- 0:12Welcome, welcome our wonderful, wonderful audience to Peter Breggan in full recovery from his stroke of August this past year.
- 0:22Amen.
- 0:22Here and Ginger Breggan.
- 0:25Hi, folks.
- 0:26The Maestro of My Recovery Program.
- 0:29Really the boss of me doing during this period.
- 0:33All to my blessings.
- 0:36All to all to my health.
- 0:38And thank you.
- 0:39I don't have words for it.
- 0:40Thank you, sweetheart.
- 0:42We're down here in Florida.
- 0:44We like it down here.
- 0:46The clinic I've been going to is the Aviv Clinic.
- 0:49A VIV, which originates out of Israel and has a very special program that is set up around hyperbaric oxygen, which we were directed to by several of the health freedom movement physicians here in the United States.
- 1:08And overseas, we got one phone call from uh from an attorney that has who's been a guest on our show in the past when he saw my appeal for suggestions on rehab from stroke.
- 1:21And he called me from Australia to make sure that I knew about the Aviv Clinic and hyperbaric oxygen treatment.
- 1:31So thank you, every single one of our dear friends who let us know about this clinic because it has worked miracles.
- 1:41The other wonderful thing we want to tell you about on this show is our dear friend and colleague in freedom, a leading person in the what we loosely call the health freedom movement, Malcolm, who identifies himself as a Malcolm Outloud, is holding in Nashville, Tennessee, surrounding uh 4th of July, a conference to celebrate 250 years of the United States of America, and 10 years of his uh wonderful opinion and news platform, which you can reach as America, WW dot America Out Loud dot news, and on which this radio show originates, it would not exist except for its origin here.
- 2:34Malcolm sends it out to um many different platforms around the country, all the podcast platforms, all the big ones and the little ones, including Apple, Spotify, iTunes, Amazon, and on and on.
- 2:52You can just go and search for the Breagan hour or just enter in Bregen, B-R-E-G-G-I-N, and you'll be able to hear earlier shows.
- 3:03On Spotify, try entering in on Spotify's good place.
- 3:07I also want to thank PRN, Gary No, who's the creator of PRN, and um who's been a supporter of mine since the early days when I took on the task of stopping the resurgence of psychosurgery.
- 3:28He goes back to working with me to the early 1970s, and he has been promoting my work ever since then, including my very first radio show my own, which was on it's called then Progressive Radio Network, now they call it PRN.
- 3:48He helps distribute this show.
- 3:50He replays our he replays the break an hour the week after it airs on America Out Loud, and then he puts it on various of his outlets too.
- 4:01So we get a lot of uh coverage.
- 4:04Thank you, Gary.
- 4:05Two store what's in my life over decades now, Malcolm.
- 4:10And we have a very special guest, you know.
- 4:13I think in the producer line of work, where you're the person that's organizing the guests for a show, or you're putting the guests together for Tucker Carlson or for these TV shows.
- 4:27When you get a really hard-to-get guest, and it's a really, really big deal.
- 4:32You call it the big get, and we have the biggest get, which is we have Malcolm out loud on the show today with us to talk about the Nashville event next July, uh, this coming July.
- 4:47Yeah.
- 4:48And so yes, it's less than six months from now.
- 4:53And we want to urge all of our listeners to come.
- 4:56It is going to be a gorgeous event.
- 4:59Malcolm has organized just a really top-of-the-line event at the most beautiful hotel in Nashville, downtown.
- 5:08Uh, and we have over the the event has over 30 speakers, I believe, all leaders in the freedom health movement and in the uh the constitution and freedom movement.
- 5:22We are very excited about this.
- 5:25Peter and I are actually traveling to this event.
- 5:28We're going to be there all the second, the third, and the fourth for the entire event.
- 5:35We so look forward to meeting everyone who's been listening to us for so long.
- 5:42And uh actually, I am so excited.
- 5:46It's gonna be a huge party because we're celebrating the 25th 50th anniversary of the birth of our country, and we're sell celebrating the 10th anniversary of Malcolm's founding of America Out Loud, and we're celebrating our 42nd wedding anniversary.
- 6:07We're married on the 4th of July.
- 6:09That's right.
- 6:10So we could always have fireworks.
- 6:12So I hope everyone who's listening will come and join us.
- 6:15And I think we should bring Malcolm on now.
- 6:19Hi, Malcolm.
- 6:20Well, two of my favorite favorite people in the whole wide world.
- 6:25Dr.
- 6:26Brecken.
- 6:26Back at you with that.
- 6:27Thank you.
- 6:28Ginger Brecken.
- 6:29You're one.
- 6:30Two of my favorite people.
- 6:31And you know it, both of you are just incredible people.
- 6:34We'll get to meet your wife now.
- 6:36And yeah, indeed.
- 6:37To know her and my two favorite people.
- 6:39Yeah, she'll be there.
- 6:40And she just listens, she adores you both.
- 6:43And uh, yeah, it's gonna be incredible.
- 6:45Uh, yeah.
- 6:46So uh only uh it goes to say only you guys could, you know, your anniversary on July 4th.
- 6:53So you always have fireworks, that's a great line.
- 6:57That's a great line.
- 6:59Only you guys could do that, man.
- 7:01Well, that's incredible.
- 7:02It was Peter's idea.
- 7:04I love it.
