- 0:05Speaker 1: This is America with Rich Valdez powered by polidweek dot Com.
- 0:10Speaker 2: And Rich Valdees is with us former Christian administration officials.
- 0:13Speaker 2: You worked at Chris Christieve and Follis, each on a
- 0:15Speaker 2: lot of public service stuff.
- 0:16Speaker 3: Rich Valdez columnist now with the Washington Times.
- 0:18Speaker 1: This is America, Richiev. You're on the air with a
- 0:21Speaker 1: nation Nation with America with your host, Rich Valdez.
- 0:27Speaker 3: What's up, America. I am Rich Valdez Valdez with an
- 0:30Speaker 3: s at Rich Valdez on all of the social media.
- 0:32Speaker 3: Welcome to the Monday night edition of the program. Happy
- 0:35Speaker 3: to be here with you. It's truly a blessing. And
- 0:38Speaker 3: did you miss me? Well, I missed you too. Sometimes
- 0:42Speaker 3: you gotta walk away. Now. I am incredibly blessed to
- 0:46Speaker 3: be with each and every one of you, and I
- 0:47Speaker 3: always appreciate that. And I will address why I left
- 0:52Speaker 3: Westwood one, and I also have some exciting career news.
- 0:56Speaker 3: But the first thing I have to do is tell
- 0:59Speaker 3: you that they show must go on. So President Trump
- 1:03Speaker 3: and Trompito din Aaldus Magnus, the forty fifth and forty
- 1:06Speaker 3: seventh president of these United States. He's called for the
- 1:09Speaker 3: release of the Epstein files yet again. This time he
- 1:13Speaker 3: says that it has to be done by way of legislation.
- 1:17Speaker 3: In fact, he says this is a Democrat problem, and
- 1:20Speaker 3: he'd be willing to sign a bill if the Senate
- 1:23Speaker 3: and the House vote on it. Listen to this by somebody,
- 1:26Speaker 3: if you post on a true social last night you
- 1:28Speaker 3: urged House Republicans to vote in favor of this Epstein
- 1:31Speaker 3: release bill.
- 1:31Speaker 2: They're going to vote on him tomorrow.
- 1:33Speaker 3: I just want to be super clear at your position.
- 1:35Speaker 4: Do you want to see that past the Senate?
- 1:36Speaker 1: Would you sign that bill if it gets to your desk?
- 1:39Speaker 5: I do want to say, here's what I want. We
- 1:43Speaker 5: have nothing to do with Epstein and Democrats too. All
- 1:46Speaker 5: of his friends were Democrats. You look at this redoff
- 1:50Speaker 5: and you look at Larry Summers, Bill Clinton, they went
- 1:53Speaker 5: to his island all the time. Many of this oral Democrats.
- 1:57Speaker 5: All I want is I want for people to wrecks
- 2:00Speaker 5: a great job that I've done on pricing, on affordability,
- 2:04Speaker 5: because we brought prices way down, but they go way
- 2:07Speaker 5: lower on energy, on ending eight wars and another one
- 2:12Speaker 5: coming pretty soon. I believe we've done a great job,
- 2:16Speaker 5: and I hate to see that deflect from the great
- 2:20Speaker 5: job we've done. So I'm all for it. You know,
- 2:24Speaker 5: we've already given fifty thousand pages. You do know that.
- 2:27Speaker 3: Now President Trump talking about making things more affordable in
- 2:33Speaker 3: addition to this bombshell here on the vote, saying he'll
- 2:37Speaker 3: sign it. And again, this is something he's done before. Right,
- 2:39Speaker 3: he said time and again that he's happy to release
- 2:42Speaker 3: the Epstein files. I think he's reluctant to do it
- 2:44Speaker 3: because there's probably some political fallout. I don't think it's
- 2:46Speaker 3: really protecting himself. I think it's moreover, he's protecting just
- 2:51Speaker 3: you know, secrets, methods, you know, the stuff that they
- 2:53Speaker 3: always do. This is why nobody wanted to release this information.
- 2:56Speaker 3: But nonetheless, President Trump talking about making things more affordable,
- 3:01Speaker 3: and someone want to share with you because there's still
- 3:04Speaker 3: some reasons to be optimistic. In twenty twenty six, the
- 3:07Speaker 3: tax cut that was part of the big beautiful bill
- 3:11Speaker 3: that still hasn't hit American's wallets just yet. There's a
- 3:14Speaker 3: lot of talk about a potential recession. Is always talk
- 3:17Speaker 3: about that because of the affordability crisis. But this isn't
- 3:23Speaker 3: you know, pessimism that we should be buying into, says
- 3:26Speaker 3: my Ooddie Steve Moore. One of the many reasons to
- 3:28Speaker 3: be bullish is that most families haven't felt the savings
- 3:32Speaker 3: from the tax cut that was passed in July. So
- 3:36Speaker 3: here's the numbers, and estimated one hundred and ninety billion
- 3:39Speaker 3: dollars of income tax relief for about zero point five
- 3:42Speaker 3: of our GDP from the big beautiful bill arrives in
- 3:47Speaker 3: twenty twenty six. By the way of tax cuts, this
- 3:49Speaker 3: is the first half of the year, so we still
- 3:54Speaker 3: have that to come. Plus President Trump talking about some
- 3:58Speaker 3: other things that are really interesting. Seeing that this two
- 4:01Speaker 3: thousand dollars dividend check on tariffs, well that might be
- 4:05Speaker 3: coming pretty soon. Not as soon as we'd like, maybe
- 4:08Speaker 3: not in time for Christmas shopping, but soon in time
- 4:13Speaker 3: for you know, within the next twelve months, so in
- 4:15Speaker 3: time for next year's midterm election, which is clever and convenient.
- 4:20Speaker 3: Now I'll get into that a little bit more later.
- 4:22Speaker 3: The President also designated Venezuela and President Nicolas Maludu and
- 4:26Speaker 3: his administration as a foreign terrorist organization because of their
- 4:31Speaker 3: involvement with the cartels and bringing drugs into the United States. Now,
- 4:36Speaker 3: this again is another interesting thing. Because guess what, I
- 4:40Speaker 3: think the President has the authority to blow up these boats.
- 4:43Speaker 3: He's blown up yet another one. This is a good thing,
- 4:46Speaker 3: I think for the United States. Now here's the big question.
- 4:49Speaker 3: Do you ever wonder what America would look like without
- 4:52Speaker 3: fentanyl overdoses, or maybe without the vast humans smuggling and
- 4:57Speaker 3: drug trafficking that plagues our country. Well, apparently so does
- 5:01Speaker 3: El trumpit though, mister President. He says today that another
- 5:06Speaker 3: boat was destroyed and all of the narco terrorists on
- 5:10Speaker 3: board were killed as well. So I think it's important
- 5:14Speaker 3: that we keep our foot on the gas with this
- 5:15Speaker 3: stuff because the last thing we want, right, the last
- 5:18Speaker 3: thing we need, is for our enemies, our adversaries, to
- 5:24Speaker 3: think that they can one up us in this area.
- 5:26Speaker 3: Listen to President Trump talking about the ongoing problem with
- 5:30Speaker 3: Venezuela as well as the ongoing problem that we now
- 5:35Speaker 3: have with Mexico. Listen to this on.
- 5:38Speaker 5: Launch strikes in Mexico to stop drugs.
- 5:42Speaker 1: It's okay with me.
- 5:44Speaker 5: Whatever we have to do to stop drugs Mexico is Look.
- 5:48Speaker 5: I looked at Mexico City over the weekend. This's some
- 5:50Speaker 5: big problems over there. If we had to what we
- 5:54Speaker 5: do there, what we've done to the waterways. You know,
- 5:57Speaker 5: there's almost no drugs coming in through our waters anymore.
- 6:00Speaker 5: Isn't it down like eighty five percent it is. I
- 6:03Speaker 5: don't know who the fifteen percent.
- 6:05Speaker 1: It wouldn't be you, No, that's for sure.
- 6:07Speaker 3: No, I should think.
- 6:08Speaker 6: It's been tons and tons.
- 6:10Speaker 5: You would say, that's a big signal. Absolutely, we have
- 6:13Speaker 5: almost no drugs coming into our country by the sea.
- 6:17Speaker 3: But that's a good thing.
- 6:18Speaker 5: Go ahead, you know the waterways and you know why, Okay,
- 6:23Speaker 5: I mean it's pretty obvious. Would I do that on
- 6:28Speaker 5: the land cars? I would absolutely, Look every boat we
- 6:33Speaker 5: knock out, we saved twenty five thousand American lives. Not
- 6:36Speaker 5: to mention the destruction of families. These families are decimated forever.
- 6:42Speaker 5: The mother, the father, the children. They never recover really
- 6:46Speaker 5: from it. You know, when you lose somebody, like the
- 6:49Speaker 5: way they live any if you lose them, but the
- 6:51Speaker 5: way they die is horrible.
- 6:54Speaker 3: Now, President Trump didn't stop there. He continued, saying that
- 6:57Speaker 3: he believes that he has the continued authority to do
- 7:00Speaker 3: exactly what he's been doing and that there is zero
- 7:03Speaker 3: problems with needing congressional authority. To actually protect the United States.
