- 0:43Speaker 2: I'm asking the question what are you guys gonna be
- 0:45Speaker 2: for Halloween tomorrow?
- 0:47Speaker 1: Oh?

- 1:03Speaker 4: gave it to me.
- 1:04Speaker 1: I wore it.
- 1:04Speaker 4: This year she has not, and I have done the
- 1:06Speaker 4: same amount of effort this year.
- 1:07Speaker 2: As I did last year. So a hunter, you're going
- 1:10Speaker 2: to be that.
- 1:10Speaker 4: I am going hunting in the morning, okay, and trick
- 1:12Speaker 4: or treat in the afternoon. And I might just keep
- 1:14Speaker 4: my camel on, hopefully it's covered in blood.
- 1:16Speaker 2: Fill the engineer Halloween.
- 1:18Speaker 5: Oh geez, I don't have a costume this year.
- 1:20Speaker 2: I can't believe that.
- 1:21Speaker 5: What Everyone is so surprised.
- 1:24Speaker 2: I would have put the odds at like negative five
- 1:26Speaker 2: hundred of that, which means you'd have to bet one
- 1:29Speaker 2: hundred dollars to win twenty dollars. That's how stunned I am.
- 1:32Speaker 5: Well, I'm sorry for your loss. Yeah, I don't. I
- 1:35Speaker 5: I'm not a huge dresser upper for Halloween. I like
- 1:38Speaker 5: the movies. I like the I like the vibes. I
- 1:40Speaker 5: like the spookiness. I don't like putting on an uncomfortable costume.
- 1:44Speaker 5: I don't like it.
- 1:44Speaker 2: How about kids, what are they going to be?
- 1:46Speaker 5: One of my kids is a bag of jet puff marshmallows,
- 1:49Speaker 5: and the other one is like a ghost face. Alts
- 1:52Speaker 5: costume has got like a red red face instead of
- 1:55Speaker 5: way Yeah, how about like.
- 1:57Speaker 6: The scream masks the mask from Screams from scream That's right,
- 2:00Speaker 6: Marsha is going to be a ninja.
- 2:02Speaker 2: He's got throwing stars in the little try.
- 2:05Speaker 7: My older kid just get handing out protection.
- 2:08Speaker 8: He just went with the same one from last year,
- 2:10Speaker 8: which is a banana.
- 2:11Speaker 2: A banana, Okay.
- 2:13Speaker 9: I like the ninja man. I think in my days,
- 2:15Speaker 9: I think I did at least four or five years
- 2:17Speaker 9: of ninja.
- 2:18Speaker 6: It's also good for sneaking around that exactly when you're
- 2:22Speaker 6: done trigger treating, you're like, let's go undercover, boy, have
- 2:27Speaker 6: a room full.
- 2:27Speaker 9: Of hunters and TBD for Cory Well, uh Spencer, I
- 2:32Speaker 9: Yannis here. I'm going to dress up as Jack Nicholson
- 2:35Speaker 9: from The Shining and my wife and sister are going
- 2:38Speaker 9: to be the twins.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Okay, are you wearing it to the office tomorrow? Then?
- 2:42Speaker 5: Probably not.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Oversized tricycle.
- 2:47Speaker 5: I don't.
- 2:48Speaker 8: I gotta say, like you need Randall's hair to pull
- 2:52Speaker 8: off Jack Nicholas.
- 2:54Speaker 9: I know, I know, I'm still kind of working on
- 2:57Speaker 9: That's great.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Or Mel Gibson.
- 2:58Speaker 7: So you guys have an I've heard.
- 3:03Speaker 9: My brother in law and sister in law usually just
- 3:05Speaker 9: throw like a neighborhood kind of party, so they'll be
- 3:08Speaker 9: you know, what were you last year?
- 3:10Speaker 5: People?
- 3:11Speaker 4: Uh?
- 3:13Speaker 9: Jeez, last year might have been the year I dressed
- 3:15Speaker 9: up as a I was like a a businessman that
- 3:19Speaker 9: came back from the dead. And then so I had
- 3:23Speaker 9: I was like full suit, this kind of zombie face paint,
- 3:27Speaker 9: and I had a briefcase. But then in my other
- 3:30Speaker 9: hand I can't remember, I had like an ice fishing
- 3:32Speaker 9: pole and some other outdoorsy thing, and the bit was that.
- 3:36Speaker 5: Don't work so much, go fishing more. But it was
- 3:39Speaker 5: really going to.
- 3:40Speaker 8: Drink a bunch of caffeine to get that crazy jack
- 3:44Speaker 8: I should.
