GLP-1 drugs are changing the way employers approach health coverage—but rising costs are forcing some to rethink those benefits. More companies are tightening eligibility or dropping coverage for weight-loss medications, as demand continues to grow. Is a big problem with GLP-1 coverage the fact that on the surface, many believe it’s just a drug to get skinny? We asked Dr. Fred Browne of Griffin Health for more.