- 7:10Speaker 3: Listen to this one.
- 7:11Speaker 7: Beg, Mama, are you discussing options that conference? Are you
- 7:15Speaker 7: going to Congress to discuss potential options?
- 7:19Speaker 8: We like to keep Congress involved. I mean, we're stopping
- 7:23Speaker 8: drug dealers and drugs come from coming into our country.
- 7:26Speaker 8: And I actually told Marco and some of the people
- 7:29Speaker 8: are Secretary of State is doing a great job. By
- 7:31Speaker 8: the way, I said, go to Congress and let them
- 7:34Speaker 8: know we're not letting drugs come through Mexico, We're not
- 7:37Speaker 8: letting them come through Venezuela. And let Congress know about it.
- 7:41Speaker 3: We don't have to get their approval, but I think.
- 7:44Speaker 8: Letting them know is good. The only thing I don't
- 7:46Speaker 8: want them to do is leak information that's very important
- 7:49Speaker 8: and confidential and may put our military at risk or
- 7:53Speaker 8: whoever is doing well, you know, CIA, military, et cetera.
- 7:57Speaker 8: But I did say, I said, go and see see
- 8:01Speaker 8: the representatives that were supposed to be saying and be
- 8:04Speaker 8: open about it. If they say we don't want you
- 8:07Speaker 8: to stop drugs from coming into the country, I don't
- 8:11Speaker 8: think that would be good.
- 8:12Speaker 3: I don't think it'd be good either. Again, that's Ed
- 8:14Speaker 3: Trumpezo about to board his aircraft there and making it
- 8:20Speaker 3: clear Mexico is a problem, Colombia is a problem. Venezuela
- 8:25Speaker 3: is a problem. Now, speaking of Venezuela, the Venezuelan president,
- 8:29Speaker 3: Nico las Maludu, I wonder does he want to negotiate,
- 8:34Speaker 3: does he want to talk to Ed Trumpezo, Well, it
- 8:36Speaker 3: guess he does. Why do I think that, Well, I'll
- 8:39Speaker 3: tell you I think that. In fact, he actually sang
- 8:41Speaker 3: a song about it. Over the weekend, The socialist dictator
- 8:46Speaker 3: of Venezuela and Nico Lasi Maluro on Sunday sang John
- 8:49Speaker 3: Lennon's imagine to send a new quote unquote peace message
- 8:53Speaker 3: to the United States President Donald Trump. Amid rising tensions,
- 8:57Speaker 3: Maludo delivered his cringe worthy performance during an event of
- 9:01Speaker 3: the ruling class. I guess they call it the United
- 9:05Speaker 3: Socialist Party of Venezuela or the PSUV in the Venezuelan
- 9:09Speaker 3: state of Miranda. This is a mandatory broadcast by the
- 9:12Speaker 3: regime's media apparatus, and that's according to Breitbart News. Now.
- 9:16Speaker 3: President Trump responded to this, saying that a conversation is possible,
- 9:21Speaker 3: and I think that's encouraging news. Right. He didn't say, hey,
- 9:24Speaker 3: we'll blow him.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Out of the water.
- 9:26Speaker 3: We'll take out We'll do what we gotta do. I
- 9:28Speaker 3: won't even go to Congress. We could tell him, but
- 9:29Speaker 3: I won't go. Nope, he did say that. He said
- 9:32Speaker 3: last night Sunday night, that the discussions with Venezuela's socialist
- 9:36Speaker 3: dictator are possible and that Maluro wants to talk. Trump's
- 9:40Speaker 3: comments came during a press gaggle with reporters shortly after
- 9:44Speaker 3: Secretary of State Marco Ruby announced the State Department's plans
- 9:47Speaker 3: to designate the Cartel de los Soles as the Cartel
- 9:52Speaker 3: of the Suns, a foreign terrorist organization, adding that officials
- 9:57Speaker 3: believe Maduro is the cartel's leader. WHOA, Now, this is
- 10:03Speaker 3: stuff we've always rumored and suspected, but it hasn't been
- 10:05Speaker 3: made clear by an actual government before. So I think
- 10:10Speaker 3: that's a big deal. Here's a quote from the Breitbart
- 10:14Speaker 3: article with the designation of the cartel associated with Madudo,
- 10:18Speaker 3: Does that mean that the US government can target Maduro's
- 10:21Speaker 3: assets or infrastructure inside Venezuela? A reporter asked, and Trump
- 10:26Speaker 3: prepared to depart to Palm Beach, saying it allows us
- 10:29Speaker 3: to do that, but we haven't said we're going to
- 10:31Speaker 3: do that. We may be having some discussions with Marudo
- 10:35Speaker 3: and we'll see how that turns out, because they would
- 10:39Speaker 3: like to talk. End quote. So pretty good news. A
- 10:42Speaker 3: little while before that, a couple hours earlier, Marco Rubio
- 10:45Speaker 3: announced in a statement that they intended to designate the
- 10:50Speaker 3: Carte de Solis a Foreign Terrorist organization or FTO, beginning
- 10:55Speaker 3: today Monday. So that's what's going on on that front.
- 11:00Speaker 3: And listen, there's plenty plenty moving there because we're slowing
- 11:05Speaker 3: down fentannel. First, we slowed down the flow of traffic,
- 11:08Speaker 3: of human trafficking. That slowed down. Now we're slowing down
- 11:11Speaker 3: the flow of drugs. This is what it's all about, right,
- 11:15Speaker 3: And he's hitting at every source, President Trump. You know
- 11:17Speaker 3: where they grow it, where they put it together, where
- 11:20Speaker 3: they assemble it. The distributors which are the Mexicans, the
- 11:23Speaker 3: traffickers which are the Venezuelans, the muscle, the Colombians, everybody.
- 11:30Speaker 3: He's putting everybody on notice. I think it's fantastic. Now,
- 11:34Speaker 3: later we're going to talk about how some researchers say
- 11:37Speaker 3: that parents should be asking for consent before changing their
- 11:41Speaker 3: kids' diapers. What that's crazy. And speaking of diapers, there's
- 11:46Speaker 3: a new documentary suggesting that Adolf Hitler may have had
- 11:51Speaker 3: micro sized problems as a result of something called Kalman
- 11:55Speaker 3: syndrome that affected him down below. You don't want to
- 11:58Speaker 3: miss that. You might have seen on my social media
- 12:00Speaker 3: this for the New York Post last week, but I
- 12:02Speaker 3: don't think I got into it in depth on the radio.
- 12:05Speaker 3: So I'm going to do it right here on this
- 12:06Speaker 3: podcast with you guys. This is America with Rich Valdez,
- 12:11Speaker 3: and there is more to come. Straight ahead, don't move
- 12:13Speaker 3: a muscle. I'm Rich Valdez.
- 12:15Speaker 1: This is America.
- 12:30Speaker 6: This is America, all right, I mean he goes.
- 12:46Speaker 3: Welcome back, Rich Valdez, keeping your company and keeping you
- 12:50Speaker 3: up to speed on everything that's going on in America
- 12:52Speaker 3: right now. And I want to get into this a
- 12:54Speaker 3: little bit here because Marjorie Taylor Green, she was on
- 13:00Speaker 3: I think it was CNN, and I believe I've got
- 13:03Speaker 3: the clip here and let's line that up. The Marjorie
- 13:06Speaker 3: Taylor Green. I want you to hear this because there's
- 13:08Speaker 3: an ongoing feud. Apparently she used to just get into
- 13:11Speaker 3: beef with AOC and Jasmine Crockett, you know, aoc all
- 13:14Speaker 3: out crazy, my least favorite congresswoman from the Bronx and Queens.
- 13:19Speaker 3: But now it seems like it's getting worse. Now she's
- 13:22Speaker 3: getting into all sorts of things with CNN. She's getting
- 13:27Speaker 3: into whether people should interview Nazis and whatnot.
- 13:31Speaker 7: I hear what you're saying. I hear what you're saying
- 13:33Speaker 7: about free speech. I mean countly as guilty as a
- 13:36Speaker 7: proponent of free speech. There's free speech and then there
- 13:39Speaker 7: is hate speech. And this is a man invited in
- 13:42Speaker 7: a really prominent conservative show who said even during that
- 13:46Speaker 7: interview he had a problem with quote organized jewelry, and
- 13:50Speaker 7: it wasn't challenged on it. In the past, he has
- 13:53Speaker 7: denied the Holocaust, called Adolf Hitler, fing Coole, talked about
- 13:58Speaker 7: the fact that he thought Jim Crow was just fine,
- 14:02Speaker 7: and on and on.
- 14:03Speaker 3: Now, hold on this. I just want to remind you.
