Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche's refusal to put his spoken promises to Congress into writing could doom his permanent confirmation, according to former House January 6th Committee Lead Investigator Tim Heaphy. In a recent interview, Heaphy warned that Blanche's spoken testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee is legally insufficient to resolve deep-seated bipartisan concerns regarding a controversial multi-billion dollar executive fund.
