- 0:55approach. The MD and CEO made a comprehensive

- 2:01frameworks remain key differentiators that reinforce
- 2:04investor confidence, enhance our global competitiveness,
- 2:07and enable us to deliver long -term value for
- 2:10all stakeholders. What's particularly noteworthy
- 2:13is how Diwa has structured their governance model.
- 2:15The CEO noted that their governance framework
- 2:18is built on four core pillars, trust, accountability,
- 2:22transparency, and fair practices. These pillars
- 2:25form the foundation of what he described as a
- 2:27sustainable corporate culture that supports growth,
- 2:30innovation, and excellence while strengthening

- 3:02institutional approach to advancing sustainability,
- 3:05innovation, and corporate responsibility across
- 3:07all its operations. The Vice President of Governance

- 3:32into its strategic planning and day -to -day
- 3:34operations, supporting its institutional objectives
- 3:36and strengthening its long -term sustainable
- 3:38value. What makes this achievement particularly
- 3:41significant is that these Cambridge IFA Awards
- 3:43represent another major milestone in Diwa's ongoing
- 3:46journey towards governance excellence and sustainability
- 3:49leadership. They further reinforce Diwa's position
- 3:51as one of the world's leading utility organizations
