- 1:27to its normal rhythm. Just relax, letting all your thoughts
- 1:33just drift away. Now, imagine that you are in the
- 1:40most beautiful and amazing garden, and you can feel the
- 1:45soft grasp beneath your feet. You can hear the fluttering
- 1:49of birds. You can hear the wings as they fly
- 1:52around you looking for insects to eat. You can even
- 1:56hear them singing in the trees. And your beautiful garden
- 2:03is surrounded by bright green bushes, and they become brighter
- 2:08and sharper as you look around. And there are beautiful
- 2:12statues dotted all over the place, and the plants that
- 2:16you see are so vibrant, and the flowers smell wonderful
- 2:22and it tickles your nose just a little bit, breathe
- 2:26in the fresh crisp air. It feels so good to
- 2:31be here. Now. This garden is very, very big, and
- 2:39you notice some movement further into the garden. You wonder
- 2:42what it is. It's then you see ladies in long
- 2:46flowing dresses and men carrying swords on their hips, and
- 2:50you wonder who they are? Can you see them? They're
- 2:55all laughing and having fun. In fact, they all seem
- 2:59to be having a turely good time. It's like they're
- 3:02having their own garden party. You can hear medieval music
- 3:06in the background, and it has a very friendly atmosphere,
- 3:11and you feel so peaceful and calm. It's so relaxing here.
- 3:18As you look around you you see horses too, and
- 3:22you wonder how on earth they got here. You can
- 3:24even smell the horses a bit wiy so on them.
- 3:30As you continue to walk forward, you notice a path
- 3:33before you, and its stones are smooth and they glisten
- 3:37in the sunlight. So you step onto this path and
- 3:41continue to walk forward, and you wonder where does it go?
- 3:46Where will it lead you? With each step you take,
- 3:52you can feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed, and
- 3:56you feel so peaceful following this gently winding path, and
- 4:01the music you were hearing is slowly fading. As you
- 4:05walk further away from it, You've notice two butterflies floating
- 4:10past you. It's like they were dancing on the gentle
- 4:13breeze just for you. You watch them as they land
- 4:17and settle a beautiful, bright yellow flower, and they just
- 4:22sit there with their wings gently opening and closing, cooling
- 4:27off a thing in the distance. You hear the trickling
- 4:32sounds of water, so you move towards a sound to
- 4:36see where it's coming from, and you find yourself standing
- 4:40before a great stone fountain. What does your fountain look like?
- 4:47Is it made of stone or is it made of marble?
- 4:51Notice the details. Are there any curves on your fountain
- 4:57or is it all straight lines? You can see and
- 5:02hear the splashing of the water as it runs down
- 5:05the fountain, and you know that the water in this
- 5:08fountain is here to refresh you, and it feels very
- 5:13special to be here. It feels like a very special place.
- 5:20You see a cup on the edge of the fountain
- 5:22and you pick it up. It's not really a cup.
- 5:26It's a chalice, but you feel very thirsty now, so
- 5:30you eagerly dip your chalice into the water. You're bring
- 5:34it up to your lips and you sip the water,
- 5:37drinking every last drop. You feel overwhelmingly grateful for this
- 5:43water because it makes you feel so alive and so refreshed,
- 5:47and you're so thankful for this healing and rejuvenation. It
- 5:52makes you feel as if everything has been healed into
- 5:55your body, and it makes you feel that your mind
- 5:59is now very clear and that nothing can ever bother
- 6:02you again. This fountain inspires you to appreciate the gifts
- 6:07in your life. It makes you so very grateful for
- 6:11all of the people that love you and who are
- 6:14a part of your life, your family, your friends, well
- 6:18for everyone really. Suddenly you hear a rustling in the
- 6:24bushes nearby, and you wonder what it is, so you
- 6:28walk over and take a look. As you part the bushes,
- 6:34you see a tiny, little white rabbit. He is very
- 6:37small and has very long, droopy years and the saddest
- 6:41brown eyes you have ever seen. You slowly and gently
- 6:47reach out your hand to him to show him that
- 6:50he has nothing to be afraid of. He looks back
- 6:53at you and gives your hand a little sniff, And
- 6:56as he does this, something very special happens. You can
- 7:02hear his thoughts in your mind. Well, rabbits can't talk,
- 7:06so it's only natural that he can speak to you
- 7:08with his mind, isn't it. And you hear him saying
- 7:13in your mind, please help me. I am so thirsty,
- 7:18but because I am so small, I cannot reach the
- 7:20fountain to have a drink. Please will you help me? Well,
- 7:25of course you will, you say. You take the chalice
- 7:28and fill it with water, and then gently place it
- 7:31on the ground in front of the tiny rabbit, and
- 7:34you watch as he drinks and drinks and drinks. Wow,
- 7:38you think yourself, he really is thirsty. When the little
- 7:43white rabbit has finished all of the water in the cup,
- 7:46he says, thank you, but he still looks so sad.
