- 1:34Speaker 1: like that, dude.
- 1:35Speaker 4: I like that a lot. Do you know what DIY means.
- 1:39Speaker 5: You definitely?
- 1:41Speaker 1: You definitely know you're gonna be so bummed. Can you
- 1:43Speaker 1: back up? Can you pull it back up?
- 1:46Speaker 3: Yes? From all for revengers to DIY projects, do it yourself.
- 1:52Speaker 4: Let's fucking go, let's go.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Yes. I don't do a lot of those.
- 1:56Speaker 4: I do not do a lot of those.
- 1:58Speaker 3: Brother, beyond it, I wanted me to hang some calendar
- 2:01Speaker 3: yesterday and I fucking fucked up the drywall and I
- 2:04Speaker 3: was like, sweetheart, this is why I don't want to
- 2:09Speaker 3: do shit like this, Like I could just task grab it.
- 2:11Speaker 3: We can task grabit this shop. You want to mainly
- 2:14Speaker 3: man a husband, but I cannot be that for you.
- 2:17Speaker 3: You've you've joined a line in the sandy. We are
- 2:19Speaker 3: domesticated cats. No disrespect us, but it's a life we've
- 2:22Speaker 3: chosen to live.
- 2:22Speaker 1: And I was so frustrated. I was, why do you
- 2:24Speaker 1: think I have.
- 2:24Speaker 2: So many tattoos? I want to look tough knowing I'm not, like,
- 2:28Speaker 2: he's just part of the deal, dude.
- 2:29Speaker 4: Because I text her.
- 2:30Speaker 3: I was like, hey, I'm sorry, I think I fucked
- 2:32Speaker 3: up the drywall what she said, and she was like,
- 2:35Speaker 3: she said, ha some and she goes, wait, are you wait?
- 2:37Speaker 4: Are you joking?
- 2:37Speaker 3: I was like, unfortunately, no, and I said something else,
- 2:41Speaker 3: not like giving off too much frustration, but you knew,
- 2:43Speaker 3: like I knew that that's how she was receiving. And
- 2:45Speaker 3: she was like, it's all right, baby, Like I'll be
- 2:47Speaker 3: on here in a little bit. We can tackle this together.
- 2:49Speaker 3: And I'm just thinking to myself, like, I don't want
- 2:51Speaker 3: to tackle this anymore.
- 2:54Speaker 4: I don't want to tackle this.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Yeah, should we talk about obviously the most recent event
- 3:01Speaker 2: we just had, the Beer Olympics twenty twenty three, was
- 3:04Speaker 2: it not everything and more we'd expect it to be.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Yeah, man, I think it was things I didn't even
- 3:09Speaker 1: know it would be. Yeah, I was.
- 3:12Speaker 2: It was such a pain in the ass to put
- 3:14Speaker 2: together because even though we started preparing for this months
- 3:17Speaker 2: and months in advance, there was still that forty eight
- 3:20Speaker 2: hours before. Dude, I was scrambling putting shit together, lifting
- 3:23Speaker 2: things and moving stuff.
- 3:24Speaker 1: And I'm thinking, brother, I'm a competitor. I need to
- 3:26Speaker 1: get in the cold time.
- 3:26Speaker 2: I need to roll out, I need to get ready
- 3:29Speaker 2: for what needs to be done to But I thought,
- 3:31Speaker 2: I mean, the boys made it to the finals, and
- 3:33Speaker 2: obviously it's already been We've already said we There was
- 3:35Speaker 2: a big conversation, do we do we show who.
- 3:37Speaker 1: The winner is?
- 3:37Speaker 4: We don't.
- 3:38Speaker 1: We already know who the winner is. And there's George
- 3:39Speaker 1: Kill and the Forest Buckner. Congrats to them. Had something
- 3:42Speaker 1: and they were a solid team. They were a solid team.
- 3:44Speaker 2: They played hard, they played well, they were consistent enough
- 3:46Speaker 2: to get in the finals, and they want they won
- 3:47Speaker 2: the finals. Who else was in the finals though, is
- 3:50Speaker 2: the fucking boys? Yes, which you can't be mad at
- 3:53Speaker 2: at all.
- 3:53Speaker 3: No, if we win our own event, it doesn't look right,
- 3:55Speaker 3: it looks like we have it set up. We cheated,
- 3:58Speaker 3: we did something wrong, but uh, I thought it was good.
- 4:01Speaker 3: And then by that point it was dark and everything else.
- 4:02Speaker 3: Like I was stoked that we just got back into
- 4:04Speaker 3: the finals because I thought, you know, we were so
- 4:06Speaker 3: fucking buckled that during beer Ball that I thought we
- 4:09Speaker 3: were out of it after we lost to Kid on the.
- 4:11Speaker 2: Hour, So I legit almost cried. Yeah, And there was
- 4:14Speaker 2: a moment we talked about it earlier. JP is filming me,
- 4:18Speaker 2: and I'm I'm genuine, I am genuinely upset like it was.
- 4:22Speaker 1: I legitimately was emotional about it.
- 4:24Speaker 2: And I look over and Will is smiling with his
- 4:27Speaker 2: beautiful smile with a group of people around him, kicking
- 4:29Speaker 2: his feet in the pool as he's sitting down, And
- 4:31Speaker 2: that shit hurt to see to see how easy you
- 4:33Speaker 2: took that out.
- 4:34Speaker 1: But hang on, I didn't take it easy. Now you saw.
- 4:37Speaker 6: Will was furious. I was furious bro the hours of
- 4:40Speaker 6: the competition. He was like pacing around and I thought
- 4:43Speaker 6: he was gonna get in a legit fistfight.
- 4:45Speaker 2: There was a genuine pivot during Beer Olympics, and I
- 4:47Speaker 2: can only speak for us and our things well, obviously
- 4:49Speaker 2: if all come out. We had a great addition to
- 4:52Speaker 2: Beer Olympics, which was the Confession Corner. I think it's
- 4:54Speaker 2: going to be an amazing like reality TV. You're gonna
- 4:57Speaker 2: see the chaos and then having teams where we group
- 5:00Speaker 2: and talk about what happened during that chaos, and then
- 5:02Speaker 2: seeing the difference between how drunk or how sober everyone
- 5:05Speaker 2: is in the beginning how drunk they are at the end.
- 5:07Speaker 2: You saw the one clip of Will sitting there trying
- 5:10Speaker 2: to talk Tanner, Tignini and Tommy Smokes into why he
- 5:13Speaker 2: was right, which also, dude, I love Tommy Smokes, but
- 5:17Speaker 2: also fuck Tommy Smokes. Were having zero backbone at all
- 5:20Speaker 2: the whole day, telling everybody he hopes they win.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Yeah, like that's Tommy's game. Though, that's the game.
- 5:25Speaker 2: You gotta you gotta respect his game. But also when
- 5:27Speaker 2: you're drunk, you'd all I wanted to do was low
- 5:30Speaker 2: key bully him. I kind of just wanted to bully
- 5:32Speaker 2: Tommy like that builds you that you just want to
- 5:34Speaker 2: move a little bit.
- 5:35Speaker 1: I didn't.
- 5:36Speaker 2: There was a lot of fucking chaos, man, it was.
- 5:39Speaker 2: It was so much fun, but there was a there
- 5:41Speaker 2: was a switch that turned. We did the chug I
- 5:45Speaker 2: thought we had a great time. We had second correct, Yeah,
- 5:48Speaker 2: the very first event, Yeah, very first event. I was
- 5:50Speaker 2: so fired up for that thirteen second.
- 5:52Speaker 4: Yeah you you, I was.
- 5:53Speaker 2: I was very impressed because a lot of people hating
- 5:55Speaker 2: your chugging. I thought you did a great job.
- 5:57Speaker 3: A lot of people were like, oh this, like yeah,
- 5:58Speaker 3: Tailor's gonna go fast, but everybody was thinking. Competitors were
- 6:03Speaker 3: telling me like, I suck at chugging. But you know,
- 6:05Speaker 3: as long as I beat you, I feel I'm gonna
- 6:06Speaker 3: feel good. And I'm just thinking, all right, I'm not.
- 6:10Speaker 3: That's just their insecurity. They're saying you suck. But as
- 6:12Speaker 3: long as I beat you, I'm good. Then they know
- 6:14Speaker 3: themselves that they're not a good chugger. They're just trying
- 6:15Speaker 3: to put you down right right, right right. That says
- 6:18Speaker 3: more about them. But we go into the we go
- 6:20Speaker 3: in the confession corner after Flip Cup, because we got
- 6:22Speaker 3: we got body the first run of Flip Cup. That's
- 6:24Speaker 3: on me just publicly and listen. I know you're gonna
- 6:27Speaker 3: say it's fine, like you're a great teammate, that's what
- 6:28Speaker 3: you're about. But uh, that was a very disappointing performance
- 6:32Speaker 3: by myself as somebody who I'm every other time I
- 6:35Speaker 3: played Flip Cup like I am solid, the lights might
- 6:38Speaker 3: have got to me, like the crowd, the atmosphere.
- 6:39Speaker 4: Maybe people.
- 6:40Speaker 3: Maybe I folded a little bit, and I wouldn't go
- 6:43Speaker 3: against that because I don't know what was fucking happening.
- 6:45Speaker 3: But I definitely let us down there and that that
- 6:48Speaker 3: that was on me, and it's all, it's all good,
- 6:51Speaker 3: but I do want to publicly say, like, that's one
- 6:54Speaker 3: thousand percent on me.
- 6:55Speaker 2: I wouldn't trade you for the world. Yeah, I wouldn't
- 6:57Speaker 2: trade you for your world.
- 6:58Speaker 4: Brother.
- 6:59Speaker 2: We went in the confession corner after that and it
- 7:01Speaker 2: was like, hey, we got to start talking massive shit.
- 7:04Speaker 4: We gotta start we Basically.
- 7:05Speaker 2: In my mind it was like, you need to become
- 7:07Speaker 2: the enemies of this whole entire competition and stop being
- 7:09Speaker 2: nice to everybody, and that's you.
- 7:11Speaker 4: Definitely flip that switch.
- 7:13Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, I'm trying to think like, hey, why don't
- 7:15Speaker 3: you guys rooting for us, like well, we you know,
- 7:17Speaker 3: we're kind of rooting that you do well.
- 7:19Speaker 4: But your teammate say less, say.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Less, yeah, And I was like, yeah, say less, You're
- 7:24Speaker 3: like you you're getting into verbal altercation. The quick wittingness
- 7:30Speaker 3: you'll go back with, You'll take it wherever you need
- 7:32Speaker 3: to take it. Yeah, but at the end of the day,
- 7:34Speaker 3: we got third in the beer pong you and lasers
- 7:37Speaker 3: back and forth.
- 7:38Speaker 1: He's gonna be all time when people see that.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Yeah, lasers are funny. And he was a great addition
- 7:42Speaker 2: this year and literally met him three months ago.
- 7:45Speaker 4: Yeah, he was great.
- 7:46Speaker 2: Shane and Bert obviously you could tell everyone was really
- 7:50Speaker 2: excited to see both of them. Yeah, big, they're even competitors, competitors,
- 7:54Speaker 2: were big fans of them, and it was just cool
- 7:55Speaker 2: to see they handled it with Grace more Bert than Shane. Yeah,
- 7:58Speaker 2: because Shane Jack Shane pretends like he hates the camera,
- 8:02Speaker 2: but he fucking loves the camera. Tell what happened when yourself?
- 8:04Speaker 3: That bit though, same because any time I do anything
- 8:07Speaker 3: or my voice starts to barely elevate, he's like, what
- 8:10Speaker 3: was he saying to me?
- 8:11Speaker 1: He's like, Oh, came old cameras around you gotta.
- 8:13Speaker 6: It's it's Shane Martin isn't because it rights himself a
- 8:16Speaker 6: really nice insurance policy where he can be on camera
- 8:19Speaker 6: as much as he wants with the second he does,
- 8:20Speaker 6: and he's like, get that show my fucking face.
- 8:22Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 8:23Speaker 1: What did he say to you when he first saw you?
- 8:26Speaker 6: I was walking up on the driveway and I'm just
- 8:29Speaker 6: trying to record some him like yo, yo, Like can
- 8:31Speaker 6: we get a prediction? He goes, I'm trying to say,
- 8:33Speaker 6: what's up? Get that fucking thing out of my face.
- 8:35Speaker 5: I was like, my bad tapped him up and then
- 8:38Speaker 5: to me is like, all right, prediction.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Hey, Jack is doing his job.
- 8:42Speaker 3: Man. He's like, well, can we just have a relationship
- 8:44Speaker 3: friendship outside of the camera, like just be cool?
- 8:46Speaker 1: For once, I was like, please stop doing this to me, man,
- 8:50Speaker 1: it's not making it worse.
- 8:51Speaker 2: And the thing is, whenever Bert and Shane would ever
- 8:53Speaker 2: lose in they're part of the event, then Shane would
- 8:56Speaker 2: be right behind me and Will just talking trash the
- 8:58Speaker 2: whole time, calling what he was saying that hosted me.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Over and over again.
- 9:01Speaker 4: He said, you gotta be nasty. Yeah, Hey, why are
- 9:04Speaker 4: you being nasty? Dude, I'll being nasty.
- 9:06Speaker 3: He'd be like, hey, Will, the entire time you're chugging,
- 9:09Speaker 3: I'm just gonna be in your ear saying, you know,
- 9:10Speaker 3: everybody's laughing at you, and.
- 9:13Speaker 2: I'm sure that was That was hard and you still
- 9:14Speaker 2: get under what sixteen seconds?
- 9:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I got thirteen again. Proud of the thirteen second.
- 9:20Speaker 3: Proud of the thirteen second. But hey, you getting a
- 9:22Speaker 3: you getting sub four if that's even the right word,
- 9:25Speaker 3: and getting in the four second range, that's incredible.
- 9:27Speaker 7: That was.
- 9:27Speaker 2: Yeah, I appreciate that. That was I think I don't
- 9:30Speaker 2: think I'll ever be able to do that again.
- 9:31Speaker 3: That was my We're gonna need you to because we
- 9:33Speaker 3: you know, the next day Jason Kelsey comes out and
- 9:37Speaker 3: absolutely disintegrates a beer. However, you put you guys side
- 9:41Speaker 3: by side, like you got him.
- 9:43Speaker 1: I got him by almost a second.
- 9:45Speaker 3: By almost a second, which is massive if we're talking
- 9:47Speaker 3: forty times and everything else, which is essentially what you're
- 9:49Speaker 3: doing with that beer. With the leader of beer, I
- 9:52Speaker 3: think like, we're gonna need you to perform.
- 9:54Speaker 4: That way again.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Here we got we got to get the big dogs
- 9:56Speaker 1: in the room.
- 9:57Speaker 2: For the longest time, I've been trying to hide my
- 9:59Speaker 2: ability to chugle beer, which you've done no no good
- 10:02Speaker 2: in helping me with.
- 10:03Speaker 3: Because there's times where I get I almost feel like
- 10:06Speaker 3: this is this is too much of a We're trying
- 10:09Speaker 3: to we're trying to pretend too much of.
- 10:11Speaker 2: This, I know, but I did to rous for an
- 10:12Speaker 2: entire year and then and then got him in Key West.
- 10:15Speaker 4: But I literally did the bit for a year.
- 10:16Speaker 2: Anytime he was brought up, I was like, bro, I can't,
- 10:18Speaker 2: I'm not. And now that it's out there, I just
- 10:22Speaker 2: got to be proud about it. And I gotta fucking
- 10:24Speaker 2: you know, no, I had to know that I have
- 10:25Speaker 2: a target my back.
- 10:26Speaker 4: Now.
- 10:26Speaker 3: Yeah, you are one of the best chuggers in America.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Thank you, I think so, man. I would love to
- 10:35Speaker 3: I would love to see I would love to see
- 10:38Speaker 3: you compete.
- 10:38Speaker 2: We were on the uh we were in the car
- 10:41Speaker 2: ride this anies after and Gillis is drunk in the
- 10:44Speaker 2: back going we gotta let rogano about that, and I go,
- 10:48Speaker 2: I go, I go, brother, don't you don't have to
- 10:49Speaker 2: do that? You know, and there's a positive I was like, well, please, God,
- 10:51Speaker 2: let him know about the chug all that.
- 10:55Speaker 1: What a fucking time, man, It was truly incredible.
- 10:57Speaker 4: I literally was.
- 10:58Speaker 2: I opened my eyes next morning. I don't know about you,
- 11:01Speaker 2: but I thought, there's no way I'm going to make
- 11:02Speaker 2: it through this day.
- 11:03Speaker 4: This is when it ends. Oh yeah, it was. It was.
- 11:04Speaker 8: It was brutal the next day hurting. I got the
- 11:07Speaker 8: trash out though, did you I did see that? I
- 11:10Speaker 8: did see that. Yeah, man, it was. It was an
- 11:13Speaker 8: incredible day. How was it from your guys's vantage point?
- 11:15Speaker 3: You guys were obviously in the trenches the entire time,
- 11:17Speaker 3: and it just gets drunker and drunker and madness and
- 11:19Speaker 3: mayhem is going on, especially the chaos that happened in
- 11:22Speaker 3: beer Ball and jack You're definitely my go to when
- 11:25Speaker 3: I was venting about all that stuff because I feel
- 11:27Speaker 3: like I find more common ground on my I'll go
- 11:29Speaker 3: to Jackets. He'll definitely, He'll definitely continue to validate everything
- 11:32Speaker 3: that I was doing this.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Did you want when you're venting someone to say you're right?
- 11:35Speaker 4: Yeah? I was. I was.
- 11:37Speaker 3: I was boiling because James Neal was intentionally trying to
- 11:41Speaker 3: sabotage our team, and I understand that it was coming
- 11:44Speaker 3: from my foot hitting the beer pong table a little
- 11:47Speaker 3: bit that that was unintentional, and we gave Laser his
- 11:49Speaker 3: shot back. James wanted, he wanted an extra shot. It like, bro,
- 11:52Speaker 3: you just missed your shot. But from that moment he
- 11:55Speaker 3: was trying to sabotage everything we were about. And then
- 11:57Speaker 3: when he's over there trapping in the corner, when we
- 11:59Speaker 3: were truly in the competitive game that matters, trying to
- 12:02Speaker 3: get to the finals and just doing the whole.
- 12:05Speaker 4: I just I saw red.
- 12:07Speaker 2: I saw red, but brother like you weren't the wrong
- 12:09Speaker 2: at all. That being said, I think that was the
- 12:11Speaker 2: closest we came to a fight in the whole entire
- 12:14Speaker 2: Beer Olympics.
- 12:14Speaker 4: Was you and Neils.
- 12:16Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, that would have been a fight worth seeing too,
- 12:19Speaker 6: because look, I think we know how I feel.
- 12:22Speaker 5: But James for sure can throw hands.
- 12:25Speaker 1: James can throw hands.
- 12:26Speaker 2: And I was talking about the next day with my
- 12:28Speaker 2: wife and a couple buddies at the house. James is sneaky,
- 12:31Speaker 2: strong and sturdy like I have in the pool, basketball.
- 12:33Speaker 4: A little bit.
- 12:34Speaker 5: He used to dice people up.
- 12:36Speaker 4: On the ice. I trust me, he was.
- 12:37Speaker 1: He was drunk going.
- 12:38Speaker 2: None of my house made me show him show highlights
- 12:39Speaker 2: of himself on the YouTube TV, so I've seen him
- 12:44Speaker 2: and it's fucking listen.
- 12:45Speaker 1: He's a strong motherfucker.
- 12:46Speaker 2: He's sturdy, he's got that balance hockey players have that
- 12:49Speaker 2: they have that, but he was he was definitely in
- 12:51Speaker 2: the wrong there and I he came to my house
- 12:53Speaker 2: the next day because Joey was in tattoo and finished
- 12:55Speaker 2: tattoo and I said that he tapped on the first time,
- 12:57Speaker 2: and I go, how are you gonna apologize?
