- 1:00Speaker 4: Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop. Well, we, as always,
- 1:04Speaker 4: have a jam-packed show. The way the show is gonna
- 1:08Speaker 4: go is I'm gonna give you a quick update on
- 1:10Speaker 4: a couple of things. And then I did a ton
- 1:14Speaker 4: of hot topics that are funny and interesting that involve
- 1:18Speaker 4: celebrities and moms and so much juicy stuff, including Oprah.
- 1:22Speaker 4: And then I did a great interview with Up and Adam.
- 1:26Speaker 4: Adam is a great YouTuber. He's been on my show.
- 1:30Speaker 4: But he's also the star of the very much talked
- 1:33Speaker 4: about HBO Max documentary about Mary Cosby, star of Real
- 1:37Speaker 4: Housewives of Salt Lake City and her alleged cult slash
- 1:41Speaker 4: church and how he got involved and how they chose
- 1:44Speaker 4: him and all the knowledge he has. And we get
- 1:46Speaker 4: into a lot about Real Housewives of Salt Lake City
- 1:49Speaker 4: in general in that conversation. So that is all on
- 1:53Speaker 4: today's episode. First, I just want to give you a
- 1:56Speaker 4: quick update on the Rob Reiner case. His son, Nick Reiner,
- 2:02Speaker 4: did appear in court today. He is no longer on
- 2:05Speaker 4: suicide watch. However, Alan Jackson, the famed defense attorney, former L.A.
- 2:10Speaker 4: prosecutor turned defense attorney for Karen Reed, who had taken
- 2:14Speaker 4: over the case the minute they heard, he has stepped
- 2:16Speaker 4: down from the case. He is now going to be
- 2:19Speaker 4: with the public defender, Kimberly Green, who has 19 years experience.
- 2:25Speaker 4: And Alan said, we are committed to doing whatever we can.
- 2:28Speaker 2: We believe.
- 2:31Speaker 4: That he is innocent of murder based on his circumstances,
- 2:36Speaker 4: but we are no longer part of the case. So
- 2:40Speaker 4: that can be whatever. People close to his brother and
- 2:45Speaker 4: sister say that they are not making any comment. Some
- 2:50Speaker 4: would speculate that they don't want to pay for a
- 2:52Speaker 4: private attorney. And they just want the courts, they don't
- 2:55Speaker 4: want to push something in any other way and just
- 2:58Speaker 4: want it to go with the public defenders. But that's
- 3:02Speaker 4: where we're at, and he did appear in court. So
- 3:05Speaker 4: do you want to give a little update on that?
- 3:07Speaker 4: Also on Tuesday's show, I misspoke. It's something I sometimes
- 3:11Speaker 4: do when I'm rambling off a lot of hot topics.
- 3:13Speaker 4: And in talking about a lawsuit in which a second
- 3:17Speaker 4: man has filed a lawsuit against the writer, director, and
- 3:22Speaker 4: actor Tyler Perry, I misspoke and said Tyler Henry. Tyler
- 3:26Speaker 4: Henry is a psychic medium and he has nothing to
- 3:28Speaker 4: do with any kinds of lawsuits at all. So I
- 3:32Speaker 4: just wanted to apologize for that. And I made that
- 3:36Speaker 4: flip of the words, whatever, made a mistake. And I'm
- 3:40Speaker 4: sorry for that.
- 3:41Speaker 2: And that's it.
- 3:43Speaker 4: So now let's get into some more hot topics here
- 3:45Speaker 4: on Juicy Scoop. And then after that, we'll have Adam.
- 3:49Speaker 4: Rachel Zoe of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills recently admitted
- 3:53Speaker 4: one reason she left styling was because she was betrayed
- 3:55Speaker 4: by assistants. I found this to be really interesting. We
- 3:58Speaker 4: know that Brad Gorgetzky was her very famous assistant on
- 4:03Speaker 4: the Rachel Zoe project, if you watched it back then.
- 4:06Speaker 4: And when I interviewed her, that's always like, don't ask
- 4:10Speaker 4: me about Brad. We never talked about Brad. She's never
- 4:13Speaker 4: said his name again. She just says, we just have
- 4:15Speaker 4: never talked. It's really interesting because I wonder if they've
- 4:19Speaker 4: ever run into each other, been at the same party.
- 4:21Speaker 4: They must have, but maybe it really hasn't happened that often.
- 4:24Speaker 4: I recently saw a video about where someone says, do
- 4:28Speaker 4: you ever notice when someone is out of your life
- 4:31Speaker 4: and they really are meant to be out of your life,
- 4:34Speaker 4: you actually don't run into them? And you're like, that's crazy.
- 4:36Speaker 4: How has it been that we live in the same neighborhood?
- 4:39Speaker 4: And when we were friends, I used to run into
- 4:41Speaker 4: you at coffee and da, da, da. And now I
- 4:43Speaker 4: like haven't run into that person in five years.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Kind of.
- 4:46Speaker 4: Kind of an interesting like how the universe works matrix
- 4:50Speaker 4: kind of a thing. But that is why she got
- 4:54Speaker 4: out of it. I also think she built so many brands.
- 4:57Speaker 4: She didn't need to be flying around catering to dressing
- 4:59Speaker 4: stars when she herself became a star. And I personally
- 5:02Speaker 4: think if my stylist became a big star on television
- 5:07Speaker 4: and had their own TV show and they were their
- 5:09Speaker 4: own famous person, Would I want that person styling me?
- 5:14Speaker 4: Because I kind of want to be more of a priority.
- 5:17Speaker 4: And if they're coming with, you know, multiple cameras and stuff.
- 5:20Speaker 4: So I kind of think, I wonder if that's really
- 5:23Speaker 4: the truth or it all sort of worked out where
- 5:25Speaker 4: it's like, I feel betrayed by assistants, but also I
- 5:28Speaker 4: don't need to style people anymore because I'm my own star,
- 5:32Speaker 4: which is true. Speaking of real housewives at Beverly Hills,
- 5:36Speaker 4: former housewife, Denise Richards, her horrific husband, divorcee, hopefully divorced
- 5:43Speaker 4: husband to be. They finally got him out of the
- 5:48Speaker 4: house that I don't know if they were renting or what,
- 5:50Speaker 4: but it was like under her name. He and his
- 5:53Speaker 4: brother and his mother and his father, and they, they benefited.
- 5:57Speaker 4: And now His mother has started a GoFundMe.
- 6:02Speaker 2: This is real.
- 6:03Speaker 4: Please help my son Aaron, a grandmother's cry for justice.
- 6:07Speaker 4: So he and his family are asking for public help
- 6:10Speaker 4: after being evicted from the Los Angeles mansions he once
- 6:13Speaker 4: shared with Denise, following a court ruling in favor of
- 6:16Speaker 4: the landlord. So somebody else owned the house, finally got
- 6:19Speaker 4: him out. Aaron's mother, Patricia, has launched a GoFundMe. So
- 6:23Speaker 4: I guess because she's a grandmother, she's like, I'm a
- 6:25Speaker 4: grandmother and my son has no place to live. So
- 6:28Speaker 4: she's asking for a hundred grand. And as of a
- 6:31Speaker 4: little while ago, I think, no, they're asking for 110,
- 6:34Speaker 4: kind of a weird number. And from a few days ago,
- 6:38Speaker 4: they were at like 1300. People are giving, people are giving. Also,
- 6:43Speaker 4: Mickey Rourke is asking for $ 100, 000. He too was renting
- 6:48Speaker 4: a home and he's being evicted. Mickey Rourke, to remind you,
- 6:51Speaker 4: was a really big actor in the 80s and 90s
- 6:54Speaker 4: and kind of not really the 2000s, but definitely 80s
- 6:57Speaker 4: and 90s. And then, you know, he got some weird
- 7:01Speaker 4: plastic surgery and he always looked like he had like
- 7:03Speaker 4: a mask on his face. But at one time he
- 7:05Speaker 4: was a really good actor and the And he didn't
- 7:09Speaker 4: manage his money right. And he doesn't even own a
- 7:11Speaker 4: home he's renting. And he is back, his rose like $ 54, 000
- 7:18Speaker 4: in rent.
- 7:19Speaker 2: So he had a friend put out a GoFundMe.
- 7:22Speaker 4: And I think they've raised 24,000 of the 100 that
- 7:25Speaker 4: they're asking so that he can pay his rent and
- 7:27Speaker 4: stay there for a while. I think someone would might say,
- 7:30Speaker 4: why don't you pay the back rent? But why don't
- 7:32Speaker 4: we look for a smaller place for you? Like if
- 7:36Speaker 4: we're going to be paying for these Actors, now we're
- 7:39Speaker 4: supposed to be feeling sorry for big Hollywood actors that
- 7:42Speaker 4: didn't manage their money right. I know we've talked about
- 7:48Speaker 4: people that are obsessed with these real life baby dolls.
- 7:52Speaker 4: And it is a whole thing on the internet where
- 7:57Speaker 4: they do these videos just like a real mom would do.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Day in the life of a mother with five kids.
- 8:02Speaker 4: And I don't I don't even know how these people
- 8:04Speaker 4: film these videos because it's like a lot of ASMR,
- 8:08Speaker 4: like the sound of like opening up their bottles and
- 8:11Speaker 4: then shutting a drawer and then packing their lunch and
- 8:13Speaker 4: zipping up their backpack and then snapping them into the
- 8:17Speaker 4: car seat. And then like, you know, sometimes it's really,
- 8:20Speaker 4: really wealthy women that's like waking up, brushing my teeth.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Hi, honey. They wake up each kid.
- 8:25Speaker 4: And like, you're just wondering, like, did they invite someone
- 8:28Speaker 4: to come over? Did they really put the camera like
- 8:30Speaker 4: on all the tripods where they like, just are like
- 8:32Speaker 4: opening up the covers, making up the bed, clapping, putting
- 8:36Speaker 4: a pillow sheet on. It's so weird, but it, you
- 8:40Speaker 4: end up watching it. So there is a woman on there.
- 8:43Speaker 2: Um, and she.
- 8:48Speaker 4: Is making a lot of money on these videos. And
- 8:50Speaker 4: she has multiple doll children and babies.
- 8:54Speaker 2: And I.
- 8:57Speaker 4: Think that she is just one of those people that like,
- 8:59Speaker 4: I don't know, the last five years was laying in
- 9:01Speaker 4: her bed as a single woman and a woman who
- 9:05Speaker 4: didn't have children watching these other women show their life
- 9:09Speaker 4: of being a busy mom in the morning.
- 9:11Speaker 2: And she's like, I want that. I want to know
- 9:12Speaker 2: what that feels like.
- 9:14Speaker 4: So she has all these little life, they look very real,
- 9:18Speaker 4: expensive dolls.
- 9:20Speaker 2: And then she makes these videos.
- 9:24Speaker 4: And she kind of does like what I used to
- 9:25Speaker 4: do with the Barbies where I'd like shake their heads
- 9:27Speaker 4: and like use their different voices. So she has voices
- 9:30Speaker 4: for some of the kids because some of the kids
- 9:31Speaker 4: have to go to school. Some of the kids have lunches.
- 9:35Speaker 4: They have allergies that they have school projects do.
- 9:41Speaker 2: But she also has a newborn. She has a toddler.
- 9:46Speaker 2: And she's got like a dorky mom voice like, hey, pumpkin. Hey, sleepyhead,
- 9:51Speaker 2: I've got your brother here. I'm gonna wake you up.
- 9:55Speaker 2: And then she wakes them up. Anyway.
- 9:59Speaker 4: I think it's like harmless and she's making money off
- 10:04Speaker 4: of these videos and she can play being a mom
- 10:09Speaker 4: she's not hurting anyone I think people are like why
- 10:11Speaker 4: not adopt a kid and I'm like I feel like
- 10:13Speaker 4: I think it's good she's not adopting a kid actually
- 10:15Speaker 4: she just wants to pretend that she's a busy mom
- 10:19Speaker 4: she just wanted to see that. And I also think
- 10:23Speaker 4: there was a movie years ago, like 20 years ago
- 10:26Speaker 4: called AI about a couple that it's in the future,
- 10:30Speaker 4: which is now today. And they have an AI son
- 10:35Speaker 4: who's just like perpetually like seven years old. And I
- 10:38Speaker 4: can't really remember what the story, where the movie went,
- 10:41Speaker 4: but I'm sure like the kid.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Tried to kill him or something.
- 10:43Speaker 4: But I do think like the future will be just
- 10:48Speaker 4: like you can get it. You know, you can get
- 10:50Speaker 4: AI dogs and puppies that look and act like a
- 10:53Speaker 4: real dog. I think people will be doing that with
- 10:57Speaker 4: children that they can actually talk to and everything. And
- 11:00Speaker 4: they just stay like that age and they can just
- 11:03Speaker 4: act like, I am a busy working mom. I have to,
- 11:07Speaker 4: but then they don't really have to worry about them
- 11:09Speaker 4: like needing a heart transplant or being sick or failing
- 11:13Speaker 4: out of school. but they can cosplay being a mom.
- 11:17Speaker 2: It's bizarre. Welcome to 2026.
- 11:19Speaker 4: Sprinkles Cupcakes came out in 2005 and they've shut down
- 11:25Speaker 4: every store. And this is kind of really interesting because
- 11:28Speaker 4: it was a young woman who really built this exciting
- 11:34Speaker 4: cupcake business from scratch, no pun intended. And then it was,
- 11:40Speaker 4: I believe, I don't know if it was franchised or
- 11:41Speaker 4: she owned them, but she did sell the company to
- 11:43Speaker 4: private equity. And there's a lot of controversy of when
- 11:48Speaker 4: a private equity buys a business that people say it's
- 11:51Speaker 4: not as good, the quality is not as good, it's not,
- 11:53Speaker 4: it changes. But then also they can also just get
- 11:57Speaker 4: rid of the whole thing for whatever reason where if
- 12:00Speaker 4: they feel like it doesn't make sense. So- the owner said,
- 12:04Speaker 4: I'm sorry, like the cupcakes are done. And, you know,
- 12:07Speaker 4: people weren't given proper notice if they worked at these stores.
