0:02
SPEAKER_01: We're gonna start by the second line where we left off yesterday.
0:06
SPEAKER_01: So the context is that we just came off of yesterday's daf, where we discussed primarily towards the end of the daff, actually.
0:12
SPEAKER_01: Minoha mil sodan uki acheskase.
0:16
SPEAKER_01: How do we know the concept of a chazaka?
0:18
SPEAKER_01: And that was yesterday's inion.
0:20
SPEAKER_01: Now we're moving on.
0:21
SPEAKER_01: And as Rashi says, once we started getting into the mikiris and trying to figure out how we know chazaka, so we also got into now another classic uh Yesodi inun, which is the Halochas of Ru'iv.
0:37
SPEAKER_01: So that's the transition over here, and that's where we're gonna go on to explaining, and that's gonna be the entire DAF today, trying to find the mikar.
0:43
SPEAKER_01: How we know that we go Basaruba.
0:45
SPEAKER_01: We know that permeates uh the colour kar kula.
0:48
SPEAKER_01: In every aspect of alakha, you're gonna find the concept of rev basically.
0:51
SPEAKER_01: So, how do we know that you follow rev?
0:53
SPEAKER_01: How do we know that you could just go after the majority?
0:54
SPEAKER_01: Says the gimarmi non Muslim Rabban and Zabasaruba.
0:56
SPEAKER_01: How do we know that Riv is a thing?
0:57
SPEAKER_01: How do we know we go Basar Roev?
1:00
SPEAKER_01: Says the Gemara me nolan?
1:01
SPEAKER_01: What kind of question is that?
1:02
SPEAKER_01: The ksi, it's a mefursha posik and the tirah Akhri Rab Lahatas.
1:05
SPEAKER_01: So Posik says you go after the rabbin.
1:07
SPEAKER_01: This is specifically by the Sanadrin.
1:09
SPEAKER_01: So if there's a machloikus, most of the.
1:11
SPEAKER_01: So you go after the rabbin.
1:11
SPEAKER_01: Whatever most of them say, that is the Makarta Rev.
1:13
SPEAKER_01: It's literally a Posik and the Tyr.
1:15
SPEAKER_01: So what kind of question is that?
1:16
SPEAKER_01: Answer the Gemar like this.
1:17
SPEAKER_01: You're right.
1:18
SPEAKER_01: Ruba the Isakamon, kigoin tes chanuyos, visanedrin, loikami boilan.
1:23
SPEAKER_01: You're right.
1:23
SPEAKER_01: As it relates to the type of roe of a ruba de isokaman, I don't have a question.
1:27
SPEAKER_01: What's a ruba de isukaman?
1:29
SPEAKER_01: So there's two types of riv.
1:29
SPEAKER_01: Rubba the isakamon, ruba de lasakamon.
1:31
SPEAKER_01: Rubba the isakamon is where you have a riv.
1:33
SPEAKER_01: Again, you have you go after the majority.
1:35
SPEAKER_01: But the thing that you're handling, the majority, the minority, whatever it is, everything's in front of you.
1:39
SPEAKER_01: That's a ruba de isokaman.
1:41
SPEAKER_01: It's in front of you.
1:41
SPEAKER_01: It is in front of you.
1:42
SPEAKER_01: Isukaman.
1:43
SPEAKER_01: So, what are examples?
1:44
SPEAKER_01: Like the Teishakanuyas.
1:45
SPEAKER_01: The Gamar brings the classic example.
1:47
SPEAKER_01: You have a piece of meat, you don't know which store it came from.
1:50
SPEAKER_01: You're in the town square.
1:51
SPEAKER_01: You see nine kosher stores, and you see one trave store.
1:54
SPEAKER_01: So you that's a rubba the isakaman.
1:56
SPEAKER_01: They're all in front of you.
1:57
SPEAKER_01: You know the store is all so that you could you could be Taila that it came from the kosher store right there.
2:01
SPEAKER_01: That's a rubid isakan.
2:02
SPEAKER_01: Vish Sanadrin, the Gamar says.
2:03
SPEAKER_01: Also a Sanadrin, all the Sanadrin.
2:05
SPEAKER_01: Most of them say one way and one of them says the other way, or a meal of them say the other way.
2:09
SPEAKER_01: That is a rubid issa kaman.
2:10
SPEAKER_01: They're all in front of you.
2:11
SPEAKER_01: So Aruba the Issa Kaman, that is the Pasikana Torah.
2:13
SPEAKER_01: That's all you know from Akri Rabin Lahatis.
2:15
SPEAKER_01: That you know Aruba de Isakan.
2:17
SPEAKER_01: Like Kamibailan.
2:18
SPEAKER_01: That's why it's not a question.
2:18
SPEAKER_01: Keep Kami Baylon.
2:20
SPEAKER_01: Where's the question?
2:20
SPEAKER_01: Rubadhalesa Kaman.
2:22
SPEAKER_01: When you have a Rubadalesakaman, can you go and Khatan Miktana?
2:25
SPEAKER_01: The case of a katan and iktana, what's that?
2:26
SPEAKER_01: So Rashi brings us.
2:27
SPEAKER_01: This is the case that we learned about in Yevamas, where you have a katan and aktana.
2:31
SPEAKER_01: There's machikus whether they can stay.
2:32
SPEAKER_01: Let's say a katan, we know a katan's yiboom is considered yiboom.
2:35
SPEAKER_01: And uh that's gonna be kinda as soon as he does the yiboom.
2:38
SPEAKER_01: Now, can they stay together?
2:39
SPEAKER_01: So Rashi brings that we're not gonna be khash, meaning what's the problem?
2:43
SPEAKER_01: The problem is that he's a kotan, she's a katana.
2:45
SPEAKER_01: We're not gonna know if there's issues, let's say he's a really a saris or she's an islandist, where the halach is that you do not do yiboom, because the whole point of ybum is laqum shaym la achib to establish his brother's house, as we know, and have children.
2:57
SPEAKER_01: Um whereas uh saris or islands, you're not gonna be able to do that.
3:01
SPEAKER_01: And if there's no mitzvah of yibum, we know it's two opposite extremes.
3:04
SPEAKER_01: As soon as there's no mitzvah of yibom, what do you have?
3:06
SPEAKER_01: You have an isser ashis ah, you have a terrible khiv Kharis of the ervah of Ashis Ach, Shaloibi Machamitzvah.
3:12
SPEAKER_01: That's Ashis Ach, Shaloib Makamitz.
3:14
SPEAKER_01: So that's your brother's wife, Shaloybi Makamitzvah terrible ervah.
3:17
SPEAKER_01: So either you have a great mitzvah of ibam or you have a terrible uh one of the arayas that comes along with a khiiv kharis.
3:22
SPEAKER_01: So the question is you have a katan that did Yibam to Utana.
3:26
SPEAKER_01: So really it works, as we know, but do we have to be worried right now, Katan and Khtana, we're not gonna know if he's a Tsarist or she's an islandist until they grow older, until they become Gedilain.
3:35
SPEAKER_01: So do we have to be worried that really maybe he's a Tsaris, maybe she's an islandist, meaning there's no mitzvah Ibam, meaning that this was all Ishis Akshua mitzvah terrible problem over here.
3:44
SPEAKER_01: So the point is that over there we say, Amrinan Rashi brings Zilbasar Raiv.
3:48
SPEAKER_01: We go after Raiv Khtanim da Alma that the Aenim Srisim.
