Anjouan, part of the Union of the Comoros, is seeking Britain’s help to combat an unauthorized licensing business linked to online gambling. A Guardian investigation found that casinos licensed in the island’s name include operators accused of refusing to pay winnings and sites promoted as outside the UK’s GamStop self-exclusion system.