- 12:11Speaker 2: So they're angry.
- 12:12Speaker 4: But I mean, if she got whatever billions and billions
- 12:15Speaker 4: of dollars from this company and then the company closes,
- 12:19Speaker 4: even though she was the face of it, I don't know.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Can you really blame her?
- 12:24Speaker 4: Um, it's interesting because these cupcakes were like, I guess
- 12:29Speaker 4: they were pretty moist, but, um, Super fattening, tons of sugar,
- 12:33Speaker 4: just like the crumbles, which I think is also going away.
- 12:36Speaker 4: And just like anything, I think people realize, just like
- 12:39Speaker 4: Jamba Juice, when people are like, everyone would get Jamba
- 12:42Speaker 4: Juices thinking they were so healthy. And then they're like, actually,
- 12:44Speaker 4: they have a ton of calories in it. Even Jamba
- 12:46Speaker 4: Juices moved to having pressed juices and trying to make
- 12:49Speaker 4: it healthier. We know how much sugar is in this.
- 12:52Speaker 4: I remember we used to break them off and then
- 12:54Speaker 4: make a sandwich out of it because the frosting was
- 12:56Speaker 4: just so heavy. And you could get it out of
- 12:58Speaker 4: a vending machine. And then other like bakery stuff opened
- 13:03Speaker 4: that were like kitschy.
- 13:04Speaker 2: And I was always like, God, like who is eating these?
- 13:07Speaker 2: Because how can you like stay skinny?
- 13:09Speaker 4: So anyway, Sprinkles ran so that, Sprinkles walked so that
- 13:15Speaker 4: Ozumpic could run. Because now they're like this heavy sugar,
- 13:21Speaker 4: these super sugary treats.
- 13:23Speaker 2: Are gone. It's about ozempic. It's about, you know, getting
- 13:27Speaker 2: healthy and thin.
- 13:28Speaker 4: And when you do eat, you want it to be
- 13:31Speaker 4: like high protein food and not like the sugary shit.
- 13:35Speaker 4: I also saw a whole thing of each generation and
- 13:38Speaker 4: how much alcohol they buy. And it's like, Boomers, then
- 13:42Speaker 4: higher up is Gen X. Right above Gen X is
- 13:46Speaker 4: millennials by, you know, the most amount of alcohol per generation.
- 13:49Speaker 2: Like billions and billions. And then Gen Z is like
- 13:52Speaker 2: way down here.
- 13:53Speaker 4: We've talked about how the nightlife, they don't go to
- 13:55Speaker 4: the nightlife or anything because they don't know how to
- 13:57Speaker 4: go and dance and look at their phone at the
- 14:00Speaker 4: same time. So like they don't really drink, which is
- 14:04Speaker 4: not a bad thing, okay?
- 14:06Speaker 2: But for the industry, it's weird.
- 14:08Speaker 4: And I also wonder like, you know, with everyone is
- 14:11Speaker 4: splitting food and everything because they don't eat as much,
- 14:14Speaker 4: like what happens to the big portions that were so
- 14:17Speaker 4: popular like years ago with Cheesecake Factory are now portions
- 14:22Speaker 4: getting it back to like a normal size, but they're
- 14:24Speaker 4: going to keep the price because they've got to make
- 14:25Speaker 4: their profits somehow. I've noticed that when I've gone to
- 14:28Speaker 4: like a chichi bar, what has happened to the glassware?
- 14:32Speaker 4: Are you kidding me? I don't even want to bother
- 14:35Speaker 4: drinking anymore. I'll say, oh, I'll have a Cosmo, like
- 14:38Speaker 4: a little martini. Literally, the martini glass is this big.
- 14:41Speaker 4: It is this big. It looks like a doll's cup.
- 14:44Speaker 4: It looks like one of those fake baby dolls is
- 14:46Speaker 4: drinking a martini. It is literally three sips, and they
- 14:50Speaker 4: shake it up, and they make it taste good, but
- 14:53Speaker 4: it's like $ 27, and you're like, what's the point? I'm
- 14:58Speaker 4: going to have to spend $ 200 to get a buzz.
- 15:00Speaker 2: Is it even worth it? Maybe it's not. You're like,
- 15:03Speaker 2: you know what? Just give me some sparkling water and
- 15:05Speaker 2: a lime. Fuck it.
- 15:07Speaker 4: Anyway, so there you go for that. You guys, one
- 15:10Speaker 4: of our dreams have come true. You know there's going
- 15:12Speaker 4: to be several. And by dreams and several, I mean
- 15:15Speaker 4: the Karen Reid Lifetime movie is coming.
- 15:19Speaker 2: It is here.
- 15:20Speaker 4: It's called Accused, the Karen Reid story. It's Saturday, January 10th,
- 15:26Speaker 4: you guys. This is appointment television for Juicy Scoopers. And
- 15:30Speaker 4: we need to watch it. And it was none of
- 15:34Speaker 4: the actresses that I had predicted because I don't recognize her.
- 15:39Speaker 2: But she.
- 15:40Speaker 4: Has kind of the hooded eyes, which I think is
- 15:43Speaker 4: very attractive. A lot of people get those hooded eyes
- 15:45Speaker 4: taken care of, like Mandy Moore. And then people are like,
- 15:49Speaker 4: who invaded Mandy Moore?
- 15:50Speaker 2: Who is this woman? She looks older.
- 15:52Speaker 4: She looks different. But it's a very distinct, like, sexy eye.
- 15:56Speaker 4: Renee Zellweger did it, too, and she looked totally different.
- 15:59Speaker 4: You should not do that operation on your face unless
- 16:03Speaker 4: you never really had them before and now you're much older. Otherwise,
- 16:06Speaker 4: if you do it too young, it just changes your look.
- 16:09Speaker 4: And like, it's a sexy look. It's a sexy look. Anyway,
- 16:12Speaker 4: so I'm excited to see the movie just because we've
- 16:15Speaker 4: covered it so much. I know that there's several other
- 16:19Speaker 4: movies in the works, which always happens. And they all
- 16:22Speaker 4: come out at the same time. Like I said, there
- 16:24Speaker 4: were three movies that did the Long Island Lolita at
- 16:27Speaker 4: the same time when we did Made for TV movies.
- 16:29Speaker 4: So this, they ran, they got this done first. And
- 16:32Speaker 4: then I'm sure there's going to be like... you know,
- 16:35Speaker 4: a higher end, like Netflix limited series is probably coming out.
- 16:40Speaker 4: That's what I'm assuming is the one that will be
- 16:42Speaker 4: like a bigger, bigger stars and stuff. I think, I
- 16:45Speaker 4: think we already know that someone else is doing her
- 16:48Speaker 4: and I can't think of her name.
- 16:50Speaker 2: And you're screaming in your.
- 16:52Speaker 4: Car saying, Heather, it's so-and-so. Anyway, this is January 10th
- 16:57Speaker 4: and I will be watching it. I have talked about
- 17:00Speaker 4: how there are a lot of fake Bravo-type accounts that
- 17:07Speaker 4: have come in my feed, and sometimes I've made the
- 17:09Speaker 4: mistake of following them. And they are full-blown fake stories.
- 17:14Speaker 4: I mean, beyond fake stories. And Brianna, Vicki Gunvalson's daughter,
- 17:20Speaker 4: you'll remember her from Real Housewives of the Sea. She
- 17:22Speaker 4: was the level-headed nurse. She married her Marine husband. They
- 17:28Speaker 4: left the state and moved away, and I'm not put
- 17:30Speaker 4: on TV since he had told another housewife's older mother
- 17:35Speaker 4: to get her feet off the couch or the coffee table.
- 17:38Speaker 4: And it was a very disturbing scene. And he was like,
- 17:41Speaker 4: this is my couch. And everyone was like, what?
- 17:44Speaker 2: Anyway, they went away.
- 17:45Speaker 4: They have four kids. They got all healthy. And people
- 17:49Speaker 4: really like following them. And they're still together and whatever.
- 17:53Speaker 4: An article came out that said that he was arrested
- 17:57Speaker 4: for domestic violence.
- 17:58Speaker 2: It is all completely not true.
- 18:01Speaker 4: And Brianna had to go on her Instagram to show
- 18:06Speaker 4: that this photo of him, that they took him and
- 18:10Speaker 4: they photoshopped his head on someone in an orange jumpsuit that,
- 18:16Speaker 4: and she zoomed in and said, like he, this person
- 18:19Speaker 4: that they put his face on has a little small
- 18:22Speaker 4: earring and like, She jokingly said, you know, like you
- 18:25Speaker 4: would say a lot of things about us and our
- 18:27Speaker 4: marriage and our couple, whatever, but my husband doesn't have
- 18:29Speaker 4: a tiny little hoop earring and never would. So it
- 18:32Speaker 4: was kind of funny, but I don't like it when
- 18:35Speaker 4: people say, oh, you know, this person got fired or
- 18:37Speaker 4: that housewives. I'm like, where did you see that? I saw,
- 18:40Speaker 4: I saw an article. I saw a news article about it.
- 18:43Speaker 2: It's not true.
- 18:44Speaker 4: They can just write whatever they want. It's just like
- 18:47Speaker 4: an Instagram account that makes it look like it's a
- 18:49Speaker 4: news article. And I do really feel badly about, that
- 18:53Speaker 4: they had to, that she had to deal with this,
- 18:55Speaker 4: where she was like getting texts from friends, like, I'm
- 18:57Speaker 4: so sorry.
- 18:58Speaker 2: Are you okay? And it all isn't true.
- 19:02Speaker 4: And so a lot, and I've made the mistake of
- 19:05Speaker 4: where I've, you know, I get so much information sent
- 19:08Speaker 4: to me and I do these shows and it's just
- 19:10Speaker 4: pop culture and whatever.
- 19:11Speaker 2: And I've made the mistake.
- 19:12Speaker 4: Where it's like literally an Onion article, which is one thing,
- 19:15Speaker 4: which is kind of funny, but I now have to
- 19:18Speaker 4: be like, now wait a minute. Like, you know, and
- 19:20Speaker 4: I don't like to repost those things in my groups
- 19:22Speaker 4: or anything until I've researched it because there are these fake,
- 19:26Speaker 4: like Housewife Bravo type of accounts that look like they're legit.
- 19:32Speaker 2: Anyway, that story is not true. And I thought that
- 19:35Speaker 2: was interesting. J-Lo has her residency.
- 19:38Speaker 4: She did a New Year's Eve show in Las Vegas
- 19:41Speaker 4: and Perez Hilton went to go see it.
- 19:44Speaker 2: And he said, it's fabulous. And he thought it was
- 19:46Speaker 2: a great show.
- 19:47Speaker 4: And of course, just like when Adele was doing her residency,
- 19:51Speaker 4: you see so much video of it, Madonna, Taylor, that
- 19:54Speaker 4: I'm like, gosh, I wish they would like honestly take,
- 19:58Speaker 4: I mean. I know Dave Chappelle does this and I
- 20:00Speaker 4: know Stan oftentimes want the phones to be taken away,
- 20:04Speaker 4: but it's too bad that they can't insist that these
- 20:06Speaker 4: phones be taken away. Maybe they think it helps sell tickets,
- 20:09Speaker 4: but I feel like I want it to be like
- 20:12Speaker 4: a surprise.
- 20:13Speaker 2: And so she looks great.
- 20:16Speaker 4: And this one video that someone filmed went viral about
- 20:21Speaker 4: her saying, I've been singing this song since I was
- 20:24Speaker 4: a little girl. I've been singing it since I was,
- 20:26Speaker 4: it was, Then I sang it again in 1999. And,
- 20:29Speaker 4: you know, and she talks about how looking for love.
- 20:32Speaker 4: And then she even said, Oh my God, this is
- 20:34Speaker 4: like church. Cause like her band is like, like playing
- 20:36Speaker 4: in the back and she's talking and she's like, I'm preaching.
- 20:39Speaker 2: And like, you need to find love. You need to
- 20:41Speaker 2: be respected.
- 20:41Speaker 4: And if we're going to have like for men and
- 20:43Speaker 4: women alike, like find that person that loves you. And
- 20:46Speaker 4: I'm like, Oh my God, get to the song. Like
- 20:48Speaker 4: it was a lot of talking just like Adele. And
- 20:51Speaker 4: then she sings, um, Elvis is.
- 20:55Speaker 2: Since my baby left me.
- 20:57Speaker 4: So she's kind of doing a Luann thing where she's
- 20:59Speaker 4: like doing other people's songs. Anyway, I think she's super
- 21:04Speaker 4: entertaining and gorgeous to look at. I love all of
- 21:07Speaker 4: her pop songs. I would like to go to her
- 21:10Speaker 4: residency in Vegas. And I think, you know, of course
- 21:14Speaker 4: she also like saw, Oh, the haters don't want me
- 21:18Speaker 4: to wear this outfit. We'll look at this ass and
- 21:20Speaker 4: like shakes it. And again, I'm like, you're JLo. Don't
- 21:25Speaker 4: even acknowledge the haters. Just do your singing and dancing.
- 21:29Speaker 4: Give people a great show. And your shitty year of 24, 25,
- 21:36Speaker 4: it's all behind us. It's 26. Shake your ass and
- 21:39Speaker 4: sing Elvis. Oprah is on the cover of People. The
- 21:44Speaker 4: truth about my weight loss. We know she used GLPs.
- 21:49Speaker 4: She looks amazing. But the comments were so funny when
- 21:53Speaker 4: I didn't even realize it. The comments were like, I
- 21:58Speaker 4: have been hearing about this woman's weight loss and her
- 22:00Speaker 4: weight since I was like 10 years old.
- 22:04Speaker 2: And I'm like, oh my God, you're right. It's been
- 22:06Speaker 2: going on ever since she was.
- 22:08Speaker 4: From the moment she entered our living rooms on TV,
- 22:13Speaker 4: it was that she.