3:51
SPEAKER_01: We go after Raiv Ktanim that aren't Srisim, Raiv Ktan ois that aren't islandist, and therefore this is not something we have to be hush for, and they're allowed to stay together.
3:57
SPEAKER_01: And we don't have to be hushish that maybe really there's a problem and there's no mitzvah of evil here.
4:01
SPEAKER_01: No, we go after the Raiv, and that's how we know that's the Rubad-Lessa Kaman.
4:05
SPEAKER_01: Okay, so sorry, that is the question.
4:07
SPEAKER_01: Where where the Gemara asked the question, how do we know Raiv the Gemara answered?
4:10
SPEAKER_01: What are you talking about?
4:10
SPEAKER_01: It's a posing in the Tara.
4:11
SPEAKER_01: And so the Gemara, that posik is only telling me Rubad's Isakaman could go after.
4:15
SPEAKER_01: A Raiv that we have in front of us, like the Teixha Khanuyas, like the Sanhendric.
4:20
SPEAKER_01: A rubadilesa kaman.
4:21
SPEAKER_01: Kigoin kotan mectana.
4:22
SPEAKER_01: Arubadulasakaman.
4:23
SPEAKER_01: There's nothing in front of us over here.
4:24
SPEAKER_01: There's stamma roiv that we say roif people in the world are not three simmer islandes.
4:28
SPEAKER_01: But is the Raiv in front that we're trying to determine about this guy, this kid and this this kotanangstan in front of us?
4:34
SPEAKER_01: No.
4:34
SPEAKER_01: That's a rubidulasakaman mean alone.
4:36
SPEAKER_01: How do I know that is the Gemara's question?
4:37
SPEAKER_01: How do I know that the Rubadulasakaman, we still follow the Allah's of Raif?
4:41
SPEAKER_01: Answer the Gemara, Amribelazar, Simon Zman Shwach Mahnesh.
4:46
SPEAKER_01: So what is this simon by the way?
4:47
SPEAKER_01: This is sim this simen is for ten amairoim that are gonna be the ten answers.
4:52
SPEAKER_01: A little bit, a bit so like this.
4:56
SPEAKER_01: This simon is for the ten Amairam that's gonna give ten different answers.
4:59
SPEAKER_01: That's gonna take us to the end of the daft today.
5:01
SPEAKER_01: Uh to try to answer this question.
5:03
SPEAKER_01: How do we know but that by Rubadalasa Kaman, there's a concept of Raib, we follow Raiv.
5:06
SPEAKER_01: So for the first one, says the Gemar Amar Abelazar, that's the Zion in Zman.
5:10
SPEAKER_01: We're not gonna do that every time, but just to follow the trail if you want.
5:13
SPEAKER_01: So Rabalazar is the Zion in Zman.
5:14
SPEAKER_01: He's the first of the ten answers over here.
5:16
SPEAKER_01: So Rabalazar says the following Asia M Resha shall oiloh.
5:19
SPEAKER_01: We learn it from the beginning of the parasha of the oila.
5:21
SPEAKER_01: Why?
5:21
SPEAKER_01: Damakar, the Pasik says, Vinita Choi Salin Tohea.
5:24
SPEAKER_01: So we know oilah had a certain available called nituwach that you had to cut it up.
5:29
SPEAKER_01: But we learn out of the Pasik, Vinita Choi Salin Sochhea, that oy salin sochhea, Vloi Nisokhea Linasokhem, which teaches me what?
5:37
SPEAKER_01: That once you cut it, you're not gonna cut it more.
5:39
SPEAKER_01: You can't start dicing it up.
5:40
SPEAKER_01: You're supposed to cut it up, yeah?
5:41
SPEAKER_01: But you can't start dicing it.
5:43
SPEAKER_01: It teaches me that what once you cut it, you can't cut it a second time.
5:48
SPEAKER_01: Only one time, you don't do it twice.
5:50
SPEAKER_01: What's the problem?
5:51
SPEAKER_01: The question is that once you already cut it once, you already cut by the head, let's say, so you're gonna want to start cutting again.
6:00
SPEAKER_01: Why?
6:00
SPEAKER_01: Because you want to start checking for certain trefas, as the Gemar is about to bring.
6:03
SPEAKER_01: Venechoshema Nikev Krum Shalmaya.
6:06
SPEAKER_01: One of the trefas that could happen is the Krum Shalmayak, which is the membrane on the brain.
6:10
SPEAKER_01: Let's say it has a hole in it, that's one of the trefas that would consider render this animal a trefa.
6:14
SPEAKER_01: And if you can't check that, then you don't know if the animal's a trefer or not.
6:18
SPEAKER_01: Now, why wouldn't we be able to check that?
6:20
SPEAKER_01: Because that would require you to start cutting through again.
6:21
SPEAKER_01: If you already cut it once over there, and now you're gonna have to cut through to the crime shalmach to see if it was if it had a neck or not, that would be a violation of Vinita Khazan Sachael, which teaches me Veloyne Sachhelin Takim.
6:33
SPEAKER_01: You can't do this twice.
6:34
SPEAKER_01: So again, how do you know it's not a trefa?
6:36
SPEAKER_01: So the the it must be what?
6:38
SPEAKER_01: Alamishum Damrinan Zel Basarubah It must be because we go basarive.
6:41
SPEAKER_01: Then we don't have to check the we don't have to check the Krum Shal Mayah, because we see from the Pasic it would technically be a problem to get there.
6:46
SPEAKER_01: So really we see that probably it's because we go basaroth, and rive animals don't have a problem with the Krum Shal Mayak.
6:53
SPEAKER_01: They don't have this hole in their Krum Shal Maya, and we go Basarubah and that's gonna be okay, and that's how we know Rubadullah Sakamar.
7:02
SPEAKER_01: Maybe you did, maybe you cut in and you got all the way there and you checked the Krum Shalmach to make sure it's not a trefa.
7:10
SPEAKER_01: And if you're gonna ask me a question, I this Joshua, I just showed you that once you cut it, you can't start cutting it again.
7:18
SPEAKER_01: Maybe that's only true when you cut it all the way off.
7:22
SPEAKER_01: But in a place where you didn't cut it all the way off, it's still attached by part of the skin or whatever it is, then maybe you don't have that alocha.
7:27
SPEAKER_01: Maybe you could cut again, maybe you could go in to check the crimson mass because again you didn't cut it fully off.
7:31
SPEAKER_01: When you cut it fully off, you're not supposed to start dicing those pieces.
7:34
SPEAKER_01: But if you didn't call it cut it fully off, it's still attached, hanging by a thread, whatever it is.
7:38
SPEAKER_01: More than a thread.
7:39
SPEAKER_01: The point is it's still attached, it's layf, which means it's attached.
7:42
SPEAKER_01: Less one both.
7:42
SPEAKER_01: This alocha is not going to apply.
7:44
SPEAKER_01: You're allowed to cut in, and maybe you should have to check the crimson mat, so it's not gonna be a problem.
7:48
SPEAKER_01: That was the first one, we just knocked it off.
7:49
SPEAKER_01: Marbarator Vina, Marbury Vinah tries to bring, that's the second Amara bringing again an answer.
7:54
SPEAKER_01: How do we know Aruba de Lesakaman?
7:56
SPEAKER_01: How do we know we go both arrived?
7:57
SPEAKER_01: Even by Aruba de Lessakaman.
7:58
SPEAKER_01: So he says like this Asyomishviratsim besah.
8:02
SPEAKER_01: We learn it from the lav of breaking a bone of the carbon pesa.
