🎯 SILVER PRICE Will **MOVE RAPIDLY** With THIS - (Gold Price Too) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:02
Will we get $38 silver sooner or later?
0:06
Is this just a small spike? Are we going to get beat back
0:10
down, or is $32 silver just one stop on the way to prices like
0:16
$50? We're going to cover everything
0:18
in this video. We got a lot to talk about a
0:20
report from the street. Curious what's going on at coin
0:25
shops. I talked to Coin Shop.
0:26
Chris, I've got a very interesting update in regards to
0:29
what he's seen. American Silver Eagles selling
0:33
for $40 each and crazy new news out of China, something I've
0:40
never heard about China before. And you know, China is really
0:45
driving the price of the precious metals right now.
0:48
Our friends in India are helping out as well.
0:50
But big news out of China that I think will you, you'll find
0:54
absolutely shocking. Let's start digging in right
0:56
away. So are we in for a move, a rapid
1:00
move, up to $38 per oz in silver?
1:05
I think that if it's going to happen soon, it's going to
1:08
happen real soon and I mean within the next two weeks.
1:12
What do you think? Leave a comment in the comment
1:15
section, but it feels to me very different.
1:18
And I've been following these markets closely for almost 20
1:23
years. Silver has been my friend,
1:25
likely your friend as well. And it really is different right
1:29
now. I think if we get a little burst
1:33
of new interest in the silver market, we could shoot up to the
1:37
high 30s per oz. I would say that I then think
1:40
it's likely that we'll get a pullback maybe to 3233 again.
1:45
But the whole point here, guys, is if we are in a bull market
1:50
for the metals, we're going to go up, we're going to pull back
1:53
down a little bit. We're going to go up again, pull
1:55
back a little bit. That builds a strong continued
1:59
base, higher lows. Let me show you a visual of what
2:02
I'm talking about. OK, We're going to get to this
2:05
one later. Hold on here.
2:07
Oh, this is what an ex president had to say about the Federal
2:14
Reserve. Oh my gosh, there's so much for
2:17
us to talk about today. But if if we're in a bull
2:19
market, this is a a gold chart that I put together for you.
2:24
But this is what it's going to look like.
2:26
And it'll be the exact same chart with silver instead of on
2:29
the left hand side, it's saying $25 up to $100 per oz is what
2:35
it'll say for silver. So why, as you see, right, the
2:38
price will go up, pull back, right and go up again.
2:42
Now this was for gold a couple of weeks ago, but are we at one
2:45
of these peaks? You probably can't see my
2:47
cursor. Will we get up to a peak of
2:50
let's say $38 per oz and then pull back the $32 per oz?
2:55
I think it's very likely. I'll, I'll go.
2:58
I went out on a limb and said I think we have a good shot at
3:01
getting the $38 silver in the next two weeks.
3:04
Hey, look, last Sunday we sat down here together, basement
3:07
dwellers and thank you for being here and I told you that I
3:11
thought we could get to $30 by Friday.
3:15
As you know, we far exceeded that.
3:17
What are we, 3145 per oz right now.
3:21
So if this momentum continues, $38 per oz within two weeks I
3:26
think is very, very doable. Don't make any financial
3:29
decisions based upon what I'm predicting.
3:33
But but look, things are different this time.
3:38
Absolutely. And what did Andrew McGuire tell
3:41
us? Do you know who Andrew McGuire
3:43
is? Andrew McGuire, in my opinion,
3:45
knows more about the inner workings of the silver market
3:50
than anybody out there on the planet.
3:52
He has a show called Live from the Vault, OK?
3:55
He's a British guy. He knows what's going on at the
3:58
LBMA. He knows what's going on at the
4:00
big paper markets, The Unicorn, the Comex in the LBMA, and we're
4:05
going to look at more charts about them a little bit later as
4:07
well. But what, what did Andrew
4:09
McGuire say four or five weeks ago?
4:12
It like totally set off fireworks in my head.
4:15
And I hope it does for you as well, because what he said a
4:18
little over a month ago was that he thought the Comex, the paper
4:22
markets were in danger of breaking.
4:25
And he said, I'm not talking about years out in the future.
4:28
I'm talking about months, right? Possibly weeks as well.
4:32
And it's already been a month, so we're halfway there.
4:35
Basement dwellers, it's it could get very interesting.
4:40
Maybe things like we can't even imagine because we've been
4:44
beaten down for so long. But forget about that.
4:47
Let's talk about the positive. Let's talk about the future.
4:50
It could get crazy interesting. Now look, I'm talking about,
4:54
thank you, Neil, for the Super chat, my friend.
4:57
There's Neil from Neil Han's Dynasty.
5:01
We got to be realistic, right? I'm, I'll just say this right
5:04
now, I think there's about a 50% chance we get that $38 per oz
5:09
silver in the next two to three weeks.
5:12
But we also have a chance that we could have $28.00 silver.
5:16
I think we're right. We are on the precipice of
5:19
major, major moves in the silver market and what the heck,
5:24
they're already selling silver for $38 per oz in China.
5:28
Did you hear that? Yeah.
5:30
Did you hear that jd.com, they're equivalent of Amazon.
5:35
China's huge guys. And I've got other this is
5:38
that's not the big China news. I got more massive, something
5:41
that's going to knock your socks off.
5:43
Buckle up, buttercup, about China a little bit later.
5:47
New news to me. I bet it's new to you as well.
5:50
But we know that on jd.com, the the Chinese Amazon, they're
5:55
selling silver for $38 per oz. And isn't that the price of
6:00
silver? You know, Pat Holland from the
6:02
Missouri Freedom Initiative would say it all the time, like
6:04
the price of silver is what you're paying for it, whether
6:09
you're getting it from Pimbex, whether you're getting it from
6:12
your local coin shop, whatever it is, the the spot price plus
6:16
the premium is the price. And in China that would be $38
6:20
per oz. Our friends in India are telling
6:22
us it's becoming a little difficult.
6:24
What does all this mean? Right.
6:26
What that means, guys, is that the supply of silver is drying
6:30
up. The real price of silver is
6:33
much, much higher, right? What about, what about if you
6:36
want to buy an American Silver Eagle?
6:37
We're going to get into that later.
6:39
American Silver Eagles are selling for $40 here in the US
6:43
Yes, I know. They're typically the, the
6:45
product that has the highest premium, but none the less.
6:48
OK, let's look at our friend Mike quick and see what he had
6:52
to say about the silver chart. Mikey, quick, there it is.
6:57
Let's get back there. OK.
7:00
And this, my friends. Hey, Ron McAdams premiums are
7:05
rising fast at my dealer. Thank you for the Super chat.
7:09
I gotta put that down so we can see the whole chart.
7:12
Here we go, guys. And thank you, Susie.
7:16
All right, guys, hold on here. OK.
7:20
OK. This is a chart of silver.
7:23
Let's look at this for just one second.
7:26
Do you see what I see? That's the last time I'll sing
7:30
today. But guys we are in an upward
7:34
moving channel to the right hand side, OK.
