- 0:00Speaker 1: Maxwell got arrested. All we have heard is how unfair
- 0:04Speaker 1: poor Ghislaine has been treated. There's psychologists watching her every move.
- 0:10Speaker 1: She has to wear paper clothes even. She's been put
- 0:13Speaker 1: on suicide watch. And she's in solitary confinement. These are
- 0:20Speaker 1: just a few of the complaints we have heard from
- 0:23Speaker 1: her and her legal team since she's been in the clink. Well,
- 0:28Speaker 1: all of that stuff a bunch of bupkis like we
- 0:31Speaker 1: knew it was, and in reality, of course Ghislaine Maxwell
- 0:36Speaker 1: is going to get favorable treatment. Now we find out
- 0:41Speaker 1: today that Ghislaine Maxwell is the first inmate at her
- 0:45Speaker 1: facility in six months to get a face-to-face with her lawyer. What,
- 0:52Speaker 1: all those people that have been in jail longer than
- 0:54Speaker 1: her don't deserve that face-to-face first? All of these people
- 0:58Speaker 1: that have been arrested, waiting to talk to their legal counsel,
- 1:03Speaker 1: shouldn't be given the same opportunity? Why does Ghislaine Maxwell
- 1:08Speaker 1: get to be the first inmate in this facility who
- 1:11Speaker 1: gets to see her legal counsel face to face? It's absurd.
- 1:15Speaker 1: It is absolutely absurd, especially considering the barrage of bullshit
- 1:21Speaker 1: her legal team was throwing around about her being treated unfairly.
- 1:25Speaker 1: So you see now, right here in front of your face,
- 1:28Speaker 1: in front of your eyes, how it unfolds. Complain, complain, complain, complain,
- 1:35Speaker 1: when it's obvious the conditions are not what they say
- 1:40Speaker 1: they are. And in reality, we know that eventually Ghislaine
- 1:45Speaker 1: Maxwell would get some favorable treatment. And here we are.
- 1:50Speaker 1: So I would be pissed if I was a lawyer
- 1:52Speaker 1: for one of these other inmates, or if I was
- 1:55Speaker 1: one of these other inmates, I would be furious. that
- 1:59Speaker 1: this lady, this high society, so-called member of polite society,
- 2:06Speaker 1: gets to see her lawyer before I do? What makes
- 2:09Speaker 1: her any better than any of those other people waiting
- 2:15Speaker 1: either to go to prison, to be sentenced to prison,
- 2:18Speaker 1: or those who have been sentenced, whatever it may be?
- 2:21Speaker 1: What makes her have the right to see her attorneys
- 2:25Speaker 1: face-to-face before them? Our article tonight is from the Daily Mail.
- 2:32Speaker 1: The author of this article is Karen Ruiz. Headline, Ghislaine
- 2:38Speaker 1: Maxwell becomes first federal inmate in NYC, allowed an in-person
- 2:43Speaker 1: visit since the pandemic started after the British socialite, co-conspirator,
- 2:49Speaker 1: fellow child abuser, attorneys were spotted arriving at the prison
- 2:53Speaker 1: for a four-hour meeting. And it wasn't like they just
- 2:56Speaker 1: came for a quick, hey, how you doing? They get
- 2:59Speaker 1: a four-hour meeting and your cousin Mike gets to rot
- 3:03Speaker 1: away in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic? That's nice, huh?
- 3:07Speaker 1: That two-tier justice system sure is beautiful, isn't it? Two
- 3:13Speaker 1: members of Ghislaine Maxwell's legal team were spotted visiting her
- 3:16Speaker 1: in prison on Friday, making her the first federal inmate
- 3:20Speaker 1: in New York City to be granted an in-person visit
- 3:23Speaker 1: since the start of the pandemic. Wow. So... Ghislaine Maxwell
- 3:32Speaker 1: gets arrested. She's only been in there since July, but
- 3:35Speaker 1: all of a sudden she skips to the front of
- 3:37Speaker 1: the line to get her lawyers in there to talk
- 3:41Speaker 1: to her? After we were just fed that whole line
- 3:43Speaker 1: of bullshit about how poorly she has been treated? Nobody's
- 3:49Speaker 1: buying that, first of all. Second of all, she should
- 3:53Speaker 1: not be seeing her lawyers if other people are not.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Here's what I've said from the beginning. Equal treatment for
- 4:02Speaker 1: everybody under the law. Maxwell 58 has been held at
- 4:10Speaker 1: the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since early July when
- 4:14Speaker 1: she was denied bail after pleading not guilty to child
- 4:17Speaker 1: sex trafficking charges. Well, you know what? It's not just
- 4:20Speaker 1: her facility. She's the first inmate in all of New
- 4:24Speaker 1: York City, according to this article, to be granted an
- 4:27Speaker 1: in-person visit. Can you imagine all of the people that
- 4:30Speaker 1: are in jail in New York City? Think about that
- 4:32Speaker 1: for a minute. And she's the first one granted an
- 4:36Speaker 1: in-person sit down with her lawyers. I don't even know
- 4:39Speaker 1: what to say about that. I mean, these lawyers are
- 4:43Speaker 1: going to have a field day. that their clients were
- 4:46Speaker 1: left in the dark while Ghislaine Maxwell was able to
- 4:49Speaker 1: get that top-notch treatment. Must be nice to have a
- 4:52Speaker 1: couple of bucks. Must be nice to have a few
- 4:54Speaker 1: political connections that are still active, huh? Until today, prisoners
- 5:01Speaker 1: had not been allowed to meet with their attorneys or
- 5:04Speaker 1: other visitors in person due to the coronavirus restrictions. Defense
- 5:08Speaker 1: attorney Christian Everdell, Harvard alum, was seen arriving at the
- 5:13Speaker 1: prison Friday morning alongside another female member of Maxwell's legal team,
- 5:18Speaker 1: the New York Daily News reported. Both wore masks as
- 5:22Speaker 1: they entered the facility. Well, that's nice. It's a good
- 5:25Speaker 1: thing that they wore masks. I mean, you know, that
- 5:27Speaker 1: protects everybody from what's going on. Now that they have
- 5:30Speaker 1: their masks on, well, it's all okay. Unless you're one
- 5:34Speaker 1: of the other countless numbers. of prisoners... in the New York...
- 5:39Speaker 1: detention center system... and rotting away... waiting for your chance...
- 5:43Speaker 1: to speak to your lawyers... to formulate your defense. Meanwhile...
- 5:49Speaker 1: you pick up the news... read the news the next day...
- 5:51Speaker 1: and this is what your family sees? That this monster...
- 5:55Speaker 1: gets to speak to her representation... and they don't? Sources
- 6:01Speaker 1: told the paper... it was the first time... an inmate
- 6:03Speaker 1: had received... a legal visit... since the pandemic started... and
- 6:06Speaker 1: that the visit lasted nearly four hours. I mean, wow.
- 6:11Speaker 1: This is a case that has been riddled with privilege
- 6:14Speaker 1: for the upper crust of society, for the rich, for
- 6:17Speaker 1: the powerful. And Ghislaine Maxwell is still getting dealt those cards?
- 6:22Speaker 1: She's still getting called to the front of the line?
- 6:28Speaker 1: How is that even possible? Attorney Sean Hecker, who has
- 6:33Speaker 1: filed a lawsuit seeking to grant defense attorneys access to
- 6:36Speaker 1: their clients again, slammed the visit as absurd and unjust. Yeah,
- 6:41Speaker 1: I'll tell you what, Mr. Sean Hecker, I agree with
- 6:43Speaker 1: you there, sir. Absolutely ridiculous. And like I said before
- 6:48Speaker 1: I started the article, I'm sure that there are some
- 6:50Speaker 1: lawyers that are insane over this. If I was a
- 6:55Speaker 1: lawyer for one of the inmates in New York that
- 6:58Speaker 1: I've been trying to see my client or my client
- 7:00Speaker 1: has requested to see me and I have not been
- 7:02Speaker 1: able to do so due to the coronavirus restrictions. And
- 7:06Speaker 1: I wake up and I find out that Maxwell, of
- 7:09Speaker 1: all people, gets to go and talk to her legal
- 7:13Speaker 1: representation for four hours. Yeah, I'd be pretty pissed. Never
- 7:17Speaker 1: mind if I was this attorney, Sean Hecker, who had
- 7:20Speaker 1: a lawsuit already filed seeking to grant the defense attorney's
- 7:24Speaker 1: access to their clients. So yeah, I'm pretty sure this
- 7:26Speaker 1: guy's fired up. We've been litigating for the federal defenders
- 7:31Speaker 1: of New York to obtain a safe, in-person visiting option
- 7:35Speaker 1: for many months. MDC detainees have been waiting up to
- 7:39Speaker 1: six months for such visits. And BOP MDC decides that
- 7:44Speaker 1: the first such visit should go to a wealthy British socialite,
- 7:49Speaker 1: absurd and unjust, he said on Twitter. And I just
- 7:53Speaker 1: like to say, not a socialite, I'd like to say
- 7:55Speaker 1: co-conspirator and, you know, child abuser. But besides that, that's
- 7:59Speaker 1: a quality rant from Mr. Sean Hecker here, who has
- 8:03Speaker 1: a lawsuit going because he wants to be able to
- 8:06Speaker 1: talk to his clients in person. Is that too much
- 8:09Speaker 1: to ask? I mean, you would think that if you
- 8:14Speaker 1: were an inmate in one of these jails, that you'd
- 8:17Speaker 1: be dying at this point to see your legal representation.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Imagine being in here since the pandemic has started and
- 8:23Speaker 1: not being able to talk to your lawyer face to face.
