- 1:04Speaker 1: and I'm hosting the show. I don't know why they
- 1:07Speaker 1: couldn't have asked one of us, Margaret, that Phil wants
- 1:09Speaker 1: to spread it around. I'll see what's to spread it around. Well, okay,
- 1:13Speaker 1: I've just been thank you. Now, I've just been compared
- 1:16Speaker 1: to something that smears at toilet seat. I did not
- 1:19Speaker 1: say that. Well when you said that he likes to
- 1:21Speaker 1: spread it around, I yes, I meant to say yes.
- 1:24Speaker 1: It was derogatory, but not aimed at you.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Steve.
- 1:26Speaker 1: Steve, you're one of our best friends. We like you. Yeah,
- 1:29Speaker 1: you're good.

- 1:50Speaker 1: I'm very very pleased to bring on Bobby Dooley from
- 1:53Speaker 1: the Western of States Homeowners Association, the Western States Parent
- 1:56Speaker 1: Teacher Organization, and Miss Dooley has just recently returned from
- 1:59Speaker 1: Butler Lake, where her and her family hold forth every summer,
- 2:03Speaker 1: and it is uh great, uh very honored to to
- 2:06Speaker 1: to interview you, uh, Miss Dooley.
- 2:10Speaker 2: Steve, I understand you're a little bit nervous.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Right, I feel I feel a little bit nervous.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Yet, don't be nervous. You're doing a great job. A
- 2:19Speaker 2: lot of men, especially, you know, are nervous when they're
- 2:22Speaker 2: all right, Steve, that's good. Thank you. Just swishing the
- 2:25Speaker 2: water run for you. You switched it around enough. Uh,
- 2:28Speaker 2: A lot of them men are nervous when they speak
- 2:30Speaker 2: to me for the first time.
- 2:31Speaker 1: I understand. You're in a bathtub.
- 2:33Speaker 2: I am, I'm having a tub. My husband is here.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Give me some of the camp give me some of
- 2:37Speaker 2: the cameos, soap, and give me give me the zest,
- 2:41Speaker 2: and hey, the zest, Steve, the zest.
- 2:44Speaker 1: And you're you're you're taking a base. You're taking a
- 2:47Speaker 1: bathe now? Are you're taking a bath?
- 2:48Speaker 2: Now? Yes, that's what I'm doing. That's what you do
- 2:50Speaker 2: in a bathtub. Uh, the zest. And then you know
- 2:53Speaker 2: what I think I'd like the Irish Spring too, Yeah,
- 2:57Speaker 2: the Zest and the Irish Spring.
- 3:00Speaker 1: That's that. Those are types of soaps that if I'm
- 3:02Speaker 1: not if I'm not mistaken, yes.
- 3:04Speaker 2: They are there. I'm getting out of the tub right now. Damn.
- 3:08Speaker 2: Maybe you're looking pretty good.
- 3:09Speaker 1: You're out of the tub right now.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm gonna walk over. There's a selection of soaps
- 3:13Speaker 2: we have here, Cameos, good dove. Where's the dove bars? Teeve?
- 3:18Speaker 2: Right here? What are you all nervous about? They're naked.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Guess what something you haven't seen before? Don't you dare
- 3:25Speaker 2: talk about how good looking I am on the radio
- 3:27Speaker 2: with people know I'm standing here nude. Sorry, okay, let
- 3:31Speaker 2: me have the I'm sorry, so so very very sorry. There,
- 3:34Speaker 2: mister bozo, I just got a dove bar and some
- 3:37Speaker 2: of the Zest.
- 3:38Speaker 1: So you're picking out the kind of soap that you're
- 3:40Speaker 1: gonna bathe with.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Yes, that's what we do here on a lot of
- 3:44Speaker 2: Monday nights. This is Thursday? What is today? Tuesday? Okay?
- 3:48Speaker 2: What do you old? Good? My husband gets nervous when
- 3:51Speaker 2: I brush by it. But I'm naked. I was perusing
- 3:53Speaker 2: some of our soaps.
- 3:54Speaker 1: All right, So you're looking at the soap that you have,
- 3:57Speaker 1: and I heard you say you got zest.
- 3:59Speaker 2: We have Zen Dove cameo Irish spring. And what's the
- 4:05Speaker 2: other soap that we have, Steve? Lava? Are you out
- 4:10Speaker 2: of your mind so much? Uh?
- 4:13Speaker 1: The lava soap as you use for oil and grease.
- 4:15Speaker 2: Yes you do.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Now missus Billy, are you back in the tub or I'm.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Gonna get hit of the tub right now? Hold on,
- 4:21Speaker 2: I want some hot water. Steve, hit it what I said,
- 4:24Speaker 2: they hit it with the hot water. Yeah, there you go,
- 4:27Speaker 2: not a baby. Yeah, h Bobby, Okay, turn it off,
- 4:34Speaker 2: turn it off? Thank you?