8:05
SPEAKER_01: We know there's a love in the tire.
8:07
SPEAKER_01: You're not allowed to break a bone of the carbon pesach.
8:15
SPEAKER_01: So if you're not allowed to break a bone of the carbon pesach, so how are you gonna check the krumshalmayach?
8:20
SPEAKER_01: Hey, you're gonna check if there's a trefah, if there if there's a hole, if there's a neck of in the krumshalmayach, which is inside the skull.
8:26
SPEAKER_01: It's in the brain.
8:27
SPEAKER_01: How are you gonna get there?
8:28
SPEAKER_01: You have to crack the skull.
8:29
SPEAKER_01: So if you have a lab telling me that's some lice fish lice ruboy, so you can't crack the skull to get there to check.
8:35
SPEAKER_01: So what's going on?
8:36
SPEAKER_01: Maybe it's a trefa.
8:37
SPEAKER_01: Say a la lab, me shumda, bring it so boss the rumba.
8:39
SPEAKER_01: Must be you don't check.
8:40
SPEAKER_01: I so how do you how you not checking?
8:41
SPEAKER_01: It could be a trefa.
8:42
SPEAKER_01: Because we go bust the rive.
8:43
SPEAKER_01: Rive animals are not a trefa, and that's why it's not gonna be a problem.
8:46
SPEAKER_01: So it seems to be a ride, we go.
8:47
SPEAKER_01: Rubadala sacaman.
8:48
SPEAKER_01: Saskama Mai, Duma Dimanach, Kumasa, Le Vikali.
8:51
SPEAKER_01: Who said?
8:52
SPEAKER_01: Who said there's not a different way to check?
8:53
SPEAKER_01: Who said the only way to check is to crack the skull skull open, which would be a violation of the etsimlis ruba.
8:59
SPEAKER_01: Maybe that's not what's going on.
9:00
SPEAKER_01: Maybe you have to check it, and the way to do that without being over the love is the malach gumrasa.
9:05
SPEAKER_01: You put a coal on it, Vikali, and it burns its way through.
9:08
SPEAKER_01: Robotically, and then once the coal burns its way through, that's how you access the brain to check for this uh for this uh trip, says the Gemara de Tanya.
9:16
SPEAKER_01: And where do we see this Indian that this is something you're allowed to do in the carbon paysach?
9:19
SPEAKER_01: And it's not gonna be an uh violation of this love, because the right says, I'm chattigh bigidim, someone who cuts gidim, like sinews.
9:26
SPEAKER_01: He doesn't cut bones, he cuts gidim.
9:28
SPEAKER_01: Or he burns bones, he doesn't break a bone, he burns it.
9:31
SPEAKER_01: Ain't by Mishum Shviri Asatsin.
9:33
SPEAKER_01: That is not included in the love of breaking a bone.
9:35
SPEAKER_01: Breaking a bone means breaking a bone.
9:36
SPEAKER_01: You're not allowed to break a bone on the carbon paysach.
9:38
SPEAKER_01: You're allowed to burn one, or you're allowed to cut through gidim, because gidim are not at some eyes.
9:42
SPEAKER_01: And therefore, maybe that's the way to access it, and therefore, knock that off as well.
9:46
SPEAKER_01: We tried bringing a ray and must be we rely on rev.
9:49
SPEAKER_01: Lavdaf, because there's another way to get there.
9:50
SPEAKER_01: Maybe you actually have to check and we can't rely on rev.
9:52
SPEAKER_01: Says Gamar Runnachman Mary Yitzluk, Omar Asyom Alya.
9:56
SPEAKER_01: We learn it from the tail, this is the third answer.
9:59
SPEAKER_01: We learn it from the tail, says Rabnachmar Yatzuk, of a Shlomim and a Hatus.
10:03
SPEAKER_01: Tom Rachonat the Tara says, That you have to put the aliyah, the tail on the Mizbeya, and it has to be Tamima.
10:10
SPEAKER_01: That's the point over here.
10:11
SPEAKER_01: It has to be full.
10:12
SPEAKER_01: Now, if you're gonna start going in and cutting up and checking, it's not gonna be Tamima anymore.
10:15
SPEAKER_01: So how do you how do you ha how do you how are you mikaiing this inion of Tamima?
10:19
SPEAKER_01: So you're not checking, you're not going in, says the Gemara.
10:22
SPEAKER_01: If you're not going in and cutting it up, Vile Choshama Nifsika Chutashedra, maybe the chutashedra, the spine, maybe the spinal cord was uh was broken a little bit.
10:31
SPEAKER_01: And if it was broken a little bit, it was nifsika, and that goes down into the tail also, the spinal cord.
10:36
SPEAKER_01: And if we can't cut into the tail, how are you gonna know if in that part of the spine it was broken or not?
10:42
SPEAKER_01: It must be, again, from the fact that we need it to be tamimah, it has to be complete.
10:46
SPEAKER_01: So you can't go in there, but if you can't go in there, how are you checking if it has this uh problem or not?
10:50
SPEAKER_01: It must be we don't check.
10:51
SPEAKER_01: So what maybe it could be a problem?
10:54
SPEAKER_01: No, because I mean I'm Bzilbasaruba, we're gonna go basar rif that uh ripe animals don't have this problem, and therefore we could rely on rip.
11:02
SPEAKER_01: Maybe you're gonna tell me then no.
11:03
SPEAKER_01: Maybe you're gonna tell me you do have to check it, but where do you check it?
11:06
SPEAKER_01: You open it up, you cut it open on the bottom of the tail.
11:09
SPEAKER_01: Why would that make a difference on the bottom of the spine?
11:10
SPEAKER_01: Zoqtrashi, because we know that the alacho is that in the bottom part of the spine, even if it broke a little bit over there, it's not gonna be a problem.
11:20
SPEAKER_01: It doesn't cause it to be a trefa.
11:22
SPEAKER_01: So maybe what we mean is where do you cut it?
11:26
SPEAKER_01: You cut it on the bottom, and it's not gonna be a problem over there.
11:28
SPEAKER_01: It says it can't be.
11:29
SPEAKER_01: Because le umat's omrahmana, the taira tells you, or sorry, the mitatoi that where should you cut it off?
11:39
SPEAKER_01: What do you have to be macro of as it relates to the tail?
11:41
SPEAKER_01: Maybe only the bottom part, and the bottom part doesn't have this problem, Zakhtrashi.
11:44
SPEAKER_01: The bottom part doesn't have this problem, bikla, for you to be worried about of the spine breaking.
11:49
SPEAKER_01: So you don't have to check a bikl.
11:50
SPEAKER_01: So the gimmicks not true because the umma seat amarachman of the Tara says, Where on the tail do you have to uh do you have to does it count as this?
11:57
SPEAKER_01: Do you have to start cutting it?
11:58
SPEAKER_01: It's the umma seat, which teaches me what?
12:00
SPEAKER_01: Makim shaha klayis yoyatzais.
12:02
SPEAKER_01: He'at is miloshan miloshan yoyatzais, which is atzah, the place where the kidneys give advice, and chazal always referred to the kidneys, the clayas, as uh being yoyatzais, as giving advice, that's where you get your good Aitza from.
12:14
SPEAKER_01: So that's the place where the Klayas are yatsa.
12:17
SPEAKER_01: So basically it's much higher up.
12:18
SPEAKER_01: It's higher up than this low part we referenced a second ago.
12:20
SPEAKER_01: It's by the kidneys, the kidneys are higher up, and therefore it can't mean that.