- 8:26Speaker 1: But Ghislaine Maxwell, well, she shows up, and all of
- 8:29Speaker 1: a sudden, the person who's crying that she's being treated
- 8:33Speaker 1: so unjustly automatically gets a four-hour face-to-face. The Bureau of
- 8:40Speaker 1: Prisons refused to confirm whether Maxwell was the first inmate
- 8:43Speaker 1: to receive an in-person visit, but said coronavirus protocols remain
- 8:48Speaker 1: in place. So wait a minute here, hold on. Now,
- 8:52Speaker 1: you mean to tell me, according to this article anyway,
- 8:56Speaker 1: that these protocols remain in place so none of these
- 9:00Speaker 1: other inmates are going to be able to see their
- 9:02Speaker 1: representation after knowing that Ghislaine Maxwell was able to see hers.
- 9:06Speaker 1: Is that what you're telling me right now? Is that
- 9:08Speaker 1: what this article is trying to tell us? Because I
- 9:11Speaker 1: have to say, um, wow. While in general, legal visits
- 9:17Speaker 1: are suspended, case-by-case accommodations will be accomplished at the local
- 9:21Speaker 1: level and confidential legal calls will be allowed in order
- 9:24Speaker 1: to ensure inmates maintain access to counsel, a spokesperson told
- 9:28Speaker 1: the paper. We are facilitating attorney-client visitation as well as
- 9:33Speaker 1: judicial proceedings via video conference primarily at our detention centers.
- 9:39Speaker 1: So it's a case-by-case basis. Who decides? The Bureau of Prisons?
- 9:43Speaker 1: How many other waivers have they granted since the pandemic
- 9:47Speaker 1: has started? That would be a good place for us
- 9:49Speaker 1: to start, no? If they haven't granted any other waivers
- 9:54Speaker 1: and all of a sudden Ghislaine Maxwell gets the waiver, well,
- 9:59Speaker 1: what does that tell you? you? What does that say
- 10:01Speaker 1: about this fine two-tiered justice system that lords over us?
- 10:07Speaker 1: Just more evidence about how corrupt and ancient it is.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Hecker said he learned Maxwell was the first prisoner to
- 10:18Speaker 1: be granted access to her legal team in person from
- 10:20Speaker 1: another source. It is outrageous that the first person visit
- 10:25Speaker 1: would be granted to a well-heeled British socialite who the
- 10:29Speaker 1: president of the United States that he wished well, he
- 10:33Speaker 1: told CNBC that the. It only serves to confirm that
- 10:37Speaker 1: our government doesn't understand that they operate two different systems
- 10:41Speaker 1: of justice, one for the well-heeled and well-connected, and one
- 10:45Speaker 1: for everyone else. Wow, this Sean Hecker is my kind
- 10:48Speaker 1: of guy, huh? Out here talking about the two-tier justice
- 10:52Speaker 1: system and pointing out that Ghislaine Maxwell still is, you know,
- 10:56Speaker 1: somebody who has connections in higher places, right? But the
- 10:59Speaker 1: fact of the matter is, if she's getting these visits...
- 11:03Speaker 1: and nobody else is, and there's no other waivers that
- 11:06Speaker 1: have been granted. The question is, why did she get
- 11:10Speaker 1: a waiver and nobody else has gotten one? It's not
- 11:13Speaker 1: like nobody else has asked, according to this lawyer. Again,
- 11:16Speaker 1: he has filed a suit because he has not granted
- 11:19Speaker 1: access to his clients. And we could talk about the
- 11:23Speaker 1: video conferencing, and that's definitely a workaround, no doubt. But
- 11:29Speaker 1: If Maxwell is getting access, then all of the other
- 11:32Speaker 1: inmates should have the same access or nobody should have access.
- 11:41Speaker 1: Hecker said officials have been discussing allowing inmates visits from
- 11:44Speaker 1: their lawyers again, but they are likely to be limited
- 11:47Speaker 1: to a one-hour session from one lawyer. Maxwell, however, was
- 11:51Speaker 1: visited by two people for over three hours. So again,
- 11:56Speaker 1: whatever Maxwell gets, the rest of the inmates should get
- 11:59Speaker 1: as well. I don't understand how they think that something
- 12:02Speaker 1: like this is just going to be ignored with all
- 12:06Speaker 1: of the spotlight that is on this case. You would
- 12:09Speaker 1: think that people would have all of their ducks in
- 12:13Speaker 1: a row and would be conducting themselves in a correct
- 12:16Speaker 1: and proper fashion. Again, there is no way that Ghislaine Maxwell...
- 12:23Speaker 1: should be getting visits from her lawyers while nobody else does.
- 12:29Speaker 1: It comes days after the British socialite, co-conspirator, fellow child abuser,
- 12:34Speaker 1: general all-around scumbag, was denied her request to be transferred
- 12:38Speaker 1: out of solitary confinement after lawyers argued she was unable
- 12:41Speaker 1: to properly prepare for trial under 24-hour surveillance. So I
- 12:46Speaker 1: guess she's going to be able to properly prepare now, right?
- 12:49Speaker 1: We won't have to hear that anymore. On the bright side,
- 12:52Speaker 1: her lawyers can go and get stuffed now with their
- 12:54Speaker 1: stupid ass, ridiculous comments about how she's being treated so poorly. No,
- 12:59Speaker 1: she's not being treated poorly. In fact, she's being treated
- 13:03Speaker 1: like a high profile prisoner should be treated. And from
- 13:07Speaker 1: what we're reading here, she's getting some special privileges even.
- 13:10Speaker 1: So please save it. She had previously complained about conditions
- 13:16Speaker 1: inside the jail where she is to remain until her
- 13:18Speaker 1: trial next July. Maxwell has been taken off suicide watch
- 13:23Speaker 1: earlier this month, but is being searched multiple times each
- 13:27Speaker 1: day and is under constant watch of the guards, her
- 13:30Speaker 1: lawyers said. In a letter protesting about the uniquely onerous
- 13:34Speaker 1: conditions of her confinement, her legal team claim that she
- 13:37Speaker 1: has been kept under constant surveillance without her consent again.
- 13:41Speaker 1: You're in prison, okay? Jail, I should say. Not prison yet.
- 13:44Speaker 1: That's next. But you're in jail. There is no more
- 13:47Speaker 1: your consent, okay? You're part of the menagerie now. You're
- 13:52Speaker 1: on display. If they want to watch you 24 hours
- 13:55Speaker 1: a day, so be it. If they want to scan
- 13:57Speaker 1: you with whatever sort of machinery they have that runs
- 14:00Speaker 1: the scan, hey, guess what? You're getting scanned. If it's
- 14:04Speaker 1: time to take a shower, guess what, Ghislaine? It's time
- 14:07Speaker 1: to take a shower. And when it's time for you
- 14:09Speaker 1: to eat your bologna sandwich for dinner, guess what? You're
- 14:13Speaker 1: going to eat it and you're going to like it.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Maxwell was arrested on July 2nd on charges that she
- 14:20Speaker 1: assisted her former boyfriend, co-conspirator, fellow child abuser, convicted pedophile
- 14:26Speaker 1: and late financier Jeffrey Epstein in the sexual abuse of
- 14:29Speaker 1: minors between 1994 and 1997 and lying under oath. She
- 14:32Speaker 1: has pleaded not guilty. Look, It's a farce that Ghislaine
- 14:40Speaker 1: Maxwell is given any sort of special privileges that other
- 14:44Speaker 1: inmates are not receiving. I don't know how much more
- 14:47Speaker 1: clear I can be about that. And in fact, I
- 14:51Speaker 1: really would like to see where this story ends up going.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Does this open the floodgates for other prisoners now to
- 14:57Speaker 1: have one-on-ones with their lawyers? It should. I know if
- 15:00Speaker 1: I was an inmate or if I was one of
- 15:02Speaker 1: these lawyers, that's what I would be pining for. And
- 15:06Speaker 1: I think they have a good case, right? If you
- 15:08Speaker 1: bring this before a judge, I think a judge would
- 15:10Speaker 1: probably side with the plaintiff here. Because it's a legitimate case.