- 7:04I absolutely love it.
- 7:06I mean, that's patriotism, isn't it now?
- 7:08You know that's patriotism, really.
- 7:10Uh July 4th.
- 7:11I love our country.
- 7:12I know you both do as well.
- 7:14Uh, you know, this is a magic moment, uh, the semi-quincentennial of our nation.
- 7:21Uh incredible.
- 7:22I remember 1976.
- 7:24I remember as a young young lad, young guy.
- 7:27Um, but I remember the patriotism.
- 7:29I remember the patriotism in our country.
- 7:32Remember how people felt.
- 7:33It was an exciting time.
- 7:35Was it was a more innocent America, I would say to you.
- 7:37More innocent.
- 7:38It was today, yes.
- 7:40Well, except for certainly more energy.
- 7:42Yeah, except for the hippie movement and the whole, you know, counterculture that was springing up from the 60s.
- 7:49Yeah, we went through a lot of maturity points in our country, haven't we now?
- 7:52You know, mature as a country.
- 7:54But it was an innocent time.
- 7:55I remember playing Sam Lot Ball as a young kid, and uh just different memories come to me in that way.
- 8:02But the thing I often reference to listeners now, which you know, it's a different time in our country, whereas coming down Main Street USA were the patriotic parades versus fast forward to 2020, 2020, let's call it a few years ago.
- 8:16You had the gay parades coming down Main Street USA.
- 8:19A lot changed in those years, you know.
- 8:21Yeah, it did.
- 8:22And I mean, some of it, and not for the better, so sometimes, but the maturity of the country was well known.
- 8:29Uh, and I think what I love about America is the diversity of our nation, the diversity of people, the diversity of thought, the diversity of opinion, uh, the freedom to speak and say what you want to say without you know being shot.
- 8:45Uh it's just happening in Iran right now, you know, and arrested.
- 8:50Or arrested, right?
- 8:51Arrested and thrown in jail.
- 8:53And then shot, which is what they're doing in Iran.
- 8:56We have all been censored, though.
- 8:57Yeah, yeah.
- 8:59Oh, yeah.
- 8:59Oh, yeah.
- 9:00No, we'll we're that's how we're ginger and I are less naive.
- 9:05Yeah, yeah.
- 9:06We really do understand they're a tremendous forces trying to suppress what we and many other people have to say.
- 9:14But that that's what makes America Outloud so important.
- 9:17That's because Malcolm, um, above all else, you embrace freedom of speech, that first amendment, and you support all of us, even when it's created a lot of controversy, and you've been so brave and strong that way.
- 9:36We deeply appreciate it.
- 9:37Thank you.
- 9:38We went through some times together a few times, but you know, really though, it is kind of funny in that way, but but you know, Ginger, nobody, and I mean nobody could come between us to put a rock between because that just wasn't going to happen, you know.
- 9:54And some people tried.
- 9:55They did try at that time to do that exactly.
- 9:58Yep.
- 9:58Uh, and there were people that.
- 10:00Said to me directly uh that I did not listen to uh that uh you know to go another path on and we're speaking about some of the censorship and the lawsuits and some of the crazy stuff that and and we don't want to go down that road here, but because we want to talk about the celebration and the good things, but there were some ugly things that were kind of happening, but you don't listen.
- 10:19At the top, when we launched this thing in 2016, okay, at the top, and I'm looking at it right now of AmericaOut Loud.news, and and I'm partial to our news site.
- 10:28I love our news site, by the way.
- 10:30And what one of the things I love about our news site, guys, is when you go there, and and and go do this yourself, everybody.
- 10:37Go to some of the news sites, right?
- 10:38Then come to America Out Loud, and I'll tell you what, you don't have to keep clicking X's to go read the article or the content with all the videos and the ads and all the garbage coming out in front of you, and you're X and X.
- 10:50You get on your phone and you can't even read the story anymore.
- 10:54Yeah, I mean, it's like, where do you click to read the story?
- 10:58Yes, I don't want any of that.
- 11:00None of that is on our sites on our platform.
- 11:04I remember about seven, eight years ago.
- 11:07There was, and some of you probably you probably don't remember this, maybe, but I remember our tech people went, you know, the Google video ads guys, Ginger Peter.
- 11:15You remember the Google video ads you put on the, you know, on a lot of sites, they have those, they make money for how many clicks they get, right?
- 11:21And how many eyeballs they get.
- 11:23And our team, our tech team put them on the on our site for a few days, and I about had a heart attack.
- 11:31I said, Oh my golly, I said, get them off of the site.
- 11:35But they said we can make a lot of money with this.
- 11:37I said, I don't care.
- 11:39I don't want them on our new site.
- 11:41I didn't get in this to make the money.
- 11:43I got in this to make a difference, get it off.
- 11:46I said, we'll find another way to finance this thing, and it isn't going to be that garbage.
- 11:50Um, and but of course, Google, Facebook, and even Twitter did as well, LinkedIn.
- 11:57Uh, they all censored, they all censored, they all shadow ban.
- 12:00And we'll get more into that in a little bit, but but anyways, at the top of America Out Loud, it says our mantra, which is where we started, liberty and justice for all.
- 12:13And those words are like music to me.
- 12:17Liberty and justice for all.
- 12:18I hear those and I say, Oh, that's my rallying call.
- 12:21That's the Paul Revere of today.