- 4:36Speaker 1: Uh that that was a that was you. That was
- 4:39Speaker 1: what And in the tub feeling of the hotness of it.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Yes, I'm relaxing. It's been a long drive, Steve. We
- 4:46Speaker 2: just came down from Buttoner Lake and uh we're back
- 4:49Speaker 2: for the summer, we think.
- 4:50Speaker 1: All right. So Uh, that's something I think a lot
- 4:52Speaker 1: of people want to know about, is miss Biley. You
- 4:54Speaker 1: spend the summers at Buttoner Lake and and you're and
- 4:58Speaker 1: you spend the summers there, but you're you've come.
- 5:00Speaker 2: We have come back. We're back. We're back, bigger and better.
- 5:04Speaker 2: Than ever before.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Uh, but what was the purpose of you leaving Butler
- 5:07Speaker 1: Lake early?
- 5:09Speaker 2: You know, Steve, you could probably speak more to this
- 5:11Speaker 2: right white trash, Give me the phone.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Now, Miss Mister Henry told me that you're not allowed
- 5:21Speaker 1: to strike your husband.
- 5:22Speaker 2: I didn't hit him, Steve, Did I hit you? She
- 5:24Speaker 2: kinda glanced her hand off my nut bag? Start?
- 5:29Speaker 1: Uh, mister Henry, h missus Henry. Mister Henry said, please don't,
- 5:34Speaker 1: please don't do that.
- 5:35Speaker 2: No, No, he's fine. I glanced the back of my
- 5:38Speaker 2: hand off of his sack. Oh stop it so.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Uh that that's I think that's what mister Henry was
- 5:46Speaker 1: talking about.
- 5:47Speaker 2: You tell mister Henry to call me if he's got
- 5:49Speaker 2: a problem.
- 5:49Speaker 1: You understand, well, Miss Dooley.
- 5:51Speaker 2: You tell mister Henry to call me if he's got
- 5:54Speaker 2: a problem.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Okay, yes, ma'am.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Uh So, what was your question?
- 5:58Speaker 1: My question was? Is is my my question is why
- 6:01Speaker 1: d have you left Butler Lake early this year? It's
- 6:05Speaker 1: only mid whatever this is now, it's mid mid August.
- 6:08Speaker 2: We we left, Uh, Steve, I have to tell you
- 6:11Speaker 2: because it's been a little disappointing this year.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Uh.
- 6:15Speaker 2: It's crowded and there's a lot uh more people uh
- 6:20Speaker 2: over at Fritz at Gooblin Beach along the Goobland, which
- 6:24Speaker 2: is a long stretch of sand in front of our cabin. Uh.
- 6:28Speaker 2: And we've just noticed that the quality of person uh
- 6:32Speaker 2: is beginning to deteriorate. We used to have a kind
- 6:34Speaker 2: of a high end, high end homeowner here. A lot
- 6:39Speaker 2: of people had their second homes, had their had their
- 6:42Speaker 2: summer cabins.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Well, and now this is your summer cabin up there
- 6:44Speaker 1: right now. Didn't your first summer cabin burn down?
- 6:47Speaker 2: It did? Uh? That was the summer of twenty eighteen
- 6:50Speaker 2: when a skyrocket that that numbnuts over here. Oh, come on, Bobby,
- 6:58Speaker 2: I just glanced my hand off the back of his mind.
- 7:00Speaker 1: You got to stop doing that.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Well you did, you shot a skyrocket into the living room.
- 7:05Speaker 1: Well, Steve's accidentally shot a skyrocket into the living room
- 7:08Speaker 1: of your old cabinet. Burned to the ground.
- 7:10Speaker 2: He burned to the ground, and there's a lot of
- 7:13Speaker 2: you know, photographs of it burned right to the ground.
- 7:16Speaker 2: I mean, the fire department got there and took one look.
- 7:20Speaker 2: I said. They got out of their trucks and they looked,
- 7:22Speaker 2: and they got.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Back in and left the fire department left.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, but they weren't supposed to because I
- 7:27Speaker 2: guess you're supposed to put some water on it so
- 7:29Speaker 2: that it don't, you know, burn out of control. But
- 7:32Speaker 2: by that point, Dylan, my eldest boy, had a hose out.
- 7:36Speaker 2: He had a lawn hose out and had a hose
- 7:39Speaker 2: and he just started Your.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Son was taking care of it with just a garden hose, well, yeah.
