- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to pick up
- 0:06Speaker 1: where we left off with the Bill Clinton transcript from
- 0:10Speaker 1: his trip to Congress. Question did Jeffrey Epstein ever inform
- 0:14Speaker 1: you or represent to you that he was working with
- 0:17Speaker 1: any intelligence service of any nation, including the United States?
- 0:22Speaker 1: Bill Clinton? No question. Did Glenne Maxwell ever inform you
- 0:25Speaker 1: or represent to you that she was working with any
- 0:28Speaker 1: intelligent service of any nation, including the United States? Answer
- 0:32Speaker 1: no question. And during your relationship, did you ever suspect
- 0:36Speaker 1: Epstein or Maxwell of being affiliated with any intelligence agency? Answer?
- 0:41Speaker 1: I did not answer, thank you. Question. I want to
- 0:45Speaker 1: talk about your time at the White House. I realize
- 0:48Speaker 1: that you testified your recollection is limited, But did mister
- 0:51Speaker 1: Epstein ever visit the White House while you were president? Objection?
- 0:57Speaker 1: Asked an answered Bill Clinton, The record reflect that he did. Congresswoman,
- 1:03Speaker 1: that's not the question, Emmer. According to a FOER request
- 1:07Speaker 1: to the Clinton Library, mister Epstein visited the White House
- 1:10Speaker 1: at least seventeen times between nineteen ninety three and nineteen
- 1:14Speaker 1: ninety five. Do you have any reason to dispute those numbers? Answer? Nope.
- 1:18Speaker 1: I don't question. Do you know what the nature of
- 1:21Speaker 1: mister Epstein's visits to the White House were? And to this,
- 1:24Speaker 1: Cheryl Mills jumps in, are you asking what he knew
- 1:27Speaker 1: in preparation for today? Can you clarify what you're seeking
- 1:30Speaker 1: to learn? Bill Clinton? First of all, at the time,
- 1:33Speaker 1: I had no idea he was coming and going. Huge
- 1:36Speaker 1: numbers of people come and go to the White House.
- 1:39Speaker 1: A lot of them come well over once, especially if
- 1:42Speaker 1: their lobbyist, for example. But I didn't know he was coming,
- 1:45Speaker 1: so I certainly didn't know what he was coming about. Question,
- 1:49Speaker 1: mister President, After you left office, did you or your
- 1:52Speaker 1: staff ever conduct a review of records, documents, or rather
- 1:55Speaker 1: material related to mister Epstein's connection to you to your
- 1:58Speaker 1: White House? When Clinton's lawyers jumps in your exempting council,
- 2:02Speaker 1: you can respond to that, but don't say anything about
- 2:06Speaker 1: what you talk to your lawyers about. You can respond
- 2:09Speaker 1: to the question, Cheryl Mills, do you need the question again?
- 2:11Speaker 1: Bill Clinton? Yeah, I don't even understand. You mean, do
- 2:14Speaker 1: we look into what he did at the White House
- 2:17Speaker 1: after I left office? Mister Emmer, mister President. One of
- 2:22Speaker 1: the concerns of the committee is how mister Epstein and
- 2:24Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell attempted or potentially attempted to curry favor with
- 2:28Speaker 1: influential figures. My question was, after he left office, did
- 2:33Speaker 1: you or your staff ever conduct a review of records
- 2:36Speaker 1: related to mister Epstein's connection to your White House? Answer,
- 2:39Speaker 1: to the best my knowledge, no question. At this time,
- 2:43Speaker 1: I would like to introduce what will be marked as
- 2:45Speaker 1: majority Exhibit eleven, and while it's being passed out, i'll
- 2:49Speaker 1: note for the record this is a New York Times
- 2:51Speaker 1: article entitled The Untold Story of How Jeffrey Epstein Got Rich,
- 2:55Speaker 1: published on December sixteenth, twenty twenty five. When you receive
- 3:00Speaker 1: the article, I want to direct your attention to the
- 3:03Speaker 1: last paragraph of page thirty one, Cheryl Mills, the last
- 3:06Speaker 1: paragraph of which page Jack Emmer, thirty one, and when
- 3:10Speaker 1: you're ready, I will also read it to the record again.
