- 0:00Speaker 1: He's still marks among show on seven ten wr.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Well, another beautiful sunny day. It's gonna be like the
- 0:08Speaker 2: rest of the week. What's today? It's only Wednesday, but
- 0:10Speaker 2: it's going to be a beautiful hot Well, it'll be
- 0:14Speaker 2: great today tomorrow, then really hot ninety like Friday, Saturday.
- 0:20Speaker 2: It looks like it could be rain on Sunday. So
- 0:23Speaker 2: apparently they just had a staff meeting at sixty minutes.
- 0:27Speaker 2: You gotta remember this, Scott Pelley, this obnoxious, pompous ass,
- 0:32Speaker 2: this crazy, screaming idiot. And there's a couple others like that.
- 0:37Speaker 2: You know, who's the one that just also got fired
- 0:39Speaker 2: at CBS sixty men and then wrote this nasty thing.
- 0:42Speaker 2: So you get these fake news anchors, these pompous, ridiculous,
- 0:46Speaker 2: sanctimonious idiots that are in the anchors. But that's not everybody,
- 0:49Speaker 2: you know. I'm sure if he went over to sixty minutes,
- 0:52Speaker 2: he talked to people and the staff, the crew. They're normal,
- 0:56Speaker 2: they're totally normal, and most of them like Trump. You know,
- 1:00Speaker 2: I used to do a lot of shows at MSNBC
- 1:02Speaker 2: for years back. They stopped debates years ago, but from
- 1:09Speaker 2: the two thousand and four to twenty ten. There's a
- 1:12Speaker 2: million shows at MSNBC, and it you'd be on with
- 1:15Speaker 2: Rachel Maddow and all these people and these left wing
- 1:18Speaker 2: kook anchors. You'd be in the big fights with them
- 1:21Speaker 2: on the air. But after the show, as you'd leave
- 1:25Speaker 2: big studio, big hallways, you'd walk through, everybody on the
- 1:28Speaker 2: crew would come over to you and go, I agree
- 1:30Speaker 2: with you, and don't listen to those I mean all
- 1:34Speaker 2: the people that worked on the show, the crew, the technicians,
- 1:37Speaker 2: the engineers, normal people, not left wing kook sore. It's
- 1:41Speaker 2: the same thing. At sixty minutes. You could if you're
- 1:45Speaker 2: the biggest thing in the world, if you're at a
- 1:50Speaker 2: station or a TV network somewhere where you got the
- 1:52Speaker 2: number one show and your show is bringing in more revenue,
- 1:55Speaker 2: and the yeah, you can yell at the boss. Then
- 1:57Speaker 2: I've seen these cases. I mean, I miss imus. Would
- 2:03Speaker 2: you got a brand new general manager, he'd just walk
- 2:05Speaker 2: in and start screaming at the guy, yelling at him,
- 2:07Speaker 2: making fun of him. Although I miss it was kind
- 2:10Speaker 2: of he was a very shrewd guy. He knew exactly
- 2:14Speaker 2: where the line was. He would do it, but not
- 2:16Speaker 2: too much. But uh, I can't miss any names here.
- 2:21Speaker 2: This is years ago, another station, another place, long ago.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Morning Guy, Big Morning Game been in the air like
- 2:29Speaker 2: thirty years. I mean, this guy was huge. He was
- 2:33Speaker 2: the nastiest guy ever. There'd be fistfights in the studio.
- 2:36Speaker 2: He'd curse and scream at every and the worst and
- 2:40Speaker 2: when he got done at the end of the morning
- 2:41Speaker 2: show at ten o'clock, he'd roam the halls looking for
- 2:44Speaker 2: any executive to scream at, to terrorize, and he could
- 2:47Speaker 2: get away with it. He brought in so much revenue.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Ratings were so good, so it got to the point
- 2:52Speaker 2: where every executive in the station, the whole floor, would
- 2:57Speaker 2: leave their office about nine to forty five and leave
- 2:59Speaker 2: the building for like a half So when this guy
- 3:01Speaker 2: got off the air, he couldn't find them. So but
- 3:05Speaker 2: one day the chairman of the board, the billionaire was
- 3:10Speaker 2: John Klugi, happened to show up at the station. He
- 3:12Speaker 2: owned Metro Media millions a s. He showed up at
- 3:15Speaker 2: the station around ten o'clock and as he went up
- 3:18Speaker 2: and down the halls, no executives anywhere in the building,
- 3:20Speaker 2: and he said, what the hell is going on? Then
- 3:22Speaker 2: they had explained to him they all flee because when
- 3:25Speaker 2: that guy gets off there, he's going to scream at everybody.