- 3:44Speaker 6: But was it like a sexy businessman that came back
- 3:47Speaker 6: from the dead.
- 3:49Speaker 5: I know I had zombie makeup on.
- 3:50Speaker 6: I just always think that's a fun question to ask
- 3:52Speaker 6: about anybody's Hollywood Halloween costume, like a sexy banana, sexy ninja.
- 4:00Speaker 3: Yeah, I realized.
- 4:03Speaker 2: I'm dressed as a Canadian.
- 4:04Speaker 1: It's just the only costume.
- 4:08Speaker 3: I don't feel like that's a costume for you. That's
- 4:10Speaker 3: just like a normal day.
- 4:11Speaker 5: What else are you going to do other than what
- 4:12Speaker 5: you're doing right now?
- 4:13Speaker 2: Just just a Canadian?
- 4:14Speaker 5: Go Blue Jays?
- 4:16Speaker 7: Yeah, exactly, are you going to be attending your your
- 4:18Speaker 7: front door.
- 4:20Speaker 2: No we we are a house that puts the candy
- 4:24Speaker 2: bowl on the porch to sign, you know, take to
- 4:28Speaker 2: you there.
- 4:30Speaker 5: You go to the bar or something.
- 4:32Speaker 2: No we we will be there and then usually spy
- 4:35Speaker 2: on them with the ring camera. I enjoyed.
- 4:37Speaker 1: That's so weird.
- 4:39Speaker 5: To see what kind of we get because some kids
- 4:41Speaker 5: are still just are a bunch of money on the internet.
- 4:46Speaker 9: From move on, you're at your house and you don't
- 4:49Speaker 9: answer the dorm and participate.
- 4:51Speaker 2: It's better for everybody so much.
- 4:53Speaker 1: More excited when they don't know you're watching them.
- 4:55Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna show up on your ring
- 4:57Speaker 7: camera and put a little sign there that says, hey, kids,
- 5:00Speaker 7: don't pms.
- 5:02Speaker 5: We'll see what he could do the.
- 5:03Speaker 3: Old paper bag and dog poop.
- 5:07Speaker 9: Yeah, is this true part in the show where you're
- 5:09Speaker 9: gonna bring up how you left the bar early when
- 5:12Speaker 9: you invited me out for beers the other day.
- 5:14Speaker 2: No, but you're invited out today, Yannie, We're doing another
- 5:17Speaker 2: happy hour today. Thank you, you'd be there this time?
- 5:20Speaker 5: Well, are you gonna stay it for more than twenty minutes?
- 5:21Speaker 2: Randall's made the observation that people at this company are
- 5:24Speaker 2: bandit getting beers after work, so don't disappoint us.
- 5:29Speaker 5: I've made it every time.
- 5:30Speaker 6: The honest assumes that we were only there for fifteen
- 5:33Speaker 6: or twenty minutes, because he assumes we started drinking at
- 5:35Speaker 6: four forty five.
- 5:36Speaker 2: I lied to him. I lied doing that day. We
- 5:39Speaker 2: bailed early. We got some house you're gonna get to
- 5:43Speaker 2: before Yanni reveals any more company secrets.
- 5:47Speaker 5: Jeopard are you stealing again?
- 5:48Speaker 2: And they're barely trying to hide it. Back in January,
- 5:52Speaker 2: we had a question that said, this Kentucky bourbon fittingly
- 5:56Speaker 2: got its name after a distillery executive went on his
- 5:59Speaker 2: annual bird hunt in nineteen forty. The correct answer was
- 6:03Speaker 2: wild turkey. Then on October twenty, on the October twenty
- 6:06Speaker 2: eighth episode of Jeopardy, they had a question that was
- 6:09Speaker 2: early similar for Final Jeopardy. It read this brand got
- 6:13Speaker 2: its name in nineteen forty after a distillery executive took
- 6:18Speaker 2: friends on a hunting trip son of nine months apart,
- 6:22Speaker 2: nearly word for word the same way I wrote it.
- 6:25Speaker 2: The biggest difference is about half of the players here
- 6:28Speaker 2: got that one right, while nobody on Final Jeopardy knew
- 6:32Speaker 2: the answer.
- 6:32Speaker 1: So nobody drinks anymore.
- 6:35Speaker 8: I'm a little worried that the Jeopardy executives are going
- 6:39Speaker 8: to do some head hunting feeling it from media.
- 6:41Speaker 2: That'd be kind of fun.
- 6:43Speaker 5: No, it doesn't.
- 6:44Speaker 9: It should make you feel good, and it also shows
- 6:47Speaker 9: how much work the hosts of this show has.
- 6:50Speaker 5: To do to come up with ten decent questions.