- 3:14Speaker 1: We were looking at page thirty one in the last
- 3:16Speaker 1: pattern paragraph, and I will read it into the record
- 3:18Speaker 1: and ask you a few questions. Please give him a
- 3:21Speaker 1: moment to read this, mister president. The article reads. By
- 3:25Speaker 1: nineteen ninety five, President Clinton and Epstein were sufficiently chummy
- 3:30Speaker 1: that he wrote a get well Soon note to Epstein's
- 3:32Speaker 1: alling mother, hang in there, the President scrawled on a
- 3:35Speaker 1: yellow post it, which Epstein saved and we reviewed. Mister President,
- 3:39Speaker 1: did you write this note? Cheryl Mills? Are you asking
- 3:43Speaker 1: if he recalls writing a note from nineteen ninety five
- 3:45Speaker 1: on all post it? Jack Emmer correct, Cheryl Mills, Okay,
- 3:49Speaker 1: thank you, Bill Clinton. It looks like my handwriting, but
- 3:52Speaker 1: I don't recall. But I will tell you this. I've
- 3:55Speaker 1: written getwell notes to lots of people I did not
- 3:57Speaker 1: know and that I had never met. Question and you
- 4:01Speaker 1: answer my next question? Did you ever meet Jeffrey Epstein's
- 4:04Speaker 1: mother or any of his family members? Answer? No, I'm
- 4:07Speaker 1: not sure that I was asked to do this by
- 4:10Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. Question and I want to focus specifically on
- 4:13Speaker 1: the article's characterization. It says that you were chummy with
- 4:17Speaker 1: mister Epstein in nineteen ninety five. Is that accurate? One
- 4:21Speaker 1: of his lawyers jumps in. I'm going to object to
- 4:23Speaker 1: the characterization. It's hearsay. The president may answer, Bill Clinton, No,
- 4:29Speaker 1: I wasn't surprised by that question. Let's talk about your
- 4:33Speaker 1: relationship with mister Epstein after you left the White House.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Bill Clinton? Okay. Question how would you characterize your relationship
- 4:41Speaker 1: with mister Epstein. Answer? During that time, I was it
- 4:44Speaker 1: was cordial. Question At any time, would you characterize mister
- 4:48Speaker 1: Epstein as a friend? Answer? We were friendly, but I
- 4:51Speaker 1: didn't know him well enough to be saying we were friends.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Question how often did you communicate with mister Ebstein? Answer?
- 4:59Speaker 1: Usually only on tree. I did go to his house once,
- 5:02Speaker 1: as you know. Question and we'll discuss that further later
- 5:05Speaker 1: on today. And how did you typically communicate with mister Epstein?
- 5:10Speaker 1: Did you talk to him on the phone? Answer Cheryl
- 5:13Speaker 1: Mills jumps in, excuse me, he just said he talked
- 5:15Speaker 1: to him on the trips, So that's in person. Bill Clinton.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Typically my staff communicated with him. I think it was
- 5:21Speaker 1: mostly mister band, but somebody talked to him. Question and
- 5:26Speaker 1: you mentioned that you visited one of his properties. But
- 5:29Speaker 1: outside of the work on the foundation and your trips,
- 5:32Speaker 1: how many times did you meet in person with mister Epstein,
- 5:36Speaker 1: Cheryl Mills, you're asking best of his recollection. Answer by
- 5:40Speaker 1: Bill Clinton. Outside of the trips. I believe he came
- 5:43Speaker 1: to the office once in Harlem. I was still housed
- 5:45Speaker 1: up there then, and I think he paid a brief
- 5:47Speaker 1: visit to the office, and I paid a brief visit
- 5:50Speaker 1: to his house. But I once thought he was there,
- 5:53Speaker 1: But now that I think about it, I don't think
- 5:55Speaker 1: he was. And that was it. I mean that's what
- 5:59Speaker 1: I remember. Question And you mentioned you visited mister Epstein's house.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Are you referring to his New York townhouse? Answer? Yes.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Question in your communication with mister Epstein, did you ever
- 6:11Speaker 1: have any communications that were not related to the foundation? Answer?
- 6:16Speaker 1: I don't believe we ever talked about anything but the
- 6:18Speaker 1: work we were doing. I mean maybe small talk. I
- 6:20Speaker 1: can't imagine. I don't remember the conversations. Question And for
- 6:24Speaker 1: the record, before we move on, did you ever communicate
- 6:27Speaker 1: with mister Epstein that related to young women or girls? Answer? No.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Cheryl Mills jumps in, excuse me, do you have and
- 6:36Speaker 1: he gets cut off by Jack Emmer. Yes, ma'am. So
- 6:39Speaker 1: now we have speaker number three. Good morning, mister president.
