Virginia’s launching a major new Paid Family and Medical Leave program—here’s how you can help shape it. Starting this month, the Virginia Employment Commission is hosting nine virtual listening sessions to gather input on the rules for a program that’ll offer up to 12 weeks of paid, job-protected leave for key life events.
