white,
- 12:12Speaker 8: it's translucent. It's like clear fur.
- 12:15Speaker 2: I feel like I've heard that before, but I still
- 12:17Speaker 2: don't necessarily get it.
- 12:18Speaker 4: It's true.
- 12:19Speaker 8: It's like the reflection from the snow that makes them
- 12:22Speaker 8: look white from Yeah, so that's your fact of the day.
- 12:25Speaker 2: So if you took a polar bear, put it on
- 12:27Speaker 2: some grass with a little green allegedly, I'm trying this
- 12:32Speaker 2: and do it.
- 12:33Speaker 3: Here to make Nashville traffic just a little less stressful.
- 12:36Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning on.
- 12:41Speaker 3: Christmas season, Christmas is right around the corner.
- 12:44Speaker 1: Not to scare everybody, but it's almost here.
- 12:47Speaker 3: One of the exciting things about Christmas are the elves.
- 12:51Speaker 2: Our elves arrived obviously on December first, as is tradition.
- 12:55Speaker 4: We have two of this year. We've always had Coco
- 12:56Speaker 4: and now Coco brought a friend. We have Chippy as well.
- 12:59Speaker 3: Oh, Cocoa and Chippy.
- 13:01Speaker 2: You have Coco and Chippy and uh, December first, the
- 13:04Speaker 2: kids asked the elves to make it snow and then
- 13:07Speaker 2: lo and behold last night.
- 13:10Speaker 4: Yeah, those elves are pretty good. They're doing their work.
- 13:12Speaker 3: They work really hard, really really hard. So we want
- 13:15Speaker 3: to hear your elve's name. You want to shout out
- 13:17Speaker 3: your elf? Now is the time It's gonna be great
- 13:20Speaker 3: for your elf to hear their name on the radio.
- 13:23Speaker 2: Huge points here extra point six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 13:26Speaker 2: one oh seven.
- 13:27Speaker 4: Kids, if you're on your way to school, getting ready.

- 13:32Speaker 2: elves on these airwaves.

- 13:48Speaker 4: Where was Elfie hiding this morning.

- 13:53Speaker 2: Just chill in Elfie on the Shelfy.
- 13:58Speaker 3: Nolan, thank you so much for calling. You're getting extra
- 14:00Speaker 3: points with your alf. I could just feel it.

- 14:14Speaker 4: Hey, that's my daughter's name.
- 14:16Speaker 3: Oh that's so cool. Yeah, Finley, where was Molly this morning?
- 14:20Speaker 9: She was on our table and she brought avant calendar.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, how cool?

- 14:42Speaker 4: Ashley and Hendersonville.
- 14:43Speaker 2: Would you like to shout out your elves on one
- 14:45Speaker 2: oh seven five of the River?

- 20:45Speaker 6: Merry Christmas, Mary Chris Is three things you need to
- 20:49Speaker 6: know just past eight o'clock on this Tuesday morning.
- 20:52Speaker 2: We really appreciate you starting your day with us. Ricky's
- 20:54Speaker 2: got those three things.
- 20:55Speaker 3: Nate Brigetsi just announced a show in Nashville for his
- 20:58Speaker 3: world tour next So Nate is a national native, Hiss local.
- 21:03Speaker 3: All of his local shows are always huge. His Big
- 21:06Speaker 3: Dumb Eyes.
- 21:07Speaker 1: World Tour is going to travel across.
- 21:09Speaker 3: North America, Europe, and the Middle East with sixty six stops.
- 21:13Speaker 3: His national stop is scheduled for December thirteenth of next
- 21:16Speaker 3: year at Bridgetown Arena. That's where he broke the attendance
- 21:19Speaker 3: record back in twenty twenty three. So very cool moment, obviously,
- 21:23Speaker 3: and I'm sure this one's gonna be just as big.
- 21:25Speaker 3: December thirteenth, next year. Rolling Stone has released their list
- 21:30Speaker 3: of one hundred best albums of twenty twenty four and.
- 21:33Speaker 1: Charlie XCX tops it.
- 21:35Speaker 3: Their number one album went to Charlie XCX's Brat, which
- 21:38Speaker 3: had a very massive cultural moment, so it totally makes sense.
