In this short episode Nick launches the 2023 international AD "State of the Industry" survey by giving a brief history of the previous two versions and how this year continues the tradition.

What is new and exciting is that this year there will also be a international Coach survey. ADs around the world are encouraged to fill in the AD and Coach survey but also send the link to all of their coaches.