- 14:05Speaker 3: This is Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green on CNN with Dana
- 14:09Speaker 3: Bash and they're discussing the free speech debate over the
- 14:14Speaker 3: Tucker Carlson interview with Nick Fuenes that has been the
- 14:21Speaker 3: subject of much higher you know, just quick assign many
- 14:24Speaker 3: years ago somebody asked me, would you speak with or
- 14:27Speaker 3: have an interview with Lewis Farakhon And my answer at
- 14:30Speaker 3: the time was no, right, I said, you know what,
- 14:33Speaker 3: probably not the guy. You know, I've heard enough of
- 14:35Speaker 3: him to know what's going to come out of his mouth,
- 14:37Speaker 3: and it's you know, I think he's a little bit
- 14:40Speaker 3: off his rocker. But I'll tell you that was probably
- 14:43Speaker 3: six seven years ago. My position has changed and I
- 14:47Speaker 3: would definitely, if I had the opportunity and it made sense,
- 14:51Speaker 3: I would interview h Lewis Farakhon and really try to
- 14:54Speaker 3: get in his head to understand a little bit better
- 14:57Speaker 3: why he thinks the way he does, because I think,
- 15:00Speaker 3: you know something, if we've learned nothing from Charlie Kirk's assassination,
- 15:04Speaker 3: is that we have to keep talking because when the
- 15:06Speaker 3: talking stops, the violence starts. A good pleay to take.
- 15:10Speaker 7: So again there's free speech and then there's just hateful
- 15:14Speaker 7: language and sentiments.
- 15:17Speaker 9: Well, Dana, again, I told you on this interview that
- 15:22Speaker 9: I'm committed to ending the toxic politics, and I think
- 15:27Speaker 9: I don't want to have anything to do with it.
- 15:30Speaker 9: You should have Nick Finis on your show and you
- 15:32Speaker 9: could ask him questions about that. I myself am not
- 15:35Speaker 9: anti Semitic. I have never criticized the Jewish people or
- 15:39Speaker 9: said anything about them in particular. I am critical of
- 15:43Speaker 9: the government of Israel, and I can criticize any government
- 15:47Speaker 9: I want to in the entire world, as well as
- 15:50Speaker 9: our own, and a lot of the times I am
- 15:52Speaker 9: criticizing our own government for failing the American people, and
- 15:56Speaker 9: I think that needs to be the focus, and that's
- 15:59Speaker 9: the most important thing people care about is being able
- 16:02Speaker 9: to afford groceries, housing, health insurance, and having a good
- 16:06Speaker 9: quality of life.
- 16:08Speaker 3: Oh amen to that. I agree with affordability. I think
- 16:11Speaker 3: if I also support free speech, I had criticized whoever
- 16:14Speaker 3: you want. Let's have the conversation. I criticize people all
- 16:17Speaker 3: the time. Sound the alarm that means we're in trouble now.
- 16:20Speaker 3: But speaking of Marjorie Taylor Green and you know, the
- 16:24Speaker 3: criticism over these Nazi comments made by mister Fuentis and whatnot,
- 16:31Speaker 3: it brings me to thinking about Nazis. And a couple
- 16:35Speaker 3: of days ago, I was asked by the New York
- 16:38Speaker 3: Post to host their daily podcast. It's called the New
- 16:41Speaker 3: York Postcast. So I was doing a news report there
- 16:45Speaker 3: and I was really taken Aback. I'm going to share
- 16:48Speaker 3: with you a little bit of what the report sounded like,
- 16:50Speaker 3: because honestly, it was a first for me. Right, it
- 16:54Speaker 3: really was a first for me. I had not seen
- 16:57Speaker 3: this documentary and and I'd really never voiced these sentiments before.
- 17:04Speaker 3: It was a sentence I never thought I would say
- 17:06Speaker 3: out loud, But Adolf Hitler likely had what they call
- 17:12Speaker 3: a micro penis and one testicle. That's actually a term.
- 17:17Speaker 3: By the way, this new documentary, combined with some DNA analysis,
- 17:23Speaker 3: has revealed that the Nazi dictator likely suffered from something
- 17:27Speaker 3: called Calman syndrome. That's a genetic disorder that can impact
- 17:32Speaker 3: the development of one's sexual organs. And having Callman syndrome
- 17:37Speaker 3: that's Calman with a K, it gives him or anybody
- 17:41Speaker 3: else that has it a one to ten chance of
- 17:43Speaker 3: having what they call a micro penis. That's an actual
- 17:47Speaker 3: scientific term for exactly what it sounds like. Now, the
- 17:51Speaker 3: DNA that they used came from, they say, the fabric
- 17:55Speaker 3: of a couch where it suspected that Hitler killed him
- 18:00Speaker 3: in nineteen forty five. Now there's a lot of debate,
- 18:02Speaker 3: you know, the people that like Hitler say that he
- 18:04Speaker 3: didn't kill himself or that he was killed in Argentina.
- 18:07Speaker 3: I think the official account remains that he was killed
- 18:09Speaker 3: in Berlin by himself and he was there with Ava Braun,
- 18:14Speaker 3: his girlfriend. So again, I can't you know, I wasn't there.
- 18:18Speaker 3: Can't tell you one way or the other. This is
- 18:19Speaker 3: what the documentary says. But this woman, she's pretty well known.
- 18:24Speaker 3: She's conducting this study on the DNA. She's confirmed these remains,
- 18:29Speaker 3: and she also did this for some DNA that she
- 18:33Speaker 3: found that belonged to King Richard the third, So this
- 18:36Speaker 3: is kind of her her thing, and her latest discovery
- 18:39Speaker 3: adds to previously reported sexual issues that Hitler suffered from.
- 18:43Speaker 3: So apparently this guy has a lot of sexual issues
- 18:47Speaker 3: like dysfunction, like you know, medical problems. And what I
- 18:53Speaker 3: wonder is is this something that pertains solely to Hitler
- 18:56Speaker 3: or does this pertain to all Nazis right, I'm curious
- 19:00Speaker 3: to know. Anyway, there's this story that I mentioned before
- 19:05Speaker 3: and I want to get into because this one's interesting.
- 19:08Speaker 3: And then, you know, I guess the segue here is
- 19:10Speaker 3: we're talking about what Hitler, you know, had below the belt,
- 19:13Speaker 3: and this one is this crazy story about researchers saying
- 19:16Speaker 3: that parents should ask their babies for consent before changing
- 19:21Speaker 3: their diapers. I know that's kind of wild. Again, when
- 19:24Speaker 3: they're a little older, you should, you know, they should
- 19:26Speaker 3: be out of diapers. But when they're babies, I mean,
- 19:29Speaker 3: they cry so that you will change their diaper. I
- 19:31Speaker 3: wonder if these researchers even had kids. Anyway. Some people
- 19:36Speaker 3: say this whole thing stinks. It's a new age way of,
- 19:41Speaker 3: you know, dealing with your newborn because I mean, come on,
- 19:46Speaker 3: these things are messy and you know, what are you
- 19:49Speaker 3: going to sit there if they say, no, hey, can
- 19:51Speaker 3: I change your diaper? And I think a lot of
- 19:53Speaker 3: parents do talk to their kids, but the experts are
- 19:56Speaker 3: encouraging moms and dads to request your infants con And
- 20:01Speaker 3: I think that's nuts personally, you know. And this is
- 20:04Speaker 3: a quote here from their study. Here it says, at
- 20:07Speaker 3: the start of a nappy change, ensure your child knows
- 20:11Speaker 3: what's happening. Researchers from the Deacon University wrote in a
- 20:15Speaker 3: November twenty five god get down to their level and
- 20:18Speaker 3: say you need a nappy change, and then pause so
- 20:21Speaker 3: they can take it in. Well that I think is
- 20:23Speaker 3: just good communication when you're dealing with humans. But because
- 20:27Speaker 3: I don't know they're going to give you consent per se,
- 20:29Speaker 3: you can also say do you want to walk or
- 20:31Speaker 3: crawl to me to get to the changing table? Or
- 20:34Speaker 3: would you like me to carry you? The specialists are
- 20:37Speaker 3: seemingly ignoring that newborns can't actually talk, and this is
- 20:43Speaker 3: you know, all observation of the baby's facial expressions and
- 20:46Speaker 3: body language to see you know what's going on now,
- 20:49Speaker 3: These quote unquote experts further noted this is a piece
- 20:53Speaker 3: in the new or post. This can be a time
- 20:55Speaker 3: to help children learn about consent and their bodies. Now listen,
- 20:58Speaker 3: I get that's where they're going, and you should. And
- 21:00Speaker 3: I'm just gonna deviate from this for a moment of seriousness.
- 21:04Speaker 3: I was a caregiver to my dad. My dad had
- 21:07Speaker 3: fallen down and gotten a brain injury, a subdural hematoma
- 21:11Speaker 3: that the pressure had caused some damage in his brain,
- 21:16Speaker 3: affecting his memory, his recallability, and causing him to have
- 21:20Speaker 3: a dementia type called TBI related dementia or traumatic brain
- 21:26Speaker 3: injury related dementia. And oftentimes anytime I had to do
- 21:31Speaker 3: anything with him, just out of respect and out of
- 21:34Speaker 3: dealing with somebody who's older, I'd have to, you know,
- 21:36Speaker 3: use my old person voice. And I was like, Dad,
- 21:38Speaker 3: you know, kind of yelling your shoe's untied, I'm going
- 21:41Speaker 3: to tie your shoe for you, you know, or do
- 21:44Speaker 3: you want me to tie it? And you know, stuff
- 21:46Speaker 3: like that. And yeah, of course you do that with somebody,
- 21:48Speaker 3: especially like an old machista Puerto Rican guy like my dad,
- 21:51Speaker 3: because guess what if you didn't get that type of consent,
- 21:55Speaker 3: he might, you know, turn around and you know, give
- 21:57Speaker 3: you the old one. Two you know, you'd be seeing stars.