7:38
The other thing going on in the silver chart right now is an
7:43
inverse head and shoulders, an upside down head and shoulders
7:46
pattern, which is also very, very bullish for the silver
7:51
price and all of it. Are you ready for the kicker?
7:53
If we're going to be Chartist here for just 30 more seconds,
7:57
the big kicker is we've got this upward channel, OK?
8:01
He says $29.88 floor, $38 target.
8:06
We like what you think and it could even go higher.
8:11
What? What?
8:12
Remember. Oh, gosh, remember we had a
8:15
copper squeeze last week. Take a deep breath.
8:19
Copper. We're going to talk about how
8:20
important copper is to silver and the gold here in a second.
8:24
We had a squeeze in the copper market.
8:28
That's not some some YouTube in his basement in Saint Louis
8:31
saying that that was Reuters and Bloomberg recognizing A
8:35
legitimate squeeze in the copper market.
8:38
It could go, it could go much, much higher from here.
8:42
Thank you, Mikey for that. And we're back.
8:48
Hey, all right, guys. OK.
8:51
All right. Well, here we go.
8:52
Let's this I think is one of the most exciting things nobody else
8:57
is talking about when it comes to the silver price.
9:00
But as you're going to see right now, it absolutely has to do
9:05
with here it is with the gold price as well.
9:09
This is a fancy graph that we had put together, paid a lot of
9:14
money to have this done. But what I want you to look at
9:16
is silver in the middle, OK? Now look at the orange.
9:21
Ignore the blue at the top. We're going to talk about that.
9:23
One second. Look at the orange writing, OK,
9:26
you've got gold. OK, which is a pure monetary
9:31
metal. Silver is is schizophrenic, is
9:33
bipolar, Whatever the right term would be has two personalities.
9:37
Silver is very related to gold. We know that as a monetary metal
9:43
it's like 1/2 brother to gold. But look to the left at copper.
9:49
Copper's almost purely an industrial metal, but silver's
9:52
also half an industrial metal. So silver's like got this split
9:57
personality half related to copper as an industrial metal.
10:01
Again look at the orange, no looking up at the blue yet, but
10:04
also half related to gold as a monetary metal.
10:09
Take a deep breath, we got two. You're going to need to take 2
10:12
deep breaths. Take a deep breath.
10:13
Now you can look up at the blue riding.
10:17
Have you noticed that copper has had an all time high in a short
10:21
squeeze as of lately? Right.
10:25
That industrial metal that silver is half related to all
10:29
time high, short squeeze all time high.
10:32
What about gold, Look at that blue riding.
10:35
Oh yes, blue high lighting, I'm sorry, all time high.
10:40
Silver is sitting there in the middle.
10:43
It pretty much half still of its all time high.
10:47
What does this tell us guys? We talked about this yesterday.
10:50
But wait, there is more. There is more, right?
10:54
Because as as silver's half siblings both reach all time
10:58
highs. OK, silver.
11:01
Actually I would argue you may not agree with me on this one,
11:05
but I would argue silver has a more compelling set of
11:10
fundamental factors supporting it then either gold or copper.
11:14
We love gold. We know what's going on with
11:17
gold. We love copper.
11:18
We know what's going on with copper.
11:20
Gold. Central banks buying like crazy.
11:23
That whole story, right? The pure monetary metal of the
11:26
kings of the world forever. Copper, the critical metal for
11:30
the electrification of the planet.
11:32
Industrial uses WAPA. We love them.
11:35
Silver sits there in the middle. Look, we could go on this live
11:38
stream for the next three hours talking about all the compelling
11:41
fundamental factors behind silver.
11:46
Silver is sitting there with its two half siblings reaching all
11:50
time highs. Shortages, right?
11:53
And silver's at half the price. And the crazy part is, silver
11:57
has better fundamental values. Let that sink in for a little
12:03
bit. Wow.
12:04
I mean, really, it is absolutely an unbelievable set up right
12:10
now. Why do we hear the smartest
12:12
people? Have you thought about this?
12:13
I've heard Gareth Soloway. I've heard, oh, what's that guy?
12:16
Gregory Mannarino. The list we I could go through.
12:19
The list of name brands, smart, legitimate, genuine people.
12:22
What does it mean to us when all these smart, legitimate name
12:26
brand people consistently say that silver is the most
12:32
undervalued asset on the face of the planet?
12:35
It means exactly what I just showed you, right?
12:39
Silver could have the same squeeze that copper had.
12:42
Silver could have new all time highs like gold.
12:45
And it's going to be crazy. Nothing against gold or copper.
12:49
And by the way, Platinum's doing great now as well for our friend
12:53
Neil. OK, do you let me ask you a
12:55
question. Think about this.
12:56
It's tonight's going to be an exciting night.
12:58
Are you ready? When the market opens, it's
13:01
going to be crazy. I think what happens tonight,
13:04
right when the markets open, you know, Shanghai will be trading
13:08
the the New York, whatever, Nymex, whatever the the
13:11
electronic exchanges will be running the United States about
13:14
5 central. It's gonna be absolutely crazy.
13:17
But if you thought about this, don't you think, don't you think
13:22
there's a lot of new people? Look, we've got 700 people on
13:25
this live stream already on a Sunday morning.
13:27
Thank you for being here, by the way, 'cause you are the most
13:31
important part of this basement. But as we grow, don't you think
13:36
we got a lot of new people researching silver, researching
13:40
gold, researching the precious metal mining stocks this
13:44
weekend? That means new buyers, more
13:47
people coming in. It's the whole metals, It's
13:50
platinum. All the metals are rallying,
13:53
right? People are starting to wake up,
13:56
OK? People are, oh, thank people
14:00
are, are, are are realizing that this sector is moving And again,
14:09
Silver is poised like better than all of them to have a
14:14
slingshot move higher. So hopefully you've got your
14:18
silver. OK now we're going to talk about
14:20
soon here. Well, let's go right in.
14:22
You want you curious what's going on at the Coin Shop level.
14:25
I had a long conversation with our friend Coin Shop Chris last
14:29
night. He actually said they were going
14:31
to be working today on Sunday and and and and because demand
14:39
has been let's just say very robust at the coin shop.
14:42
But this is what he had to say. He observed people are in semi
14:47
panic mode right now, OK? He says don't panic, cost
14:52
average. I'd like we said all along,
14:55
don't panic. Make prudent decisions.
14:57
Don't like run out and put all your money into silver tomorrow
15:00
or today or anything like that. Just my opinion.
15:03
I'm not giving financial advice, but you know, you do whatever
15:06
you want, but you don't want you want to be prudent.
15:09
You know, our friend Mike at Pinbex, one of the owners said
15:12
that same thing, OK, But he said people are afraid.
15:17
I said, why are all these people showing up?
15:19
He said. Because they're afraid that
15:21
they're missing the boat. All these people, we talked
15:24
about this yesterday, and I was kind of guilty of this myself,
15:28
but not really because I've been buying silver for 20 years, OK?
