Portable toilets are getting torched in Russell, Kansas — and it’s not just one incident. Firefighters responded to a blazing porta-potty at the park, only to find it was fueled by an accelerant, sending flames sky-high when water was applied. This isn’t the first time — two other restrooms have been set ablaze in Ellis County recently.