- 12:24And just below the menu, there's a series of words that I'm very partial to because a lot of people talk about free speech and they talk about the First Amendment, but my fellow Americans, they do not follow through on it.
- 12:38It's just a lot of garbage from a lot of people who talk a lot, but don't do the action to it.
- 12:44Like a lot of the media, and I can't stand the media today.
- 12:48They're terrible.
- 12:49But if you look at that just below the menu, many voices, one freedom, united in the First Amendment.
- 12:57I go to bed every night thinking of those words right there.
- 13:00So many voices.
- 13:02We have great voices, and I like all kinds of voices.
- 13:04So we don't tell people what to say, how to say it.
- 13:08We don't tell them, we don't censor their articles.
- 13:10Many things we publish on here that I don't agree with are not my opinions.
- 13:14They're not my viewpoints.
- 13:15In fact, I laughed the other day with a lot of the things going on in the world.
- 13:19There were up in the top stories.
- 13:21You know, there's four boxes up there, right?
- 13:23Four boxes.
- 13:24And before you get to the news feed, and it's funny because two of them were opposing viewpoints and the titles.
- 13:31One was supportive of what Trump was doing, and one was did not like what Trump was doing in foreign policy.
- 13:37It was, and it was like so people come to the site and they probably think, what is going on with these people?
- 13:43But you see, that's the way it should be.
- 13:45We don't create, you know, we don't create the um the rules on how people think or what they should say or what they should do.
- 13:53So when we say many voices, we really mean that.
- 13:56But we're all after uh one freedom.
- 13:59We want our freedom, and we're united in the first amendment, meaning you can say, believe, do, be who you are.
- 14:07And we can still have these conversations and be ladies and gentlemen, you understand.
- 14:12And that's the difference of this thing that is so important.
- 14:16You know, there's so many extremists out there and people who um, you know, the the nuts on all the sides, and I I just can't play in that field.
- 14:25And I don't it's like I'm not, I don't listen, I don't watch or listen to the Sean Hannities and the Laura Ingram's.
- 14:30I don't want to know what these people it's like I just don't engage with that kind of thing.
- 14:35You know, that when you turn a program on and you already know what they're gonna say before they say it.
- 14:40What's the use?
- 14:41What's the use?
- 14:42There's no excitement there of conversation.
- 14:45Or they talk over the guest and they never let the guest talk, you know, right?
- 14:49They they're famous for that, those programs are.
- 14:52Uh, the other one I don't ever watch is Mark Levine.
- 14:55I can't stand his program.
- 14:57I just can't do it.
- 14:58So I I'm different than a lot of conservatives in that way.
- 15:01I don't get my opinions from these kinds of people.
- 15:04Uh, and there are so many of them out there.
- 15:06But anyways, that's the news site right there.
- 15:09And um, we launched with an idea of propelling free speech in a unique way because our country was under arrest.
- 15:18Um, it was under duress after coming through eight years of Obama, a Marxist government and the changes they were making in our country.
- 15:26I wait a minute, you launched in 2016.
- 15:30That's right.
- 15:31And that's when Trump came in, right?
- 15:33That's right.
- 15:33So it was just before that.
- 15:35You had Obama.
- 15:36Wow.
- 15:36Yeah.
- 15:37And it was very concerning when that happened because we launched in early 2016.
- 15:44And you know, we could see a lot of the dangers, a lot of the things that were happening.
- 15:49And I was in the corporate boardrooms at that time, and I had to make a decision.
- 15:55You know, I don't know, you guys know this.
- 15:58I was thinking about running for political office.
- 16:00That was one path.
- 16:01I was uh you know, you know the the poem, Robert Frost, the but you get to the.
- 16:05Yeah, the which path, right?
- 16:09Less taken.
- 16:10So I was I was at that path, and I thought one path was political office, another path was using the media.
- 16:15Now, as a media guy, I directed and produced radio and television, and I was the CEO of a worldwide advertising marketing agency for all those years.
- 16:24And I had to make a decision which one do I take.
- 16:27And I figured if I ran for political office in Congress or something, they probably assassinate me because I would be very outspoken.
- 16:36I would be like Trump in that way.
- 16:37I'm very outspoken because the out loud truth.
- 16:40I was the guy, Ginger.
- 16:41You kind of didn't want to have in the corporate boardrooms unless you wanted to hear the truth.
- 16:46So I was and kind of and Peter Braggan reminds me of that kind of person.
- 16:49Oh, yeah, he's like that too.
- 16:51Malcolm, we have to take a break.
- 16:53This is so cool.
- 16:54I can't believe how fast the time flew.
- 16:57We will be right back.

- 19:21Especially all of Peter's knowledge and wisdom and experience.
- 19:26So Malcolm, great to have you here.
- 19:29Thank you.
- 19:30It is a privilege to be with two of my favorite people in the world right here.
- 19:33So and you both know that.
- 19:35So, you know, don't forget we got to tell people we play on radio on iHeartRadio.
- 19:40We I mean we play on several radio networks.
- 19:43Uh Radio Guide FM, FM Radio Guide.
- 19:46Uh, we play on TuneIn.
- 19:48There are multiple radio networks.
- 19:49Malcolm, tell me about that, because that does iHeartRadio carry um the Saturday afternoon.
- 20:00Break an hour when it's airing on 100%.