15:32
Storing it off site safe, OK. But nonetheless, a lot of people
15:37
were saying, well, well, if silver gets back to 20, then
15:40
gold goes back to 1900, then I'll buy.
15:42
Those people are panicking right now.
15:45
Semi panicking OK coin shop, Chris also says.
15:50
Very important. This is a very this is a key OK
15:54
for you as a stacker. Don't compare the size of your
15:58
stack to anybody else's. Just worry about what you have
16:03
right? And if you're trying to build
16:04
your stack, I would recommend do it on a weekly, monthly basis.
16:08
Put the same amount in, but don't watch some guy on YouTube
16:12
who's showing you, oh, I got 15,000 ounces of silver, look at
16:15
all my silver, blah, blah. I won't show you my face, but
16:18
look at all this, you know, don't worry, OK?
16:21
Worry about what you have and you're going to be a OK, a very
16:26
coin shop. Chris also said people are in
16:29
tune to watch this. Chinese open today in the
16:32
markets $40.00 for Eagles. He was the one that told me
16:35
that. And I was like, wow, wow.
16:37
So I thought, I wonder what that's the going price right
16:41
now. I thought, I wonder what Pinbex
16:43
is selling Eagles for. So hold on here, I want to show
16:46
you something. OK.
16:51
I went out to Pinbex and I noticed if you just want to buy
16:54
one random year American Silver Eagle, you're looking at about
17:00
38, one to 19 for for the cash price $38 per oz.
17:06
I then went out to some of the other major bullion dealers, and
17:11
the one of them that everybody would know of starts with the
17:14
letter A was selling the same thing 1 to 19 for $41.22.
17:22
OK, so look, thank you to Pembax for sponsoring the channel, but
17:27
thank you to Pembax for providing the same metal
17:31
availability to all the stackers out there for consistently the
17:35
best prizes. Same metal, same quality.
17:39
Pimbex. A company that I've trusted.
17:41
A company I've worked with, a company I've bought from.
17:45
When you go to buy bullion online, just do yourself a
17:48
favor, throw them into the mix. I'm not telling you what to do,
17:52
OK, but but you may benefit from comparing what you can get from
17:57
Pimbex to what you can get from some of the other big name brand
18:01
bullion dealers. And look, I did a little math on
18:03
this was like, if somebody were to buy a tube of American Silver
18:07
Eagles, 20 Eagles and save almost $3, that's like $60.00.
18:13
That's almost like you get the tube and then you can almost
18:16
darn nearby yourself two extra Eagles at the same time.
18:20
So thank you, Pimbex, for sponsoring Ron's basement.
18:23
Thank you, all 800 of us for being here this morning.
18:26
It's going to get a, we're going to talk about ending the Fed in
18:30
real steps, OK, that are potentially being taken right
18:34
now regarding the Federal Reserve.
18:37
We'll get to that later. Oh, in the China news, China is
18:43
everything. If you, if you're into silver,
18:47
if you're into gold, if you're into platinum, if you're into
18:49
any of that. China is the biggest thing you
18:52
need to keep your eye on right now, OK, Because they are taking
18:56
over. So we're going to get to that
18:59
Papa. Oh, here.
19:00
Have you ever thought about this?
19:03
Have you ever thought about this?
19:05
the US government. OK, you're you probably live in
19:08
the United States, probably live in a western country, Probably
19:11
You're a silver and gold stacker, precious metal mining
19:15
stock investor. The US government does not want
19:17
you to own silver and gold. We know they hate the Fiat
19:24
systems hate silver and gold. They want to dissuade you.
19:27
They want to scare you. They want to make you think that
19:31
you're dirty, right. You know, you're one in 100 type
19:34
people. We've had that.
19:36
We're we're only one in one in 101 in 200 people, us stackers.
19:40
And I was thinking about this last night and it made me really
19:43
kind of mad, right. OK, what do they want you to do?
19:46
They don't want you in gold and silver.
19:50
What does the government want you in?
19:52
They want you in debt, right? The whole system is based on
19:56
debt. The whole it's a it's a it's
19:59
completely infuriating. It is.
20:05
They don't want you in silver and gold.
20:08
But wait till you hear about this China situation.
20:11
They want you in debt. And Remember, Remember
20:16
throughout history. Including right now, including
20:19
the history that just happened 30 seconds ago and is being
20:23
written right now. Gold is the money of the royalty
20:28
of the kings of the ruling class.
20:31
Silver is the money of gentlemen of nobility.
20:36
OK, OK, real money. Gold and silver debt is the
20:40
money of slaves. And think about that.
20:44
Your government, if you live in a Western country, wants you to
20:49
be in debt. Period.
20:52
Right. They want you to be financially
20:55
illiterate. That's a fact.
20:57
I heard somebody say this the other day.
20:59
People coming out of high school are financially illiterate.
21:03
People coming out of college or you go to college degree.
21:06
I grew up very middle class, Florissant MO.
21:09
Middle of middle class. My parents were awesome.
21:12
They provided. They made sacrifices.
21:15
I'll start crying if I talk about them anymore.
21:17
I really will, because they're just wonderful, wonderful
21:20
people. OK.
21:22
Luckily, my grandpa, my mom's dad, he knew about, he read the
21:26
Wall Street Journal every day. He knew about money.
21:28
He taught me a little bit, got me started about money growing
21:31
up. But most people, you're only
21:33
going to learn it from your parents or grandparents, OK?
21:36
And I learned from my parents as well.
21:38
They're very financially responsible.
21:41
Savvy. I guess you could say.
21:43
But most people don't get that. And people coming out of high
21:46
school, financially illiterate, college, financially illiterate,
21:50
What are you taught? What are you taught in high
21:52
school? Go into debt?
21:53
Go to college so you can be a slave for the rest of your life?
21:55
I'm sorry. It really, really irks me.
22:00
OK? And I may make it part of the
22:01
Ron's basement mission to improve financial literacy just
22:05
so people understand. But none the less, let's say
22:07
thank you. Wow, you guys are being super
22:10
generous this morning. What the heck, Neil?
22:13
Thank you. Ron McAdams.
22:15
Let's see his smiling face as usual.
22:17
Thank you. Ron.
22:18
Premiums are rising. Yes, premiums are going up.
22:22
When premiums go up. OK.
22:25
When the amount of money that you need to spend above and
22:28
beyond the spot price of silver go up, that means only one
22:33
thing. Do you know what it is?
22:35
That means demand is going up. So that's a good thing.
22:38
Thank you for sharing that Frank.
22:42
Frank says what silver's all time high in inflated dollars.
22:46
Well Frank, finally a good question that I know the answer
22:48
to. I've heard on the low side like
22:52
$145.00 and on the high side I've heard $185 per oz.
22:58
That's the 1980. I think gold a silver actually
23:02
hit an intraday high of around 5150, two 5150 or 5250.
23:10
OK. And if you and if you account
23:12
for all the inflation that's occurred over the last 44 years,
23:16
you get to a price north of $150.00 per oz.