12:24
SPEAKER_01: And and up there, by the place where the spine is parallel to the kidneys, that for sure you're gonna have a problem of this pso.
12:30
SPEAKER_01: It's one of the trefas if the if the spine is severed over there.
12:34
SPEAKER_01: And therefore, again, we have a problem.
12:36
SPEAKER_01: How are you gonna check it?
12:36
SPEAKER_01: Has to be tamimo.
12:37
SPEAKER_01: If it has to be tamima, you can't cut it open to check.
12:39
SPEAKER_01: If you can't cut it open to check, maybe it has a problem.
12:41
SPEAKER_01: Must be go bust arrived.
12:42
SPEAKER_01: So they go on.
12:43
SPEAKER_01: No, Mima, toma deposal cloud club.
12:44
SPEAKER_01: Maybe you opened it up and you checked it.
12:46
SPEAKER_01: Are you have a problem?
12:47
SPEAKER_01: You said Tamima, are you open it up and check it?
12:49
SPEAKER_01: Are you cutting it open and checking it if it has to be Tamima?
12:51
SPEAKER_01: No, maybe honey milie echid chat koligamre.
12:53
SPEAKER_01: That's only true that it's not gonna be Tamima if you cut if you cut it completely off.
12:59
SPEAKER_01: But if it's still attached, then less than both.
13:01
SPEAKER_01: It would still be a kiam of Tamima, and you wouldn't have a problem.
13:04
SPEAKER_01: So again, then a Gamar knocks it off.
13:05
SPEAKER_01: Really, you do have a way to check, and it's not muchaf that we're relying on right over here.
13:09
SPEAKER_01: So it's not a riar of sheshes, but either of Idi Omar brings another Mikar.
13:14
SPEAKER_01: Asya Megla Rufa.
13:15
SPEAKER_01: You want to know where we learn it from?
13:16
SPEAKER_01: From Egla Arufa.
13:17
SPEAKER_01: Damrah of the Tara says, Hu Arufa, which teaches me, Keshish Lima te habi.
13:21
SPEAKER_01: This whole inning of Egla Rufa is only when it's shalim.
13:24
SPEAKER_01: So, what does that teach me?
13:25
SPEAKER_01: You're not allowed to do any bidikas.
13:26
SPEAKER_01: You can't cut it open to see if it had these different trefus because it has to be uh shlaimah, it has to be complete, it has to be complete.
13:36
SPEAKER_01: Maybe it's a trefa, and you're not able to check because it has to be shlaimah, it has to be complete.
13:40
SPEAKER_01: So must be a lamish and number.
13:42
SPEAKER_01: That's our ayah.
13:43
SPEAKER_01: We go bus arrive because you're not able to check it.
13:45
SPEAKER_01: Maybe it's a we can know we go bus arrive.
13:47
SPEAKER_01: That most animals are not trefus.
13:48
SPEAKER_01: And says the Gemara, Vichita, or suggest the Gemara Vichita, Mainaf Kimina.
13:52
SPEAKER_01: Maybe you're gonna tell me Egla Rufa, that wasn't eaten.
13:54
SPEAKER_01: It was the Avaid Don when we found the mace between two cities.
13:57
SPEAKER_01: We weren't sure which one is closer, right?
13:58
SPEAKER_01: Egla rufa, Yovai Zhalay Nihula Asisperis, vihapra mi, shlai nichula asas per the old Indian is a whole ritual we're doing in the case of uh of a mace that we found.
14:08
SPEAKER_01: We're not eating this eglarufa, so what do you care if it's trefa?
14:10
SPEAKER_01: Meaning minafamida.
14:11
SPEAKER_01: You have to check leikh doma trefa, okay?
14:13
SPEAKER_01: Uh let's say if it's trepah no problem.
14:15
SPEAKER_01: Says Gamara, it is a problem.
14:16
SPEAKER_01: Because Amri Divarabyana, right?
14:17
SPEAKER_01: Kapara Ksiba Kikodchim.
14:19
SPEAKER_01: By Egla Rufa, we have the word kapara, just like we do by khotchim, which teaches us that it has to be like the same like kochim.
14:24
SPEAKER_01: Just like by kochim, obviously it can't be a trefa.
14:27
SPEAKER_01: So too here, but the egglarufa, even though you're not eating it, and it's not really a karban, but can't be a trefa.
14:32
SPEAKER_01: Rabba bar of shailaam are the following.
14:34
SPEAKER_01: Asyomi para dom we learn it from the paradum uh, the mar rahman of shakat visaraf.
14:38
SPEAKER_01: The Tara said Vishat and very close visarof, which teaches me that the shitta, um you have to pair up the shita and the srefa, and it has very similar denim.
14:47
SPEAKER_01: Not what?
14:47
SPEAKER_01: There's a hekashmah, so k shleima.
14:51
SPEAKER_01: Just like the shita happened when it's shlema, so too the srefa of the para has to happen when it's shalim.
14:57
SPEAKER_01: Meaning what?
14:58
SPEAKER_01: You can't do any badikas because it has to be shalim when you're burning it.
15:02
SPEAKER_01: How you not doing badikas?
15:04
SPEAKER_01: Maybe it's a traf and it would be a problem.
15:05
SPEAKER_01: And Allah Mishem and Damrin and Zabasura.
15:07
SPEAKER_01: It must be because we go boss arrived that most animals are not trefas.
15:11
SPEAKER_01: Over here, also, you're not eating the paraduma.
15:13
SPEAKER_01: Main Afkamino.
15:14
SPEAKER_01: Who cares if it's a trepa?
15:15
SPEAKER_01: Says the Gemara, I'll tell you why, because chatas kari rahmana.
15:17
SPEAKER_01: The tarah called, as we know, the tarah called the paraduma chatas.
15:20
SPEAKER_01: And if it called it a chatas, that teaches me it has to have the regular dynamicas.
15:23
SPEAKER_01: Just like a chatas can be a trefa.
15:24
SPEAKER_01: So to the paraduma, even though it's not uh uh you could consider it maybe not even a carbon.
15:29
SPEAKER_01: It's a certain it is a carbon, but it's it's not your traditional carbon.
15:32
SPEAKER_01: There's no one eating it, it's not really regular carchim.
15:34
SPEAKER_01: And therefore, uh maybe you would think that it could be a trefa.
15:37
SPEAKER_01: No, chatas kairahmana, just like a chatas can be a trefa, so to the paraduma cannot be a trefer.
15:41
SPEAKER_01: Acha baryak baryakov omar the following.
15:44
SPEAKER_01: Another mekar.
15:45
SPEAKER_01: Asya, misarmistaleh.
15:47
SPEAKER_01: We learn it from the Sarah Mistaleh.
15:51
SPEAKER_01: We had the Sari Lashem, Sari La Zazel.
15:53
SPEAKER_01: There was a gairo, which one?
15:54
SPEAKER_01: But the Tariq tells us when you take these two Si'rim, Vilokah Sirim, this teaches me, Sheyushneim Shavim.
16:01
SPEAKER_01: Both these Se'irim that you take, one of them is gonna go Lashem, one of them is gonna go La Zazel, they both have to be shav, 100% um, you know, equal.
16:08
SPEAKER_01: They have to be the same type of animal.
16:09
SPEAKER_01: Um say mate.
16:11
SPEAKER_01: So what do we see over here?
16:12
SPEAKER_01: So La Zazel, if they have to be equal, that teaches me just like the Sarila Shem can't be a Trefa, so too the Sari La Zazel.