- 6:52Speaker 2: Either they are thiefing from me or I'm just yeah,
- 6:55Speaker 2: doing that good of a job that it qualifies for
- 6:57Speaker 2: Final Jeopardy. I don't think they're stealing. I don't think
- 7:00Speaker 2: they are, but it is like a crazy coincident.
- 7:02Speaker 5: Don't think they know they have the entire.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Universe to get questions from and then word for word
- 7:07Speaker 2: nine months apart for a question that's not like relevant
- 7:11Speaker 2: this year or something. They could have had that question
- 7:13Speaker 2: anytime in the last three d it.
- 7:16Speaker 7: I want to see your clothing style hosting Jeopardy.
- 7:19Speaker 2: They'll get Canadian tuxis there as well?
- 7:23Speaker 5: All right?
- 7:23Speaker 2: The Shelby in extra today is a four, so our
- 7:25Speaker 2: winner should get eight correct answers. And with that we're
- 7:28Speaker 2: onto the game of trivia. You play the drop phill.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Look, I need to know what I say.
- 7:35Speaker 5: He's doing that everything the door creaking everything game.
- 7:48Speaker 2: On Suckers Question one, the topic is hunting. This first
- 7:51Speaker 2: great question is via Randy Hodge. Which of these is
- 7:55Speaker 2: not a straight wall cartridge?
- 7:58Speaker 7: Is it?
- 7:59Speaker 2: Four fifty bush Master, two eighty actly improved, forty five
- 8:04Speaker 2: seventy Government or three point fifty legend? A confident room,
- 8:09Speaker 2: this may be a one hundred percenter for the folks
- 8:13Speaker 2: sitting in the mediator studio. Which of these is not
- 8:16Speaker 2: a straight wall cartridge? Four point fifty bush Master, two
- 8:20Speaker 2: eighty actly improved, forty five seventy Government or three fifty Legend.
- 8:26Speaker 9: I don't think I have. Maybe I've shot a couple
- 8:31Speaker 9: of these, but I only have ever killed an animal
- 8:33Speaker 9: with any of these calibers.
- 8:34Speaker 2: M Is everybody ready, Corey, yes, sir, go ahead and
- 8:39Speaker 2: reveal your answers. Jannis and Nate and Seth. The entire
- 8:45Speaker 2: room says to eighty actly improved. They got it. The
- 8:48Speaker 2: correct answer is the two eighty actly improved. The four
- 8:51Speaker 2: to fifty bush Master, forty five seventy Government and three
- 8:54Speaker 2: fifty Legend are three of the most popular straight wall
- 8:57Speaker 2: cartridges on the market. A straight wall cartrire ridge has
- 9:00Speaker 2: a cylindrical case that lacks a bottleneck, which the two
- 9:04Speaker 2: eighty actlie Improved has. Jordan Sillers called it an underappreciated
- 9:08Speaker 2: cartridge in his article on the medeater dot com called
- 9:11Speaker 2: the three most underrated hunting calibers. Cal you love that cartridge?
- 9:16Speaker 5: I do?
- 9:17Speaker 10: I do?
- 9:17Speaker 2: What do you like so much about it?
- 9:20Speaker 7: Well, johannest and I used to talk about it because
- 9:22Speaker 7: growing up there was no in my opinion, and I
- 9:25Speaker 7: was guiding at the time, no killing rounds for the
- 9:29Speaker 7: seven mm MAG and seven mm Meg was wildly popular,
- 9:33Speaker 7: but when a client would bring one into camp, we
- 9:35Speaker 7: would just roll our eyes and be like, boy, something
- 9:37Speaker 7: is not going to die.
- 9:38Speaker 3: Well, would you used to call it seven mickey mouse?
- 9:41Speaker 5: That's right.
- 9:42Speaker 7: That came from Scott Justice, the old outfitter called it
- 9:46Speaker 7: the backfiring boat anchor. And the two eighty actally improved
- 9:55Speaker 7: is like one hundred feet per second slower than the
- 9:59Speaker 7: seven an MMAG. You know, they're very, very close. I
- 10:02Speaker 7: think that's right. But that is the first rifle I
- 10:07Speaker 7: purchased as an as an adult. I got it with
- 10:12Speaker 7: my b H a lifetime membership. It's a big, big deal.
- 10:16Speaker 7: And then had to call Kimber and be like, hey,
- 10:19Speaker 7: I don't want that, don't want that sick CA camouflage
- 10:22Speaker 7: on that thing.
- 10:23Speaker 2: M okay, yeah, do it all round. The only thing
- 10:26Speaker 2: maybe like going against it is just like availability, and
- 10:30Speaker 2: it's not the same as walking into a sportsman's warehouse.
