A disturbing incident at Kew Gardens has Toronto police searching for a Black male, 27-30, 5’10”, athletic build, with a short beard and curly buzz cut. He was last seen wearing a black cap, sunglasses, a black “arctic” logo shirt, black shorts, and running shoes. The suspect allegedly photographed an 11-year-old girl through a washroom stall around 4 PM Tuesday — she escaped help, and he fled.