- 13:00Speaker 1: He just goes no.
- 13:01Speaker 2: I thought, that's exactly who James Neil is. That's exactly
- 13:04Speaker 2: who he is. I wouldn't expect one.
- 13:07Speaker 3: Yeah, and forgiveness is basically, uh, accepting apology.
- 13:11Speaker 2: You'll never get m Hey, that was beautiful, James. I
- 13:16Speaker 2: forgive you, yeah, but I want to hear you guys
- 13:18Speaker 2: advantage point. But before that, I gotta get We gotta
- 13:21Speaker 2: give a shout out to Jack for keeping like the
- 13:23Speaker 2: So many compliments came from how the content was coming out,
- 13:28Speaker 2: how interactive everything was, how it was placed. Brother, I
- 13:31Speaker 2: haven't even seen all the content on Twitter, but it's
- 13:34Speaker 2: I've gotten multiple, multiple texts about how well it was done.
- 13:37Speaker 2: And so I can't wait to see the bog And
- 13:39Speaker 2: I'll wait to see it.
- 13:40Speaker 5: Mitchie's gonna be crazy.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Gonna be nuts. You didn't murder it on social media.
- 13:44Speaker 6: It's myself, Mitch, JP and Garrett, like everyone it was.
- 13:53Speaker 5: It took an army clump.
- 13:55Speaker 6: Well he was reughing, but Steven like we everybody, all
- 13:58Speaker 6: four of us really were just said in the trenches
- 14:01Speaker 6: and y'all know, I love to have a good time
- 14:03Speaker 6: just like anyone else, so to be in that atmosphere
- 14:06Speaker 6: but not you know, getting.
- 14:08Speaker 4: Tore up with the boys.
- 14:09Speaker 6: Yeah it didn't hurt, but like by the end of
- 14:12Speaker 6: the day, your patient starts running a little bit shorter
- 14:15Speaker 6: because everyone's so wasted and you're just sitting there sober
- 14:19Speaker 6: as or rock just like what what are we even
- 14:22Speaker 6: arguing over? Because you'd be listening to like I'd see
- 14:25Speaker 6: Will and George and Blamdino like having this crazy intuitive
- 14:30Speaker 6: conversation but making no sense, and I'm like, what are
- 14:33Speaker 6: we trying to accomplish here? And then it would be
- 14:35Speaker 6: quiet and like no one even knew what would the
- 14:37Speaker 6: argument like stemmed from. So it was just one of
- 14:40Speaker 6: those things where it's it's dudes being drunk and after
- 14:44Speaker 6: eight hours or drinking, like it's gonna happen whether you
- 14:47Speaker 6: wanted to or not. It it was tough, but never
- 14:51Speaker 6: once was I in a place where I'm like, I
- 14:53Speaker 6: gotta get the fuck out of here. Like it was
- 14:55Speaker 6: so entertaining the whole way very stressful just from a
- 14:59Speaker 6: content perspective, trying to capture all the fun moments because
- 15:02Speaker 6: you have so many things going on, like you see
- 15:04Speaker 6: like an argument or a fight starting, you got to
- 15:06Speaker 6: run over there grab that.
- 15:08Speaker 5: But at the end of the day, man, I thought
- 15:09Speaker 5: it went really well.
- 15:10Speaker 6: And then compared to last year's it was like way
- 15:15Speaker 6: way more put together production wise, the organization, the referees,
- 15:21Speaker 6: because that one two years ago was it got messy too,
- 15:25Speaker 6: but it always will get messy and we're only gonna
- 15:27Speaker 6: get better. So I'm excited for next years. I think
- 15:30Speaker 6: next year's could be huge.
- 15:33Speaker 1: It's gonna be even bigger.
- 15:34Speaker 4: Dude.
- 15:34Speaker 1: Yea.
- 15:34Speaker 3: The production team did absolutely murder it. More guys were
- 15:37Speaker 3: in the trenches in it.
- 15:40Speaker 9: It was it was kind of cool, like having to
- 15:43Speaker 9: run from team to team or like argument to argument.
- 15:47Speaker 4: What are they arguing about? Now? What are they like?
- 15:49Speaker 9: And it's it all stemmed like from the same place,
- 15:52Speaker 9: but everybody was just so drunk. It just none of
- 15:55Speaker 9: the none of the arguments ever made any sense. But
- 15:58Speaker 9: you guys were so into it, and so we're like, no,
- 16:01Speaker 9: I'm right, you're wrong. But like from the sober person's standpoints,
- 16:04Speaker 9: like this isn't even worth an argument. But you guys
- 16:07Speaker 9: were just constantly screaming at each other, which made it
- 16:10Speaker 9: a lot of fun too.
- 16:11Speaker 1: I think our argument was was valid.
- 16:12Speaker 2: I think when I watched your clip, I thought, he
- 16:15Speaker 2: makes all the sense in the world.
- 16:16Speaker 4: That the James Neil thing.
- 16:18Speaker 9: I like, I was supposed to come after you guys
- 16:21Speaker 9: because you guys lost, but like I like heard out
- 16:25Speaker 9: of my ear, like you had some choice words for James,
- 16:28Speaker 9: and I'm like, oh, I don't know, James.
- 16:31Speaker 1: I can tell you yeah, always like yeah, yeah, always
- 16:36Speaker 1: like that.
- 16:37Speaker 4: I will probably anymore.
- 16:38Speaker 2: We'll definitely get it off their That's that's obviously in
- 16:40Speaker 2: such a public setting, that should stay private.
- 16:42Speaker 5: Who when you're drunk like that?
- 16:44Speaker 3: Yeah, I was in the moment. I was in the moment.
- 16:45Speaker 3: I was heated, and I was taste that. I felt
- 16:48Speaker 3: like the game kind of got kind of got taken
- 16:50Speaker 3: from him because again, I was on that last little
- 16:53Speaker 3: that little thing of beer the entire years. I like,
- 16:54Speaker 3: I like beer Ball. We were, I mean, we are
- 16:57Speaker 3: killers at beer Ball. And the fact that it went
- 17:01Speaker 3: that way, it was it was disheartening. A lot of
- 17:04Speaker 3: good movement too, by the boys.
- 17:06Speaker 2: I thought We did a good job once we got
- 17:07Speaker 2: to one beer boxing out, having a nice little backboard
- 17:09Speaker 2: between our shoulders and getting around and knowing we were
- 17:12Speaker 2: supposed to because that's half a beer ball.
- 17:14Speaker 3: Is knowing who's gonna go where, right, right right. There
- 17:17Speaker 3: was a good job of because you were getting a
- 17:18Speaker 3: lot of action on your side. I was more trying
- 17:20Speaker 3: to like keep my handback there so that way the
- 17:22Speaker 3: beer never fell off.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Yeah, because I know that's like a deduction or a
- 17:25Speaker 1: lot of movement. Yeah, a lot of movement going on it.
- 17:28Speaker 4: It was good though.
- 17:28Speaker 1: It was fun. Who at the end of the day
- 17:31Speaker 1: was the most drunky thing.
- 17:34Speaker 6: Probably Uncle Laser, but he was also like why did
- 17:38Speaker 6: that video? Like who's gonna be the most drunk? And
- 17:41Speaker 6: everyone It was kind of spread around some Lasers, some
- 17:44Speaker 6: Calie Hardy if that's her name, But then Laser his
- 17:48Speaker 6: he was like it's me and he's like, I've been
- 17:50Speaker 6: drinking sins nine thirty in the morning.
- 17:52Speaker 4: Hey, that's a good well.
- 17:53Speaker 5: Yeah, we have a very similar raspy voice.
- 17:55Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 17:56Speaker 6: Cam Duddy came up to me I think six times
- 17:58Speaker 6: in the day and goes, hey, man, you ever thought
- 18:00Speaker 6: about doing voiceover work? And then would just walk away
- 18:02Speaker 6: like I'm like, okay, Caim, it was funny the first time,
- 18:06Speaker 6: Like He's like, as long as you keep laughing, I'm
- 18:08Speaker 6: gonna keep doing it. And being sober me around drunk guys,
- 18:11Speaker 6: you just kind of laugh like being uncomfortable and you're
- 18:14Speaker 6: just like yeah, yeah, d for real. I think he
- 18:16Speaker 6: thought I was playing into that. But the last thing
- 18:19Speaker 6: I'll say when the vlog comes out, what I don't
- 18:22Speaker 6: think people are gonna anticipate is that, like most of
- 18:25Speaker 6: the guys being professional athletes, y'all are like competitors for
- 18:28Speaker 6: a living.
- 18:30Speaker 5: And like that. That is what I saw the most.
- 18:32Speaker 6: That was like the theme in the narrative is it
- 18:34Speaker 6: everyone was competing like it was their super Bowl, like
- 18:37Speaker 6: it was the biggest fucking moment of their professional career,
- 18:42Speaker 6: and you were not gonna let anybody try and like
- 18:44Speaker 6: outdo you outplay whatever. And that's where like most of
- 18:48Speaker 6: the entertainment and the turmoil came from, is everyone just
- 18:52Speaker 6: having to be the most competitive.
- 18:54Speaker 5: Person they could be.
- 18:56Speaker 1: But yeah I did.
- 18:58Speaker 2: I did have some personal shots some people that I
- 19:00Speaker 2: think everyone I think in a sober setting, I would
- 19:02Speaker 2: take back, But then all's fair in love and war.
- 19:05Speaker 2: I do take personal shots in the football field as well.
- 19:08Speaker 9: So the one thing I kind of noticed was like
- 19:11Speaker 9: the different levels of like talking trash, Like you can
- 19:16Speaker 9: like just like some of it, like us just randomly
- 19:18Speaker 9: talking trash, but then like the professional athlete like talking
- 19:22Speaker 9: trash is a complete different like atmosphere of like getting personal,
- 19:27Speaker 9: like just the non stop like in your ears, Like
- 19:30Speaker 9: the different types of talking trash like it was super interesting.
- 19:34Speaker 9: But to go back to who the most drunk was,
- 19:36Speaker 9: it was definitely Hardy's wife.
- 19:38Speaker 4: She was by the way.
- 19:39Speaker 3: That team crushed it, by the way, and we're I
- 19:41Speaker 3: was trying to find that uh that spin zone the
- 19:43Speaker 3: epiphany after failing in flip Cup because the Hardy I
- 19:46Speaker 3: mean they started they they almost won flip Cup.
- 19:48Speaker 4: Right, they were in the championship game.
- 19:50Speaker 3: But everybody getting hammered off a flip Cup and say,
- 19:53Speaker 3: hey we might we might win just because we don't
- 19:55Speaker 3: have to slam them like everybody.
- 19:57Speaker 4: Else is He held her own though she was she
- 19:59Speaker 4: did bro it was she was really good.
- 20:01Speaker 3: You threw up well everyone there was a big commotion
- 20:04Speaker 3: about like, hey, they should be the huge should they
- 20:06Speaker 3: be not? It wasn't it wasn't Cali, but by the
- 20:09Speaker 3: time Cali made it to beer pong, it was.
- 20:12Speaker 4: She was out. Yeah, yeah, no one was on.
- 20:18Speaker 2: It was. It was a great time. I mean, I
- 20:20Speaker 2: think everybody threw up. I know I threw up after
- 20:23Speaker 2: the whole competition, probably three or four times separate times.
- 20:26Speaker 2: I threw up, regained myself, threw up again.
- 20:28Speaker 3: Mine was one moment, and it was. It came within
- 20:30Speaker 3: probably thirty minutes after I did. Shane was adamant about
- 20:33Speaker 3: the whole time, which makes sense because he's talked when
- 20:35Speaker 3: you're talking about the who's going to be the drunkest,
- 20:37Speaker 3: and Shane was like, yeah, I'm gonna try and get
- 20:38Speaker 3: will so fucked up because the entire day he's like
- 20:41Speaker 3: I need us to reach rug, Like we got a
- 20:42Speaker 3: race on the leader and I was like, Shane, like,
- 20:44Speaker 3: you're faster me what.
- 20:45Speaker 1: I don't know what you want out of me.
- 20:46Speaker 3: Your time was faster than his, though, yeah, well just
- 20:48Speaker 3: because he had he got the beer up up his nose,
- 20:51Speaker 3: I understand. But he's like, I need you to run
- 20:53Speaker 3: it back and I'm just thinking, like, dude, why, And
- 20:55Speaker 3: then after the relay, after the entire day, we're like
- 20:58Speaker 3: lined up under under the pavilion or whatever, and uh,
- 21:03Speaker 3: I slammed this leader a beer with him, and then
- 21:05Speaker 3: probably within thirty minutes, I'm like sitting alone over in
- 21:08Speaker 3: the turf area in the corner, like kind of in
- 21:09Speaker 3: a little bit of a panic. I felt like my
- 21:11Speaker 3: heart rate was going, my skin was getting hotter, it
- 21:14Speaker 3: was kind of everything was kind of shifting around, and
- 21:16Speaker 3: so then I just like dropped, I like and then
- 21:20Speaker 3: I just crawled over to like your little side garden
- 21:23Speaker 3: and probably hurled nine times. I gagged myself a couple
- 21:27Speaker 3: of times because all I thought was how am I
- 21:29Speaker 3: gonna survive the rest of the night. So I started
- 21:32Speaker 3: to gag myself and once one came, I'm just hurling, hurling, hurling, hurling.
- 21:37Speaker 3: Like you said, stomach cramping.
- 21:38Speaker 2: Yeah, bro, that always get back to, yeah, stomach cramps
- 21:41Speaker 2: when I'm when I'm throwing up.
- 21:43Speaker 3: And then once the nine went, I kind of just
- 21:45Speaker 3: like shuffled around and like propped myself up against your
- 21:48Speaker 3: the little couch, staying back that you head back there
- 21:51Speaker 3: until Nick found me and he's like, hey, buddy, you
- 21:53Speaker 3: need some help. I was like, heah, yeah, can you
- 21:55Speaker 3: please help me up? Nick was a saving grace dude,
- 21:57Speaker 3: because we went to had.
- 21:59Speaker 5: A tough day, workday, just like us. He was in
- 22:02Speaker 5: the trench.
- 22:03Speaker 1: Yeah, he told me.
- 22:04Speaker 2: He's like, if you would have asked me at the
- 22:06Speaker 2: end of Tuesday night if I would ever do that again?
- 22:07Speaker 2: They answered to be health fucking know, will never do
- 22:09Speaker 2: that again? Saw on Wednesday, like late in the day
- 22:12Speaker 2: and he's like, I would one hundred percent do that again.
- 22:15Speaker 1: That was so much fun.
- 22:17Speaker 2: And Nick's like next are very detailed oriented like little OCD.
- 22:20Speaker 2: Maybe not as an insult way, just like very organized individual.
- 22:23Speaker 2: And he already had like written down shit of like
- 22:25Speaker 2: how it could be better in all this and he
- 22:27Speaker 2: had a great he I mean, he had a great
- 22:29Speaker 2: sense of the rules, helped us come with the rules.
- 22:30Speaker 2: We spent like six hours on the rules one day,
- 22:33Speaker 2: so he was he was fired up. I thought everybody
- 22:35Speaker 2: did an amazing job. Still an eight hour event. We
- 22:38Speaker 2: got to cut that that thing down. Not I don't
- 22:40Speaker 2: think you're gonna get in half by any means, but
- 22:42Speaker 2: you can get that thing. The six hours five hours
- 22:45Speaker 2: you're living. Yeah, you're absolutely absolutely living. We had an ad. Listen, boys,

- 24:12Speaker 4: But yeah, I did.
- 24:12Speaker 2: It was amazing. It was a fucking time And Will
- 24:16Speaker 2: and I were talking about this before we even got
- 24:18Speaker 2: on the show. It's like, could you imagine being in
- 24:19Speaker 2: college and you know, when you're in college and you
- 24:22Speaker 2: get super fucked up and you might be the drunkest
- 24:24Speaker 2: girl at the party, and then you wake up the
- 24:25Speaker 2: next day and guys are like, man, you did this
- 24:27Speaker 2: and you did that, and you're like, fuck the anxiety
- 24:29Speaker 2: just you're like, just stop, just stop telling me all
- 24:32Speaker 2: the things like let's get forty eight hours or moved.
- 24:34Speaker 1: And then you start feeling a little.
- 24:34Speaker 2: Bit better about how you acted because you're like, Okay,
- 24:36Speaker 2: that's not me, blah blah blah, no one holds it
- 24:38Speaker 2: against you. Could you imagine being in college and being
- 24:40Speaker 2: filmed that whole entire time and then having to relive it.
- 24:44Speaker 2: But I think that's the best thing about Beer Olympics
- 24:46Speaker 2: is everyone, my god, everyone is showing up to an
- 24:50Speaker 2: event knowing this is not gonna end well for anybody
- 24:53Speaker 2: from a drinking perspective. It's going you're going to be hammered,
- 24:56Speaker 2: you're going to feel like shit the next day, and
- 24:59Speaker 2: there's gonna be shown you wish you didn't do. But
- 25:01Speaker 2: I think everyone knows that going in and it makes
- 25:04Speaker 2: like it makes the hurt of the next day a
- 25:05Speaker 2: little bit better.
- 25:06Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, because there's I mean, like they to their point,
- 25:09Speaker 3: everyone's arguing about absolutely everything the entire time, like the
- 25:11Speaker 3: testosterone and competitive nature that was just in that confined
- 25:17Speaker 3: space it was it was bound to happen, bound to happen.
- 25:21Speaker 4: How many kegs did we go through? Three kegs?
- 25:25Speaker 1: We actually well, there was a situation with one of
- 25:28Speaker 1: the h I think one of the one of the
- 25:30Speaker 1: companies that came in, Tap Truck by the way, shout
- 25:32Speaker 1: out tap Truck. Di did an amazing job.
- 25:34Speaker 2: They came in there, there was a party going along
- 25:35Speaker 2: with Beer Olympics, and they were there, but there were
- 25:37Speaker 2: two like one six kegs and they took them and
- 25:41Speaker 2: were filling them. So we we thought we went through
- 25:44Speaker 2: all the cakes, but we're actually just missing them because
- 25:46Speaker 2: they thought those that was for them.
- 25:47Speaker 3: Gotcha, gotcha you had yeah, you had to because Martin's
- 25:51Speaker 3: was out there.
- 25:51Speaker 2: Yeah, it was Yeah, we had Martin's Barbecue was out there.
- 25:56Speaker 2: We had Daddy dogs, which, dude, dogs are great people.
- 26:01Speaker 2: We are fucking awesome, dude, good you can always catch
- 26:04Speaker 2: them on the corner by losers. Dude ate at night, man,
- 26:06Speaker 2: that's a you get a dog fully loaded that that
- 26:08Speaker 2: shit just saw him. And then tap truck was out
- 26:10Speaker 2: there too, is it was awesome. And then Jason Russell,
- 26:13Speaker 2: you guys know Jason the chef. He started an ice
- 26:16Speaker 2: cream company and I don't know why the name is
- 26:20Speaker 2: escaping me right now, which is super embarrassed.
- 26:24Speaker 1: I gotta shut them.
- 26:25Speaker 4: Out, dude.
- 26:30Speaker 3: I didn't know the whole time. I mean I knew,
- 26:33Speaker 3: but I forgot that there was food there. But you
- 26:36Speaker 3: don't want I saw people eating wings on my man,
- 26:38Speaker 3: them fucking things look good.
- 26:40Speaker 9: We had to like strategically go and like for like
- 26:43Speaker 9: the production sign and had to you guys.
- 26:45Speaker 3: Are you guys are so you guys are just stone
- 26:48Speaker 3: culls over and like start they're getting hungry like you should.
- 26:51Speaker 4: Yeah, and like we had you.