- 20:05Oh, you see, I never knew that.
- 20:07Oh my golly.
- 20:08I thought it played on iHeartRadio like afterwards, like a podcast.
- 20:13No, no.
- 20:14Yes.
- 20:14Well, let me explain.
- 20:16There are two two two points of iHeart.
- 20:19There's iHeartRadio that does the podcast, which we are on as a podcast network.
- 20:24Exactly right.
- 20:25But then there's iHeart Radio, which plays 24-7.
- 20:29Our contract with iHeartRadio is 24-7.
- 20:33So we have a contract.
- 20:35In other words, no matter what time of the day you listen to America Out Loud, there's always sound.
- 20:40We're contracted to always play.
- 20:42We can't have no noise happening.
- 20:45And frankly, we have listeners all over the world.
- 20:47When we look at our analytics, we see countries light up.
- 20:50You can't believe the countries that I mean it's is it you know how that feels?
- 20:54It feels pretty good.
- 20:55Yeah.
- 20:56I'm in the back with my people and I look at the world and I see you know, Japan and the UK and Australia and Zealand, Indonesia and Vietnam and you know, the UK and Europe and uh England, it's like, you know, being all over the place, it just lights right up.
- 21:12So it's a global network in that sense, really.
- 21:16But the iHotRadio, I'm looking right here.
- 21:18So yeah, iHeart Radio Network is uh that it is 24-7.
- 21:24It plays on iHeartRadio.
- 21:25So all the weekend program and your show plays on there, all the weekday program.
- 21:29And that link, by the way, if you go to America Outloud.news, Ginger, later, and you um you hit uh listen on podcast at the top there, it'll drop you down to the to the site.
- 21:43And the iHeartRadio right there, that big red emblem.
- 21:46If you click that, that goes to iHeart Radio.
- 21:49That's their signal right there.
- 21:51Wow.
- 21:51And you're on iHeartRadio at that point.
- 21:55Uh it's on um uh well, they their radio part of this, it's AMFM.
- 22:02It's a combined thing they do for this radio thing because it's kind of merged in there.
- 22:07So it's probably both, Peter, uh, but they have their signal.
- 22:11We're picked up by their signal.
- 22:13This is all controlled by iHeart Radio.
- 22:15We have nothing to do with it.
- 22:17That's that's there.
- 22:18They they pick it up.
- 22:19The it's called the RSS feed.
- 22:21And then it has local affiliates, and some of them may be AM and some of them maybe FM.
- 22:26Could be, could be, but anybody can hear that through the app through uh through the internet, you can find it on the uh the iHeart app on your phone.
- 22:35100%.
- 22:36It's right there on our site.
- 22:38And then there we have three apps as well: Apple, Android, Alexa.
- 22:42So we stream 24-7 on those free apps.
- 22:45Apps don't cost you anything, and they work perfectly beautifully.
- 22:48You got them from the beginning.
- 22:50And you can listen to the podcast on the same apps, but the talk radio plays 24-7.
- 22:55And as you said, Peter, Spotify, Pandora, TuneIn, iHot Radio, all those.
- 23:00But we play on about five different streaming networks where we're we uh stream 24-7.
- 23:06And iHeartRadio is the big one that you can hear that with.
- 23:10Um, so it it it really does get hurt out there uh in many, many ways, shapes, and forms, uh, both the talk radio and the podcast when it goes to podcasts.
- 23:20But let me tell you guys, I gotta uh we're gonna forget this, and I gotta tell you something.
- 23:25So when you go back to 2016, and I was telling you, Peter, about um about uh those Obama years, and I so about 2016, so probably about 2011, I left the corporate boardrooms about 2011.
- 23:39And for about five years, I had a publicist out of New York, and I was doing all the radio networks, both liberal and conservative, actually, okay.
- 23:47And I had Malcolm Out Loud TV, so I was doing the television program as well, and I had my own studio.
- 23:53And this is before America Out Loud launched, okay.
- 23:56But I created Malcolm Out Loud when I was in the corporate boardrooms, and I trademarked it because uh when I was in these um what do you call it, these uh committee meetings and board meetings.
- 24:10I was invited to be on guys, you know, these various groups and stuff.
- 24:14And I and I dealt with the the bankers and the attorneys and the politicians and all that as the head of the agency.
- 24:21But I was that guy who they would invite in when they, you know, if you wanted the truth, but if you really didn't want that, you didn't invite me in.
- 24:33So and that's where the out loud came from was the corporate boardroom.
- 24:36That was that guy's out loud.
- 24:38I was at a I was at a uh a um an event, guys, at this um listen to this.
- 24:43You'll you'll laugh at this.
- 24:45Uh I was invited to a high level corporate meeting in the state with uh CEOs from like Lockheed Martin, some of the biggest firms.
- 24:57I was an invited guest.
- 24:58This was their board meeting, and I was going to do uh a speaking at one of their events, and they wanted me to just meet the board and all this, whatever.
- 25:06So I was there as an invited guest.
- 25:08Okay, it's a full day conference, this board meeting they were having.
- 25:11And half of the morning goes by, all of these, and it's the the room is set up like this with a big square, if you can imagine eight or nine people on one side, eight or nine here, eighty-nine here, eight and nine here.
- 25:23Yeah, yeah.