23:21
Thank you for that question. America's first thank you for
23:24
the Super snack, super Chad and you got 2000 ounces of silver.
23:28
All right that is awesome. What's let's let's if you're in
23:35
to silver and gold, this is hard for us to really comprehend but
23:41
it's so critical. So critical, right.
23:44
It's real similar to that idea that we shouldn't really really
23:47
we would benefit. I'm not going to use the S word.
23:50
We would benefit by not valuing our precious metals based on
23:55
Fiat dollars, Fiat, EUR, Fiat. Anything that we should really
24:00
value will benefit by valuing our ounces based on oz and
24:05
comparing. What does an ounce of silver get
24:07
me? How many gallons of gas, How
24:09
many loaves of bread? How many times can I get my
24:12
grass cut? All right.
24:14
What you know what goods or services value wise does each
24:18
ounce of the metal command. OK, that's critical.
24:22
That's not. I'm sorry I went down that path.
24:24
But it's similar that we also we have a hard time and I do too.
24:29
We all struggle with that. But it's similar to this idea.
24:34
They guess what? I got news for you.
24:36
I got a secret for you. China is taking over the
24:39
precious metals sector. And when I heard the statistic
24:42
last night, it was Alice, Sarah, McLeod or one of these guys said
24:47
this, I it just. And this, this will send that
24:51
tingly feeling down your spine. So hold on to your socks.
24:55
Hold on to your spine. Because this, my friends, is
24:58
shocking. Absolutely.
25:00
Can I say that a little more exaggerated?
25:02
This is absolutely shocking. OK, The Chinese love silver,
25:07
gold. We know that.
25:08
We won't go down that path. But did you know?
25:10
Did you know? I've got to read this.
25:12
The rate of savings in China, the savings rate is 47 percent,
25:20
47. That means Chinese people save
25:24
40% of their money. Unbelievable.
25:29
Maybe that's why. Maybe.
25:31
Think about this. If they're saving darn near half
25:34
of their money, does that explain why they're snatching up
25:38
all the world's, All the world's gold and silver?
25:42
Is that the reason behind what's going on?
25:45
Because remember, I made a little, a little rhyme for you.
25:49
In China, they've got a real estate bubble.
25:52
They've got stock market trouble, and they don't trust
25:56
their banks double. Where'd I go?
26:00
I lost my slot. Sound familiar?
26:04
Gold, gold. Gold is what they're after in
26:07
huge, huge amounts. What other alternative do they
26:11
have? And think about that within the
26:13
context of the United States of America.
26:16
Right here, where I am, I'm right in the middle.
26:18
St. Louis, MO.
26:20
Home of the giant silver arch. Right?
26:22
Huh. Yeah, Think about that in terms
26:25
of this. Do we have a real estate bubble?
26:28
Do we have a stock market bubble?
26:33
Do we trust our banks? All of those three things.
26:37
OK, real estate bubble in the United States.
26:41
Stock market bubble in the United States.
26:44
Bank trouble in the United States.
26:47
All of those are sitting there Prime.
26:49
No. The stock market's at all time
26:52
highs. Woo Hoo.
26:52
I was the guy this morning. He's like, hey, the 1040
26:55
thousand. I'm thinking you don't even know
26:57
what you own in the Dow. Bunch of crap.
27:00
Excuse my French. That's the C word.
27:02
I get to use it once per live stream right?
27:05
Real estate. Oh my God.
27:07
I like barf run into my neighbours like, oh you know,
27:11
the house is up the street sold for $545,000 and I'm like, I
27:16
don't get it, It doesn't make sense to me And we're starting
27:20
to see cracks in that 'cause I'm getting those emails now every
27:22
day saying house in your neighborhood price asking prices
27:26
drop. But I digress.
27:27
Are we in that same situation? Huh.
27:30
Could we have a real estate bubble first?
27:33
Could we have a stock market trouble?
27:37
I don't know. And what about the banks?
27:40
The banks are the biggest clown show in the world right now here
27:44
in the United States. So in China, right, A country,
27:50
right. The the biggest economy in the
27:51
world according to China and Russia.
27:54
But that's up for debate. We won't go there.
27:57
Their people are crazy about gold.
27:59
Let me This is one we gotta revisit.
28:02
This is one we gotta revisit. Hold on.
28:06
There it is. Tada.
28:09
This is China and this is gold. We you can't read that.
28:17
That's not 300,000. That says on the upper left of
28:20
that. That says 800,000.
28:23
Chinese rush to buy gold at malls at New Year, blah, blah,
28:27
blah. This was like 3-4, five weeks
28:29
ago. Five weeks ago.
28:31
There's all kinds of pictures. Do I have another one?
28:34
Nope. Oh, that's for later.
28:36
OK, all kinds of pictures. I'm gonna tease you again.
28:39
Oh, this is big. This is probably the biggest
28:41
breaking news of the day anyway. 800,000 people line up to buy
28:47
gold in China. Hello.
28:51
Are you in there? Those people right there, they
28:55
all save 47% of their money. Can you believe it?
28:58
I'm going to have a drink of coffee.
29:00
See if you while I'm having the drink of coffee, I want you to
29:02
see if you can see me in there, 'cause I was talking to all
29:05
those people and I'm like, I got to like 750,000 of them.
29:09
And I'm like, do you guys really save 47% of your money?
29:12
All right, hold on. Absolutely shocking.
29:20
Absolutely shocking. Absolutely.
29:23
OK. Oh, this is great.
29:27
This is great. Remember how we talked about you
29:29
and me? Americans are financially
29:31
illiterate. You're not.
29:33
I'm not. Right.
29:34
That's why you're in the basement.
29:35
We're learners. We like to know if you, you can
29:38
give yourself a little pat on the butt.
29:40
OK. Right now.
29:42
All right. A little Pat, because if you're
29:45
here, you're not financially illiterate.
29:48
If you're here, you know the dangers of what?
29:53
Debt. Yes, you better.
29:56
You better. I don't give financial advice,
29:58
but I'll tell you, stay away from debt unless you got like a
30:01
3% mortgage on a house for the next 30 years.
30:04
Congratulations. OK.
30:06
But credit card, any debt, Car debt in it.
30:08
OK, you. The other thing that makes you
30:13
financially literate is you are being your own central bank.
30:17
So congratulations there as well.
30:18
You're doing a good job. Give yourself a pat on the butt.
30:22
Think about this. Think about this.
30:24
OK, Think about this, this. I got to pull this up.
30:30
I saw that. It's time for show and tell.
30:32
That's an American. Oh, hold on.
30:35
They've got to get it just right.
30:36
Look at that. Isn't that the most?
30:38
Beautiful thing you've ever seen in your life.
30:40
That's an American Silver Eagle. If you don't have one of these,
30:44
OK. It's kind of ironic.
30:47
Look at that. All right, sorry, but like, I'm
30:50
selling them to you or something.
30:51
But I'm not. If you had this or you had this,
30:54
this is guaranteed to go. Down, down, down, down, down,
30:57
down, down, down, down, down, down, down.