- 10:34Speaker 5: And they do have it.
- 10:37Speaker 7: And the ACU bonds is what I loved out of
- 10:41Speaker 7: that thing, and I mean absolutely killing around elk and
- 10:45Speaker 7: deer and uh yeah, just just great.
- 10:49Speaker 5: Highly highly recommend Randall.
- 10:51Speaker 2: Do you have a strong take on the two eighty
- 10:52Speaker 2: actally improved?
- 10:55Speaker 1: I don't. It's an in between her.
- 10:58Speaker 6: Okay, it's not a magnum bolt face, but as cal said,
- 11:01Speaker 6: it has a higher muzzle velossity than compared to like
- 11:06Speaker 6: a seven mm Waight, so it drives those seven millimeter
- 11:09Speaker 6: bullets near magnum, but it's a smaller case.
- 11:13Speaker 7: Lower recoil, lower recoil, lightweight because it doesn't have the
- 11:17Speaker 7: big mag Yeah, a lot.
- 11:19Speaker 6: Of folks like it as a mountain a mountain rifle
- 11:21Speaker 6: that approaches magnum performance without the longer action and all
- 11:26Speaker 6: that stuff.
- 11:26Speaker 9: But yeah, yeah, not Randall's Gun podcast if you're listening that.
- 11:36Speaker 8: Speaking of that forty seven, is it fair to say
- 11:39Speaker 8: it ran all that. That was a straight wall cartridge
- 11:42Speaker 8: before straight wall cartridges were a thing for deer hunters.
- 11:46Speaker 2: Mmm.
- 11:47Speaker 8: Yeah, I mean I mean like people shot them before
- 11:50Speaker 8: they had to shoot straightly.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Oh yeah, for sure.
- 11:52Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 11:53Speaker 6: And it's a military it's a military round. But yeah,
- 11:55Speaker 6: it's one of the first, like mainstream.
- 11:58Speaker 5: That's the oldest round out there, right.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Speaking of the others are just little babies.
- 12:02Speaker 4: I got a Springfield trapped door eighteen eighty six that
- 12:05Speaker 4: I need some work done on.
- 12:06Speaker 2: So there's any gunsmith listening, Seth, Seth could do it
- 12:10Speaker 2: for you.
- 12:10Speaker 1: This is a hell of first question question too.
- 12:14Speaker 2: The topic is fishing. What does the fishing conservation acronym
- 12:19Speaker 2: A I S stand for?
- 12:21Speaker 3: I thought we've had this.
- 12:22Speaker 5: I believe we've had this.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Nope, nix it you're thinking.
- 12:26Speaker 3: Of I'm sure of it.
- 12:27Speaker 2: The fishing conservation acronym AI S stand for Joanni would
- 12:32Speaker 2: get it right? If you've had this one before. He
- 12:35Speaker 2: might have been lightboard.
- 12:39Speaker 8: Maybe he was not present for that episode.
- 12:42Speaker 2: Half of our room looks confident.
- 12:44Speaker 7: Each letter stands for a word, Phil, how's that?
- 12:48Speaker 3: Sando?
- 12:49Speaker 5: Man, it's so good? Dropped it on the floor yet
- 12:53Speaker 5: no I'm being extract because I hate fund of Steve
- 12:55Speaker 5: so much.
- 12:55Speaker 2: On the way here, which Phil, because of the south Sider,
- 12:59Speaker 2: will get a few of the in the room.
- 13:01Speaker 7: Nate, you get a crack at the crotch on those pants.
- 13:04Speaker 5: I'm working on.
- 13:04Speaker 1: I just ordered some stitch witch sick.
- 13:07Speaker 5: Thank you?
- 13:08Speaker 2: Don't Fishing conservation acronym a I S stand for congrats?
- 13:14Speaker 5: The dog got a burn? Huh? Thank you you?
- 13:18Speaker 1: Joannie?
- 13:19Speaker 2: How we doing?
- 13:20Speaker 5: I'm trying to focus rate.
- 13:22Speaker 2: Do you have this one right?
- 13:24Speaker 1: And of course not?
- 13:27Speaker 3: I feel like you're just gonna get this or you're not,
- 13:29Speaker 3: So we should.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Just move on, Yanni, Nate, and Seth all sitting next
- 13:32Speaker 2: to each other, and they can't cheat off of each
- 13:35Speaker 2: other because none of them appear to know it.
- 13:37Speaker 7: Did you guys want Brody's opinion on this because he's
- 13:41Speaker 7: got one.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Corey, you have this one right?
- 13:43Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 13:43Speaker 5: I got it?