- 3:28Speaker 2: So he said, whoa, you got to get rid of
- 3:31Speaker 2: get rid of this guy? Fire him? Really we could
- 3:34Speaker 2: fire him. Yeah, I don't care fire him. So he
- 3:36Speaker 2: was gone. And there was a period where I remember
- 3:39Speaker 2: that Fred Silverman took over NBC and he got no
- 3:44Speaker 2: big clash with Johnny Carson and Carson Carson was a
- 3:48Speaker 2: real Midwestern gentleman of a guy, very well managed, so
- 3:51Speaker 2: they would never tell him off. But there was a
- 3:53Speaker 2: clash there and then Carson won that because but Scott
- 3:57Speaker 2: Pelley you could easily do without him. Horrible guy. And
- 4:03Speaker 2: sixteen minutes does not bring in him a lot of revenue,
- 4:06Speaker 2: and the ratings are like one tenth of what they
- 4:08Speaker 2: used to be, So you can't get away with that
- 4:11Speaker 2: kind of stuff and his sanct deemonious nonsense. I mean,
- 4:15Speaker 2: the guy just bought the place, wrote a check for
- 4:17Speaker 2: eight billion or whatever, bought the place. You can't run
- 4:20Speaker 2: into his office and say, you are the most disgusting
- 4:23Speaker 2: person in the world. How dare you even try to
- 4:25Speaker 2: tell me what he can tell you what to do.
- 4:27Speaker 2: And as I mentioned before, in the nineteen fifties, William S.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Paley the chairman are he owned CBS, he would call
- 4:33Speaker 2: in Edward R. Murrow and tell him stop doing a
- 4:36Speaker 2: story and they'd get no big fight, and he would
- 4:38Speaker 2: just order Murrow to stop doing it. This stuff always
- 4:43Speaker 2: always went on. It's a million times that Ben Bradley
- 4:48Speaker 2: Washington book. You would kill a story. That was it.
- 4:52Speaker 2: He was the boss. So pelly gone. He hasn't turned
- 4:55Speaker 2: up yet. Imagine he'll write a book or do something
- 4:59Speaker 2: or big exclusive MSNBC interview and spew his pompous nonsense.
- 5:07Speaker 2: So hey, Platner, he's still in the race. Let's see
- 5:13Speaker 2: what's today Wednesday. I just think he'll be gone by
- 5:16Speaker 2: Friday or Saturday. A. Platner is the guy, the Democrat
- 5:20Speaker 2: with the Nazi tattoo, with the incredible, awful, disgusting history
- 5:25Speaker 2: of skeletons in his closet, cheating on his wife on
- 5:29Speaker 2: some weird hookup site, sexting away with ten women at once.
- 5:34Speaker 2: So far Democrats they're afraid to attack him. I know
- 5:38Speaker 2: to Schumer when he was asked over and over again
- 5:40Speaker 2: do you endorse him? And he said, we're gonna Susan
- 5:43Speaker 2: Collins is gonna win. Are gonna lose. We're gonna get
- 5:45Speaker 2: Susan Collins out of. Yeah, but does that mean you
- 5:47Speaker 2: endorse Platiner. We're gonna get Susan Collins out of so
- 5:51Speaker 2: you wouldn't actually say it. The only guy that'll say it,
- 5:53Speaker 2: the only Democrat is Fetterman.
- 5:55Speaker 3: What kind of a creeper has been on a decade
- 5:58Speaker 3: on a platform like kick and send a dozen explicit
- 6:03Speaker 3: kinds of messages? And who knows what else.
- 6:05Speaker 4: Would it be better for Democrats if he was not
- 6:07Speaker 4: the candidate?
- 6:08Speaker 3: Here all I'm saying it's like, you know, when I
- 6:12Speaker 3: was growing up, if someone had a clear Nazi tattoo
- 6:15Speaker 3: on them, you probably could consume or conclude that there's
- 6:19Speaker 3: a Nazi sympathizer.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Yeah, go back a few years Democratic world. Remember Gary Hart.