30:58
This is paper. Think about this.
31:00
Think about 10 years, 50 years out in the future.
31:04
Bye. Bye.
31:05
This will always be valuable. Do you think this is going down
31:11
in value again, we, you know we could have another live stream
31:13
for 10 hours talking about silver, Chinese people, last
31:18
thing about the Chinese, they are taking control of the metals
31:21
markets. Look at the Shanghai Gold
31:24
Exchange and the Shanghai Futures Exchange, the Oriental
31:27
ghost, right. But I won't even pull them up.
31:30
And silver's like $3435 an ounce and and but the difference is
31:36
Chinese people are financially literate, OK?
31:40
They understand money. They understand value.
31:42
Americans are just like I think if you ask the average American
31:46
money, like, well, you just borrow as much as you can, go to
31:50
Disney World, spend 15 grand, we'll pay out, you know,
31:54
whatever. That's crazy.
31:55
It's crazy. I digress.
31:57
OK, oh oh oh. One final thing.
32:00
The Chinese central bank is also buying record amounts of gold.
32:04
They bought gold for the last 17 months.
32:06
I digress. The world is waking up to and
32:09
why? And the Chinese are selling
32:11
dollars. The Chinese are selling U.S.
32:14
Treasuries. Why?
32:15
Because they're waking up to the Fiat, Unicorn fart dust paper
32:20
money clown show that's going on in the world right now.
32:29
OK, the world is waking up. Not the United States.
32:32
They don't want it to end. No, please, please don't.
32:35
We don't want this to end. And Americans have no clue.
32:39
We talked about that already. Who else?
32:42
What if the top. What did the top banker, the top
32:46
banker in the world say that should have, should be, should
32:51
have the hair on the back of your back.
32:55
Is that right? Well, the hair on the back of
32:57
your neck. Sorry, that's what I meant to
32:58
say. The hair on the back of your
33:01
neck standing up. OK, hold on here.
33:05
There we go. We've seen enough of that.
33:07
Please support our sponsors. Thank you very much.
33:09
Enough of that. The spot.
33:10
This is not possible without the sponsors.
33:13
First mining gold firstmininggold.com.
33:16
Fortuna silver Fortuna silver.com.
33:19
Thank you to our sponsors. Happy Sunday.
33:21
What did the top banker? What if I told you I had the top
33:25
banker in the world here in the basement with me today and he
33:28
had a message for you? Jamie.
33:32
Dimon, right. The CEO of JP Morgan Chase.
33:37
Yes, yes, yes. That same JP Morgan Chase that's
33:40
been convicted a couple Times Now of manipulating the silver
33:45
price, right? JP Morgan's not exactly what we
33:48
would call a favored company within the precious metals
33:53
community, but that's about to change.
33:56
Don't worry. Everything is changing
33:59
everything. And really, it's been going on
34:01
for six months. You and I talked about it, those
34:04
of you who've been here for the last six months.
34:06
In December, we definitively said we are in a new
34:09
environment, a new world for silver and gold.
34:13
Absolutely right. Things are changing like never
34:16
before. A new paradigm.
34:17
Everything shifted right. What did Jamie Dimon say?
34:21
Jamie Dimon said we're speeding toward a Cliff.
34:25
It's happening, guys. Lynette Zang, when I've talked
34:29
with her the last two times, it's what we are in the in the
34:33
in the meet, We're into the meet.
34:35
It's happening. Mathematics, right, are coming
34:38
into play. The world at the same time,
34:41
geopolitically is changing on us.
34:44
It's happening right now right beneath our very feet.
34:47
We better be prepared. You better be prepared, right.
34:51
If you were one of those people who said, well I'm not going to
34:53
buy silver until it goes back to 20 an ounce.
34:56
I'm not. I'm not telling you what to do.
34:58
I'm not telling you to go out. Do not make any big rash
35:01
emotional based decisions. Do things on a steady in my
35:05
opinion that's that is my advice.
35:07
A steady, you know, But hopefully most of you are
35:12
prepared because we are in the meet right now.
35:16
It's happening, right? It's like, it's like, it's like
35:19
Jenga, hold on. You know Andy Scheckman right
35:21
here. You know, orange is my.
35:27
Favorite color. I got my orange shorts on today.
35:29
It's like Jenga. I mean, it's the easiest analogy
35:32
in the world, right? Everything's fine.
35:35
The Jenga, the tower is the Fiat tower.
35:38
It's standing. There's no issues now.
35:41
Everything's great. Look, the dollar, the dollar
35:43
will always be value valuable. Your money will always be safe
35:47
in the bank, right. And it's understandable.
35:49
It's called recency bias. Normalcy bias.
35:52
People don't want to face the facts.
35:54
Americans are the. I almost said, a lot of our
35:58
fellow Americans, I'm going to say this in a nice way, aren't
36:02
clued in to what's really going on.
36:04
OK? Because here we are.
36:06
Right? Well, well, hell, look at this.
36:08
Right here we are. There's the Jenga tower.
36:11
That was when it was made out of silver and gold.
36:14
This is now. They've been pulling pieces out,
36:17
right? Devaluing the US dollar.
36:21
This is right about where we are right now, right?
36:24
Everything's still standing up. Everything's everything's great.
36:28
What do you mean, everything's wonderful?
36:30
And then all of a sudden, boom, it hits right?
36:35
And stuff happens. Stuff happens.
36:39
You've been around long enough to realize, right?
36:41
These things do happen, so be prepared.
36:45
No. But Jamie Dimon, let's just
36:47
think. Let's let's just, let's wrap
36:48
that. Jamie Dimon, the CEO of JP
36:50
Morgan Chase, he's kind of like Jeremy Powell or Janet Yellen or
36:58
Joe Biden. I'm sorry, I'm laughing.
37:04
Joe Biden. I'll say that without laughing.
37:07
These people are paid to to to be positive.
37:13
OK, it's not. It's actually not funny.
37:17
What does Joe Biden anyway. But they're paid to communicate
37:23
to the best of their abilities and everything's fine.
37:25
Everything's fine. Remember our analogy, right?
37:28
the United States. And I hate to say this.
37:31
I hate to say this about the country that I was born into in
37:35
1970. I remember the 19, Remember the
37:38
seven 1976 Bicentennial deal. It was a big deal.
37:42
It's like I was. We're Americans and yeah, no,
37:45
it's changed, man. It's changed.
37:49
They they they sold you out. They sold me out.
37:52
Right. If you're part, wait a minute.
37:54
Sorry. If you're part of the 1% right,
37:58
the upper crust of the America, well, you did just great.
38:01
It's not inflation to you. No, it's not called inflation.
38:06
No, it's called the bull market. Stock prices are up, the
38:10
thousand 40,000 woohoo, Yee wee hee.
38:14
All your real estate portfolio that you own is way up.
38:18
But if you're a normal person, if you're part of the working
38:22
class, right? The backbone of this country,
38:25
the real quality of the people that make it happen, it's called
38:29
inflation. It's called going to the grocery
38:31
store. And the same, the same basket of
38:34
groceries that cost you $100 five years ago now somehow cost
38:41
you $150.00. I mean, anyway, I digress.