- 7:42Speaker 2: Pretty much. I mean he just started to lay and
- 7:44Speaker 2: water on it. Then the fire department came back and
- 7:46Speaker 2: realized that fifteen year old kid couldn't take care of it.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Okay, we're talking to Bobby Dooley the Steve Bozel set
- 7:53Speaker 1: with Bobby Dooley and her husband Steve. They're talking about
- 7:55Speaker 1: how they've been at Butler like with they're leaving early,
- 7:58Speaker 1: and you're you're basically saying that the the crowd up
- 8:00Speaker 1: there has gotten a little low end.
- 8:02Speaker 2: Yeah, the crowd here at Butner Lake, as I said,
- 8:06Speaker 2: there used to be homeowners, individual homeowners, people who took care.
- 8:12Speaker 2: I think of Buttner Village, the Gooblin, the squats, Buttner Landing,
- 8:19Speaker 2: Gooblin City and Butner City.
- 8:22Speaker 1: These all the gooblin, all of these are the different
- 8:25Speaker 1: locales there at Butner Lake.
- 8:26Speaker 2: Yes, these are all places that we were, you know,
- 8:32Speaker 2: founded by the founding families, the Gooblin family as well
- 8:35Speaker 2: as the the Butner family.
- 8:38Speaker 1: All right, talking here with the Bobby and Steve Dooley
- 8:40Speaker 1: here on the Steve Bozell experience. So what what was
- 8:44Speaker 1: what was the prime problem with the people that you left?
- 8:47Speaker 1: You said you don't like them, and they're a little
- 8:49Speaker 1: kind of and I'm going to use the phrase little
- 8:50Speaker 1: white trash of Europe.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Well, we don't want to get racial. Okay, you did
- 8:54Speaker 2: get Rae, but we're not. Don't worry Steve. No. But yes,
- 8:58Speaker 2: they were primarily white, but I don't want to get
- 9:01Speaker 2: rachel and I don't like the term white trash. Let
- 9:05Speaker 2: me just say that they were people who they are trash.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Well, I mean when you say, what what is meant
- 9:13Speaker 1: by white trash anyway?
- 9:14Speaker 2: Well, the people that don't know how to behave they're
- 9:17Speaker 2: drinking and boating, which is very, very dangerous. The girls
- 9:21Speaker 2: are all in these string bikinis, everything hanging out, Is that, right, Steve? No,
- 9:27Speaker 2: go ahead, you can say.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Oh did you just you just kind of backhanded his nuts.
- 9:34Speaker 2: I just I walked by and went, oh, look at
- 9:36Speaker 2: this ouch.
- 9:37Speaker 1: You all right, I got to report all of this
- 9:39Speaker 1: to mister Henry.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Go ahead and report it to mister Henry. I'm talking
- 9:43Speaker 2: to this guy anyway.
- 9:44Speaker 1: We got Bobby and Steve Dooley on the phone here.
- 9:46Speaker 1: They've left Butler Lake early because of what they don't
- 9:48Speaker 1: want to call white trash, but trash, A lot of trash.
- 9:52Speaker 2: Yes they are white, but mostly they are drinking, boating,
- 9:58Speaker 2: the girlfriends with the string bikinis, everything hanging out, and
- 10:02Speaker 2: and the beach far too crowded. And the worst thing
- 10:05Speaker 2: about it is, I'll go walking into town to get
- 10:08Speaker 2: a six pack of blats and some beer nuts. Uh.
- 10:12Speaker 2: And I don't know the behavior of men, mister mister
- 10:16Speaker 2: what do you Bozelle? Mister bos The behavior of men,
- 10:19Speaker 2: mister Bozell is absolutely atrocious. Yelling at my wife and everything,
- 10:24Speaker 2: talking about her butt hanging it. Watch it, Steve.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Okay, so what were they doing? You're walking into town?
- 10:30Speaker 2: I was walking? Yeah.
- 10:31Speaker 1: My understanding is usually mister Dooley will take the boat
- 10:34Speaker 1: across the straits to to the to the flats.
- 10:38Speaker 2: Right, yes, Steve will take it across the streets to
- 10:41Speaker 2: Buttoner Landing what they used to call the squats and
- 10:45Speaker 2: pick up the beer nuts. But I decided that I
- 10:47Speaker 2: wanted to walk into town. I wanted to exercise. I'll
- 10:52Speaker 2: tell them what I was. I am at a pair
- 10:53Speaker 2: of heels and a bikini, and.
- 10:56Speaker 1: The well, how far do you have to walk?
- 10:59Speaker 2: Probably a half a mile?
- 11:01Speaker 1: Why would you walk that when you could just go
- 11:03Speaker 1: and get in the boat.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Because I needed the exercise, and I don't need Steve
- 11:06Speaker 2: running another boat up on the Kuloh Jetty. Okay, every
- 11:10Speaker 2: time he's out there, he's running a boat up on
- 11:11Speaker 2: the Kuloh Jetty and there's hell to pay for it.