- 22:16Speaker 4: Was a larger woman that she lost weight, that she
- 22:19Speaker 4: brought the weight, um, all 67 pounds of fat. She
- 22:24Speaker 4: pulled out in this, um, red wagon and she brought
- 22:28Speaker 4: the doctor out. And that was some drug that didn't
- 22:31Speaker 4: have the longevity that a GLP one had. And she
- 22:34Speaker 4: gained it back. Then she lost another way. Then she
- 22:37Speaker 4: gained it back. And then Kirstie Alley too, like they
- 22:40Speaker 4: used to be constant. Now I enjoy eating cake and
- 22:43Speaker 4: I don't give a shit.
- 22:43Speaker 2: And I'm just going to wear a And, you know,
- 22:48Speaker 2: but it.
- 22:49Speaker 4: Sells magazines and it gets people talking because everybody, very
- 22:54Speaker 4: few people are like 100% like I love every inch
- 22:57Speaker 4: of my body. There isn't one thing I'd change. I
- 22:59Speaker 4: don't know anybody that is truly like that. Even fitness
- 23:03Speaker 4: people that have a perfect body are probably like, oh,
- 23:06Speaker 4: I don't like my pinky or I wish my ankle was,
- 23:09Speaker 4: you know, bigger or smaller or like my second toe
- 23:12Speaker 4: is longer than my first. Like everybody has something. So
- 23:15Speaker 4: that's why it's a big deal. Nick Cannon, as you know,
- 23:19Speaker 4: has several, several baby mamas. Mariah Carey being.
- 23:24Speaker 2: One of them.
- 23:25Speaker 4: These twins that are very cute, by the way. And
- 23:29Speaker 4: he was in Aspen with those twins. And Brie from
- 23:33Speaker 4: Selling Sunset and their cute son, they did a whole
- 23:37Speaker 4: photo shoot together. But also several of his other baby
- 23:41Speaker 4: mamas did very fancy photos. like Christmas card type photo
- 23:45Speaker 4: shoots with him with like gowns looking in different places.
- 23:49Speaker 4: And he went, he did every single one. He did
- 23:52Speaker 4: every single one.
- 23:56Speaker 2: And I'll never forget when I was at a dinner
- 24:01Speaker 2: with Kim Kardashian. Yes, I'm name dropping.
- 24:03Speaker 4: And she was dating him and he had propositioned her
- 24:06Speaker 4: to be the mother of his children. And he's like,
- 24:10Speaker 4: I'm like, are you getting married? No, he just wants
- 24:12Speaker 4: to be the mother. He wants me to be the
- 24:13Speaker 4: mother of his children. He said he'd buy me a
- 24:15Speaker 4: house at Hinton Hills. And that was before the Kardashians
- 24:18Speaker 4: had their TV show.
- 24:20Speaker 2: And I was like, please don't do that. Like you
- 24:24Speaker 2: are bound for greatness.
- 24:25Speaker 4: I don't know what it is at the time she
- 24:26Speaker 4: was going to be on the style network to like
- 24:28Speaker 4: styling stars, uh, closets before they got their own TV show.
- 24:32Speaker 2: But so this was his.
- 24:34Speaker 4: Goal all along was to have several different baby mamas
- 24:39Speaker 4: all around that like are okay with it.
- 24:43Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 24:44Speaker 4: It's very, it's like a sister-wife situation. And by the way,
- 24:48Speaker 4: Cody and Christine are related somehow. And I heard it
- 24:54Speaker 4: was through marriage and then I heard, no, it really
- 24:56Speaker 4: goes back to like their aunts or grandmothers or something.
- 24:59Speaker 2: I can't keep track.
- 25:02Speaker 3: They think you're done for the day, but they don't
- 25:04Speaker 3: know about the drawer. The drawer. Just the one square
- 25:10Speaker 3: before bed. Or two, you know. Nobody's watching.
- 25:16Speaker 2: You deserve a treat.
- 25:20Speaker 3: With eight flavours to choose from, you can choose the
- 25:23Speaker 3: flavour you favour with Cadbury Dairy Milk.
- 25:32Speaker 5: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 25:35Speaker 5: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 25:38Speaker 5: have faced tremendous setbacks, and yet somehow have found a
- 25:42Speaker 5: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 25:45Speaker 6: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 25:48Speaker 2: I'm heading to the Emmys, and I have police complaints
- 25:51Speaker 2: filed against me.
- 25:51Speaker 4: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 25:54Speaker 4: what would you do if it was given back?
- 25:56Speaker 5: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 25:59Speaker 5: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 26:01Speaker 7: He said, I have a work dad.
- 26:03Speaker 5: I need a home dad.
- 26:04Speaker 7: What happens next?
- 26:05Speaker 4: When I came in, he started crying.
- 26:06Speaker 5: Everybody in life encounters hardships. What defines them is not
- 26:11Speaker 5: those hard moments that they go through. It's about what
- 26:14Speaker 5: happens next.
- 26:15Speaker 2: I decided to risk it all.
- 26:16Speaker 7: I realized how valuable every day was.
- 26:18Speaker 2: You're worth the work.
- 26:19Speaker 7: Listen, Dara, I'm not going to pull punches.
- 26:21Speaker 2: You can use your voice even if it's shaped.
- 26:23Speaker 5: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 26:27Speaker 5: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 26:37Speaker 4: Of course, you guys, for more of the Juiciest Scoop

- 26:54Speaker 4: all commercial free. Now let's get into my very juicy
- 26:57Speaker 4: interview with.
- 26:59Speaker 2: Up and Adam. Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop. I
- 27:01Speaker 2: have returned guests. You know you love him. Up and Adam.
- 27:05Speaker 2: It's Adam. Up and Adam. And I'm very.
- 27:09Speaker 4: Excited to talk to you because you are the star
- 27:13Speaker 4: of the documentary.
- 27:16Speaker 2: What is it called? The Cult of Mary Cosby. The
- 27:19Speaker 2: Cult of a Housewife.
- 27:21Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 27:22Speaker 4: And I really, I mean, it was great. You had
- 27:25Speaker 4: told me about it before. You said, as we were
- 27:29Speaker 4: talking about our Bravo Con, you're freaking out. Because the
- 27:35Speaker 4: trailer is dropping. And I think you had told me
- 27:37Speaker 4: that you were working on something. So I want to
- 27:40Speaker 4: get a little bit the inside scoop from you. I
- 27:45Speaker 4: know that obviously you do great, you know, coverage of
- 27:49Speaker 4: housewives and pop culture. But you had done an interview
- 27:54Speaker 4: with Mary's mother prior to her passing. Can you tell
- 27:59Speaker 4: a little bit about how you contacted them and how
- 28:01Speaker 4: that interview went?
- 28:02Speaker 2: Because it was also featured on the doc.
- 28:05Speaker 7: Well, first, thank you. Um, love you guys.
- 28:10Speaker 8: And second, it was weird. I was doing an interview
- 28:15Speaker 8: with Dan Cosby years ago. Like I move all the time, Heather.
- 28:19Speaker 8: And I think it was like five moves ago and
- 28:22Speaker 8: Dan Cosby, I did an interview with him.
- 28:24Speaker 7: He reached out to me.
- 28:26Speaker 4: And let's just tell people who is Dan, Dan Cosby's
- 28:28Speaker 4: in it, but he, he is her first cousin. Like,
- 28:31Speaker 4: how are they really, how's Dan Cosby related to Mary Cosby?
- 28:35Speaker 7: Honestly, at this point, I believe it's a cousin, but
- 28:38Speaker 7: it's been so long.
- 28:39Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 28:39Speaker 7: And when he reached out, I was like, yeah, definitely.
- 28:43Speaker 8: I want to do this.
- 28:44Speaker 7: And I was on my way to Margaritaville.
- 28:46Speaker 8: So I was like, yeah, I'll do this before we
- 28:49Speaker 8: go do Jimmy Buffett, whatever.
- 28:52Speaker 2: Oh, like the concert. You're just going to go to
- 28:54Speaker 2: a Margaret.
- 28:54Speaker 8: Wait, like Margaritaville, like little resorts in Orlando.
- 28:59Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
- 29:00Speaker 7: Okay.
- 29:00Speaker 6: And so I was like, two pina coladas, you know,
- 29:05Speaker 6: And so then after that, after we did this whole conversation,
- 29:10Speaker 6: he reached out and he was like, do you want
- 29:12Speaker 6: to talk to Rosalyn?
- 29:14Speaker 7: And I'm like, I don't know who that is. And
- 29:18Speaker 7: he said, Mary's mom. And I was like, yeah. He said,
- 29:22Speaker 7: Mary's mom knows who you are. I talked to her.
- 29:25Speaker 8: And so I was thinking in my head, that's a
- 29:29Speaker 8: little odd, but sure. Like if she's willing to meet me,
- 29:34Speaker 8: So we ended up setting it up. He gave me
- 29:36Speaker 8: her phone number and also Mark Cazares, who was Mary
- 29:39Speaker 8: Cosby stepfather.
- 29:40Speaker 7: I ended up reaching out. It was so uncomfortable. Very,
- 29:46Speaker 7: very awkward.
- 29:47Speaker 8: So we agree for me to fly out to Salt
- 29:50Speaker 8: Lake City. I fly out to Salt Lake City. Jason said,
- 29:54Speaker 8: I can't make this trip. Jason's your husband.
- 29:57Speaker 7: Jason's my husband.
- 29:58Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 29:59Speaker 8: Um, just like you with your husband, you know how
- 30:01Speaker 8: you guys do everything together. Normally my husband is with me.
- 30:06Speaker 8: And so I go out to Salt Lake city and
- 30:10Speaker 8: Jason's like, I can't make this trip. You know, we
- 30:12Speaker 8: have nobody to watch the animals. We have five animals.
- 30:15Speaker 7: We're a zoo.
- 30:17Speaker 8: And I was like, okay, I can do this. So
- 30:19Speaker 8: we ended up sending me out to Salt Lake city.
- 30:22Speaker 8: I go out to meet Mark Cazares and Rozzy. And
- 30:27Speaker 8: when I did, I get inside the house. There is
- 30:30Speaker 8: nothing in the house, literally not no furniture. There's nothing
- 30:34Speaker 8: in the refrigerator, nothing. And I walked outside and I said,
- 30:39Speaker 8: can I just have like one second?
- 30:40Speaker 7: I'm just going to call and find out where the
- 30:42Speaker 7: videographer is.
- 30:44Speaker 8: And I had to get like a third party videographer
- 30:48Speaker 8: and he was like, yeah, yeah, that's fine. So I
- 30:51Speaker 8: step outside and I call Jason and I was like,
- 30:53Speaker 8: something's wrong. Like something is not right here. And he
- 30:57Speaker 8: was like, what do you mean? And I said, I
- 30:59Speaker 8: just feel like something is like really off. And he's like, Adam,
- 31:03Speaker 8: you're always about intuition. But like, we already paid for
- 31:07Speaker 8: like the hotel and the flights, like just go in
- 31:09Speaker 8: there and do what you have to do.
- 31:10Speaker 4: Because I kind of at that point, you wanted your
- 31:12Speaker 4: husband to be like, yeah, get the fuck out of there.
- 31:15Speaker 4: Did you kind of want someone else to just tell
- 31:17Speaker 4: you to like to leave?
- 31:18Speaker 7: I wanted somebody to like validate.
- 31:20Speaker 2: Yes.
- 31:21Speaker 8: If you have it, you know, like an intuitive feeling,
- 31:23Speaker 8: then leave. So I asked him, I said, may I
- 31:26Speaker 8: use the restroom? And he's like, you're not allowed to
- 31:28Speaker 8: go downstairs.
- 31:30Speaker 7: I said, okay.
- 31:33Speaker 8: I said, so is there another restroom? He said, you
- 31:36Speaker 8: can use the restroom in my room.
- 31:38Speaker 7: And I said, okay. He said, Rozzy's in her room.
- 31:41Speaker 7: So they slept in different rooms. I went into his room.
- 31:44Speaker 8: There was like a blown up air mattress and just
- 31:48Speaker 8: like a blanket on top of it.
- 31:50Speaker 7: And when I went into the bathroom, I moved the
- 31:52Speaker 7: shower curtain. There was nothing. No soap, no shower, like shampoo,
- 31:58Speaker 7: no shower conditioner, no nothing. There was no toothbrush, nothing.
- 32:03Speaker 7: And I was like, okay, that's weird.
- 32:06Speaker 4: Did they say this was their home?
- 32:09Speaker 7: They said it was their home.
- 32:10Speaker 2: Oh, that's so weird. Yeah.
- 32:12Speaker 8: There was only one big massive photo of mama. And
- 32:15Speaker 8: then do you know how like when you go to
- 32:17Speaker 8: a picnic or- kind of like a barbecue and they
- 32:21Speaker 8: have those like white plastic chairs that people kick the
- 32:24Speaker 8: bottoms out.
- 32:24Speaker 7: Of when they prank each other. It was like two
- 32:27Speaker 7: of those.
- 32:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 32:29Speaker 7: And I was like, well, that's weird. And he said,
- 32:32Speaker 7: Rozzy should be out soon. I'm like, okay. Later I
- 32:36Speaker 7: found out they were hiding things in the basement, apparently.
- 32:42Speaker 7: And I didn't know.
- 32:45Speaker 8: So apparently they were hiding things related to their church
- 32:49Speaker 8: that they branched off of when they left the faith
- 32:53Speaker 8: temple Pentecostal church. And I'm not exactly what was, I'm
- 32:59Speaker 8: not sure what was being hidden, but what kind of
- 33:03Speaker 8: like blows my mind was whatever they were hiding, they
- 33:07Speaker 8: didn't want me to find it out. And then they
- 33:09Speaker 8: were being investigated.
- 33:11Speaker 2: So it was, it was just, they were being investigated
- 33:14Speaker 2: by whom? By like the feds.
- 33:17Speaker 6: Oh.
- 33:18Speaker 7: And so then he went on the run. The stepfather
- 33:20Speaker 7: right after.
- 33:21Speaker 2: What year is all this approximately? Like, do you remember?
- 33:25Speaker 7: Um, it was probably about a year and a half ago.
- 33:28Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 33:29Speaker 2: Oh, I felt like it was longer than that.