- 15:15Speaker 1: If it's good for Ghislaine, why is it not good
- 15:18Speaker 1: for Joe Bob? And this is just another example of
- 15:24Speaker 1: what this case has held from the very beginning. We
- 15:30Speaker 1: keep seeing instances of the very most privileged amongst us
- 15:35Speaker 1: getting special, special circumstances provided for them no matter the situation.
- 15:42Speaker 1: So next time you hear Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyers crying foul,
- 15:47Speaker 1: the next time you hear them complaining about her so-called
- 15:51Speaker 1: terrible conditions inside of the jail, just remember that she
- 15:55Speaker 1: got a four-hour one-on-one with her lawyers while the rest
- 16:00Speaker 1: of those inmates were told to rot. If you'd like
- 16:05Speaker 1: to contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com.

- 16:15Speaker 1: Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All of the links that
- 16:22Speaker 1: go with the article can be found in the description box.
- 16:28Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Hope everybody's off to a great Thursday morning so far.
- 16:35Speaker 1: And hopefully the rest of your day is even better.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Last night, we were talking about the new legal filings
- 16:43Speaker 1: that were submitted by Prince Andrew. Now, this was the
- 16:48Speaker 1: first time that he formally answered the charges made against
- 16:52Speaker 1: him by Virginia Roberts. And in these legal filings, Prince
- 16:57Speaker 1: Andrew made some pretty bizarre claims, folks. Some pretty ridiculous claims,
- 17:01Speaker 1: in fact. And the chief among them, in my opinion,
- 17:05Speaker 1: is the fact that he says him and Maxwell weren't
- 17:08Speaker 1: really close. That's like me saying, I don't have a beard.
- 17:12Speaker 1: Are you kidding me right now? You can see that
- 17:14Speaker 1: I have a beard, just like we can see that
- 17:16Speaker 1: Maxwell and Prince Andrew were super close. And for him
- 17:20Speaker 1: to assert anything different, he truly believes the rest of
- 17:24Speaker 1: us are stupid. That could be the only answer here, right?
- 17:29Speaker 1: He can't really think that this is going to go
- 17:31Speaker 1: over well. I pointed it out yesterday as soon as
- 17:35Speaker 1: it happened. And today, we have an article here in
- 17:39Speaker 1: The Sun talking about seven of the bizarre claims that
- 17:42Speaker 1: he made. And when I'm talking about this stuff, when
- 17:46Speaker 1: it comes out, when the news breaks, it amazes me, honestly,
- 17:51Speaker 1: that we're still at this point where this guy thinks
- 17:54Speaker 1: this is going to work. I said it yesterday and
- 17:58Speaker 1: I'll say it again today. This line of thinking, this
- 18:01Speaker 1: kind of strategy, not a good idea. Now, don't get
- 18:05Speaker 1: it twisted. I'm just some knucklehead, right? Just some guy
- 18:09Speaker 1: sitting around, making some content, giving you his opinion. I'm
- 18:12Speaker 1: no high-profile lawyer like Brettler or Singer or any of
- 18:17Speaker 1: these other guys. And I would think that they know
- 18:19Speaker 1: what they're doing, right? I mean, there's a reason they
- 18:22Speaker 1: make so much money. But when it comes to these
- 18:24Speaker 1: sorts of specific charges... And we're talking about sexual assault
- 18:29Speaker 1: and the old way of going about it and the
- 18:32Speaker 1: attacking and demeaning of the accuser. That's not going to
- 18:37Speaker 1: work anymore. And it's not up to society to change
- 18:42Speaker 1: itself to fit back into the patterns of these sick fuckers.
- 18:45Speaker 1: It's up to them to get with the way society
- 18:49Speaker 1: is thinking now. Because guess what? If they want to
- 18:52Speaker 1: be dinosaurs and they want to be archaic, then that's fine.
- 18:56Speaker 1: They're going to go extinct. Eventually, people are going to
- 18:58Speaker 1: have enough of it. And regular people like me, because
- 19:02Speaker 1: I'll tell you what, anybody who knows me knows I'm
- 19:06Speaker 1: not some kind of advocate. I don't sit around, you know,
- 19:09Speaker 1: all day thinking about, you know, this group or that
- 19:12Speaker 1: group or who I get. I don't think like that.
- 19:15Speaker 1: But when you take a look at what happened here
- 19:18Speaker 1: and you're looking at it, from a surgical perspective, a
- 19:22Speaker 1: clinical perspective, I don't know how you can't be mad
- 19:26Speaker 1: about people like Prince Andrew and those who are hanging
- 19:29Speaker 1: out with Jeffrey Epstein. You don't need to be an
- 19:32Speaker 1: advocate or somebody who's locked into these issues to be
- 19:35Speaker 1: fired up about this. Remember, there's people rotting right now
- 19:41Speaker 1: in wherever you live. If you live in America, your
- 19:43Speaker 1: local state facility, people for drugs, people for crimes that
- 19:49Speaker 1: they shouldn't even be locked up for, to be honest
- 19:51Speaker 1: with you. And yet people like Prince Andrew and Sarah
- 19:54Speaker 1: Kellen Vickers and, you know, Darren Kahn and Indyke, these
- 19:58Speaker 1: guys are running around free still. So they're, you know,
- 20:03Speaker 1: they talk about equitable justice all the time and really
- 20:06Speaker 1: what it comes down to. and anyone will tell you,
- 20:10Speaker 1: is if you're poor, you are effed in this country. Hell,
- 20:14Speaker 1: around the world. You don't have a fighting chance in
- 20:17Speaker 1: the legal system if you're poor. But if you're Prince Andrew, well,
- 20:21Speaker 1: you have every bit of power, prestige, and influence at
- 20:28Speaker 1: your fingertips. And you're seeing them use it. But What
- 20:34Speaker 1: worked in the old days is not going to work anymore, folks,
- 20:38Speaker 1: and I am convinced of that. You're going to have
- 20:40Speaker 1: to prove your point here. If you're somebody who has
- 20:44Speaker 1: all these allegations against you, you better have some rock-solid
- 20:48Speaker 1: alibis to put you somewhere different on the night of
- 20:51Speaker 1: the events in question. Because if there's 5, 6, 7, 8,
- 20:55Speaker 1: 10 people coming out saying you did this, then I'm
- 20:59Speaker 1: inclined to believe the 7, 8, 10 people who are
- 21:02Speaker 1: saying it. Why would all of these people, who don't
- 21:04Speaker 1: know each other by the way, concoct the same story
- 21:07Speaker 1: to go after you? But they'll have us believe that
- 21:12Speaker 1: everything's made up, everybody's chasing the bag, everybody just wants
- 21:16Speaker 1: some more money. When in reality, what people really want,
- 21:21Speaker 1: at least in this case specifically, because I can't talk
- 21:24Speaker 1: about anything else because this is what we're talking about, right?
- 21:27Speaker 1: They want justice here. A lot of them already got
- 21:31Speaker 1: the bag. A lot of them already got money from
- 21:35Speaker 1: the estate or other lawsuits. And they're still pursuing justice.
- 21:40Speaker 1: So save the, oh, it's a money grab shit for
- 21:42Speaker 1: somebody else. And Prince Andrew and his team trying to
- 21:46Speaker 1: frame it like that Is going to fail. And it's
- 21:50Speaker 1: going to fail in spectacular fashion. That is my prediction.
- 21:55Speaker 1: Alright folks. So let's take a look at this article
- 21:58Speaker 1: from The Sun. And let's see what author Anthony Blair
- 22:03Speaker 1: has come up with. Headline. Royal Showdown. Seven bizarre claims
- 22:08Speaker 1: from Prince Andrew's legal papers. That spark more questions than
- 22:12Speaker 1: answers in rape lawsuit. And we said it last night.
- 22:16Speaker 1: There was... a whole slew of comments made in those
- 22:20Speaker 1: filings that had me shaking my head and asking myself,
- 22:24Speaker 1: is this real life? Are these guys really filing this
- 22:26Speaker 1: paperwork and thinking that this is going to be the
- 22:30Speaker 1: right way to get up this mountain? Because I got
- 22:32Speaker 1: to tell you, there are a lot easier pathways to
- 22:36Speaker 1: the top. And when you're talking about a publicized case
- 22:41Speaker 1: like this and you're attempting to frame it like the
- 22:44Speaker 1: accuser is the bad guy, You're in for a long,
- 22:48Speaker 1: long road, my friend. And it's no longer you can
- 22:52Speaker 1: just jump on the TV cable networks and run your narrative.
- 22:58Speaker 1: The cable networks are being lapped by independent content creators
- 23:02Speaker 1: at this point. Independent journalists. Nobody wants to be force-fed
- 23:06Speaker 1: the bullshit these people are pumping down your throat. People
- 23:10Speaker 1: want the real. People want hard news. And it's okay
- 23:13Speaker 1: to have bias, right? It's okay to have opinions, right?