- 11:14Speaker 2: So I decided I'd walk around the band over to
- 11:18Speaker 2: the squads to Buttner Landing and get a six pack
- 11:21Speaker 2: of blats and some beer nuts. Now I'm wearing a
- 11:24Speaker 2: pair of heels, I have on a string bikini, my sunglasses,
- 11:29Speaker 2: and I'm carrying my purse. And as I'm walking along
- 11:32Speaker 2: the highway, and it was right over there on Highway
- 11:35Speaker 2: sixty five, the Buttner which goes between Buttoner Lake, Butner
- 11:41Speaker 2: Village and Gooblin City. Okay, well, what's with you? You
- 11:46Speaker 2: kind of hesitated, don't you? Believe my wife's name.
- 11:48Speaker 1: I got it, Steve, No, No, I got you got
- 11:51Speaker 1: Are there? How many cities towns are there?
- 11:53Speaker 2: There's Buttner Village and then there's Gooblin City beyond that,
- 11:56Speaker 2: Googling City. It's part of the Butcher.
- 11:59Speaker 1: The Buttoner Metro the button Okay.
- 12:02Speaker 2: So this the Buttoner runs between Gooblin City and Butner Village.
- 12:08Speaker 2: As I round the turn, I along comes a truckload
- 12:12Speaker 2: of them and they're hooting and they're what are they saying, Steve? Oh,
- 12:16Speaker 2: they're yelling at all kinds of foul, talking about my
- 12:18Speaker 2: wife's blunt and her booms and everything hanging out. They're
- 12:22Speaker 2: yelling and hooting, and I'm used to it, and then yay,
- 12:26Speaker 2: I'm used to having men take a look at me
- 12:28Speaker 2: and go yeah, you know, and do some pretty crazy things.
- 12:32Speaker 2: But this was me just simply trying to get a
- 12:34Speaker 2: six or of blats and a bag of beer nuts
- 12:37Speaker 2: and get my ass back to the cabin. Yeah.
- 12:39Speaker 1: Why didn't you, I know, you didn't want your husband
- 12:41Speaker 1: to wreck the boat wreck another boat on Kuloh Jetty.
- 12:44Speaker 1: Wasn't there another way you could get over there?
- 12:45Speaker 2: No? There was no other way either. I take the
- 12:47Speaker 2: boat and that means because I don't know how to
- 12:49Speaker 2: drive the boat, and that means Steve is gonna run
- 12:51Speaker 2: it up on the Kuloh Jenny run somebody else up
- 12:53Speaker 2: at the Koloh Jetty. So anyway, as I would say,
- 12:57Speaker 2: I'm coming around the turn, here comes a load of
- 13:00Speaker 2: this trash. Uh. The baseball caps turned around. This shirt's open,
- 13:06Speaker 2: sometimes no shirt at all, the big baggy shorts, beer
- 13:11Speaker 2: guts that were frightening, to be honest with you, and
- 13:13Speaker 2: they're yelling and going, yeah, yeah, what's that taste like? Yeah?
- 13:19Speaker 2: I think it easy, Steve? Yeah, what you know? Said,
- 13:22Speaker 2: where are you gonna be sitting tonight? Are? Can I
- 13:24Speaker 2: take you to dinner? And if I can't take it
- 13:26Speaker 2: to dinner, I got the place for you to sit.
- 13:28Speaker 2: Stuff like that, OK, being very very vulgar. So I
- 13:33Speaker 2: waved them. I flagged them down.
- 13:35Speaker 1: You flagged them down?
- 13:36Speaker 2: Yeah, they're the best part. My wife flagged I got it, Steve,
- 13:40Speaker 2: I flagged them down. Uh.
- 13:41Speaker 1: No, when you say you flagged them down, what you do?
- 13:43Speaker 2: I just waved my arms, I said, going back. So
- 13:46Speaker 2: they put it in reverse. They come back and one
- 13:49Speaker 2: of them leans out the window and said, hey, little lady.
- 13:52Speaker 2: He points to his nose and said, hop on in
- 13:55Speaker 2: and have a seat, pointing to his nose. And that's
- 13:59Speaker 2: when I did a three stage's two finger punch right
- 14:02Speaker 2: to the eyeballs. And I heard him scream, and I
- 14:05Speaker 2: darted down this hillside. Uh believe that? Or not?
- 14:08Speaker 1: Wait to wait a wait, hold hold on for just
- 14:10Speaker 1: a minute here.
- 14:11Speaker 2: No you don't. You don't play with Bobby Dooley. What
- 14:14Speaker 2: do you think what's gonna happen? Oh?
- 14:15Speaker 1: Wait, wait, wait, you did what I said.