16:19
SPEAKER_01: Again, you're not eating it, but it can't be a Trefa.
16:20
SPEAKER_01: So that also cannot be a Trefa.
16:22
SPEAKER_01: So the Gamar Valechos Delma Khadminaya.
16:25
SPEAKER_01: So why aren't we worried?
16:27
SPEAKER_01: Now maybe one of them is a trefa.
16:28
SPEAKER_01: Rashi explains to us the obvious that no one of them we're referring to is clearly the Sar Lazazel, the one we're throwing off the cliff with the ish itti.
16:35
SPEAKER_01: He's going out.
16:36
SPEAKER_01: So that one maybe it's a trefa.
16:39
SPEAKER_01: Meaning, as we know, the Sari Lashem you could check afterwards, says Rashi.
16:43
SPEAKER_01: You could always check at that, you could always check that after, but the Shar the Sar La Azazel, you're taking it, you're throwing it off a cliff, and you're doing that while it's alive.
16:52
SPEAKER_01: So maybe it's a trefa.
16:54
SPEAKER_01: And it can't be a trefa because we just said a second ago that uh that what's ago, that it has to be Sheush Nameshov.
17:00
SPEAKER_01: It has to be the same thing as the Sarilashem.
17:01
SPEAKER_01: Saril Lashem can be a trefaz, so this can be a trefa.
17:03
SPEAKER_01: So it says the Gemara, Shem Damina Zabasaruba.
17:05
SPEAKER_01: It must be that we go at Basaraive.
17:07
SPEAKER_01: Ask the Gamar, but my Nafkalam mina.
17:09
SPEAKER_01: Maybe you're gonna tell me what difference does it make if it's Trefa, which is an interesting question because um we just said it can't be a trefa.
17:15
SPEAKER_01: But my nafkalamina, there's uh I'm a farm to talk about this.
17:19
SPEAKER_01: Didn't go through it as well as I should to give you a clear answer right now.
17:22
SPEAKER_01: But what's the what exactly is the question of the Gemara?
17:24
SPEAKER_01: But either way, what do you maybe you're gonna ask me, my nafka mina?
17:27
SPEAKER_01: What is the nafkamina if it's a trefa or not?
17:29
SPEAKER_01: You're throwing it off a cliff, who cares?
17:30
SPEAKER_01: It says the Gemara, in Goiril, Koivea La Zazel, Elabidover Heroy Lashem.
17:34
SPEAKER_01: Because none of the day the goiril is not koivea something for la Zazel, for it to be the Sar La Zazel, unless it was something Roy to be the Sar Lashem, which basically means that when you bring these two S'Irnim, they have to be Mameshovah.
17:46
SPEAKER_01: And the one you're bringing La Zazl has to be Roy, that you could have brought that one to Lashem.
17:50
SPEAKER_01: Now, if it was a trefel, could you have brought it Lashem?
17:52
SPEAKER_01: No.
17:52
SPEAKER_01: So it has to be not a trefel.
17:53
SPEAKER_01: If it has to be not a trefel, so how do you know?
17:55
SPEAKER_01: Maybe it's a trafer, you're throwing it off a cliff.
17:56
SPEAKER_01: Most e we go bust the rif.
17:58
SPEAKER_01: Says the Gamar, but maybe you're gonna tell me we check it.
18:01
SPEAKER_01: After you throw it off a cliff, you go and you check if it was a tref, do some badikash and says the gamar, the obvious about, we know the Mishnah.
18:10
SPEAKER_01: That it was a long way down.
18:11
SPEAKER_01: And it didn't even reach halfway down the mountain unless until it was already all over the place.
18:16
SPEAKER_01: So what are you gonna check?
18:16
SPEAKER_01: You're gonna go down there and check it.
18:18
SPEAKER_01: There's a lot of trefahs by then.
18:19
SPEAKER_01: So how do you know it was a trefa?
18:21
SPEAKER_01: How do you know if before?
18:21
SPEAKER_01: You couldn't do a badika.
18:22
SPEAKER_01: It was alive.
18:23
SPEAKER_01: So you brought it to them.
18:25
SPEAKER_01: It can't be a tre it can't be a trepah as we know because it has to be shoved to the Sarila Shalem.
18:30
SPEAKER_01: So it must be El Allah because we go Basariv.
18:34
SPEAKER_01: And this one we don't knock off right now.
18:35
SPEAKER_01: Must be because we go Basaraiv, and that's how we know.
18:42
SPEAKER_01: And this one, by the way, is one of the most famous Mikaras.
18:45
SPEAKER_01: That we learn it from where?
18:46
SPEAKER_01: Make ofimah.
18:47
SPEAKER_01: We learn it from a person that hits his parents, where we know the Ainish for that is the Amarachman a katle, the Ainish is Misa.
18:54
SPEAKER_01: We put him to death.
18:55
SPEAKER_01: Vilechus doma la vavivu.
18:57
SPEAKER_01: How are you putting him to death?
18:58
SPEAKER_01: How are you giving someone Misa's Bezdin if he hits his father?
19:01
SPEAKER_01: How do you know if it's his father, Bihlaf?
19:03
SPEAKER_01: No notice the question is not on his mother, because the mother uh he came from his mother.
19:07
SPEAKER_01: There could be aidin, different things.
19:08
SPEAKER_01: That's uh that's not really a question.
19:10
SPEAKER_01: But maybe this father is not the father.
19:12
SPEAKER_01: It's only based on a riv.
19:14
SPEAKER_01: Says Gemara Ella, Misham Daminan's a rumba.
19:17
SPEAKER_01: It must be that we're gonna kill him.
19:18
SPEAKER_01: Mamish Ad Kitaikah, we kill a person because of a rif.
19:21
SPEAKER_01: We kill a person because he hid his father.
19:23
SPEAKER_01: How do you know that Bihlad, this father, is his father?
19:25
SPEAKER_01: Because we go basar rif.
19:26
SPEAKER_01: What's the rive over here?
19:28
SPEAKER_01: Most behes, uh even that a you know bad woman has is usually with the husband.
19:34
SPEAKER_01: So most ribilis sacharabal.
19:35
SPEAKER_01: So right beelas are gonna go bas of the bao.
19:37
SPEAKER_01: So he came from one of those beelas.
19:39
SPEAKER_01: Riv of the beelas was from the Baal, so that's how you know.
19:41
SPEAKER_01: That was his that was his father because she was married to him.
19:43
SPEAKER_01: And therefore, it must be we go basaraiv.
19:45
SPEAKER_01: And and asked the Gemara that Mimai, how do you know that we're relying on Riv to kill this guy who hid his father?
19:51
SPEAKER_01: You're gonna tell me we only know it's his father because of a rifle?
19:53
SPEAKER_01: Maybe not.
19:53
SPEAKER_01: Maybe we're sure it's his father.
19:54
SPEAKER_01: How would we be sure?
19:55
SPEAKER_01: Mimai, don't map he gun show you Oviv imachabushimbai sasura.
19:58
SPEAKER_01: Maybe the father and the mother were locked up together in jail at the time when he was conceived, and that's how you know there was Mamish no one else there.
20:04
SPEAKER_01: So it must have been, it must be that that's the father.
20:06
SPEAKER_01: Maybe that's the only case where we're able to kill a person, we should make it of.
20:09
SPEAKER_01: Maybe that's the only case.
20:11
SPEAKER_01: But if not, then we wouldn't rely on Raif to kill the guy, says the Gemara Filouhahi.