- 6:42Speaker 1: How are you, Bill Clinton? I'm fine. Question I want
- 6:47Speaker 1: to first start out by asking you have you ever
- 6:49Speaker 1: been or traveled on or as human Aberdeen, ever traveled
- 6:53Speaker 1: on Epstein's plane? If you know, Bill Clinton, I don't know.
- 6:56Speaker 1: She might have taken one of the trips with us.
- 6:58Speaker 1: But I don't know. Question okay, So have you've flown
- 7:01Speaker 1: on a plane with her? Bill Clinton? Oh? Several times?
- 7:04Speaker 1: Question several times. Cheryl Mills jumps in, can you say
- 7:08Speaker 1: you have flown on a plane any plane? Question the
- 7:11Speaker 1: low lead to Express? Cheryl Mills, what's that when you
- 7:14Speaker 1: say that? Question? Have you flown on the low Leada
- 7:16Speaker 1: Express with Jeffrey Epstein? To that? We have an objection,
- 7:20Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, I don't know what that is. Question have
- 7:23Speaker 1: you flown on Jeffrey Epstein's plane with Human Aberdeen? Objection?
- 7:28Speaker 1: Asked an answered. You may answer again, Bill Clinton, I
- 7:32Speaker 1: don't know. I don't remember. I have flown She's been
- 7:36Speaker 1: sort of a part of our family for a very
- 7:38Speaker 1: long time. So when I went to the Middle East,
- 7:40Speaker 1: which I don't think I ever took a plane ride
- 7:42Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein, but you would typically go when I did. Question,
- 7:46Speaker 1: so if you travel with both of them together? Answer?
- 7:49Speaker 1: Excuse me both of whom? Congresswoman? Question of course, have
- 7:53Speaker 1: you traveled with Jeffrey Epstein or Human Aberdeen together? Bill Clinton?
- 7:57Speaker 1: I don't know. Question okay, thank you. If the staff
- 8:01Speaker 1: can please pass out EFTA zero zero two one six
- 8:05Speaker 1: two eight, and the rest of the documents I have
- 8:08Speaker 1: them print regarding passports to the President and Council. Emmer.
- 8:12Speaker 1: This will be Exhibit twelve. Cheryl Mills, thank you, thank
- 8:15Speaker 1: you very much. Question, mister President, if you look at
- 8:19Speaker 1: the passport page, the bottom of the document should show
- 8:22Speaker 1: the EFTA number. It's zero zero zero two one six
- 8:26Speaker 1: two eight. Bill Clinton. Yeah. Question, there's a name on there.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Would you be able to read that name to me?
- 8:32Speaker 1: Cheryl Mills, can you read the name? One of the
- 8:34Speaker 1: lawyers jumps in. Excuse me? Will you ask me if
- 8:39Speaker 1: I have ever seen the document before? Question? Yeah, Well,
- 8:43Speaker 1: this is evidence, and so I wanted to ask him specifically.
- 8:46Speaker 1: So it's from the DOJ document release right. Answer. I understand,
- 8:51Speaker 1: but he may not have seen it, or he may
- 8:53Speaker 1: have seen it. Bill Clinton, No, I have never seen it,
- 8:55Speaker 1: but it looks like a passport. Question. Okay, can you
- 8:59Speaker 1: tell me the name that's listen on the passport? Cheryl Mills.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Excuse me, he's never seen the document. Would you just
- 9:04Speaker 1: read the name? Please? Answer a question? Yeah, the name
- 9:08Speaker 1: is Marius Robert. Answer Marius Robert. Yeah. Question, are you
- 9:12Speaker 1: familiar with that name at all. Answer no, question okay,
- 9:16Speaker 1: would you be able to identify the individual in the photo?
- 9:20Speaker 1: Answer it looks like Jeffrey Epstein. Question okay. The reason
- 9:23Speaker 1: I ask you about this specifically is because I do
- 9:27Speaker 1: believe that Jeffrey Epstein was an intelligence operative, and so
- 9:30Speaker 1: this was a passport that was actually entered and released
- 9:34Speaker 1: by the Department of Justice. But this was an FBI
- 9:36Speaker 1: filing that was found and is safe, if you will,
- 9:40Speaker 1: so it's an alias. The reason that I ask you
- 9:43Speaker 1: that is because, given your nature and position, I'm wondering
- 9:47Speaker 1: if you were essentially targeted by a honeypot operation and
- 9:51Speaker 1: or by intelligence to gather information. So that's why I
- 9:54Speaker 1: asked the question, Bill Clinton, is there a question? His
- 10:01Speaker 1: lawyer jumps in, no, you can ask a question now.