- 7:50So you ask him why is he still so sad,
- 7:55And in your mind you hear him reply that he
- 7:59doesn't know what to do when you are gone, because
- 8:02he still can't reach the fountain and he still won't
- 8:05be able to drink the water. So you look around
- 8:08you to find something you can build some steps with.
- 8:12If you do that, then the little rabbit will never
- 8:15have to worry again. So you find some very large stones,
- 8:22and you gather them all up and begin to make
- 8:24steps for the little white rabbit. The little white rabbit
- 8:28sits and watches you. Eventually you make enough steps and
- 8:34ask the little white rabbit to try and climb up them.
- 8:38He's a little bit afraid at first, but with you
- 8:41cheering them on, he bravely climbs up all of the steps.
- 8:45He reaches the top and he looks at you with
- 8:47amazement and such happiness on his little face. He stands
- 8:53on the rim of the fountain and begins to drink
- 8:56the water. When he's finished, he looks at you with
- 9:01the biggest grin, and his big brown eyes are shining
- 9:05with happiness. He can't thank you enough. He tells you
- 9:09now that he will never have to worry about how
- 9:12he can get to the water. He tells you that
- 9:15he's going to tell all of his friends so that
- 9:18they too can drink. The little white rabbit suddenly gives
- 9:23a little laugh, and he says, because he was so thirsty,
- 9:27he forgot to tell you his name. So he tells
- 9:30you his name is Sebastian so you tell him your name.
- 9:35You even shake hands, well hand in a poor so
- 9:40for a few moments, spend some time talking to Sebastian
- 9:44and get to know him a little bit. Maybe he
- 9:47will introduce you to his friends. Look around you some more.
- 9:53Maybe you and Sebastian can visit the ladies in the
- 9:56long dresses and the gentleman who carries swords on the hips.
- 10:00Maybe the two of you can join in their garden
- 10:03party to have a look, have fun, see when else
- 10:08is out there.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Mmmm.
- 12:54Speaker 2: Now it's time for you to leave the garden and
- 12:58say goodbye to Sebastian. He thanks you once more for
- 13:02all of your kindness to him. He tells you that
- 13:07he hopes that you will soon come back to visit him,
- 13:11and he says that next time he'll take you to
- 13:13the underground village. Maybe you can even have a sleep
- 13:17over there. You wave goodbye and begin to walk back
- 13:22along the path. The trees above you are very strong.
- 13:27The leaves are glistening in the sunlight. Without the water
- 13:32from this fountain, it would not stand so tall and
- 13:35so strong. The flowers maybe they would not smile as much.
- 13:41The animals would go tasty, but they are happy because
- 13:48of you. They are happy because you are so grateful
- 13:52for everything in your life. It's like a ripple effect.
- 13:57When you are happy, it shocks can be seen in
- 14:00your eyes and in your smile, and the world can
- 14:04feel your happiness. So the world will smile too, because
- 14:10the world will feel happy just like you. And you
- 14:14feel ever so happy now, full of joy and peace,
- 14:20and always remember that you can return to this garden
- 14:23whenever you would like, and you can fill your coup
- 14:27with gratitude, and of course to see Sebastia again. But
- 14:33you feel very sleepy now, so tired and relaxed, and
- 14:40you feel a gentle wave of sleepiness starting at your feet.
- 14:45You can feel your toes going to sleep, and it
- 14:48feels all warm and tingling and ever so soft. You
- 14:53can feel the soothing, gentle wave of sleepiness coming up
- 14:58your calves and your shin. You can feel like going
- 15:03up into your thighs, and you think your legs have
- 15:06already gone to sleep. You feel very tired now, so sleepy,
- 15:13so happy, and it feels hard to open your eyes
- 15:17because they feel so heavy, And this beautiful wave of
- 15:22sleepiness travels all the way up your body, down your arms,
- 15:28and into your hands, making your body feel very very heavy,
- 15:36very very tired, and very very sleepy. And this gentle,
- 15:44warm wave of sleepiness travels up your face, over the
- 15:49top of your head, and down the back of your neck. Oh,
- 15:53you feel so tired now so sleepy, are nice and
- 16:01warm and snugly, So just have a little sleep now.
- 16:09Night night, sleep night, h m m m am. Coming