- 21:42Speaker 3: Beyonce's Cowboy Carter sits at number two. Number three went
- 21:45Speaker 3: to MJ. Lenderman's Manning Fireworks. I Love that album, which
- 21:49Speaker 3: is a little scary to me for this nothing against
- 21:54Speaker 3: m jay. Fourth best album this year was Short and
- 21:57Speaker 3: Sweet by Sabrina Carpenter, and Billy Eilers rounded out the
- 22:00Speaker 3: top five with her album Hit Me Hard and Soft.
- 22:03Speaker 3: PNC's Christmas Price Index has just come out. So what
- 22:08Speaker 3: they do is they reveal how much it's gonna cost
- 22:10Speaker 3: every year for you to get all of the things
- 22:12Speaker 3: in the Twelve Days of Christmas. You know that song, ye, yeah,
- 22:15Speaker 3: the one that oddly has a lot of birds in it.
- 22:19Speaker 3: So buying all of those presents in the classic Christmas Carol,
- 22:24Speaker 3: do you have a guess on what it would cost kept.
- 22:26Speaker 4: All of them? Do you have to buy all of
- 22:27Speaker 4: them multiple times?
- 22:28Speaker 1: Like nine one one time through?
- 22:30Speaker 2: Okay, sixty two thousand dollars.
- 22:33Speaker 3: Forty nine, two hundred and sixty three. Now, if you
- 22:37Speaker 3: were going to do all.
- 22:38Speaker 4: The repeated okay, that's what I was talking about, it.
- 22:41Speaker 3: Would be two hundred and nine thousand, two hundred and
- 22:44Speaker 3: seventy two dollars for three hundred and sixty four items.
- 22:47Speaker 2: It seems like a practical amount of money to spend
- 22:49Speaker 2: on all those birds.
- 22:50Speaker 3: Why not? I never understood the song because how many
- 22:53Speaker 3: birds are in it? Like I love you too, but
- 22:55Speaker 3: please don't get me all these birds.
- 22:57Speaker 4: Where am I.
- 22:57Speaker 1: Gonna put that?
- 22:58Speaker 3: Who has a house big enough to put.
- 22:59Speaker 1: All the birds? Sanchez?
- 23:02Speaker 3: Those are the three things you need to know, Ricky,
- 23:05Speaker 3: Zach and man in the morning on.
- 23:08Speaker 2: Today is Giving Tuesday, which is a very important day.
- 23:11Speaker 4: After we all just went through all these days.
- 23:13Speaker 2: Of spend, spend, spend, Now it's time to sort of
- 23:15Speaker 2: give back to the community.
- 23:17Speaker 1: Give to others.
- 23:17Speaker 3: Last year, Giving Tuesday brought in an estimated three point
- 23:20Speaker 3: one billion dollars in twenty four hours. That's great just
- 23:23Speaker 3: in the US, which is amazing to hear.
- 23:26Speaker 1: So Giving Tuesday is giving back to the community.
- 23:28Speaker 3: Like Kevin just said, so any nonprofits that you know
- 23:30Speaker 3: of here in Nashville, we want to know about them.
- 23:33Speaker 3: We want to shout them out. I have a few
- 23:35Speaker 3: that I know need to be shouted out. There goes
- 23:37Speaker 3: you some help. So, for instance, wo Smith Community Music school.
- 23:43Speaker 3: They work to make sure that everybody has access to
- 23:46Speaker 3: quality music instruction. All of their lessons are fifty cents.
- 23:49Speaker 4: That's oh my god, which is amazing.
- 23:52Speaker 3: Right now, People Loving Nashville, they serve the unhoused here
- 23:55Speaker 3: in Nashville.
- 23:56Speaker 1: Today.
- 23:57Speaker 3: They have a donor matching up to fifteen thousand dollars.
- 24:00Speaker 3: So go ahead and go to their website. You can
- 24:02Speaker 3: just google people Loving Nashville donate so that they can
- 24:05Speaker 3: match it.
- 24:06Speaker 1: That's amazing.
- 24:07Speaker 4: Money goes twice as far to that.
- 24:08Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly, And obviously there are so many more, so
- 24:10Speaker 3: call us shout them out.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Let's donate some money.
- 24:13Speaker 2: If you have one that's near and dear to your heart.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Maybe people don't know about it, let us know. Six
- 24:17Speaker 2: one five, seven, three seven, nine, one oh seven. Spread
- 24:19Speaker 2: the word on this Giving Tuesday one seven.