- 13:44Speaker 6: Cal In your absence, Brody and Nate have developed a
- 13:46Speaker 6: really fun dynamic.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Oh really, Oh yeah.
- 13:49Speaker 4: Problem is you've paid yeah father son.
- 13:51Speaker 3: Yeah he's like a bellious teenager.
- 13:56Speaker 1: He's like Maxwell.
- 14:00Speaker 2: At home, but he what does the fishing conservation acronym
- 14:04Speaker 2: AI S stand for?
- 14:06Speaker 5: Seth.
- 14:07Speaker 2: Do you like your answer?
- 14:09Speaker 5: Uh? Eat, sure because it's all I got.
- 14:11Speaker 2: Okay, how about you name s Spirit said, Yanni, do
- 14:15Speaker 2: you give up?
- 14:15Speaker 5: I'm not sure I understand, but go ahead.
- 14:19Speaker 2: And reveal your answers. Giannis says American Inshore Society. Nate
- 14:25Speaker 2: says always in sewage Seth. Aquatic invasive species. Randall and
- 14:32Speaker 2: Cordy and col and Brody have the same answer, aquatic
- 14:36Speaker 2: invasive species. They got it. It's aquatic invasive species. Aquatic
- 14:41Speaker 2: invasive species are unwanted non native plants and animals such
- 14:46Speaker 2: as curly pond weed, zebra muscles, common carp and bullfrogs.
- 14:50Speaker 2: My first internship was with the South Dakota Game Fish
- 14:53Speaker 2: and Parks as an AIS specialist that consisted of sampling
- 14:57Speaker 2: bodies of water and conducting anglers on high risk AIS lakes.

- 16:51Speaker 2: main course.
- 16:53Speaker 5: Kathy Bates moving, he smashes his ankle.
- 16:57Speaker 3: That's the one.
- 16:59Speaker 7: Yeah, that's a great, great movie.
- 17:04Speaker 3: Super good.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Yanni, are you going to come up with an.
- 17:08Speaker 9: Ad No, no, go ahead, go ahead and reveal your answers,
- 17:12Speaker 9: be honest without an answer, Nate says, misery.
- 17:15Speaker 2: Then we have Seth and Randall and Cory and Cal
- 17:18Speaker 2: and Brody saying water Boy. That's correct, it's the water Boy.
- 17:23Speaker 5: I think we actually show this to my children. Yeah,
- 17:26Speaker 5: the bug Zapper, right, wasn't that the The.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Film takes place in the swamps of Louisiana, where Kathy
- 17:31Speaker 2: Bates lives with her thirty one year old son, Adam Sandler.
- 17:35Speaker 2: In addition to Python and squirrel, the movie features other
- 17:38Speaker 2: Cajun delicacies like frog cakes and grilled gator. Here's the
- 17:42Speaker 2: scene where Mama Bouchet cooks dinner for Bobby and Coach Klein.
- 17:46Speaker 2: Take it away, Philip, nice.
- 17:51Speaker 5: Good tune.
- 17:52Speaker 1: That snake looks delicious. What do you think I'm.
- 17:55Speaker 2: About to eat?
- 17:58Speaker 5: Uh? Basically a sneak don't have pots. But if I
- 18:03Speaker 5: had to call it anything, I would say, it's his
- 18:07Speaker 5: knee right? And what are we having for dessert?
- 18:19Speaker 2: Squirrel the water boy.
- 18:24Speaker 1: They just don't make comedies anymore, you know.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Kathy Bates said she threw the script away when it
- 18:30Speaker 2: was presented to her, and then her niece saw it
- 18:32Speaker 2: and said, you gotta do this movie. Adam Sandler's in it.
- 18:35Speaker 5: I asked my wife for Christmas this year for a
- 18:38Speaker 5: bug zapper.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Oh, where's it gonna go? Right on the porch?
- 18:41Speaker 10: Yeah, well it'll hang out by the garage. So when
- 18:44Speaker 10: I'm laying there at night with the door open, I
- 18:46Speaker 10: can hear that.
- 18:47Speaker 1: There you go?
- 18:47Speaker 5: Do you guys?
- 18:48Speaker 2: Gets a lot worse bugs?
- 18:51Speaker 5: Oh it's terrible.
- 18:51Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 18:53Speaker 2: Swamp over a lot of water and my asthmas.
- 18:58Speaker 5: The city's in the floodplain.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Question four. The topic is conservation. The US Air Force
- 19:05Speaker 2: sprayed eleven million gallons of this herbicide during the Vietnam
- 19:09Speaker 2: War in an effort to clear dense forests. This is question.