- 25:23That's kind of how they do that because they don't want to belittle anybody because they're all significant people in the room.
- 25:28So you sort of make you don't put anybody in the first row, you have everybody looking at each other, you know, in that big square fashion, you know.
- 25:34And and we're there, and so this this conversation goes on through the morning, and it's a full day thing they're doing here.
- 25:43Okay.
- 25:44About 11:30, I realized nothing's getting done.
- 25:48They're not solving any of the things on their agenda.
- 25:50They keep beating their heads against, and I'm I'm thinking to myself, this place is insane.
- 25:55These people are wasting all this money, all this payroll in the room.
- 26:00They could be doing something productive, and like nothing's happening.
- 26:05So I but I promised I was going to be a good boy, so I shut up.
- 26:09I didn't say nothing.
- 26:10This wasn't my dance.
- 26:11I it wasn't for me today.
- 26:12So then a guy gets up, one of the CEOs on the side over here on the left side.
- 26:18And uh he's he stands up and he says, you know, he said, I'd like to comment that we need to get outside of the box a little bit.
- 26:28And we're not getting anywhere because we're not thinking outside of this box we're all in.
- 26:34He said, we have to think in different terms and get a little more creative with our thinking so we can accomplish some of these objectives on the on the uh agenda here, the to-do list, you know, kind of thing.
- 26:47And I thought to myself, oh my golly, here is this room of all these significant CEOs and CFOs and people, and all of the payroll in the room, they just spent the last what, three, four hours, like talking and getting nothing done.
- 27:06Nothing was really happening with this group.
- 27:08And I and I could see it, and I didn't what again wasn't my position, but then this guy stands up and makes this comment.
- 27:15And I said to myself, I could not be quiet anymore at that point.
- 27:18So it's about 11:30 just before the luncheon.
- 27:20I swear.
- 27:21So I I then after the guy made that comment, they all looked at each other.
- 27:25I stood up and I said, could I have could I make a comment?
- 27:32Would you mind, please?
- 27:33Respectfully, of course, always, you know.
- 27:35I said, and they looked at me, most of them say, Hell is this cotton?
- 27:40Right.
- 27:41So and the ones who invited me said, Yes, yes, please, Malcolm.
- 27:44What uh you have something to add to that?
- 27:46I said, Yeah.
- 27:47I said, you know, I said, with all the talent here and all the things you're talking about doing, and that you'd like to solve the problems here.
- 27:57Why do you all bring boxes in the room to begin with?
- 28:01I don't understand.
- 28:02The gentleman over here comments that we should get outside of the box a minute, that you're all inside the box.
- 28:07As CEOs and upper management, why would you have boxes in the room?
- 28:11Like that you are forced to think outside of the box.
- 28:15So, like, well, let me tell you how I do it in my life.
- 28:18So, like, I don't think outside of the box ever.
- 28:21Because I don't own a box.
- 28:23I don't carry a box with me in life.
- 28:26Don't own a box, don't have a box, never rented a box, and I don't talk outside of the box because I live outside the box.
- 28:34I don't possess or own a box.
- 28:36So why would you all put yourselves in boxes?
- 28:39I don't understand that.
- 28:40They're all looking at me dumbfounded, like, oh my God, you know.
- 28:45So I said, you know, it it's best to think always think like I was the kid who colored outside the lines in the crayons and think outside the lines that that's the way my mind thinks, you know.
- 28:56And they chuckle and laugh in the room, so on and so forth.
- 28:59So then they dismiss for lunch.
- 29:01I swear to you, right at the lunch, as they're all before they come on a serve and they had a little break, you know.
- 29:07I had a whole line of people come over to talk to me, including that CEO of Lockheed and others wanted to talk to me and said, what a great comment you made.
- 29:16I thought they were going to throw me out of the room at that point, you know.
- 29:19What a great comment you made to wake people up in the room.
- 29:22And I gotta tell you, when they came back from lunch, that place was on fire.
- 29:26Man, they were talking and throwing ideas back and forth and really trying to solve some of the big problems of the day.
- 29:32So there is hope for people.
- 29:34I think you have to point that out.
- 29:36But you know, it's like and Peter, I don't know if I ever told you this, Ginger.
- 29:40Um, you know, people always say, you know, the axiom, you've heard this axiom before, and I'm sure listeners have heard it.
- 29:46If it ain't broke, don't break it.
- 29:48You've heard that, right?
- 29:49If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
- 29:52Don't don't fix it.
- 29:53Is that what they call it?
- 29:54Yeah, if it it if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
- 29:57Oh, I always heard if it ain't broke, don't break it.
- 29:59Oh, how interesting.
- 30:00Interesting.
- 30:00Yeah.
- 30:01So I I well, I would say for me, I would hear that axiom and people say that.
- 30:06So when I grew up as a creative director, now I'm a creative guy, okay?
- 30:10Like when I just went on with the Peter and Jinder, and we have cameras on now, even though we're doing talk radio stuff, and they say, Oh my god, you have an earring in your ear, you have a bling in your ear.
- 30:18Yeah, I've had that for a long time.
- 30:19And you've seen my picture, you probably have seen that.
- 30:22So it's funny, but you know the that axiom, my axiom was different, and it was uh even in the boardroom.
- 30:32If it ain't broke, break the damn thing.
- 30:37Well, that would drive some people bananas, you know.