- 6:27Speaker 2: He was like the Gavin Knwsom, the pretty boy who
- 6:29Speaker 2: was way out in the lead for the nomination. Turned
- 6:32Speaker 2: out he was cheating on his wife. Caught him with
- 6:35Speaker 2: a woman. Well that's it, had to drop out. The
- 6:37Speaker 2: next day press conference, he's crying at the dropout, cheating
- 6:40Speaker 2: on his way. This guy sexting and texting with six
- 6:44Speaker 2: women at once while he's married, admits to masturbating and
- 6:48Speaker 2: porta potties, got a big Nazi Nazi tattoo on him.
- 6:53Speaker 2: No press conference, doesn't have to drop out. I still
- 6:56Speaker 2: think he'll be going. Still think the powers be in
- 7:00Speaker 2: democratic world will push him out by the end of
- 7:03Speaker 2: the week. Hey, so George Santos, remember he was in
- 7:07Speaker 2: prison and the president pardoned him. That got him out
- 7:10Speaker 2: of prison and turned his life around. Well, he's back
- 7:15Speaker 2: under indictment. Looks like the DOJ is going to go
- 7:18Speaker 2: after him. Apparently, you know those polymarket things, those betting markets.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Apparently Santos cooked up a scheme to make a fortune
- 7:29Speaker 2: in the poly market. This one was a kaishi was
- 7:33Speaker 2: actually kaishi the gambling website. He can bet on anything,
- 7:37Speaker 2: so they bet on anything, Like George Santos got pardon
- 7:42Speaker 2: and the State of the Union is taking place. Will
- 7:45Speaker 2: he go to the State of the Union. Will he
- 7:47Speaker 2: be in the audience? You know, he's not really supposed
- 7:50Speaker 2: to be back. You're not supposed to be in Congress
- 7:52Speaker 2: if you've been expelled. But so he goes on television
- 7:57Speaker 2: and makes the whole speech. I will definitely be there.
- 7:58Speaker 2: I'll definitely be there, And people are betting I want
- 8:02Speaker 2: he'll be there or not, so he's I will absolutely
- 8:05Speaker 2: be there, and then he goes and makes the opposite
- 8:07Speaker 2: bet because he's not going to be there, so he
- 8:10Speaker 2: bets that he won't be He made a fortune by
- 8:13Speaker 2: the spet. But believe it or not, I didn't realize
- 8:15Speaker 2: that's actually illegal those gambling websites. It's considered insider trading,
- 8:20Speaker 2: even though it's not the stock market, it's a gambling side.
- 8:22Speaker 2: So but so he went on TV to try to
- 8:25Speaker 2: con everybody that he would be there. So it's all
- 8:27Speaker 2: of you here, it is.
- 8:28Speaker 5: So it's all of you like freaking out, like, oh,
- 8:30Speaker 5: George Santos, you can go on the house floor. I
- 8:33Speaker 5: cannot go on the house floor when it's in session,
- 8:35Speaker 5: that is correct. But I can go on the house
- 8:37Speaker 5: floor when it's not in session. I've done some floor
- 8:40Speaker 5: tours and whatnot. But you guys forget I'm going to
- 8:43Speaker 5: be in the gallery. I never said I was going
- 8:45Speaker 5: to be on the floor.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Or maybe I'm going to be there for the State
- 8:50Speaker 1: of the Union in the gallery. Guys, just chill, trolls, chill, Okay.
- 8:55Speaker 1: I just want to see if you guys are going
- 8:56Speaker 1: to be just as excited about Monica mcuy her and
- 9:00Speaker 1: Sheila McCormick when they get their asses.
- 9:04Speaker 2: By. But this was all a scheme because he was
- 9:10Speaker 2: acting in a bet against that and make a fortune.
- 9:13Speaker 2: So believe it or not, that's a crime. Department of
- 9:17Speaker 2: Justice now looking and charging him with insider trading. So
- 9:21Speaker 2: the President Pardoner got him out of jail. If he
- 9:23Speaker 2: gets convicted on this, there's no pardon coming. There's absolutely
- 9:28Speaker 2: no pardon coming. So hey, we're talking about Jill Biden,
- 9:32Speaker 2: world's worst roleout ever of a book. It's embarrassing everybody,
- 9:36Speaker 2: making herself look like a fool, making it pretty obvious
- 9:41Speaker 2: that I mean the Joe Biden's the first ex president
- 9:45Speaker 2: who can't make any money. Every ex president makes money,
- 9:49Speaker 2: even if you were great. You get a lot of
- 9:50Speaker 2: money for speeches, you get a lot of money for
- 9:53Speaker 2: a book, you get a lot of money for this
- 9:56Speaker 2: that big billionaires hire you to help them make deals.