- 22:00Speaker 3: So I think it's a good thing to do, and
- 22:03Speaker 3: it's probably a good practice to try it with your kids.
- 22:06Speaker 3: But it's not necessarily about consent. But I do see
- 22:10Speaker 3: where they're going with it with you know, if you're
- 22:11Speaker 3: explaining to your kids in that gentle voice, it's mommy,
- 22:13Speaker 3: it's daddy, it's whatever. Eventually when they're old enough, they
- 22:17Speaker 3: could say, hell, hold on, I don't like that, or hey,
- 22:18Speaker 3: you're not one of the people that does this to
- 22:20Speaker 3: me on a regular basis, and that makes all the
- 22:21Speaker 3: sense in the world. But you know, consent, come on,
- 22:24Speaker 3: I think these researchers are a little bit off their rocker.
- 22:27Speaker 3: So anyway, that's that's that story. And maybe I'll put
- 22:32Speaker 3: this out on social media. If not, you could find
- 22:33Speaker 3: it in the in the post. But a very interesting story. Anyway.
- 22:37Speaker 3: There is still more to come. Straight ahead, we're going
- 22:39Speaker 3: to talk about when Trump's tariff dividend checks are suspected
- 22:44Speaker 3: to arrive. Have a little bit more information on that.
- 22:47Speaker 3: And there might be a Hispanic problem. No, I don't
- 22:50Speaker 3: mean the legal immigration. I mean Trump is losing support
- 22:54Speaker 3: with Hispanics, at least according to CNN data analyst Harry Ent.
- 22:58Speaker 3: And we're gonna look at those numbers and more. Don't
- 23:00Speaker 3: go anywhere.
- 23:02Speaker 1: This is America. This is America. He's brown, he's bald,
- 23:20Speaker 1: and he's breaking it down.
- 23:22Speaker 3: Oh he's still has some what's his dad, Rich Valdez?
- 23:27Speaker 3: All right, I mean he goes Welcome back Rich Valdez
- 23:29Speaker 3: at Rich Valdez on all of the social media. Make
- 23:32Speaker 3: sure you check out the website, by the way, Rich
- 23:33Speaker 3: Valdez dot com. We're always streaming there. And I want
- 23:37Speaker 3: to get into this because El Trumpito is now facing
- 23:42Speaker 3: the gauntlet. Right they're saying that Hispanics are jumping ship. Now,
- 23:46Speaker 3: I can tell you that there is some truth to this.
- 23:48Speaker 3: Not me. I am not a jumping ship on ed Trumpito,
- 23:53Speaker 3: because I was never really on board because of Hispanic
- 23:57Speaker 3: issues per se. However, I will say that over the weekend,
- 24:03Speaker 3: I went to a friend of mine. I went to church.
- 24:06Speaker 3: He got We go to the same church, but he
- 24:07Speaker 3: was like, hey, do you want to you want me
- 24:08Speaker 3: to pick you up for church? I was like, yeah,
- 24:10Speaker 3: you know what, I'll ride with you. So we went
- 24:12Speaker 3: and he was like, hey, my my dad was asking
- 24:15Speaker 3: about you. And I was like, oh, tell him. I said, Hi,
- 24:18Speaker 3: this is a kid I grew up with and I'm
- 24:20Speaker 3: known for probably close to thirty two thirty three years.
- 24:23Speaker 3: And and he said, well, I'm going there if you want,
- 24:26Speaker 3: you want to take the ride. His dad lives in
- 24:27Speaker 3: the Bronx, So I said all right. You know, we
- 24:29Speaker 3: went over the bridge and we went to go visit
- 24:32Speaker 3: his dad. It was great to see him, you know,
- 24:33Speaker 3: we really enjoyed ourselves. His dad, his dad's wife et cetera,
- 24:37Speaker 3: and his brother called while we were there and they
- 24:40Speaker 3: put him on speaker to say hi to everybody. And
- 24:42Speaker 3: they're like, oh, yeah, it's just this one, this one,
- 24:44Speaker 3: this one. We're here with Richie and he says, oh,
- 24:47Speaker 3: you know, tell him, tell him that I'm done with
- 24:49Speaker 3: his man, I'm done with his guy ed trompto, forget
- 24:52Speaker 3: about it. I'm done. And I said, oh, come on,
- 24:54Speaker 3: while you mad. And he's like, bro, I'm trying. You know,
- 24:56Speaker 3: the prices and cars are going up. He's a car dealer,
- 24:59Speaker 3: and he's just you know, he's crying, he's whining, he's complaining.
- 25:02Speaker 3: And and I said, look, I get it. Listen, nobody
- 25:05Speaker 3: wants to pay more for anything, So I understand, but
- 25:08Speaker 3: you got to look at the bigger picture here. You know,
- 25:10Speaker 3: would you have been in better position, in a better position,
- 25:14Speaker 3: in a better situation with km Malatis Kamala Harris, the
- 25:19Speaker 3: vice president, And he said no, no, of course, somebody
- 25:22Speaker 3: said come on, this is just too much. He's like, man,
- 25:24Speaker 3: I got you know, I got people asking me all
- 25:26Speaker 3: the time, bro, how do you support all of this?
- 25:28Speaker 3: These these Ice people?
- 25:29Speaker 5: This?
- 25:30Speaker 3: And I think this has a lot to do with
- 25:31Speaker 3: the media. Now, I can't say with any certitude that
- 25:37Speaker 3: that there is a you know, a one hundred percent
- 25:41Speaker 3: guarantee that there are no ICE agents that are heavy
- 25:44Speaker 3: hand that are getting out of hand. I can't say that.
- 25:47Speaker 3: I can say that I think by and large they're
- 25:49Speaker 3: following the rules, and that the media by and large
- 25:54Speaker 3: is trying to paint them as horrible. Right now, you've
- 25:58Speaker 3: heard me say before that, you know, we've had federal
- 26:01Speaker 3: law enforcement for a long time and local law enforcement,
- 26:04Speaker 3: and these things are very old, right, it's not anything new.
- 26:10Speaker 3: I have a brother who was a cop, and you
- 26:13Speaker 3: talk about fear of docs, and these bad guys came
- 26:16Speaker 3: and tried to kill my brother and he had to
- 26:17Speaker 3: kill them. So I understand the retribution that happens to
- 26:21Speaker 3: law enforcement firsthand. Happened to my family. But at the
- 26:25Speaker 3: same time, we have not always seen police wearing masks. Now,
- 26:30Speaker 3: I'm not personally against the mask per se. I understand
- 26:34Speaker 3: why they're doing it. I can say I do have
- 26:37Speaker 3: a concern. I think it shouldn't be something we do forever,
- 26:40Speaker 3: because if that becomes the norm when the Democrats are
- 26:45Speaker 3: in office, I'm going to be deathly afraid of federal
- 26:48Speaker 3: law enforcement when Democrats are in office.
- 26:51Speaker 5: Right.
- 26:51Speaker 3: I think Trump is operating within the lines. I think
- 26:54Speaker 3: he's playing fair, but the Democrats won't, and we know
- 26:57Speaker 3: they won't we know they took suburban moms and put
- 26:59Speaker 3: them on on lists because they were speaking up with
- 27:03Speaker 3: school board events. So you know, you look at all
- 27:06Speaker 3: that it's man, man, this is kind of concerning. So anyway,
- 27:11Speaker 3: those are my thoughts on the mask stuff. But a
- 27:14Speaker 3: lot of people are taking exception to this because they're
- 27:16Speaker 3: making it seem through a lot of AI artificial, like
- 27:20Speaker 3: deep fake videos that are showing women with babies in
- 27:23Speaker 3: their arms getting yanked into cars and the baby being
- 27:26Speaker 3: yanked out of their arms. Again, not real, but this
- 27:30Speaker 3: is the sentiment that's coming from the left, from foreign enemies,
- 27:34Speaker 3: from people that are dumping this type of AI into
- 27:38Speaker 3: the internet world. So now on Monday you see this
- 27:45Speaker 3: piece in the New York Posts. It is massive drop
- 27:48Speaker 3: in Latinos support for Trump. And this is coming from
- 27:53Speaker 3: CNN analyst Harry Anton who says that he is thirty
- 27:58Speaker 3: eight points underwater and I'm thinking, man, thirty eight points underwater.
- 28:05Speaker 3: This is not a good place to be. And it's
- 28:09Speaker 3: because of the media, in my opinion, that there's so
- 28:13Speaker 3: many cases out there where they're reporting all sorts of
- 28:17Speaker 3: different stories. Even you know, you got this guy, what's
- 28:21Speaker 3: his name, David French from The New York Times. I
- 28:25Speaker 3: got a clip of him. I want you to listen
- 28:27Speaker 3: to this, and then you're going to see this is
- 28:28Speaker 3: the direction that the Left is going in.
- 28:30Speaker 2: A controlled flow of immigration is an important reality. However,
- 28:35Speaker 2: if somebody is here suspected to be here illegally or
- 28:38Speaker 2: here illegally, they're still entitled to be treated with decency
- 28:42Speaker 2: and humanity. I mean, they still have human rights, and
- 28:46Speaker 2: this is the thing.