- 10:05Speaker 1: The person doing the questioning jumps back in, well, I'll
- 10:08Speaker 1: be getting to more. But that's the reason I asked that.
- 10:11Speaker 1: My next question for you is have you ever contacted
- 10:14Speaker 1: or had contact with an individual by the name of
- 10:17Speaker 1: Chante Davies, Bill Clinton, I believe Chantey that's a distinctive name,
- 10:22Speaker 1: so I think that's the name of one of his
- 10:24Speaker 1: flight attendants. Question Okay. She's been described on being on
- 10:28Speaker 1: a two thousand and two Africa trip and provided massages.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Was she or any other young female on that trip
- 10:34Speaker 1: underage at the time, Bill Clinton? Not that I'm aware of.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Question okay, did you ever receive a massage or have
- 10:40Speaker 1: physical contact from her or anyone else on that trip?
- 10:44Speaker 1: Bill Clinton? You've seen the pictures. There was one time
- 10:47Speaker 1: when I was sitting up and I got a back rub,
- 10:49Speaker 1: a neck rub. Question okay, answer, and I think Chantey
- 10:53Speaker 1: did it, but I'm not sure. Question did you ever
- 10:56Speaker 1: visit Epstein's Little Saint James Island? Answer no question. We
- 11:00Speaker 1: have Virginia Roberts who has testified to seeing you on
- 11:03Speaker 1: the island with two young girls. Did this occur at all?
- 11:06Speaker 1: Answer no question. Why do you think she'd make that claim?
- 11:12Speaker 1: An objection? Now by the lawyer's objection speculation, he can't
- 11:15Speaker 1: possibly back to the person doing the questioning, have you
- 11:19Speaker 1: ever met her any other Epstein associated underage girl? Answer
- 11:23Speaker 1: by Clinton not, to my knowledge, question okay. In Epstein's
- 11:27Speaker 1: twenty sixteen deposition, unsealed in the ToJ files, he refused
- 11:32Speaker 1: to answer if you were accompanied by two young women
- 11:35Speaker 1: who are approximately eighteen years old on the island. Were
- 11:38Speaker 1: any such women potentially underage with you? I know you
- 11:41Speaker 1: stated that you were not there, but did you have
- 11:44Speaker 1: any interaction with the set of people? Another objection, objection
- 11:48Speaker 1: to the foundation of the question. He's already stated he
- 11:51Speaker 1: was not on the island. You're now asking about a
- 11:54Speaker 1: claim of a Fifth Amendment by Jeffrey Epstein. Question Okay,
- 11:58Speaker 1: would the staff be able Jack if the witness doesn't
- 12:01Speaker 1: know the witness is welcome to say that he doesn't
- 12:03Speaker 1: know Cheryl Mills. But he actually answered the question. He
- 12:07Speaker 1: answered the question that he wasn't on the island. So
- 12:09Speaker 1: then she was asked question, okay, do you have any
- 12:13Speaker 1: do you know any individual by the name of Sarah Ransom? Answer?
- 12:16Speaker 1: I don't believe so. Question Okay, there have obviously been
- 12:20Speaker 1: claims made about you, and I do not believe that
- 12:23Speaker 1: these claims are credible. The reason I'm asking you specifically
- 12:27Speaker 1: about the name is because that individual stated that you
- 12:30Speaker 1: ruin sex tapes. Okay, it was unfounded and it was discredited.
- 12:34Speaker 1: But given how politicized this investigation is, do you believe
- 12:38Speaker 1: that it would be appropriate of members of the committee
- 12:40Speaker 1: to bring in witnesses, whether it's about you or another president,
- 12:44Speaker 1: that have unfounded allegations regarding sexual claims of misconduct. Bill Clinton,
- 12:49Speaker 1: that's not a decision for me to make. Question as
- 12:52Speaker 1: a recommendation in regards to avoiding trafficking, etc. And bringing
- 12:56Speaker 1: justice for victims, would you make that recommendation to the committee?
- 13:00Speaker 1: Answer by his lawyer, Just so I understand the question.