- 19:17Speaker 2: The topic is conservation. The US Air Force sprayed eleven
- 19:22Speaker 2: million gallons of this herbicide during the Vietnam War in
- 19:26Speaker 2: an effort to clear dense forests.
- 19:30Speaker 5: You've seen the NFL player who eats raccoon.
- 19:34Speaker 2: The Panthers like that guy.
- 19:36Speaker 6: He did a video the other day of of stripping
- 19:40Speaker 6: the squirrel by standing on its tail and pulling.
- 19:43Speaker 2: Oh, he's Legit is a wide receiver.
- 19:49Speaker 6: For the Panthers.
- 19:54Speaker 2: The US Air Force million gallons on the serviside during
- 19:58Speaker 2: the Vietnam War in an effort a clear dense force.
- 20:02Speaker 2: Randall knows it, Nate knows it, Yanni knows it. Maybe Brody,
- 20:06Speaker 2: do you like your answer?
- 20:08Speaker 5: I've got two, I think so two answers in my head.
- 20:12Speaker 2: Cal do you have this one right?
- 20:13Speaker 7: Well, there are two answers. I would have suspect.
- 20:16Speaker 2: Eleven million gallons of this herbicide. It's very specific. We're
- 20:20Speaker 2: only looking for one answer.
- 20:24Speaker 5: Spell it.
- 20:25Speaker 2: I don't want to talk.
- 20:26Speaker 5: I'll give something. Yeah, what color is it? Why are
- 20:34Speaker 5: you right?
- 20:37Speaker 3: That'd be a big hint.
- 20:37Speaker 5: Right, you're in the death stare from r.
- 20:45Speaker 2: Arms reach of brandal, so be careful.
- 20:47Speaker 5: I don't think an I don't think Randall knows the answer.
- 20:50Speaker 8: Of course, Randall has been having trouble controlling his rage.
- 20:54Speaker 9: And the color thing is a hint that I've got
- 20:58Speaker 9: the wrong answer.
- 20:59Speaker 7: He works, alright, he works so hard to hide it.
- 21:03Speaker 2: He's like those monkeys that escape that you guys talked
- 21:05Speaker 2: about on Radio Live.
- 21:06Speaker 1: The monkeys.
- 21:08Speaker 2: You are aggressive, You have COVID and hepatitis monkeys not
- 21:17Speaker 2: as Okay, three out of four he's got, is everybody ready? Brody, yeah,
- 21:28Speaker 2: go ahead and reveal your answers. Giannis says napalm. Yeah,
- 21:32Speaker 2: Nate says agent orange. Seth and Randall say agent orange.
- 21:37Speaker 2: Corey says, round up. Cal says agent orange. Brody crossed
- 21:41Speaker 2: out agent Orange and wrote down D D T.
- 21:44Speaker 5: Oh.
- 21:45Speaker 2: The correct answer is agent orange. Got half the room
- 21:49Speaker 2: got that one, right, Corey? Were you on to the
- 21:52Speaker 2: right answer there by asking what color? Was just orange?
- 21:56Speaker 1: Something?
- 21:58Speaker 4: See?
- 21:58Speaker 3: I was confusing the agent orange with napalm? That's why, Yeah.
- 22:02Speaker 1: I love the snow.
- 22:03Speaker 5: I first rowed down DT.
- 22:05Speaker 1: But this is why that's an insecticide.
- 22:07Speaker 5: Saying there's two answers, what's the other end?
- 22:09Speaker 7: Because the actual chemical compound, right.
- 22:12Speaker 1: That's what I was linking.
- 22:13Speaker 2: What would it be? It's not DDT, No, it's not.
- 22:16Speaker 5: But it's not agent orange either.
- 22:18Speaker 2: If you said that whatever that chemical compound is at home,
- 22:21Speaker 2: probably like four words. Go ahead, you give yourself a play.
- 22:24Speaker 5: There you go. Yeah.
- 22:26Speaker 2: Agent orange was developed in the nineteen forties and used
- 22:29Speaker 2: to clear out vegetation along railroads and power lines. It
- 22:33Speaker 2: became the most widely used chemical during the Vietnam War,
- 22:36Speaker 2: with the US military sprang in on rainforest during Operation
- 22:40Speaker 2: Ranch Hand. The herbicide would kill the trees, which then
- 22:43Speaker 2: dropped their leaves and made it harder for enemy armies
- 22:46Speaker 2: to hide. Agent orange destroyed about twenty five percent of
- 22:49Speaker 2: South Vietnam's jungle, with the effects still being felt today.