- 28:46Speaker 3: That is Excuse me, mister French, I just have to
- 28:49Speaker 3: interrupt because I can't say that I've seen videos where
- 28:52Speaker 3: people are being treated without humanity. It's not like they're
- 28:55Speaker 3: being beaten and shot dead for being in this country.
- 28:59Speaker 3: It's not like we're digging ditches and lining them up.
- 29:02Speaker 3: That's not happening. They're being arrested, the laws being followed.
- 29:06Speaker 3: And again I'm trying to be objective here. You know,
- 29:08Speaker 3: sometimes it's ugly, right. I used to watch cops as
- 29:13Speaker 3: a little kid growing up, when they went after the
- 29:14Speaker 3: bad guys. It's not always nice when they have to
- 29:17Speaker 3: get the dogs to bite you in the arm or
- 29:18Speaker 3: bite you in the ankle to bring you down to
- 29:20Speaker 3: the ground. But they got their bad guy right, And
- 29:23Speaker 3: I didn't hear David French complaining about human rights.
- 29:25Speaker 2: Then so frustrating to people as they understand that, yes,
- 29:30Speaker 2: we need border enforcement, we absolutely need to control our border,
- 29:33Speaker 2: but at the same time, controlling our border does not
- 29:36Speaker 2: mean brutalizing people and depriving them of their human rights.
- 29:40Speaker 3: We're living through an era.
- 29:41Speaker 2: Honestly, we're going to look back on with national shame.
- 29:45Speaker 2: The way people are treating and the reports of conditions
- 29:48Speaker 2: and detention facilities are continuing to come out.
- 29:51Speaker 3: There have been reports from.
- 29:52Speaker 2: The Seacott facility where people were deported to without due process,
- 29:55Speaker 2: that outright torture took place there.
- 29:58Speaker 3: It's just extraordinary.
- 30:00Speaker 2: You can have a controlled border without dehumanizing people.
- 30:05Speaker 3: Oh stop, sir, listen. You can have a controlled border.
- 30:09Speaker 3: And I don't think they're dehumanizing people. I think that
- 30:13Speaker 3: the masks personally are something that are lending to the
- 30:18Speaker 3: narrative of the left. They're making it seem as if
- 30:21Speaker 3: it's somehow inhumane, and it's so inhumane that they're willing
- 30:24Speaker 3: to hide themselves and obscure their identities. I think it
- 30:28Speaker 3: would they would do themselves a favor. You know. My
- 30:31Speaker 3: advice to the president and to the borders are Tom
- 30:35Speaker 3: Holm and I've interviewed many times. I would say, listen,
- 30:39Speaker 3: I'm on board with you. I think most Americans are
- 30:41Speaker 3: on board with you. We want to see people. Most
- 30:44Speaker 3: Hispanics are on board with you, that this is what
- 30:45Speaker 3: they voted for, but they didn't vote for ugly images. Right.
- 30:50Speaker 3: Real life is real life, and in real life people
- 30:52Speaker 3: get sensitive about these things. So anyway, back to my
- 30:57Speaker 3: story here, Harry Harry Enton says that there's a dramatic
- 31:04Speaker 3: dip in the same group that helped propel him to
- 31:07Speaker 3: victory over Vice President k Malaidis in the twenty twenty
- 31:12Speaker 3: four election, but that this support is eroding fast amongst Hispanics.
- 31:17Speaker 3: Harry Enton demonstrated through his little screen there blaming immigration policies, saying, quote,
- 31:23Speaker 3: he's thirty eight points underwater, showing a poll on how
- 31:27Speaker 3: Latinos view the president's immigration policies currently. Now, he went
- 31:33Speaker 3: on talking about a poll from October that gave October
- 31:41Speaker 3: of last year to do a juxtaposition, saying that Harris
- 31:45Speaker 3: only had a two percent edge over Trump on immigration.
- 31:49Speaker 3: Now it's thirty eight points the difference. So again, I
- 31:54Speaker 3: don't think this is the end of the world for anybody,
- 31:57Speaker 3: And I don't think it means that everybody's jumping ship.
- 32:00Speaker 3: Wasn't just my friend's brother that told me that, right.
- 32:02Speaker 3: I also had a couple other people that were really
- 32:06Speaker 3: on the Trump train in twenty twenty four, and they've
- 32:09Speaker 3: been you know, they just they send me stuff. One
- 32:11Speaker 3: of them sent me something on WhatsApp the other day saying,
- 32:14Speaker 3: you know what's going on. It was a video of
- 32:15Speaker 3: Congresswoman Salazar from Florida saying he's I agree with her.
- 32:23Speaker 3: This is we've we gotta shore things up here. And
- 32:27Speaker 3: you know, people want the president to be nice to Hispanics,
- 32:31Speaker 3: and I think everybody wants them to be nice to everybody.
- 32:34Speaker 3: I think the issue here is this is not something
- 32:37Speaker 3: that's antagonistic towards Hispanics. This is something where he's fulfilling
- 32:43Speaker 3: a campaign promise and the media is doing what they do,
- 32:47Speaker 3: poisoning the well today. Just a little while ago, before
- 32:50Speaker 3: I was doing my show prep for this, there was
- 32:53Speaker 3: a video put out by a New York Post, no link,
- 32:56Speaker 3: no anything. They put it out on x and it
- 32:58Speaker 3: said Border patrol scoops up now grabs or NABS team
- 33:09Speaker 3: from grocery store something like that, making it seem like,
- 33:13Speaker 3: you know, they didn't use the word kidnapping, but it
- 33:15Speaker 3: kind of alluded to that. And I get that there's
- 33:19Speaker 3: click bait, and you know, you want to make a
- 33:21Speaker 3: you know, if it leads, it leads, right, you want
- 33:23Speaker 3: a good headline. And I'm not blaming the New York
- 33:26Speaker 3: Post per se. I mean, they're just putting a video
- 33:30Speaker 3: out and that might have been the caption of the
- 33:32Speaker 3: video of the person to share that video. I don't
- 33:34Speaker 3: think it was an original video of theirs. But I
- 33:37Speaker 3: can blame everybody on CNN. I can blame David French,
- 33:41Speaker 3: I can blame all these people that are out here
- 33:44Speaker 3: saying that, you know, this is the end of the world,
- 33:46Speaker 3: that people are being disappeared, people are being kidnapped. This
- 33:49Speaker 3: type of language doesn't help. It's that type of rhetoric
- 33:52Speaker 3: that causes problems, and we're starting to see those problems
- 33:55Speaker 3: in these poll numbers moving. So I think Trompito may
- 33:59Speaker 3: want to say, hey, look, let's ease up on that.
- 34:01Speaker 3: Let's you know, we keep the numbers up, but let's
- 34:04Speaker 3: do a little pr clean up an Aisle twelve, clean
- 34:06Speaker 3: up an Aisle twelve. Let's make this look better so
- 34:08Speaker 3: that you know they can't use every last thing against
- 34:12Speaker 3: them and we can continue again. That's my advice. Politically speaking.
- 34:16Speaker 3: I understand when you're in the Oval office, you can't
- 34:18Speaker 3: sit here and Taylor make things because you know somebody
- 34:21Speaker 3: is criticizing you over the tactics being used when you're
- 34:24Speaker 3: doing the right thing. So I get that too. But anyway,
- 34:27Speaker 3: we're going to continue our discussion. Michelle Obama's throwing her
- 34:32Speaker 3: voice back into the ring, talking about there's a reason
- 34:35Speaker 3: a woman cannot get elected, and she gets into that.
- 34:39Speaker 3: All that's coming up straight ahead. Don't go anywhere.
- 34:42Speaker 1: This is a Maria. This is a Maria. He's podcasting
- 35:01Speaker 1: great again. This is America with Rich Valdez.
- 35:08Speaker 3: All of them with There are all the programs like
- 35:10Speaker 3: America at Night with Rich Valdez and Donald Tump as
- 35:12Speaker 3: a guest. Who's going to watch late night TV? Come on?
- 35:14Speaker 8: Who would want to? I want to listen to you
- 35:16Speaker 8: Rich all the time?
- 35:18Speaker 1: All right?
- 35:18Speaker 3: I mean he goes, welcome back, Rich Valdez, Valdez with
- 35:21Speaker 3: an ass at Rich Valdez on all of the social media,
- 35:24Speaker 3: keeping your company here and I want to get into
- 35:27Speaker 3: this this clip that I've got from Michelle Obama. Now,
- 35:32Speaker 3: Michelle Obama interestingly right, she hasn't said a lot, but
- 35:35Speaker 3: she has weighed in. She's back and in the news,
- 35:39Speaker 3: and I'm always interested when she says something because she
- 35:44Speaker 3: has quite frankly speaking, she still has a lot of
- 35:48Speaker 3: sway over a lot of people. But I think she's
- 35:50Speaker 3: smart enough to know that she doesn't have enough, and
- 35:54Speaker 3: I think she kind of admits it here. Listen to this.
- 35:57Speaker 2: Do you think that that impacts the room that we've
- 35:59Speaker 2: made for a woman to be president?
