  good evening ladies and gentlemen welcome to today's green jika ngx daily market summary i will close today on a red note uh the all share index fell by 0.1 percent the index measures the average performance of stocks on the exchange you had 1.03 billion shares valued at 41.6 billion naira

  i traded in the bit over seventy four thousand eight hundred deals uh leading the gainers today land africa gained uh ninety couple ten percent closing at nine naira ninety couple fits in gained nine point nine seven percent closing out one twenty four naira at sixty couple and you had austin lars appreciating by nine point nine five percent closing out four naira nine couple

  on the losing side of things sichi is declined by nine point nine nine percent closing at thirty two naira sixty nine couple ftn coco fell by nine point eight seven percent closing at nine naira ninety five couple and then you had mia and mia paints declining by nine point eight three percent closing at twenty one naira fifty five couple uh in terms of volume terms led the way with uh 127.9 million shares traded so far today

  next was vfd group with 107 million shares traded and then you had first hold code third place with 75.6 million shares traded today uh on the value side of things aradale took pole position with 6.3 billion naira worth of shares traded second place was first hold code with 5.3 billion naira worth of shares traded third place was mtn nigeria with 3.41 billion