- 26:52Speaker 9: Don't want to eating the event, strategically find time to
- 26:55Speaker 9: go to go eat food.
- 26:56Speaker 4: Because everything was happening all at once. It was off.
- 27:00Speaker 9: But Jack and I both ate like fifteen wings at
- 27:03Speaker 9: the at the end of it on which made it
- 27:06Speaker 9: worth it.
- 27:06Speaker 2: Marns is fire, dude. It was a great fucking time.
- 27:11Speaker 4: It really was.
- 27:13Speaker 2: Light Box is the name of the ice cream company
- 27:14Speaker 2: Jason Russell started. He's doing soft serve ice cream. Boys,
- 27:18Speaker 2: it's fun.
- 27:18Speaker 1: Do you guys just chas to try it?
- 27:21Speaker 5: A little like shot Glass?
- 27:22Speaker 2: Yeah, came a little shot glass. He's like getting a
- 27:24Speaker 2: truck going developing. I you know, your boy's in it
- 27:27Speaker 2: a little bit. So I'm gonna be a little biased here,
- 27:29Speaker 2: but i will let you know. He does a non
- 27:32Speaker 2: dairy soft serve that is you really can't tell a difference,
- 27:35Speaker 2: and it is. You can't beat soft serve ice cream.
- 27:38Speaker 2: It's the fun. It is so ice cream is the
- 27:40Speaker 2: best ice It's the best ice cream by far. And dude,
- 27:43Speaker 2: you guys seen him cook before, Like the guy is
- 27:47Speaker 2: he is unreal anything. I'll see things on Instagram sometimes
- 27:51Speaker 2: and just said to him the next days like boom,
- 27:53Speaker 2: here it is exactly how all the parameters.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Oh yeah, the Venison biscuits said that was your recipe. No, no,
- 28:01Speaker 1: he used the Venison for the sausage.
- 28:03Speaker 4: Got you.
- 28:04Speaker 2: Yeah, but he did but light bulbs, dude, they I
- 28:08Speaker 2: fully believe they will be taking over Nashville's ice cream
- 28:10Speaker 2: scene in a very short amount of times.
- 28:13Speaker 1: That truck is running.
- 28:15Speaker 3: Sure we hit our shoutout, no free shoutout in Peppee
- 28:17Speaker 3: of the week before we get into this Josh Allen interview,
- 28:19Speaker 3: which by the way, was all time. Another boy would
- 28:22Speaker 3: have been good to have him at Beer Olympics. No,
- 28:24Speaker 3: he's a very busy man, very busy.
- 28:28Speaker 1: Yeah shout out, no free shout out. Due, let's let's
- 28:30Speaker 1: hit it. You guys got one back there?
- 28:34Speaker 4: Sure? Yeah?
- 28:36Speaker 5: Which one?
- 28:37Speaker 4: Either one? You guys can both go.
- 28:39Speaker 9: You guys yet got my shout out? No free shout
- 28:45Speaker 9: out this week? Let me pull on my phone real quick.
- 28:50Speaker 4: It's this. This happens a lot right when you leave
- 28:53Speaker 4: the like our shot.
- 28:55Speaker 9: You get to that little intersection right here, and when
- 28:58Speaker 9: we're leaving, it's like rush hour. There's so many cars
- 29:01Speaker 9: going by. You got that light at the bottom of
- 29:03Speaker 9: the hill. You just like everyone's just backed up. But
- 29:06Speaker 9: eventually you're sitting there long enough, there's that kind soul
- 29:10Speaker 9: that's coming up, gives you the quick little and lets
- 29:13Speaker 9: you go, And that way you're not stuck there for
- 29:16Speaker 9: like another at least five to ten minutes, because everybody
- 29:19Speaker 9: doesn't know that, like doesn't want to let you go,
- 29:22Speaker 9: But that person that lets you go through makes you
- 29:25Speaker 9: want to like pay it forward. And next time you
- 29:27Speaker 9: see somebody waiting, go ahead, just so shout out there's
- 29:30Speaker 9: people that'll let you go in traffic when you're stuck
- 29:33Speaker 9: at it, like a stop sign.
- 29:35Speaker 6: That's solid dock, you moon kind of going off the cuff.
- 29:41Speaker 6: But I guess this works. My shot on every shoutout
- 29:45Speaker 6: goes to when you think that an issue in your
- 29:48Speaker 6: car is something like that is the end of the world,
- 29:51Speaker 6: and then it turns out to be an extremely quick fix.
- 29:54Speaker 6: So on the way to the shop this past weekend
- 29:57Speaker 6: in NASCAR, my transmission dropped in my car and I
- 30:01Speaker 6: couldn't go over like twenty five miles an hour. My
- 30:03Speaker 6: car is like an H four to four Runner. It's
- 30:05Speaker 6: like two hundred and seventy thousand miles on it. Yeah,
- 30:08Speaker 6: any any major issue is like, this could be the end.
- 30:12Speaker 6: I might have to be getting a new car soon something.
- 30:14Speaker 6: I'm like, I just I'm not prepared for that. And
- 30:17Speaker 6: then it turns out me my dad looked at it
- 30:20Speaker 6: and it was just a leak in the transmission fluid.
- 30:22Speaker 6: So we got it sealed up and now it's running
- 30:24Speaker 6: like a charm again. So shout out to when. Yeah,
- 30:28Speaker 6: some of those issues aren't as.
- 30:30Speaker 1: Big as your head.
- 30:31Speaker 5: Maybe creates them to be mm.
- 30:33Speaker 1: Hmm yax, thinking like, man, we need to get eyes
- 30:35Speaker 1: on them. I was sinking that too. You need to
- 30:37Speaker 1: send that clip to him.
- 30:39Speaker 3: I will.
- 30:40Speaker 4: The time is running out for.
- 30:41Speaker 1: There were past a year or two. He I know
- 30:43Speaker 1: he does want to come on.
- 30:45Speaker 2: Yeah, and he's made it very clear to me anytime
- 30:47Speaker 2: like we get when we get to a year, like
- 30:48Speaker 2: his fans are fans are going at Rich real hard,
- 30:51Speaker 2: and he feels bad, and so he's like reaching out
- 30:54Speaker 2: to me. He's like you like the other day when
- 30:55Speaker 2: you were trash talking to him about not coming on, Like, hey,
- 30:58Speaker 2: we're still waiting on you. Yeah, he texted me he
- 31:00Speaker 2: is like, your boy, why is he coming at me
- 31:02Speaker 2: so hard? Basically not like overly emotional about it, but
- 31:04Speaker 2: he's like, what's the deal. I felt like, you guys
- 31:06Speaker 2: knew I want to go on. I seen him make time.
- 31:08Speaker 2: I was like, well, was just playing the game, brother?
- 31:10Speaker 2: Oh yeah, we love Rich we love Rich Eisen.
- 31:14Speaker 3: Yes, absolutely, Like if I need to go back and
- 31:16Speaker 3: just print out that tweet I had when I was like, yo,
- 31:19Speaker 3: it's so fucking awesome. I get to like essentially engage
- 31:22Speaker 3: with Rich eyes and somebody I've watched a little kid
- 31:24Speaker 3: on ESPN and shit like that, like, oh yeah, massive
- 31:26Speaker 3: fan of Rich. There is no hate that is that's
- 31:29Speaker 3: just playing the Twitter Gamela Twitter in fun Rich is
- 31:32Speaker 3: maybe a Hall of Famer and then in the sports
- 31:35Speaker 3: and him a beer Olympics this year. Yeah, just to go, yeah,
- 31:39Speaker 3: he just come, yeah, just go. I don't know if
- 31:41Speaker 3: he'd be a good competitor, but he's I know, I
- 31:44Speaker 3: know Rich Ron Rich run. We should do a drink
- 31:46Speaker 3: Rich drink as like, you know he does the Leader. Yeah, yeah,
- 31:49Speaker 3: he just does the Leader. That's it, does the Leader. Yeah,
- 31:52Speaker 3: fully suited, fully suited, Yeah, for charity or.
- 31:56Speaker 5: Something, thousand dollars for every second he takes.
- 32:00Speaker 1: What if it tastes like, well, you guys have.
- 32:03Speaker 5: Made a lot of money in your careers, will be.
- 32:04Speaker 1: All right, appreciate it.
- 32:10Speaker 4: It's really kid.
- 32:11Speaker 1: Yeah, took a leader of sweet tea, dude, twisted teast.
- 32:16Speaker 1: I keep saying sweet tea, but it's delicious. It's that sweet.
- 32:19Speaker 2: You feel like you're just drinking a sweet tea and
- 32:20Speaker 2: it's happened to happens to half five percent alcohol in it.
- 32:23Speaker 3: My shoutout, no free shot out goes to the puke
- 32:26Speaker 3: and rally. When you're down bad and you're in the
- 32:30Speaker 3: fucking trenches, the heart rates up, the anxiety is high,
- 32:35Speaker 3: you're in kind of a panic mode. You can't really
- 32:37Speaker 3: fucking get full sentences out of your mouth, whatever arguments
- 32:40Speaker 3: are coming up in your head, and you get all
- 32:43Speaker 3: of that out.
- 32:43Speaker 1: There and somebody, this is a special shout out to
- 32:46Speaker 1: Nick Bennett.
- 32:47Speaker 3: Somebody revives you a little bit because whenever we ended
- 32:50Speaker 3: up getting his anties next like how are you still moving?
- 32:54Speaker 4: I was like, it's all because of you. Brothers.
- 32:55Speaker 3: Like the puke and Rally, I love it. So my shoutout,
- 32:57Speaker 3: no free shodout goes to the puke Rally.
- 33:00Speaker 1: I love it.
- 33:02Speaker 3: Shout out Nick benha Man I shot him a messo
- 33:04Speaker 3: on now. I was like, Hey, I really appreciate you
- 33:06Speaker 3: opening me out.
- 33:09Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 33:10Speaker 2: My shoutout know for SHADOWT is gonna go to We
- 33:14Speaker 2: are less than one hundred days from Spootober and it's
- 33:17Speaker 2: right around the corner. We're ninety four days away from
- 33:19Speaker 2: Spootober when we're filming this, and it's gonna be We've
- 33:22Speaker 2: said it before, Spootober is in a contract year.
- 33:24Speaker 1: Oh, it's got it very much. In a contract year.
- 33:27Speaker 2: Yeah, it's gotta show up in a big way this year.
- 33:29Speaker 2: And I think what better year than this year? The
- 33:32Speaker 2: greatest year for busting with the boys twenty twenty three.
- 33:34Speaker 4: It's on us. Yeah, that's it's all us. That's what
- 33:36Speaker 4: you love to have. We control our own destiny.
- 33:38Speaker 2: That's exactly what you want, dude. So my shout out
- 33:40Speaker 2: for Shadow goes to October.
- 33:43Speaker 1: Pet peeve of the week, Do you boys have one?
- 33:48Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 33:48Speaker 6: One?
- 33:51Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 33:51Speaker 3: My pet peeve of the week goes to, uh, when
- 33:55Speaker 3: people are just wrong in arguments when I know I'm right,
- 34:00Speaker 3: people won't bend the knee. Yeah, when people just don't
- 34:03Speaker 3: get it. That's my pet peev of the week. When
- 34:06Speaker 3: people just wrong when they argue, Yeah with me?
- 34:09Speaker 2: My uh, My pet peeve of the week is goes
- 34:11Speaker 2: out to the last Cup in Beer Palm.
- 34:14Speaker 1: That motherfucker.
- 34:15Speaker 4: Oh, we were in hell, in hell two games, two games.
- 34:19Speaker 2: Couldn't get that motherfucker in but listen, I said, I
- 34:22Speaker 2: don't know how many times they don't ask how they
- 34:24Speaker 2: ask how many true?
- 34:25Speaker 3: Because the Hardy's almost came back and got us like
- 34:27Speaker 3: we left him around the entire time.
- 34:29Speaker 4: Which is just wild.
- 34:30Speaker 2: And got to give a shout out to Harty because
- 34:32Speaker 2: his wife, who played amazing and flip cup her gas
- 34:35Speaker 2: tank was running very low at that point.
- 34:37Speaker 1: Hardy I think made nine cups. Yo.
- 34:39Speaker 2: You know his white man won his white mad one,
- 34:41Speaker 2: so he made eight cups. Yeah, but man, yeah, that
- 34:45Speaker 2: fucking that last cup just refusing to go away.
- 34:49Speaker 3: Hues Bro And there was such a crowd around and
- 34:52Speaker 3: everything chirp's going left and right.
- 34:54Speaker 1: You're just trying to hit the fucking cup.
- 34:55Speaker 2: And when you're drunk to your thing yourself, man, it's cool,
- 34:57Speaker 2: everyone's around here. And then he's are to realize, oh,
- 34:59Speaker 2: everyone's here because there's no other games being Yeah, yes, dude.
- 35:06Speaker 1: That is my pet peeve of the week.
- 35:13Speaker 9: My pet peeve of the week goes to those people
- 35:16Speaker 9: that wear those little risk guards when they hurt their wrists.
- 35:19Speaker 9: I think that is the softest ship of all time.
- 35:23Speaker 9: If you have if your wrist hurts, just grow up
- 35:27Speaker 9: and deal with it the fact that you wear those
- 35:28Speaker 9: little wrist things like when you're rollerblading, if your rollerblade
- 35:31Speaker 9: anywhar them, that's fine, But if you take them outside
- 35:33Speaker 9: of like rollerblading and roller skating, you just look soft.
- 35:38Speaker 9: It just bothers me because it's like, what are you doing?
- 35:40Speaker 9: Like you can move your wrists, like unless it's broken
- 35:43Speaker 9: and you need to cast on it, just let it ride.
- 35:46Speaker 9: But those people that wear those, in my opinion, are
- 35:49Speaker 9: so soft.
- 35:50Speaker 3: Okay, I am so glad you clarified yourself because I'm
- 35:53Speaker 3: thinking you can't wear them, like when your wrist is
- 35:56Speaker 3: fucked up and you're out on the on the grid iron,
- 35:59Speaker 3: you know what I mean, you're hour risk cards when
- 36:01Speaker 3: I play.
- 36:01Speaker 9: Yeah, you're like yeah, I mean I'm talking about the
- 36:04Speaker 9: people that wear them pop walking around.
- 36:07Speaker 4: Yeah, like you're going you're just going to work wearing
- 36:09Speaker 4: a risk guard, Like what are you doing?
- 36:10Speaker 1: But like somebody just says, I sprained my wrist and
- 36:12Speaker 1: they're wearing a risk card, Like.
- 36:13Speaker 4: What do you do with that? I'm with that row up.
- 36:16Speaker 9: But like if you're like playing a sport or like
- 36:18Speaker 9: rollerblading or anything, you can absolutely wear it, like that's
- 36:21Speaker 9: to protect it but if you're just hurting it, and like,
- 36:24Speaker 9: if it's just hurt and you're going to work or
- 36:26Speaker 9: just hanging around and you're wearing a risk guard, row up, bit.
- 36:32Speaker 4: Joh, I don't.
- 36:32Speaker 1: I don't disagree with what you said, but you better
- 36:34Speaker 1: pray to God.
- 36:35Speaker 5: I did disagree.
- 36:36Speaker 1: You better pray to God you don't hurt your risk
- 36:37Speaker 1: and the risk in the next two years.
- 36:39Speaker 9: I am never gonna wear one of those. Yeah, No,
- 36:43Speaker 9: I'm with you. I agree with that. I think like
- 36:46Speaker 9: there's I just disagree with them. I just disagree if
- 36:51Speaker 9: if my risk, if I ever get to the point
- 36:53Speaker 9: where I have to wear ones, you know, I'm not
- 36:55Speaker 9: going to wear it. And I'm just gonna let you
- 36:56Speaker 9: boys know. Hey, I'm struggling. But hey, my lett peeve,
- 36:59Speaker 9: I can't do it. Yeah, do it to myself, Jack,
- 37:01Speaker 9: You disagree?
- 37:03Speaker 6: Yeah, coming from someone I've broken my wrists in my
- 37:06Speaker 6: life thirteen times so far.
- 37:08Speaker 5: Hopefully I don't ever have to.
- 37:09Speaker 1: Oh, you're gonna need a stat check on that. Yeah,
- 37:11Speaker 1: we need to say that all the medical files.
- 37:13Speaker 5: That's fine, dude.
- 37:14Speaker 6: Literally from fourth grade summer until I was a sixth
- 37:19Speaker 6: grader or four years old to sixth grade every summer
- 37:22Speaker 6: the first week I broke my wrists back to back
- 37:25Speaker 6: to back to back to back years.
- 37:27Speaker 5: But just living life, you.
- 37:29Speaker 1: Know, I'm just I'm in trees doing bad shit as
- 37:31Speaker 1: a kid. I get it.
- 37:32Speaker 5: I don't I see where your head's out on that one.
- 37:36Speaker 6: But like if you have a there are fractures that
- 37:39Speaker 6: don't require a hard cast, but do require a splint
- 37:43Speaker 6: is that what they call them?
- 37:45Speaker 1: Or a brace?
- 37:46Speaker 6: And if a doctor tell me to wear a splinter brace,
- 37:48Speaker 6: I'm not gonna be like fuck that, I'm gonna pussy
- 37:51Speaker 6: like I'm gonna wear the splint, but now I probably
- 37:56Speaker 6: won't ever wear one again in fear that I'm gonna
- 38:00Speaker 6: get flamed for being a pussy or something. I'm over
- 38:04Speaker 6: that part of my life though.
- 38:06Speaker 3: Or if you have a hairline fracture, you should wear
- 38:08Speaker 3: a split. Yes, you better be saying at least fracture.
- 38:13Speaker 3: If you're wearing some ship around your wrist, yeah, I mean.
- 38:15Speaker 6: If it's like a sprain, that's.
- 38:19Speaker 4: That's what it normally is. Sprain my wrist.
- 38:24Speaker 3: People who sprained their ankles and they got crutches in
- 38:27Speaker 3: a walking boot.
- 38:29Speaker 4: It's like the.
- 38:29Speaker 9: People like the people in high school, but also the
- 38:33Speaker 9: brother no, no, I'm with you, low ankle sprain.
- 38:37Speaker 1: It just hurts.
- 38:38Speaker 9: Yeah, it's like the people that wore like those knee
- 38:40Speaker 9: leaves in high school, like what are you doing?
- 38:44Speaker 4: Like, no, it's not it's not like wha you wear
- 38:52Speaker 4: an sleeve?
- 38:53Speaker 5: I'm with you?
- 38:54Speaker 9: That's question sleep Yeah, that's yeah I'm talking about right.
- 38:57Speaker 3: But that's also you know, that's like it's like my signal.
- 39:00Speaker 3: You're like a thing that you're think. It's like Ai
- 39:02Speaker 3: with his sleeve is playoff Willy with his sleeve. So
- 39:06Speaker 3: you know, I'm in compete mode.
- 39:08Speaker 4: But no, like you guy.
- 39:08Speaker 9: Do you guys remember like those girls in high school
- 39:10Speaker 9: that would wear those like knee braces just for like
- 39:14Speaker 9: just had like bumping their knees together, They all of
- 39:16Speaker 9: a sudden need to have a knee brace.
- 39:18Speaker 4: Did you guys have that in high school?
- 39:21Speaker 9: That's That's what I'm talking about, Like and like it's
- 39:24Speaker 9: you just bump your wrist or you bump your knee,
- 39:26Speaker 9: and all of a sudden you have this big ass
- 39:28Speaker 9: brace on. And then it's almost like a little pity thing.
- 39:31Speaker 9: It's like, oh, what happened to you? Like are you okay?
- 39:34Speaker 9: Just like an attention seeker. I think it's so dumb.
- 39:38Speaker 3: If you fracture your C one through three and you're
- 39:40Speaker 3: wearing a neck brace, you're such a fucking pussy dude.