- 36:02Speaker 4: Well, as we saw in this past election, sadly, we
- 36:06Speaker 4: ain't ready. That's why I'm like, don't even look at
- 36:10Speaker 4: me about running, because you all are lying you're not
- 36:13Speaker 4: ready for a woman. You are not, So don't waste
- 36:17Speaker 4: my time.
- 36:18Speaker 7: You know, we got a lot.
- 36:20Speaker 4: Of growing up to do. And there's still, I'm sadly
- 36:23Speaker 4: a lot of men who do not feel like they
- 36:25Speaker 4: can be led by a woman. And we saw it.
- 36:29Speaker 3: So are Americans ready for a woman president? Well, listen,
- 36:36Speaker 3: I think the issue with Kamala Harris had nothing to
- 36:39Speaker 3: do with her being a woman per se. It had
- 36:41Speaker 3: to do with her being a very incompetent candidate. She
- 36:44Speaker 3: just did not get the job done well. And again,
- 36:48Speaker 3: the odds were in her favor, right, she didn't have
- 36:51Speaker 3: to campaign as much as Trump did. She was able
- 36:56Speaker 3: to hide. They were trying to do the Biden strategy
- 36:58Speaker 3: with her, just keep her under wrap and hopefully people
- 37:01Speaker 3: will just vote for the person with the longer hair.
- 37:04Speaker 3: And thank god that wasn't the case. But this is
- 37:08Speaker 3: what they do. So it really does beg the question
- 37:13Speaker 3: is America ready for a woman president? I think they are.
- 37:16Speaker 3: I think is there a woman that is well positioned
- 37:20Speaker 3: and willing to run? And I think there's plenty. The
- 37:24Speaker 3: question is will they put themselves out there for president?
- 37:27Speaker 3: I don't know the answer to that, but I do
- 37:29Speaker 3: know that if you keep putting up candidates like this
- 37:35Speaker 3: Vice President kem Alaidis, you're gonna get those kinds of results.
- 37:39Speaker 3: Because she wasn't She wasn't it right, She wasn't the
- 37:43Speaker 3: right candidate. So anyway, that's Michelle Obama now Bill Maher.
- 37:49Speaker 3: He also weighed in on this. I don't know if
- 37:52Speaker 3: I have that audio, but saying I think it's kind
- 37:57Speaker 3: of something I've said in the past, AOC, please run
- 38:00Speaker 3: now lit'sten. I don't say that to say that I
- 38:05Speaker 3: don't take AOC seriously. I do. I mean you have to.
- 38:09Speaker 3: You can ridicule someone, just like I ridiculed Joe Biden, right,
- 38:13Speaker 3: I called him Joe el Baboso Biden. And you can
- 38:17Speaker 3: call Joe Biden el baboso and still make fun of
- 38:24Speaker 3: him and not take him seriously and take him seriously
- 38:26Speaker 3: at the same time, right, I mean, the reality was
- 38:29Speaker 3: he was the sitting president of the United States. He
- 38:33Speaker 3: was somebody who'd served in the Senate for all, you know,
- 38:36Speaker 3: fifty years or whatever. So all that stuff was true,
- 38:39Speaker 3: and you really can't downplay those things, right, you have
- 38:41Speaker 3: to at some point say, okay, no, that's all fact.
- 38:44Speaker 3: But let's look at who he is and what he's
- 38:46Speaker 3: talking about now. And that's what I think with AOC.
- 38:49Speaker 3: AOC really does have people that are behind her, that
- 38:52Speaker 3: are behind her like the people that are behind Trump.
- 38:55Speaker 3: Right that people say, I love God, I love my family,
- 38:58Speaker 3: I love this country. Trump stands for those things. I'm
- 39:00Speaker 3: with him, and they're solidly behind Trump. And you've got
- 39:04Speaker 3: people that are solidly invested in collectivism, leftism, atheism, and
- 39:10Speaker 3: they're solidly behind AOC. They believe that climate change and
- 39:15Speaker 3: capitalism are destroying the world. This is why they are
- 39:18Speaker 3: not having children, and they see her as some sort
- 39:21Speaker 3: of savior, a modern day che Guevara in female form.
- 39:25Speaker 3: Now I'll say this, AOC is an attractive person that
- 39:30Speaker 3: gets people excited politically. That's why she does these rallies
- 39:35Speaker 3: with Mamdani, and she does them with Bernie Sanders. And
- 39:38Speaker 3: you know, we'd be foolish to think Bernie Sanders ran
- 39:40Speaker 3: for president. He almost became the nominee. He is an insurgent.
- 39:46Speaker 3: He's not a Democrat. He's literally a registered independent that
- 39:50Speaker 3: caucuses with the Democrats. And he almost became the Democrat
- 39:57Speaker 3: nominee if it could happen at the fe level, but
- 40:01Speaker 3: for the deal they had when they pushed him out.
- 40:03Speaker 3: Of course, it could happen in New York City. Of
- 40:05Speaker 3: course it could happen anywhere else. But the Democrats continue
- 40:09Speaker 3: to take the uh, the left wing kind of unseriously.
- 40:15Speaker 3: And they shouldn't because now Hakeem Jeffries is facing a
- 40:21Speaker 3: potential primary challenge from one of Mom Donnie's boys. Isn't
- 40:28Speaker 3: that something? Now I'm pretty sure Chuck Schumer also is
- 40:32Speaker 3: going to receive a primary challenge, and I'm thinking it's
- 40:36Speaker 3: gonna be AOC. I don't know if I'm right or
- 40:40Speaker 3: wrong here, but this is an interesting thing. Let me
- 40:44Speaker 3: give you the little scoop on this.
- 40:46Speaker 5: Now.
- 40:46Speaker 3: This guy's he's out there with the with the with
- 40:51Speaker 3: the left wing movement. His name is I don't know
- 40:54Speaker 3: how to say this, right, I think it's either chi
- 40:56Speaker 3: osay or chai osa c h I O SS. And
- 41:05Speaker 3: he filed to challenge the congressman Jeffries, Democratic leader. And
- 41:11Speaker 3: this is interesting, right. This guy is a councilman out
- 41:15Speaker 3: of Brooklyn and he wants to take out how came Jeffries.
- 41:19Speaker 3: He's an insurgent, just like Bernie Sanders, just like Mamdanni,
- 41:22Speaker 3: just like AOC, just like the one that pulled the
- 41:28Speaker 3: fire alarm, Jamal Bowman. But we were able to oust him,
- 41:33Speaker 3: and that was because a pack. And that's who he
- 41:36Speaker 3: took on. He said, he said, I'm running against Apak
- 41:39Speaker 3: and good for a pack. They stepped up and put
- 41:41Speaker 3: their money where their mouth was and they ran a
- 41:43Speaker 3: great campaign against him and they were able to, you know,
- 41:47Speaker 3: beat him, and he's out. What I'm saying, where was
- 41:50Speaker 3: a pack? In the NYC election, Where were they? What
- 41:54Speaker 3: was going on?
- 41:56Speaker 1: You know?
- 41:56Speaker 3: And if you were there, you picked the wrong candidate.
- 41:58Speaker 3: You needed to get behind the candidate they provided contrast,
- 42:01Speaker 3: not the candidate that was not Mamdani but had the
- 42:04Speaker 3: same policies as him. And I think that was the
- 42:07Speaker 3: issue in New York. But either way, largely popular these guys. Now.
- 42:13Speaker 3: Jeffries was an assemblyman before getting elected to the House
- 42:16Speaker 3: in twenty thirteen, and you know he's ready to become
- 42:20Speaker 3: a speaker if he can get power again. But this
- 42:25Speaker 3: guy osay he's coming for his lunch. So you tell me,
- 42:31Speaker 3: is Jeffreys gonna win? Maybe? Is Jeffrey's gonna lose? Maybe?
- 42:36Speaker 3: But one thing remains for sure. He's got a fight
- 42:39Speaker 3: on his hands. Right. We just saw what the Mamdani
- 42:42Speaker 3: people can do, and this guy is the Mamdani people.
- 42:46Speaker 3: So I'm just saying, look, this is politics. Sometimes they
- 42:53Speaker 3: try to get you to spend money from your war chest.
- 42:56Speaker 3: If they can beat you, they will, And sometimes they're
- 42:59Speaker 3: just really coming because they're ready. And when you've got
- 43:03Speaker 3: Alexander Soros and those types of deep pockets backing you up,
- 43:09Speaker 3: what choice do you have but to give it all
- 43:11Speaker 3: you got, so stay tuned for that one. Anyway, straight ahead,
- 43:15Speaker 3: I got a few more things that I want to
- 43:17Speaker 3: run by, and you don't go anywhere. I'm Rich Valdez.
- 43:20Speaker 1: This is America, This is America. He's got the best
- 43:36Speaker 1: head of hair and podcasting. This is America with Rich Valdez.
