- 3:00Speaker 1: the corner. So we got that going on for us,
- 3:02Speaker 1: which is nice. Coming up, we're gonna hear from Texas
- 3:08Speaker 1: A and M offensive coordinator Hobin Wiggins, who met with
- 3:12Speaker 1: the media today. Tomorrow, we'll hear from Lal hemp Hill,
- 3:20Speaker 1: the defensive coordinator. He also met today. So we got
- 3:25Speaker 1: that going on for us. The Aggie football team working
- 3:35Speaker 1: out tomorrow. They worked out last night and they will
- 3:50Speaker 1: work out tomorrow morning and then all so on Thursday morning.
- 4:04Speaker 1: And Marcel Reid is going to be made available tomorrow,
- 4:11Speaker 1: so we'll be hearing from him at some point. Northwestern's
- 4:18Speaker 1: football program has received a thirty five million dollar commitment
- 4:25Speaker 1: over the next three years, a donation intended for football,
- 4:34Speaker 1: including recruiting support. According to the news release from the school,
- 4:40Speaker 1: the gift will help student athlete development, operational priorities, recruiting,
- 4:47Speaker 1: and strategic investments designed to position Northwestern football for sustained
- 4:53Speaker 1: success in the Big Ten. See when a team like
- 4:56Speaker 1: Indiana wins the national championship, every single team, and I'm
- 5:03Speaker 1: not saying they shouldn't, but every single team is saying, well,
- 5:07Speaker 1: if Indiana can win, we can win. There's one big
- 5:13Speaker 1: problem with that. They don't have Indiana's coach. Northwestern trying
- 5:20Speaker 1: to catch up financially. That's in football. Northwestern has money.
- 5:26Speaker 1: They just built a state of the art football stadium
- 5:30Speaker 1: and facility privately funded. It's called Ryan Field because the
- 5:37Speaker 1: Ryans donated the vast majority of the eight hundred and
- 5:42Speaker 1: fifty million dollar project. It's like, Hey, Indiana's just right
- 5:50Speaker 1: down the road. They've never won anything. In fact, they've
- 5:53Speaker 1: been one of the worst teams in the history of
- 5:55Speaker 1: college football. They just went seventeen and oh and won
- 5:59Speaker 1: the National champion and chip. All it takes is money,
- 6:04Speaker 1: you know that New York Mets have said that for years.
- 6:09Speaker 1: A bunch of NFL teams have said that for years.
- 6:14Speaker 1: That's not true, that all it takes is money. It helps,
- 6:18Speaker 1: don't get me wrong. Money always helps, but there's got
- 6:25Speaker 1: to be a little bit more than that, and it'll
- 6:29Speaker 1: be interesting. You know, one time Northwestern was very competitive.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Pat Fitzgerald, he got accused of being hard on players,
- 6:41Speaker 1: got fired. I think reached a settlement out of court
- 6:47Speaker 1: if I'm not mistaken, But the program hasn't been the same.
- 6:53Speaker 1: In baseball, the Rangers scored three in the tenth last
- 6:57Speaker 1: night beat the Angels four to one. Mike Trout's early
- 7:03Speaker 1: home run was the lone run for the Angels. Brandon Nemo,
- 7:13Speaker 1: who has been very good lately, had the go ahead
- 7:15Speaker 1: RBI single in the tenth, then Berger followed with a
- 7:20Speaker 1: two run single. The Rangers scored three in the tenth,
- 7:25Speaker 1: one four to one. Jacob Latz another save. Corey Seegers
- 7:34Speaker 1: won for three and had a three run homer just
- 7:37Speaker 1: stolen from him over the right field fence. Great play
- 7:43Speaker 1: by Meckler and took a three run shot away. Unfortunately,
- 7:52Speaker 1: the Astros was pretty identical. They scored three in the tent,
- 8:00Speaker 1: had beat the Giant six to three, and they got
- 8:04Speaker 1: a game time one out home run in the top
- 8:07Speaker 1: of the ninth inning from Smith and then won it
- 8:16Speaker 1: with three runs in the tenth. Was Newsky had a
- 8:22Speaker 1: good outing seven innings, five hits, three earned runs. Josh
- 8:33Speaker 1: Hader had two innings of relief to get the win.
- 8:39Speaker 1: So tonight we've got Astros. Baseball starts at eight forty five.
- 8:45Speaker 1: The game starts at date forty five. Hunter Brown is
- 8:47Speaker 1: on the mound the Rangers playing the Angels at eight
- 8:53Speaker 1: thirty eight. Don't tune in at eight forty five, you'll
- 8:56Speaker 1: miss the first seven minutes. Cody Bradford getting his second
- 9:01Speaker 1: start on the mound for the Rangers, and the Angels
- 9:10Speaker 1: thought that the Rangers scoring four runs and ten innings
- 9:18Speaker 1: was so horrible they fired their pitching coach, Mike Maddocks
- 9:23Speaker 1: and assistant pitching coach Darryl Scott and their bullpen coach.
- 9:28Speaker 1: Maddox was working on one year contract. Angel pitchers have
- 9:32Speaker 1: a four to five three er with the most walks
- 9:35Speaker 1: in the MLB, and obviously that's all Mike Maddox's fault
- 9:39Speaker 1: is when the pitchers are walking batters. That is the
- 9:42Speaker 1: least of the Angels problems. Mike Maddox is a terrific
- 9:46Speaker 1: pitching coach. I wish he were still with the Texas Rangers.
- 9:52Speaker 1: I think he is a great pitching coach, not a
- 9:54Speaker 1: good one, a great one. He will get a job,
- 9:58Speaker 1: may not be this year due to timing, but he'll
- 10:04Speaker 1: get a job without question. Again. I was very sad
- 10:13Speaker 1: when the Rangers let him go under the new regime.
- 10:20Speaker 1: But like I said, Doug, God, those Angel pictures kept
- 10:24Speaker 1: walking batters and you can't have that. So they'll get
- 10:29Speaker 1: a new pitching coach in and we'll tell the pictures
- 10:31Speaker 1: hey throw strikes. Mike Maddocks very simple. His philosophy get ahead,
- 10:48Speaker 1: stay ahead, use your head. That's a mattoxism. By the way,
- 10:54Speaker 1: brother Greg was you know, he was a fairly good
- 10:57Speaker 1: picture too. And Greg came to Rangers training camp several
- 11:03Speaker 1: years when his brother was a pitching coach kind of
- 11:07Speaker 1: hung out. Talked to the pitchers the Angels are just
- 11:14Speaker 1: a disaster. Talk with Rusty about this yesterday. Mike Trout's
- 11:19Speaker 1: got to be thinking, what was I thinking when I
- 11:22Speaker 1: committed long term to this team. Brutal and the Red
- 11:28Speaker 1: Sox are finally going to have catcher Adleie Rushman in
- 11:32Speaker 1: the lineup. He has had a left wrist issue since. Oh,
- 11:38Speaker 1: by the way, before I get there, big game, Nate
- 11:43Speaker 1: of Valdi put on the fifteen day DL yesterday before
- 11:47Speaker 1: the Rangers game. My gosh, every time you think this
- 11:52Speaker 1: team's getting healthy, their best pitcher with an elbow inflammation.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Never good for a pitcher. By the way, on the
- 12:02Speaker 1: fifteen day DL yesterday, Brutal okay Atlie Rushman, he's had
- 12:08Speaker 1: left wrist issues since before the trade. He's probably thinking, yeah,
- 12:16Speaker 1: activating so I can face Dylan c So to the
- 12:18Speaker 1: Blue Jays tonight. The Red Sox Scott Rushman at the
- 12:24Speaker 1: trade deadline from the Orioles. It's part of a seven
- 12:28Speaker 1: player deal. He just completed a two game minor league
- 12:33Speaker 1: rehab in Triple A, so he's up, and I think
- 12:44Speaker 1: the Red Sox now all of a sudden have lost
- 12:46Speaker 1: their in a row, but weird, weird stuff last night
- 12:51Speaker 1: against Toronto. I can't explain all of it. I've watched
- 12:54Speaker 1: the video. I've seen the explanations. It's just fifteen minute delay.