- 23:16Speaker 1: But if you're a journalist, you got to learn how
- 23:19Speaker 1: to stuff those bias and look at things from a
- 23:22Speaker 1: clinical perspective. I don't want to hear about how you're
- 23:25Speaker 1: a MAGA or you're a Biden Kamala Harris 2020 blue way.
- 23:32Speaker 1: What is that? What are you rooting home your sports team?
- 23:36Speaker 1: We got real problems here, folks. We got the so-called
- 23:39Speaker 1: elite running around. doing whatever the fuck they want. And
- 23:43Speaker 1: I'm not talking about some lizard people in some back room, okay?
- 23:47Speaker 1: I'm talking about a handful of the richest people in
- 23:49Speaker 1: the world who literally make things move in the financial sector.
- 23:54Speaker 1: These are the people we're dealing with, the Leon Blacks
- 23:56Speaker 1: of the world, the Jess Stalys of the world. Can
- 23:59Speaker 1: you name bigger people in the financial sector that were
- 24:02Speaker 1: in an orbit of somebody like Epstein's? Dealing with real
- 24:07Speaker 1: powerful people here, folks. And these are the kind of
- 24:10Speaker 1: people that need to be lit up by the legacy media.
- 24:13Speaker 1: They won't do it, though. So that's why they've been lapped.
- 24:17Speaker 1: And that's why all of you are here with me
- 24:20Speaker 1: and elsewhere on a daily basis. Prince Andrew has issued
- 24:25Speaker 1: a defiant response to the sex abuse claims brought against
- 24:28Speaker 1: him as he faces charges of assault in the U.S.,
- 24:32Speaker 1: The Duke of York is denied being a close friend
- 24:34Speaker 1: of Ghislaine Maxwell, the convicted sex trafficker, while his lawyers
- 24:38Speaker 1: say he wants a trial by Jerry to contest the
- 24:41Speaker 1: claim brought against him by Virginia Roberts. I mean, yeah,
- 24:45Speaker 1: like I said before, if he's not a, wasn't great
- 24:48Speaker 1: friends with Maxwell, then I don't have a big ass beard.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Is this guy for real? You can all obviously see
- 24:53Speaker 1: that I have a beard and we can all obviously
- 24:55Speaker 1: see that he's a liar. The emails, the parties, the
- 24:58Speaker 1: hanging out, the adventures at Bal Immoral. I mean, come
- 25:03Speaker 1: on now. Does this guy really believe that you're going
- 25:07Speaker 1: to believe this? Fuck, his own teddy bears don't believe this.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Roberts claims in 2001 she was trafficked by Maxwell and
- 25:16Speaker 1: billionaire financier pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, to have sex with Andrew
- 25:21Speaker 1: in London when she was 17 and a minor under U.S. law.
- 25:26Speaker 1: She also alleges she was forced to have sex with
- 25:28Speaker 1: him at homes belonging to Epstein in New York and
- 25:32Speaker 1: the U.S. Virgin Islands. So we all know the charges
- 25:36Speaker 1: by now and we all know the accusations. And Virginia's
- 25:40Speaker 1: been saying the same exact thing for a long time now.
- 25:45Speaker 1: And as we move forward, as it evolves, as we
- 25:48Speaker 1: see this all bloom in front of us, all we
- 25:51Speaker 1: have seen so far are receipts provided by Virginia and
- 25:54Speaker 1: those corroborating her stories. As far as Prince Andrew, the
- 25:58Speaker 1: only evidence we have so far is some third-rate ex-U.S.
- 26:03Speaker 1: intelligence officer who had a falling out with Andrew and
- 26:07Speaker 1: Fergie who says, no, no, no, he can't sweat. That's
- 26:11Speaker 1: the only evidence that's been provided so far. Now look,
- 26:14Speaker 1: I am more than willing to follow the evidence wherever
- 26:17Speaker 1: it goes. If you were to show me some evidence
- 26:20Speaker 1: tomorrow that would prove that Andrew is innocent, I wouldn't
- 26:25Speaker 1: be biased against it. I would consume it. I would
- 26:28Speaker 1: check it. I would make sure it's legit. And we'd
- 26:30Speaker 1: go from there. But up until now, we haven't seen
- 26:33Speaker 1: any of that from these people. And that's my biggest
- 26:35Speaker 1: point I'm trying to make. You know, you'll have people
- 26:39Speaker 1: talk about, well, this is a big... Obviously, Andrew's not involved.
- 26:42Speaker 1: This is all BS. You got to provide some proof
- 26:45Speaker 1: of that, especially when the person who is accusing you
- 26:49Speaker 1: is stacking receipt after receipt after receipt. Andrew faces damages
- 26:56Speaker 1: which could easily be in the excess of 14 million
- 26:59Speaker 1: pounds if he loses a civil case, according to lawyers.
- 27:03Speaker 1: The Duke has consistently denied all the allegations, and on Wednesday,
- 27:07Speaker 1: his lawyers officially filed documents to court. A trial is
- 27:10Speaker 1: scheduled for later this year. Here are seven bombshells from
- 27:14Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's court documents. And again, folks, look, I wasn't there.
- 27:20Speaker 1: No one was there. We don't know. But I've been
- 27:23Speaker 1: calling for this trial, for this look into what happened forever,
- 27:28Speaker 1: because I know that the evidence that's been provided, the
- 27:32Speaker 1: evidence that's just circumstantial is enough for a conviction, just
- 27:36Speaker 1: like it is with Maxwell. And with all of the
- 27:39Speaker 1: people that are willing to come and corroborate that they've
- 27:42Speaker 1: seen them together, you add the flight logs, you add
- 27:45Speaker 1: all of this stuff together, and it paints a very
- 27:47Speaker 1: grim picture. For the Prince of Nothing. Doesn't admit to
- 27:54Speaker 1: knowing whether Epstein was a registered sex offender when he visited.
- 27:58Speaker 1: In 2010, Andrew went to visit convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein
- 28:03Speaker 1: at his Manhattan home, staying there for several days. When
- 28:06Speaker 1: speaking to BBC Newsnight in 2019, he said he went
- 28:10Speaker 1: to visit the disgraced financier, pedophile, so that he could
- 28:14Speaker 1: end the friendship. Again, I don't want to beat a
- 28:16Speaker 1: dead horse here, but it's necessary. Why are you flying
- 28:20Speaker 1: across the Atlantic Ocean, on the taxpayer's dime, I'm guessing,
- 28:23Speaker 1: to go and break up with Jeffrey Epstein's bitch ass?
- 28:27Speaker 1: Don't you just ghost him, have your assistant, Miss Thrask,
- 28:30Speaker 1: call him and say, hey, look, this is it. Prince
- 28:33Speaker 1: Andrew wants nothing to do with you anymore. But you
- 28:36Speaker 1: thought it was necessary. You were so close to him
- 28:39Speaker 1: that you flew to New York to quote-unquote break up
- 28:43Speaker 1: with him. But you didn't spend much time with him, right?
- 28:48Speaker 1: Give me a break. And you didn't know he was
- 28:50Speaker 1: a registered sex offender? Your security team's terrible. They should
- 28:54Speaker 1: all be fired then. It is beyond the realm of believability, folks.
- 29:00Speaker 1: At least in my opinion. He said, at the time,
- 29:05Speaker 1: I felt it was the honorable and right thing to do.
- 29:08Speaker 1: And I admit fully that my judgment was probably colored
- 29:11Speaker 1: by my tendency to be too honorable. But that's just
- 29:14Speaker 1: the way it is. Is this guy for real? He's
- 29:17Speaker 1: too honorable. So he's so honorable that he goes and
- 29:20Speaker 1: hangs out with a convicted sex offender. And then that
- 29:23Speaker 1: honor makes him come to a point where I'm going
- 29:27Speaker 1: to fly back across the Atlantic to break up with
- 29:29Speaker 1: him because shucks, I'm an honorable fella. Meanwhile, Jeffrey Epstein
- 29:33Speaker 1: is already a level three sex offender in New York City.
- 29:36Speaker 1: Level three sex offender, Reggie. one of them little red
- 29:41Speaker 1: dots on the computer, the whole fucking deal. But Prince
- 29:44Speaker 1: Andrew's over there cavorting with him. Same with, you know,
- 29:47Speaker 1: the Mike Wallaces, the same with the George Stepanopolises, the
- 29:52Speaker 1: same with the rest of them. And then they'll all
- 29:54Speaker 1: tell you, well, we had no idea, like Google didn't
- 29:57Speaker 1: work in 2010. These people would have you believe they're
- 30:00Speaker 1: the smartest amongst us. Well, it sure looks like they're
- 30:03Speaker 1: pretty damn stupid to me. In her legal papers, Roberts'
- 30:09Speaker 1: lawyers write, in 2010, after Epstein had served his sentence
- 30:13Speaker 1: and registered as a sex offender, Prince Andrew was photographed
- 30:16Speaker 1: with Epstein in Central Park and stayed at Epstein's New
- 30:19Speaker 1: York City mansion. Andrew's lawyers responding to this point, say
- 30:23Speaker 1: he admits to staying at the $ 50 million townhouse, but
- 30:27Speaker 1: he doesn't admit or deny whether he knew Epstein was
- 30:29Speaker 1: a registered sex offender at the time. I mean, really,
- 30:33Speaker 1: he doesn't know, huh? I really can't wait for this
- 30:37Speaker 1: dude to get up there in court and get absolutely hammered.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Has anyone ever deserved a fall into disgrace such as
- 30:46Speaker 1: this man does? All that power, all that privilege, and
- 30:51Speaker 1: this is what he did with it. denies being close
- 30:54Speaker 1: friends with Maxwell. Prince Andrew has admitted befriending pedophile Epstein,
- 31:00Speaker 1: but denies being close pals with Ghislaine Maxwell. Roberts' legal
- 31:04Speaker 1: team has alleged Prince Andrew was a close friend of
- 31:07Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, a British socialite who spent years overseeing and
- 31:11Speaker 1: managing Epstein's sex trafficking network and actively recruited underage girls,
- 31:16Speaker 1: including plaintiff. The Duke's lawyer said he denies being close
- 31:20Speaker 1: friends with Maxwell. and admits he lacks sufficient information to
- 31:23Speaker 1: admit or deny the remaining allegations. Oh, of course you do. So,
- 31:28Speaker 1: I can't wait for all of the people to come
- 31:30Speaker 1: forward who used to see Ghislaine Maxwell at the palace
- 31:32Speaker 1: all the time. What was she doing there? She was
- 31:35Speaker 1: going over there to, what, garden? She's a gardener now?
- 31:40Speaker 1: How do these people really think that we're going to
- 31:43Speaker 1: believe what they're saying when we know... all of the
- 31:47Speaker 1: opposite to be true. And again, all you have to
- 31:50Speaker 1: do is listen to the context episodes I've been uploading,
- 31:52Speaker 1: if you haven't listened to the podcast from the beginning,
- 31:55Speaker 1: and you'll know what I mean. It's rather obvious Andrew
- 31:58Speaker 1: and Ghislaine Maxwell were very close. That's like them telling us...
- 32:06Speaker 1: It comes after it was reported Maxwell visited Buckingham Palace
- 32:09Speaker 1: up to four times in one day. Speaking on the
- 32:12Speaker 1: ITV documentary Ghislaine, Prince Andrew and the Pedophile... Former royal
- 32:16Speaker 1: bodyguard Paul Page said, from the way Maxwell was allowed
- 32:20Speaker 1: to enter and exit the palace at will, we suspected
- 32:23Speaker 1: that she may have had an intermittent relationship with Prince Andrew.
- 32:26Speaker 1: Would that shock anybody? It wouldn't shock me. We all
- 32:30Speaker 1: know that the Prince of Nothing over here is basically
- 32:35Speaker 1: somebody with some gross proclivities, right? Somebody who has been
- 32:40Speaker 1: known to be a handsy, disgusting dude. Why wouldn't he
- 32:43Speaker 1: have a relationship with Maxwell? Brit socialite, pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein's co-conspirator,
- 32:51Speaker 1: general all-around scuzzbag and bipedal serpent, Maxwell, 60, was convicted
- 32:56Speaker 1: last month on five counts of sex trafficking and other
- 32:58Speaker 1: charges for grooming and recruiting teenage girls for Jeffrey Epstein
- 33:03Speaker 1: between 1994 and 2004. She faces up to 65 years
- 33:08Speaker 1: in prison when she is sentenced in New York later
- 33:10Speaker 1: this year. Claims he wasn't a frequent guest of Epstein.
- 33:15Speaker 1: The Duke has denied that he was a frequent guest
- 33:18Speaker 1: in Epstein's various homes around the world, including New York City,
- 33:22Speaker 1: where he has been accused of sexually abusing Roberts. In
- 33:25Speaker 1: his 11-page answer and affirmative defenses to Roberts' civil complaint,
- 33:30Speaker 1: the Duke said he met Epstein in or around 1999.
- 33:33Speaker 1: Oh yeah, right in the middle of Epstein and Maxwell's
- 33:38Speaker 1: crime spree, huh? But you knew nothing. You saw nothing.
- 33:41Speaker 1: You heard nothing. You are nothing. Andrew was pictured with
- 33:47Speaker 1: Epstein in New York City's Central Park in 2010 and
- 33:50Speaker 1: admitted to staying with him for several days, despite knowing
- 33:54Speaker 1: he was a convicted sex offender. When questioned about why
- 33:57Speaker 1: he stayed at a pedophile's mansion by Emily Maitlis on
- 34:00Speaker 1: BBC's Newsnight in 2019, he replied, it was a convenient
- 34:04Speaker 1: place to stay. Look, you're the Prince of England. I've
- 34:07Speaker 1: said this a million times. You could call the Waldorf Astoria.
- 34:10Speaker 1: You could call any hotel you want and be put
- 34:13Speaker 1: up in a sick-ass suite. Instead, you chose to go
- 34:16Speaker 1: and stay at a level 3 sex offender's house. What,
- 34:18Speaker 1: did you crash on his couch? Did you guys do
- 34:20Speaker 1: some beer bongs the night before? Guys watching some Animal House?
- 34:26Speaker 1: Come on, man, we all know why you were over
- 34:29Speaker 1: at Epstein's. During his stay, many young women were reportedly
- 34:36Speaker 1: seen coming and going from the house... And literary agent...
- 34:40Speaker 1: John Brockman claimed... To have seen the prince... Getting a
- 34:42Speaker 1: foot massage... From a young Russian woman... Alongside Epstein... Something
- 34:46Speaker 1: he has denied... So why would John Brockman... A fast
- 34:49Speaker 1: friend of Epstein... Part of the Edge Foundation... you know,
- 34:53Speaker 1: a gigantor in the literary community as far as scientific
- 34:57Speaker 1: books and shit like that, why would he lie about this? Now,
- 35:00Speaker 1: we know he's a scumbag, right? We know he's a
- 35:02Speaker 1: fellow traveler of Epstein's and somebody who facilitated a lot
- 35:06Speaker 1: of those scientists around Epstein, but why would he lie
- 35:09Speaker 1: about this dude getting a foot massage? Doesn't know if
- 35:13Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts' picture exists. I mean, this is another one
- 35:17Speaker 1: that is almost defies reason. By far the most damaging
- 35:22Speaker 1: photo of the Duke of York appears to show him
- 35:24Speaker 1: with his arm around the 17-year-old while Maxwell watches on
- 35:29Speaker 1: in the background. The picture was allegedly taken by Epstein
- 35:33Speaker 1: at Maxwell's London house after the four of them went
- 35:37Speaker 1: to Tramp nightclub before, Roberts alleges, Andrew had sex with her.
- 35:41Speaker 1: In court papers, Andrew says he lacks sufficient information to
- 35:44Speaker 1: admit or deny that he was pictured with Maxwell and Roberts.
- 35:49Speaker 1: Oh yeah, he's gonna deny this, right? I have no idea.
- 35:52Speaker 1: That's not me. That's my cousin Joe. Yeah, you guys
- 35:55Speaker 1: didn't know about my twin brother that they've had hidden
- 35:59Speaker 1: in the Iron Mask up in the Tower of London?
- 36:01Speaker 1: They only let him out when I have to do crime.
- 36:05Speaker 1: That's about as ridiculous as what they want us to
- 36:07Speaker 1: believe here. Bro, I'm looking at the picture of you
- 36:10Speaker 1: in your dumbass stupid shirt, your dumbass black pants pulled
- 36:14Speaker 1: up too high, by the way, with your arm around Virginia.
- 36:17Speaker 1: with your pal Glenn Maxwell having a gas in the background,
- 36:21Speaker 1: and I'm guessing that sick fuck Jeffrey Epstein behind the camera.
- 36:24Speaker 1: What are you even talking about right now? You lack
- 36:27Speaker 1: sufficient information to admit or deny, you epic moron. On Newsnight,
- 36:33Speaker 1: the prince claimed he had no recollection of the photo
- 36:35Speaker 1: being taken, and said it could have been doctored. Oh yeah,
- 36:38Speaker 1: you know, and I could be the son of the Rockefellers.
- 36:41Speaker 1: What the, what are you talking about? Andrew insisted that
- 36:45Speaker 1: he had never been upstairs at Maxwell's house, where the
- 36:48Speaker 1: photo was taken, and said he always wore a suit
- 36:50Speaker 1: and tie in London. Yeah, you know, that's his going-out
- 36:52Speaker 1: kit in London. This is despite the fact he was
- 36:56Speaker 1: previously pictured wearing a similar-looking open-necked blue shirt after a
- 37:00Speaker 1: night out at London's China White Club. Again, who wears
- 37:04Speaker 1: a full-on suit to a club? Stop it. Unless you're
- 37:07Speaker 1: John Gotti and you're going there to, you know, conduct
- 37:10Speaker 1: business in a booth, you're not rocking a suit to
- 37:13Speaker 1: a club. doesn't know if he invited Epstein to Beatrice's
- 37:18Speaker 1: 18th birthday. Oh, I have no idea. Who knows? In
- 37:23Speaker 1: August 2006, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson's eldest daughter, Beatrice,
- 37:28Speaker 1: celebrated her 18th birthday with a Victorian-themed coming-of-age masked ball.
- 37:33Speaker 1: They love their masked balls, don't they, these weirdos? Pictured
- 37:36Speaker 1: at the party together were Maxwell, her on-and-off partner Jeffrey Epstein, co-conspirator,
- 37:41Speaker 1: and now disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein. How can you
- 37:45Speaker 1: fit so much scum in one picture, by the way?
- 37:48Speaker 1: I don't know that there's enough room on the memory
- 37:51Speaker 1: card of a camera or in the world for all
- 37:55Speaker 1: of this scum in one picture. Furthermore, this idiot is
- 37:58Speaker 1: wearing Navy SEAL pins, a Navy SEAL suit. What an
- 38:02Speaker 1: absolute piece of garbage Jeffrey Epstein is, was, will always be.
- 38:08Speaker 1: Beatrice wore a 10,000 pound dress designed by Georgina Chapman,
- 38:12Speaker 1: who at the time was dating the sex offender film producer.
- 38:16Speaker 1: Chapman married Weinstein in 2007, but separated from him in
- 38:21Speaker 1: 2017 after more than 90 women came forward with accusations
- 38:24Speaker 1: of rape, assault, or sexual harassment against him. Perfect guy
- 38:28Speaker 1: for Jeffrey Epstein to pal around with, right? And a
- 38:30Speaker 1: hell of a guy to be invited to your daughter's
- 38:33Speaker 1: birthday party. You're going to invite all these sex offenders
- 38:35Speaker 1: to your daughter's birthday party? That's real good look, pops.
- 38:41Speaker 1: Epstein was photographed at the Windsor Castle bash, despite the
- 38:44Speaker 1: fact that he had already been charged with procuring a
- 38:47Speaker 1: minor for prostitution a month earlier. Andrew has not denied
- 38:51Speaker 1: inviting Epstein to Beatrice's birthday party, but said he lacked
- 38:54Speaker 1: sufficient information to know if he did. Nah, he just
- 38:57Speaker 1: showed up. He crashed the party. Epstein showed up, crashed
- 39:00Speaker 1: the party, and he had, you know, a couple bottles
- 39:03Speaker 1: of Mad Dog 2020 with him. Uh, you know. What
- 39:06Speaker 1: do you mean you don't know how he got there?
- 39:08Speaker 1: You invited him. You invited Maxwell. We all know it.
- 39:13Speaker 1: Doesn't know whether he emailed Maxwell about Roberts in 2015.
- 39:17Speaker 1: Roberts' legal team alleges Prince Andrew emailed Ghislaine Maxwell in
- 39:21Speaker 1: early 2015 after she had publicly accused the Duke of
- 39:25Speaker 1: sexually abusing her. Andrew is reported to have written, let
- 39:29Speaker 1: me know in we can talk. Got some specific questions
- 39:32Speaker 1: to ask you about Virginia Roberts.' So that's pretty interesting, huh?
- 39:36Speaker 1: He has some specific questions to ask about a girl
- 39:38Speaker 1: you don't even know exists? About a girl you never
- 39:41Speaker 1: took a picture with, huh?' Okay, Prince, we believe you,'
- 39:44Speaker 1: said nobody ever. Responding, Andrew's lawyers claim he lacks sufficient
- 39:52Speaker 1: information to admit or deny whether or not he sent
- 39:55Speaker 1: this email. Claims Roberts and others were responsible for her
- 39:59Speaker 1: own alleged abuse. And this is where the rubber hits
- 40:01Speaker 1: the road and where they're going to have the biggest problem.
- 40:04Speaker 1: When you're coming at people like this, you're really not
- 40:07Speaker 1: understanding how human trafficking works. And you would think that
- 40:10Speaker 1: all of these rich, powerful people would bring in experts
- 40:16Speaker 1: on human trafficking to try and get a handle on
- 40:20Speaker 1: how this all works and what Stockholm Syndrome is and
- 40:23Speaker 1: how people are groomed and molded when they're young to
- 40:28Speaker 1: commit acts for somebody because they think it's a normalized procedure.
- 40:32Speaker 1: They should talk about that too. The Prince has refuted
- 40:36Speaker 1: Roberts' major claim of sexual abuse and rape. when she
- 40:39Speaker 1: was under the age of 18. His lawyers have stated, assuming,
- 40:43Speaker 1: without admitting, that Roberts has suffered any injury or damage,
- 40:47Speaker 1: Roberts and or others who are not Prince Andrew contributed
- 40:52Speaker 1: in whole or in part to the alleged damage. Andrew's
- 40:55Speaker 1: legal team has also listed consent and the doctrine of
- 40:59Speaker 1: unclean hands, alleging Roberts acted unethically related to the accusations,
- 41:04Speaker 1: among his defenses. Again, it's blame everybody else. It's everybody
- 41:07Speaker 1: else's fault. It's Virginia's fault for being abused. That's basically
- 41:11Speaker 1: what he's saying here, folks. Roberts' alleged causes of action
- 41:15Speaker 1: are barred in whole or in part by her own
- 41:18Speaker 1: wrongful conduct. So again, it's Virginia's fault. And everybody else
- 41:23Speaker 1: is to blame and not Prince Andrew. Well, unfortunately for
- 41:29Speaker 1: Prince Andrew and his high-profile, high-priced lawyers, everybody is blaming him, okay?
- 41:38Speaker 1: We all are. We've all seen the evidence. And unless
- 41:41Speaker 1: you provide something new, something groundbreaking, this is going to
- 41:46Speaker 1: be the way of it. You're going to be mocked.
- 41:49Speaker 1: You're going to be laughed at. And then eventually, you're
- 41:52Speaker 1: going to catch an L in the courtroom. All right, folks,
- 41:57Speaker 1: that's going to do it for this episode. I will
- 42:00Speaker 1: be back later on with an evening update and certainly
- 42:04Speaker 1: some context episodes coming your way. If you'd like to
- 42:10Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at bobbycappucci at protonmail.com.
- 42:14Speaker 1: That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find me on
- 42:21Speaker 1: Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that we discussed
- 42:28Speaker 1: can be found in the description box. All right, folks,
- 42:31Speaker 1: I will catch you all later on. I've always wondered
- 42:35Speaker 1: how Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell came to be. How
- 42:40Speaker 1: was their relationship fostered? Who introduced them? Was it on purpose?
- 42:46Speaker 1: One thing I can tell you, in my opinion, is
- 42:49Speaker 1: that there was never any love in this quote-unquote relationship.
- 42:55Speaker 1: I've always thought that it was a business arrangement from
- 42:58Speaker 1: the sources that I've spoke with, from the information that
- 43:01Speaker 1: I've seen. I have never seen anything that would point
- 43:05Speaker 1: me to them being in love with each other. In fact,
- 43:11Speaker 1: all signs point to this being a business relationship. Today,
- 43:19Speaker 1: Forbes has an article out talking about how Ghislaine Maxwell
- 43:24Speaker 1: reportedly met Jeffrey Epstein through her pops. And now we've
- 43:27Speaker 1: talked about this previously. The Sun had an article out
- 43:30Speaker 1: talking about how Robert Maxwell supposedly bankrolled Jeffrey Epstein. And
- 43:37Speaker 1: I've thought that for a very long time, right? I've
- 43:40Speaker 1: said that for quite some time here, that it wasn't
- 43:42Speaker 1: only Les Wexner giving Jeffrey Epstein money. That's absurd to
- 43:47Speaker 1: think that that would be the only person that was
- 43:50Speaker 1: bankrolling this. This was a vast, vast cell of people
- 43:57Speaker 1: who had one goal in mind, setting up this blackmail operation.
- 44:04Speaker 1: And in my opinion, Robert Maxwell laid the groundwork for
- 44:08Speaker 1: it all to start before he died. I think that
- 44:12Speaker 1: Robert Maxwell played a huge role in getting this off
- 44:14Speaker 1: the ground. And I think he was a key component
- 44:17Speaker 1: in bringing Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell together. I've said
- 44:22Speaker 1: that for quite some time, and I still believe that.
- 44:25Speaker 1: I have seen nothing that would change my mind and
- 44:29Speaker 1: point me in the direction that Jeffrey Epstein was in
- 44:32Speaker 1: love with Ghislaine Maxwell. I'm sorry, but that just does
- 44:36Speaker 1: not smell like a good meal for me. All right,
- 44:41Speaker 1: so let's jump in here and see what Forbes has
- 44:44Speaker 1: to say about it all. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell reportedly met
- 44:49Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein through her disgraced father. Author, Lisette Voitko. Top line,
- 44:57Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, alleged recruiter of Jeffrey Epstein's sex ring of
- 45:01Speaker 1: underage girls, co-conspirator, fellow child abuser, general all-around scumbag, is
- 45:07Speaker 1: awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges and reportedly met the
- 45:11Speaker 1: now-dead financier, pedophile, through her father, the tabloid colossus Robert Maxwell,
- 45:17Speaker 1: according to a new podcast on Epstein's dark web of abuse.
- 45:22Speaker 1: And he might have been one early source of Epstein's wealth,
- 45:26Speaker 1: catapulted him into the upper echelon of society. Yeah, it's
- 45:31Speaker 1: rather obvious that Robert Maxwell, had his pocketbook open for
- 45:35Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, if they were thinking about this blackmail ring,
- 45:39Speaker 1: if they had this plan in place, the blueprint of it, well,
- 45:43Speaker 1: all they needed were the players on the stage. And
- 45:48Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was the perfect candidate. He already had disgusting
- 45:53Speaker 1: proclivities that were well known, and they knew that he
- 45:58Speaker 1: was malleable. Enough money here, enough money there, he can
- 46:02Speaker 1: be steered in the right direction. And then, for the kicker,
- 46:07Speaker 1: you bring in Ghislaine Maxwell to make sure that everything
- 46:11Speaker 1: runs smoothly. See how it all comes together here, folks?
- 46:20Speaker 1: Key facts. According to the latest episode of Broken Seeking
- 46:24Speaker 1: Justice podcast, Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell met as early as
- 46:28Speaker 1: 1988 through her father, said convicted Ponzi schemer Steve Hoffenberg.
- 46:34Speaker 1: who once worked with Epstein, who also claims for the
- 46:37Speaker 1: first time that Epstein and Robert Maxwell had business dealings together,
- 46:42Speaker 1: although the podcast could not corroborate this. Well, there's a
- 46:46Speaker 1: lot of talk about it, right? There's a lot of whispering,
- 46:52Speaker 1: a lot of things being said about Robert Maxwell and
- 46:56Speaker 1: his role in getting all of this off the ground.
- 46:59Speaker 1: And I think we'll hear more of that as the
- 47:01Speaker 1: trial gets closer and if more people obviously are indicted,
- 47:07Speaker 1: they will have a song to sing. Now, I'm not
- 47:11Speaker 1: too sure if we're ever going to really be able
- 47:14Speaker 1: to pinpoint the origins of this or if we'll just
- 47:17Speaker 1: be left to speculate. As of now, though, in my opinion,
- 47:23Speaker 1: Robert Maxwell played a huge role at the beginning, folks,
- 47:26Speaker 1: at the beginning of setting this all in motion and
- 47:29Speaker 1: making sure That somebody that he could trust... A confidant...
- 47:33Speaker 1: Somebody that he knew... Understood what the goal was... Was involved...
- 47:39Speaker 1: And that somebody... Was his daughter... Ghislaine Maxwell... Two additional sources...
- 47:46Speaker 1: Backed up the claim... That Robert Maxwell was the person...
- 47:49Speaker 1: Who brought his prized daughter... Together with Epstein... Including a
- 47:53Speaker 1: former Epstein staffer... Who was told by Ghislaine Maxwell... While
- 47:56Speaker 1: she forced them to look at... Eight albums worth of photos...
- 47:59Speaker 1: from her father's funeral. Look, it's very obvious, to me anyway,
- 48:05Speaker 1: that Ghislaine Maxwell learned her craft at her father's side,
- 48:11Speaker 1: on the knee of her father. While you and I
- 48:14Speaker 1: were growing up and our fathers were teaching us life
- 48:16Speaker 1: lessons about, you know, whatever it may be, Ghislaine's father
- 48:20Speaker 1: was teaching her how to manipulate, how to scam, how
- 48:23Speaker 1: to cheat, and how to plot. And those are lessons
- 48:27Speaker 1: that daddy's little girl obviously, took to her black heart.
- 48:35Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell told the staffer that Epstein was someone who
- 48:39Speaker 1: could take care of her emotionally, and was firm that
- 48:42Speaker 1: his finances weren't the source of her interest, according to
- 48:44Speaker 1: the podcast, which aligns with reports that the pair dated
- 48:48Speaker 1: at one point and remained friends. See, there's my contention there.
- 48:52Speaker 1: They might have dated as a cover, but there was
- 48:55Speaker 1: no love there, in my opinion. And again, it wasn't
- 48:58Speaker 1: about the money, like some people have stated, because even
- 49:01Speaker 1: though Maxwell was disgraced, even though Maxwell lost a bunch
- 49:04Speaker 1: of money, do you really think that the Maxwell family
- 49:07Speaker 1: didn't have money squirreled away? Do you think that they
- 49:10Speaker 1: were left with just nothing? I highly doubt that, folks.
- 49:17Speaker 1: And I know that Ghislaine Maxwell... had many many different
- 49:23Speaker 1: options many different ways she could have went but she
- 49:27Speaker 1: ended up with Jeffrey Epstein she ended up in that
- 49:33Speaker 1: sphere and when all of the information has come out
- 49:40Speaker 1: And when we have the benefit of hindsight, we see
- 49:44Speaker 1: that not only did she end up running around with
- 49:48Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein as some lover or a victim, as some
- 49:52Speaker 1: people would like to paint her. We see the true face.
- 49:57Speaker 1: And that face is Ghislaine Maxwell had a leadership role
- 50:01Speaker 1: here and was a key component in getting this off
- 50:05Speaker 1: of the ground. Robert Maxwell might have been a source
- 50:12Speaker 1: of Epstein's wealth, according to the podcast, citing a 2010
- 50:16Speaker 1: deposition from bookkeeper Maritza Vasquez in a Florida civil lawsuit
- 50:22Speaker 1: in which she says Maxwell started Epstein's money, a claim
- 50:26Speaker 1: only previously reported by tabloid The Sun through an anonymous source.
- 50:31Speaker 1: And it's funny that they mentioned, oh, The Sun's a tabloid. Well,
- 50:34Speaker 1: they might be a tabloid, and they might talk about
- 50:36Speaker 1: some wild shit in other areas, but they've done a
- 50:39Speaker 1: good job in this Jeffrey Epstein case. And it shows
- 50:44Speaker 1: you just how much of a dumpster fire the legacy
- 50:46Speaker 1: media is. They're getting scooped on the Epstein case by
- 50:50Speaker 1: the sun. Imagine that. Imagine having all the resources of
- 50:55Speaker 1: the BBC or CNN or one of these other garbage outlets,
- 50:59Speaker 1: and you get scooped by the sun. Vasquez also said
- 51:06Speaker 1: in the deposition that Epstein had a relationship with a woman,
- 51:10Speaker 1: that her father was very wealthy, and that's how he
- 51:13Speaker 1: started his own money. Of course it is. Golly. Look,
- 51:17Speaker 1: so Ghislaine Maxwell was set up with Jeffrey Epstein through
- 51:21Speaker 1: the intelligence version of Match.com, right? And then she was
- 51:27Speaker 1: launched into his orbit, was told that she had some
- 51:31Speaker 1: funds that were at her discretion. and her and Jeffrey
- 51:35Speaker 1: Epstein started laying the groundwork for this criminal enterprise. All
- 51:38Speaker 1: bankrolled on the back of Robert Maxwell and whatever intelligence
- 51:43Speaker 1: handlers had their palms on them at the time. My
- 51:46Speaker 1: guess is the CIA. Lawyers for Maxwell did not respond
- 51:52Speaker 1: to a request by Forbes to confirm how she met
- 51:55Speaker 1: Epstein or if Robert Maxwell was a source of Epstein's wealth. Yeah,
- 51:59Speaker 1: she's not going to, you know, why would she talk
- 52:01Speaker 1: about that right now? That would be stupid. So... If
- 52:04Speaker 1: anyone thinks we're going to get any context from Ghislaine
- 52:07Speaker 1: Maxwell or that she's going to add anything for us,
- 52:10Speaker 1: you're going to be waiting for quite some time. Critical quote.
- 52:15Speaker 1: In addition to these accounts, there's also a photo snapped
- 52:18Speaker 1: a mere 19 days after Robert Maxwell's death that intimately
- 52:22Speaker 1: links Epstein and Ghislaine. Shot at the Plaza Hotel during
- 52:26Speaker 1: a memorial event for Robert Maxwell, the picture shows Ghislaine
- 52:30Speaker 1: and Epstein in conversation. Reporter Emily Saul says in the episode,
- 52:35Speaker 1: wearing a blue silk jacket, Ghislaine smiles coyly at Epstein,
- 52:38Speaker 1: who is seated to her right, wearing a white bow
- 52:41Speaker 1: tie and an enormous grin. It doesn't look like a
- 52:44Speaker 1: first date. That's because it's not a first date. See,
- 52:47Speaker 1: I'm really glad that this broken podcast has come out
- 52:51Speaker 1: and somebody with resources who is honorable like Tara Palmieri
- 52:56Speaker 1: is involved. Because she's going to get to the bottom
- 52:59Speaker 1: of this kind of stuff, right? She's not going to
- 53:01Speaker 1: just sit by and let this shit slide. She sees
- 53:04Speaker 1: it all. Everybody sees it all. The problem is the
- 53:08Speaker 1: legacy media doesn't have the courage to run it. Because
- 53:11Speaker 1: they're still scared of these people. And in some cases,
- 53:16Speaker 1: some of their faves are caught up in it. But
- 53:19Speaker 1: the fact that Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein... The origin
- 53:23Speaker 1: story is this love affair that... that blossomed and then
- 53:28Speaker 1: they grew apart. It's such bullshit in my opinion, okay?
- 53:31Speaker 1: This was and always has been a clinical, surgically precise operation.
- 53:41Speaker 1: Big number, $ 590 million. That's how much of pension funds
- 53:46Speaker 1: stolen by Robert Maxwell from his mirror group publishing company
- 53:50Speaker 1: went missing after his mysterious 1991 death. a presumed drowning
- 53:55Speaker 1: after falling from his yacht, the Lady Ghislaine, into the
- 53:58Speaker 1: sea off the Canary Islands. Ah, yeah, just happens to
- 54:02Speaker 1: be that he died on the boat, huh? Another person
- 54:06Speaker 1: who just happened to commit suicide around Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell,
- 54:10Speaker 1: and the rest of these scoundrels. They really think we're
- 54:13Speaker 1: that stupid. Now, I don't have any evidence that Robert
- 54:17Speaker 1: Maxwell didn't commit suicide, but when you look at all
- 54:21Speaker 1: of the evidence that's lined up and you look at
- 54:24Speaker 1: the players on the stage, do you really think that
- 54:28Speaker 1: it's beyond any of these people to clip somebody like
- 54:31Speaker 1: Maxwell out at sea if they think he's going to
- 54:34Speaker 1: rat on them or expose a plan or if he
- 54:39Speaker 1: has outlived his usefulness? That's what these people do. Intelligence
- 54:44Speaker 1: agencies burn assets all of the time, folks. The podcast
- 54:53Speaker 1: raises questions about where his money got off to after
- 54:56Speaker 1: he died, since it's never been recovered. At the time
- 54:59Speaker 1: of his August 2019 death by suicide, Epstein's assets totaled
- 55:05Speaker 1: $ 578 million. And Ghislaine Maxwell had $ 20 million to her
- 55:09Speaker 1: name at the time of her July arrest, according to prosecutors.
- 55:14Speaker 1: So remember what Epstein told everybody, right? He was a
- 55:18Speaker 1: forensic accountant, basically, who worked for the government, who went
- 55:21Speaker 1: and recovered money for the United States government. We know
- 55:26Speaker 1: that he was a prolific, prolific money launderer. And we
- 55:32Speaker 1: know that he had many, many front companies where he
- 55:35Speaker 1: could stash this money. Now, Robert Maxwell's money still has
- 55:39Speaker 1: never been found. You mean to tell me that it's
- 55:43Speaker 1: out of the realm of possibility? That Jeffrey Epstein somehow
- 55:47Speaker 1: took control of that $ 590 million and did Lord only
- 55:52Speaker 1: knows what with it, considering that none of that money
- 55:54Speaker 1: was in the bank. None of that money was anywhere
- 55:56Speaker 1: where the government could seize it. And now remember, folks,
- 56:01Speaker 1: we're not dealing with average people here. We're dealing with
- 56:03Speaker 1: people who are locked into the world of spycraft and intrigue.
- 56:09Speaker 1: And guys like Robert Maxwell, for as repugnant as they are,
- 56:13Speaker 1: they know their shit. And if you think for a
- 56:15Speaker 1: minute that Robert Maxwell went to his grave leaving none
- 56:19Speaker 1: of that money around for the operation or for his kids, well,
- 56:24Speaker 1: you're being very naive. The new episode, Broken, Seeking Justice,
- 56:30Speaker 1: seeks to unravel the tangled mystery surrounding Ghislaine Maxwell, who's
- 56:34Speaker 1: often been referred to as Epstein's alleged madam. Maria Farmer,
- 56:39Speaker 1: an alleged Epstein survivor, told the podcast she would drive
- 56:42Speaker 1: around Manhattan's Central Park with Maxwell in the 90s, scouting
- 56:46Speaker 1: for models. Maxwell, Farmer said, would jump out of the
- 56:50Speaker 1: car and invite girls back to Epstein's sprawling mansion to audition.
- 56:55Speaker 1: And we've heard from Maria about all of this stuff,
- 56:58Speaker 1: and how she used to call them noobiles, and how
- 57:01Speaker 1: mean she was, and the sort of character that she possessed.
- 57:05Speaker 1: This is a woman... who was obviously, obviously reared in
- 57:11Speaker 1: a world of intrigue. Farmer, who worked the front desk
- 57:21Speaker 1: at the mansion, would sometimes see those girls come in
- 57:24Speaker 1: and told the podcast she witnessed a couple of the
- 57:26Speaker 1: girls crying as they left. In a November 2019 civil
- 57:30Speaker 1: lawsuit against Epstein's estate, Farmer claims Epstein and Maxwell assaulted
- 57:35Speaker 1: her at his New Mexico ranch in 1996 and describes
- 57:39Speaker 1: the grooming and recruiting tactics allegedly used by the duo.
- 57:44Speaker 1: It all goes into it, right? These are all tactics
- 57:47Speaker 1: that these sort of cells, these intelligence cells, teach you.
- 57:53Speaker 1: They teach you how to procure assets. In this case,
- 57:57Speaker 1: those assets, it's disgusting to even say, were little girls
- 58:00Speaker 1: and girls. and they were used as bait, basically, for
- 58:05Speaker 1: this blackmail operation. As of Wednesday, Maxwell is awaiting trial
- 58:14Speaker 1: in a Brooklyn federal lockup on charges of enticing and
- 58:17Speaker 1: transporting minors as part of Epstein's alleged sex ring, along
- 58:21Speaker 1: with committing perjury during her 2016 depositions that are part
- 58:27Speaker 1: of a defamation case filed by another alleged survivor, Virginia Roberts,
- 58:33Speaker 1: to which she entered a not guilty plea and denied
- 58:36Speaker 1: all previous allegations. So one thing that I've always wondered
- 58:42Speaker 1: here is how is it that R. Kelly gets hit
- 58:45Speaker 1: with violations of the Mann Act, but Ghislaine Maxwell isn't
- 58:49Speaker 1: facing Mann Act violations here, at least not in this
- 58:53Speaker 1: original case. set of charges. Now, as you all know,
- 58:57Speaker 1: I believe that there will be a superseded indictment, and
- 59:00Speaker 1: I think that more charges are going to follow, but
- 59:05Speaker 1: I don't understand how she is not in violation of
- 59:07Speaker 1: the Mann Act. Tangent. At a 1992 Manhattan party for
- 59:13Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, Maxwell's mother, Betty Maxwell, rumors flew that Epstein
- 59:18Speaker 1: likes schoolgirls, and Ghislaine Maxwell was helping him find them.
- 59:22Speaker 1: With none of the wealthy socialites in attendance questioning it,
- 59:25Speaker 1: the podcast says, citing former friend and journalist, Christopher Mason.
- 59:31Speaker 1: So look, folks, that's just a little bit more of
- 59:34Speaker 1: the origin story of Ghislaine Maxwell, right? Now, I might
- 59:39Speaker 1: be completely wrong. Again, this is my working hypothesis here.
- 59:45Speaker 1: I don't have tangible evidence to prove this. I can't
- 59:50Speaker 1: give you bank statements or anything like that. All I
- 59:53Speaker 1: have to go on is what we know so far. And...
- 59:57Speaker 1: By putting the pieces of the puzzle together. And when
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: you start to put those pieces of the puzzle together,
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: it's rather obvious, at least to me, that Robert Maxwell
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: was a big part of getting Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: Maxwell together and putting this whole entire operation into play.
