Mike Okay: New Projects, Algorithms & Avoiding Prison
In this episode I am joined by Mike Okay, an English Youtuber turned documentary maker who gained popularity for hitchhiking across China, shutting down North Korea after covid, and the human connection in his content.
We have heard his stories, but this is the first time Mike sits down to share his honest thoughts and advice on being a travel creator and how you can grow in an increasingly saturated space.
We discuss our shared paths in Nagaland and teaching English in Asia, run-ins with the Taliban, his trip to America and new business ventures.