- 22:53Speaker 2: Question five. The topic is ecology. This next great question
- 22:57Speaker 2: is via Cordy Bettencourt. Noah defines this six letter word
- 23:03Speaker 2: as quote a swamp or shallow lake system, usually a
- 23:07Speaker 2: backwater to a larger body of water. Noah defines this
- 23:15Speaker 2: sixth letter word as a swamp or shallow lake system,
- 23:19Speaker 2: usually a backwater to a larger body of water. This
- 23:24Speaker 2: is question five. We'll get a scoreboard update from Phil
- 23:27Speaker 2: after this.
- 23:28Speaker 7: Noah doesn't have the money to name anything.
- 23:32Speaker 1: It did at one point.
- 23:33Speaker 5: Yeah, call whatever you want.
- 23:37Speaker 1: Maybe this should be in the past tense.
- 23:38Speaker 2: I have struggled on a few government websites researching things
- 23:42Speaker 2: this week because obviously they had like some sort of
- 23:45Speaker 2: outage that no one is around to correct. I think
- 23:47Speaker 2: it's the USGS that I've been unable to pull up
- 23:51Speaker 2: some of the range maps for native species to North
- 23:54Speaker 2: America lately.
- 23:55Speaker 7: Yeah, there's a proposal to further reduce USGS workforce.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Yeah, it's just going to get the hand.
- 24:01Speaker 5: Deep deep, deep cuts.
- 24:04Speaker 2: They make the best range maps when you're trying to
- 24:06Speaker 2: figure out what states a bullfrog belongs in.
- 24:09Speaker 5: Or snowtail sites.
- 24:14Speaker 2: Noah defines this six letter word as a swamp or
- 24:17Speaker 2: shallow lake system, usually a backwater to a larger body
- 24:21Speaker 2: of water. Yanni without an answer, Brody without an answer,
- 24:25Speaker 2: Nate without an answer, Seth without an answer, Cow without
- 24:29Speaker 2: an answer, Corey do you have an answer? Okay, only Randall?
- 24:33Speaker 7: Then can we wait a little there?
- 24:36Speaker 1: Well, I mean no one else has an answer. We
- 24:38Speaker 1: should probably wait.
- 24:40Speaker 6: As long as they don't dance around the I don't
- 24:43Speaker 6: really know if my answer is.
- 24:44Speaker 2: Correct, but you have a six letter word.
- 24:47Speaker 1: It struck me like a what's the what is he saying? Apocalypse?
- 24:51Speaker 7: Now?
- 24:52Speaker 1: A diamond bullet struck me like a diamond bullet.
- 24:56Speaker 2: Noah defines this sixth letter word as a swamp or
- 25:00Speaker 2: shallow lake system, usually a backwater to a larger body
- 25:04Speaker 2: of water. That were yeah, m hm, six of our
- 25:17Speaker 2: players are struggling. Randall not revisiting his answer, trusting that
- 25:23Speaker 2: diamond bullet.
- 25:25Speaker 6: I'm struggling to come up with another one to choose between.
- 25:30Speaker 6: Wouldn't that be luxurious if I had two options to
- 25:32Speaker 6: choose between? Although it's it's easier for me since.
- 25:36Speaker 1: I don't, because I could just go with the one
- 25:38Speaker 1: that I have.
- 25:39Speaker 2: You can just sit here and help me fill time.
- 25:40Speaker 1: I'm just trying to fill in with some.
- 25:44Speaker 4: It came to me, No I didn't. I'll get him
- 25:50Speaker 4: one good game, but I'm gonna need one from you.
- 25:55Speaker 2: Six letter word a swamp or shallow lake system, usually
- 25:59Speaker 2: a backwater to a larger body of water.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Cory, what are you drinking?
- 26:03Speaker 2: There?
- 26:04Speaker 4: Iced coffee flash chilled made by Portal Tea and Coffee.
- 26:07Speaker 1: There's so much color on the can. I assumed it
- 26:09Speaker 1: was some sort of kombucha.
- 26:11Speaker 4: I was hoping it was like a CBD drink, some
- 26:13Speaker 4: sort of everybody ready, I would not help my case, though,
- 26:17Speaker 4: Do you have an answer?
- 26:18Speaker 2: Brody kal Yanni, you guys give up, go ahead your answers.
- 26:26Speaker 2: Yiannis without an answer, says channel Seth. Without an answer,
- 26:31Speaker 2: Randall says lagoon Corey lagoon l No.
- 26:35Speaker 6: He came to that on his own, been flipped over
- 26:38Speaker 6: since before Spencer finished reading.
- 26:40Speaker 2: The BROADI without an answer. The correct answer.
- 26:43Speaker 5: Is slew.
- 26:46Speaker 2: Slew or muskeg slew or muskeg slew.