- 30:39Like, what are you trying?
- 30:41Well, because that's where visionaries live.
- 30:43If you think about our great country, and you think about the innovations and you think about the passion, that's how we got here, man.
- 30:50Yeah, but you think about you just think about inventions.
- 30:53Well, right, but you don't think these people, you don't think we got here because they were all thinking, well, if it ain't broke, let's not break it.
- 31:00Hell no.
- 31:01They were thinking they were breaking stuff all the time because that's innovation.
- 31:04That's where that's where the rubber meets the road.
- 31:07That's where the attraction is.
- 31:09So in your life, think about it this way.
- 31:12If it every day you wake up, try to do something new.
- 31:16And if you're in that pattern, like I drive different ways to things, I try different, even simple things in your life like eating the same stuff off the menu.
- 31:23Try something different, drive in the same way to work, or driving the same way somewhere.
- 31:28Drive somewhere different, go a different path.
- 31:30Change, and that's another way to keep your brain active.
- 31:33Yes, that's so true.
- 31:35Yeah, so you don't want to keep doing the same thing day in and day out.
- 31:38You become part of that culture.
- 31:40And uh, anyways, that's the way I I see it is try different things in your life, and you'll you'll have uh passion from that and renewed energy from it all.
- 31:50So, anyways, that's kind of where I started.
- 31:52So, Malcolm Out Loud was a trademark, Peter.
- 31:54That's how I started this whole thing back then in the day, and it was to make a difference in people's lives.
- 32:01And when we started America Out Loud, I had no idea where it was gonna go.
- 32:05But I have to tell you guys that I knew that God was in control of this thing.
- 32:13I knew that since I was a young boy, he was going to use me in some fascinating ways.
- 32:17I didn't know where, what, how, or when I had no idea when, but I knew I knew I was here for a purpose, a very higher purpose, and I knew I would make a mark somewhere.
- 32:28And uh that was my sense as a young boy, and I knew that when I was 14, 15 years old in Sunday school.
- 32:34I knew that I there was gonna be a path for me somewhere, and that's why I was getting restless in the boardrooms.
- 32:40I think because I knew it wasn't my path, and I had to get out of that field in order to find something else in life.
- 32:45So I broke it, even though it wasn't broken.
- 32:47I broke that career, that path that went to another path, is what I did in my own life.
- 32:52That's how I got here.
- 32:53And so when we launched this, I had no idea, but I have to say, as I sit here with you two superstars, and I think about our network.
- 33:02How blessed are we?
- 33:03And I tell this, I'm telling you guys, I tell this every day to people.
- 33:07We're more than blessed because America Out Loud has been like a magnet.
- 33:12It's a magnet that is attracted best in class, and it's allowed us to um like we don't have to chase anybody down the boulevard.
- 33:24We don't have to chase people to do shows, we'll have people chase people to be writers, we don't have to chase people to be sponsors.
- 33:31They it's somehow these people have all come into our lives, and oftentimes now it's a handoff.
- 33:38People will say, I want you to talk to this guy, I want you to talk to this lady over here.
- 33:42This is something that you need to be involved in, Malcolm.
- 33:44I mean, this is what happens every day here.
- 33:46So we don't even get to all of the people who uh want to get be part of this thing with a lot of the communication because we have so many people.
- 33:55So God is in control of that, is what I'm suggesting to you.
- 33:59And America, but it was like God's hand that you I don't even remember how it happened that we connected, but it was like God's hand that you did that.
- 34:12Yes, all these things were that way.
- 34:14And Malcolm, I was not writing before you not to mention the radio, but I was not writing at all.
- 34:21Well, Peter gives me a lot of credit for that, I have to tell you.
- 34:25Um gives me a lot of credit for that, and he does it with us about he's been telling listeners that from the beginning, and I I guess such a warm spot when he tells that story, Peter, tell it right now.
- 34:36Tell people what you always say.
- 34:38You and I two minutes, babe.
- 34:40You and I were sitting here, and Ginger was with me, and we were on the phone like this.
- 34:46And um, I was talking to you about doing the radio show.
- 34:52And um I said, sometime, you know, I'd really love to have ginger on the show.
- 34:59And you said something immediately like, well, that's how it's gotta be.
- 35:04Ginger's gotta be on the show.
- 35:05I'm inviting you with Ginger.
- 35:09And Ginger started to protest, but she was just smitten with your I said she can do it, she can do it.
- 35:18I said she had more influence on her with that first meeting than I did for our marriage of how many years I love it of trying to get her to do radio at least to do radio.
- 35:29I'm still trying to get her to simply uh save these videos where that we have that are a part of the show, so we can see our guests and each other, yeah.
- 35:41Yeah, and uh turn them into turn them into film, something well.
- 35:48I just trying to get her to do that, but she's still shy.
- 35:51There was a she's very young.
- 35:54Yeah, you guys look phenomenal, both of you do.
- 35:57Come on.
- 35:58You both do, but there was a synergy with us, Peter.
- 36:01Whatever it is, uh, there was just an automatic synergy that created you can't make that stuff up, is what I'm saying.
- 36:07That's right, or it's not.
- 36:09You understand?
- 36:10And there was a trust with us, it was a bond and a trust, right or wrong, right?
- 36:13Yeah, yeah, that's right.
- 36:15It happened.
- 36:16And guess what?