20:14
SPEAKER_01: That's not a good question.
20:15
SPEAKER_01: Because a Filuhahi ain't Apatrapas Lara Raius.
20:17
SPEAKER_01: We know it's not Apatrappus La Raius.
20:19
SPEAKER_01: There has to be someone watching them, uh someone locked them in the jail.
20:21
SPEAKER_01: It has to be someone, uh guard or something like that, and we know once there's anyone else around, there's no apatrappas.
20:26
SPEAKER_01: This guy's what?
20:26
SPEAKER_01: He's the apatrappas on the jail, he's the he's the guard, ain't apatrappus la rayas, and therefore, even if they were locked in together, you have to be hajed someone else maybe was around.
20:34
SPEAKER_01: The guard came in, and therefore you only have a rive.
20:37
SPEAKER_01: And then today you only have the Reb Ela Saharabal, and you're still killing him based off the fact that this is a father, and it's only his father based off a rive, Reb Ilas Acharabal.
20:46
SPEAKER_01: Says the Gemara, Rafkahana Omar, another Mikhar.
20:49
SPEAKER_01: Rafkana Omar, how do we know that we go based on a Raiv and specifically Arubidalasa?
20:54
SPEAKER_01: Come on.
20:55
SPEAKER_01: Asyomhoyriguesanabash.
20:57
SPEAKER_01: We learn it from uh someone who is Chaiv Misa because he killed someone.
21:01
SPEAKER_01: So he killed someone, right?
21:02
SPEAKER_01: Dhammar Rahmanakli.
21:03
SPEAKER_01: What's the inish for that?
21:04
SPEAKER_01: The Tatar tells you you have to kill this person.
21:06
SPEAKER_01: So falehama Trefa'abah.
21:08
SPEAKER_01: The question is that maybe the person that he killed, uh Bemazid, because if he's being killed for it right now, that's his king of Misa because he killed someone.
21:14
SPEAKER_01: Maybe the person that he killed though was a trefa.
21:16
SPEAKER_01: And we know if you kill a trefa, it's a dead man walking.
21:19
SPEAKER_01: You're not gonna be Haiv Misa for killing a trefa.
21:21
SPEAKER_01: Maybe that guy wasn't gonna live it, live out the year, or whatever it was.
21:23
SPEAKER_01: He was a trefa, he had an internal issue.
21:25
SPEAKER_01: So maybe you killed a trefa, and therefore you shouldn't be Hive Misa, and still we're killing you.
21:30
SPEAKER_01: So it must be what?
21:31
SPEAKER_01: Allah Basaruba.
21:33
SPEAKER_01: It must be we're going basar rive, and Rai people aren't Trefa.
21:36
SPEAKER_01: So the guy that you killed probably wasn't a Trefa based on a riv, and that's why we're gonna kill you.
21:42
SPEAKER_01: Maybe we give him an autopsy.
21:44
SPEAKER_01: Maybe we check who we check the person that he killed.
21:48
SPEAKER_01: Maybe we check the person that he killed to see if he was a Trefa.
21:51
SPEAKER_01: Open him up and see uh based off the Treva.
21:53
SPEAKER_01: Says Gamara, you can't do that because how come in Avo?
21:56
SPEAKER_01: You're being the Navoda Mace, and Nivilamace is a terrible thing, so it's not something you could do, but says a Maybe, yeah, you're right, it's a terrible thing for Nivela Mais.
22:06
SPEAKER_01: But to save a life, maybe we're gonna do that.
22:08
SPEAKER_01: Mishum Ibn Nishama Dehai to save this person's life, meaning the Ritseaf, the person who killed him.
22:13
SPEAKER_01: If this guy, if it really turns out that the person that he killed was really a Trefa, anyways, so you're gonna kill an extra person.
22:19
SPEAKER_01: He doesn't deserve to die if the person was a Trefa.
22:21
SPEAKER_01: So maybe Mishum ibn Nishama Dehai, maybe that's gonna triumph over Nivela Maes, and we should give the guy an autopsy.
22:27
SPEAKER_01: We should give the person that he killed an autopsy to see if he was a trefer or not.
22:31
SPEAKER_01: So answer the Gemara.
22:32
SPEAKER_01: I hear your Kheshbun, but in the end of the day, obviously there's a load of rate on uh all these uh Khajbainas of the Gemara even.
22:39
SPEAKER_01: But says the Gemara, I hear your Khajbin, but still you're not gonna be able to do that.
22:42
SPEAKER_01: You can't give this person an autopsy to see if it was a Trefa.
22:44
SPEAKER_01: You want to know why?
22:45
SPEAKER_01: Because you're not gonna get the answer you want from it.
22:47
SPEAKER_01: Because nine khushema vimakum sayf no nekahave.
22:50
SPEAKER_01: Because even if you find nothing, still he might have been a trefa.
22:53
SPEAKER_01: Why would he be a trefa?
22:54
SPEAKER_01: Because maybe when you when this guy killed him with a knife, let's say, that's what the Gemar is assuming, when he's kill when he killed him with a knife, maybe he mamish stabbed him in a place where he already had a hole.
23:02
SPEAKER_01: So you're gonna do an autopsy, you're gonna only see the the the the hole that the Retseach caused, and you're gonna say that he wasn't a Trefa because he doesn't have anything else.
23:10
SPEAKER_01: No, maybe even Makam Nekev Nokav, maybe he mamish killed him in the place that he already had a hole.
23:15
SPEAKER_01: So he was already a Trefa.
23:16
SPEAKER_01: And you're still not gonna know, and that's why from the fact that we're killing this person, it must be that we rely on a Raiv, that Raiv people are not Trefas.
23:22
SPEAKER_01: So the guy that he killed must have not been a Trefa, and we go bust a Raiv.
23:26
SPEAKER_01: Ravina Amaravina brings another Mikar, Asia me eidem Zem.
23:28
SPEAKER_01: We're learning from Adem Zimmin.
23:32
SPEAKER_01: We know by Adam Zeman what's the Aynish?
23:34
SPEAKER_01: Kash Zamim.
23:35
SPEAKER_01: You tried to kill him, we kill you.
23:36
SPEAKER_01: That's the Kash Zamam.
23:37
SPEAKER_01: Specifically, we're talking about uh Mis over here.
23:39
SPEAKER_01: Vilechosh Dom Maha Sidubai Trefa Haves says the Gemara.
23:42
SPEAKER_01: Let's be hoyshish.
23:44
SPEAKER_01: Again, what's the case?
23:44
SPEAKER_01: The case is where two Adem, you had the Adem Zimamin trying to uh kill a person, trying to get a person killed.
23:49
SPEAKER_01: I'll be Bezdun.
23:50
SPEAKER_01: And then they came out Aidim Zemin, the Alloch is Vasisum like Kash Zamam.
23:54
SPEAKER_01: So we're gonna kill these Aidan.
23:55
SPEAKER_01: Says the Gemara, why?
23:57
SPEAKER_01: Vid Vin Doma Vilechosh Doma Hachda Sidu bay trefa avan.
24:00
SPEAKER_01: Maybe the person they were trying to get killed was really a trefa anyway.
24:03
SPEAKER_01: So it comes out they were trying to get this guy killed, but he was a trefa.
24:06
SPEAKER_01: So they shouldn't be Haimisa for that, because he was a Trefa anyway.
24:08
SPEAKER_01: So Allah, Mishum, Damrina, and Zobasaruba.
24:11
SPEAKER_01: It must be because we go basarive.
24:13
SPEAKER_01: Right?
24:14
SPEAKER_01: People are not Trefas.
24:14
SPEAKER_01: That's not something we're hush for.
24:15
SPEAKER_01: Says the Gemara.
24:16
SPEAKER_01: Okay, the kiti made the batkinale.
24:18
SPEAKER_01: Maybe we're gonna check him.
24:19
SPEAKER_01: Maybe we should check the guy that they testified against.
24:22
SPEAKER_01: Cut him open and see.
24:23
SPEAKER_01: So obviously the Gemara's assuming he's dead.
24:25
SPEAKER_01: We're not gonna cut open the live guy, but the Gemara, assuming the guy's dead, assuming they were Mikai in what they tried doing.
24:31
SPEAKER_01: They testified, they killed him, and now we're trying to kill him.
24:33
SPEAKER_01: Says the Gemara, we know that's not true.
24:35
SPEAKER_01: Because about Tanya, we have a breast that tells us, Berebi oimer, loi Hargu Ne Rogin, Hargu and Aragin.
24:40
SPEAKER_01: The whole concept of Kasher Zamam is only Kasher Zamam like Kasher Asa.
24:44
SPEAKER_01: Only if they didn't end up doing what they tried doing.
24:46
SPEAKER_01: Only if it was Kashar Zamam last size, and not Kasher Aso.
24:50
SPEAKER_01: Not if it actually panned out.
24:51
SPEAKER_01: So if they actually got the guy killed, then they're actually they're not gonna be killed.
24:55
SPEAKER_01: You don't have the parsha of Aidim Zemaman when they when they uh got their way, when they when when it came into uh motion and the guy actually was put to death based off it, off of it.
25:03
SPEAKER_01: The specific words.
25:04
SPEAKER_01: Again, Loi Hargu Nerogin.
25:06
SPEAKER_01: If Loh Loy Hargoi Nerogan, if this guy they tried getting killed, wasn't killed, and then they became Aidam Zeman, that's when it's Kashar Zaman.
25:13
SPEAKER_01: They only tried to do it, they were unsuccessful, and Nerogin, they're gonna be killed.
25:18
SPEAKER_01: But if they already managed to kill the guy based off Bezdin, then Ainarogan, that's Kasharasa.
25:22
SPEAKER_01: And we say Kasher Zamam and like Kashra Asa, so we're not gonna kill him.
25:25
SPEAKER_01: And therefore, what are you gonna tell me?
25:26
SPEAKER_01: Check the guy?
25:27
SPEAKER_01: The guy's not dead.
25:28
SPEAKER_01: Because if he was dead, there wouldn't be a part of Aidam Ziman because they actually did Kasharasa, what?
25:36
SPEAKER_00: I was thinking you can't make the guy waiting for Kashman.
25:42
SPEAKER_01: Right, okay, very good.
25:43
SPEAKER_01: So says the Gemara, says the Gemara must be that what?
25:51
SPEAKER_01: But we don't even know if he's Khaya Misa.
25:52
SPEAKER_00: Once the thought is, you're making him wake up.
25:54
SPEAKER_01: But but I think that's once once Beslin gives a psychedin.
25:58
SPEAKER_01: We tried delaying actually as much as possible until the final psagdin.
26:00
SPEAKER_00: But once you have a psagdin.
26:01
SPEAKER_01: Once you have psaked in, you have to do it quickly.
26:03
SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
26:03
SPEAKER_01: But this isn't a final psaghdin.
26:05
SPEAKER_01: You can't give up in that he's Khay Misa if you if you don't know yet that he's a trepa, if this is really a Khajbin.
26:10
SPEAKER_01: If it's not true that we go bus arrive and really and really uh we do have to take this into account and check if there is a way to check, then we there wouldn't be upside and for any Misa E thus yeah, again, but on the side that you're able to check, you're able to check.
26:30
SPEAKER_01: So must be we go bus arrive.
26:32
SPEAKER_01: So it's not either.
26:34
SPEAKER_01: So husband in the Gamar, it's all you're asking if this if this was Namash Allah, if we go like this.
26:40
SPEAKER_01: Right, that's that's the whole husband in the Gamar, that's right.
26:43
SPEAKER_01: Huh?
26:52
SPEAKER_01: So it must be the bus alright.
26:53
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, it must be the goal bus already, yeah.
26:55
SPEAKER_01: But again, if you weren't going based off right, then you would have to check.
26:58
SPEAKER_01: If you can't check, then yeah, you're gonna have these issues.
27:00
SPEAKER_01: 100%.
27:01
SPEAKER_01: Says the Gemara.
27:03
SPEAKER_01: So again, bad question.
27:04
SPEAKER_01: Check the guy?
27:05
SPEAKER_01: You can't check the guy because he's alive.
27:07
SPEAKER_01: If he was dead, you wouldn't have the kar uh the parsha of kasha's amount.
27:09
SPEAKER_01: Says the Gemara of Ashi Amar of Ashki gives another Mikar, Asya Mishkita.
27:13
SPEAKER_01: We learn it from Shita itself.
27:14
SPEAKER_01: Mishkita Atma.
27:15
SPEAKER_01: The omar rahman scheit vechal.
27:17
SPEAKER_01: The tarot tells you shecht it and eat it.
27:18
SPEAKER_01: Once you shacht it, it's kosher, you could eat it.
27:20
SPEAKER_01: What's the problem?
27:21
SPEAKER_01: The problem is with a shamewakum nekiv kusha it.
27:23
SPEAKER_01: Maybe you shachted mamesh in the same place that the animal had uh had a hole straight in its uh simon in.
27:29
SPEAKER_01: Maybe you shachted mamish in that place.
27:30
SPEAKER_01: So even if you do bidikas afterwards, you're not gonna find anything because you're only gonna find the hole that you scheched.
27:35
SPEAKER_01: But you're not gonna realize it was a hole previously, and the animal was really a trepah.
27:38
SPEAKER_01: So Allah must be what?
27:39
SPEAKER_01: Misham that's a ruba.
27:41
SPEAKER_01: We go basar rif.
27:42
SPEAKER_01: That most animals aren't trefas, and it didn't have a hole there before.
27:44
SPEAKER_01: Um Ravashi Ravashi said, based off of all this, again, we knocked off some of them, some of them stood.
27:49
SPEAKER_01: But Ravashi said, based off this whole khajbin, these were 10 answers we gave in the Gemara.
27:53
SPEAKER_01: Again, we start off today.
27:54
SPEAKER_01: How do we know the concept of Raiv?
27:55
SPEAKER_01: How do you know the concept of Riv?
27:56
SPEAKER_01: We have Puzka in the Tariq Akhari Rabin Lahat.
27:58
SPEAKER_01: Says Gemara, yeah, you're right.
27:59
SPEAKER_01: That puzzak is talking about a Rubadhisa Kaman.
28:01
SPEAKER_01: How do we know about Aruba the Lessa Kaman?
28:02
SPEAKER_01: A Raiv that's not in front of you right now, like uh, you know, the not the case of Sanhedrin or the Tesha Khanuiyas.
28:08
SPEAKER_01: That's all Aruba the Isaakaman.
28:09
SPEAKER_01: A Ruba Dhlesa Kaman, how do you know that we go basar Raiv?
28:12
SPEAKER_01: Ten answers in the Gemara from ten different Amir Rahim, and now Ravashi comes along to close up this sugya, and this is very important.
28:19
SPEAKER_01: Ravashi says, Amrit alishmaita, Kameh Rafkana.