- 33:31Speaker 5: No.
- 33:31Speaker 2: Okay. That you did this interview that you did this interview.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Oh, Oh, Oh.
- 33:36Speaker 7: For the interview is probably about two, two and a
- 33:40Speaker 7: half years.
- 33:41Speaker 4: But a year and a half ago he went on
- 33:43Speaker 4: the run.
- 33:45Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 33:46Speaker 2: And when did she pass?
- 33:47Speaker 7: That I did the documentary.
- 33:48Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 33:49Speaker 2: And when did she die?
- 33:50Speaker 8: I think she died about a year and a half
- 33:57Speaker 8: to two years ago.
- 33:58Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 33:59Speaker 2: So she died and then he went on the run.
- 34:01Speaker 7: He went on the run.
- 34:02Speaker 2: And do you know what she died from?
- 34:03Speaker 7: I think that they tried to say that it was
- 34:07Speaker 7: natural causes. Like she just died from old age.
- 34:10Speaker 2: But she wasn't old though. She wasn't that old.
- 34:13Speaker 8: Well, if you saw her in the interview, there were
- 34:16Speaker 8: so many moments that Jason and I, my husband, um,
- 34:21Speaker 8: we had to edit out, especially when we brought up
- 34:23Speaker 8: like the Jen Shaw of it all, all kinds of things,
- 34:26Speaker 8: because there were many moments where she was just, we
- 34:31Speaker 8: could not put them on there.
- 34:32Speaker 7: It was aggressively. I don't even know what words to use.
- 34:41Speaker 4: What was her, what was her feelings towards it? I mean,
- 34:44Speaker 4: in the documentary with, um, when they show that video
- 34:49Speaker 4: of where she freaks out.
- 34:52Speaker 2: So mama has died.
- 34:54Speaker 4: Now it's, she knows that her daughter is supposed to
- 34:58Speaker 4: marry him. And she says like, this is not the
- 35:04Speaker 4: way the church should be and everything.
- 35:05Speaker 2: And she kind of has, she's like escorted out. They
- 35:07Speaker 2: like call the police.
- 35:09Speaker 4: And Mary kind of refers to that, I think, in
- 35:12Speaker 4: the show where she's like, I'm estranged from my mom
- 35:14Speaker 4: because she like threw a fit at the church and
- 35:17Speaker 4: was escorted out by police.
- 35:18Speaker 2: And so we see that in the documentary.
- 35:21Speaker 4: And it does seem a lot from the mom's perspective that, oh, yes,
- 35:27Speaker 4: I miss my daughter, but a lot of jealousy in
- 35:29Speaker 4: that she was left with nothing, no inheritance. And her
- 35:34Speaker 4: daughter basically, even though it was through marriage and a
- 35:37Speaker 4: creepy thing, her daughter got all the businesses and the
- 35:40Speaker 4: church and the mother was just skipped over and probably had,
- 35:45Speaker 4: you know, struggled. So it does seem a little bit
- 35:48Speaker 4: when you're watching it, that it does seem like a
- 35:49Speaker 4: lot of people are, you know, jealous and angry about money.
- 35:55Speaker 8: I actually, I think for her the whole time, I
- 35:58Speaker 8: think that there, before she passed away, I think that
- 36:00Speaker 8: there were, um, elements that showed maybe Alzheimer's or dementia,
- 36:07Speaker 8: like something, and I hate to say this about anyone,
- 36:11Speaker 8: especially somebody who's not here anymore. Something was not right.
- 36:14Speaker 8: And she just kept on saying, she was like, Oh Adam,
- 36:18Speaker 8: I love you. And she's like, how is my Mary?
- 36:20Speaker 8: Is my Mary good?
- 36:22Speaker 7: You think she's going to see this? She's going to
- 36:24Speaker 7: see it.
- 36:25Speaker 6: Right.
- 36:26Speaker 8: She's like, Oh, I love Mary. And I just, I'm
- 36:28Speaker 8: going to watch her tonight. And I'm like, you're not
- 36:31Speaker 8: watching shit. Like nothing's coming on tonight. And she's like,
- 36:35Speaker 8: So she just kept on repeating things that did not
- 36:39Speaker 8: make sense.
- 36:40Speaker 2: Yeah, that does sound like.
- 36:42Speaker 8: Yeah, well, and she would lean into things that also were,
- 36:44Speaker 8: it was just, it was so abrupt the way that
- 36:48Speaker 8: she said it. But I don't, I think that it
- 36:51Speaker 8: was a mixture of, yes, do I think that the
- 36:53Speaker 8: family members were jealous in some capacity that Mary Cosby
- 36:57Speaker 8: was inheriting everything that they probably thought that they were?
- 37:02Speaker 7: Sure.
- 37:02Speaker 8: Because like, even in my own interview with them, They
- 37:05Speaker 8: tried to sue Mary Cosby and Robert Cosby Sr. for
- 37:09Speaker 8: their part of what they thought the inheritance was. So
- 37:11Speaker 8: they were definitely fighting for something. But then the other
- 37:14Speaker 8: part of me thinks that it's a mother who felt
- 37:18Speaker 8: like her stepfather, who is Robert Cosby Sr.
- 37:23Speaker 7: used the.
- 37:24Speaker 8: Congregation and the ideology of God, you know, whether you
- 37:31Speaker 8: believe or you don't. coming down and saying, you were
- 37:34Speaker 8: supposed to marry my daughter. I think that affected her too.
- 37:38Speaker 8: So I think that it was a multitude of different things. It's,
- 37:40Speaker 8: it's very, it's very odd.
- 37:44Speaker 4: Yeah. I, um, in watching it, you know, it, it is,
- 37:50Speaker 4: I'd forgotten that she actually didn't go to the second
- 37:54Speaker 4: reunion and, Because that's when all this stuff originally came
- 37:58Speaker 4: out with her berating her congregation about not giving her
- 38:02Speaker 4: enough money and all of that.
- 38:05Speaker 2: And then I forgot that she wasn't part of it,
- 38:07Speaker 2: of season three.
- 38:08Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 38:10Speaker 8: So when she actually decided to step away, a lot
- 38:13Speaker 8: of people thought it was because Robert Cosby Sr. had
- 38:18Speaker 8: a big voice in and the fact that people were
- 38:22Speaker 8: questioning what was going on behind the scenes with the congregation,
- 38:25Speaker 8: with the church. And I do, I truly do think
- 38:28Speaker 8: that was a part of it. You know, I spoke
- 38:30Speaker 8: to you about this a little bit. I ended up
- 38:33Speaker 8: going to the church when I went to go interview
- 38:37Speaker 8: Mary Cosby's mother and her stepfather.
- 38:39Speaker 7: And when I went to the church, I rode on
- 38:42Speaker 7: a bird.
- 38:43Speaker 8: If people don't know what that is, it's like those
- 38:45Speaker 8: little scooters that you just like, you know, like do
- 38:48Speaker 8: your Apple pay, whatever. And so I show up and
- 38:52Speaker 8: it's snowing. And I set up my phone against the
- 38:56Speaker 8: tree outside of it. And I was going to take
- 38:58Speaker 8: like a photo. And this woman comes out and she goes,
- 39:00Speaker 8: what are you doing? And I was like, oh, I'm
- 39:03Speaker 8: just a big fan of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
- 39:06Speaker 8: And she was like, oh, okay.
- 39:09Speaker 7: All right. Well, she's like, so you're a fan of Mary.
- 39:11Speaker 7: And I was like, yeah, I'm a fan of Mary.
- 39:15Speaker 8: Awkward. And she was like, Mary will rise again. And
- 39:19Speaker 8: I was like, why is the place boarded up? And
- 39:23Speaker 8: she said, well, the place is boarded up because the
- 39:26Speaker 8: foundation needs to be retrofitted. And so we're going to
- 39:32Speaker 8: have mama Mary come back at some point. But then
- 39:37Speaker 8: if you watch the show, the place was not boarded
- 39:40Speaker 8: up because the foundation needed to be retrofitted or whatever.
- 39:43Speaker 4: This woman basically said, Mama Mary is coming back like
- 39:47Speaker 4: Jesus Christ, but so is Mary Cosby coming back like
- 39:51Speaker 4: Jesus Christ, because she said she'll rise again.
- 39:54Speaker 7: She was calling Mary Cosby Mama Mary.
- 39:56Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
- 39:59Speaker 8: So it was so confusing. And then, so I was like,
- 40:03Speaker 8: just like baffled. And then I was like, okay. And
- 40:07Speaker 8: then you watch the show and they're doing all of
- 40:09Speaker 8: these renovations. But then if you compare the renovations to
- 40:13Speaker 8: when you first saw when Jen Shaw went on mother's day,
- 40:16Speaker 8: it doesn't look like anything changed. Like I don't understand
- 40:19Speaker 8: what the renovations were.
- 40:22Speaker 4: I'm surprised that she even bothered to ever go back
- 40:26Speaker 4: to the church and preach. I mean, if I was her,
- 40:30Speaker 4: I would have just come back, let the church, let
- 40:35Speaker 4: the church fold and, you know, make people forget.
- 40:40Speaker 2: That I ever was ever a leader.
- 40:43Speaker 4: And, you know, had she not talked about it all,
- 40:47Speaker 4: had we not seen her do that one day of
- 40:50Speaker 4: church where they all come and everyone's cheering her on and, oh,
- 40:53Speaker 4: isn't this great? And even Andy Cohen goes, oh, it
- 40:56Speaker 4: was my favorite episode ever, is seeing Mary preach. I'm like,
- 41:01Speaker 4: regardless of the doc that hasn't come out yet, does
- 41:04Speaker 4: everyone forget that all this, everything, anybody that followed it
- 41:07Speaker 4: saw and knew about all this stuff three years ago,
- 41:10Speaker 4: you know?
- 41:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 41:13Speaker 4: And then when she came back, it's like, yeah, the
- 41:16Speaker 4: Bravo audience has a memory of a pee. Like they,
- 41:19Speaker 4: nobody cares, nobody remembers. And that's fine. You know, that's
- 41:24Speaker 4: fine if you're just entertained by her weirdness. Because I
- 41:27Speaker 4: mentioned now her Instagram profile, it starts out with event planner,
- 41:35Speaker 4: then Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, spiritual entrepreneur.
- 41:40Speaker 2: Or something like.
- 41:43Speaker 4: It it's not even, there's nothing about her church. Like,
- 41:47Speaker 4: I think maybe it says preacher at the end, but
- 41:49Speaker 4: it's like, she's oh, fragrance. So I joke that she's
- 41:52Speaker 4: probably going to do like a holy water perfume, uh,
- 41:54Speaker 4: like a grand Dom perfume, whatever.
- 41:57Speaker 2: So she's fashion. It's like, she's getting into all these
- 42:00Speaker 2: other things, which she should.
- 42:01Speaker 4: And either she'll just never really address this doc, which
- 42:06Speaker 4: she did one video of like life.
- 42:09Speaker 2: Stop bothering me like a video.
- 42:10Speaker 4: Um, The only thing that she can do at this
- 42:13Speaker 4: point is what every woman can do to get out
- 42:17Speaker 4: of a bad situation is divorce the husband and blame
- 42:21Speaker 4: it on the husband. Whether you're Blake Lively and Ryan,
- 42:24Speaker 4: whether you're anybody that's done something bad, you could always say,
- 42:28Speaker 4: I got sucked into this world. I had to marry
- 42:32Speaker 4: my step-grandfather. I had his child. I wasn't going to leave,
- 42:37Speaker 4: but we kind of led separate lives. I got on
- 42:39Speaker 4: the housewives. And I still love the church and love
- 42:44Speaker 4: the people I met, but it's not where I'm at anymore.
- 42:47Speaker 2: And now we're getting divorced. That's what I think is
- 42:49Speaker 2: going to happen. That's my prediction.
- 42:51Speaker 7: Here's the thing too, though.
- 42:52Speaker 8: You can't say that you love the people of the
- 42:54Speaker 8: church when there's audio that comes out with you talking
- 42:57Speaker 8: to the people of like, you're lazy and you will
- 43:00Speaker 8: never see God and you will never be. But then
- 43:03Speaker 8: she goes on the show and she talks about how
- 43:06Speaker 8: disgusted she is laying under her step-grandfather's like him being
- 43:11Speaker 8: this like bigger, she's like, Oh God, get him away
- 43:14Speaker 8: from me.
- 43:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 43:16Speaker 8: So what you're obsessed with and what you love is
- 43:19Speaker 8: definitely the lifestyle. And I'm not sure as somebody who
- 43:22Speaker 8: has a prenup with my husband, cause I do.
- 43:25Speaker 7: Um, I don't know if that's public.
- 43:28Speaker 8: I've I do wonder if they have a prenup and
- 43:34Speaker 8: if she acts like if she acts on a divorce
- 43:38Speaker 8: and she actually walks away from it, does she lose
- 43:42Speaker 8: what is in that prenup? If she publicly talks about it?
- 43:46Speaker 8: I'm not sure because I look at Bronwyn Newport and
- 43:50Speaker 8: like you married the Crypt Keeper as well.
- 43:54Speaker 4: Okay.
- 43:54Speaker 8: You married this guy, Todd, whoever from Microsoft or Blackberry
- 43:59Speaker 8: or Blueberry or whatever the, I don't even know. And,
- 44:03Speaker 8: You came on because you wanted to find your own
- 44:06Speaker 8: identity and you wanted to find a career and something
- 44:09Speaker 8: that worked for you that would separate you from him.
- 44:12Speaker 8: And you did it and we see it. And it's
- 44:15Speaker 8: very obvious what you did, but girl, you had a plan.
- 44:18Speaker 8: You executed.
- 44:19Speaker 7: I'm not even mad at you.
- 44:21Speaker 2: But when I look at housewives, yeah, same thing. Housewives
- 44:25Speaker 2: really is a way for.
- 44:29Speaker 4: Transactional gold digging marriages to give women an out without
- 44:35Speaker 4: having to like go work at Nordstrom.
- 44:37Speaker 2: Like, I don't want to be a realtor. I don't
- 44:39Speaker 2: want to work in retail.