- 13:03Speaker 1: A double play, wasn't a double play, run scored, wasn't
- 13:07Speaker 1: a run scored. Fly ball that was caught wasn't caught
- 13:13Speaker 1: hit a bat. Oh my gosh, you'll have to just
- 13:16Speaker 1: do all that for yourself if you care. I heard
- 13:20Speaker 1: Jokeshi had talking to Louis about it this morning. And
- 13:24Speaker 1: this time of year, you're hoping stuff like this happens.
- 13:28Speaker 1: It is the dog days. We're officially the dog Days. Okay.
- 13:34Speaker 1: ESPN had the OHO this weekend. That's right in the
- 13:36Speaker 1: middle of the dog Days. You know, it's the dog days.
- 13:40Speaker 1: It's hot almost everywhere. It's August. Teams are grinding right now, grinding.
- 13:51Speaker 1: So go online. You can see it easy, just google
- 13:57Speaker 1: something wild scene with Toronto, Boston or whatever. They had
- 14:04Speaker 1: to call New York Kadegetty ruling. Nobody knew the rule.
- 14:10Speaker 4: And it was.
- 14:12Speaker 1: A lot of strange things going on. All right, enough
- 14:15Speaker 1: of that, we're going to hear from Holman Wiggins, the
- 14:22Speaker 1: New Offensive coordinator for the Aggies. Let's listen to what
- 14:29Speaker 1: he had to say this morning out of A and.
- 14:32Speaker 4: M here with David Coach Wiggins, how would you assess
- 14:37Speaker 4: your style?
- 14:38Speaker 5: And let me preface it by saying, is it based
- 14:40Speaker 5: on the personnel that you have and how or is
- 14:43Speaker 5: it going to be more As you go on, you'll
- 14:45Speaker 5: kind of figure out a float to the way you
- 14:46Speaker 5: want your offense to look.
- 14:48Speaker 6: No, I think pretty much any good coach is going
- 14:50Speaker 6: to try to tailor everything that they do to the
- 14:52Speaker 6: players and the personnel that they have. So for us
- 14:54Speaker 6: as looking at what our guys do well, trying to
- 14:56Speaker 6: put those guys in a great position to be successful
- 14:59Speaker 6: and make that happen.
- 15:00Speaker 4: I think we have some really good pieces.
- 15:01Speaker 6: I'm excited about him, and you know, over five days
- 15:04Speaker 6: or five practices through camp and we're starting to fish
- 15:07Speaker 6: some things out on.
- 15:08Speaker 4: The left Tony than Alex.
- 15:11Speaker 7: Coach Obviously coming out of the first early practices, Terry
- 15:14Speaker 7: Bussey seems to have getten a lot of attention, a
- 15:16Speaker 7: lot of phrase from your vantage point, have you kind
- 15:18Speaker 7: of seen his growth and development kind of match that
- 15:20Speaker 7: conversation and just what is his ability to kind of
- 15:23Speaker 7: open this offense, if he kind of gets to his
- 15:26Speaker 7: peak where he could.
- 15:27Speaker 6: Be well, there's no doubt that, you know, Terry Bussey
- 15:29Speaker 6: kind of came in with a lot of praise being
- 15:31Speaker 6: a Gatoraye Player of the Year and some of the
- 15:33Speaker 6: things that he did attemptsing. The biggest handcuff for him
- 15:37Speaker 6: is the fact that, you know, injuries, you know, you
- 15:40Speaker 6: get to a spring where he's figuring out how to
- 15:41Speaker 6: play receiver and the second practice, you know, gets a hamstring,
- 15:45Speaker 6: not able to do anything else in that kind of
- 15:47Speaker 6: first spring that he had. Now getting a chance to
- 15:50Speaker 6: kind of stay healthy. Smart player, tough player, brings a
- 15:53Speaker 6: different a definite different dimension and kind of what we're doing.
- 15:56Speaker 4: Has the ability to carry the ball, plays big in space,
- 16:00Speaker 4: some really good explosiveness.
- 16:01Speaker 6: So we're excited about Bussy and where he's at because
- 16:03Speaker 6: he's picking up exactly what we're trying to do.
- 16:05Speaker 8: Alex hey Holman Ruben was pretty open with us last
- 16:10Speaker 8: week about some of the areas that he's seeking to
- 16:12Speaker 8: grow in, particularly stumbling in some of his runs. I'm
- 16:15Speaker 8: just curious how you've seen him work on improving in
- 16:18Speaker 8: those areas in particular, and just kind of what it
- 16:20Speaker 8: says about him that he's you know, trying to improve
- 16:23Speaker 8: those ways as a veteran.
- 16:24Speaker 6: The great thing to see about that is the fact
- 16:27Speaker 6: that Ruben cares. You know, he has an idea of
- 16:30Speaker 6: what he sees himself to be and I know he
- 16:31Speaker 6: didn't feel like he kind of you know, played to
- 16:33Speaker 6: that standard. But you know, this spring, this summer, and
- 16:37Speaker 6: actually this fall camp, he's done an amazing job of
- 16:40Speaker 6: kind of you know, making sure that he felt like
- 16:42Speaker 6: some of these spots where he knew he was good
- 16:44Speaker 6: at kind of made him weaknesses.
- 16:46Speaker 4: Now he's kind of making those strengths.
- 16:47Speaker 6: You see his body balance, you know, he's built his
- 16:49Speaker 6: body up, and that was one of the biggest things
- 16:51Speaker 6: when he first got.
- 16:52Speaker 4: Here, kind of you know, got a little overweight. You know.
- 16:54Speaker 6: Now you see him being able to hit the hole,
- 16:56Speaker 6: and I think he wants to see it. So he's
- 16:58Speaker 6: coming back and trying to take input. Coach, what did
- 17:00Speaker 6: you see there? Coach Taylor and also coach Krotski are
- 17:03Speaker 6: doing an amazing job with him as well.
- 17:04Speaker 8: And just as this offensive line continues to come together,
- 17:07Speaker 8: just what would have been your impressions of the competition,
- 17:09Speaker 8: particularly at guard and then at left tackle.
- 17:12Speaker 6: Well, there's there's competition all over the place, and the
- 17:14Speaker 6: biggest thing for us is we talked about making sure
- 17:16Speaker 6: that we run the ball consistently, and we made an
- 17:19Speaker 6: effort to kind of tell our guys that doesn't just
- 17:21Speaker 6: start with the offensive line.
- 17:22Speaker 4: You know, that's a.