- 14:18Speaker 2: I flagged him down. They back up. He goes hop
- 14:21Speaker 2: in in and have a seat, and he's pointing to
- 14:23Speaker 2: his nose and I did the two figure three stooges
- 14:28Speaker 2: eyeball gouge. I heard him scream, and I rolled down
- 14:32Speaker 2: the hillside and hidden some brush. Yeah you believe that?
- 14:35Speaker 1: And how long were you waiting there?
- 14:36Speaker 2: Well? They took off. They were they were so shocked,
- 14:40Speaker 2: and they saw that I'd rolled down the hillside. They
- 14:42Speaker 2: took off to get their friend to the dos to
- 14:44Speaker 2: the to the to the dosters, or to the duckabul
- 14:48Speaker 2: the hospital I'm sorry, yeah, to the hospital or to
- 14:51Speaker 2: the doctors. And once I knew that the coast was clear.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Then I clambered, you know, I climbed back up the
- 14:57Speaker 2: roadside and I walked back to the house.
- 15:00Speaker 1: Man, there's all kinds there's all kinds of things that's
- 15:02Speaker 1: wrong with that story.
- 15:03Speaker 2: You call my wife a liar, calling me a liar.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Well, first of all, first of all, how did you
- 15:09Speaker 1: dare get back on that highway? Those guys were probably
- 15:11Speaker 1: looking for you.
- 15:12Speaker 2: Well, they they did not look for me, because they
- 15:14Speaker 2: when they heard their friends stream and grab his eyes,
- 15:17Speaker 2: they immediately took off, probably looking for a local planet
- 15:20Speaker 2: or something or a doctor. And I saw them take off.
- 15:25Speaker 2: That's what I got out from behind the bushes I
- 15:27Speaker 2: was behind, and I sort of scrambled up the dirt
- 15:31Speaker 2: hillside and I made my way back to the cabin.
- 15:35Speaker 2: Now I wasn't walking down the highway. I was walking
- 15:38Speaker 2: along the road. If I heard a car coming, I
- 15:40Speaker 2: would go and hide behind a tree. My wife came in.
- 15:43Speaker 2: She left to walk over up to Butler's landing about
- 15:46Speaker 2: five point thirty, and she came back by six fifteen. Yeah,
- 15:50Speaker 2: and so Steve then took the truck and went over
- 15:52Speaker 2: got bearing out to the six er blacks.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Well, Miss Billy that's extremely dangerous what you did to
- 15:57Speaker 1: that man.
- 15:58Speaker 2: Yeah, I know that, but the Three Stage has done
- 16:00Speaker 2: it on a million of their movies, and you know
- 16:03Speaker 2: something else, That man deserved it.
- 16:05Speaker 1: How do you know you didn't inflict some serious harm
- 16:07Speaker 1: on that man?
- 16:07Speaker 2: The man screamed, you know, And at that point, I
- 16:10Speaker 2: was in fear for my life. Okay, So I'm not
- 16:12Speaker 2: about to hang around and see whether the guy's okay
- 16:16Speaker 2: talking about my wife sitting on his nose, hold on
- 16:19Speaker 2: for mins teeth. I wasn't about to hang around and see, well, gee,
- 16:22Speaker 2: if I don't do anything, maybe they'll be nice to be.
- 16:25Speaker 1: I mean, they're they're pulled, they're pulled over. You flagged
- 16:28Speaker 1: them down. Yeah, so you asked him to stop. Yeah,
- 16:32Speaker 1: and so they did stop. They becked, well they beck
- 16:34Speaker 1: they backed up.
- 16:35Speaker 2: Yeah, they backed up, and they came up to where
- 16:37Speaker 2: I was, and the guy points at his nose and says,
- 16:40Speaker 2: hop in and have a feat. And that's when I
- 16:43Speaker 2: did the old three stooges.
- 16:44Speaker 1: And so you took two fingers and you I punched
- 16:47Speaker 1: this guy two fingers.
- 16:48Speaker 2: With the eyeball punch, with the eye punch.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Yet you heard him scream and they took off.
- 16:53Speaker 2: Well, they started cursing me, going, what the hell do
- 16:55Speaker 2: you think you're doing? But he's holding his face, and
- 16:58Speaker 2: so one guy tried to get out. That's when I
- 17:01Speaker 2: rolled down the hillside and hit behind a bush. My
- 17:03Speaker 2: wife basically, what my wife did, she did a stunt roll.
- 17:07Speaker 2: She just rolled out of the situation, a stunt roll
- 17:09Speaker 2: down the hillside.
- 17:10Speaker 1: You did a stunt roll.
- 17:11Speaker 2: That's right, what about it? And god, yeah, you we're survivor.
- 17:17Speaker 2: The duelly is a survivor. Nobody. Look, no one comes
- 17:20Speaker 2: up to me, points at their nose and says have
- 17:22Speaker 2: a seat when he's a big cub of proute oil.