- 36:17We're out of time for the second segment.
- 36:19We're gonna do one more segment.

- 37:50Well, it's high time Americans refuse to be pawns in the human chest.
- 37:56Under the name of diversity, politicians divide the people in their quest for power.
- 38:02Well, diversity of opinion and expression is as American as Apple Pond.
- 38:11Now is our time, my fellow Americans.
- 38:14America Outloud dot news, liberty and justice for all.
- 38:24We're back.
- 38:33Well, they've built themselves into those boxes and changed themselves over the years to fit those boxes.
- 38:42And I think it's a wonderful metaphor.
- 38:45One of the things I've noticed from early in my career, is that the more important immediate people I was meeting, or just the people I was meeting, the more important than influential seemed to be, the less critically intelligent they seem to be.
- 39:04And I would think about they'd send the limo down from Fox or some other place for me to go.
- 39:10Yeah.
- 39:11And uh wouldn't signal out Fox as a villain.
- 39:15But in general, would have a place I'm going to.
- 39:19And we used to they used to happen a lot in DC.
- 39:22CBS, ABC, NBC, all the big shows had you on in the early days.
- 39:28And um I would you know, I'd be asked where we go, what are you doing, Doc?
- 39:35Where you go, and then I'd tell them something of what I did.
- 39:38You tell the cab driver, the limo of the memo driver.
- 39:41And I'd have a much more interesting conversation with a lot more appreciation from the limo driver than whoever was going to interview me.
- 39:55Now I'm envisioning he didn't have a he wasn't carrying a skyscraper over his body.
- 40:01That he'd worked his whole life to climb up the 100 stairs to or whatever.
- 40:06And um that has continued to be my perception of people who get power that they do it in a way which permanently lobotomizes themselves in order to live in that box.
- 40:23So right, Peter.
- 40:24You know, that's interesting, Peter, because that happens all the time in the medical arena.
- 40:28We see these brilliant doctors who um, like at our local hospital in our hometown, who it becomes so locked into their screens, and what their corporation that they work for tells them that they need to do right down to what's what's the first level of treatment?
- 40:50What's the first thing that you should prescribe?
- 40:52How long can the patients stay?
- 40:54Right.
- 40:54And that is it it has stolen the creativity, the art of medicine is gone.
- 41:03And that just in that one field where we're particularly in tune.
- 41:08Um we've become very, very aware of that.
- 41:12It's it's a pleasure when we find a physician who's not looking at his computer the entire time we're talking with him or her.
- 41:21Yeah.
- 41:21You know, let me add to Peter what you say there.
- 41:24That was really so smart with what you just shared there.
- 41:29Um with the cabbie or the whoever uh that you're uh in in front of.
- 41:36I find that is so accurate in life.
- 41:39And you know, I think we agree probably on this.
- 41:43Um, another axiom, I guess, but uh treat people the way you want to be treated, right?
- 41:48You agree with that, right?
- 41:49Treat people the way you want to be treated.
- 41:51Oh, yeah.
- 41:52That's that's just uh and translating into vernacular, the golden rule, doing to others, as you would have others doing to you.
- 42:01Well, yes, okay, okay.
- 42:03But my point is I'd be out at a lunch with the CEOs, high-level people again at a lunch meeting on a table, you know.
- 42:11And we'd be at this restaurant, the one that we'd frequent from time to time.
- 42:15Yeah.
- 42:16So we're so what I'm speaking about.
- 42:19So you're at this lunch, right?
- 42:21And you have the CEOs there and what have you, and it's a place I frequented many times, and the server would come over, Peter, and the server would, oh Malcolm, give me a big hug, a big embrace, you know, and how you doing, and you know, and then you talk to the server a little bit, and the CEOs would sort of look over at you and say, you know, because they don't give the server that that space or that time.
- 42:43But I'm the same as you.
- 42:44I find people of all walks of life are very interesting, very intriguing.
- 42:48Uh, and I always treat people in that highest regard, whoever it is.
- 42:53It does not matter.
- 42:54In fact, I I want to engage with all of those people, not just that CEO.
- 42:59But some people think they're better than other people, is what I find in those corporate meetings.
- 43:04And they would look down at the and it's just wrong.
- 43:07It's rude.
- 43:08And uh, so anyway, so I think treat people as you wish to be treated, treat people with the greatest respect always.
- 43:14And and take the high road, take the high, you know, it's always going to be in life a high road and a low road, especially when you interact in relationships with people.
- 43:22And I think you, Ginger, Peter, myself, we've done some things together where we dealt with some ugly people from time to time, right?
- 43:32To get and we tend to the high road, the high right.
- 43:35I'm just gonna put it out there.
- 43:37We take the high road and we leave the low road for that kind of crap, you know, there they can have the low road, whatever.
- 43:43It's where the cockroaches are.
- 43:44We don't want to be with a cockroach.
- 43:46Take the high folks who make much better trustworthy friends.
- 43:50You'll make more friends, you'll make more people you can love and be safe with.
- 43:55It's one of the things that we're gonna do.
- 43:56So I can't believe you're both coming to Nashville.
- 43:58So you're coming in Nashville.
- 44:00You're you, you know, you're as soon as this thing happened.
- 44:03Peter and Ginger both said to me, because they since before since COVID and before COVID, they haven't gone out much to these kinds, right?