- 44:41Speaker 8: Unless you're Gretchen Rossi and then you don't meet it.
- 44:44Speaker 2: Because you never got married. You mean?
- 44:46Speaker 5: Yeah. Yeah.
- 44:47Speaker 4: But no, it's, it's, it is interesting. And it's like with,
- 44:51Speaker 4: with her, I mean, she, yeah. And also in the video,
- 44:56Speaker 4: in the documentary, um, When the guy's like, yeah, I'm
- 44:59Speaker 4: the one that brought her Cameron, who died. I'm the
- 45:03Speaker 4: one that met someone and said they're looking for someone
- 45:08Speaker 4: for Real Housewives.
- 45:09Speaker 2: And she was all about it.
- 45:11Speaker 4: Which, yeah, I think that when you are someone, from
- 45:15Speaker 4: what they said from her high school life, she liked
- 45:18Speaker 4: the money. She liked being on stage. That's the other thing.
- 45:21Speaker 2: About the housewives.
- 45:22Speaker 4: They're all women that had fantasies about being real. a
- 45:27Speaker 4: TV star or whatever it is, famous person, a movie star,
- 45:31Speaker 4: but none of them, very.
- 45:32Speaker 2: Few did the work.
- 45:33Speaker 4: Some like a Nene leaks was kind of auditioning and
- 45:37Speaker 4: things like that. And of course the, um, Beverly Hills
- 45:40Speaker 4: girls actually had careers, but like a lot of them,
- 45:43Speaker 4: you know, they don't really pursue it. They get married and,
- 45:47Speaker 4: And they get the joy of just shopping and being rich.
- 45:50Speaker 4: And now here's this thing just thrown in their lap.
- 45:52Speaker 4: And it's like everything that they dreamt about that they
- 45:54Speaker 4: didn't really work very hard for. And so I don't
- 45:59Speaker 4: think she was ever thinking, oh, my shady church practices
- 46:03Speaker 4: will be exposed. I think she was just like, great.
- 46:06Speaker 4: I just get to be a star. This will be
- 46:07Speaker 4: so fun.
- 46:09Speaker 7: I think two things.
- 46:10Speaker 8: I think one, um, Andy Cohen said it the best
- 46:13Speaker 8: on watch what happens live when he said every reality
- 46:16Speaker 8: TV person, like you guys all have an element of
- 46:19Speaker 8: narcissism where you are fighting for camera attention, right?
- 46:22Speaker 7: You want to be on camera.
- 46:24Speaker 8: But then also I think that Dorinda Medley said it
- 46:26Speaker 8: right too, where she was like, if you're going to
- 46:29Speaker 8: put yourself on camera and put your family and put
- 46:31Speaker 8: yourself like in the forefront of all of this scrutiny
- 46:35Speaker 8: from all of these fans, millions of viewers streaming, not
- 46:38Speaker 8: streaming live viewers, whatever, then.
- 46:41Speaker 7: You better make sure you have no skeletons.
- 46:43Speaker 8: I think that both of those things that you have,
- 46:47Speaker 8: you kind of have to like weigh them like a scale.
- 46:50Speaker 8: And I don't think that Mary Cosby did that. I
- 46:52Speaker 8: think that Mary Cosby was very conditioned through her church
- 46:56Speaker 8: to be very God-like where people were like, you are amazing.
- 47:00Speaker 7: You are beautiful.
- 47:01Speaker 8: You are everything. You want a hundred thousand dollars. I
- 47:03Speaker 8: will pull out a second mortgage.
- 47:06Speaker 7: You are please.
- 47:08Speaker 2: Yes.
- 47:08Speaker 8: And speaking in tongues and all kinds of shit where
- 47:13Speaker 8: you're doing heave tithings. You are putting people in front
- 47:18Speaker 8: of the church doors at the end of, you know,
- 47:21Speaker 8: like the Whatever.
- 47:23Speaker 7: I don't even know what service. Thank you.
- 47:24Speaker 8: I don't, I never went to church. My dad always said, son,
- 47:27Speaker 8: we do church of the Holy huddle on Sundays. When
- 47:30Speaker 8: we watched the dolphins game, that was like our church.
- 47:33Speaker 8: We never went to church church. And so you would
- 47:36Speaker 8: put people at the doors and they would make sure
- 47:38Speaker 8: that nobody walked out until you did these heave tithings
- 47:42Speaker 8: where you would have to pay. And if you didn't
- 47:44Speaker 8: pay like $ 1, 500 or 2,500 or 50,000 or a hundred thousand, uh,
- 47:49Speaker 8: then she would scream at you, which we heard in
- 47:51Speaker 8: the audio where she would be like, you are poor.
- 47:54Speaker 8: You will never see the same God that I see.
- 47:56Speaker 8: You will never see.
- 47:57Speaker 7: And it's like, what are we listening to?
- 48:01Speaker 2: So in.
- 48:03Speaker 4: This thing, I mean, what I always wonder with this,
- 48:06Speaker 4: because being raised Catholic, nuns take a vow of poverty,
- 48:11Speaker 4: priests take a vow of poverty.
- 48:13Speaker 2: You know, they, maybe the dealer in town gives them.
- 48:17Speaker 4: All little cars to, to drive, but like they don't
- 48:21Speaker 4: have any. I've always been fascinated by people that give
- 48:27Speaker 4: money to the pastor when you see that they're wearing,
- 48:31Speaker 4: you know, $ 2, 000 shoes when they could very easily be
- 48:35Speaker 4: wearing a hundred dollar pair of shoes. Like how does someone,
- 48:39Speaker 4: did any of the people in it like just go, yeah,
- 48:43Speaker 4: we saw her drenched in gucci and diamonds and everything
- 48:48Speaker 4: as she stood up there but um i still wanted
- 48:51Speaker 4: to give my money from being a bus driver to
- 48:54Speaker 4: her like i just don't get how that happened same
- 48:57Speaker 4: thing with giselle's husband who's a pastor like.
- 49:03Speaker 7: Yeah um.
- 49:06Speaker 4: And she was a first lady and now she's she's
- 49:08Speaker 4: not really religious or anything giselle like it's just so
- 49:11Speaker 4: weird to me.
- 49:13Speaker 8: You know what I want to say about the Mary
- 49:14Speaker 8: Cosby thing is that I think people recognize that she
- 49:18Speaker 8: was wearing designer gowns. and, you know, like she kept
- 49:22Speaker 8: everybody outside of her home. People did not come to
- 49:25Speaker 8: her mansion or the Orlando home or the Vegas home.
- 49:30Speaker 2: Except the worker, except the 81 year old maid.
- 49:33Speaker 7: Except for the maid.
- 49:34Speaker 2: That died. And she was, and the things that she
- 49:37Speaker 2: would say to her.
- 49:39Speaker 7: Oh, she treated her like complete garbage.
- 49:42Speaker 2: Like a slave.
- 49:43Speaker 7: Like a slave.
- 49:44Speaker 8: But then I think it was when the congregation actually
- 49:48Speaker 8: watched The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. And then
- 49:50Speaker 8: you see Mary Cosby and she's like doing a house tour.
- 49:53Speaker 8: And she's like, guys, welcome to one of my many
- 49:56Speaker 8: rooms inside of our mansion. This elaborate mansion where we
- 50:01Speaker 8: have three, four rooms. And these are my Hermes, Birkins,
- 50:05Speaker 8: and that is my Chanel. Don't touch that, bitch. These
- 50:09Speaker 8: are my Gucci. And it's like, so I think that
- 50:12Speaker 8: even in the documentary, like members of the congregation, they
- 50:15Speaker 8: touched on the fact that like, they did not know that.
- 50:19Speaker 7: She had all of this stuff because the.
- 50:22Speaker 8: Whole time when they were doing the heave tithings and
- 50:25Speaker 8: like these, you know, asking of the congregation for more money,
- 50:30Speaker 8: they were saying it was for the church for things
- 50:32Speaker 8: for the church. They were not seeing things that were
- 50:34Speaker 8: happening to the church, but then Mary Cosby would disappear
- 50:38Speaker 8: and they would say, well, Mary has to go through
- 50:41Speaker 8: some things and she would go to New York city.
- 50:44Speaker 7: Allegedly.
- 50:44Speaker 8: This is what they were saying. And they had a
- 50:46Speaker 8: penthouse in New York city and she was getting her
- 50:49Speaker 8: skin lightened and she was getting plastic surgery done to
- 50:53Speaker 8: her face. This is what they were claiming and things
- 50:55Speaker 8: done with the money that was coming through the tithings.
- 51:00Speaker 4: It wasn't, it wasn't also the other homes and stuff
- 51:04Speaker 4: through the businesses that mama started. Like I thought that
- 51:07Speaker 4: was pretty impressive when they talked kind of about mama's life.
- 51:10Speaker 4: I'm like, this girl was like a pretty great business woman.
- 51:12Speaker 4: Like she started hair salons and restaurants and mortgage companies.
- 51:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 51:18Speaker 4: So could, couldn't she argue that? Because in that one reunion,
- 51:23Speaker 4: Mary goes, you've seen my church. It's 300 people.
- 51:25Speaker 2: I couldn't live like this off of 300 people. Yeah.
- 51:29Speaker 4: So some of them did some of them actually ever
- 51:32Speaker 4: give their house to her.
- 51:34Speaker 8: So what they would do is they would pull out
- 51:36Speaker 8: second mortgages. And some of them allegedly did, I guess.
- 51:42Speaker 8: They took out like $ 100, 000, $ 200, 000, $ 300, 000 on their homes.
- 51:46Speaker 8: But they would do it through the mortgage company that
- 51:50Speaker 8: Mama left.
- 51:50Speaker 7: Behind to Robert Cosby Sr.
- 51:53Speaker 8: And so anything that he inherited through marriage, Mary Cosby
- 51:57Speaker 8: also inherited. And so, yeah, there were multiple businesses, but
- 52:01Speaker 8: she did.
- 52:02Speaker 7: She did.
- 52:02Speaker 8: She expanded very quickly through the church, through money that
- 52:06Speaker 8: was coming in. But the funny thing is, is that
- 52:09Speaker 8: the congregation had nothing bad to say about Rosemary Mama Cosby.
- 52:14Speaker 8: They always felt like she was good hearted. She was
- 52:17Speaker 8: trying to help them. She wanted to open a mortgage
- 52:19Speaker 8: company to help members of the congregation also get their home.
- 52:23Speaker 8: She wanted to open hair salons so they wouldn't have
- 52:25Speaker 8: to pay as much. She always did everything business wise well.
- 52:30Speaker 8: in a positive way to help people.
- 52:33Speaker 7: That was, that was the.
- 52:34Speaker 8: Ideology behind it. But then the minute that unfortunately she
- 52:38Speaker 8: passed away, Robert Cosby senior, he came in and he
- 52:41Speaker 8: took over these businesses and he started to use them.
- 52:46Speaker 7: For bad.
- 52:46Speaker 4: You know what I wonder is, was there anything in
- 52:49Speaker 4: writing or said where mama actually said, I want you
- 52:55Speaker 4: to marry one of my girls, quote unquote, like, no.
- 52:59Speaker 7: No, There wasn't. I learned that in my interview.
- 53:02Speaker 8: And also, too, there was a will that this is
- 53:08Speaker 8: according to Mary's mom that she told me that I
- 53:11Speaker 8: had to cut out because of the names that she
- 53:13Speaker 8: called Jen Shaw in the interview. So I had to
- 53:16Speaker 8: cut this clip out because it didn't make sense if
- 53:19Speaker 8: I would have left it in. It wasn't very cohesive.
- 53:23Speaker 7: It didn't make sense.
- 53:24Speaker 8: But when she went on this whole tangent, she explained
- 53:28Speaker 8: that there was a will.
- 53:32Speaker 7: From what she was saying. And the will.
- 53:36Speaker 8: Shared that she wanted all of her kids to have
- 53:39Speaker 8: her businesses and she wanted X amount to go to
- 53:42Speaker 8: her husband. But the will was, it was, you know,
- 53:47Speaker 8: drafted up, but never actually signed. And so since it
- 53:51Speaker 8: wasn't signed, it was Rosalind and her sisters versus Robert
- 53:57Speaker 8: Cosby and Mary Cosby for years. Like they fought in court.
- 54:01Speaker 8: So there's a ton of court documents that people can
- 54:04Speaker 8: look up now. And it was just a whole fight
- 54:08Speaker 8: where they were trying to fight for the businesses for
- 54:10Speaker 8: some of the money and they lost completely. Like everybody
- 54:14Speaker 8: lost except for Robert Cosby senior, because essentially he was
- 54:18Speaker 8: the husband of mama.
- 54:19Speaker 4: Right.
- 54:20Speaker 8: And he was married to Mary and Mary didn't really
- 54:22Speaker 8: have a dog in the fight except for the fact
- 54:23Speaker 8: that she married Robert Cosby Sr. But all of the kids,
- 54:27Speaker 8: the heirs, they felt, well, our mom left us businesses
- 54:33Speaker 8: and money and it was in a will.
- 54:35Speaker 7: She never signed it.
- 54:37Speaker 8: She had it drafted up, did not sign it when
- 54:40Speaker 8: she submitted it.
- 54:43Speaker 4: Also the fact that Mary was already married to someone else.
- 54:47Speaker 4: And then they just forced him, according to the doc,
- 54:49Speaker 4: to get divorced so that that would make her free
- 54:51Speaker 4: to marry him. There must have been some type of
- 54:55Speaker 4: romance because she did have his child. So at one time, whatever.
- 55:00Speaker 4: But I wasn't surprised to hear the Cameron's testimony where
- 55:04Speaker 4: he said, I was seeing her romantically or whatever.
- 55:07Speaker 2: I'm like, yeah, I don't know this. I don't think
- 55:11Speaker 2: she was in love with Robert.
- 55:13Speaker 4: And then there was that one part where he was
- 55:15Speaker 4: behind her, like on a screen in the reunion. And
- 55:18Speaker 4: she's like, don't be like that. And don't embarrass me. Like,
- 55:21Speaker 4: I think she's like, I don't want this guy around
- 55:25Speaker 4: doing the show anymore either. But I mean, I was like,
- 55:29Speaker 4: when she went back to do the church, she was like, oh,
- 55:32Speaker 4: you know, I feel like I'm back.
- 55:33Speaker 2: Like it's been so long I'm back.
- 55:35Speaker 4: And I'm like, you know, a real preacher would, if
- 55:38Speaker 4: their church was burned down and they were doing other things,
- 55:41Speaker 4: they would go and preach other places. They wouldn't go
- 55:44Speaker 4: three years without preaching.
- 55:47Speaker 2: It's just so weird. It's so weird.
- 55:49Speaker 4: And then they all go and like, like, have you
- 55:52Speaker 4: heard from any of the other housewives that listen, they're
- 55:56Speaker 4: part of a show and it's very, you know, you
- 55:59Speaker 4: fight with people, but you don't want to have full
- 56:00Speaker 4: enemies because you never want to be in a position
- 56:02Speaker 4: where you're on an Island by yourself and they have
- 56:05Speaker 4: a reason to cut you. So I'm imagining it's probably
- 56:08Speaker 4: very weird that all this is coming out again, because
- 56:12Speaker 4: I think the other cast members have felt, okay, it's
- 56:16Speaker 4: over with.
- 56:17Speaker 2: She's scary.
- 56:18Speaker 4: She's mean, but she's being nice now. And the show
- 56:20Speaker 4: is on the top rated shows. Let's play along with Mary.
- 56:24Speaker 4: And I'm sure they're like calling each other going now.
- 56:27Speaker 4: What have you heard from any of them?
- 56:29Speaker 7: So I'm going to, again, add two things here.
- 56:33Speaker 8: One, I've talked to a few of the housewives and they,
- 56:37Speaker 8: it kind of seems like they're all terrified and they're like,
- 56:40Speaker 8: we don't want to mess with people's faith because then
- 56:44Speaker 8: at the point where people think that maybe they believed
- 56:47Speaker 8: in something and they've really invested into something and they
- 56:50Speaker 8: find out that that might be a farce, that they
- 56:53Speaker 8: might do something that's harmful either to themselves or to
- 56:56Speaker 8: other people. So I think that they don't want to
- 56:58Speaker 8: invest into that. But then too, have you met Mary
- 57:02Speaker 8: or no?
- 57:03Speaker 2: I have never met her. I thought she had blocked me,
- 57:06Speaker 2: but I guess she didn't.
- 57:09Speaker 4: But no, I, I, she, we were at that, that
- 57:11Speaker 4: Kathy Elgin party together when she brought Angie. But I
- 57:15Speaker 4: had not spoken to her at that event. I kind
- 57:18Speaker 4: of just acted like I didn't see her cause I
- 57:20Speaker 4: was sort of scared. And I think I'd already talked
- 57:22Speaker 4: about her weird church.
- 57:24Speaker 7: That's when I met her.
- 57:25Speaker 8: So it was right after that was right after my
- 57:28Speaker 8: interview came out with her mother and her stepfather.
- 57:32Speaker 7: And, And she was like, um, Adam. And it was
- 57:37Speaker 7: like the same teeth that I have.
- 57:39Speaker 8: Like, I feel like we went to the same doctor
- 57:41Speaker 8: and it was like, Adam, like big white smile. And
- 57:45Speaker 8: I was like, no, like you must have the wrong person.
- 57:50Speaker 8: And she, she came over and she hugged me and she's.
- 57:53Speaker 7: Like, I just love you. My sweet Adam. I love you.
- 57:57Speaker 7: And you're amazing. How are you, Adam? Are you doing good?
- 58:01Speaker 7: I just love you, Adam. You don't ever stop what
- 58:04Speaker 7: you're doing.
- 58:05Speaker 8: And I'm like, you just messaged me on TikTok like
- 58:08Speaker 8: a week and a half ago, telling me to like
- 58:11Speaker 8: literally go kick rocks and destroy myself.
- 58:15Speaker 7: What are you talking about?
- 58:16Speaker 8: So what I'm kind of seeing is that there's a
- 58:19Speaker 8: little bit of charisma, like this charismatic personality that is
- 58:25Speaker 8: inside that she weaponizes and or uses to her advantage
- 58:30Speaker 8: to kind of sway you to benefit herself being like,
- 58:34Speaker 8: Oh my God, I love you.
- 58:36Speaker 7: You're on my side.
- 58:37Speaker 6: Right.
- 58:38Speaker 8: But then when they talked about in the documentary, like
- 58:40Speaker 8: the rage texting, and then they, they went over to
- 58:45Speaker 8: Whitney Rose going through like all of the, you know,
- 58:49Speaker 8: rage texts. I can see that too, because I didn't
- 58:52Speaker 8: get rage texts. I got rage DMS on Tik TOK.
- 58:56Speaker 8: And then, you know, like you go into person and
- 58:58Speaker 8: it's like, how are you, Adam?
- 59:00Speaker 7: You're doing good.
- 59:01Speaker 8: And then in like the TikTok DMs, it was like,
- 59:05Speaker 8: and I was like, I don't want to see her.
- 59:07Speaker 8: So I did the same thing at the Kathy Hilton party.
- 59:09Speaker 8: I looked at her and I was like, beeline it
- 59:12Speaker 8: this way.
- 59:13Speaker 7: And then she came and she like pulled me and
- 59:15Speaker 7: I was like, oh no, I'm done. I'm going to
- 59:18Speaker 7: be hit by the Lord. And it's going down.
- 59:21Speaker 4: I also thought an interesting part was a very memorable
- 59:26Speaker 4: scene by Mary. That shows her weird quirkiness. So, of course,
- 59:31Speaker 4: all these moments are gold for the producers. And it's
- 59:35Speaker 4: when she shows up at Whitney's house and she was like,
- 59:40Speaker 4: a parishioner in my church.
- 59:45Speaker 8: Died.
- 59:46Speaker 4: She flew out of the, what did she say? The
- 59:50Speaker 4: skyroof or something? What do you call it? Sunroof?
- 59:55Speaker 2: Sunroof. She flew out of the sunroof. Into a neighborhood.
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: And the girl was like, is she okay? Did she die?
- 1:00:06Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: So, wear your seatbelt.
- 1:00:10Speaker 4: Now, all I want to say is, in her defense,
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: because we haven't defended her at all, you are being filmed.
- 1:00:20Speaker 4: That could have been edited. Wear your seatbelt. Could have
- 1:00:23Speaker 4: come 10 minutes after.
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: We don't know. We don't know.
- 1:00:27Speaker 4: If there was a moment where Mary was like.
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: I just, you know, I feel so terrible. She was
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: a wonder. She was a young mom. She had two kids.
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: We don't know.
- 1:00:36Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: You know, the way they edit it, it's like, so then.
- 1:00:40Speaker 4: Sadly, this young girl who did have two children was
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: part of the church, her father and her aunt and
- 1:00:49Speaker 4: uncle and everybody was just horrified to watch that scene
- 1:00:53Speaker 4: because it, it made it sound like she was mocking
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: it or making fun of it, but she is weird
- 1:00:58Speaker 4: and awkward. And I just, sometimes I just do, I
- 1:01:02Speaker 4: do feel badly for people on reality shows because if
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: you're supposed to just live your life and you're just
- 1:01:07Speaker 4: walking around and talking and you can't.
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: Edit yourself, they, they can edit.
- 1:01:15Speaker 4: But then when I heard that she never reached out
- 1:01:19Speaker 4: as the church, just to send flowers to, do whatever
- 1:01:24Speaker 4: it could be, say just something nice, you know, um,
- 1:01:29Speaker 4: maybe do a collection for her or, you know, not
- 1:01:32Speaker 4: charged for a funeral, whatever.
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: She didn't do anything.
- 1:01:34Speaker 4: She never contacted any of those people and they were
- 1:01:36Speaker 4: all current active members of her church.
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: So that's what I was like, that's all I need
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: to know.
- 1:01:41Speaker 4: But I just at place, you know, things are edited
- 1:01:45Speaker 4: to look quirky and weird too.
- 1:01:46Speaker 8: Well, yeah. And I think that what you're saying is,
- 1:01:50Speaker 8: I mean, obviously, it's absolutely correct. And you know this
- 1:01:52Speaker 8: better than I do. You're friends with, like, everyone. And
- 1:01:57Speaker 8: when it comes to her having these conversations about this,
- 1:02:02Speaker 8: I think it says a lot when the members of
- 1:02:05Speaker 8: the congregation who were pulled in to do the documentary
- 1:02:08Speaker 8: are claiming that people from the congregation were trying to
- 1:02:14Speaker 8: do GoFundMes for this girl, for her family, for... a
- 1:02:19Speaker 8: proper burial and, you know, like giving back to the
- 1:02:22Speaker 8: family after this like huge tragedy. And what they were
- 1:02:27Speaker 8: claiming was that she was trying to block them from
- 1:02:29Speaker 8: doing it. And she was telling them like, if you
- 1:02:32Speaker 8: guys are going to give back to her and.
- 1:02:35Speaker 7: Them and this family, then I'm good on you.
- 1:02:39Speaker 8: But they were claiming it was because she wanted those
- 1:02:43Speaker 8: funds for her church.
- 1:02:44Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: That's pretty awful.
- 1:02:46Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: I don't know. I mean, that could be, I don't know.
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: I mean, what is she going to do?
- 1:02:50Speaker 4: I think she's kind of doing the right thing and
- 1:02:52Speaker 4: just saying it's all lies because like you're going to
- 1:02:54Speaker 4: defend each thing.
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: It's so damaging. Like the only thing I can think.
- 1:03:00Speaker 4: Of that she should do is to just sell the
- 1:03:06Speaker 4: property and just be done with the church.
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: I think that's the only, if I was Bravo, that's
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: like what I would say.
- 1:03:13Speaker 7: You're not going to do that.
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, you're right, I guess. Oh, I don't know.
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: You're right, I guess it's tax-free.
- 1:03:20Speaker 4: So I guess all she has to do is have
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: one ceremony a year or one service a year and
- 1:03:28Speaker 4: then still get some money. And then, yeah, everything is
- 1:03:30Speaker 4: a write-off.
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: Yeah, you're right.
- 1:03:32Speaker 8: It's the best way to– and I'm not saying that
- 1:03:35Speaker 8: they are funneling money. It is the best way. I
- 1:03:37Speaker 8: want to open a church now, literally. Like I want
- 1:03:40Speaker 8: to open the United Up and Atom Holy Sunday– Church
- 1:03:46Speaker 8: of shithead me and get a tax write off.
- 1:03:51Speaker 7: I don't know. But like, truly, there are tax benefits
- 1:03:56Speaker 7: to it.
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:03:57Speaker 7: And then if you think about it, there is something
- 1:04:01Speaker 7: that when you are in this.
- 1:04:03Speaker 8: State, you know, it's, it kind of goes hand in
- 1:04:06Speaker 8: hand with what Andy Cohen said about these reality TV stars.
- 1:04:09Speaker 8: Like there is an element of narcissism. So they are
- 1:04:12Speaker 8: all fighting like Jax Taylor. I'm the number one guy
- 1:04:15Speaker 8: in this group. No Tom Sandoval. I'm the number one
- 1:04:17Speaker 8: guy in this group. Now, James Kennedy, I'm the number
- 1:04:20Speaker 8: one guy, but it's like for her, she is the
- 1:04:23Speaker 8: number one woman in this group. So that feeds an ego.
- 1:04:27Speaker 8: You get the tax free. You have people who are
- 1:04:30Speaker 8: just like Yes, queen, you are everything. And then you
- 1:04:35Speaker 8: have these little random fun gifts where people are just
- 1:04:39Speaker 8: contributing to you. She is not going to get rid
- 1:04:42Speaker 8: of that at all. I mean, it just all benefits her.
- 1:04:46Speaker 8: What I don't understand, though, on the other side of
- 1:04:49Speaker 8: it is.
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: How much.
- 1:04:52Speaker 8: based off of what I've heard from members of the
- 1:04:54Speaker 8: congregation and even former members of the congregation, like how
- 1:04:58Speaker 8: much are you actually involved in the church? Because I
- 1:05:00Speaker 8: believe she was really heavily involved before she started Real
- 1:05:03Speaker 8: Housewives of Salt Lake City. And now from my understanding,
- 1:05:06Speaker 8: she's not involved really at all. So when she shows up,
- 1:05:10Speaker 8: people are kind of like, oh my God. And that's
- 1:05:13Speaker 8: what the woman said to me when I showed up
- 1:05:15Speaker 8: at the, you know, outside the church, when it was
- 1:05:17Speaker 8: all boarded up, they were like, Mary will rise again.
- 1:05:22Speaker 7: And I'm like, where the did she go?
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: I have a question.
- 1:05:27Speaker 4: So, you know, I forgot as they showed the clips
- 1:05:30Speaker 4: of all the girls, Lisa Barlow, they're all telling on,
- 1:05:35Speaker 4: on Mary about how awful she's treated her congregation and everything.
- 1:05:40Speaker 4: Do we, have you heard from any of them or
- 1:05:43Speaker 4: have any scoop when they got the word that she
- 1:05:46Speaker 4: was coming back?
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: Were they scared?
- 1:05:49Speaker 4: Were they just smart enough to know?
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: That they better play.
- 1:05:53Speaker 4: Along and get their airtime and have their fun and
- 1:05:58Speaker 4: not piss her off and just make good TV so
- 1:06:01Speaker 4: that the show is a united effort and stays on
- 1:06:04Speaker 4: the air.
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: Like what, you know, what do you think?
- 1:06:08Speaker 7: They were both.
- 1:06:09Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:06:10Speaker 7: No, I mean, so I have, until everything happened with Whitney, I.
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: Have a pretty strong.
- 1:06:17Speaker 4: Just to remind people, with Whitney, it was that you
- 1:06:22Speaker 4: were blamed for saying that.
- 1:06:26Speaker 7: Lisa Barlow was the one who.
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: Like quickly, what, what was that? I don't remember.
- 1:06:31Speaker 8: Whitney went on and said that I made up this
- 1:06:34Speaker 8: lie that Lisa Barlow ended up exposing the fact that
- 1:06:40Speaker 8: her jewelry line was sourced from.
- 1:06:42Speaker 7: Alibaba, which was not true. And I have all of
- 1:06:47Speaker 7: the text messages.
- 1:06:48Speaker 8: I really struggled with that because I have strong relationships
- 1:06:52Speaker 8: with a lot of Bravo people and I've never shared
- 1:06:55Speaker 8: a text message ever.
- 1:06:56Speaker 7: Like I just don't even do that.
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:06:59Speaker 8: You know, so I, I struggled with like kind of
- 1:07:01Speaker 8: defending myself or not and seeing how it played out
- 1:07:04Speaker 8: the rest of the season. And it, it played out
- 1:07:06Speaker 8: in like an okay way where I was fine not
- 1:07:08Speaker 8: doing that. And when I saw Whitney at Kathy Hilton's party,
- 1:07:13Speaker 8: there was somebody who was another blogger or, YouTuber or
- 1:07:17Speaker 8: podcaster or whatever people call it.
- 1:07:19Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 1:07:19Speaker 8: Cause everybody's so offended by it, um, who recorded it.
- 1:07:23Speaker 8: And I called her out about it. And she was like, Adam,
- 1:07:26Speaker 8: you know that I was best friends with your husband.
- 1:07:30Speaker 8: And I was like, what's his name? And she goes, Adam,
- 1:07:37Speaker 8: I just had to walk the blue carpet. And I
- 1:07:41Speaker 8: was like, what the does that mean? what's my husband's name?
- 1:07:45Speaker 8: You were best friends. And she's like, Adam, I can't
- 1:07:48Speaker 8: think right now. I said, Whitney, shut up. And she goes, Adam,
- 1:07:53Speaker 8: you know, this is for TV, right? Like you need
- 1:07:57Speaker 8: to relax. And I'm like, no, you went on watch
- 1:08:00Speaker 8: what happens live and said that I lied about something,
- 1:08:02Speaker 8: which I didn't lie about. And you're lucky that I'm
- 1:08:05Speaker 8: not sharing the text messages. So it kind of went
- 1:08:07Speaker 8: back to that. Um, But going back to what was
- 1:08:11Speaker 8: the original question?
- 1:08:12Speaker 4: The original question was, how did they feel when they
- 1:08:14Speaker 4: heard she was coming back? Were they, did they think
- 1:08:16Speaker 4: it was good for the show or are they terrified
- 1:08:18Speaker 4: for themselves? Or they're like, we all just better play
- 1:08:21Speaker 4: in the sandbox together if we're going to succeed.
- 1:08:23Speaker 8: I think it's one of two things based off of
- 1:08:26Speaker 8: the conversations that I had with them. I think one was,
- 1:08:29Speaker 8: it's kind of like, let's just use New York as
- 1:08:33Speaker 8: a comparison.
- 1:08:34Speaker 7: Like Ramona is probably a pain in the ass, right?
- 1:08:37Speaker 8: But you know, she's good. You know she's good for
- 1:08:40Speaker 8: the show. You know she's going to deliver. And it
- 1:08:43Speaker 8: is what it is. Do you necessarily want to work
- 1:08:45Speaker 8: with her? Some people probably might get annoyed. I think
- 1:08:48Speaker 8: for Mary Cosby, they knew she was going to deliver
- 1:08:51Speaker 8: the memes and the quirkiness and the just silly little
- 1:08:55Speaker 8: antics that were going to drive ratings.
- 1:08:58Speaker 7: But then also.
- 1:08:59Speaker 8: the difference was was that Mary Cosby especially coming off
- 1:09:04Speaker 8: of the pandemic and it wasn't that far after when
- 1:09:06Speaker 8: they started filming you're coming off of a time where
- 1:09:11Speaker 8: it can be incredibly problematic for a white woman to
- 1:09:15Speaker 8: go up against somebody of color and she is a
- 1:09:17Speaker 8: woman of color And these are white women. And so
- 1:09:21Speaker 8: if you are going to stand up against her, the
- 1:09:24Speaker 8: first initial thing that people are going to say is
- 1:09:26Speaker 8: you're standing up against her because you are being a racist.
- 1:09:30Speaker 7: And so that.
- 1:09:33Speaker 8: Really paved a way of fear, I think, for the
- 1:09:38Speaker 8: rest of the cast to not say the same things
- 1:09:40Speaker 8: that they would say to each other out of fear,
- 1:09:43Speaker 8: trying to protect themselves within the network and make sure
- 1:09:46Speaker 8: that they protected their position.
- 1:09:51Speaker 6: Only.
- 1:09:51Speaker 7: Do you understand what I'm saying?
- 1:09:53Speaker 8: Like, no, I totally, I totally not say the same
- 1:09:55Speaker 8: things to her that they would say to each other.
- 1:09:57Speaker 4: And that's like a brave, but you're right. I think
- 1:10:00Speaker 4: it is true, especially like in post 2020 world. And
- 1:10:03Speaker 4: also I think people have a lot of sympathy for
- 1:10:07Speaker 4: her because she put her son on camera who is
- 1:10:11Speaker 4: struggling with drugs, which I've been critical of because I'm like,
- 1:10:16Speaker 4: he probably has a lot of anxiety and use that
- 1:10:19Speaker 4: day because you told him the cameras are coming at four.
- 1:10:21Speaker 2: Like he shouldn't be on camera.
- 1:10:24Speaker 8: I'm starting to wonder too, if she also manipulated him
- 1:10:27Speaker 8: to be on camera for that, the same way that
- 1:10:30Speaker 8: the congregation was manipulated into giving the money, but also
- 1:10:33Speaker 8: based off of what the congregation said, she was on
- 1:10:36Speaker 8: drugs at that age. That's why she was disfellowshipped. So
- 1:10:40Speaker 8: are you just looking at her son with a wig,
- 1:10:42Speaker 8: but just 20 years prior?
- 1:10:46Speaker 7: There's so many questions. Yeah.
- 1:10:48Speaker 4: I mean, but you know, people at home, so many
- 1:10:50Speaker 4: people struggle with a young adult child that is struggling
- 1:10:53Speaker 4: with drugs. So I think that she gained a lot
- 1:10:55Speaker 4: of sympathy from the fans there. You know, and she just, yeah, she,
- 1:11:00Speaker 4: she is funny. She is good TV, but I'm all,
- 1:11:03Speaker 4: but also, you know, the show is entertainment.
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: They are not elected officials.
- 1:11:09Speaker 4: They are not, you know, people that we should, take
- 1:11:13Speaker 4: you know any kind of advice from they're literally you
- 1:11:17Speaker 4: know women that are willing to be ridiculous jump in
- 1:11:20Speaker 4: the water with their spanks on show their tits grab
- 1:11:23Speaker 4: each other's boob you know tongue kiss their husband and
- 1:11:27Speaker 4: paint I don't know you know what I mean like
- 1:11:29Speaker 4: all the crazy stuff that they and and then now
- 1:11:34Speaker 4: you're in this category and you got to make the
- 1:11:37Speaker 4: best of it you don't want it to end because
- 1:11:40Speaker 4: what else are you going to do like it's it's
- 1:11:42Speaker 4: like these golden handcuffs of the reality world. It's you really,
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: and it's very hard to actually made it on like
- 1:11:51Speaker 4: a spinoff or done their own thing besides Lisa Vanderpump.
- 1:11:54Speaker 2: It's like nobody.
- 1:11:56Speaker 4: So you want to stay on the show as long
- 1:11:58Speaker 4: as possible because a spinoff isn't going to happen.
- 1:12:02Speaker 8: I think that the only person to be honest with you,
- 1:12:06Speaker 8: no matter what they say, I feel like Meredith Marks
- 1:12:09Speaker 8: would probably be the only one who would be very
- 1:12:12Speaker 8: content with, you know, if you cut me tomorrow, it's fine.
- 1:12:17Speaker 7: I think that she comes from money.
- 1:12:19Speaker 8: I've gone, you know, like I went out in Palm
- 1:12:21Speaker 8: beach with Meredith. I went out on, you know, boats
- 1:12:23Speaker 8: and jet skis with her. And then I've seen her
- 1:12:25Speaker 8: in Salt Lake city and New York and LA and Vegas. And,
- 1:12:28Speaker 8: you know, like the woman lives very lavishly. And I, I,
- 1:12:33Speaker 8: I think that she comes from family money. I'm not
- 1:12:35Speaker 8: really sure.
- 1:12:36Speaker 4: Well, you know, I, I, I did a mistake cause
- 1:12:39Speaker 4: I did a little I believe she's spending $ 70, 000 a
- 1:12:42Speaker 4: month on.
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: Salt Lake Rental. Like, we know what you get paid.
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: Salt Lake City Rental, why are you doing that? And anyway,
- 1:12:51Speaker 2: it was a clip.
- 1:12:52Speaker 4: And I was just, like, doing one of my rants of, like,
- 1:12:55Speaker 4: you know, housewife consulting, like, 101.
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: Like, you shouldn't spend that much on this rental, whatever.
- 1:13:00Speaker 4: And then people were like, she's worth whatever, like $ 100
- 1:13:03Speaker 4: million from her family. And then I was like, well,
- 1:13:06Speaker 4: then by all means, rent it for $ 70, 000. for a
- 1:13:10Speaker 4: hundred thousand next season who cares there are rumors that
- 1:13:14Speaker 4: um she you know is either asking for too much
- 1:13:18Speaker 4: or might be coming back as a friend because this
- 1:13:20Speaker 4: season people felt she wasn't really bringing it i disagree
- 1:13:24Speaker 4: i find her i just did like like i disagree
- 1:13:29Speaker 4: i find i'm very interesting i i mean i don't
- 1:13:33Speaker 4: care what people say seth and i are great um
- 1:13:38Speaker 4: yeah i mean i Like she's beautiful.
- 1:13:41Speaker 2: She's interesting. Her way of speech.
- 1:13:45Speaker 4: What do you think about this last episode where they're
- 1:13:47Speaker 4: implying that she has a drug addict, a drug addiction problem,
- 1:13:51Speaker 4: Whitney and Mary? I thought that was really like really uncool,
- 1:13:55Speaker 4: but again, and they've got to do something. So it's like,
- 1:14:00Speaker 4: it's such a, it's such a way to dig at
- 1:14:03Speaker 4: a housewife is to do a thing. And Lisa Rinna
- 1:14:06Speaker 4: did it too. in the famous scene where she's like,
- 1:14:09Speaker 4: my sister died. That's why I care about you, Kim.
- 1:14:12Speaker 4: Cause you're clearly. And Kim's like, fuck you. Like, it's like, well,
- 1:14:17Speaker 4: I'm just saying this because I'm. He's doing drugs. And.
- 1:14:22Speaker 4: It's the ultimate fuck you thing to do on camera.
- 1:14:27Speaker 2: Because I never, I never thought for one moment. That Meredith.
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: Abusing drugs and alcohol.
- 1:14:36Speaker 8: No.
- 1:14:36Speaker 4: Until they said it. And then I was like, first
- 1:14:38Speaker 4: of all, she has that weird speech.
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: She always has. And why moment where you feel like
- 1:14:45Speaker 2: she's been out of it. I mean, yeah.
- 1:14:48Speaker 4: And if Sonia compared to other women we've seen in
- 1:14:51Speaker 4: the house by Francis being hired drunk or whatever, I
- 1:14:55Speaker 4: don't think there's been a moment where Meredith has been
- 1:14:57Speaker 4: out of control.
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: And you know what? If the new girl brought.
- 1:15:00Speaker 4: Up a tick tock where my husband was cheating on camera,
- 1:15:03Speaker 4: I'd be fucking pissed too.
- 1:15:06Speaker 9: Right.
- 1:15:06Speaker 7: And also, back that shit up.
- 1:15:10Speaker 8: Don't bring me a TikTok of some random TikToker sitting
- 1:15:14Speaker 8: there saying something about my husband.
- 1:15:16Speaker 7: Bring me the text message. Bring me the receipts.
- 1:15:19Speaker 2: Do you know the whole story behind that, girl?
- 1:15:21Speaker 8: No.
- 1:15:24Speaker 2: Reddits. She's like, I'm going to read crazy Reddit comments
- 1:15:28Speaker 2: about housewives. So then they call her and they're like.
- 1:15:34Speaker 2: And she was like, Oh my God. Yeah, I get
- 1:15:36Speaker 2: to be on TV.
- 1:15:37Speaker 4: So then she did one and I came across my
- 1:15:39Speaker 4: feet where she was like, I never was saying.
- 1:15:44Speaker 2: Like, they took it out of context. I was, she
- 1:15:46Speaker 2: was never saying that a, she was the Uber driver
- 1:15:49Speaker 2: or her friend was the Uber driver.
- 1:15:51Speaker 4: She was reading a Reddit that anyone can write anything
- 1:15:54Speaker 4: saying I wasn't, you know, my friend was an Uber
- 1:15:57Speaker 4: driver and Seth was in the back of the car
- 1:15:59Speaker 4: with a girl. And then last episode, uh, Bronwyn says,
- 1:16:06Speaker 4: and he was at a dinner with a, a woman.
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: And I'm like, why couldn't that be? And you're out
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: in public at dinner.
- 1:16:16Speaker 4: I'm just saying like, I've had, how many times have
- 1:16:18Speaker 4: I been at dinner with the people that are not
- 1:16:21Speaker 4: my husband that are men? Most of them are gay,
- 1:16:23Speaker 4: but some are not. Well, not all the men in
- 1:16:27Speaker 4: my life are gay, but like, you know, and it's still,
- 1:16:29Speaker 4: I mean, and I've had people like say, like say,
- 1:16:33Speaker 4: aren't you guys separated?
- 1:16:34Speaker 2: Aren't you getting a divorce?
- 1:16:35Speaker 4: And I'm like, no, like, but you know, so I
- 1:16:40Speaker 4: can't imagine how heightened it would be when that can
- 1:16:42Speaker 4: be a storyline.
- 1:16:43Speaker 8: You know, I was just out with women, their husbands
- 1:16:47Speaker 8: and gay men on New Year's Eve. And my husband
- 1:16:50Speaker 8: was in Portland, Oregon at a monastery. And people were like,
- 1:16:54Speaker 8: why are you here with these random people, especially gay men?
- 1:16:58Speaker 7: Like, what are you, is everything okay?
- 1:17:00Speaker 8: And I'm like, Yeah. He wanted to eat, pray, love.
- 1:17:03Speaker 8: And I wanted to get my booze on and like
- 1:17:06Speaker 8: dance on bars.
- 1:17:07Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:17:07Speaker 7: We had two different journeys for 2026. We are fine.
- 1:17:10Speaker 4: I went to, yeah, I was at the Rachel, you
- 1:17:12Speaker 4: could beach with Jill Zarin and, you know, and my
- 1:17:17Speaker 4: husband and they, and it was the biggest dump ever
- 1:17:19Speaker 4: in mammoth.
- 1:17:22Speaker 2: Sons and husband wanted to ski.
- 1:17:24Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:17:25Speaker 2: And I've done that skiing New Year's Eve in mammoth
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: over and over and over again. So like, yeah. But,
- 1:17:29Speaker 2: you know, people love to talk and judge and whatever.
- 1:17:33Speaker 4: And so I can imagine why that'd be annoying, especially if,
- 1:17:38Speaker 4: you know, why would someone freak out that much if
- 1:17:40Speaker 4: it wasn't true? If it was true or if it wasn't,
- 1:17:43Speaker 4: it's a fucked thing to do. And that's what she
- 1:17:45Speaker 4: was reacting to.
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: It's a fucked thing to do. Like, that's it.
- 1:17:49Speaker 8: Going back to what you said about Mary Cosby and
- 1:17:52Speaker 8: Whitney bringing this up about her being accused of having
- 1:17:56Speaker 8: some sort of substance abuse issues.
- 1:17:57Speaker 7: It's like, You two are, why?
- 1:18:03Speaker 8: You're putting your son on camera and having him, one, sure,
- 1:18:08Speaker 8: you're sitting here and you're hiding behind the guise of like, oh, well,
- 1:18:12Speaker 8: this is so helpful to so many people, which it
- 1:18:14Speaker 8: could be. However, he's 20 years old. And, you know,
- 1:18:19Speaker 8: like when somebody, a future employer looks him up, they're
- 1:18:22Speaker 8: going to see where he said, well, I did Klonopens
- 1:18:25Speaker 8: and hydrocodone and cocaine because, Life was like unseasoned chicken
- 1:18:29Speaker 8: and I wanted to add some seasoning. So now that
- 1:18:31Speaker 8: lives on the internet for forever and also all streaming services.
- 1:18:35Speaker 7: So good job. And then, and I'm not judging her
- 1:18:39Speaker 7: for it, but like it will follow him.
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: It will.
- 1:18:41Speaker 7: And we all know that.
- 1:18:42Speaker 8: And then for Whitney, your dad ended up bolting after
- 1:18:47Speaker 8: you were trying to help him and then exposing him
- 1:18:50Speaker 8: in the confessionals as a total drug addict and he
- 1:18:56Speaker 8: left because he couldn't handle the scrutiny he couldn't handle
- 1:18:59Speaker 8: any of that So now in turn, what you guys
- 1:19:02Speaker 8: are doing after seeing how this affected two.
- 1:19:04Speaker 7: People that you both really, really love.
- 1:19:07Speaker 8: Now you guys are going to do this to somebody
- 1:19:09Speaker 8: who is on your cast and direct the same energy
- 1:19:12Speaker 8: to somebody after knowing how it affects other people.
- 1:19:14Speaker 7: If I were Meredith, I would be like, fuck you.
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:19:17Speaker 7: Fuck you and fuck off.
- 1:19:20Speaker 8: And unless we see her, unless they're hiding some behavior, like,
- 1:19:25Speaker 8: you know, Monica Garcia just came out.
- 1:19:28Speaker 7: And she said, allegedly, but she did that whole little dance.
- 1:19:31Speaker 8: And she's like, you know, there's a cast member who
- 1:19:34Speaker 8: wants to sit there and allegedly talk about Meredith's drinking
- 1:19:37Speaker 8: and all of that, but they were wheelchaired into the
- 1:19:40Speaker 8: hotel and they had to be wheelchaired out and escorted
- 1:19:43Speaker 8: out into an ambulance to get their stomach pumped.
- 1:19:46Speaker 7: And we all had to stay in our rooms, allegedly.
- 1:19:49Speaker 2: And people believe Heather.
- 1:19:52Speaker 7: That was Heather Gay.
- 1:19:53Speaker 2: It was Heather Gay at my friend's restaurant.
- 1:19:55Speaker 7: That's what they believe, yeah. Was that Trixie?
- 1:20:00Speaker 2: No, no, it was, it was Copley's restaurant. Oh, okay. Yeah.
- 1:20:05Speaker 4: And, um, anyway, that's what she's sitting outside and they're
- 1:20:09Speaker 4: doing the, she had too many espresso martinis.
- 1:20:12Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:20:12Speaker 4: Which if you have too many of those, you will
- 1:20:14Speaker 4: puke you. Cause it's coffee, it's alcohol, it's everything. We
- 1:20:18Speaker 4: know how long those days are. And I know from
- 1:20:21Speaker 4: the waiter there that sets, wait, start again, talk again.
- 1:20:28Speaker 4: Come enter again. So that was like a whole long shoot. So,
- 1:20:34Speaker 4: you know, even if that did happen to her again,
- 1:20:37Speaker 4: so what?
- 1:20:39Speaker 2: Like it happens. It happens.
- 1:20:41Speaker 4: It doesn't mean that Heather has an issue either.
- 1:20:45Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:20:46Speaker 7: It's like, so what if it happened to her? But
- 1:20:47Speaker 7: then also don't put the shit.
- 1:20:49Speaker 8: Heather is like the number one driving force behind everything
- 1:20:52Speaker 8: on Meredith. And by the way, listen, if you get
- 1:20:54Speaker 8: fucked up on espresso martinis, one, it's coffee, two, it's vodka.
- 1:20:59Speaker 8: So yes, if she's over here in the sprinter van
- 1:21:01Speaker 8: shitting herself and puking at the same time, like, yes.
- 1:21:05Speaker 7: That's going to happen. We're not judging.
- 1:21:07Speaker 8: You but also lay off of other people because everybody
- 1:21:11Speaker 8: gave you.
- 1:21:11Speaker 4: Grace right and also as far as heather goes but
- 1:21:15Speaker 4: the black eyes because she still doesn't know about the
- 1:21:17Speaker 4: black guy because out and woke up with a black
- 1:21:22Speaker 4: eye we don't know if she woke up in the
- 1:21:23Speaker 4: middle of night to go to the bathroom hit her
- 1:21:26Speaker 4: eye woke up on the on the toilet and was
- 1:21:29Speaker 4: like whatever crumbled back into bed And then.
- 1:21:32Speaker 2: Woke up the next day and had a black eye.
- 1:21:34Speaker 2: That totally could have happened. And it most likely wasn't
- 1:21:37Speaker 2: Jen Shaw. Who the fuck knows?
- 1:21:39Speaker 4: You know, it took two books and 14 episodes of shows.
- 1:21:44Speaker 4: And we still never found out. And a book tour.
- 1:21:47Speaker 4: And we still never found it. Because the truth is
- 1:21:50Speaker 4: the truth. In the second book, it's like, oh, I
- 1:21:53Speaker 4: went to the bookstore and I looked it up. And
- 1:21:56Speaker 4: it was, oh, we were so drunk. We were so wasted.
- 1:21:59Speaker 4: I woke up with a black eye.
- 1:22:02Speaker 7: Yeah. And also she milked it.
- 1:22:05Speaker 8: But then also my problem with Heather Gay is I,
- 1:22:09Speaker 8: oh my God, at BravoCon, it was so awkward. I
- 1:22:10Speaker 8: was two doors down from her in the same, at
- 1:22:14Speaker 8: the Four Seasons. I was two rooms down and she
- 1:22:17Speaker 8: does not like me after the Jen Shaw interview. She
- 1:22:20Speaker 8: has this weird, just disdain for me. And what's wild
- 1:22:28Speaker 8: is when she first started the show, I thought she
- 1:22:30Speaker 8: was going to be my favorite housewife ever. And then
- 1:22:33Speaker 8: what happened was it was like the quintessential, like the fame,
- 1:22:37Speaker 8: the attention, the, the whatever it got to your head.
- 1:22:40Speaker 8: You got this big ass. She already had a big
- 1:22:43Speaker 8: ass head and a big jaw, but it made it bigger.
- 1:22:47Speaker 7: It all got bigger. Like you had, like, I don't.
- 1:22:49Speaker 2: Her body got smaller, but her, Right.
- 1:22:54Speaker 8: Your body got smaller, your head got bigger. Now all
- 1:22:56Speaker 8: of a sudden it's like Heather Bratz doll gay. I
- 1:22:59Speaker 8: don't know what happened. And I'm not sitting here, guys,
- 1:23:01Speaker 8: I'm not shaming body shaming or anything like that because
- 1:23:04Speaker 8: she looks better than I do at this point. So
- 1:23:06Speaker 8: like good for her. But what I do want to
- 1:23:09Speaker 8: say is. You got mean and you lied on an
- 1:23:13Speaker 8: entire production crew and jeopardized their jobs.
- 1:23:18Speaker 7: You've lied on multiple people and jeopardized their jobs.
- 1:23:21Speaker 2: Black guy.
- 1:23:21Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:23:22Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:23:22Speaker 8: You've also gotten people fired. Her getting Monica Garcia fired
- 1:23:27Speaker 8: over having the stupid... reality Von T's thing. My God,
- 1:23:32Speaker 8: give me a break guys. If you would have kept
- 1:23:34Speaker 8: Monica around and I don't even talk to Monica that much,
- 1:23:38Speaker 8: but if you would have kept Monica around, she would
- 1:23:40Speaker 8: have been one of the best housewives. And that's what
- 1:23:43Speaker 8: bothered Heather for sure, because she would have been a
- 1:23:46Speaker 8: phenomenal housewife. She came in and she said, I fucked
- 1:23:49Speaker 8: my brother-in-law for 18 months.
- 1:23:52Speaker 7: I got a foreclosure. I hate my ex-husband. I hate
- 1:23:57Speaker 7: my mom.
- 1:23:57Speaker 8: This is what's going on. And it was just so open.
- 1:24:00Speaker 8: And Heather was definitely threatened by that. So then Heather
- 1:24:03Speaker 8: started bringing up all of these things in order to
- 1:24:05Speaker 8: get Monica off 1 million percent. It's like you are
- 1:24:10Speaker 8: one part really insecure and two part just very big
- 1:24:15Speaker 8: headed because this.
- 1:24:16Speaker 7: Has all gotten to you.
- 1:24:17Speaker 8: And now when you have new people come in, like
- 1:24:20Speaker 8: whether it's Bronwyn or Brittany Bateman or anybody, you're like, ladies, we.
- 1:24:25Speaker 7: Need to unite because we have had.
- 1:24:29Speaker 8: people infiltrate this group and we can not.
- 1:24:34Speaker 4: And it's like, you know, what's really interesting before I
- 1:24:36Speaker 4: forget is in, in studying the cults and the, you know,
- 1:24:42Speaker 4: and all this stuff, the fact Heather gay had where
- 1:24:49Speaker 4: she goes, now we're going to all say the horrible other,
- 1:24:54Speaker 4: and we're going to read them aloud and, I mean,
- 1:24:58Speaker 4: that is like a weird cult humiliation. It goes on to,
- 1:25:02Speaker 4: you know, do the three-part cult. She probably is the
- 1:25:06Speaker 4: right person to do it because she was still using.
- 1:25:08Speaker 2: That was some pretty....
- 1:25:11Speaker 8: But did you notice that she didn't read anything on
- 1:25:14Speaker 8: that episode and nothing was read about her?
- 1:25:16Speaker 7: Did you notice both of those?
- 1:25:19Speaker 4: Well, or it wasn't shared, but yeah.
- 1:25:21Speaker 7: Or, yes, it was edited out.
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: I love.
- 1:25:26Speaker 4: that you were in it and that you came on
- 1:25:28Speaker 4: juicy scoop and, um, yeah, this is great.
- 1:25:32Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 1:25:35Speaker 8: Anywhere you guys go, whether it's Instagram, Tik TOK, uh,
- 1:25:39Speaker 8: YouTube podcast, it's all just one word up and Adam.
- 1:25:43Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:25:43Speaker 2: I love it.
- 1:25:44Speaker 7: Thank you guys. I've always been a juicy scooper. Love
- 1:25:48Speaker 7: juicy scoop.
- 1:25:48Speaker 8: I love the fact that the first time that I
- 1:25:51Speaker 8: ever went on, we were talking about like your YouTube and, um,
- 1:25:55Speaker 8: you know, like we, we were like just brainstorming little ideas.
- 1:25:58Speaker 8: And now I see that silver play button behind you,
- 1:26:00Speaker 8: which I love that.
- 1:26:01Speaker 7: Cause that was just, it's the most fun thing to unbox.
- 1:26:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:26:06Speaker 8: You so deserve it. And the funny thing is, is
- 1:26:08Speaker 8: I was talking to my brother before this. Cause he
- 1:26:11Speaker 8: was like, well, I have a, I have a little
- 1:26:14Speaker 8: window between four and five. And I said, no, I'm
- 1:26:16Speaker 8: going on with Heather McDonald. And he's like from E.
- 1:26:20Speaker 8: And I was like, how do you know that? He said,
- 1:26:23Speaker 8: do you remember we used to sit there and smoke
- 1:26:26Speaker 8: and watch?
- 1:26:27Speaker 7: Yeah, that was the college days. That was great.
- 1:26:30Speaker 2: I love it. Love you.
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: Love you.
- 1:26:35Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 1:26:35Speaker 8: Thanks.