- 39:44Speaker 3: It's like Mitch right now, it's just mad about anything happening.
- 39:49Speaker 3: You break your neck and you wear a fucking neck brace.
- 39:52Speaker 3: What kind of soft shit is that?
- 39:54Speaker 4: Be a man?
- 39:55Speaker 2: Yeah, well good miss, I'm glad you get that up
- 39:59Speaker 2: your chest.
- 39:59Speaker 4: Brother. Yeah, I just I remember seeing it like out
- 40:02Speaker 4: at the.
- 40:03Speaker 3: Said enough, you said enough. Should we get to Josh Allen? Yeah,
- 40:08Speaker 3: let's get to Josh Allen Mafia. You guys are gonna
- 40:10Speaker 3: love this shit. He he was all time, he says.
- 40:12Speaker 3: Some some of his responses to questions are just so funny,
- 40:16Speaker 3: like his offseason stuff.
- 40:18Speaker 2: Bro, and he's just like, and I was trying to
- 40:19Speaker 2: pin him into so you mean this, He's like, I
- 40:22Speaker 2: don't mean it like that.
- 40:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 40:24Speaker 1: It was a fun time, man, It was.
- 40:25Speaker 3: He's one of the best, bro and he reps the

- 40:41Speaker 3: the next day and is over at the bus at
- 40:43Speaker 3: eight am so he could do our interview on the
- 40:44Speaker 3: bus and then eventually go over to tight end you
- 40:47Speaker 3: and sling the rock like he's one of the boys, dude,
- 40:50Speaker 3: and I fucking love him.

- 41:09Speaker 2: And I was put my phone down for a minute.

- 42:51Speaker 4: You know.
- 42:55Speaker 1: The good you just came. So we're for everybody watching.
- 42:58Speaker 4: We are you?
- 43:00Speaker 3: Is today and Josh was in LA yesterday all day
- 43:04Speaker 3: for his Madden shoot.
- 43:06Speaker 1: Got here. What times you arrive? What time did you
- 43:07Speaker 1: get in Ashville? Eleven thirty last night?
- 43:09Speaker 4: Eleven thirty last night? It is eight a m.
- 43:12Speaker 3: Before tight End you starts today and the boys blessing
- 43:16Speaker 3: us with his presence. But you were in LA for
- 43:18Speaker 3: your Madden shoot. Talk about being on the cover of Madden.
- 43:21Speaker 1: Dude, Yeah, it's uh, it's weird.
- 43:24Speaker 7: It's like as a kid, right and you you play
- 43:27Speaker 7: this game that tech how I learned the game of football,
- 43:30Speaker 7: all the rules, uh, the rough in the you know
- 43:33Speaker 7: rough in the past. Are going and playing against my
- 43:35Speaker 7: brother and it's just kind of full circle. I learned
- 43:39Speaker 7: it playing Madden. Now on the cover and some kid
- 43:42Speaker 7: will eventually be like I learned the game playing from Madden.
- 43:44Speaker 7: It was the cover of when Josh Allen was on
- 43:46Speaker 7: on the cover and mine.
- 43:47Speaker 1: Was oh three Marshall Fox.
- 43:49Speaker 7: So I vividly remember that that that cover and it's
- 43:52Speaker 7: just it's surreal.
- 43:53Speaker 2: What was the process for you, Like when you found out, Like,
- 43:55Speaker 2: did they call you, like, hey, it's between you and
- 43:57Speaker 2: like two other guys, three other guys, or they hit
- 43:59Speaker 2: you up and play you're the.
- 44:00Speaker 1: You're the cover of mat Yeah.
- 44:01Speaker 7: They called my agent and said, hey, we want to
- 44:04Speaker 7: sit down with Josh or at least do a zoom call.
- 44:06Speaker 7: And we got on and they had this whole video
- 44:09Speaker 7: and like you're the guy that we.
- 44:10Speaker 1: Want, and you you're the most used guy.
- 44:12Speaker 7: And they brought up all these stats and all these
- 44:14Speaker 7: numbers of how many rushing yards you know, like it
- 44:17Speaker 7: was really cool. It's like the one that I stuck
- 44:20Speaker 7: out to me, A billion rushing yards over the course
- 44:23Speaker 7: of people using Madden twenty twenty two.
- 44:26Speaker 3: Yeah, last money. Well they're telling you your stats of
- 44:30Speaker 3: how people used him. Oh yeah, I mean that's kind
- 44:33Speaker 3: of fine.
- 44:33Speaker 7: Billion yard rush, billion rushing yards, a few billion passing yards,
- 44:38Speaker 7: one hundred million touchdowns. Like it was actually insane to
- 44:41Speaker 7: hear those numbers. And I was like, that's that's pretty cool.
- 44:44Speaker 4: All right.
- 44:45Speaker 1: Are you worried about the Madden Oh.
- 44:48Speaker 7: That's already that's done and over with Pat and Tom
- 44:51Speaker 7: broke that a few years ago.
- 44:52Speaker 1: Yeah, But if you look at statistically those two broke it.
- 44:55Speaker 3: They've helped the percentage. It's not one hundred percent anymore.
- 44:57Speaker 3: Now we're talking about high eighties.
- 45:00Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 45:00Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not supposed to be in the league. I
- 45:02Speaker 1: wasn't supposed to be here, you know, right where I
- 45:04Speaker 1: come from.
- 45:04Speaker 2: Like, yeah, dude, you're right, six six tall, super athletic
- 45:08Speaker 2: hand some massive hands about you?
- 45:10Speaker 4: Not about you?
- 45:11Speaker 1: Oh no, never, all right, we're talking about you. Yeah,
- 45:15Speaker 1: all those things. Yeah, you weren't supposed to make it.
- 45:17Speaker 2: You did have a wild and I'm not a wild journey,
- 45:19Speaker 2: but like getting into the NFL, Like if you look
- 45:21Speaker 2: at you now and like Josh Allen, yo, this duad
- 45:23Speaker 2: should have been a five star recruit and everything end
- 45:25Speaker 2: up going to Wyoming, right, yeah, Like how how was
- 45:28Speaker 2: that whole process like going into that, Like we just
- 45:30Speaker 2: a late bloomer, didn't hit pubertyuntil about eighteen.
- 45:32Speaker 1: What's the deal?
- 45:33Speaker 4: Really? Yeah?
- 45:34Speaker 7: I was uh, like sen junior year, I was like
- 45:36Speaker 7: six one hundred and seventy pounds, soaking wet, fucking jennior year.
- 45:40Speaker 7: I got to round six two six three. Then I
- 45:42Speaker 7: went to junior college and grew a couple more inches,
- 45:44Speaker 7: and that's when I was living on my own, and
- 45:47Speaker 7: I was going to like Wendy's and Carls Junior every
- 45:49Speaker 7: every single night, and just eating as much as I could.
- 45:51Speaker 7: I finally got up to like two o five my
- 45:53Speaker 7: junior college year, and then I got to Wyoming my.
- 45:55Speaker 1: First year, I got to like two thirty five. I
- 45:58Speaker 1: put on some.
- 45:58Speaker 3: You're still crushing fast food? Yeah, I love that. It's
- 46:03Speaker 3: you number one spot.
- 46:04Speaker 2: If you were to say what the best fast food
- 46:06Speaker 2: burger is, Burger Fast, just Chicklee Burger. So I can't
- 46:10Speaker 2: say Chick fil A here, but chick flas your number
- 46:12Speaker 2: one spot, I'd say, yeah, Fla a header, but I would.
- 46:19Speaker 4: Closetater of Chick fil a little bit.
- 46:22Speaker 1: I ran out.
- 46:23Speaker 4: I got Chick fil A to me.
- 46:24Speaker 2: It was overused on the plane traveling with the Titans
- 46:28Speaker 2: every single flight. The chick flight, you start to get smell,
- 46:30Speaker 2: even the Polynesian saucer.
- 46:32Speaker 1: Like, hey, I gotta get the fuck out of here.
- 46:33Speaker 1: It just became too much. I get it.
- 46:34Speaker 4: I get it.
- 46:35Speaker 2: Yeah, I appreciate you understanding my truth. But as a
- 46:38Speaker 2: burger goes, this is a h And I heard you
- 46:41Speaker 2: mentioned Carls Junior, which I feel is slept on franchise.
- 46:45Speaker 7: Yeah, wedness is good, but not the best. Nothing beats
- 46:49Speaker 7: a Big Mac man what McDonald. I may or may
- 46:55Speaker 7: not have waited thirty five to forty minutes in the
- 46:57Speaker 7: drive through line last night on my way to the
- 46:59Speaker 7: Whole Tell because there's nothing open, and got myself a
- 47:03Speaker 7: Big Mac allegedly.
- 47:06Speaker 3: Hey, what's funny is you almost love when it's late
- 47:08Speaker 3: at night and you're like, the only options available is
- 47:11Speaker 3: fast food?
- 47:12Speaker 4: You know what I mean?
- 47:13Speaker 1: I have to do it or I'm not going to
- 47:15Speaker 1: eat tonight.
- 47:16Speaker 4: I don't want to know.
- 47:17Speaker 2: But if I'm picking between, if you're at like two
- 47:19Speaker 2: a m. And you got to pick a spot, t
- 47:21Speaker 2: Bell Taco Bell, is, would you go t Bell over
- 47:24Speaker 2: Big Mac?
- 47:26Speaker 7: Depending on the night. Yeah, I think if your it's
- 47:30Speaker 7: one way or another. Yeah, I think they're different. But
- 47:32Speaker 7: if I'm because I live close in California to a
- 47:36Speaker 7: Taco Bell, I.
- 47:37Speaker 1: Think if you're if you're drunk or banged up, it's
- 47:40Speaker 1: more Taco Bell.
- 47:41Speaker 4: You you you.
- 47:42Speaker 1: Brought up California and there's a legendary fast food franchise there,
- 47:46Speaker 1: and brother, I need this. What's your what's your thought
- 47:50Speaker 1: on in and out Burger? I love the burger. That's
- 47:53Speaker 1: all I need to hear.
- 47:54Speaker 2: Hang on, he don't even not talking about we're talking
- 47:56Speaker 2: about burgers.
- 47:57Speaker 1: Go ahead, speak your truths, brother.
- 47:58Speaker 2: I think everybody agrees with me here the fries, they're
- 48:02Speaker 2: just not the best. No, I'm not gonna.
- 48:04Speaker 1: Try to talk crap about it. Burger's great, Burger's fantastic.
- 48:09Speaker 4: Leave it at that.
- 48:10Speaker 1: For the price point, I mean it's it's fantastic. It's fantastic.
- 48:14Speaker 1: Smash Burger.
- 48:15Speaker 3: I mean the majority of fast food chains are smash burgers.
- 48:18Speaker 3: Five guys.
- 48:20Speaker 7: I had yesterday for the first time in l a
- 48:23Speaker 7: Roscoes chicken and waffles.
- 48:25Speaker 4: Yes, hell, yes, I've never had that. It is unreal.
- 48:30Speaker 1: Did you to a nice Roscoes or like the one
- 48:33Speaker 1: close to lax in Englewood?
- 48:35Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, all right, that's what I need to hear.
- 48:37Speaker 2: That's what I need to hear. That they got a
- 48:40Speaker 2: low low chicken. Wafflesh was like a sister company in Arizona.
- 48:43Speaker 2: We went there in seven in central right there in Phoenix,
- 48:46Speaker 2: and it's like broken down, but you can get like
- 48:48Speaker 2: Mason jars of kool aid.
- 48:50Speaker 1: Dude, their food is unreal. Swelling of the body lemonade
- 48:55Speaker 1: I've ever had my entire life, no question, diabetes in
- 48:57Speaker 1: a cup.
- 49:00Speaker 2: Morosco's is great, though, Rosco's Yeah, first time, first time ever.
- 49:05Speaker 1: So you don't eat very healthy.
- 49:08Speaker 3: I think that's we've I think we've kind of gotten
- 49:10Speaker 3: to that point. He's talking about his twenty percent, right, Yeah, yeah.
- 49:15Speaker 7: I'm all about CLOrk CLOrk intake than all that other shit.
- 49:19Speaker 4: Right, you need macro that.
- 49:22Speaker 7: If you want to lose weights, the CLOrk definit I
- 49:24Speaker 7: think like there are studies that show that if you
- 49:26Speaker 7: want to lose weight, just stop eating, right, So that's
- 49:29Speaker 7: when I need to stop or start losing weight and
- 49:31Speaker 7: start cutting a little bit.
- 49:32Speaker 1: I just eat way less. I respect that.
- 49:34Speaker 4: Man.
- 49:35Speaker 3: It's like, you know, you're you're at the top of
- 49:37Speaker 3: the food chain in the NFL as far as being
- 49:39Speaker 3: a quarterback. But it's refreshing to hear that you like
- 49:42Speaker 3: to get a little you like to get in the
- 49:43Speaker 3: trenches late at night.
- 49:44Speaker 2: Yeah that is nice to hear. Yeah, that is good.
- 49:46Speaker 2: A lot of dudes too. People don't realize how bad
- 49:49Speaker 2: dude to eat in the NFL. You think everyone's just
- 49:52Speaker 2: a well oiled machine working on every little head. This
- 49:54Speaker 2: this vegetable, this protein. It's bad out there.
- 49:57Speaker 3: The majority of guys, Yeah, don't know, it's yeah, it's
- 49:59Speaker 3: about calories, even the college cafes.
- 50:03Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, tough sledding out there. Yeah for sure.
- 50:07Speaker 4: Did uh Man.
- 50:08Speaker 1: I know we got away from the Maden cover talk,
- 50:10Speaker 1: but I wanted to bring.
- 50:11Speaker 3: Up like the first it was the first posting of
- 50:14Speaker 3: her right and there was like a helmet.
- 50:18Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 50:19Speaker 1: Was that a marketing ploye? You think conspiracy? For sure?
- 50:23Speaker 4: Get people talking.
- 50:24Speaker 2: Yeah, of course it worked. They didn't do it on accident.
- 50:27Speaker 2: I mean you do that on it.
- 50:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 50:30Speaker 3: You guys started off with an absolute bang last year
- 50:35Speaker 3: and unfortunately fell off at the end.
- 50:38Speaker 4: And you talk about the season a little.
- 50:40Speaker 7: Bit, Yeah, a lot of ups and downs, a lot
- 50:44Speaker 7: of crap that some teams may never never have and
- 50:50Speaker 7: never will have to go through, you know when you
- 50:53Speaker 7: talk about some of the crazy stuff that happened to
- 50:56Speaker 7: us last year, like you can you can name it
- 50:58Speaker 7: off and I won't go through that right now, But
- 51:02Speaker 7: just the way that we came together and at the
- 51:04Speaker 7: end of the year, Man, we were we were drained emotionally, physically, mentally.
- 51:09Speaker 3: Because Playoffs was basically a couple of weeks after the
- 51:12Speaker 3: the more Hamlet incident.
- 51:13Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, god, that was that was nuts.
- 51:17Speaker 2: Yeah, that shook everybody and everyone. Thank god, he's he's
- 51:21Speaker 2: doing good.
- 51:21Speaker 7: Now he's back in the building and put on a helmet,
- 51:24Speaker 7: did some OTA stuff with us, and you know, he's
- 51:27Speaker 7: gearing back up to play. So I know, even off
- 51:30Speaker 7: the field, he's got so much shit going on. It's
- 51:33Speaker 7: he's he's an impressive human being.
- 51:35Speaker 3: What was it like in the moment that that happened
- 51:38Speaker 3: From your perspective, I mean it was Uh. I would
- 51:43Speaker 3: assume just eyes wide, hoping that everything's all right, but
- 51:46Speaker 3: like from your lens and your angle, like what are
- 51:48Speaker 3: you sitting there in the moment thinking about.
- 51:51Speaker 7: Well, I mean you never suspect that, right, like what
- 51:55Speaker 7: was going on in the ship that we were hearing
- 51:58Speaker 7: from the training staff and the paramedics that were, you know,
- 52:02Speaker 7: working on them. I mean it's just like it set
- 52:06Speaker 7: in after about forty five seconds standing out there like
- 52:09Speaker 7: all right, what's going on? Like he's okay, and then
- 52:11Speaker 7: all of a sudden you hear some of the stuff
- 52:12Speaker 7: and it's like this, Yeah, it was.
- 52:16Speaker 1: It was.
- 52:19Speaker 7: It was nuts, I will say this, but an amazing
- 52:25Speaker 7: effort by our our training staff, an amazing effort by
- 52:28Speaker 7: him for fighting through it. And I think that the
- 52:32Speaker 7: one the buff the community of Buffalo was fantastic. But
- 52:36Speaker 7: really the NFL community coming together and you know, prayers
- 52:41Speaker 7: don't hurt, you know, So I think really everybody in
- 52:44Speaker 7: the NFL community coming together and sharing a moment at
- 52:47Speaker 7: least for a little bit where everybody was united, you know,
- 52:50Speaker 7: cheering for one purpose, and that was the safety of tomorrow.
- 52:53Speaker 7: So I think that was pretty cool.
- 52:55Speaker 2: When all that's going down, and you know, sitting there
- 52:58Speaker 2: watching the game, everyone's talking about do they play? Do
- 53:00Speaker 2: they not play? At first, you think, all right, this guy,
- 53:04Speaker 2: this guy's injured. You have no idea what it is,
- 53:05Speaker 2: but they're probably you know, you know, you know, in
- 53:07Speaker 2: the ambulance and everything's gonna start up. Then he started
- 53:09Speaker 2: to see the severity, You start to see the emotion
- 53:11Speaker 2: everybody's eyes. Like, at what point was were you guys like,
- 53:15Speaker 2: there's no way we can play this game?
- 53:18Speaker 1: Well, we didn't really have a choice right away.
- 53:21Speaker 7: It was kind of like, all right, warm up, you
- 53:23Speaker 7: guys are going and it was like that wasn't that
- 53:25Speaker 7: the most nuts thing ever?
- 53:27Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 53:28Speaker 1: Yeah, I.
- 53:30Speaker 4: Think it was.
- 53:31Speaker 7: Obviously it's a new spot for everybody to be in,
- 53:32Speaker 7: so I don't fault anybody. But finally we're just like,
- 53:37Speaker 7: hold up, right, like, let's let's let's go in the
- 53:40Speaker 7: locker room. Let's reconvene. Like there's guys sitting on the
- 53:43Speaker 7: bench that like looked in the face of death right now,
- 53:48Speaker 7: right Like, So went in the locker room, and I
- 53:53Speaker 7: had to do some some tough things in there and
- 53:56Speaker 7: then say some tough things, and but we ultimately came
- 53:59Speaker 7: to the decision if there was one guy in this
- 54:01Speaker 7: room that can't play, we don't play. And obviously there's
- 54:04Speaker 7: more than one guy that was like, no, I'm not
- 54:05Speaker 7: not going out there all right, then nobody's going out there.
- 54:08Speaker 7: And then, which I thought was a really cool thing,
- 54:10Speaker 7: the Bengals. So I talked to my coach and I
- 54:13Speaker 7: was like, hey, we're not playing. I'm gonna go talk
- 54:16Speaker 7: to the Bengals and just tell them, like, we can't
- 54:18Speaker 7: do it. As I started walking over there, they were
- 54:21Speaker 7: walking to us saying the same thing.
- 54:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 54:23Speaker 1: So it was like there was a couple of guys.
- 54:25Speaker 7: It was Joe and Joe Mixon, Joe Burrow obviously I
- 54:29Speaker 7: think Tyler Boyd so to be able to sit there
- 54:32Speaker 7: and talk with them and just like guys like we're
- 54:34Speaker 7: we're not playing either. Like I thought, that was a
- 54:37Speaker 7: pretty pretty respectful thing for them to do, which made
- 54:42Speaker 7: it a lot easier for us too.
- 54:44Speaker 1: Yeah, that shit was wild. That was a scary situation.