- 17:23Speaker 6: Quarterback carrying out the fakes. That's our running backs kind
- 17:26Speaker 6: of seeing pressing a whole. That's our receivers trying to
- 17:28Speaker 6: bully the perimeter. That's also our tight ends trying to
- 17:31Speaker 6: you know, play hard within the corps. But the offensive
- 17:33Speaker 6: line has done a great job taking on that stress
- 17:36Speaker 6: and doing a great job of coming out and trying
- 17:38Speaker 6: to make sure that they moved the line of scrimmage,
- 17:40Speaker 6: you know, anchor there and control the tempo because they
- 17:42Speaker 6: control a lot of what we do.
- 17:43Speaker 4: On the right side.
- 17:44Speaker 9: Oland and then Travis, Yeah, coach, we're in Tampa for
- 17:49Speaker 9: SEC media days. Marcel told us that it's going to
- 17:53Speaker 9: be rolling out more, moving the pocket more. How do
- 17:57Speaker 9: you envision that benefiting and the team?
- 18:01Speaker 6: Well, I think a lot of defenses has seen how
- 18:04Speaker 6: athletic the quarterback is right and for us, that gives
- 18:07Speaker 6: us the ability to be able to put him on
- 18:08Speaker 6: a perimeter.
- 18:09Speaker 4: Kind of change the launch point, especially for defenses.
- 18:12Speaker 6: To try to t off on on us and actually
- 18:14Speaker 6: see the quarterback in just one spot. So for us,
- 18:16Speaker 6: that has always been the owners to be able to
- 18:18Speaker 6: make sure that we can sit there, drop back in
- 18:21Speaker 6: the pocket, has some quick game, move the pocket and
- 18:23Speaker 6: change those launch points because we play some animals in
- 18:25Speaker 6: this league, and if you're just staying off on one spot,
- 18:27Speaker 6: that gives those guys the advantage.
- 18:28Speaker 4: So we're trying to take a little bit of that back.
- 18:31Speaker 10: Travis Yelman seems like Cohen Echols is the guy that
- 18:36Speaker 10: y'all are using on different parts of the line. What
- 18:38Speaker 10: is about his game that.
- 18:42Speaker 4: Proves that he can accomplish that.
- 18:44Speaker 6: Well, it starts with him being a smart player. You know,
- 18:46Speaker 6: he has the ability and the capacity to go out
- 18:49Speaker 6: there and learn multiple spots. Also, he's a high try guy,
- 18:52Speaker 6: right which for us, we're going to be an effort regime,
- 18:55Speaker 6: and he's doing a great job, you know, showing a
- 18:57Speaker 6: championship effort, straining his tail off and learning kind of
- 19:01Speaker 6: exactly what we're doing. So it's been great to see Cohen,
- 19:03Speaker 6: you know, manifest some of the things that he wanted
- 19:05Speaker 6: to do here, you know, and we need that. We
- 19:07Speaker 6: need him the anchor. We need depth in the offensive line.
- 19:10Speaker 6: We need guys that are going to strain. We need smart,
- 19:12Speaker 6: dependable players, and he's definitely one of those.
- 19:14Speaker 10: And then, adjacent to your purview, what is the place
- 19:17Speaker 10: kicking battle bit looked like? So far from your vantage point.
- 19:21Speaker 4: I'll leave the place he gat battles to Coach Doherty,
- 19:26Speaker 4: I'm left side with Kaid. Hey, Coach, I just want
- 19:29Speaker 4: to ask you a little bit about the running back room.
- 19:31Speaker 11: I know you talked a little bit about Ruben, but
- 19:33Speaker 11: really that group as a whole, how have you seen
- 19:36Speaker 11: them develop from your perspective.
- 19:37Speaker 4: You know, one week into camp?
- 19:39Speaker 6: Yeah, well you talk about the stable, I think as
- 19:41Speaker 6: a collective man, that's a tremendous group. Me being an
- 19:44Speaker 6: old running back, I know, I always try to kind
- 19:46Speaker 6: of filter in there and kind of see what those
- 19:47Speaker 6: guys are doing. Rubin has done a great job of
- 19:49Speaker 6: kind of grabbing a bull bottle horns and showing some
- 19:52Speaker 6: maturity and some leadership in the room Jamari and Morrow.
- 19:55Speaker 6: He's continued to kind of be the guy that we
- 19:57Speaker 6: think he is. He's quick, fast, he's smart, he's tough.
- 20:00Speaker 6: He's doing a great job, had some big runs this camp.
- 20:02Speaker 6: Hopefully he'll continue to kind of stay steady. Also, we've
- 20:05Speaker 6: been getting some stuff from Tiger Ryden, who was a
- 20:07Speaker 6: guy that you know, in my opinion, shocked me kind
- 20:09Speaker 6: of coming in because we didn't see much of them
- 20:11Speaker 6: fall camp, and you know, a couple of injuries kind
- 20:13Speaker 6: of held him out, and now you get a chance
- 20:15Speaker 6: to see him. He's a big, powerful guy that kind
- 20:17Speaker 6: of gives us a little different dimension, a little change
- 20:19Speaker 6: up as a big back. And then our two freshmen
- 20:22Speaker 6: have done a really good job of coming in and
- 20:24Speaker 6: starting to figure things out. kJ you know, he was
- 20:27Speaker 6: injured a little bit in the spring. Now he's been healthy,
- 20:29Speaker 6: has added some weight. You know, that's a tribute to
- 20:31Speaker 6: coach Moffatt and his team and what they've done. But
- 20:33Speaker 6: you see all of those things kind of playoff. He's
- 20:35Speaker 6: lightning in a bottle, has a chance to basically stretch
- 20:38Speaker 6: the field vertically and horizontally.
- 20:40Speaker 4: Can help us in the past game.
- 20:41Speaker 6: And then Carson Baker has done a phenomenal job making
- 20:44Speaker 6: sure that he's understanding kind of what we're doing. I
- 20:46Speaker 6: think now things are slowing down from a spring in
- 20:49Speaker 6: a summer. So now he can sit there and understand
- 20:51Speaker 6: exactly kind of what we're doing, and you're seeing those
- 20:53Speaker 6: things pay off in practice.
- 20:55Speaker 8: Steall loves ho with Alex, I want to ask you
- 20:58Speaker 8: just what your impression of Marshall has been through this
- 21:00Speaker 8: first week. Things he's done well, things you guys have
- 21:02Speaker 8: talked about, continued areas of improvement for him.
- 21:05Speaker 4: I think for him, he stayed steady.
- 21:07Speaker 6: You know, the biggest thing for us was making those
- 21:09Speaker 6: consistent improvements and daily deposits that he can make. So
- 21:12Speaker 6: he's up there studying and getting extra film. He's up
- 21:15Speaker 6: there trying to understand exactly what we're asking him to
- 21:18Speaker 6: do in the game plan and what's in the system,
- 21:20Speaker 6: and we're trying to tailor everything to his skill set.
- 21:23Speaker 6: And now you see him doing some stuff and actually
- 21:26Speaker 6: taking more command of the offense because there's a more
- 21:28Speaker 6: understanding of what it is. And I think a lot
- 21:30Speaker 6: of that comes with experience and also time on a job.
- 21:33Speaker 6: So he's continuing to build confidence through our practices.
- 21:36Speaker 12: I'm right how with Carter hey Holman, what did you
- 21:40Speaker 12: learn maybe from your time at Alabama about juggling so
- 21:43Speaker 12: many options that wide receiver and how difficult do you
- 21:46Speaker 12: think that will be the carve out roles and rotations
- 21:48Speaker 12: for a room that looks as deep.