- 10:00Speaker 2: That's what Clint would all over the world with these
- 10:02Speaker 2: billionaires getting paid a fortune to introduce him to other
- 10:05Speaker 2: world leaders. Biden can't make a penny, and he's got
- 10:09Speaker 2: a huge nut, huge overhead with the mansions, the beach houses,
- 10:13Speaker 2: the kids, the brothers, the grandkids. So Jill's got Jill
- 10:17Speaker 2: out there. You know, he had Hunter out there trying
- 10:19Speaker 2: to hustle up money, be the bag man. Now he's
- 10:21Speaker 2: got Jill out there, and she stinks at it. It's
- 10:23Speaker 2: really not working. They did an event at the ninety
- 10:27Speaker 2: second Street Y that's kind of a standard part of
- 10:30Speaker 2: a book tour, and usually it's you sit on the
- 10:34Speaker 2: stage and some prominent person interviews you, and it's to
- 10:39Speaker 2: sell books. So she's got Whoopee Goldberg to interview her,
- 10:43Speaker 2: and all of a sudden, towards the end, Joe Biden
- 10:46Speaker 2: comes out of the audience. Joe Biden walks right up
- 10:48Speaker 2: out of the stage, interrupts and tries to be funny,
- 10:51Speaker 2: but he's, you know, totally incoherent, doesn't know what the
- 10:54Speaker 2: hell he's saying. So it's supposed to be funny, but
- 10:57Speaker 2: everybody said it was the most cringe worthy things, total cringe. Hey. Also,
- 11:02Speaker 2: remember that Whoope Goldberg. You realize how dumb she is
- 11:05Speaker 2: when it comes to politics. Politically, she's so ignorant. You
- 11:09Speaker 2: remember there was that famous moment on the view when
- 11:12Speaker 2: Biden first became president, he had to appoint somebody to
- 11:15Speaker 2: be surge in General and they were arguing who should
- 11:18Speaker 2: be surgeon general and Woopy Goldberg actually sat on the show.
- 11:21Speaker 2: You know who should be doctor Jill Biden. Doctor Jill
- 11:24Speaker 2: Biden's a great doctor, She's a brilliant doctor. Should a
- 11:28Speaker 2: point and then believe or not it was Joey Bayhart
- 11:30Speaker 2: on the other side. I like lean over and say,
- 11:32Speaker 2: she's not a doctor. She's a teacher. She's got a
- 11:35Speaker 2: doctorate in education. She's an English teacher. So whoopee. Goldberg
- 11:39Speaker 2: quickly changed the subject. He really doesn't know much about anything. Hey,
- 11:44Speaker 2: that Delaney Hall controversy. Delaney Hall is the iced detention center.
- 11:52Speaker 2: It's got a beautiful name. It just sounds like it's
- 11:53Speaker 2: on the campus of Yale, Delaney Hall, and uh, everybody's
- 11:59Speaker 2: looked at it. You know, they're outside screaming the conditions
- 12:02Speaker 2: of the worst conditions ever in history. It's disgusting in that. Well,
- 12:06Speaker 2: it's not. There's official commissions and there's official groups that
- 12:10Speaker 2: investigate prisons. And here's Homeland Security secretary explaining what kind
- 12:16Speaker 2: of rating Delaney Hall got.
- 12:18Speaker 4: The State of New Jersey's health inspectors went in. They
- 12:21Speaker 4: didn't find one single violation. But if you compare it
- 12:25Speaker 4: to what the state prison system is, state priticism. They
- 12:29Speaker 4: had three prisons that are in deplorable conditions. Quote that's
- 12:32Speaker 4: what the Health inspector said.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Yeah, everything's phony, these protesters, it's all phony. It's all
- 12:38Speaker 2: just to try to embarrass Trump. They got prisons one
- 12:40Speaker 2: hundred times worse than Delaney Hall, and they're not going
- 12:43Speaker 2: to do a damn thing about it. And these protesters
- 12:45Speaker 2: will never ever go after those prisons. Delaney Halls, find
- 12:49Speaker 2: Tom Holman.
- 12:50Speaker 6: It's all a false premise. There was never a hunger strike.
