Paul Zimmerman joined our broadcast to give his take on an alarming trend of child sex crimes in U.S. public schools. An estimated 10% of K-12 students will experience sexual misconduct by a school employee by the time they graduate from high school. On average, a teacher who sexually abuses children is passed to three school districts and may have as many as 73 victims.