- 13:04Speaker 1: You're saying if the witness has unfounded claims. Question, Well,
- 13:08Speaker 1: I don't believe that Sarah Ransom's claims about the president
- 13:10Speaker 1: are founded. I don't believe that there are sex tapes
- 13:13Speaker 1: with you President Clinton. His lawyer. No, I'm just asking
- 13:17Speaker 1: about your question. You're not asking if somebody with plausible
- 13:20Speaker 1: claims could be brought in. You're asking if somebody with implausible,
- 13:24Speaker 1: unfounded claims. Question correct, because these claims were founded, were
- 13:28Speaker 1: found to be unfounded by investigators, Cheryl Mill. So you're
- 13:32Speaker 1: asking his opinion. Answer Yeah, because we're trying to figure
- 13:36Speaker 1: out in regards to being able to further the investigation
- 13:39Speaker 1: and whether or not we're going to be interviewing other
- 13:42Speaker 1: individuals regarding sex trafficking avoiding in the future. I know
- 13:46Speaker 1: that you and your wife have both been big on
- 13:48Speaker 1: the issue. So I'm asking you, do you think that
- 13:51Speaker 1: it would be appropriate that this committee bring in someone
- 13:53Speaker 1: like Sarah Ransom who has unfounded claims that have been
- 13:57Speaker 1: debunked in this investigation. It's a simple question, Cheryl Mills.
- 14:02Speaker 1: He answered the question when you first asked it, and
- 14:04Speaker 1: then he said it wasn't for him to make those decisions. Question,
- 14:08Speaker 1: while I'm asking for his recommendation to the committee and
- 14:10Speaker 1: follow up. It's not a gotcha question. This is obviously
- 14:13Speaker 1: a very serious investigation. Bill Clinton. Well, first of all,
- 14:17Speaker 1: I recommend that you have on your staff a prosecutor
- 14:20Speaker 1: who's had a lot of experience in dealing with the cases. Normally,
- 14:23Speaker 1: it's not a good idea to bring in a witness
- 14:25Speaker 1: that you know is lying. Question. Okay, thank you for that.
- 14:29Speaker 1: My last question for you is are you familiar with
- 14:32Speaker 1: anyone by the name of Adriana Ross? Answer? I don't
- 14:35Speaker 1: think so. Question. How about Sarah Kellen? Answer? I don't
- 14:38Speaker 1: think so. Question Okay, would you recommend that this committee
- 14:42Speaker 1: bring in individuals that were listed as trafficking miners? They
- 14:45Speaker 1: were listed co conspirators and then given plea deals. Answer
- 14:49Speaker 1: I don't know enough about it, but I think you
- 14:51Speaker 1: should do whatever you think will strengthen the ability of
- 14:54Speaker 1: the US not to have this happen again. Question Okay,
- 14:58Speaker 1: is it possible, in your opinion you or your wife
- 15:01Speaker 1: were targeted as a means of an intelligence gathering operation.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Objection by the lawyer, object to the form of question.
- 15:09Speaker 1: Question picks back up by Jeffrey Epstein and Glane again
- 15:13Speaker 1: object to the form of the question. No objection to
- 15:16Speaker 1: if he knows that they were targeted. I believe that's
- 15:20Speaker 1: what she asked. No, she said it's possible. Speaker five
- 15:24Speaker 1: jumps in. No, she said it's possible. So she's asking
- 15:27Speaker 1: him to speculate instead of asking him. Does he know?
- 15:30Speaker 1: Bill Clinton? I don't, But Jack Emmer jumps in. Okay,
- 15:34Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, I don't. I'd sort of be surprised, but
- 15:37Speaker 1: I don't. I don't know. Question okay, all right, Chairman Comer.
- 15:43Speaker 1: I think that yields my time. I just want to
- 15:45Speaker 1: say thank you very much President Clinton for coming in.
- 15:48Speaker 1: And I do understand that this has been politicized. But
- 15:50Speaker 1: again I'll state on the record, and I will state
- 15:53Speaker 1: to this press that I do not believe that Sarah
- 15:55Speaker 1: Kellen's claims against you were valid. Bill Clinton. Thank you
- 16:00Speaker 1: all right, folks. We're going to wrap up right here,
- 16:01Speaker 1: and then we're going to get back to it in
- 16:03Speaker 1: the next episode dealing with the topic. All the information
- 16:06Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 16:09Speaker 1: description box.