- 21:52Speaker 6: Coach Saban used to always say, it's hard to be
- 21:54Speaker 6: a good coach if you don't have good players, you know,
- 21:56Speaker 6: and that's you know, a great thing to feel like, Hey,
- 21:58Speaker 6: we have, you know, a ton of players in that
- 22:00Speaker 6: receiver room that we feel I can kind of give
- 22:02Speaker 6: us the ability to go out and play really good ball.
- 22:04Speaker 4: In the SEC.
- 22:05Speaker 6: The biggest thing is putting our best eleven out there,
- 22:07Speaker 6: you know, And whether that's through different personnel or different packages,
- 22:11Speaker 6: we're gonna find ways to get playmakers.
- 22:12Speaker 4: On the field.
- 22:14Speaker 12: Coach Elco mentioned that you'd had some experienced ca plays
- 22:18Speaker 12: in spring game and some practices.
- 22:21Speaker 4: Has that helped you at all this offseason? And absolutely absolutely.
- 22:24Speaker 6: I think, you know, you get confidence through a lot
- 22:26Speaker 6: of the things that you try to rep in a submission.
- 22:28Speaker 6: I remember, you know, calling one of our spring games
- 22:31Speaker 6: at Alabama and Coach Staban and we were inside to ten.
- 22:34Speaker 6: I kept running the ball and he said, you're calling
- 22:35Speaker 6: plays like an old line coach and got on me
- 22:38Speaker 6: a little bit. And it's just you know, a learning process,
- 22:40Speaker 6: and for the most thing is trying to figure out
- 22:42Speaker 6: exactly what we need, trying to stay one step ahead,
- 22:44Speaker 6: because all of it is a chess match, but all
- 22:46Speaker 6: of that plays a part in my journey and my experience,
- 22:49Speaker 6: and it's been lovely to see and I'm excited about.
- 22:51Speaker 4: It all the way. In the back with landing.
- 22:54Speaker 11: How to coach a question about the receiver room in there,
- 22:56Speaker 11: you mentioned about that depth, but some of the young guys,
- 22:58Speaker 11: especially Aaron Gregory and Matt Williams, have really stepped up.
- 23:01Speaker 11: What have you seen from those guys and what kind
- 23:02Speaker 11: of role do you see for them in the fall.
- 23:05Speaker 6: I think as they continue to show promise, I think
- 23:07Speaker 6: the roles will continue to grow for both guys. Right,
- 23:10Speaker 6: And He's not only they are not only the only
- 23:12Speaker 6: freshman in the room. Jayden Warren has also showed some flashes.
- 23:15Speaker 6: So it's exciting to see those freshman guys kind of
- 23:18Speaker 6: come in, kind of see some of those older guys
- 23:20Speaker 6: and see how they kind of go about their business.
- 23:23Speaker 6: And it's been great also as we kind of get
- 23:25Speaker 6: to fall camp, getting the pads on and those guys
- 23:28Speaker 6: fill in the heat and exactly kind of what it
- 23:30Speaker 6: is but also just trying to build consist consistency within
- 23:33Speaker 6: that group. Matt Williams, we knew that he had super
- 23:36Speaker 6: elite traits tracking the ball. He's now starting to play
- 23:39Speaker 6: faster because there's more of an understanding of what he's doing.
- 23:42Speaker 6: Aaron Gregory, we knew that he was a guy that
- 23:44Speaker 6: could stop and start, could play the ball really good
- 23:46Speaker 6: position flex So now he's learning multiple positions because he
- 23:49Speaker 6: has that capacity. Jadan Warren was a guy that had
- 23:52Speaker 6: unbelievable size, also a vertical stretch guy. You're seeing him
- 23:56Speaker 6: starting to play a little more powerful and actually played
- 23:58Speaker 6: the way that he looks. So I'm excited about that
- 24:00Speaker 6: young group of wideouts back in the front of Carter.
- 24:04Speaker 12: I know Marcel's talked about wanting to kind of limit
- 24:06Speaker 12: the interceptions after having twelve last year.
- 24:08Speaker 4: Yes, doesn't seem like he's had many. In the practices
- 24:11Speaker 4: we've watched. What have you kind of.
- 24:12Speaker 12: Seen from him that area just taking care of the football.
- 24:15Speaker 6: Well, that's a huge emphasis on what we're trying to
- 24:17Speaker 6: do right because turnovers played a huge part as well
- 24:19Speaker 6: as penalties and us running the ball consistently. But it
- 24:22Speaker 6: starts with the quarterback, right we're trying to put the
- 24:24Speaker 6: ball in play, but also we're not trying to put
- 24:26Speaker 6: the ball at risk. So if we can go out
- 24:28Speaker 6: there and limit some of those things, right, the biggest
- 24:30Speaker 6: thing is not putting ourselves.
- 24:31Speaker 4: At a disadvantage.
- 24:32Speaker 6: So if he can do that, that'll give us the
- 24:34Speaker 6: competitive advantages that we need.
- 24:36Speaker 4: Back to that with Nick.
- 24:39Speaker 5: The loco got Houston Thomas, I'm just wondering what you've
- 24:42Speaker 5: seen for him so far in camp and also what
- 24:44Speaker 5: kind of role do you maybe hope that he carves
- 24:46Speaker 5: out for himself.
- 24:46Speaker 6: Yeah, well, Houston, right, we knew that he was a
- 24:48Speaker 6: big athletic pass catching tight end that also can dabble
- 24:51Speaker 6: in the in the run game. He's done or an
- 24:56Speaker 6: exceptional job of building his body up to play in
- 24:59Speaker 6: this league, right, So now he's carrying her out two
- 25:01Speaker 6: earned fifty to two earned fifty five pounds kind of
- 25:03Speaker 6: on a frame that he hadn't been used to. So
- 25:06Speaker 6: in the spring, I think he was getting used to
- 25:08Speaker 6: kind of how that felt. In the summer, I think
- 25:10Speaker 6: there was a little bit of some comfort kind of
- 25:12Speaker 6: starting to build. Now right in fall camp, I think
- 25:15Speaker 6: he knows exactly kind of what that is and he's
- 25:16Speaker 6: a great, great guy that can basically balance kind of
- 25:19Speaker 6: out of both. He gives us a little bit of
- 25:20Speaker 6: a threat as a pass caster. Now he's starting to
- 25:22Speaker 6: mix some things up in a run game. Just as
- 25:24Speaker 6: far as kind of getting his nose dirty and straining
- 25:26Speaker 6: and showing us that effort that we need day to
- 25:28Speaker 6: day for us to be as successful as we can be, and.
- 25:30Speaker 5: To piggyback off Carter's question in the front of a
- 25:32Speaker 5: play calling just how is this maybe this off season
- 25:36Speaker 5: in the camp been a little bit different for you?
- 25:38Speaker 5: We saw you the spring so hands on just in
- 25:40Speaker 5: drills and stuff like that.
- 25:41Speaker 4: How have you?
- 25:42Speaker 5: I guess we're trying to balance both those things and
- 25:44Speaker 5: maybe how again, how does camp maybe look different with
- 25:46Speaker 5: that play calling role added?
- 25:47Speaker 4: Well, there's always the balance.