- 54:47Speaker 2: It puts things in perspective of how small football really
- 54:50Speaker 2: is at the end of the day.
- 54:51Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, especially in that moment.
- 54:52Speaker 3: I mean, it was obviously the most talked about thing
- 54:56Speaker 3: for the next for how many days, But in that
- 54:59Speaker 3: because that I forget, Like, I don't even think I
- 55:01Speaker 3: was watching the game at the time. I think I
- 55:03Speaker 3: was a big group going on. Somebody's like, hey, do
- 55:05Speaker 3: you see what's going on with this with this game?
- 55:08Speaker 3: And you're just thinking, like, you know what, what could
- 55:10Speaker 3: be happening? And then you see Twitter a little bit
- 55:12Speaker 3: and you're like, on this game and you see that
- 55:13Speaker 3: it's on this long delay.
- 55:15Speaker 4: You're like, yo, what the fuck happened?
- 55:17Speaker 3: And you're waiting for videos to come up and everything else,
- 55:18Speaker 3: and you see like this routine type play and it's
- 55:22Speaker 3: just a collapse, and it's just like.
- 55:23Speaker 1: What in the fuck is going on? But yeah, everyone.
- 55:26Speaker 3: You know, everybody's throwing out opinions, what you should do,
- 55:28Speaker 3: what you should not do, all this kind of stuff.
- 55:30Speaker 2: Yeah, are saying all this stuff. They're just online saying
- 55:33Speaker 2: this is what's happening.
- 55:34Speaker 3: Yeah, and like, like you say, it's almost like I
- 55:36Speaker 3: can't believe they're trying to get these guys out there
- 55:37Speaker 3: to play and warm up and stuff. But I mean, fuck,
- 55:39Speaker 3: you don't know what's like some of these especially if
- 55:41Speaker 3: it's like a strength coach, they're probably being told, hey,
- 55:43Speaker 3: it sounds like the game's gonna go on, or the coaches,
- 55:45Speaker 3: it seems like we're gonna do X, Y and Z,
- 55:47Speaker 3: Like okay, I guess if we think we're gonna play
- 55:50Speaker 3: the big picture, they think we're gonna play, like we
- 55:51Speaker 3: should probably tell our guys that warm up. They're like that, like,
- 55:54Speaker 3: hey guys, let's fucking get going. And it's like yo,
- 55:56Speaker 3: hang on. But it's probably such a unique thing for everybody.
- 55:59Speaker 4: Oh yeah, for.
- 55:59Speaker 7: Everybod And then more on the bus after the game,
- 56:02Speaker 7: just like refresh, refresh, give me news, give me news.
- 56:06Speaker 7: Like I it was, it was tough to go to
- 56:08Speaker 7: sleep that night.
- 56:10Speaker 3: So was damar at the game when they said it
- 56:13Speaker 3: was a paid actor, that was that was him.
- 56:16Speaker 4: I'm glad you asked that we have to get going
- 56:19Speaker 4: out there.
- 56:20Speaker 7: That was one hundred. I was in our locker room
- 56:23Speaker 7: before that. They were trying trying to move him kind
- 56:25Speaker 7: of discreetly so he didn't get bothered too much. And
- 56:28Speaker 7: actually they're still modern monitoring and everything.
- 56:31Speaker 4: But that was him, man, that was It is.
- 56:35Speaker 1: Still him, Yeah, still him, it's still him. Promise promise, yeah,
- 56:38Speaker 1: I promise.
- 56:39Speaker 3: Incredible day he's back out there, like you know, like
- 56:41Speaker 3: you said, put on the helmet, participating in some.
- 56:47Speaker 1: Can I get it on the next the next time
- 56:48Speaker 1: you guys.
- 56:48Speaker 4: Go go where.
- 56:50Speaker 1: You guys gotta buy one, get one free for the teeth,
- 56:53Speaker 1: right yeah?
- 56:54Speaker 2: Yeah, do you want to get some veneers?
- 56:58Speaker 1: Are you thinking about doing it? Thought about it?
- 57:00Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 57:01Speaker 7: My parents spent too much money on my in my mouth,
- 57:04Speaker 7: you know, braces and ship growing up.
- 57:05Speaker 4: Yeah, it's an easy figure.
- 57:07Speaker 1: I know, there's an easy fix now, but.
- 57:09Speaker 4: Easy for veneers.
- 57:11Speaker 6: Man.
- 57:11Speaker 4: Thank you? Who was it yesterday? Should he should think
- 57:13Speaker 4: about it more? Yeah? Foster, Yeah, yeah, he was out there.
- 57:17Speaker 1: Oh. I forgot to ask him, like what was that from?
- 57:19Speaker 3: And honestly, I think it's because he got mashed in
- 57:23Speaker 3: the mouth by it in the weight room.
- 57:25Speaker 2: Oh, he talking about the thing he can't talk about. Yeah,
- 57:27Speaker 2: we gotta figure that out.
- 57:28Speaker 3: I know we do have to do some investigative journalism
- 57:31Speaker 3: here on him. But yeah, you should look into some
- 57:34Speaker 3: Veneers because you are in tabloids now, like you wanna
- 57:37Speaker 3: you want to address some rumors out there.
- 57:38Speaker 1: It's a game changer, for real game changer. It's a process.
- 57:41Speaker 4: Though.
- 57:42Speaker 2: You get the tempts put on. I don't know how
- 57:43Speaker 2: you were with the tempts, but they hang on.
- 57:45Speaker 4: We got it, hurt?
- 57:46Speaker 1: Did it hurt?
- 57:46Speaker 4: Don't don't let him get it. Don't let him get
- 57:48Speaker 4: away from it. Remember what I'm about talking about Veneers?
- 57:52Speaker 1: I'm talking about it.
- 57:52Speaker 4: No, I know, I said he flipped on honest. He's like, oh,
- 57:55Speaker 4: can I join you next time?
- 57:56Speaker 3: I oh, yeah, should looking at the Veneers because he
- 57:57Speaker 3: is in the tabloids, like, apparently there's some rumor he's
- 58:00Speaker 3: dating an actress, Like there's some stuff going on out there.
- 58:03Speaker 2: So the Madden, Well, yes, thisisen's on the docket. We
- 58:13Speaker 2: should talk about the rumors. Do you want to talk
- 58:15Speaker 2: about your personal life and who you're dating?
- 58:19Speaker 1: No comment. All right, I always say Patty's doing great.
- 58:23Speaker 4: Yeah, you taught him well. Boys.
- 58:25Speaker 2: We interrupt this episode to bring you an adtery, which
- 58:27Speaker 2: is Duke can we like to talk to you about
- 58:29Speaker 2: your shower game for a minute.
- 58:30Speaker 3: Here's a fact. The body wash you're using sucks. It's weak,
- 58:35Speaker 3: watered down, and probably smells like shit. Simply put, it's
- 58:39Speaker 3: not getting the job done.
- 58:41Speaker 2: The boys need a shower of substance after a hard
- 58:43Speaker 2: day's work, and that's why we use thick, high viscosity
- 58:46Speaker 2: body wash from Duke Cannon.
- 58:48Speaker 1: Thicker and girthier is better.
- 58:50Speaker 2: Duke Cannon's thick body wash is built to work hard,
- 58:53Speaker 2: not spewed down the shower drain.
- 58:56Speaker 3: All their sense are absolutely amazing. My personal favorite is
- 59:00Speaker 3: the Midnight Swim. It smells like a cannonball in a
- 59:02Speaker 3: moonlit lake, not a dip in a hot tub at
- 59:05Speaker 3: the Starlit Motel.
- 59:06Speaker 2: See, when I was we were at Beer Olympics. Things
- 59:08Speaker 2: were getting sweaty, things were getting a little heated. I
- 59:11Speaker 2: had that cool dry on and people kept coming up
- 59:12Speaker 2: to me going, bro, you look sweaty, but you smell
- 59:14Speaker 2: the listen, what's the deal.
- 59:16Speaker 1: And that was Duke Cannon.
- 59:17Speaker 4: You have to.
- 59:17Speaker 1: Try Duke Cannon.
- 59:18Speaker 3: So for a limited time, we're hooking the Boys up
- 59:20Speaker 3: with twenty percent off your first order at Duke Cannon
- 59:23Speaker 3: dot com with code the Boys twenty.
- 59:26Speaker 2: That's twenty percent off when you use code the Boys
- 59:29Speaker 2: twenty at Duke Cannon dot com.
- 59:30Speaker 1: Duke Cannon, Work Harder, Smell Better. Back to the episode.
- 59:35Speaker 3: Talk about because it's obviously a big discussion right now,
- 59:40Speaker 3: big conversation around Bill's mafia, Bill's media and everything else.
- 59:43Speaker 3: This Stefon Diggs stuff going on. Can you talk about
- 59:46Speaker 3: your relationship with them?
- 59:48Speaker 1: Yeah, I love them, that's my guy.
- 59:50Speaker 4: Like what.
- 59:54Speaker 7: The media is blonenus so far out of proportion, right,
- 59:57Speaker 7: Like we are in rookie or mini camp. We're not
- 1:00:00Speaker 7: playing a game for four months. He doesn't show up
- 1:00:03Speaker 7: one day, he's still there, you know, Coach asked him
- 1:00:07Speaker 7: to to go home. We're in talks and discussions of
- 1:00:10Speaker 7: trying to trying to resolve some things and it wasn't
- 1:00:12Speaker 7: anything major and media blew it up and they're still
- 1:00:17Speaker 7: talking about it. She's like, let it go, let it go.
- 1:00:19Speaker 7: There's there's no reason to continue talking about it. He
- 1:00:21Speaker 7: was on the field with us the next day, you know,
- 1:00:25Speaker 7: we're it was not a big deal.
- 1:00:29Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: I feel like every day I get on the bird app,
- 1:00:31Speaker 3: somebody's trying to find one little sentence or a couple
- 1:00:33Speaker 3: of words they might hear from somebody to where whether he's.
- 1:00:36Speaker 7: It's always like, oh, it wasn't this, but it might
- 1:00:38Speaker 7: have may have been this, and someone else coming to
- 1:00:40Speaker 7: know it wasn't that, it was this, And everybody's got
- 1:00:42Speaker 7: their opinion, which, due to social media now is broadcast.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: Is that broadcasted everywhere?
- 1:00:48Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:00:48Speaker 7: And you know, I see this guy on on Twitter.
- 1:00:51Speaker 7: He's talking about how he was in all Pro one
- 1:00:53Speaker 7: time and he would have made all these plays.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: Will come Oh it was it you? Anyways?
- 1:01:03Speaker 4: Did I did I say anything about us tweet last night?
- 1:01:06Speaker 7: It was a trash day is up?
- 1:01:09Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: Trash day tomorrow? Yes, and I just forget sleep, forget.
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: I texted the nanny said hey So, I said, hey, so,
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: I'm not quite sure what happened from when we were
- 1:01:20Speaker 3: talking about trash day to me leaving in the truck
- 1:01:22Speaker 3: a couple of minutes later, but I forgot to roll
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: the trash out to the end of the curb. If
- 1:01:26Speaker 3: you don't mind doing that for me and keeping this
- 1:01:29Speaker 3: between us so charge doesn't find out.
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: Because at the end of the day, the key here
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: is I knew that it was trash day.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: Yeah, remembered do the action? Yeah exactly, That's all that matters. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: hosts of fun. Distating was wild. I mean, you do
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: see stuff. I think it was like the AFC Championship game,
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: and you could see he's getting like, like pretty, he's
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: yelling at he's being dramatic. You're sitting there looking at
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: the tablet ripping through whatever. He's looks like he's being
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: real theatrical about it. But if I go back to
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: Week two Oneay Night football, when we were and y'all like,
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: once I got hurt, I'm in the I'm in the
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: locker room watching the game. The chemistry of your team
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: looks like you guys just have so much fun. It
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: looks it literally looks like high school football, Like you
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: guys are just truly enjoying. I texted David Lee West
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: and Barry Roger Saffold Tekwon Jones. I was like, is
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: it really what it seems like?
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: And I was like yes.
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: So it was unique to see the whole thing of
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: the AFC championship and then all this stuff.
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: Now you know, maybe it wasn't as good as I
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: will say.
- 1:02:27Speaker 7: The Steff Steph is hyped up on game days. He'll
- 1:02:31Speaker 7: yell at me for good, he'll yeut me for bad,
- 1:02:33Speaker 7: like and I want that from him.
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: I want him to tell me what's going on.
- 1:02:36Speaker 7: And but again, like when things are going good, he's
- 1:02:41Speaker 7: yelling at somebody because he's hyped up and he wants
- 1:02:43Speaker 7: to see somebody do something. And yeah, so you know
- 1:02:48Speaker 7: it is what it is. He's one of the best
- 1:02:51Speaker 7: receivers in the game. That's my brother right there, freaking
- 1:02:53Speaker 7: love and everything else. It's behind us and we're moving forward.
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: He's a guy that takes a lot of targets. And
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: I'll see DeAndre Hopkins comes into Buffalo. He might be
- 1:03:02Speaker 2: going there, he might be going to Tennessee. You go
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: to the Patriots. Will tells a story of Colet McCoy
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: when he was playing with the Cardinals and Deandre's like, hey,
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: just throw me the ball.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: What are you doing, like pulls them to the side.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: If DeAndre does come to the Bills, do you think
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: that would what would that do?
- 1:03:18Speaker 4: First? Stefan?
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: Would that would he take that and want that or
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: would that be something that he'd be Like, I don't
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: less less targets for him.
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: Honestly, we haven't talked about any of that. I know that.
- 1:03:30Speaker 7: Having talks with other people in our building that he
- 1:03:34Speaker 7: may have been he may be.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: Okay with that.
- 1:03:36Speaker 7: I don't know until we get to the situation. Like
- 1:03:38Speaker 7: I couldn't give you a real answer to be honest.
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: For you, how do you what's cool? What's cool? Like
- 1:03:44Speaker 3: having you on the bus last year? Like I want
- 1:03:46Speaker 3: to say, by that time you said signs your big deal,
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: but you're obviously you know you're.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: Still essentially in your rookie years.
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: Now you are a year later outside of that first year,
- 1:03:56Speaker 3: your first deal, like having an NFL quarterback on the bus,
- 1:03:59Speaker 3: Like talk to us about like what maturities get made?
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: Like how do you develop even more, how do you
- 1:04:06Speaker 3: work on your craft? Like how is life different for
- 1:04:08Speaker 3: an NFL quarterback going from like a rookie contract and
- 1:04:10Speaker 3: now you're like growing into being more of a guy,
- 1:04:12Speaker 3: like a veteran in the locker room.
- 1:04:14Speaker 7: Yeah, I think the weight of your words matter a
- 1:04:16Speaker 7: lot more, especially in the locker room and talking to guys.
- 1:04:18Speaker 7: And you know, I try not to talk as much.
- 1:04:22Speaker 7: I try to work and show show guys in my
- 1:04:24Speaker 7: locker room that, like, this guy wants it. So when
- 1:04:26Speaker 7: I'm in the building, I'm in the building like we're
- 1:04:28Speaker 7: working hard, and make no mistake about it.
- 1:04:33Speaker 4: I have a lot of fun.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: Like I, like you were saying, it's the best job
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: in the world. It really is.
- 1:04:39Speaker 7: Like I get to come in and work out and
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: hang out my guys and joke around and go on
- 1:04:44Speaker 7: the practical and throw a ball around like that's freaking cool.
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: Yeah, you know.
- 1:04:47Speaker 7: So I try to let everybody know and feel how
- 1:04:51Speaker 7: much I love it. It's like I'm gonna do me,
- 1:04:55Speaker 7: match me, and do you right, Like enjoy this. And
- 1:04:59Speaker 7: I've been so fortunate to have some of the guys
- 1:05:00Speaker 7: in my locker room. You talk about Michael Hyde, Jordan Foyer.
- 1:05:03Speaker 7: I've been there for my entire time with Bean Dawkins,
- 1:05:06Speaker 7: who's a vivacious character.
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: He's he's awesome, what a word to yes, nice, he's yeah.
- 1:05:14Speaker 7: Von Miller bringing him in and having to hang out
- 1:05:17Speaker 7: with him and see how much he loves the game
- 1:05:19Speaker 7: and bringing a guy like just the guys that we've
- 1:05:22Speaker 7: brought in have been fantastic and they share the same
- 1:05:25Speaker 7: passion for the game that I do. So it's it's
- 1:05:28Speaker 7: been it's been easy.
- 1:05:29Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: When you talk about like knowing that your words matter
- 1:05:34Speaker 3: and everything else, Like, as you've grown into the role
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: that you have, do you feel like it's important to
- 1:05:40Speaker 3: speak up a little more, maybe more than you're comfortable
- 1:05:42Speaker 3: doing because you're like, ah, I do understand that I'm
- 1:05:44Speaker 3: in this role and I carry all this weight on
- 1:05:45Speaker 3: the team, Like do you kind of, you know, push
- 1:05:48Speaker 3: yourself to get out and like speak up a little
- 1:05:50Speaker 3: bit more because it does matter.
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: I'm trying to.
- 1:05:53Speaker 7: And that's that's always been a hard thing for me,
- 1:05:55Speaker 7: is like being the asshole, right like because it's not
- 1:05:58Speaker 7: really who I am. And I think being a leader,
- 1:06:01Speaker 7: I think the main like the main thing for me
- 1:06:04Speaker 7: is being as authentic as possible or like I don't
- 1:06:07Speaker 7: I don't read leadership books because I don't want somebody
- 1:06:10Speaker 7: else's thoughts in my mind about how to be a
- 1:06:13Speaker 7: good leader. Like either sometimes you either got it or
- 1:06:15Speaker 7: you don't. That's my take on it. Like there's sports
- 1:06:18Speaker 7: psychologists and all these people that can talk you through things,
- 1:06:22Speaker 7: but again, I think that kind of takes away from
- 1:06:24Speaker 7: being authentic and that that to me is the number
- 1:06:28Speaker 7: one thing be just be me, and it's worked out
- 1:06:31Speaker 7: for me so far, and you know, in terms of
- 1:06:34Speaker 7: getting respect from from guys on the team and and
- 1:06:37Speaker 7: people in our building.
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: So just trying to continue to do that.
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: About the mental aspect of everything, like what is your
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: process in the off season soon as the season ends,
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: Like what is your game plan as far as how
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: much how long you take off? What do you do
- 1:06:50Speaker 2: from a mental standpoint, physical standpoint, where are you train
- 1:06:52Speaker 2: and stuff like that.
- 1:06:53Speaker 7: Yeah, I think it's it's changed over the course of
- 1:06:55Speaker 7: my career so far. Like early on it was like
- 1:06:57Speaker 7: all right, let's throw let's work out every you know,
- 1:07:00Speaker 7: four times a week. I'm kind of like I was
- 1:07:02Speaker 7: in OTAs the entire offseason. In the last couple of years,
- 1:07:06Speaker 7: it's like just get away right, like let because I
- 1:07:12Speaker 7: played the game a little bit differently than most guys.
- 1:07:14Speaker 7: I take a lot of hits, zero ball security, zero
- 1:07:17Speaker 7: ball security.
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: I'm out here.
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: You look for the physic Allen.
- 1:07:20Speaker 7: I sometimes and if I see Will Compton in the
- 1:07:21Speaker 7: middle of the field, I might be I'm going.
- 1:07:23Speaker 4: Straight right here, but you ain't jumping over me. I'll
- 1:07:26Speaker 4: tell you that right now. I might have to come out.
- 1:07:27Speaker 4: I might have to come out of retirement.
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: Yeah, but like the show, retirement announced that.
- 1:07:33Speaker 4: By the way, let's not let's not get over that.
- 1:07:35Speaker 4: That's wild.