38:45
Oh, Mr. Positive Man. I'm sorry guys, I went off on a
38:48
tangent again. A tangent of a tangent.
38:51
A double tangent. Anyway, Jamie Diamond's telling
38:54
us you're speeding toward a Cliff.
38:57
OK, we're going to we're going to crash like the Roadrunner.
39:00
Quench on Chris loves the Roadrunner cartoons.
39:03
The Roadrunner's out, goes over the a Wiley Coyote, whatever the
39:07
guy's name is, goes out off the Cliff and he's running and he's
39:10
like, he's still running for a little bit.
39:12
He's OK and then he looks down. He's like, and he goes falling
39:15
down, right. That would be double an encore.
39:24
That that would be that guy. OK, I don't have time to pull
39:28
that up on the screen. Wait till you hear.
39:30
Wait until you hear what the president of the United States
39:35
of America that signed the Federal Reserve Act or whatever
39:39
it was called into law. Wait until you hear what he said
39:44
about the Federal Reserve six years later.
39:47
It'll send shivers up your spine, shivers up your spine,
39:51
and make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up.
39:53
Anyway, where was I? OK, wrong page.
39:58
Thank you for being here. Thank you for all the thumbs up.
40:00
Thank you for all the Super stoop super chats that OK, we
40:06
stagflation. I heard, I've been hearing the
40:09
mainstream media. They said think about this, do
40:11
we have rising prices? Check.
40:14
Do we have a slowing economy? Check this morning.
40:18
I'm running to the grocery store because the big fancy grocery
40:21
store by my house on Sunday mornings, they mark down all the
40:23
meat they didn't sell. On Saturday, I got a big Chuck
40:26
roast for 13 bucks. Anyway, I'm going to the you
40:29
know how upset I am about the red lobsters getting closed.
40:34
Susie and I used to go there once a month.
40:36
The big RL was our big deal. Red Lobster went down the tube.
40:40
I stopped going there. I don't even like Walt's
40:42
favorite shrimp anymore. I'm glad they're gone.
40:44
They deserve it because the hedge fund took them over
40:46
anyway. But Red Lobster?
40:48
In my opinion, rich people don't go to Red Lobster.
40:51
The 1%? No, no.
40:53
Middle America goes to Red Lobster when they want to
40:55
indulge a little bit, When they feel like taking their family of
40:59
four out for dinner and spending $110.00.
41:03
Because by the time you're done and your kids order a soda and
41:06
your wife orders a beer and you order some entrees, you know
41:10
you're and you got to pay a tip. It's probably more like $130.00.
41:14
Who can afford that? Or who wants to waste that much
41:16
money? I got a 3 LB Chuck roast for 10%
41:20
of that cost, you know? And then Susie gets mad at me.
41:23
She's like, I just made a Chuck roast last week and I'm like,
41:26
well, maybe I'll put this one, I don't know.
41:28
But anyway, I digress. When I'm going to get this Chuck
41:30
roast, more signs. I have a visual for you.
41:34
Stay with me here. The economy is in bad shape.
41:37
Guys. Hold on here.
41:38
And. Then we're going to hear about
41:41
this. President, We're going to talk
41:43
about mining stocks. Where'd it go?
41:45
Oh, oh, I found it here. Nope.
41:51
Here we go. This place, Dave and Tony's,
41:55
you've never heard of it. It's a was a one place by my
41:59
house. It was a like premium burger
42:01
place. It's been around for like 15
42:03
years. It was like really good, really
42:06
popular, whatever. And I'm driving to the Chamak's
42:09
grocery store and I'm like, oh, they're they got paper up on all
42:12
the windows. I'm like, they must be
42:13
remodeling Dave and Tony's. It's about time.
42:15
It's been 15 years. And I drive around the corner
42:18
and I see this, see that in the upper left corner, permanently
42:23
closed. I'm telling you, we are going to
42:26
be, we are in for the worst time.
42:29
I think it's hitting right now. This is, this is gonna be scary
42:33
for you. It's gonna be scary time, doom
42:36
time. But it's hitting right now.
42:40
OK? The next six months, I think the
42:43
wheels can come off the bus. Remember at the end of 2023 and
42:47
we talked about how 2024 there were so many black Swans
42:52
circling right. And guys, let's be real.
42:55
I'm wrong. I was wrong.
42:56
We not really had any big events occur yet this year however.
43:00
However, However, right, there's still seven months left and we
43:05
got this presidential election but the economy's I feel like
43:10
it's crashing. I was driving last night again,
43:13
home from Six Flags. They closed a Burger King down.
43:16
Boop a Burger King of all places, right?
43:19
They closed a Red Lobster. There was this place called
43:21
Super Smokers, like a super popular barbecue joint closed.
43:26
And then there's like this line of used car lots right on Hwy.
43:32
44 here in Saint Louis. Like these little like 11, you
43:35
know two man shop used car lots. Probably had like 100 cars or 60
43:39
cars in the lots, two of them completely empty, closed.
43:45
The car business is going in the toilet.
43:47
The commercial real estate business is in the toilet.
43:49
The residential real estate is circling the toilet.
43:53
It's having stomach cramps right now.
43:58
The next six months could be absolutely crazy.
44:04
That's my prediction. Look, last Sunday I said we'd
44:06
get $30 silver. I'm on A roll.
44:09
OK, so if it's November 19th and we've not, the economy still.
44:15
Oh, the economy's doing great. The GDP went up by 3%.
44:19
You know what's wrong with you, right?
44:21
What's wrong with you? That's what Janet Yellen did.
44:23
You know, she asked you that question.
44:25
What's wrong with you? We kind of that we don't
44:27
understand why Americans aren't happy with how the economy is.
44:32
OK, well, yeah. Anyway.
44:35
Go to the grocery store. Do whatever.
44:37
OK. All right.
44:38
The big deal is this is about silver and gold.
44:42
You want rocket fuel. For silver, you want rocket.
44:45
You want nitrous oxide, right? Remember that for cars, you you
44:50
want the craziest, best environment.
44:52
We're in it right now, guys. We're in it right now.
44:56
Is the economy slowing? Check.
45:01
Yeah. Are prices still going up?
45:03
They sure feel like it to me. Check.
45:06
You put it all together and what do you get?
45:09
You get stagflation. Yeah, Stagflation.
45:14
OK. And there is nothing ever in the
45:18
history of the world, the universe for that matter, that
45:22
will propel the prices. And we'll talk about price just
45:26
cause 'cause 'cause we have to Of silver, gold, platinum, All
45:31
the metals higher. Is it starting right now?
45:34
Feels like it didn't last week. Feel like it?
45:37
Check. Right.
45:38
Rising prices? Check.
45:40
Slowing economy? Check.
45:43
Major rally in the metals? Check.
45:45
Any. Check.
45:46
Check. Check.
45:46
Check. Check.
45:48
All right, buckle up, buttercup. It's going to get interesting.
