• 0:00
  Welcome into the two-minute timeout
• 0:02
sponsored by Bunkers of Auburn downtown.
• 0:04
And uh you watch a Super Bowl and you
• 0:08
know it used to be kind of one of those
• 0:10
things you had to do. I I don't watch as
• 0:12
much anymore to be quite honest, but
• 0:16
when when Derry calls play, I'm going to
• 0:17
watch. Um just one of those guys that
• 0:20
you gravitated to when he was a player.
• 0:23
um the way he did things um on and off
• 0:26
the field, his personality, all those
• 0:27
things are like hope good things work
• 0:30
out for Derek Hall, but man, having a
• 0:33
couple of sacks, a force fumble in a
• 0:35
Super Bowl, and um being a huge part of
• 0:38
things was was icing on the cake to see
• 0:40
that guy have that success. And so this
• 0:42
congrats to Derek Hall, but also Nemiah
• 0:45
Pritchette, Nico Thorp, Josh Bines. I
• 0:47
mean, there's four Auburn guys as part
• 0:50
of that Seattle Seahawks team to get a
• 0:52
Super Bowl ring and that's awesome to
• 0:53
see. But, you know, Derek Hall,
• 0:55
obviously the guy that got the main
• 0:56
stage kind of on on um Sunday night, but
• 1:01
um you know, I think back to I think it
• 1:03
was a trip at Arkansas where you have to
• 1:06
ride a bus from the bottom of the hill
• 1:08
to the top of the hill to the stadium
• 1:09
and got on with Derek Hall's family one
• 1:11
time and just they were beaming how
• 1:14
proud they were of him and the things
• 1:15
  he's done.
• 1:16
Um, that's what this is all about. Um,
• 1:19
it's still a a game at heart where these
• 1:23
kids can have success and grow and
• 1:25
mature and and and become successful one
• 1:27
day. And Derek Hall's done that. But I
• 1:29
just think about the family ties, all
• 1:31
the things that he went through and they
• 1:32
went through to see him get to that
• 1:34
moment was incredibly special. And so I
• 1:37
just wanted to have this morning to to
• 1:40
say congrats to to all those guys, but
• 1:42
especially to to Derek Hall for for
• 1:44
winning a Super Bowl and for being such
• 1:45
a huge part of things for the Seahawks.
• 1:47
So couldn't happen to a a better guy.
• 1:50
Um, but check out Bunkers of Auburn
• 1:52
  downtown. Great sports bar atmosphere,
• 1:54
food, awesome time, and more. So go
• 1:56
  check them out. of all.