- 24:22Speaker 5: Five The River rank you, Zach and Meno.
- 24:24Speaker 1: In the morning, we'll like to give.
- 24:25Speaker 3: You some ideas of local nonprofits that you can either
- 24:28Speaker 3: donate to, whether it's your time or money, maybe some supplies.
- 24:33Speaker 1: We get Ashley in Nashville.
- 24:34Speaker 3: Who has a place that we should all donate to.
- 24:37Speaker 7: Go ahead, Ashley, Yeah, I work for Justice Industries. It's
- 24:41Speaker 7: a nonprofit. They help people with the barriers for employment
- 24:45Speaker 7: and it's really changed my life since I worked for them.
- 24:48Speaker 7: But we repurpose a lot of things. We're recycling glass.
- 24:52Speaker 7: It's a program called Just Glass and you can go
- 24:55Speaker 7: online and get a bin twenty dollars a month and
- 24:59Speaker 7: we come by every two weeks to pick up their
- 25:02Speaker 7: glass and take it out to the recycling place. And
- 25:04Speaker 7: we also have just Wash. It's a mobile detailing unit.
- 25:08Speaker 7: It's fifty five to sixty dollars a vehicle and we
- 25:12Speaker 7: service Davidson and Williamson County.
- 25:14Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, that is such a great deal.
- 25:16Speaker 8: Yeah, it's really cool and I just looked it up
- 25:18Speaker 8: Justice Industries and they say that they seek to employ
- 25:21Speaker 8: people who find it difficult to find work because of
- 25:24Speaker 8: a criminal history or a diction recovery or mental illnesses,
- 25:28Speaker 8: everything like that. So they employ those people that find
- 25:30Speaker 8: it hard to find a job.
- 25:32Speaker 1: That's amazing, Ashley.
- 25:33Speaker 3: Thank you for bringing this to our attention, because obviously
- 25:36Speaker 3: there are so many amazing nonprofits out there, and sometimes
- 25:39Speaker 3: you don't always get the moment that you need to
- 25:41Speaker 3: share what they do. So thank you for calling in.
- 25:44Speaker 7: Oh no, I appreciate it. And I hope you guys
- 25:47Speaker 7: give us a chance with just glass and just Watchcak.
- 25:49Speaker 7: I love working for them. I need more hours.
- 25:52Speaker 4: And Ricky just google the company. So what's the Where
- 25:55Speaker 4: can people go to find out more?
- 25:57Speaker 3: Justice Industries dot org?
- 26:00Speaker 2: YEA, well, thank you for that, Ashley. Those are great causes,
- 26:02Speaker 2: great organizations. Thank you for for spreading the word.
- 26:05Speaker 7: No, thank you for your time.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Have a great day.
- 26:07Speaker 7: Love you too, Bite.
- 26:08Speaker 2: And aside from the charitable aspect here, that's a good
- 26:11Speaker 2: deal on getting your card detail.
- 26:14Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning one O seven
- 26:19Speaker 5: five the.
- 26:19Speaker 2: River Thricky, Zack and Mano in the Morning. There's something
- 26:21Speaker 2: about today. It just it feels like it's just.
- 26:24Speaker 4: Like it's giving. It's Giving Tuesday.
- 26:27Speaker 3: You know, it's totally giving Tuesday. Kevin, I see what
- 26:30Speaker 3: she did there, Amanda and Murphysborough.
- 26:33Speaker 1: Tell us about a nonprofit we should know about.
- 26:36Speaker 4: Alive Hospice A live hospice.
- 26:39Speaker 11: Okay, they are a hospice facility. They have several different
- 26:45Speaker 11: impatient one in Nashville and one in Murphy's Burrow. I
- 26:49Speaker 11: have actually been a volunt year with them.
- 26:52Speaker 2: Wow, well, thank you for doing that, because that is
- 26:55Speaker 2: I mean, you're an angel to be to be doing that. Really,
- 26:57Speaker 2: that's that's not an easy gig.
- 26:59Speaker 11: It is not. I am the first person that the
- 27:02Speaker 11: patient's family see when they walk in and the last
- 27:05Speaker 11: potion that they see what their family member passed away.
- 27:08Speaker 1: Amanda.