- 17:26Speaker 2: No one.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Yeah, but again, what you did to that man? It
- 17:29Speaker 1: could have been a very serious injury.
- 17:31Speaker 2: Well, you know I'm betting that. No, it wasn't. Three
- 17:33Speaker 2: Stooges did all the time. See I got it. The
- 17:36Speaker 2: three Stuges done it all the time on their shows.
- 17:39Speaker 1: You know, I can guarantee you right now, somebody who
- 17:41Speaker 1: lives at Butler Lake has listened to this broadcast or
- 17:43Speaker 1: will listen to this broadcast and will be on the
- 17:45Speaker 1: lookout for you, and you may get a visit from
- 17:48Speaker 1: one of the gendarmes up there.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Well, you know something. First of all, Buttoner is run
- 17:53Speaker 2: by the Gooblin County Sheriff, who I know very well,
- 17:57Speaker 2: Todd Gooblin Gooble and comes from a look. I think
- 18:01Speaker 2: they understand that's Steed.
- 18:02Speaker 1: This got top goo Gooblin is part of the Gooblin family.
- 18:05Speaker 2: No, he's part of the Buttoners. Yes, he's part of
- 18:07Speaker 2: the Gooblin. Todd Gooblin is a very dear friend, very
- 18:11Speaker 2: dear friend. Indeed, so the report would be made to
- 18:14Speaker 2: the goob the Gooblin Sheriff's office. Todd would feel the
- 18:18Speaker 2: report more than likely.
- 18:20Speaker 1: They must have some deputy sheriffs.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Listen to you. Are you on my side or aren't you?
- 18:25Speaker 2: Who's not you on Bozil.
- 18:26Speaker 1: I'm trying to find out that the extent of the
- 18:28Speaker 1: damage you might have done to this man.
- 18:30Speaker 2: Oh my god, I was a woman being assaulted.
- 18:34Speaker 1: No you weren't. I mean, if you flag the guy down,
- 18:36Speaker 1: he said, he have a seat pointing at his nose.
- 18:38Speaker 1: That's the worst thing that he did.
- 18:40Speaker 2: These people have him up here all weekend with their
- 18:43Speaker 2: trash can ways and their trash can smiles. I Bobby
- 18:47Speaker 2: Dooley will not put up with it.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Okay, now we got a phone call. Yeah, we got
- 18:52Speaker 1: a guy, guy in the name of Lad Grayson, who
- 18:55Speaker 1: don't have any of Lad Grayson's gone. He says he's
- 18:57Speaker 1: the guy that you did eyeball punch too.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Oh yeah, for sure, you know what, I'll know whether
- 19:02Speaker 2: it is or not. Hello.
- 19:04Speaker 1: Yeah, is this mister Ladd Grayson?
- 19:06Speaker 2: Right? This is mister Ladd Grayson. I was at Button
- 19:08Speaker 2: the Lake today and I was the one that got
- 19:11Speaker 2: two fingers stuck in my eyes simply because I was
- 19:13Speaker 2: saying to this young lady, have a seat, That's all
- 19:16Speaker 2: I said.
- 19:16Speaker 1: Well, first of all, we've got to determine if you
- 19:19Speaker 1: are who who you say you are.
- 19:20Speaker 2: Ye, hold on, hold on, what were you wearing? What
- 19:23Speaker 2: color shorts were you wearing? I was wearing baby blue
- 19:25Speaker 2: shorts and I got a wonder woman tattoo up on
- 19:29Speaker 2: my upper right by step. Okay, you you are this man?
- 19:32Speaker 2: Your name is? What? My name is? Lad Grayson? And
- 19:35Speaker 2: all I did would say to you, hey, hop in,
- 19:38Speaker 2: have a seat, and yeah, I pointed at my note. Right,
- 19:42Speaker 2: that is crude and vulgar, But I don't think it
- 19:44Speaker 2: necessitated you almost blinding me. But put your fingers in
- 19:49Speaker 2: my eyes.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Mister Grayson, Let I ask you. Are you okay?
- 19:51Speaker 2: Yes, I'm all right. What I should do though, is
- 19:54Speaker 2: sue you for a soul? Did you go to the police, Yes,
- 19:57Speaker 2: I did. I talked to Sheriff goog Blind. He said
- 19:59Speaker 2: he am I okay. I said I was fine, and
- 20:01Speaker 2: the s and they said that who was the lady?
- 20:03Speaker 2: And I said, well, she's in a string bikini and
- 20:07Speaker 2: high here. He's at Bobby Dooley and she's generally on
- 20:10Speaker 2: this Phil Henry podcast. And so that's how I found you, right,
- 20:14Speaker 2: And so is he gonna arrest me? He said he'd
- 20:17Speaker 2: take care of it. Well, let me as I said,
- 20:18Speaker 2: I know, mister Gooblin. I know Sheriff Gooblin. He's gonna
- 20:21Speaker 2: do nothing of the sort. Sheriff Goublin knows that young
- 20:24Speaker 2: women this time of year at Butler Lake are at risk.