- 25:49Speaker 6: Well, me being a walk around, I'm trying to figure
- 25:50Speaker 6: out like different spots, and I want to make sure
- 25:52Speaker 6: that I'm present right getting a chance to kind of
- 25:54Speaker 6: know what other guys are doing and actually see what
- 25:56Speaker 6: some of those guys are doing. I think me being
- 25:58Speaker 6: around shows those guys that you know, there's some importance there.
- 26:02Speaker 6: Just as far as the play calling, like it continues
- 26:04Speaker 6: to kind of just be confidence and comfort in what
- 26:06Speaker 6: we're trying to do. Right, we feel like we got
- 26:09Speaker 6: really good Clay. Just as far as the nucleus, the
- 26:11Speaker 6: guys that we have. We have a quarterback that has
- 26:14Speaker 6: a ton of experience in the league. We have some
- 26:15Speaker 6: offensive linemen that have a ton of experiences in this league,
- 26:18Speaker 6: and those are gonna be guys that we're going to
- 26:19Speaker 6: lean on as well as you know, our coaches in
- 26:21Speaker 6: the room. I think, you know, we have a melting
- 26:23Speaker 6: pot of ideas. We're putting the right ideas in place
- 26:25Speaker 6: for our guys to be the best offense that they
- 26:28Speaker 6: can be this season.
- 26:29Speaker 8: Back of Travis Helman.
- 26:32Speaker 10: At media Day's Elko mentioned bringing in Joey Lynch and
- 26:38Speaker 10: Marcell for the first time having a dedicated quarterback coach
- 26:40Speaker 10: that isn't splitting duties. How have you maybe seen him
- 26:42Speaker 10: developed by having the ability to work.
- 26:44Speaker 4: With you but then also have his own position coach
- 26:47Speaker 4: like that.
- 26:47Speaker 6: Yeah, it's been great, right, you know, because you talk
- 26:49Speaker 6: about coach Lynch, who's been a coordinator in this league,
- 26:52Speaker 6: who's well versed in quarterback play but also has you know,
- 26:56Speaker 6: a really great background just as far as developing quarterbacks
- 26:58Speaker 6: and now you continue to see Marcel and his growth
- 27:01Speaker 6: just as far as understanding kind of what we're doing.
- 27:04Speaker 6: We're putting more on the quarterback, you know, this year,
- 27:07Speaker 6: and we're asking more of the quarterback, and he's done
- 27:09Speaker 6: a great job of understanding that but also making sure
- 27:12Speaker 6: that he's ready for that. So I've seen kind of
- 27:14Speaker 6: his game kind of take it to the next level.
- 27:16Speaker 6: And I think that's a part of growth kind of
- 27:18Speaker 6: on his part, him understanding that this is a year
- 27:20Speaker 6: that he knows, hey, this offense is going to go
- 27:22Speaker 6: as he goes, him kind of finding comfort and kind
- 27:26Speaker 6: of what we're doing, but also him putting the time
- 27:27Speaker 6: in right, Like it's hard to get results if you
- 27:30Speaker 6: don't put the time in and you don't have the
- 27:31Speaker 6: right kind of habits, and he's developing all of those.
- 27:34Speaker 1: That's the new offensive coordinator, Holman Wiggins, who met with
- 27:38Speaker 1: the media earlier today. If you were paying attention, you
- 27:43Speaker 1: could hear that live on Louis's show tomorrow or Thursday.
- 27:49Speaker 1: We will hear from the defensive coordinator Lal hemp Hell
- 27:53Speaker 1: and of course players to get you ready for the opener,
- 27:59Speaker 1: The count down continues. Producers Cooperative has been part of
- 28:05Speaker 1: our community since World War Two, and a handful of
- 28:08Speaker 1: farmers and ranchers got together and created the AG co
- 28:12Speaker 1: Op Supply, which is now the largest in the state
- 28:16Speaker 1: of Texas, over ten thousand members strong. You do not
- 28:19Speaker 1: have to be a member of the co op to
- 28:21Speaker 1: walk into the front door and do business with the
- 28:23Speaker 1: folks at Producers, a huge lawn in garden center. I'm
- 28:26Speaker 1: told this is time to start planning the fall garden.
- 28:30Speaker 1: They've got help with that. They've got help with insect
- 28:33Speaker 1: control products, and so much more complete line of fertilizer
- 28:41Speaker 1: manufactured specifically for the Brass Valley, and so much more.
- 28:46Speaker 1: Front door parking on Texas Avenue, just a little bit
- 28:51Speaker 1: north of Highway twenty one. Producers Everything AG since nineteen
- 28:57Speaker 1: forty three.
- 29:00Speaker 13: Jay Barbecue.
- 29:01Speaker 14: Okay, so for the ad I'm thinking fog machines, laser
- 29:05Speaker 14: lines maybe see.
- 29:06Speaker 15: Free yes, but actually free yes every Wednesday night so
- 29:11Speaker 15: I can get free barbecue.
- 29:13Speaker 16: That's how kids eat free, works, buddy.
- 29:15Speaker 15: Wednesday's my favorite Dan Now see no fog machine needed.
- 29:19Speaker 13: Oh man, kids eat free every Wednesday night at seeing
- 29:22Speaker 13: Jay Barbecue.
- 29:23Speaker 16: Great food, happy kids, seeing j Barbecue. Because dinners shouldn't
- 29:27Speaker 16: be another battle.

- 30:12Speaker 1: because she turned around and pointed.
- 30:13Speaker 4: It to wall and said.
- 30:17Speaker 14: That picture from my own and moon that night in
- 30:21Speaker 14: Frisco Bage.
- 30:22Speaker 17: Just give it away, she said, give it away.

- 30:44Speaker 1: Mallory is brought to us by Southwest Card World. I've
- 30:51Speaker 1: been gone a while, Mallory. I don't know if you
- 30:53Speaker 1: knew that or not. Oh you yeah a little bit. Yeah,
- 30:59Speaker 1: Oh okay, yeah, you sound like the rest of the audience.
- 31:02Speaker 1: Oh and I didn't know you were gone.
- 31:05Speaker 3: I definitely noticed that.
- 31:08Speaker 18: Yeah.
- 31:09Speaker 1: Yeah, oh good, you are the one.
- 31:13Speaker 18: Yeah, hasn't texted me in a minute.
- 31:15Speaker 1: Yeah, it's been a little while. Yeah, so this is
- 31:22Speaker 1: going on. Are Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid married? What
- 31:30Speaker 1: are they married? They were photographed wearing rings in Paris.
- 31:41Speaker 1: They've been dating three years. They've sparked rumors after they
- 31:50Speaker 1: are rings on their ring fingers. They of course, you know,
- 31:56Speaker 1: we're part of the big Taylor Swift Travis Kelcey wedding.
- 32:00Speaker 1: By the way, have we heard anything from them since
- 32:05Speaker 1: the wedding? Isn't it? Isn't? I mean, training camps have started.
- 32:12Speaker 1: I'm not keeping up with that. I'm assuming he's a
- 32:14Speaker 1: training camp. I would assume so, but I haven't heard otherwise.
- 32:22Speaker 1: Entertainment Weekly contacted the reps for both Cooper and Hadid
- 32:28Speaker 1: and have not received an immediate response. Dune, dun, dun.
- 32:37Speaker 3: Would that be something? It wasn't actually Taylor Swift's wedding July?
- 32:44Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly, who knows?
- 32:47Speaker 3: I mean, if they did, I mean, I guess congrats,
- 32:50Speaker 3: hope it lasts at least a couple of years.
- 32:53Speaker 1: Yeah, there we go. Did you get the story while
- 32:58Speaker 1: we were gone that Zach Brown gave out cruises for
- 33:03Speaker 1: all thirty five thousand people at his concert.
- 33:08Speaker 18: I'm sorry what.
- 33:11Speaker 1: He gave all thirty five thousand people a cruise aboard
- 33:17Speaker 1: Margueritaville at sea. It was estimated to be about forty
- 33:21Speaker 1: million dollars, the largest audience giveaway. He blew Oprah out
- 33:26Speaker 1: of the water.
- 33:27Speaker 3: By the way, you get a cruise, you get a cruise.
- 33:31Speaker 1: Correct, you all everyone gets a cruise. You all get cruises.
- 33:37Speaker 1: He had a exciting twenty seven date, Love and Fear
- 33:42Speaker 1: tour after his Vegas residency at the Sphere and decided
- 33:50Speaker 1: to give everyone a cruise. But you know his uh is.
- 33:56Speaker 3: He part owner of that cruise line.
- 33:59Speaker 1: You know he didn't pay for it. You know that
- 34:04Speaker 1: his wife may have she can afford it. She sold
- 34:08Speaker 1: lots of jewelry in her time. Kendrick Scott.
- 34:11Speaker 18: Of course, Oh that's right.
- 34:14Speaker 1: It sold her her business for I don't know, seventy
- 34:18Speaker 1: bazillion dollars, so her, I mean that could afford We.
- 34:24Speaker 18: Went to the same high school No, I didn't go
- 34:29Speaker 18: with her.
- 34:30Speaker 3: We just went to the same high school at one
- 34:32Speaker 3: point a different times.
- 34:33Speaker 18: But she came to the high school. Interesting don't know
- 34:36Speaker 18: her at all, Okay, at all?
- 34:38Speaker 1: Well, you need to call her off because you've got
- 34:40Speaker 1: that you know, you've you've got that connection.
- 34:43Speaker 18: Hey, Kendrew, you don't know me.
- 34:45Speaker 1: You don't know me. But I also we went to
- 34:47Speaker 1: high school she together almost well.
- 34:52Speaker 3: And I also had eight hundred in my graduation class,
- 34:55Speaker 3: so I don't think it was a small class.
- 34:57Speaker 18: Yeah, he claims to have known herd too.
- 34:59Speaker 3: Yeah, anyways, did you know that apparently there are reports
- 35:03Speaker 3: that King Charles died in May.
- 35:05Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I'm not meaning to laugh because King Charles
- 35:12Speaker 1: is dead.
- 35:13Speaker 18: Are UK radios no?
- 35:15Speaker 4: Are you.
- 35:17Speaker 3: A UK radio station that mistakenly aired premature reports like.
- 35:23Speaker 18: King Charles died in May? Wow breach broadcast standards fake.
- 35:28Speaker 3: On May nineteenth, Radio Caroline aired three pre recorded segments
- 35:33Speaker 3: claiming that King Charles died during the Barry Marsh Show.
- 35:39Speaker 3: Wow of Communication said it received two complaints two.
- 35:44Speaker 4: Too.
- 35:45Speaker 1: So I've got more listeners than this radio show does.
- 35:50Speaker 1: I got four more listeners than they do.
- 35:53Speaker 18: We gotta shake it. Up, you know, start reporting.
- 35:56Speaker 3: I'm just kidding, I guess, And apparently in the statement,
- 36:00Speaker 3: the radio station said news media confirmed King Charles died.
- 36:04Speaker 3: The national anthem was then played before the statements was repeated.
- 36:08Speaker 18: There was then about.
- 36:09Speaker 3: A sixteen minutes of silence.
- 36:12Speaker 1: Wow.
- 36:12Speaker 3: According to the moments of silence, regular program resumed after that.
- 36:16Speaker 3: The host apologized to the listeners about the thirty minutes
- 36:19Speaker 3: after the state after the statements aired, confirming King Charles.
- 36:22Speaker 18: Was not dead.
- 36:24Speaker 1: I'm not dead yet played.
- 36:27Speaker 18: We have played an air. Well, now they have to
- 36:29Speaker 18: re record it when it actually does.
- 36:32Speaker 3: Yeah, but I've been informed that we've played an air
- 36:36Speaker 3: and air some information a little earlier. I didn't hear
- 36:39Speaker 3: this myself, but it is incorrect. It is a technical issue, guys,
- 36:45Speaker 3: News and whatever form must be reported with DOE accuracy
- 36:49Speaker 3: and presented with do and partially prompartial reality.
- 36:53Speaker 18: I can't say that word. Yeah, so that was one
- 36:56Speaker 18: of the codes that was wow. In codes, there's two.
- 36:59Speaker 1: I mean, that's a fairly big mistake. We strive every
- 37:07Speaker 1: day to present the truth, but that's a fairly big mistake.
- 37:14Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 37:15Speaker 1: I know that anything similar to that that I said
- 37:21Speaker 1: would produce three times the outrage because according to this story,
- 37:27Speaker 1: there's only two complaints and they're dead.
- 37:39Speaker 18: Sometimes.
- 37:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean we've made mistakes, but not that big
- 37:43Speaker 1: a mistake.
- 37:44Speaker 3: We like to keep people spirital.
- 37:46Speaker 6: Wow.
- 37:49Speaker 1: Apparently Jenna bush Hagar showed up late for work today. No,
- 37:59Speaker 1: it was yesterday. The forty four year old missed her
- 38:03Speaker 1: usual appearance before joining shaneil Jones for that Fourth Hour.
- 38:12Speaker 1: She made it in time to co host the fourth Hour,
- 38:16Speaker 1: explaining her absence, I'm straight off a flight because I
- 38:23Speaker 1: was in Maine with my family and my little nephew
- 38:27Speaker 1: got baptized. Ah, referring to her twin sister Barbara's two
- 38:34Speaker 1: year old son Edward.
- 38:39Speaker 18: I mean he got baptized in the middle of the week.
- 38:42Speaker 1: Yeah, well that's a great question. Usually that happens on
- 38:51Speaker 1: a Sunday, and so she I guess didn't she know
- 38:57Speaker 1: that her flight was coming in at a certain time
- 39:00Speaker 1: on Monday and that she would miss part of the show.
- 39:03Speaker 1: Or it could be this. I'm just saying. She could
- 39:07Speaker 1: have been flying American airlines, I know, and you just
- 39:13Speaker 1: don't know when they're going to show up. Yeah. The
- 39:17Speaker 1: goods fine. The good news is she's fine.
- 39:21Speaker 18: Thank goodness.
- 39:22Speaker 1: The reason I threw that in is because we we
- 39:25Speaker 1: have friends that were out of town and stuck in
- 39:30Speaker 1: Dallas this morning because of American airlines, And I go, well,
- 39:34Speaker 1: what else is new?
- 39:37Speaker 18: I mean, why did you pick that one?
- 39:39Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 39:39Speaker 3: Exactly so well, I bet they won't again in the future.
- 39:45Speaker 3: But Kate Beckinsdale, which we don't I.
- 39:49Speaker 18: Don't know if we ever have talked about.
- 39:50Speaker 1: We don't talk about her a lot, do we.