- 1:07:35Speaker 3: Well I'm just saying, you know, the NFL is done
- 1:07:37Speaker 3: their thing to hold me out. I might have to
- 1:07:39Speaker 3: go clean slate the year. Would you consider it your
- 1:07:41Speaker 3: two or ten point two? Ten point two because we
- 1:07:44Speaker 3: gave it a go last year and I was in
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: the building ready to sign.
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: But Roger Goodell and Tom Brady inspired and I heard
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: about that about that.
- 1:07:51Speaker 4: You read the blog. Yeah, you should read the blog.
- 1:07:54Speaker 4: I'll shoot it to you.
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: Yeah, thank you. It has all the information that you need. Perfect.
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: But you do play an orthodox.
- 1:08:01Speaker 7: I do play an Orthodox, which again it's worked out
- 1:08:05Speaker 7: for me. And I'm not gonna be young forever. I'm
- 1:08:09Speaker 7: not gonna have this the athleticism forever. So trying to
- 1:08:12Speaker 7: transition to to being you know, the guy that wins
- 1:08:14Speaker 7: from within the pocket, and it'll take time. It's not
- 1:08:17Speaker 7: going to be just this new guy overnight. But in
- 1:08:21Speaker 7: the off season it's like get away, try not to
- 1:08:25Speaker 7: do as much, like still throw a little bit still
- 1:08:26Speaker 7: work out a little bit and just try to maintain
- 1:08:28Speaker 7: weight is really what I'm trying to do, but enjoy
- 1:08:32Speaker 7: and relax sometimes I think allowing my body to rest
- 1:08:35Speaker 7: recover my strength. Coaches are gonna hate that. I then
- 1:08:38Speaker 7: I'm gonna say this, the last two off seasons, I
- 1:08:41Speaker 7: haven't done really anything and before OTAs and we have
- 1:08:44Speaker 7: baseline tests. In both years, I've come back and I've
- 1:08:48Speaker 7: tested way higher than I've ever tested in my entire career.
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: So keep doing that.
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: Time you think taking time off place, I think again,
- 1:08:59Speaker 2: there's guys that.
- 1:09:01Speaker 7: That will be constantly working out and really taking no
- 1:09:06Speaker 7: time off. And I fact those guys are always hurt,
- 1:09:10Speaker 7: you know, they're always dealing with like a soft tissue
- 1:09:12Speaker 7: or just like there's a lot of stuff. There's so
- 1:09:16Speaker 7: many different factors, but you hear it all the time.
- 1:09:18Speaker 7: You can't pull fat, you know, staying a little a
- 1:09:21Speaker 7: little bit chunky and and getting back into shape. I
- 1:09:25Speaker 7: think that's a that's a good process for me. I
- 1:09:29Speaker 7: don't know if it's great for everybody, but I'm I'm.
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: Just you've been fat on what I've been trying to
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: tell you for years.
- 1:09:35Speaker 7: Yeah, you gotta have some cushions probably, especially in Buffalo,
- 1:09:39Speaker 7: keeps you warm too.
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: Actually, practice though, do you guys feel like you maybe
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: practice too much?
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: Sometimes? Specifically let's talk.
- 1:09:45Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 1:09:46Speaker 3: COVID year, COVID year, Tuesday night game, Yeah, playing the Titans,
- 1:09:50Speaker 3: you guys had to stay in shape where we just
- 1:09:52Speaker 3: weve been on and you guys found out took you
- 1:09:55Speaker 3: to the backyard. I wish there was a team that
- 1:09:57Speaker 3: like the shed. Yeah them, You threw a couple of
- 1:10:00Speaker 3: picks in that game one. It wasn't me, but I
- 1:10:02Speaker 3: bet if I was out there, it would have been me.
- 1:10:04Speaker 4: I would have right there.
- 1:10:12Speaker 7: I wish there was a team that did some experimental
- 1:10:15Speaker 7: things like that. We're like, we're not even gonna practice.
- 1:10:17Speaker 7: We did, boy, I know, I know, but did that,
- 1:10:21Speaker 7: but like for real, like the entire season, Like I
- 1:10:23Speaker 7: went my practice this week. But we're gonna take a
- 1:10:25Speaker 7: couple of weeks off and send you your your stuff.
- 1:10:28Speaker 7: We'll do some zoom calls and we'll figure it out
- 1:10:30Speaker 7: on Sunday.
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: Wasn't that the most nut situation of all time?
- 1:10:34Speaker 7: Like we didn't know if we were playing tomorrow, We
- 1:10:35Speaker 7: didn't know if we were playing Sunday. We didn't know
- 1:10:37Speaker 7: player Monday two is like it was so up.
- 1:10:39Speaker 4: In the air.
- 1:10:39Speaker 7: And then I think we had a Thursday night game
- 1:10:42Speaker 7: the next week, so that's what we had to get,
- 1:10:44Speaker 7: that switch from Thursday to either Sunday or Monday.
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: I don't I don't remember. It's kind of a blur, but.
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: We were supposed to play the Steelers, like three days
- 1:10:54Speaker 2: before we played, y'all, they're like, all right, hey, game
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: plans out, We're playing the Bills now.
- 1:10:58Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:10:59Speaker 2: I remember, like we did one walk through of that
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: whole whatever eight nine days and I'm literally thinking to myself, brother,
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: we're gonna get blown the fuck out.
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: Yeah you just a location at the Bobby Hotel?
- 1:11:11Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:11:11Speaker 3: Did you really doing a couple of our meetings like
- 1:11:14Speaker 3: just at the Bobby Hotel?
- 1:11:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm like rolling out, just kind of hanging out, like, man,
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: are we even gonna play these guys? And then Tuesday
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: night and man, you guys did not answer the bell.
- 1:11:23Speaker 2: I remember being on the phone with Trim Murphy like, hey,
- 1:11:25Speaker 2: what do you guys think? He said, Bro, we fucking
- 1:11:27Speaker 2: we were just running gassers at practice nuts. Yeah, so
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: less there's more is what you're saying all the kids
- 1:11:33Speaker 2: out here watching on the mat and no, no, no, don't
- 1:11:36Speaker 2: work hard, focused on.
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: Doing Buffalo bills do way too much.
- 1:11:43Speaker 2: Yeah no, now that I'm gonna established five year vets,
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: you'r six for me that this is the process I
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: found that helps for me the most.
- 1:11:54Speaker 7: Doesn't worry again, let's call spade of spade. I'm I'm
- 1:11:57Speaker 7: not everybody.
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: Yeah, and you're also borderline him comment.
- 1:12:03Speaker 4: That him comment, No, maybe.
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: If you in the super Bowl this year, is that?
- 1:12:09Speaker 4: We think too?
- 1:12:10Speaker 3: I think too. He's also quarterback. You are a physical specimen.
- 1:12:14Speaker 3: All this time, you do all these theatrics. You're very
- 1:12:16Speaker 3: physical and everything else. But all the off season like
- 1:12:19Speaker 3: not doing anything else. I could work more in the
- 1:12:22Speaker 3: line of quarterback.
- 1:12:23Speaker 2: Yeah, this kind of like yeah, yeah, I can get
- 1:12:25Speaker 2: ready for us, Like it's all really meant like you've
- 1:12:29Speaker 2: seen so many different quarterbacks and body types, like all
- 1:12:32Speaker 2: that matters is here right, Like well then here over too,
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: oh yeah here, yeah there, I go.
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: Be careful.
- 1:12:41Speaker 4: You gotta be careful.
- 1:12:42Speaker 2: Gotta be careful. It's tough, man, and there are some
- 1:12:45Speaker 2: bad bodyballers out there. Yeah, but you, I mean, you
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: don't look like it when you have to, especially.
- 1:12:50Speaker 4: With all whites.
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: Just get exposed with the all white.
- 1:12:53Speaker 7: Once I go, once I go back in, like I
- 1:12:55Speaker 7: work hard and I get back into shape real quick.
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:12:59Speaker 7: But like I I teeter around two forty two. That's
- 1:13:03Speaker 7: kind of my weight. That that's my fine weight, right,
- 1:13:05Speaker 7: two forty two. So I teeter for between two thirty
- 1:13:07Speaker 7: eight and two forty four petering, teetering what twenty five?
- 1:13:12Speaker 7: I don't know if you'd be able to handle that
- 1:13:13Speaker 7: the mass in the middle, brother, forty.
- 1:13:15Speaker 3: Two four, that's my target hunting weight, dude, that se
- 1:13:19Speaker 3: why I fucking seek out?
- 1:13:20Speaker 2: Oh yeah, you find you'd have no problem, no problem.
- 1:13:25Speaker 4: Over field, Josh Allen a little bit. What's up?
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: It's Norman the bus that's warm of the bus.
- 1:13:29Speaker 3: Don't let I've been rocking this as the boys know,
- 1:13:32Speaker 3: Like I'm gonna save you a little bit.
- 1:13:33Speaker 4: Yeah, it does.
- 1:13:34Speaker 3: Like the cold Brews, I love them, but they make
- 1:13:37Speaker 3: me antsy.
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: Yeah, antsy, they really do. I'll come into a whoa.
- 1:13:42Speaker 2: I'll go on the other side of the bus sometimes
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: and he's just kind of pacing around walking.
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: I'm like, hey, boys, what up?
- 1:13:47Speaker 4: It was like a cold brial got again.
- 1:13:49Speaker 3: I had to heat up my food one day and
- 1:13:51Speaker 3: I just stood and was just like looking out the
- 1:13:53Speaker 3: the warehouse, like I had to stand and eat and
- 1:13:55Speaker 3: kind of just walk around like there's so much going
- 1:13:57Speaker 3: on in my brain that I didn't know how to
- 1:13:58Speaker 3: like hone anything in.
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: But anyway, that's why I'm sweating working through it.
- 1:14:02Speaker 3: You think I slet you brother, I'll tell you, well,
- 1:14:06Speaker 3: we beat the Buffalo Bills in twenty eighteen. If I'm
- 1:14:08Speaker 3: in there on third down, that's a story for another time.
- 1:14:11Speaker 3: That's a story for what's what's they're down?

- 1:15:03Speaker 3: for a generous twenty percent off at Georgia boots dot com.
- 1:15:08Speaker 3: Back to the episode, unfortunately, no Lashawn McCoy got did
- 1:15:16Speaker 3: a little option out on our boy dB. dB should
- 1:15:19Speaker 3: have kept outside leverage because he had help on the inside.
- 1:15:21Speaker 3: Little spin movement, a little spin move got shook and
- 1:15:24Speaker 3: then he got it on third down.
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: But if we if we went on third down, we
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: ultimately win that game. So technically we didn't. Yeah, you
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: guys didn't win that game. We scored more points than
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: us won that game.
- 1:15:33Speaker 2: Sure like Tuesday night, Yeah yeah yeah, But in my
- 1:15:36Speaker 2: own personal journey, that should have been when I was
- 1:15:39Speaker 2: on the field.
- 1:15:40Speaker 3: But the coaches wanted a little more speed on the field.
- 1:15:44Speaker 3: But you see how that works out. You need a
- 1:15:45Speaker 3: little bit more IQ, you don't need all the speed
- 1:15:47Speaker 3: in the world. Who was the linebacker though that you're
- 1:15:49Speaker 3: calling out here room.
- 1:15:51Speaker 4: Darren Bates.
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: We can, we can have and we we can will say.
- 1:15:56Speaker 4: Yeah, that's a Will said.
- 1:15:57Speaker 3: He's even talked about it in that he's talked about
- 1:15:59Speaker 3: that game. You out there say I should have been
- 1:16:02Speaker 3: out there, But brother, I should have been out.
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: There, and then you're against the Chargers. You did bring
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: up that you should have been in there. No, that's
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: when I was on the couch just watching the game.
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: But if you were out there, I was yelling at
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: the screen for the coaches to get him.
- 1:16:16Speaker 3: Fucking This is exactly why you need to check rat
- 1:16:19Speaker 3: and not let your middle linebackers go out and cover
- 1:16:21Speaker 3: Austin Eckler one on one when he's the fucking one receiver.
- 1:16:25Speaker 3: I hate when decoordinators, you know, check check something. You
- 1:16:27Speaker 3: gotta play to your guys strengths, play the strength. Yeah,
- 1:16:29Speaker 3: you gotta play their shrinks. But that you were out
- 1:16:31Speaker 3: there on Austin Eckler. You know what we call that?
- 1:16:33Speaker 4: What check?
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: We would give house call? Milk milk check?
- 1:16:38Speaker 3: What's the milk check? That's pretty self expected. I'm not
- 1:16:45Speaker 3: ski I'm skimm bro skim milk milk. I'm skimmed.
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: Now.
- 1:16:48Speaker 4: I was whole milk. You were whole. Yeah I was whole,
- 1:16:51Speaker 4: but I've lost the three pounds. Yeah, you look good,
- 1:16:54Speaker 4: real good kind of guy.
- 1:16:55Speaker 2: But I love that milk check milk will you milk
- 1:16:58Speaker 2: be Hey, we got white line background there.
- 1:17:00Speaker 4: We're going double move. No you have checks like that?
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: Just look around.
- 1:17:07Speaker 4: It's in milk. I'm trying to think of all of
- 1:17:10Speaker 4: his wording.
- 1:17:11Speaker 2: I think white guys don't belong in the NFL. Okay,
- 1:17:15Speaker 2: I'm just trying to get my bearings here. I mean,
- 1:17:18Speaker 2: I don't think so.
- 1:17:20Speaker 4: You guys got a stud.
- 1:17:21Speaker 3: You guys gotta stud white on defense? Yeah, who is it?
- 1:17:28Speaker 3: Matt Milano?
- 1:17:29Speaker 4: He's Italian. Yeah, he's different, He's not white. I'm saying
- 1:17:38Speaker 4: that Matt is olive. He is, he is olive, He's he's.
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: An impressive specimen took.
- 1:17:44Speaker 2: We're getting to the point here where we just kind
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: of leave the Caucasians in the trenches. Just kind of
- 1:17:50Speaker 2: let him ride, you know, let him get out there,
- 1:17:52Speaker 2: hard working, gritty.
- 1:17:55Speaker 3: It's an honor to be on the field and you're
- 1:17:56Speaker 3: like the only Caucasian out there.
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: It's gotta be happened a lot more when you're on defense.
- 1:18:01Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, And when it's like noticing the
- 1:18:03Speaker 3: boys are like, hey, well, you know, you're the only
- 1:18:05Speaker 3: white dude out here, and I'm like, trust me, I've
- 1:18:07Speaker 3: noticed the entire time.
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: Trust me, I've been waiting for somebody else for you
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: guys to man.
- 1:18:12Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: So yeah, Josh Allen doesn't like white guys on the field.
- 1:18:17Speaker 4: No, I love him actually easy I get. I get
- 1:18:22Speaker 4: to give a milk check. Yeah, yeah, a milk check.
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: So you guys really think he's just like milk milk?
- 1:18:29Speaker 4: Is that a real call? Milk? Is that a real call? Milk?
- 1:18:35Speaker 3: So it's gotta be a good time too, Like when
- 1:18:37Speaker 3: you're in the game plan and it's like, hey, if
- 1:18:39Speaker 3: we get this situation, everybody kind of smiles like milk, yeah,
- 1:18:42Speaker 3: milk check.
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: Yeah, you see it over there.
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: We'll just be watching from TV being like, yeah, yeah,
- 1:18:47Speaker 2: he actually just called the milk check right.
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: There, being uh, well, let's talk about.
- 1:18:51Speaker 2: His ball security, okay. Is that something Verbel points out
- 1:18:55Speaker 2: every time we play.
- 1:18:56Speaker 4: I'm a big, big ball security guy.
- 1:18:58Speaker 2: Have you ever been chewed out by your coaches all
- 1:19:00Speaker 2: the time but you just choose not to be.
- 1:19:05Speaker 3: He's like, my strength coaches are gonna hate that I
- 1:19:07Speaker 3: say this. He's like, now, my actual coaches are gonna
- 1:19:09Speaker 3: hate that I say this.
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: Yes, I need to be I need to be better
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: in that that area. Why do you why do you
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: think you don't just tuck it high TI five points
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: of pressure?
- 1:19:18Speaker 3: Do you feel more elusive that way? He doesn't like
- 1:19:20Speaker 3: anybody else's opinions. When I ticed away from his authenticity him,
- 1:19:24Speaker 3: he's gonna do him.
- 1:19:25Speaker 4: He's gonna match him.
- 1:19:26Speaker 3: And coaches that's not really turned in a hurry.
- 1:19:31Speaker 7: When I tuck it, especially in the pocket, I can't
- 1:19:34Speaker 7: throw it right, so I have to keep it here.
- 1:19:36Speaker 2: So like what you roll out of the pocket, I do.
- 1:19:39Speaker 2: Do you know your stat's rolling out right to left?
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: Is it much different? Much different? Okay?
- 1:19:43Speaker 4: Left worsh I believe.
- 1:19:45Speaker 2: So, yeah, you roll out to your left, it's not
- 1:19:48Speaker 2: as good as rolling out to your right.
- 1:19:49Speaker 4: Gotcha.
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: That is a game plan against you.
- 1:19:51Speaker 10: By the way, I don't get the boy. You know,
- 1:19:54Speaker 10: the boys. We still need the boys to play with
- 1:19:56Speaker 10: in this year. Yeah, but if they do, yeah, because
- 1:19:59Speaker 10: that is that is a nugget. That's a nugget that
- 1:20:03Speaker 10: Oh no, I would.
- 1:20:08Speaker 2: I was okay, I would just look at your like
- 1:20:11Speaker 2: just the way coaches in the past.
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: I'm not gonna say what head coach I played for
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: in the NFL.
- 1:20:15Speaker 4: I love him.
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: He was all the time.
- 1:20:18Speaker 3: But everyone does when you're not directly on his team. Okay,
- 1:20:21Speaker 3: Will does get body bagged. Yeah, he does get fucking
- 1:20:24Speaker 3: shot up quite a bit.
- 1:20:26Speaker 2: When you roll out, I can't remember if it's your
- 1:20:28Speaker 2: right or left. We roll to your left. The it's
- 1:20:31Speaker 2: just not an ex play. Yeah, you're still making passes,
- 1:20:34Speaker 2: but when you roll out to your right, and I
- 1:20:35Speaker 2: might be mixing up the sides, no bombs my right.
- 1:20:38Speaker 7: My right's much better than my left. I know that,
- 1:20:40Speaker 7: and that's I think that's true for every quarterback, to
- 1:20:42Speaker 7: be honest.
- 1:20:43Speaker 2: Do you think the teams notice that besides the Titans
- 1:20:45Speaker 2: and try to the left.
- 1:20:47Speaker 7: Yeah, I would say so. But I still get I
- 1:20:49Speaker 7: still get right. Sometimes he's like, I still get busy.
- 1:20:53Speaker 7: I mean, what was the final score of the game
- 1:20:54Speaker 7: last You're like forty one second? We don't it was bad.
- 1:20:58Speaker 7: It was an absolute budgeting. By the way, let's give
- 1:21:02Speaker 7: some flowers to Bill's Mafia. Yeah, those those people the best.
- 1:21:06Speaker 7: Yeah twenty eighteen. I got an argument.
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: They're on the cover of Matten twenty four If you
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: didn't know that, really, Yeah, you have the actual picture.
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: They're gonna use That's the one we were talking about,
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: was it?
- 1:21:15Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I thought he was going from the photo
- 1:21:17Speaker 2: shot today, I think he's.
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: That was for like the TV spot commercial deal.
- 1:21:25Speaker 4: You got some good lines.
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: No, I don't say nothing.
- 1:21:29Speaker 4: It was mean.
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: Look at the face mask you on the man. It's
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: Bill's mafia. In the middle, that's legit Bill's mafia too.
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: They were in La.
- 1:21:40Speaker 2: Is it terrifying for you to go out in Buffalo?