- 20:28Speaker 2: Well wait a minute, we are at risk from garbage
- 20:31Speaker 2: like you, lily white trash coming up in your stayed
- 20:34Speaker 2: shorts talking to me about having a seat on your face. No,
- 20:39Speaker 2: can't do. Let me tell you something. This is her husband.
- 20:41Speaker 2: Oh bo, I wish i'd been there. What are you
- 20:44Speaker 2: gonna do about it. I took care of it. Steve Nwharton,
- 20:47Speaker 2: So telling me that the sheriff there of Gooblin County
- 20:50Speaker 2: is not gonna do nothing about it, I doubt it seriously.
- 20:52Speaker 2: All right.
- 20:53Speaker 1: Let me ask you, sir, mister Gray. I assume that
- 20:55Speaker 1: you can't couldn't possibly be all right you've got any
- 20:57Speaker 1: kind of damage at all.
- 20:59Speaker 2: You know what, when I file a civil suit against
- 21:02Speaker 2: this woman, duly, I may find out that I've got
- 21:04Speaker 2: X ray vision in one eye and I'm blind in
- 21:06Speaker 2: the other. What do you think about that? You do
- 21:08Speaker 2: whatever you can do. You get your doctors, I'll get mine.
- 21:12Speaker 2: What does that mean? You get you a doctor's You
- 21:14Speaker 2: get your doctors, we'll get ours. You get your doctors,
- 21:17Speaker 2: we'll get ours.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Well, I you know, I would have to stand here
- 21:20Speaker 1: with mister Grayson for nobody cares.
- 21:22Speaker 2: Care's what you think, mister Bozell, Well, I care what
- 21:25Speaker 2: he thinks.
- 21:26Speaker 1: I'm gonna have to stand with mister Grayson. He's gonna
- 21:28Speaker 1: sue you for you sticking your fingers in his eyes.
- 21:32Speaker 2: Okay, and I'll sue him for gross sexual harassment. I was.
- 21:37Speaker 2: I felt it risk for my life, my wife Philip,
- 21:39Speaker 2: she would be a text. What are you? Are you
- 21:42Speaker 2: kidding me? All I said was I've got somewhere for
- 21:45Speaker 2: you to sit, and I pointed in my nose. Really
- 21:48Speaker 2: and you call that? What do you call that an
- 21:50Speaker 2: affectionate comment? Do you call that something that is going
- 21:52Speaker 2: to it? Dear you to me? Do you call that
- 21:54Speaker 2: a comment that a woman wouldn't be afraid of? I
- 21:56Speaker 2: don't think. So. You know what, I'm gonna assue you, miss,
- 22:00Speaker 2: for sticking your fingers in, and why I will tell
- 22:04Speaker 2: the court what.
- 22:05Speaker 1: You said, Miss dulam Man. He said to you, he
- 22:07Speaker 1: pointed at his nose.
- 22:08Speaker 2: He pointed directly at his nose, and said, come on
- 22:12Speaker 2: in and have a seat. And that's when I thought,
- 22:15Speaker 2: get a load of the big tub of trash. And
- 22:17Speaker 2: I did a little two finger punch, just just yeah,
- 22:20Speaker 2: all right, and right in my eyeballs.
- 22:23Speaker 1: But you're all right, sir, I can see fine.
- 22:25Speaker 2: But who knows what damage I'm gonna believe me. I'll
- 22:29Speaker 2: go see a doctor and I will go see and
- 22:31Speaker 2: I will and I will see. If I can't have
- 22:33Speaker 2: you prosecute it, you do what you need to do.
- 22:37Speaker 2: Todd Gooblin's a friend, of mine. You know, the gooblin
- 22:40Speaker 2: don't give a damn you know that?
- 22:42Speaker 1: All right? Well, thank you, sir, mister mister lad Grayson.
- 22:45Speaker 1: Where do you live, sir?
- 22:46Speaker 2: I come from Santa Barbara, California.
- 22:49Speaker 1: Okay, sir, no you don't.
- 22:50Speaker 2: You come from another country, don't you? I live in
- 22:53Speaker 2: Santa Barbara, California. You're a forty you're part of that
- 22:56Speaker 2: floatilla trash that arrived at Buttoner this past weekend. Yea,
- 23:00Speaker 2: how come we left? Well, I'm glad you did. Are
- 23:03Speaker 2: you a parent? You didn't leave fast enough because you're
- 23:05Speaker 2: walking down the road and you flagged us down. You
- 23:08Speaker 2: flagged us down? Yeah, I did. I flagged you down
- 23:11Speaker 2: to tell you what a carlat a donut oil and
- 23:13Speaker 2: crooked teek you were. You were the guys that were
- 23:14Speaker 2: yelling at me. Oh, I said, god, damn you. I
- 23:19Speaker 2: pointed my nose. That's the kind of thing that's gonna
- 23:23Speaker 2: set a woman off.