28:22
SPEAKER_01: I said this all over before Rafkana.
28:23
SPEAKER_01: The Amrilah, Ravkana, Kameh Rafsim, Ravsimi.
28:26
SPEAKER_01: Some said it was Ravkana that said it over before Rasimi.
28:28
SPEAKER_01: The Amrilah, and what did he answer?
28:30
SPEAKER_01: Vidilma Heikh the after after, you're bringing me a rayah from these ten different Amairaim.
28:33
SPEAKER_01: How we know Rubadalessa, come on, you're gonna be able to go Basar the Raiv.
28:37
SPEAKER_01: How do you know?
28:37
SPEAKER_01: How do you know, Baklah?
28:38
SPEAKER_01: You your whole idea was that it's impossible to check.
28:41
SPEAKER_01: There was a lot of the theme over here.
28:42
SPEAKER_01: It's impossible to check.
28:44
SPEAKER_01: Must be we go basar Raiv.
28:45
SPEAKER_01: How is that a rayah that we follow Raiv even when it is possible to check?
28:50
SPEAKER_01: Maybe we only go Basar Raiv because uh it was impossible to check.
28:53
SPEAKER_01: But if it is possible to check, you should have to check, right?
28:55
SPEAKER_01: That's basically what he says over here.
28:56
SPEAKER_01: Vidomha Heikh the F.
28:58
SPEAKER_01: Vidama Heikha the Fshir.
28:59
SPEAKER_01: Wherever you could check, you have to check.
29:01
SPEAKER_01: Hecha de laya afshelafshir.
29:02
SPEAKER_01: The loite machine, because if you're not gonna say, say that, then they're a mayor.
29:05
SPEAKER_01: What about Rameer?
29:06
SPEAKER_01: Where we know he's Kaislamayuta.
29:07
SPEAKER_01: Rameir doesn't hold of Raiv.
29:08
SPEAKER_01: Rameer is always Kaishla Meyuta.
29:10
SPEAKER_01: And therefore, if Rameer is Kaishla Myuta, what are you gonna tell me?
29:13
SPEAKER_01: That he holds where Haislamayuta across the board and never holds of Raiv?
29:18
SPEAKER_01: He wouldn't eat meat?
29:18
SPEAKER_01: Because according to what we just said, right?
29:20
SPEAKER_01: What was the one of the one of the rides we just said?
29:21
SPEAKER_01: Shita Atzma, you shachti.
29:23
SPEAKER_01: Maybe Bemokim Nekev Nakov, right?
29:25
SPEAKER_01: Maybe you shachhte it mammoth in a place that it had a hole in its Simonim, that it had a tribute.
29:29
SPEAKER_01: So it must be what?
29:30
SPEAKER_01: Rameur doesn't eat meat because he doesn't hold of Riv?
29:33
SPEAKER_01: So the Kita Mochana.
29:34
SPEAKER_01: Maybe you're gonna tell me, yeah, in Rahmer's world, you're not allowed to eat meat?
29:36
SPEAKER_01: Maybe that's what Ramer would hold.
29:40
SPEAKER_01: What are you gonna say about where you have a Khiv and a mitzvah team meat?
29:43
SPEAKER_01: Like Karman Pesach or Khatchim.
29:45
SPEAKER_01: So it must be that what?
29:46
SPEAKER_01: Ramer does hold you're allowed to eat meat.
29:48
SPEAKER_01: So so must be.
29:50
SPEAKER_01: Now what is Pshat?
29:51
SPEAKER_01: How is Ramair Khaish Limiuta?
29:53
SPEAKER_01: What he doesn't hold it right across the board.
29:55
SPEAKER_01: So Michael and Maymar, and La Heikha the Ashraf, Hecha de Laf, Lafser.
29:59
SPEAKER_01: Wherever you're able to be Mivar and check, you're Chaivtu.
30:02
SPEAKER_01: Wherever you're not able to be Mivar and check, you're not Chaivtu.
30:04
SPEAKER_01: And that's where we're gonna say you're gonna go boss a Raiv.
30:10
SPEAKER_01: So what we just did, by the way, what Rivashi just did, when he said it over before Afkahana, that was one of the versions, and Rafkana answered him back.
30:16
SPEAKER_01: How do you know?
30:16
SPEAKER_01: This is all the ten rias you just brought me are not necessarily Ray's.
30:20
SPEAKER_01: So it's funny, by the way, because you go to a regular, you go over to the average guy, how do you know Raiv?
30:24
SPEAKER_01: And he's gonna tell you usually the most famous one, which is Maki Avivimai, the father, you only know it's his father based off Raibilah uh Raivila Sacharaba, and that's a you know, but we just knocked everything off.
30:33
SPEAKER_01: And how do you know?
30:34
SPEAKER_01: It says Rashi, and this is very important.
30:36
SPEAKER_01: So Ella Vaday, it's the first thin line.
30:38
SPEAKER_01: What comes out of this whole sugiyya?
30:39
SPEAKER_01: If we just knocked off most of these answers, Ella Vaday alakhomeshemisinay.
30:42
SPEAKER_01: Must be, because the Gamar just stops here, it doesn't tell you anything.
30:45
SPEAKER_01: So must be Vadai halakh alamai shamai, hotisamchina na ruba a filuheicha de effsur.
30:50
SPEAKER_01: That we rely on Riv, and again we're talking about a rubidlesakaman, because rubad the isakan is the mefership in the Tarah.
30:56
SPEAKER_01: So we rely on a Raiv even when it's Efshar, even when you're able to check, you're not Mekhoyev to check.
31:01
SPEAKER_01: And we knock this thing off that really it's a lachemashina, you're always allowed to rely on Raiv.
31:06
SPEAKER_01: Inami, Akri Rab al Mahathos.
31:08
SPEAKER_01: Another shot Rashi brings is actually the posuk of Akri Rab al Mahathos is Mashmah Bain Rubada Isakman Bain Rubadhlesakam.
31:14
SPEAKER_01: The Gamar suggested before that that's how you know Ruba the Isakaman.
31:17
SPEAKER_01: But Zakhtrashi, another way that comes out of the sugiya must be that Akhri Rab al Mahathos means both.
31:22
SPEAKER_01: It means rev across the board.
31:23
SPEAKER_01: Why?
31:24
SPEAKER_01: How could Rashi say such a thing?
31:25
SPEAKER_01: The Maishnah Hai Mehai.
31:27
SPEAKER_01: Because what's the difference?
31:28
SPEAKER_01: What?
31:28
SPEAKER_01: Rubad-Lesa Kaman is like more Khammer Mechatezi.
31:31
SPEAKER_01: Rubad the Isikaman, Rubalesa Kaman.
31:32
SPEAKER_01: You have a technical difference that it's in front of you, it's not in front of you.
31:35
SPEAKER_01: They're both revs, Mai Shnah Hai Mehai Zakhtrashi.
31:37
SPEAKER_01: And therefore, Tup Shataman Rashi, in the end of the day, how we know that Aruba Delesakaman, there's a concept of Raiv that we go basariv, Halochar Ruvachas be Isral.
31:46
SPEAKER_01: How do we know that either Halochomashina, and you're allowed to rely on the Ruba Delesakaman even when it's Efshir Levar, still you could go basarai.
31:53
SPEAKER_01: Or we know it from the Pasuk of Akhri Rabin Mahattais, because again, there's no swara to say that that should specifically apply to Aruba the Izakaman, not Aruba the Lessakaman, while only here for today's go.