- 1:21:44Speaker 2: You tell you get it hounded. Is it terrifying wet
- 1:21:46Speaker 2: for him to go out around Buffalo? Yea, because it's
- 1:21:49Speaker 2: like a small town. I mean, what is a wing
- 1:21:52Speaker 2: and that's it a whole.
- 1:21:53Speaker 7: Lot sometimes but it's all out of like good place
- 1:22:00Speaker 7: is in people's hearts, right like they just want to
- 1:22:02Speaker 7: say hi, they want to say go Bills. I don't
- 1:22:05Speaker 7: go out too often. They only like, I'll go to
- 1:22:07Speaker 7: dinners every once in a while, but other than that,
- 1:22:09Speaker 7: I stay home.
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: It's got to be a good place not to get
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: in trouble.
- 1:22:12Speaker 7: Yes, yeah, yeah, And I I like to have the
- 1:22:15Speaker 7: guys over to the house so they don't find trouble elsewhere.
- 1:22:19Speaker 7: If you're gonna get in trouble, you can stay here,
- 1:22:23Speaker 7: you can have a good time. Right, yeah, hits the simulator,
- 1:22:25Speaker 7: and just don't take anything from the top shelf please
- 1:22:29Speaker 7: without telling me really?
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I love that rule. Don't take anything from.
- 1:22:34Speaker 7: The top shelf without really the top right shelf. That's
- 1:22:37Speaker 7: that's my my brown water.
- 1:22:39Speaker 4: What are your favorites?
- 1:22:41Speaker 7: I'm a pappy guy. I'm I'm got a few Pappy's.
- 1:22:45Speaker 7: I got a Mictor's, a couple of Micers twenty years,
- 1:22:47Speaker 7: which are great. But if I'm just drinking like Micterer's
- 1:22:50Speaker 7: ten year, some whaler I got, I have really.
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: Good brown water. What you like if I could call
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: it brown water?
- 1:22:58Speaker 4: What's your favorite go to? Just actual.
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: Like the thing you want to ask for whether you're
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: at somebody's house, like do you have this? You go
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: to a bar?
- 1:23:10Speaker 7: Well, if I'm like, if I'm if I'm at dinner,
- 1:23:13Speaker 7: I find like, say, it's an old fashion, it's an
- 1:23:14Speaker 7: old fashion, but it's like for uh, Woodford, Woodford Reserved,
- 1:23:19Speaker 7: there's fine ice man.
- 1:23:20Speaker 3: Yeah, well yeah, I mean that's I would have thought
- 1:23:23Speaker 3: maybe something a little higher priced, but Woodford is Woodford
- 1:23:27Speaker 3: is fire in the Woodford world.
- 1:23:29Speaker 4: I liked their rye.
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: I also like angels envy Rye. That's my actual favorite.
- 1:23:34Speaker 3: Like if you buy a bottle like the angels envy
- 1:23:36Speaker 3: Rye that green because they have a bourbon and then
- 1:23:40Speaker 3: they have a rye and that they uh, it comes
- 1:23:43Speaker 3: out of a Caribbean rum cask. So you get that
- 1:23:45Speaker 3: little carameli caribbean flavor, that little rum flavor in there.
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: It's my favorite whiskey. Pappy makes a tequila too.
- 1:23:52Speaker 2: If you didn't know that, I did not know that
- 1:23:54Speaker 2: Corizone HoriZone Corizone.
- 1:23:57Speaker 4: It's a tequila guy. Taylor's a big tequila guys.
- 1:23:59Speaker 7: Bottle in Buffalo Trace barrels. It's actually really good. It's
- 1:24:03Speaker 7: a smoky flavor. It does almost like a mess cow,
- 1:24:07Speaker 7: not as harsh. Yeah, I am not a mess cow guy.
- 1:24:10Speaker 4: I'd see. I'm a mescal guy. I like it.
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: I can't do it.
- 1:24:13Speaker 3: I love smoking. It's not good because I always hated tequila.
- 1:24:16Speaker 3: Like you know, everybody's got their bad party experience with yacking.
- 1:24:20Speaker 3: Mine happened to be tequila. So I didn't like tequila
- 1:24:23Speaker 3: for the longest. I've been coming around recently, but the
- 1:24:25Speaker 3: fact I got back into it because messcu that's smoky
- 1:24:28Speaker 3: flavor because I'm more of a whiskey guy too. Your
- 1:24:30Speaker 3: first time throwing up was tequila, like not like first
- 1:24:33Speaker 3: time throwing up, but like big moment of like, you know,
- 1:24:35Speaker 3: this tasted awful, and then it came up and I
- 1:24:38Speaker 3: was at a wedding and got half in the trash can,
- 1:24:40Speaker 3: half on the bar, and nobody saw I turn around
- 1:24:42Speaker 3: and walked off. But from that moment it like it
- 1:24:44Speaker 3: was like that time where you just had that that connection.
- 1:24:47Speaker 3: Anytime I smelt it, it was like, I'm about to
- 1:24:50Speaker 3: be sick.
- 1:24:51Speaker 2: I hated to fuck with tequila. Get your body backed
- 1:24:54Speaker 2: me in high school allay time. Yeah, and I have
- 1:24:57Speaker 2: literally unless it's a Vegas bomb. I don't really do
- 1:24:59Speaker 2: Vegas moms any more, but in college I would do, though.
- 1:25:02Speaker 4: Yeah, what was.
- 1:25:02Speaker 2: Your I love Morgan in college, loved it.
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: The pirate on there got me hyped up.
- 1:25:11Speaker 4: You threw up?
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: Oh yeah, what was the situation? High school party?
- 1:25:16Speaker 7: It's actually no first year in college of age nice.
- 1:25:23Speaker 7: It was me and my I was with four other
- 1:25:26Speaker 7: roommates and we there's between five of us, finished a
- 1:25:28Speaker 7: handle and it was downhill from there. And so since then,
- 1:25:33Speaker 7: you don't even want to look at Captain Morton, don't
- 1:25:34Speaker 7: even don't even look at it.
- 1:25:35Speaker 4: Yeah, but also.
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: Yeah, the cheaper bottle of rum for sure, for sure college. Yeah,
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: but I'm saying now, yeah touch Captain Morton.
- 1:25:46Speaker 7: Yeah yeah, that was like that for with vodka for
- 1:25:48Speaker 7: a while and finally started to turn the leaf on vodka.
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: Yeah, you're a big golf guy. Huge Before I gotta
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: go say my daughter the doctors.
- 1:25:56Speaker 4: Right now, a right.
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: By the way. You see that he's got some handshakes.
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: Now that's got inane. Do you remember all those things?
- 1:26:07Speaker 4: Oh, you can go to the big dog seat. Yeah,
- 1:26:11Speaker 4: you're done.
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: Milk milk, milk, milk.
- 1:26:20Speaker 3: I'm seeing a little bit, big golf guy. What's been
- 1:26:23Speaker 3: your favorite place to play recently? Hoopy mash Club? Where's
- 1:26:28Speaker 3: that at? Give me some context, Gartt. We got some
- 1:26:30Speaker 3: golfers back there, but.
- 1:26:31Speaker 7: I'm not as much in Georgia, like middle of nowhere,
- 1:26:36Speaker 7: little like it's off dirt roads, the coolest like boys.
- 1:26:43Speaker 3: Trip you can ever take. You do an annual boys
- 1:26:46Speaker 3: trip with it? Or is this something you play one
- 1:26:48Speaker 3: time to.
- 1:26:48Speaker 7: Do it the last like I've got I've gone there
- 1:26:50Speaker 7: twice in the last two months.
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: It's really cool.
- 1:26:54Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:26:54Speaker 7: Yeah, Like you're like they've got putting greens at night,
- 1:26:57Speaker 7: you can turn the lights on and just hang out
- 1:26:59Speaker 7: there for hours and just top crap and bet and
- 1:27:03Speaker 7: just have a good time. The course itself, it's got
- 1:27:06Speaker 7: twenty two holes, it's got the best jerky you'll ever
- 1:27:11Speaker 7: eat in your entire life. Like it is, it is awesome,
- 1:27:14Speaker 7: and it's like walking only the caddies have little speakers
- 1:27:17Speaker 7: that they carry, and it's just it's just a blast.
- 1:27:19Speaker 3: What are a couple of like the coolest things you've
- 1:27:21Speaker 3: got to do in your spot that you've had access to,
- 1:27:25Speaker 3: you know, within like you know, since the rise within
- 1:27:28Speaker 3: the last two or three years, Like you're like, fuck, man,
- 1:27:33Speaker 3: I can't believe I'm like getting to do this.
- 1:27:36Speaker 2: Well, there's a couple courses that I've played that are
- 1:27:39Speaker 2: whether it's golf or anything else, probably golf.
- 1:27:42Speaker 7: I mean, it's just it. It My life in the
- 1:27:44Speaker 7: off season kind of revolves around it, Like I just
- 1:27:47Speaker 7: I love it. But just the opportunity to one go
- 1:27:51Speaker 7: to like these golf tournaments. I had the PGA Championship
- 1:27:54Speaker 7: in oak Hill this in May, which is an hour
- 1:27:57Speaker 7: and a half from Buffalo, and it's like five minutes
- 1:28:00Speaker 7: from where we trained at an offseat or for a
- 1:28:03Speaker 7: training camp Saint John Fisher, but like to walk through
- 1:28:07Speaker 7: there and like also like they just grab us a
- 1:28:09Speaker 7: cart and they drive us straight to the fifteenth shela
- 1:28:11Speaker 7: there and we sit out there with me and my boys.
- 1:28:13Speaker 7: It's my birthday weekend too, so it was like it
- 1:28:15Speaker 7: was a fun time. Yeah, but just like it is
- 1:28:20Speaker 7: still surreal to me that because I play a game
- 1:28:22Speaker 7: of football that I'm allowed to go and experience all
- 1:28:24Speaker 7: these cool opportunities and experiences.
- 1:28:27Speaker 3: What like when you say your off season kind of
- 1:28:29Speaker 3: revolves around golf, Like when the off season hits, you
- 1:28:32Speaker 3: kind of have a schedule, like the golfing schedule going
- 1:28:34Speaker 3: on to be like all right, we're gonna go here, here, here.
- 1:28:37Speaker 3: You kind of have that mapped out beforehand. Yeah, but
- 1:28:39Speaker 3: like as moments come up, you're like, all right, let's
- 1:28:41Speaker 3: the first thing that's said is when is the Masters?
- 1:28:44Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:28:47Speaker 7: You know, like yeah, I have to wrap it. That's
- 1:28:49Speaker 7: like the number one thing. All right, what when am
- 1:28:51Speaker 7: I getting there? How long am I staying there?
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: Right? Like that's the first trip that I plan out.
- 1:28:56Speaker 7: Yeah, it's usually uh, at first or second week of April,
- 1:29:00Speaker 7: it's the best.
- 1:29:01Speaker 1: Who's your favorite? Who are your favorite golfers right now?
- 1:29:04Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:29:06Speaker 1: Give me three, not an including attacker. That's that's that's
- 1:29:09Speaker 1: my nay. This isn't like a ranking either, Like what
- 1:29:11Speaker 1: are three? Who are three of your favorite guys that
- 1:29:17Speaker 1: you just.
- 1:29:17Speaker 4: Fucking root board? Yeah?
- 1:29:18Speaker 7: I root for Ricky. I was rooting for him hard
- 1:29:21Speaker 7: this weekend. Justin Thomas is up there, I'd go one more. Oh,
- 1:29:32Speaker 7: Keith Mitchell, that's my guy.
- 1:29:33Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, it's Cashmere Keith baby garifired up.
- 1:29:38Speaker 4: Notice that you watch them? Yeah?
- 1:29:43Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I saw him at Riviera's falling around on
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: Sunday at l A c C.
- 1:29:49Speaker 7: That's what It's really cool. I've three for three this
- 1:29:51Speaker 7: year at the Major's. I've been able to play the
- 1:29:53Speaker 7: Monday after. I think that's my number one thing I've
- 1:29:56Speaker 7: gotten to experience. You've gotten to play the day after
- 1:29:59Speaker 7: the conditions at Augusta Oakhill in LACC.
- 1:30:04Speaker 4: Damn.
- 1:30:05Speaker 1: That is sick.
- 1:30:05Speaker 4: What do you think about all this? Uh? What do
- 1:30:07Speaker 4: you think about all the PGA Live stuff?
- 1:30:10Speaker 1: I don't know enough to give like a complain right answer.
- 1:30:14Speaker 4: I'm just talking about you scrolling like doing all this.
- 1:30:17Speaker 4: I will say that.
- 1:30:21Speaker 7: The guys that went with Live right, they someone got
- 1:30:25Speaker 7: the bag, which yeah, for them, you know, I'm never
- 1:30:27Speaker 7: gonna say no to that. I don't like how some
- 1:30:31Speaker 7: guys are saying that if they want back in the PGA,
- 1:30:33Speaker 7: they're gonna have to pay a fine.
- 1:30:35Speaker 1: If they want back in the PGA, then they're gonna
- 1:30:36Speaker 1: have a fine, see that.
- 1:30:38Speaker 7: So like if they wanted to get back on the
- 1:30:40Speaker 7: PG Tour, some of these love guys, they would have
- 1:30:42Speaker 7: to pay a hefty fine to basically clear their name
- 1:30:45Speaker 7: and allow them to go play in the PGA Tour events,
- 1:30:51Speaker 7: which I don't agree with. They they took the chance
- 1:30:53Speaker 7: by going over to Live of never playing again. And
- 1:30:56Speaker 7: then the whole merger happens, which I don't know if
- 1:30:58Speaker 7: it's a natural merger. I don't know if that's completely
- 1:31:00Speaker 7: done yet, But there were some guys saying they've got
- 1:31:04Speaker 7: to pay a fine to get back into whether it's
- 1:31:06Speaker 7: the DP Tour or the PJ.
- 1:31:09Speaker 3: Yeah, because there's a lot of juicy drama in the
- 1:31:12Speaker 3: golf world. I don't follow that like that closely. But
- 1:31:14Speaker 3: obviously when the merger or whatever was happening that day, boys.
- 1:31:18Speaker 2: Were he interrupt this episode two Bring You Beleros s

- 1:32:59Speaker 3: massivehead line. Another question, but on the opposite end being you, like,
- 1:33:04Speaker 3: what what have been some of the cons of everybody
- 1:33:07Speaker 3: wanting your attention all the time? Obviously you know, bussing
- 1:33:10Speaker 3: with the boys, but everybody wanting you to come to
- 1:33:12Speaker 3: their events and everything else, Like, oh, would have been
- 1:33:15Speaker 3: some of like the you know, yeah, I guess the
- 1:33:18Speaker 3: cons of being in the spots you are in.
- 1:33:21Speaker 7: I'd say it's more like, because I'm a homebody, I
- 1:33:26Speaker 7: don't like going out too much. My sister's wedding and
- 1:33:31Speaker 7: I was like, it's her day, and I felt like
- 1:33:33Speaker 7: I was getting bombarded by people at her wedding, which
- 1:33:37Speaker 7: I knew some of them, I didn't know all that
- 1:33:39Speaker 7: well because I was her wedding. She had, she had
- 1:33:42Speaker 7: a large wedding, and I felt so bad because I
- 1:33:45Speaker 7: thought like it was distracting for her, you know, and
- 1:33:47Speaker 7: it was like everybody's here for her, but I was
- 1:33:49Speaker 7: getting a lot of attention from people that I like,
- 1:33:52Speaker 7: I grew up around and I knew, and like it
- 1:33:55Speaker 7: became a little bit too much and I was like,
- 1:33:56Speaker 7: I need to get out of here. I need like
- 1:33:58Speaker 7: so that that one was a hard one for me,
- 1:34:00Speaker 7: me when it was just like I didn't want I
- 1:34:03Speaker 7: didn't want that, you know, I didn't want anybody having
- 1:34:05Speaker 7: to pull anybody away from me or I didn't have
- 1:34:09Speaker 7: like I didn't want to feel like that at her
- 1:34:11Speaker 7: wedding because I just wanted to be there for her.
- 1:34:13Speaker 1: So that one was tough.
- 1:34:15Speaker 7: Other than that, like I get it, like I'm the
- 1:34:18Speaker 7: guy that I want wanted to be as a kid,
- 1:34:20Speaker 7: like the professional quarterback. I didn't really understand maybe what
- 1:34:25Speaker 7: came along with it all that all that much. But
- 1:34:29Speaker 7: again I made my bed if that's what I got
- 1:34:30Speaker 7: to do. On the other like, if those are the cons,
- 1:34:34Speaker 7: I'll take those cons you know, with the with the
- 1:34:36Speaker 7: pros that come with it in the day of the week.
- 1:34:38Speaker 3: So you got a squad like c A to kind
- 1:34:39Speaker 3: of help exactly schedule all those things.
- 1:34:43Speaker 7: Say, No, it's the first off season I've had like
- 1:34:47Speaker 7: a legit calendar where I can pull it up like
- 1:34:49Speaker 7: the Google cal on my phone and be like, I
- 1:34:51Speaker 7: know exactly where I'm supposed to be at exact what,
- 1:34:53Speaker 7: exact time. So like that's made my life like more easy,
- 1:34:57Speaker 7: if that makes sense. It's like I don't have to
- 1:34:58Speaker 7: stress about I used to be like what are you.
- 1:35:01Speaker 1: Doing this weekend? Josh, Like I don't know? Yeah, what
- 1:35:04Speaker 1: are you doing today?
- 1:35:05Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 1:35:05Speaker 7: I wake up and I'll figure it out. You know,
- 1:35:07Speaker 7: right by the way you got to you gotta shoot tomorrow.
- 1:35:10Speaker 7: You know they're coming to pick you up at eight
- 1:35:11Speaker 7: o'clock or ship. You know, so I forgot, I say, yeah, exactly.
- 1:35:14Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:35:15Speaker 3: So you do you make it back home a lot?
- 1:35:17Speaker 3: Like do you get back home a lot? Did you
- 1:35:19Speaker 3: used to compared to now?
- 1:35:20Speaker 1: Or No?
- 1:35:21Speaker 4: Not?
- 1:35:21Speaker 7: Not not that much. I'd like to because there's some
- 1:35:26Speaker 7: food in my hometown that is like killer. So every
- 1:35:29Speaker 7: time I go up there, like I go to the
- 1:35:30Speaker 7: same spot like two or three times. If I'm there
- 1:35:32Speaker 7: for three days, I go there every day. Yeah, fire
- 1:35:34Speaker 7: by restaurant. It's it's super original name.
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: Which restaurant called Fireball restaurant?
- 1:35:39Speaker 4: Fireball restaurant.
- 1:35:40Speaker 2: It's the best Mexican food, not the Fireball restaurant. Shout
- 1:35:44Speaker 2: out fire Restaurant.
- 1:35:45Speaker 3: What are a couple opportunities that you've had to turn
- 1:35:48Speaker 3: down because of scheduling conflicts or having to be some
- 1:35:51Speaker 3: more mandatory and you're like, man, I got fomo missing
- 1:35:54Speaker 3: out on that, or it would have been cool to
- 1:35:56Speaker 3: go to that.
- 1:36:04Speaker 7: Right now, I don't know if I could think of one,
- 1:36:05Speaker 7: because I'm I can't think that far in the past.
- 1:36:08Speaker 4: Really.
- 1:36:09Speaker 7: Yeah, but I will say this, I'm in the season
- 1:36:11Speaker 7: of yes right now, So if I get asked to
- 1:36:13Speaker 7: go somewhere cool, it's like, yeah, yeah, I'll go.
- 1:36:16Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:36:16Speaker 7: So it's like, it's been it's been a fun offseason.
- 1:36:22Speaker 7: Just a couple of golf trips that I was like,
- 1:36:24Speaker 7: I probably should.
- 1:36:25Speaker 4: Have went on that.
- 1:36:25Speaker 2: Yeah, big golf guy, Big golf guy, big golf guy.