- 43:49Speaker 3: All right it he goes, welcome back. And I wanted
- 43:51Speaker 3: to get into something else with you. This was an
- 43:55Speaker 3: interesting story. This one had to do with let me
- 43:59Speaker 3: see that. This was an interesting story about how a
- 44:01Speaker 3: girl decided to handle getting married. And this is one
- 44:05Speaker 3: of the things where I want you to, you know,
- 44:07Speaker 3: let me know your thoughts on this and what you
- 44:09Speaker 3: would do, because for me, I think it's kind of
- 44:12Speaker 3: crazy that personally that some people you know, do these
- 44:16Speaker 3: type of out of pocket things and they don't really
- 44:23Speaker 3: I feel like they don't. They don't take into account
- 44:27Speaker 3: the damage that you're causing when you make a decision
- 44:30Speaker 3: like this. And here here's what I'm talking about. This
- 44:32Speaker 3: girl's getting married, she's a bride to be and it's
- 44:34Speaker 3: her wedding day. But she makes a decision on her
- 44:37Speaker 3: wedding day and she wrecks her mom and stepfather's feelings.
- 44:44Speaker 3: Why because she decides, like on the wedding day to
- 44:46Speaker 3: tell them. You know what, guys, I don't want my
- 44:48Speaker 3: stepdad to walk me down the aisle. Instead, I want
- 44:51Speaker 3: my dad, her biological dad, who passed away his parents,
- 44:58Speaker 3: so her grandma parents from paternal side, And she didn't
- 45:05Speaker 3: know how to go about this, so she sought advice
- 45:10Speaker 3: from the reddit community. And this was just crazy, right,
- 45:16Speaker 3: She explained in the Reddit post that her father died
- 45:18Speaker 3: when she was just eight years old, and that although
- 45:21Speaker 3: her mom remarried when she was thirteen, she never saw
- 45:25Speaker 3: her stepfather, Steve as a parent, saying quote he wanted
- 45:29Speaker 3: to be a father figure like second dad kind of
- 45:32Speaker 3: presence in my life, she wrote, adding that despite his efforts,
- 45:37Speaker 3: she only ever viewed him as her mom's husband, and
- 45:40Speaker 3: she recounted to her mom repeatedly urging her to embrace
- 45:46Speaker 3: Steve in a parental role, even telling her she needed
- 45:49Speaker 3: a dad and should allow him to take up space
- 45:52Speaker 3: in her life. And I know people that have gone
- 45:57Speaker 3: through this, I mean, with their dads alive or dead,
- 46:01Speaker 3: just because they're like, I have a dad and I
- 46:03Speaker 3: can't replace my dad. And I think stepdads need a
- 46:06Speaker 3: special place, right. I've never had a stepdad, I had
- 46:08Speaker 3: my own dad. But I think if you have a guide,
- 46:11Speaker 3: it's willing to be. There's willing to marry a woman
- 46:14Speaker 3: that has children. I think it's fair and I guess
- 46:19Speaker 3: that's why the mom was saying, you need to do
- 46:20Speaker 3: this and open up. But how do you force somebody
- 46:23Speaker 3: to feel something? So anyway, this bride to be. She
- 46:26Speaker 3: shares that she had these conversations and they were very
- 46:30Speaker 3: constant throughout her teen years, saying that her mom insisted
- 46:33Speaker 3: it was important and that she go to her for everything,
- 46:40Speaker 3: and you know, try to let Steve the stepdad into
- 46:45Speaker 3: that father figur role. But the family grew, she had
- 46:49Speaker 3: some half siblings, her feelings didn't change. She said that
- 46:52Speaker 3: the more her mother and stepfather pushed, the further she
- 46:55Speaker 3: emotionally pulled away. By the time she turned nineteen, the
- 46:58Speaker 3: situation had basically reached a breaking point. She recalled that
- 47:03Speaker 3: Steve was upset he didn't spend Father's Day with them,
- 47:06Speaker 3: leading her to finally tell him very bluntly, that she
- 47:10Speaker 3: didn't see him as a father and never was going to, Like,
- 47:14Speaker 3: why would you do that? So bluntly so mean. Anyway,
- 47:18Speaker 3: Steve and her mother eventually agreed to stop pushing. And
- 47:22Speaker 3: this is again according to her Reddit post and her
- 47:24Speaker 3: story there, Steve never brought up the issue again and
- 47:27Speaker 3: she believed they all had accepted her boundaries, though her
- 47:30Speaker 3: mom made it clear she hated how she felt about
- 47:33Speaker 3: Steve and resented her feelings. Anyway, fast forward, I'm reading
- 47:37Speaker 3: from People magazine here. Because of those years of conversations
- 47:42Speaker 3: and you know, the disagreement that they've had, she figured
- 47:48Speaker 3: that she wouldn't mind, you know, she thought they wouldn't
- 47:55Speaker 3: be bothered if she didn't ask them to walk her
- 47:57Speaker 3: down the aisle when she got married. So instead she
- 48:00Speaker 3: asked her parental grandparents, who said, you know, they wanted
- 48:04Speaker 3: to represent her dad the best way, and she wanted
- 48:08Speaker 3: to have support on both sides of her family. Anyway,
- 48:13Speaker 3: her mom and Steve found out about the news through
- 48:15Speaker 3: social media, and they were blindsided and emotionally crushed. She
- 48:20Speaker 3: wrote that her mom told her she should have actually
- 48:23Speaker 3: asked Steve if he was okay with it, insisting it
- 48:25Speaker 3: was a natural expectation to be the one to walk
- 48:29Speaker 3: her down the aisle. I would say that, you know,
- 48:32Speaker 3: I think that's fair. It's fair communication. The young lady
- 48:36Speaker 3: admitted that she was frustrated by their reaction. She told
- 48:39Speaker 3: them she didn't understand how nearly a decade after their
- 48:42Speaker 3: last conversation about her boundaries there could still be confusion
- 48:46Speaker 3: and how they could hold on to hope that she
- 48:48Speaker 3: would view Steve as a father figure. It almost seems
- 48:51Speaker 3: like she's super antagonistic towards the guy. I don't know.
- 48:56Speaker 3: I wish I could interview these people, but I want
- 48:58Speaker 3: to know your thoughts and you can hit me up
- 49:00Speaker 3: on social media or wherever you want to reach me,
- 49:04Speaker 3: messages or whatever it is. But this is interesting to me, Right,
- 49:09Speaker 3: what would you do? Would you do that? Would you
- 49:11Speaker 3: not do that? I can tell you I don't think
- 49:13Speaker 3: I would, right, I don't think I would. But again,
- 49:16Speaker 3: I always had those clearly defined roles. I never had
- 49:19Speaker 3: a step mom or a stepdad, so I can't say
- 49:22Speaker 3: that you know there would be anything like that, but
- 49:24Speaker 3: I think, you know, people do have some expectations, and
- 49:28Speaker 3: when you're getting married, you know there should have been
- 49:32Speaker 3: a conversation. But again, she is the kid here. So
- 49:35Speaker 3: was this incumbent upond The mom and Steve did they
- 49:38Speaker 3: need to stop presuming that they were just going to
- 49:41Speaker 3: walk her down the aisle and say, hey, who's walking
- 49:43Speaker 3: you down the aisle? Or hey, have you put any
- 49:45Speaker 3: thought into Steve walking you down the aisle? It's been
- 49:47Speaker 3: about ten years since we talked about this. Anyway, I
- 49:50Speaker 3: just I wanted to share that a little bit of
- 49:51Speaker 3: a human interest story, a little bit off the beaten path,
- 49:54Speaker 3: but very interesting to me how some people choose to
- 49:57Speaker 3: do what they do because you know, ultimately people can
- 50:02Speaker 3: be very much hurt if you don't do things the
- 50:05Speaker 3: right way. So anyway, that's all I got there. I
- 50:08Speaker 3: want to hear more from you, more to come straight ahead,
- 50:10Speaker 3: keep it locked right here. I'm Rich Feldees.
- 50:13Speaker 1: This is America.
- 50:25Speaker 3: We live in a remarkable time in human history right now,
- 50:29Speaker 3: one in which our technology has dramatically improved our living standards.
- 50:34Speaker 3: That's because the people that design and build the modern
- 50:38Speaker 3: wonders that make our lives better are bound by physical reality,
- 50:43Speaker 3: a world in which things either work or they don't work. Unfortunately,
- 50:47Speaker 3: those who oversee our political and educational institutions aren't limited
- 50:51Speaker 3: by these same constraints. Instead, they often implement their agendas
- 50:55Speaker 3: by exploiting people's ignorance on issues like taxes and immigration.
- 50:59Speaker 3: So where do we go to get the facts? Well,
- 51:01Speaker 3: you listen to this as America, But if you're online,

- 52:09Speaker 3: evening on This is America and all right, if you
- 52:14Speaker 3: kill the music, thank you, thank you, and I want
- 52:18Speaker 3: to get into a story. I'm looking at here and
- 52:22Speaker 3: thank you. In bright part, Breitbart dot com Brightbart News
- 52:26Speaker 3: reporting that ICE has deported the illegal alien who that
- 52:30Speaker 3: Wisconsin judge was accused of helping to evade arrest. Remember that, yep,
- 52:37Speaker 3: me too. And this is interesting because I remember, you know,
- 52:42Speaker 3: she did everything she could to protect this guy, including
- 52:45Speaker 3: throwing the guys off, like literally like saying, hey, no, no,
- 52:47Speaker 3: he went over here, come follow me, you know, really
- 52:50Speaker 3: physically distracting people ICE agents rather from being there anyway.