- 27:09Speaker 3: That's really amazing though, that you're part of that. I
- 27:11Speaker 3: just looked it up and it says hospice care and
- 27:13Speaker 3: grief support as well, which is also just such an
- 27:16Speaker 3: important process when you lose a loved one.
- 27:18Speaker 11: I'm actually one of cool to become a great counselor
- 27:21Speaker 11: for them.
- 27:22Speaker 3: Amazing, It's amazing.
- 27:24Speaker 2: Yeah, So what can we do on Giving Tuesday to
- 27:27Speaker 2: support them?
- 27:28Speaker 4: Is it a donation based operation?
- 27:31Speaker 11: They do take donations, and they also do fail for
- 27:35Speaker 11: the families that are there, and they do like a
- 27:38Speaker 11: snack part.
- 27:39Speaker 1: Okay. It also looks like there's a volunteer section on.
- 27:41Speaker 3: Their website as well, so like you could volunteer your
- 27:44Speaker 3: time just like Amanda does.
- 27:46Speaker 11: They also have a camp over the summer camp forget
- 27:50Speaker 11: Me not Perfect.
- 27:51Speaker 4: Okay. Cool.
- 27:52Speaker 2: If somebody's looking for something meaningful to do today on
- 27:55Speaker 2: this Giving Tuesday, this is a great one.
- 27:57Speaker 4: A live hospice.
- 27:59Speaker 1: Yeah, thank you, for and Amanda, we appreciate.
- 28:01Speaker 3: You, Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and you start to just
- 28:07Speaker 3: you start to feel maybe it's just me, but like
- 28:09Speaker 3: when you talk to somebody as amazing as a man
- 28:11Speaker 3: to like, you know you need to do more.
- 28:12Speaker 4: Today is a great day to do more.
- 28:14Speaker 3: Obviously, we only have so much time that we can
- 28:16Speaker 3: talk about this on air, but I am going to
- 28:18Speaker 3: post a full list of other places that you can
- 28:21Speaker 3: look at and align with the things that you want
- 28:24Speaker 3: to give your money to.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Just follow us at one O seven five.
- 28:26Speaker 5: The River, Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning before
- 28:33Speaker 5: we get into the Daily Double Tap on one O
- 28:35Speaker 5: seven five the River.
- 28:36Speaker 3: I need you to just tell me the alternative lyrics
- 28:38Speaker 3: that you.
- 28:39Speaker 2: Just said, Kevin, don't help Wait, No, I forgot, like you,
- 28:44Speaker 2: what is this real song?
- 28:45Speaker 4: I can't even think of it. Don't react like you,
- 28:47Speaker 4: don't help me.
- 28:48Speaker 3: Put put the elf on the shelf.
- 28:50Speaker 4: It was good in the moment. Yeah, I forget. I
- 28:53Speaker 4: lost this about the song.
- 28:54Speaker 3: Daily Double Task going to be better than that moment was.
- 28:56Speaker 4: I promise.
- 28:58Speaker 3: This is what it's like when they it's just after
- 29:01Speaker 3: Thanksgiving break and there's this weird lull that we have
- 29:05Speaker 3: right now before Christmas, where everyone's like, what am I doing?
- 29:08Speaker 1: Where am I? What is work?
- 29:10Speaker 3: I just don't get it. This is a great way
- 29:12Speaker 3: to summarize those feelings.
- 29:15Speaker 10: What is my password? I didn't update my posted the
- 29:20Speaker 10: last time I changed it. I would do that, but
- 29:22Speaker 10: unfortunately I forgot how to do my job. So you're
- 29:26Speaker 10: gonna have to just ask someone else how many characters
- 29:29Speaker 10: do I need?
- 29:29Speaker 4: Again?
- 29:31Speaker 10: This is not going well after Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving, it's
- 29:36Speaker 10: almost like I did this to myself. So many emails,
- 29:40Speaker 10: delete all. Somebody left a bunch of work on your
- 29:43Speaker 10: desk while you were gone.
- 29:45Speaker 4: Who would do such a thing? That's crazy?
- 29:48Speaker 10: You know what, Actually, there's a lot of stuff on
- 29:50Speaker 10: my desk too. Maybe that's what happened to me.
- 29:53Speaker 4: Yeah, nobody wants to do editing right now.
- 29:56Speaker 3: The delete all for the emails.