45:51
We got more. Wait till you.
45:52
Oh, it's bad. So I take my daughter's my one
45:59
daughter and her friend the Six Flags.
46:01
Last night we go to Culver's on the way home.
46:04
Look, you know, I am a very frugal guy.
46:07
Susie will tell you. We we almost had to go to
46:10
marriage counseling because during the first five years of
46:13
our marriage, I would never let her buy a soda when we went out
46:16
to eat. I'm like, it's a rip off.
46:17
Let's spend $3 on a soda. You know, we work through it.
46:22
I'm more flexible now with her soft drink purchases, but I go
46:25
to Culver's with my daughter and her friend, and I don't know if
46:30
I should tell you this or not. I have a confession to make when
46:33
I go to Culver's, 'cause you go to Culver's and you want to get
46:36
like a burger and a fry and a drink.
46:39
You know, it's gonna be like $1314.00.
46:42
But you know what? I do?
46:44
I get the kids meal, 'cause it's the same size burger.
46:47
It's a little thing of French fries.
46:49
You get a soft drink and when you're done, you tear this thing
46:52
off your bag and you go up and you get a little dish of ice
46:55
cream. It's like the perfect amount of
46:57
food, you know? I mean, that's what it's gotten
47:00
to. I'm eating kids meals, don't,
47:04
don't leave the live stream because of that.
47:06
We're going to talk about ending the Fed.
47:08
Let's talk about quickly, Quickly though, what is getting
47:11
very interesting over the weekend, you know people are are
47:15
researching silver and gold. This week is pivotal for the
47:20
silver and gold price. The silver and gold market,
47:23
probably the most, I think, pivotal week that we'll have
47:27
this year. Look, a week from today, we
47:29
could be sitting down here and I'm saying, hey guys and mark my
47:32
word, I think we're going to be either saying we got 3435 maybe
47:36
$38 silver. I hope that's the case.
47:39
But I think there's also just as much of a chance that we could
47:43
be sitting down here saying what they beat us down down to 2726.
47:47
I'll tell you this, if there was ever a day in the history of the
47:54
silver and gold universe where the manipulators at the COMEX,
47:58
the powers that be, whoever are going to try to, what do they
48:01
call that? Monkey slam, monkey, Ham.
48:04
I don't know. Whatever.
48:05
Push down, tamp down the price of the metals.
48:07
It's going to be tonight and Monday morning.
48:10
Everybody's all excited. Like tonight when the market
48:12
opens, what's going to go on in China and where are you going to
48:15
go live, Ron? And if it's crazy, crazy, crazy,
48:18
I will go live. Otherwise, I'd really like to
48:20
spend some time with my family. But none the less, this week is
48:24
going to be nuts. Next week.
48:25
Right now we're going to be talking about either 343538
48:30
dollar silver or we're going to be talking about 27262829 dollar
48:36
silver. This is not this week is.
48:39
I could be dead wrong, but if we're sitting down here next
48:41
week talking about $32 silver, I don't think we're going to be
48:45
flat for the week. I'd be happy if we were flat for
48:49
the week, right? I'd be, you know, even happier
48:51
if we got those big numbers. But we'll just have to see what
48:53
happens. It's going to be interesting,
48:55
but there's a lot of people this weekend digging into precious
48:58
metals. We've got 1100 people on this
49:01
live stream right now, but there's only one that matters,
49:04
and that's you. So thank you for being here.
49:06
We really do consider it a big honor, Susie I, the moderators,
49:10
who we have a great deal of admiration and appreciation for
49:14
when you guys join us down here. But there's also there's a lot
49:17
of new people diving into the precious metals pool.
49:20
It's going to be interesting to see what happens next week.
49:24
Let's talk about the mining stocks for a little bit, 'cause
49:26
this is where it can get real interesting.
49:29
Oops, I didn't mean for that to come up.
49:31
Bye. Bye Dave and Tony's.
49:32
I guess I'll never be eating there again.
49:35
Let's look at the undervaluation within the mining sector.
49:40
This is just absolutely look at the metals.
49:45
And here we go. There she is.
49:48
This is from our friend Tabi Costa.
49:51
OK, What does this show us? OK, it shows you the gold price
49:58
in yellow. OK.
50:00
The GDX, OK, which is the big, the gold price in yellow, let me
50:05
back up. Gold price is yellow, silver
50:10
price is blue, OK And the green are the big mining stocks.
50:15
The senior miners, look how they've all moved together over
50:18
the last year. The white line.
50:20
OK are the are, the are, the, are, the junior miners.
50:25
And look at that gap between the junior miners and the big mining
50:29
stocks. As you know, I'm heavily
50:31
invested in the junior mining sector.
50:34
There's a big opportunity gap there.
50:36
It's going to be super interesting.
50:37
But wait until you hear this. What about 6X?
50:41
Hold on here, hold on. This is from Hedgehog Trader.
50:45
Let me make sure I got that up. Yep.
50:48
Nope. Hold on.
50:51
Here we go. Gold stocks.
50:55
Which is the Hui, that's guys that's that's called the Huey
50:59
Index. It's real easy to understand.
51:01
It's a combination of I think it's 12 or 16, I'm pretty sure
51:06
12 of the biggest mining companies which aren't hedging
51:11
their their portfolio. It's just like the, it's like
51:14
the, it's like the NASDAQ. Well, it's not.
51:17
But then Nasdaq's an index. The S&P 500 is an index of 500
51:21
companies. The Huey is an index of the 12
51:26
biggest gold mining companies. OK, it says gold stocks up 6%
51:32
versus gold monthly. Miners are cheap though.
51:35
Guys. The miners are cheap and must
51:38
rise 6 fold to reach all time highs of the last precious
51:43
metals ball. So if we look at this chart
51:46
again, just shows the gross undervaluation in the mining
51:50
stocks. This is a ratio, so it compares
51:53
the Huey index, OK, to the price of gold.
51:57
And as you can see, we are down here .12.
52:01
So that means that for each unit of the Huey index, which again
52:06
is a a combination of the 12 biggest mining companies to the
52:10
price of gold, it's .12. The more richly valued the
52:14
mining stocks are, the higher that ratio goes.
52:17
And what he's saying is if you look back here, that ratio gets
52:21
as high as, I don't know, almost .7 at one point that the mining
52:25
stocks would need to go up. Yes, it's true.
52:29
Six times just to reach that level.
52:31
OK, let's go right now to let's go right now to ending the Fed
52:36
because we have, Thomas Massie has introduced a bill to end the
52:42
Federal Reserve. Yes, that Federal Reserve, the
52:45
last time it was tried is in 2013 by Senator Ron Paul.
52:50
What's interesting is it's actually getting a lot of
52:53
support from a lot of senators and congressmen and women.
52:56
I'll say it's probably not going to go anywhere, but it's
53:01
interesting that it's getting massive, massive support.
53:04
It would end the Fed one year after it's enacted.
53:08
But but 1913, this is interesting.
53:11
What did a What did? What did?