- 52:56Speaker 3: Listen to this. The Immigration and Customs Enforcement known as
- 53:00Speaker 3: ICE has deported an illegal alien from Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
- 53:04Speaker 3: Judge Hannah Dugan is charged with trying to help evade
- 53:08Speaker 3: arrest by federal agents. Over the weekend. ICE agents deported
- 53:13Speaker 3: illegal alien Eduarddoll, Florida's Ruiz Mexicel No, I'm sorry, that's Edwardo,
- 53:19Speaker 3: Florida's Ruiz of Mexico. I thought that was his name.
- 53:23Speaker 3: And Flora's Ruiz crossed the southern border in twenty thirteen
- 53:28Speaker 3: and was apprehended by border patrol and nogatless Arizona. He
- 53:33Speaker 3: was swiftly deported to Mexico, but illegally crossed back into
- 53:36Speaker 3: the United States, which is a felony. Flora's Ruiz also
- 53:39Speaker 3: faced charges for strangulation and suffocation, battery, and domestic abuse.
- 53:45Speaker 3: Sky's are real men? Sh huh, tremendo diripo, what a
- 53:48Speaker 3: nice guy. In April, the Federal Bureau of Investigation FBI
- 53:53Speaker 3: arrested Dugan for allegedly helping Flora's Ruiz evade arrest by
- 53:57Speaker 3: ICE agents by purposefully misdirecting agents from him when he
- 54:02Speaker 3: was inside a Wisconsin courthouse. Now you remember that, I
- 54:05Speaker 3: remember when that happened. That was that video where they
- 54:07Speaker 3: where they go and then she does a little switcheroo
- 54:10Speaker 3: and she brings them out the back door and they
- 54:11Speaker 3: have to run. They finally get them. Well, the guy's
- 54:14Speaker 3: finally deported, and I mean, you have to say that
- 54:18Speaker 3: that's a good deal, right, a good deal. I'm glad
- 54:20Speaker 3: he was deported, thank god. But it begs the question,
- 54:26Speaker 3: what now, what do we do? Right? What is the
- 54:33Speaker 3: next step here? What happens to the judge? Right? That's
- 54:37Speaker 3: what I think we all want to know, because this
- 54:39Speaker 3: is This is something you got to make an example of,
- 54:43Speaker 3: I believe, because if you don't, then you run the
- 54:47Speaker 3: risk of more judges going, well, you know what that
- 54:50Speaker 3: lady did that, she took a stand. She was a
- 54:52Speaker 3: judicial activist, and we are we're proud of her. We
- 54:56Speaker 3: think more people should do that. So you know, she
- 55:01Speaker 3: got in trouble for that, judge, Hannah Dugan. These actions
- 55:05Speaker 3: of obstructing this criminal. They led to her being charged
- 55:10Speaker 3: and a month after her arrest, surveillance footage from inside
- 55:14Speaker 3: the courthouse showed the judge seemingly pointing ICE agents in
- 55:17Speaker 3: the wrong direction. So she was indicted earlier this year
- 55:22Speaker 3: by a grand jury, and she subsequently pled not guilty
- 55:26Speaker 3: to the obstruction of justice charge against her. And she's
- 55:31Speaker 3: got a Republican lawyer, a guy named let's see Paul Clement,
- 55:39Speaker 3: and Steve Biscupik, former United States attorney, as well as
- 55:44Speaker 3: a Bush appointee representing her. So let's see what happens
- 55:48Speaker 3: with that. But this is a judge again. I think
- 55:51Speaker 3: you've got to throw the book at the judge here,
- 55:53Speaker 3: in my opinion, because if you take it easy, then
- 55:58Speaker 3: more people will do that. Now the other side is
- 56:01Speaker 3: going to say, come on, you can't start throwing judges
- 56:04Speaker 3: in jail. She's trying to do the right thing. She
- 56:06Speaker 3: pointed the guy through the door. This is a woman
- 56:08Speaker 3: that sits on the bench, is a woman wearing a
- 56:10Speaker 3: black robe. How dare you? You got to pick a
- 56:13Speaker 3: side here, You got to pick a side and figure
- 56:15Speaker 3: out which side of this you're on. Are you on
- 56:18Speaker 3: the side of America doing the right thing, or are
- 56:22Speaker 3: you on the side of America defending people doing the
- 56:25Speaker 3: wrong thing because they think it's the right thing in
- 56:28Speaker 3: their heart, in their opinion. That's not the way things
- 56:33Speaker 3: work right. Ultimately, that's going to bring us down the
- 56:36Speaker 3: road of fascism, down the road of all these emotionally
- 56:41Speaker 3: charged ideologies like Marxism. And let me tell you, Marxism
- 56:47Speaker 3: is a dangerous thing. Alexander Solzhenitsen, the guy who went
- 56:52Speaker 3: to jail in Russia because of the Soviets. He has
- 56:56Speaker 3: so many great quotes, and I mean, really, he described
- 57:01Speaker 3: modern society as quote hypnotized by socialism, and I say, man,
- 57:07Speaker 3: that's brilliant. And he says that prevents them from seeing
- 57:11Speaker 3: the danger that it presents. I agree, and I oftentimes
- 57:15Speaker 3: I guess I paraphrase that by saying, we have a
- 57:18Speaker 3: left wing our movement in our governmental system in our country,
- 57:24Speaker 3: and the left wing movement in our country is truly
- 57:27Speaker 3: romanticizing the revolution. And this is not good, not good
- 57:32Speaker 3: for anybody. I mean, it makes them more bold, and
- 57:38Speaker 3: it's okay to be bold, I guess if you want.
- 57:40Speaker 3: I want us to be bold to but I don't
- 57:42Speaker 3: want us to be crazy, and I don't want us
- 57:44Speaker 3: to be illegal, and I don't want us to endanger
- 57:48Speaker 3: our country. And this is a dangerous thing, right, that
- 57:54Speaker 3: really limits people. It uses coercion. It forces you to
- 58:00Speaker 3: to be a part of the mob rather than to
- 58:03Speaker 3: be a part of an you know, an individual that's
- 58:06Speaker 3: part of something where there's a shared belief. You know,
- 58:09Speaker 3: you don't like MAGA, right, you know, other than MAGA rallies,
- 58:12Speaker 3: you don't really see the Mega people all associating with
- 58:15Speaker 3: one another. But you always see the left associating with
- 58:18Speaker 3: one another and trying to attack the cops, trying to
- 58:19Speaker 3: attack a federal building, trying to take over a street,
- 58:22Speaker 3: trying to do whatever they can. This is not good,
- 58:27Speaker 3: This is bad. Right to put it in the simplest
- 58:29Speaker 3: English I can, this is not good. It's very bad anyway.
- 58:34Speaker 3: So what do we do. I think we have to
- 58:36Speaker 3: make sure we're aware of our surroundings, we know what's
- 58:38Speaker 3: going on. We make sure that we have a firm
- 58:42Speaker 3: grasp on what we're doing and how we're doing it,
- 58:47Speaker 3: because otherwise we're going to be screwed. You know, the
- 58:51Speaker 3: old saying, if you stand for nothing, you'll fall for anything.
- 58:55Speaker 3: I mean, that couldn't be more true now than it's
- 58:58Speaker 3: ever been. And I and I always close out the
- 59:00Speaker 3: podcast with that, but it's so true. And I mentioned
- 59:05Speaker 3: earlier I was going to talk about obviously while you're
- 59:09Speaker 3: listening to me on This is America, the flagship show
- 59:11Speaker 3: that started it all, and that's because I was in
- 59:13Speaker 3: hiatus on this show looking to relaunch it and and
- 59:19Speaker 3: we have, so, you know, happy about that. And my
- 59:24Speaker 3: contract has nearing an end with Westwood One. At the
- 59:29Speaker 3: end of the year, it's over, and we just couldn't
- 59:31Speaker 3: reach agreement on me sticking around and the right situation,
- 59:36Speaker 3: the right financial situation, the right support, the right ability
- 59:40Speaker 3: to you know, do other things that made sense for
- 59:44Speaker 3: them and made sense for me, and I've opted to
- 59:48Speaker 3: come in this direction. So I do have some really
- 59:51Speaker 3: exciting news about I'm going to say, I'm going to
- 59:55Speaker 3: call it a video project, a show idea that's in
- 59:59Speaker 3: the works for January. I can't talk about it now
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: because I've really just the legality of things. There's confidentiality
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: and stuff that I can't discuss. But I do want
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: to encourage you to stay tuned and locked in on
- 1:00:10Speaker 3: this show because we're going to figure out the right
- 1:00:14Speaker 3: length of it. I mean, I used to be thirty
- 1:00:16Speaker 3: five minutes. Today I went a little longer because I
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: know you guys are used to being with me for
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: a couple hours, and I want to make it good
- 1:00:22Speaker 3: for everybody. I'm going to be real responsive on social
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: media as much as I can be. So again, more
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: to come straight ahead, keep it locked right here. But
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: that's it for me today. A style approxima, Take care,
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: good night, and God bless you America. I'm Rich Valdez.
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: This is America.