- 23:24Speaker 1: All right, Well, I don't think we're gonna have a
- 23:25Speaker 1: resolution to this at all here, Lad Grayson. Good luck
- 23:29Speaker 1: to you, sir. You have an attorney, you know the doolies,
- 23:32Speaker 1: and I'm assuming it's a civil action.
- 23:34Speaker 2: You better believe it'd be a civil action. This was
- 23:37Speaker 2: a vicious attack by a woman, a single woman on
- 23:42Speaker 2: the side of a road, a car loat of five
- 23:44Speaker 2: beer belly rednecks, all of you guys at one time
- 23:46Speaker 2: pointing at your noses and saying, have a seat. So
- 23:50Speaker 2: I decided I picked up the guy closest to me. Yeah,
- 23:53Speaker 2: I gave you the two finger. I gave you a
- 23:55Speaker 2: two finger. Surprised, right, you could have blinded me. You
- 23:58Speaker 2: could have blinded me. Good?
- 24:00Speaker 1: All right, all right, thank you, mister Grayson. We'll be
- 24:03Speaker 1: talking about this as the days and weeks go on,
- 24:05Speaker 1: and certainly like to get your input as you head
- 24:08Speaker 1: toward whatever legal remedy you see you don't.
- 24:11Speaker 2: Worry about it, Duley, I will seek a legal remedy. Yeah,
- 24:14Speaker 2: you do that, You do that, Good luck. I was
- 24:16Speaker 2: a single woman on the side of a road, and
- 24:19Speaker 2: a car load of and a car load of you
- 24:21Speaker 2: guys that ordinarily would be hanging around a bait shop
- 24:24Speaker 2: come rolling by, all of your point that your noses
- 24:27Speaker 2: have a seat, and I flag you down. All watch
- 24:30Speaker 2: you flag us down? To do what I did? Once
- 24:33Speaker 2: she was in a vulnerable, bumbable position. Oh why don't
- 24:37Speaker 2: you shut up?
- 24:38Speaker 1: Okay, thanks very much, mister Grayson. That's Lad Grayson, Bobby
- 24:43Speaker 1: and Steve Duley. Here are your final thoughts.
- 24:46Speaker 2: I was going to say, a lone woman walking down
- 24:49Speaker 2: the side of a highway on our way to get beer,
- 24:51Speaker 2: nuts and Black's beer gets who to at by this
- 24:55Speaker 2: car load of dumb buttoner Lake hillbillies. You better believe
- 25:00Speaker 2: I went ahead and said said hello to this guy,
- 25:04Speaker 2: introduced him to my introduced him to my ring finger
- 25:06Speaker 2: and finger number one.
- 25:08Speaker 1: Your ring finger and finger number, Well, that would make
- 25:11Speaker 1: never mind.
- 25:12Speaker 2: As to whatever the what the first two fingers is
- 25:14Speaker 2: next to the thumb. Yeah, whatever you call those. Yeah,
- 25:17Speaker 2: whatever you call those.
- 25:19Speaker 1: Thank you, miss Dooley for your time. Got h Yeah,
- 25:21Speaker 1: that's I gotta go.
- 25:23Speaker 2: Oh wait, because you feel you give an airtime to
- 25:25Speaker 2: a woman that stands up for herself.
- 25:26Speaker 1: No, that's not it at all. I believe when women
- 25:28Speaker 1: standing up for themselves. But I think that in that case,
- 25:31Speaker 1: that could have been a very serious injury to that man.
- 25:34Speaker 1: He's going to sue you, and he probably has a case.
- 25:37Speaker 2: He doesn't know, Todd Gooblin. He doesn't know Todd Gooblin.
- 25:39Speaker 1: All right, Well you know Todd Gooblin, the Sheriff of
- 25:42Speaker 1: Gooblin County. That's right, okay, I thank you very much.
- 25:46Speaker 2: Wait a minute, we wanted to Steve Oh, the Sheriff
- 25:50Speaker 2: of Gooblin Coty. He is a friend of mine, The
- 25:54Speaker 2: Sheriff of Gooblin Coardy. For him, I did no time.
- 25:58Speaker 2: The Sheriff of Gooblin Carroty. He is the kind of
- 26:01Speaker 2: guy to know. Oh, the Sheriff of Goobling County. He
- 26:04Speaker 2: sure don't blow Bill the Sheriff. I got it. Thank you,
- 26:08Speaker 2: Thank you very much.