- 39:54Speaker 3: No, No, But she is opening up about the grief
- 39:57Speaker 3: and health issues she had, or she says, has contributed
- 40:00Speaker 3: to changes in her appearance. After receiving negative comments about
- 40:03Speaker 3: her weight online.
- 40:05Speaker 18: She is a fifty she's fifty three.
- 40:07Speaker 3: Wow, it's great your old actress shared several messages she
- 40:11Speaker 3: received from social media users.
- 40:13Speaker 18: In the past.
- 40:14Speaker 3: Was she in the Titanic and our Instagram stories on Saturday? Okay,
- 40:18Speaker 3: beck and Sale, I think that is her.
- 40:21Speaker 1: Yeah, she was in the Titanic.
- 40:23Speaker 18: Correct that sounds right?
- 40:25Speaker 3: Yeah, I think so, And that also makes sense the
- 40:27Speaker 3: people used to very much critique her while explaining why
- 40:31Speaker 3: she deleted all of her other posts. Loosening up, the
- 40:34Speaker 3: loosening up, the Ozimpic. You were defined, you were divine
- 40:37Speaker 3: and now you look anorexic, said one user. Becontale said
- 40:42Speaker 3: her weight has been affected in part by grief following
- 40:44Speaker 3: the death of her mother, actress Judy Lowe, who died
- 40:47Speaker 3: of cancer in July of twenty twenty five.
- 40:50Speaker 18: Her stepfather, director Roy.
- 40:53Speaker 3: Batters Way batters Fee, I don't know, sorry, he died
- 40:57Speaker 3: in January twenty twenty four. You take a break from
- 41:00Speaker 3: Instagram for several months following the death of your mother
- 41:02Speaker 3: to lead all of your posts and explain it some
- 41:04Speaker 3: considerable detail about what you may have that you may
- 41:08Speaker 3: have lost weight, including the fact that weight loss is
- 41:11Speaker 3: one of the very first physical signs of.
- 41:15Speaker 18: So bement.
- 41:16Speaker 1: So lose weight, I guess. And some people gain weight
- 41:21Speaker 1: right during stress.
- 41:23Speaker 3: When they are going through stress.
- 41:25Speaker 1: Yeah, guys, Yeah.
- 41:27Speaker 18: Here's a good thing.
- 41:28Speaker 3: You don't always need to comment on things.
- 41:30Speaker 18: I just to watch us comment.
- 41:32Speaker 1: Special last night on the Carpenters. You know, Karen Carpenter
- 41:38Speaker 1: had anorexia nervosa before anyone knew what that was. Basically,
- 41:44Speaker 1: you know, this was nineteen eighty two. It's a horrible story.
- 41:51Speaker 1: You know, you could just see her, you know, year
- 41:53Speaker 1: to year, fading away. She was she was thirty two
- 41:57Speaker 1: years old. Thirty two and it's serious. Oh yeah, I
- 42:02Speaker 1: mean it's and people know a lot more about it now,
- 42:05Speaker 1: but back then, uh, you know, our brother just said, hey,
- 42:09Speaker 1: we knew something was wrong, but we didn't have a
- 42:12Speaker 1: name for it, right. Yeah. And and apparently she went
- 42:17Speaker 1: to try to get treatment for a couple of months
- 42:21Speaker 1: during this, came back from treatment and said, hey, I'm cured,
- 42:27Speaker 1: and Richard says, well, you're not cured. And she died
- 42:30Speaker 1: like a week later. You know, it was great.
- 42:33Speaker 3: Really, that's what it really messes up.
- 42:36Speaker 1: Well, you shut Yeah, it shuts down everything.
- 42:39Speaker 18: Yeah, everything shuts down. Yeah.
- 42:41Speaker 3: And even if you start to get better, it's very
- 42:43Speaker 3: it's a very.
- 42:44Speaker 4: She never did.
- 42:45Speaker 1: Unfortunately, it's a horrible story, it really is. Okay, speaking
- 42:51Speaker 1: of health issues, ZZ Top drummer Frank Beard is off
- 42:57Speaker 1: the tour. His health issues attributed to the band canceling
- 43:02Speaker 1: it's opening day at the Hollywood Bowl last week. The
- 43:06Speaker 1: Rolling Stone confirmed that the seventy seven year old Beard
- 43:11Speaker 1: would not continue on tour. They will have another one
- 43:16Speaker 1: fill in for the band. Billy Gibbons is still you know,
- 43:19Speaker 1: one of the originals. Obviously, let's see Dusty Hill, of course,
- 43:28Speaker 1: passed away a couple of three years ago. Maybe it's
- 43:31Speaker 1: been longer. Gibbons attributed the concert cancellation to quote insurmountable obstacles.
- 43:42Speaker 1: Beard is the second longest serving band member behind Gibbons.
- 43:47Speaker 1: Dusty Hill died in twenty twenty one, so it's been
- 43:49Speaker 1: five years. He had stepped away previously because of health issues,
- 43:56Speaker 1: so that doesn't really sound like he's coming back to
- 44:00Speaker 1: the band. Frankly, we'll see. Okay, your turn.
- 44:09Speaker 4: My turn, yeah, me, little me?
- 44:13Speaker 18: Oh, hold on, just messed up?
- 44:17Speaker 1: Sorry, Oh no.
- 44:18Speaker 18: Okay, I'm good, Okay, good, okay.
- 44:21Speaker 3: Dimmi Levado hit the premiere of Disney's Camp Rock three
- 44:25Speaker 3: with the Jonas Brothers and post for photos with her
- 44:28Speaker 3: ex Joe Jonas.
- 44:29Speaker 18: So if you didn't know this, Chip.
- 44:30Speaker 1: I did not camp Rog.
- 44:33Speaker 18: Camp Rog was popular. I think when I was in
- 44:36Speaker 18: high school.
- 44:37Speaker 3: Okay, be wrong, I know I had graduated.
- 44:39Speaker 18: Maybe I was in an early college two.
- 44:40Speaker 1: Thousand and eight, two thousand and eight, seventeen years graduating school.
- 44:47Speaker 3: Okay, Oh, didn't have to do that to me. But anyway, please, apparently,
- 44:54Speaker 3: as many of you know, Demmy isn't as I didn't
- 44:56Speaker 3: know this, but now we do know, isn't. She's an
- 44:59Speaker 3: executive producer of the film and has a cameo, so
- 45:02Speaker 3: she was one.
- 45:03Speaker 18: Of the lead actresses.
- 45:04Speaker 3: As the Jonas brothers the trio, Nick, Joe and Kevin
- 45:08Speaker 3: are not so surprisingly musicians in a popular.
- 45:11Speaker 18: Band called Connect three.
- 45:14Speaker 3: The Camp Rock franchise kicked off, as you said, twenty
- 45:17Speaker 3: two thousand and.
- 45:17Speaker 18: Eight, and now it's in the third installment.
- 45:19Speaker 3: The plots of Camp Rock three centers around Connect three
- 45:22Speaker 3: losing their opening act during their big reunion tour the
- 45:26Speaker 3: impact it has.
- 45:27Speaker 18: On the back.
- 45:28Speaker 1: I'm going to be sure and go and run to
- 45:30Speaker 1: see that movie and then I'll I'll tell you all
- 45:34Speaker 1: about it.
- 45:35Speaker 18: How about that sounds riveting? Not Connect three.