53:14
So the the Fed was created in 1913.
53:17
OK, what's also two crazy interesting things about this
53:21
Feds created in 1913 in that same year.
53:25
That's when the federal income tax was created as well.
53:30
Does that make you a little suspicious?
53:32
Makes me a little suspicious. But what did our former
53:36
president say? The president was Woodrow
53:39
Wilson, who actually signed the Federal Reserve Act into
53:45
existence. He created the Federal Reserve.
53:47
He did that in 1913. What did he say?
53:51
Six years later? This, this will, will, will send
53:55
shivers down your spine, he says.
53:57
I am a most unhappy man. I've unwittingly ruined my
54:02
country. A great industrial nation is now
54:07
controlled by its system of credit.
54:11
We are no longer. A government by free opinion, no
54:15
longer a government by conviction in the vote of the
54:18
majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of a
54:23
small group of dominant men. Whoa, whoa, whoa, Woodrow Wilson
54:30
said this in in in. I'm sorry, 1919, right.
54:36
Six years after signing the Federal Reserve Act.
54:40
If you look down here on the bottom of 1913, what a system of
54:45
credit. Remember what we said earlier,
54:47
guys, the US government doesn't want you to own gold, doesn't
54:52
want you to own silver. They don't want you in gold or
54:56
silver. They want you in debt into me.
55:00
The fact that the president who at the time signed the federal.
55:05
I I actually we salute Woodrow for having the courage and have
55:09
you ever noticed he kind of gets pushed to the side.
55:12
I'm telling you guys it's it's a it's really really crazy how
55:16
they try to control what information people are taught.
55:21
Like I was kind of taught Woodrow Wilson wasn't a good
55:23
president blah blah blah. Well, Woodrow Wilson had the had
55:28
the had the had the courage to say the truth.
55:32
So we salute you, Woodrow. What happens, guys?
55:35
What happens if they lower interest rates?
55:38
Let's go out real quickly here and here we go.
55:49
Close that down. OK, close that OK.
55:54
With momentum in its favor, gold has potential to head higher.
55:59
Gold looks well poised to build on this year's Games, with
56:02
speculative speculative momentum seeming to entice marginal
56:06
buying and perpetuating perpetrating a virtuous circle.
56:10
Interesting this, OK. Hold on, I want to go down.
56:17
Here. Over in the United.
56:19
States the markets are again warming up to the idea of
56:23
interest rate cuts from the Fed. After the softer than forecast
56:27
inflation prints for April, traders now seem to be
56:29
converging on September. This is all the Fed BS noise
56:34
right? That does affect right short
56:36
term the price of gold and silver September for a first
56:40
reduction and are factoring in in nearly two cuts by year end.
56:44
Whether or not that positioning proves accurate needs to be
56:47
seen. But traders will be inclined to
56:51
price those cuts into bullion pricing 1st and ask questions
56:54
later. And with geopolitical tension
56:57
staying elevated, Gold will find the extra bid going in its
57:02
favor. So this is the the what, what we
57:05
need to be prepared for in terms of the prevailing sentiment with
57:09
the mainstream media. Thank you, Sterling.
57:11
Thank you. Right.
57:13
They're going to cut rates. The feds got to cut rates.
57:15
But I got a question for you and and I got AI got a surprise for
57:19
you. OK, but I have a question for
57:21
you. What if the Fed can't cut rates
57:23
'cause there's a little elephant in the room, and that is that
57:27
the United States of America has this massive, massive amount of
57:33
debt that it needs people to buy, right?
57:37
We don't. The US debt clock, $35 trillion.
57:41
Who's gonna buy it? The Chinese, right?
57:43
We sent the old Janet over there, and I'll send Blinken and
57:47
all these people. The Chinese are like, no, thank
57:49
you. We don't want your debt.
57:51
The Russians aren't gonna buy it.
57:53
Who's gonna buy it, huh? Right.
57:56
No, nobody. And when the value of the debt
57:59
goes down, guess what? Right, If the only way to entice
58:03
people to buy it is by interest rates going up.
58:07
Oh, but that'll create a big problem because the economy is
58:12
crashing or slowing down, I'll say crashing, right?
58:17
So we can't have that. We can't have higher interest
58:20
rates. That leaves one option for the
58:23
Fed, one, one option. And they're doing it in Japan
58:28
right now, and it's creating massive problems in Japan, and
58:32
it'll create massive problems here as well.
58:34
The only thing they're going to be able to do is print money,
58:37
monetize the debt, OK, when nobody else wants to buy.
58:42
It's real simple, guys. I know it can be head spinning
58:44
and we're not going to spend much more time on this, but when
58:46
nobody wants to buy the debt of the United States, nobody,
58:50
nobody wants to buy it. There's only one person left who
58:53
can buy it, and that's old Gomer Pyle.
58:55
Jerome Pyle, The Federal Reserve.
58:58
But he has to do it with Unicorn fart dust.
59:00
Make believe, printed money. And what happens when they print
59:05
money? The value of the dollar in real
59:08
terms goes down. And if you want to measure that,
59:11
that depreciating dollar against a real asset like gold, if you
59:16
choose to price it in that way, what you'll see is a
59:20
skyrocketing price for gold and silver.
59:23
That's the meat of what's going on right now.
59:27
Canada's crashing. Sorry, Canadians, right?
59:30
But Canada does matter. And their central banker even
59:33
came out recently. Hold on one second.
59:44
Their central banker. Came out the head of the central
59:46
bank put out a stark warning regarding stretched investment
59:50
valuations in Canada, AKA the stock market.
59:54
OK. And the risk of a major
59:57
correction? Canada is in.
1:00:01
Bad, bad. A bad, bad shape.
1:00:04
Remember this, guys? All those interest rate hikes
1:00:08
that the Fed did a year, year and a half ago, those are just
1:00:12
now having impact in the United States.
1:00:14
We are headed for big, big, big, big trouble here in the US It's
1:00:20
going to result in money printing.
1:00:22
It's going to result in you being happy you've got your
1:00:25
money in silver and gold. That's just my opinion.
1:00:28
Don't make any financial decisions based on anything I
1:00:31
said. Don't adopt A puppy, don't get
1:00:33
engaged, don't do anything like that.
1:00:35
But that's what I see happening. You know, I was talking to coin
1:00:39
shop Chris last night and we were talking about silver and I
1:00:42
said, yeah, I think I bought most of my silver probably
1:00:45
around 18 or $19.00 an ounce, you know, and I'm not really
1:00:51
buying right now. I'll be honest with you guys,
1:00:53
OK. I don't, I don't need to add to
1:00:55
the amount of silver that I have.
1:00:57
And but I said, you know, but really I said that's probably
1:01:01
just kept up with inflation during that period.
1:01:05
And he like raised his voice with me and he said that's what
1:01:08
it's supposed to do, Ron. So, hey guys, have a great day.
1:01:12
OK. Thank you for being here.
1:01:14
It's going to be exciting to see what happens tonight.
1:01:16
It's going to be exciting to see you again next time.