- 1:36:28Speaker 1: You see out of trouble, you know, do you go.
- 1:36:30Speaker 3: Out to the one that tournament in Tahoe. Is that
- 1:36:32Speaker 3: what it is? Yeah, we're all the it feels it.
- 1:36:35Speaker 3: Is it a lot of players and celebrities. Is that
- 1:36:37Speaker 3: like a big celebrity tournament? Because I see McAfee he's
- 1:36:40Speaker 3: on the simulator right now training for it.
- 1:36:43Speaker 4: The boy there when is that?
- 1:36:45Speaker 6: Lie?
- 1:36:47Speaker 7: I'm going the eleventh through the sixteenth, but that's the fourteenth,
- 1:36:50Speaker 7: fifteen sixteenth.
- 1:36:51Speaker 4: That seems like a fun time. It seems like everybody
- 1:36:53Speaker 4: has a blast out there.
- 1:36:54Speaker 1: It's awesome. Are there any things that you would like
- 1:36:58Speaker 1: to do.
- 1:37:01Speaker 3: In the in the future, So say, like we had
- 1:37:03Speaker 3: Travis on yesterday he got the host SNL. He wants
- 1:37:06Speaker 3: to be in like, you know, hit a movie one day,
- 1:37:08Speaker 3: like be like an actor, but not like a he
- 1:37:11Speaker 3: wants to be in like a comedy. Yeah, he would
- 1:37:13Speaker 3: love to like make an appearance in a comedy or
- 1:37:14Speaker 3: play a role in a comedy. Are there any things
- 1:37:16Speaker 3: that you would like to do outside of being a
- 1:37:19Speaker 3: quarterback and being a golfer?
- 1:37:21Speaker 7: I like, I think about this all the time, like
- 1:37:23Speaker 7: after especially after I'm done playing, which hopefully isn't for
- 1:37:26Speaker 7: another you know, fifteen, ten to fifteen years, whatever it is.
- 1:37:31Speaker 7: I kind of want to do the Tim Duncan route,
- 1:37:33Speaker 7: It's gonna disappear. Like I don't want to. I don't
- 1:37:36Speaker 7: want to be too much in the spotlight, like I I.
- 1:37:38Speaker 7: Like I said, I'm a homebody, but like, traveling is
- 1:37:41Speaker 7: one thing I definitely want to do. I've I've only
- 1:37:43Speaker 7: been across the pond once, but I went to Monico
- 1:37:46Speaker 7: for the Grand Prix a couple of years ago, which
- 1:37:49Speaker 7: was really really freaking cool when I was there for
- 1:37:51Speaker 7: two and a half three days and then bounced right
- 1:37:53Speaker 7: back to Buffalo. I haven't spent much time and like,
- 1:37:55Speaker 7: I want to go to Ireland in Scotland, play some
- 1:37:57Speaker 7: golf courses there.
- 1:37:59Speaker 4: Uh.
- 1:38:00Speaker 2: I really want to go to Japan. Never been there before.
- 1:38:03Speaker 2: The food okay, Yeah, I'm a big sushi guy.
- 1:38:07Speaker 4: Nice.
- 1:38:07Speaker 7: Yeah, and I like the architecture there is really cool.
- 1:38:09Speaker 7: It seems super futuristic, like with the technology that they got.
- 1:38:12Speaker 1: So I think that'd be pretty cool too.
- 1:38:15Speaker 4: Yeah, play all the international golf courses.
- 1:38:18Speaker 7: Yeah, so I've I've vowed to myself again. Then we've
- 1:38:21Speaker 7: got another golf comment too, that I'm gonna play the
- 1:38:24Speaker 7: top one hundred courses in the world. Okay, and I
- 1:38:27Speaker 7: got ten down. I got ten down and then like
- 1:38:31Speaker 7: they're yeah, so like you could do like one of
- 1:38:33Speaker 7: the Hampton's trip and knock out another three or four
- 1:38:35Speaker 7: like so, but Australia sneaky good golf. There's like five
- 1:38:41Speaker 7: or six on the top one hundred. So if you
- 1:38:43Speaker 7: make a trip out there, like I'd probably spend two
- 1:38:46Speaker 7: or three weeks out there and just try to go
- 1:38:47Speaker 7: to all of them, knock them all out.
- 1:38:49Speaker 1: And my brother in laws from Australia, Yeah, old coast,
- 1:38:51Speaker 1: so I gotta get out.
- 1:38:52Speaker 3: You get the accent, super thick love that, yeah, super
- 1:38:55Speaker 3: love to have a conversation.
- 1:38:56Speaker 7: With when he gets When he gets drunk, you cannot
- 1:38:58Speaker 7: understand him, sorry, Brandon. When he's not drunk, it's like
- 1:39:03Speaker 7: like we've asked, like he's starting to get a little
- 1:39:05Speaker 7: more clear. Yeah, talks, but like there's been something like
- 1:39:08Speaker 7: what'd you say? And he gets kind of frustrated because
- 1:39:10Speaker 7: after the third like I I can't understand.
- 1:39:13Speaker 3: Yeah, anybody got any questions in the back?
- 1:39:17Speaker 4: I got one. Uh.
- 1:39:20Speaker 11: In Buffalo, a lot of people are on the blue
- 1:39:22Speaker 11: cheese over ranch with wings?
- 1:39:25Speaker 4: Are you on that? Where do you stand on blue
- 1:39:28Speaker 4: cheese and ranch for wings?
- 1:39:29Speaker 7: Blue cheese in Buffalo is different. It's blue cheese is him?
- 1:39:35Speaker 7: Blue cheese is him in Buffalo, Like, it's not even close.
- 1:39:39Speaker 7: Like there there's what.
- 1:39:39Speaker 4: Do you mean in Buffalo? It's brother.
- 1:39:41Speaker 1: Blue cheese is garbage.
- 1:39:44Speaker 4: No, it's not.
- 1:39:49Speaker 1: No, blue cheese is fantastic. Josh Allen dramatically least bust
- 1:39:52Speaker 1: went the boys trailer over blue cheese branch debate. It's
- 1:39:56Speaker 1: not even close. So you're a blue cheese over ranch
- 1:39:59Speaker 1: guy one thousand percent. I gotta defend my guy here.
- 1:40:03Speaker 1: I'm from upstate New York too.
- 1:40:04Speaker 4: Even you just got here.
- 1:40:06Speaker 7: Hey, it's like made in house, like it's fresh and screamy.
- 1:40:11Speaker 7: It's really good, and it's I mean, it goes perfect
- 1:40:15Speaker 7: with wings.
- 1:40:15Speaker 1: It does. That's the idea. You've put a lot worse
- 1:40:20Speaker 1: things in your mouth. I know, I know that.
- 1:40:23Speaker 4: Pause.

- 1:41:24Speaker 3: you got anything?
- 1:41:25Speaker 4: I do know you are? You were?
- 1:41:27Speaker 12: I'm representing Bill's Mafi, so I'm just along for the
- 1:41:29Speaker 12: ride here you have any The golf stuff was like awesome,
- 1:41:32Speaker 12: I mean the old kill stuff. So like I used
- 1:41:35Speaker 12: to work in Rochester, so I knew the course you'd
- 1:41:38Speaker 12: go up and you know, Junior Turnams all the rest
- 1:41:40Speaker 12: of it. So like, I can't imagine getting to watch
- 1:41:42Speaker 12: the pros on that course. And then I mean we
- 1:41:45Speaker 12: used to hear stories of Eric Wood and uh and
- 1:41:49Speaker 12: all the guys just before your generation going to old
- 1:41:51Speaker 12: kill right before.
- 1:41:52Speaker 4: Training shitty buffalo teams.
- 1:41:54Speaker 12: Easy, well, I mean, listen, I covered some of those teams.
- 1:41:58Speaker 12: Kyle Williams was the man back then. But if that's
- 1:42:01Speaker 12: what I used to hear, is like he and Eric
- 1:42:02Speaker 12: were like sticks back in the day.
- 1:42:04Speaker 7: Can I just say something, I'm gonna do a slight flex, guy?
- 1:42:07Speaker 7: Last year I played at the American Century with Kyle.
- 1:42:10Speaker 4: I beat him.
- 1:42:12Speaker 2: That's just that's a that's a that's a flex because
- 1:42:14Speaker 2: he's a study. He's a stud. He had a bad
- 1:42:16Speaker 2: day and I had a good day, and that's what
- 1:42:18Speaker 2: it took. But I went two, he went eighty three,
- 1:42:21Speaker 2: and he almost won it the year before. And I've
- 1:42:23Speaker 2: never never even sniffed.
- 1:42:25Speaker 1: Like the top fifty, so nice. I went out there
- 1:42:27Speaker 1: beat him and he was pissed.
- 1:42:29Speaker 3: Do you guys have any plan Are there any planned
- 1:42:32Speaker 3: golf events for you?
- 1:42:33Speaker 4: Know? How you?
- 1:42:33Speaker 3: Last year it was uh, it was you and Pat
- 1:42:36Speaker 3: versus Aaron and Tom. Right, do you guys have Do
- 1:42:38Speaker 3: you have anything playing this year?
- 1:42:40Speaker 7: No, not this year, but the matches Paton Travis versus Stephan.
- 1:42:44Speaker 1: Clay mm hmm. Do you feel slighted?
- 1:42:49Speaker 4: No?
- 1:42:49Speaker 1: All right? Uh, twisted question. Do we gotta bring that up?
- 1:42:57Speaker 7: I gotta I got two quick questions. Are you playing
- 1:43:00Speaker 7: in Lake Tahoe this year? Do you know who you're
- 1:43:03Speaker 7: partnered with? No, not yet. We'll find out literally the
- 1:43:06Speaker 7: day we get there. Who do you hope you're partnered with?
- 1:43:08Speaker 7: Who are a couple of guys you'd love to be
- 1:43:09Speaker 7: partnered with? I did love playing with Kyle Williams last
- 1:43:13Speaker 7: year because he obviously I was with him for my
- 1:43:16Speaker 7: first year in Buffalo, really really good dude. I played
- 1:43:20Speaker 7: with Pat and Travis last year, which is a blast.
- 1:43:23Speaker 7: Travis is a fun time to be around.
- 1:43:25Speaker 4: Yeah, you just tell me. He's got that energy, he's
- 1:43:27Speaker 4: got the vibe.
- 1:43:28Speaker 7: Yes, you can feel it. You can feel it, and
- 1:43:30Speaker 7: he likes to have a good time. Playing with Aaron
- 1:43:33Speaker 7: would be cool. I like, Aaron, would you rather play
- 1:43:37Speaker 7: with someone not in your profession?
- 1:43:40Speaker 3: So?
- 1:43:41Speaker 7: I played with Joe Mauer a couple of years ago,
- 1:43:44Speaker 7: the Catcher. That was really funn he was a really
- 1:43:46Speaker 7: good dude, And uh I played with.
- 1:43:51Speaker 1: Who else did I play with?
- 1:43:52Speaker 7: It was a I'm not even gonna try to name
- 1:43:54Speaker 7: the name because now I'm gonna feel bad. But I
- 1:43:57Speaker 7: do like meeting new guys and yeah, that'd be fun too.
- 1:44:02Speaker 7: What's your handicapp? I'm at a seven right now. We
- 1:44:05Speaker 7: would have a good time. Yeah, okay, what's yours?
- 1:44:08Speaker 4: G seven?
- 1:44:09Speaker 1: Oh you just got a little stroke on them. Now,
- 1:44:14Speaker 1: both on the course of.
- 1:44:20Speaker 3: Solid all right, twisted question, and I'll probably be putting
- 1:44:24Speaker 3: you on the spot because I'm trying to think of
- 1:44:25Speaker 3: a question right now. But it's our twisted tea question
- 1:44:28Speaker 3: of the day. Keep it twisted with question have to
- 1:44:30Speaker 3: be twisted, We mess with it. It can Do you
- 1:44:33Speaker 3: want to twist the question? Do you want to twist
- 1:44:35Speaker 3: the question ahead? Keep it twisted with smooth, refreshing twisted tea,
- 1:44:39Speaker 3: the hard iced tea that's perfect for parties, a bar
- 1:44:42Speaker 3: with you, or at a bar with your buddies or
- 1:44:44Speaker 3: game day. Grab a twisted tea today. Now that I'm
- 1:44:47Speaker 3: thinking of at a bar with your buddies. You think
- 1:44:56Speaker 3: how I can phrase this? Can you tell a twisted story?
- 1:45:04Speaker 3: Maybe about a time at David Busters?
- 1:45:10Speaker 1: Story at the time at David Busters. I don't know
- 1:45:12Speaker 1: what you're talking about. This is this is years ago,
- 1:45:16Speaker 1: but this is years ago. It's not a good question
- 1:45:24Speaker 1: because I left before the festivity, Like.
- 1:45:28Speaker 3: Damn, what could be a good question because obviously we
- 1:45:30Speaker 3: can edit this up because I'm trying to think of, like,
- 1:45:32Speaker 3: you know, anytime you're like, do you have a great
- 1:45:34Speaker 3: locker room story, like a fucking one that people don't
- 1:45:37Speaker 3: know about, or it's just gonna be all time where
- 1:45:40Speaker 3: you're sitting around a you know, a thrill one day.
- 1:45:48Speaker 1: I mean there's a couple, but I won't say.
- 1:45:50Speaker 3: That's what I'm saying, Like I you know some that
- 1:45:53Speaker 3: would be like appropriate, but that's also inappropriate, but something
- 1:45:57Speaker 3: that you know, it's digestible.
- 1:45:58Speaker 2: Yeah, touches the line a little bit. It a twisted
- 1:46:02Speaker 2: story that's out there. Do I pee in the pool?
- 1:46:06Speaker 2: Absolutely not?
- 1:46:07Speaker 7: Well okay, okay, hold up, depends what type of pool
- 1:46:13Speaker 7: and whose pool it is.
- 1:46:16Speaker 4: You gotta pull.
- 1:46:16Speaker 11: If you have a pull in your backyard, you got
- 1:46:18Speaker 11: people over, Are you gonna.
- 1:46:19Speaker 4: Pee in the pool?
- 1:46:20Speaker 7: No, I'm I will be no pun intended pissed if
- 1:46:23Speaker 7: people pissing my pool.
- 1:46:26Speaker 1: Then you know, I don't I expect an invitation, but
- 1:46:28Speaker 1: you'll be upset with me? All right, then you're not
- 1:46:31Speaker 1: I'm coming home?
- 1:46:33Speaker 7: No, no, But if I'm in a like I grew
- 1:46:37Speaker 7: up swimming and like competitively in like huge public pools,
- 1:46:41Speaker 7: and sometimes you're in a long race, it's like you
- 1:46:44Speaker 7: gotta go, man So.
- 1:46:46Speaker 1: That way when you're like in the middle of a
- 1:46:48Speaker 1: big race. Sure, and that's okay, I think.
- 1:46:52Speaker 7: So nobody else is coming right with water though volume
- 1:46:54Speaker 7: of water, you know, like you're into water ratio, it
- 1:46:58Speaker 7: stays under and those pool are so heavily chlorinated it
- 1:47:01Speaker 7: doesn't matter. Mind's a nice saltwater pool that doesn't have
- 1:47:04Speaker 7: much chlorine in it, and you got to keep it nice.
- 1:47:06Speaker 1: So you don't pee in the hot, hot and cold
- 1:47:08Speaker 1: tubs at thebility. No do you you've peed not in
- 1:47:12Speaker 1: cold tubs?
- 1:47:12Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:47:13Speaker 2: No you have, Yeah, I promise. Why would I lie
- 1:47:15Speaker 2: to you? That's disturbing, will Bro.
- 1:47:19Speaker 3: It's filled with high levels of chlorine and chemicals. That's
- 1:47:22Speaker 3: way worse for us than you know, a little bit
- 1:47:24Speaker 3: of urine. That's a psychopath mentality right there. You know that, No, Bro,
- 1:47:30Speaker 3: you never just know. That's a tiny little pool.
- 1:47:34Speaker 11: But urine is used to clean things, yeah, man Ter, Yeah,
- 1:47:38Speaker 11: some could argue that it is should be in like
- 1:47:41Speaker 11: the medicine field.
- 1:47:42Speaker 4: We should be peeing on more things.
- 1:47:44Speaker 1: Are you drinking your own pea if I need to.
- 1:47:47Speaker 11: Yeah, you get stung by a jellyfish.
- 1:47:52Speaker 1: I can't give you that one.
- 1:47:54Speaker 4: I know.
- 1:47:55Speaker 3: Like there's no question that some of the boys have
- 1:47:57Speaker 3: ped like why you're in and I'm sure they have,
- 1:48:00Speaker 3: but I'm surprised you never have in the hot tap
- 1:48:02Speaker 3: like once you get.
- 1:48:02Speaker 1: In the wools, the little single whirlpools.
- 1:48:06Speaker 3: Oh, the metal got you smart, So that is a
- 1:48:09Speaker 3: smart move. That is a smart move. Do you have
- 1:48:15Speaker 3: a story? No stories for you?
- 1:48:20Speaker 4: Maybe off the bus.
- 1:48:21Speaker 1: Maybe off the bus.
- 1:48:26Speaker 11: You plug like you're one of the few like star
- 1:48:29Speaker 11: quarterbacks that comes to tight end you. Like, what kind
- 1:48:32Speaker 11: of makes you want to come to the event?
- 1:48:38Speaker 7: Hell yeah, JP, because I'll get tang with the boys.
- 1:48:44Speaker 7: I love George, I love Travis. George asked me, I
- 1:48:48Speaker 7: think the first two years that he had it and
- 1:48:50Speaker 7: I didn't come, and then last year he asked me,
- 1:48:53Speaker 7: caim is like, like, I littally go out there and
- 1:48:55Speaker 7: throw the ball like they're running like little five year
- 1:48:58Speaker 7: of routs and I just do this right, so it's
- 1:49:00Speaker 7: it's easy work for me. I still get to get
- 1:49:02Speaker 7: some thrown in octously. I got Dalton, I got Dawson
- 1:49:06Speaker 7: Dalton and quitting Morris here this year. So three of
- 1:49:10Speaker 7: my tight ends in Buffalo, which to be able to
- 1:49:12Speaker 7: like sit there and listen to some of the best
- 1:49:14Speaker 7: guys in the league talk about different releases and the intricacies.
- 1:49:19Speaker 2: Of playing tight end. I think that's fun to fun
- 1:49:21Speaker 2: to do. And then yeah, it's singing with the boys.
- 1:49:25Speaker 4: Love that. Man.
- 1:49:26Speaker 3: We appreciate your time, like we'll I'll be a tight
- 1:49:29Speaker 3: end you today. I don't know what all you have,
- 1:49:31Speaker 3: but thanks for coming on the bus.
- 1:49:32Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:49:32Speaker 3: It's always fucking fun. The same time next year, same time.
- 1:49:35Speaker 3: Next year, you're gonna be here tightening you again.
- 1:49:37Speaker 4: Come on, it's gonna be an annual thing. I know.
- 1:49:39Speaker 3: Hopefully you don't have anything in LA the day before,
- 1:49:41Speaker 3: so you can get here a little early and we
- 1:49:43Speaker 3: can have like, you know, like the round one you
- 1:49:44Speaker 3: had last year.
- 1:49:45Speaker 1: Uh the brown water. Yeah, we can hit a Yeah,
- 1:49:49Speaker 1: we can hit a pool party.
- 1:49:50Speaker 7: Nope, if I see will jump in the pool, I'm
- 1:49:53Speaker 7: jumping out, no chance.
- 1:49:56Speaker 4: No, but thanks man, appreciate you.
- 1:49:57Speaker 1: Bropp sire all right, boys, Yeah that was fun anyway,
- 1:50:03Speaker 1: Drake five, Yeah, that was that was a fun.
- 1:50:09Speaker 4: One man,