- 45:38Speaker 1: There's actually two movies out I want to see that
- 45:41Speaker 1: I haven't seen yet. One of them is The Odyssey,
- 45:46Speaker 1: you know, the huge Christopher Nolan film. It's got really
- 45:51Speaker 1: good reviews, people seem to like it, and I actually
- 45:55Speaker 1: want to go see the new Spider Man movie, which
- 45:57Speaker 1: has got really good reviews, and I haven't seen a
- 46:00Speaker 1: Spider Man movie since I think the original quite frankly, okay,
- 46:06Speaker 1: but the Odyssey is definitely on my list, So well,
- 46:09Speaker 1: i'll try to do that and give you a good
- 46:14Speaker 1: or a review. I don't know if we'd be good
- 46:16Speaker 1: or not, but i'll give you a review if I
- 46:19Speaker 1: make it. Just okay, this is really wild. A man
- 46:24Speaker 1: named Stephen Biebelhausen ran a mile in just over four
- 46:31Speaker 1: hours and seventeen minutes. Now, that's pretty good. I mean,
- 46:34Speaker 1: that's really good, right, running a mile and four hours
- 46:37Speaker 1: at seventeen minutes, I mean, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, four
- 46:43Speaker 1: minutes at seventeen seconds, I'm thinking, I'm thinking, I'm going, Wow,
- 46:49Speaker 1: that's a long mile. He ran a mile in in
- 46:54Speaker 1: four minutes, very baby, Well, okay, funny you should bring
- 46:58Speaker 1: this up. So I took it four minutes and seventeen seconds.
- 47:02Speaker 1: That's really good, right, Anything for four minutes is incredible.
- 47:08Speaker 1: The world record was just broken like two weeks ago. Okay, anyway,
- 47:14Speaker 1: that's that's impressive. But he was toting his daughter in
- 47:19Speaker 1: a stroller, breaking the Guinness World Record for fastest mile
- 47:28Speaker 1: run with a stroller. I mean, I like that.
- 47:34Speaker 18: That's a record somewhere.
- 47:37Speaker 1: That this happened in Cleveland. Literally, I mean, he's really yeah, exactly.
- 47:44Speaker 18: That having the time of their life.
- 47:45Speaker 1: Oh my gosh. I mean they are rolling. Can you
- 47:49Speaker 1: imagine it's like, here we go, that's this aweso. And
- 47:57Speaker 1: let me see if it's if it says it's a
- 48:00Speaker 1: son or a daughter over the we kid his daughter. Okay,
- 48:04Speaker 1: so it doesn't say whether she slept through the whole
- 48:08Speaker 1: thing or not. But I'm telling you, four seventeen while
- 48:12Speaker 1: toning the stroller, either that or she's.
- 48:15Speaker 3: Like, Man, I really hope my dad doesn't expect this
- 48:18Speaker 3: kind of energy out of me when I get older.
- 48:20Speaker 10: I believe that.
- 48:21Speaker 1: I believe that I could run a ten to twelve
- 48:23Speaker 1: minute mile.
- 48:25Speaker 3: Imagine marrying into that family. I bet they do, but
- 48:29Speaker 3: they do half mirrors.
- 48:30Speaker 1: A lot's going to be expected of this little girl.
- 48:33Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. When she's able to run,
- 48:36Speaker 1: it's like, look.
- 48:37Speaker 18: For a runner.
- 48:38Speaker 1: I know I can't do it anymore. What do you
- 48:41Speaker 1: mean you can't do it anymore? I carried you a mile,
- 48:44Speaker 1: you know that kind of stuff.
- 48:46Speaker 18: I broke a record with you.
- 48:47Speaker 1: I broke a record. Hey uh. Oprah made a rare
- 48:53Speaker 1: public appearance with Steedman this week. It is the fortieth
- 49:02Speaker 1: anniversary of her talk show and event in Chicago over
- 49:09Speaker 1: the weekend, The seventy two year old Opah Parts of
- 49:14Speaker 1: Her were joined by the seventy five year old Steedman
- 49:20Speaker 1: as she celebrated at Chef Art Smith's restaurant reunion, with
- 49:25Speaker 1: the couple posing for photos shared by their TV producer
- 49:35Speaker 1: tagged fifteen year reunion for the Oprah Winfrey Show The
- 49:38Speaker 1: Best Segment. One surprise guest showed up. Graham, who works
- 49:46Speaker 1: as CEO of his own management and marketing firm, looked
- 49:50Speaker 1: dapper in a black suit with white shirt. Opah donned
- 49:55Speaker 1: a matching cream pinstripe blazer and pants. So what's the
- 50:01Speaker 1: last when's the last time we heard from Stedman? I
- 50:05Speaker 1: think she keeps him locked up in the basement. Quite frankly,
- 50:09Speaker 1: that's probably. That's just what I think. Let's do some birthdays,
- 50:14Speaker 1: shall we.
- 50:16Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 50:18Speaker 1: Sunday Sunday Birthday, David Steinberg turned eighty four. Oh the
- 50:23Speaker 1: great Sam Elliott. He's on Landman now and he is
- 50:30Speaker 1: just He's fantastic in everything he does. He turned eighty
- 50:35Speaker 1: two years young on Sunday. Melanie Griffith Parts of Her
- 50:40Speaker 1: turned sixty nine on Sunday. Barbara Mason turned seventy nine
- 50:46Speaker 1: on Sunday. Holdah, how old do you think? Hoda is?
- 50:52Speaker 4: Very?
- 50:53Speaker 1: Very few? Parts of Hodah sixty two on Sunday. Let's
- 51:01Speaker 1: see if there's anybody else I need to mention from Sunday. No,
- 51:06Speaker 1: that's probably not. Oh Anna Kendrick. I like her, like you.
- 51:11Speaker 18: Sure she's mean in real life? Oh?
- 51:13Speaker 1: I hate that. That's so unusual for an actor or actress.
- 51:17Speaker 1: She turned forty one Sunday. Oh, yesterday this guy speaking
- 51:23Speaker 1: of strange. Ian Anderson, the frontman for Jethro Tull, plays
- 51:28Speaker 1: the electric flute, dances around in a cape coat. Seventy
- 51:33Speaker 1: nine yesterday. Rosanna Arquette turned sixty seven yesterday. Antonio Benderis
- 51:42Speaker 1: turned sixty six yesterday. Parts of it. He's had good work. Oh,

- 52:03Speaker 1: got anybody else. Uh No, it's enough, all right. Let's
- 52:09Speaker 1: look at today, shall we. Jim Cale and the guests,

- 53:00Speaker 18: Well? You could you could compliment her if you wanted to.
- 53:03Speaker 18: I don't know what you were about to say.

- 53:08Speaker 1: Really, I don't know I have a twin. He doesn't.
- 53:12Speaker 1: They're just brothers, right.
- 53:13Speaker 4: Not twins.
- 53:14Speaker 18: He has a brother?
- 53:15Speaker 4: Yeah, Liam.
- 53:16Speaker 18: He was married to Miley.
- 53:17Speaker 3: Cyrus a while ago.
- 53:18Speaker 1: Oh okay, okay, of course. Uh, I'm glad you filled
- 53:22Speaker 1: me in on that because I don't know that.
- 53:25Speaker 18: Now you can sleep. Oh you're welcome.
- 53:28Speaker 1: Jay Bug is forty one today.
- 53:31Speaker 4: Do you know that.