- 26:53Speaker 3: River.
- 26:53Speaker 2: So telling you Noah's definition, that is a good.
- 26:56Speaker 7: Place to catch a pike under slip bobber.
- 26:58Speaker 2: Although most of the country pronounce wi, is it sleugh.
- 27:01Speaker 2: Noah claims that parts of New England say it in
- 27:03Speaker 2: a way that rhymes with cow, so it would be slough.
- 27:07Speaker 2: These wetlands provide important habitat for all sorts of fish,
- 27:10Speaker 2: amphibians and birds across the globe. What was the second
- 27:13Speaker 2: acceptable muskeg uh huh, and you find lagoon?
- 27:20Speaker 5: I thought that was like a dried up Yeah, that's
- 27:22Speaker 5: a I.
- 27:24Speaker 2: Went and looked at synonyms for slough to make sure
- 27:27Speaker 2: that there were no technicalities and Muskeg was one of them.
- 27:30Speaker 2: The definition was close enough. I thought it would give
- 27:32Speaker 2: it to you if you said, Muskeg, I like it.
- 27:37Speaker 5: Paradise type body of water. At halftime, we have Honest
- 27:42Speaker 5: with one point in last place, coming up next to
- 27:45Speaker 5: Nate with two, and we have Corey and Brody tied
- 27:48Speaker 5: up with three in first place. Or seth callan randall
- 27:51Speaker 5: with four points.
- 27:52Speaker 2: Noah's definition of lagoon is water separated from larger bodies
- 27:57Speaker 2: of water by a natural barrier.
- 28:00Speaker 5: So what's the definition for pond?
- 28:03Speaker 6: But then a so then a sleugh is by an
- 28:06Speaker 6: artificial barrier.
- 28:08Speaker 2: It didn't say there's a barrier at all. It's just
- 28:10Speaker 2: saying it's a backwater to a larger body of water.
- 28:13Speaker 5: I don't know right now.
- 28:14Speaker 3: With the weather, seems like the language is.
- 28:18Speaker 5: A little bit. There's all sorts of good things going
- 28:21Speaker 5: on in the.
- 28:21Speaker 2: Slough, that's right. Question six. The topic is gear. This
- 28:29Speaker 2: outdoor retailer, which is named after the highest point in

- 29:01Speaker 2: You seem amused by your guests too. You had to
- 29:03Speaker 2: cracked a smile as you put your whiteboard down.
- 29:06Speaker 1: No, no, I was thinking about more lagoon jokes. I
- 29:08Speaker 1: could make.
- 29:11Speaker 2: This outdoor retailer, which is named after the highest point
- 29:15Speaker 2: in Lake County, Illinois, filed for bankruptcy in twenty seventeen.

- 29:52Speaker 2: take it it is?
- 29:54Speaker 7: Are you just saying Randall's the type of person that
- 29:56Speaker 7: you associate with Hot Springs.
- 29:59Speaker 2: Well, yeah, you like that one this weekend eating it
- 30:03Speaker 2: look like you love Hot Springs.
- 30:05Speaker 6: Eating some prime rib and orange flombay.

- 30:40Speaker 2: At one point, Gander Mountain had one hundred and sixty
- 30:43Speaker 2: two stores across the country, but they were forced into
- 30:46Speaker 2: bankruptcy in early twenty seventeen, with Camping World winning the
- 30:50Speaker 2: bid to take over the company. They then rebranded as
- 30:53Speaker 2: Gander Outdoors, followed by Gander r V and open and

- 33:18Speaker 2: The correct answer is white. Corey crossed out black at
- 33:22Speaker 2: the last second. The last male Northern white rhino died
- 33:26Speaker 2: in twenty eighteen at a conservancy in Kenya. The two

- 34:22Speaker 2: in Saskatchewan and another name for the service berry.
- 34:27Speaker 8: Service berry is an underloved berry.
- 34:30Speaker 7: Don't some folks pronounce it as service berry?
- 34:32Speaker 2: Yes, sir, for sure. Has anybody been to this largest

- 34:50Speaker 5: Oh yeah, yeah, depends on the year.
- 34:52Speaker 2: But that might be the problem. Brody is there. They're
- 34:54Speaker 2: everywhere and so people don't appreciate them.
- 34:57Speaker 8: Yeah, they're a little seedier.
- 35:01Speaker 9: That's why you gotta cook them. For some reason. When
- 35:03Speaker 9: you put them in a pie. The this goes away.
- 35:07Speaker 1: Started to rethink my answer.
- 35:08Speaker 2: This is the largest city in Saskatchewan. In Another name