- 12:53Speaker 6: The conressans say, well, people aren't hunger strike.
- 12:55Speaker 3: No they weren't.
- 12:56Speaker 6: They may not be eaten in the cafeteria. But when
- 12:58Speaker 6: I found out, they're ordering from the commissary, eating in
- 13:01Speaker 6: their cells. So there's there wasn't an abuse, there's it's
- 13:04Speaker 6: not inhumane conditions. I went to the entire facility. I
- 13:08Speaker 6: ate the same meal they ate. That facility is well running.
- 13:11Speaker 2: All right. Tom Holman ate the food all right, And
- 13:14Speaker 2: he's not exactly the greatest gourmet in history, but it
- 13:17Speaker 2: was fine for Tom Holman.
- 13:18Speaker 6: And the governor keeps saying she's gonna keep raising out
- 13:21Speaker 6: at that facility. Shuts down. Well, I got news for
- 13:23Speaker 6: the governor. That facility isn't going anywhere. We're going to
- 13:27Speaker 6: enforce the law. We're going to detain people, and we're
- 13:29Speaker 6: removed people matter. In fact, a lot of people in
- 13:31Speaker 6: that facility we couldn't release because they're mandatory detained by
- 13:35Speaker 6: federal statue.
- 13:36Speaker 2: Oh I never heard Tom Holman get that excited. But prison,
- 13:40Speaker 2: But they'll keep protesting. It's funded heavily funded by crazy,
- 13:44Speaker 2: uh left wing sorrows types. So Iran, well, the talks
- 13:49Speaker 2: continues slowly. There was a little action yesterday. There's a
- 13:53Speaker 2: little action every day. Iran was sending some drones up.
- 13:56Speaker 2: We quickly shot them down. Terran launched at least five missiles,
- 14:02Speaker 2: but they failed to hit their targets in neighboring countries.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Two fell short or splintered mid air, while the other
- 14:09Speaker 2: three were intercepted by the US and shot down sent coom.
- 14:13Speaker 2: That's US also shot down three one way attack drones
- 14:17Speaker 2: that Iranian forces fired. So they still got some drones,
- 14:21Speaker 2: they still got some missiles, but we keep shooting them down.
- 14:24Speaker 2: So they're getting absolutely nowhere with that stuff. Hey, Bernie
- 14:29Speaker 2: Sanders on the warp, I'll give you God, give Bernie
- 14:31Speaker 2: Sanders credit for one thing. He sometimes can be ahead
- 14:34Speaker 2: of the curve. Everybody's worried about AI. It's getting out
- 14:39Speaker 2: of control too much. AI is going to put people
- 14:40Speaker 2: out of work. Sanders has been on that kick for
- 14:42Speaker 2: about ten years. He was on AI before anybody, but
- 14:46Speaker 2: he's back on it now. This is a big issue.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Stop this AI.
- 14:49Speaker 7: Why is there not massive discussion about the impact of AI?
- 14:53Speaker 7: For example, all right, who is pushing AI right now?
- 14:57Speaker 7: Who's pushing AI? In Rebus? The richest guys in the world, Musk, Bezos, Ellison, Zuckerberg.
- 15:05Speaker 7: What do you think they want? Do you just studying up
- 15:07Speaker 7: nights worrying about your family?
- 15:08Speaker 2: I doubt it. Yeah. The problem is you could you
- 15:12Speaker 2: could try to stop all this AI and shut The
- 15:14Speaker 2: problem is China and the US are in a race
- 15:17Speaker 2: on AI. China is trying to beat us in AI.
- 15:20Speaker 2: If we shut down AI or slow down AI, China
- 15:23Speaker 2: gets way ahead of us AIY we're gonna have a big, big,
- 15:26Speaker 2: huge problem.
- 15:27Speaker 7: Now.
- 15:27Speaker 2: When it came to the Internet, the computers, we got
- 15:30Speaker 2: ahead of everybody way back when, and we're still totally dominant.
- 15:35Speaker 2: You go anywhere in the world, it's Dell, it's Apple,
- 15:37Speaker 2: it's it's not Chinese computer. But when it comes to AI,
- 15:41Speaker 2: we're in the lead right now. We got to stay
- 15:43Speaker 2: in the lead. We can't let them get ahead of us.
- 15:45Speaker 2: So that's the real problem. We'll take some calls next.
- 15:48Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten is the number.
- 15:52Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten
