Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:21
  April 21st, 2025. And well, I wasn't expecting
• 0:28
that a late 90s basketball game to break out yesterday between
• 0:33
that those two teams. So yeah, I did not expect both
• 0:38
of them to or neither of them to not break 100.
• 0:44
That was surprising. So, but I should have just
• 0:48
assumed, you know, under 100, the under because it's playoff
• 0:54
basketball. So all right, I took the L and
• 0:59
but tonight we're going to get him back.
• 1:02
We're going to stick with the basketball.
• 1:05
And here's something that I do know.
• 1:08
Speaking of 90s basketball, because this goes, this trend
• 1:10
goes all the way back to the 90s.
• 1:12
It goes back to the 80s to the 70s, really.
• 1:15
Somewhere in there it's bet against the Clippers because the
• 1:18
Clippers are the Clippers and whatever happens, they're going
• 1:22
to clip her. As we saw at the game one.
• 1:26
Here we are in game two. We got the Nuggets.
• 1:30
They're at home, they're getting points, they're getting a point
• 1:34
and a half. They won the last game, they're
• 1:37
going to win this game. So we're going to take the point
• 1:41
and a half, we're going to sprinkle the money line and
• 1:44
we're going to just ride that loaf of bread right on past the
• 1:49
Clippers and into the second round.
• 1:52
He don't need no coach. He's the baddest man on the
• 1:55
planet. He's the best basketball player
• 1:58
and he don't even care. That's how good he is.
• 2:03
It bores him that he's this good at basketball.
• 2:06
He just want to get back to his horses.
• 2:08
So we're taking Denver Nuggets plus 1 1/2 over the Clippers in
• 2:14
tonight's NBA Basketball Playoff first round action.
• 2:18
See anything better than that? Pound it.
• 2:20
That's my pick and I'm sticking to it.