- 44:11Am I right, guys, for public events?
- 44:13Yeah, we stopped after 2018 or 19.
- 44:18Yeah with any kind of travel just before COVID.
- 44:21And you know, I got to tell you guys, or listen to me now.
- 44:23So they you haven't seen them.
- 44:24In fact, some people said to me, uh, who I think it was even well, maybe it was Dr.
- 44:29McCullough or someone the other day said to me they knew you were going.
- 44:32And so my God, I they said, I don't never met them in person.
- 44:36I'm so anxious to meet them.
- 44:38We are too.
- 44:38We're so anxious to meet Dr.
- 44:40McGollar.
- 44:41Yeah, that was said to me.
- 44:42Yeah, and Dr.
- 44:43Francis Christian wrote to us recently, he's been a guest on our show several times, and he said he was just so grateful that we were going to be there in person, and he's really looking forward to it.
- 44:55Awesome to our being there.
- 44:56That takes me to something I've been thinking, which is I'm starting to think about this kind of conference, you know, in a way positioning America out loud as an inspirational force for especially the health freedom movement.
- 45:22Um I've always talked about from very early on when McCullough wrote an introduction to our first book on COVID, and um Dr.
- 45:36Zevzelenko Dr.
- 45:38Elizabeth Bleet.
- 45:40And um that I'd like to really be a force in some way that would help bring together and consolidate a movement for freedom that was based within the health community because they were using health to destroy freedom with the COVID, yeah, the vaccines and stuff.
- 46:06And uh, we tried to think it through.
- 46:08I even thought what would a website look like and who could go on the website, who would we we invite on and it be it just got so tangled up in my mind with manipulation and conflict, and I think that America out loud because his purpose is actually a media and not particularly uh make a political party is a very good starting point for the base of a movement.
- 46:42And you're bringing together enough people that a lot of us are gonna meet each other.
- 46:47Yeah, make a point of introducing me to people there who are who you know I don't I've never met.
- 46:53Yeah, I won't mention any of them on the air.
- 46:56Yeah, you McCullough, of course, we're dying to meet.
- 46:59Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 47:00Well, um, put me on a panel with him.
- 47:02Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 47:03We're gonna have a lot of panel discussions.
- 47:05Uh, tell you about some of the topics in a moment, but uh play into what you're talking about is so important, Peter.
- 47:11And um, you know, let me tell you, please.
- 47:15Let me take this opportunity to tell everybody and and my dear friends here, and I know you'll both appreciate this so much, but this Nashville thing was uh a real heart-wrenching decision for me to do.
- 47:28I've been asked a lot in the past five years, when are we gonna do public event?
- 47:32And we were so busy with the network and the platform and really the rocket ship growth we've had over these years.
- 47:40And our focus was to put out a to do what we do really, really well.
- 47:45We wanted to execute this at the highest level, just like every all the details of our new site.
- 47:51The fact that you come there, you don't get all those video ads.
- 47:53There's white space you can breathe, people can have conversation, you can stay a while, you're not going to be threatened.
- 47:58There's no extremists, there's no hate.
- 48:01Uh, we don't all of that stuff, bringing real people, real opinions.
- 48:05It was a special place.
- 48:06And this has been a blessing of my lifetime, this network.
- 48:09I have to uh full disclosure to everybody.
- 48:12It is the highlight, it's the pinnacle.
- 48:14It's the cherry on top of the Sunday.
- 48:16This is it right here for my life.
- 48:19Intended for you.
- 48:20God intended for me to do exactly this at this moment, Peter.
- 48:24Thank you for blessing me with that comment.
- 48:27And uh, it really is that so Nashville.
- 48:31I, you know, many of the things I've done at this network are a gut feeling I get in my gut, and they're a god feeling.
- 48:37Uh, totally, totally, totally.
- 48:38So I always run my compass that way.
- 48:41And I do a gut check, uh gut reality check and say, okay, and I really think about it.
- 48:46And I'm very, I don't make quick decisions anymore in my life.
- 48:49Now, 30 years ago, I made a lot of quick decisions, but I don't make them anymore that way.
- 48:54I'm very deliberate in what I do and very careful in my conversations and what I'm about.
- 49:01And so after much prayer and thought about it, I just knew Nashville.
- 49:06The fact that we're 10 years old here, a decade.
- 49:09Wow, incredible.
- 49:10And our magnificent, glorious country is 250 years, our semi-quincentennial.
- 49:17And the 10 years, let's marry those together.
- 49:20America out loud, 25010, Nashville.
- 49:25And we picked Nashville because it's such a great patriotic town.
- 49:29It is.
- 49:29That's right.
- 49:30And it's gonna be high level, one of the best fireworks in the country, if not the.
- 49:35And that Saturday evening will be at the top of the building in the center of the fireworks, right there outside the Grand Windows.
- 49:42Celebrating our anniversary.
- 49:44Yeah, on July 4th, there.
- 49:48One of the best fireworks in the country.
- 49:49Big hug and kiss anniversary, hello, and celebrate 10 years, 250.
- 49:54So, what Nashville is, friends is a celebration.
- 49:58This is a celebration.
- 50:00This isn't a gripe session.
- 50:02This is not about Republicans and Democrats.
- 50:06It's not about that, man.
- 50:07This is celebrating America.
- 50:09This is celebrating our birth, our uniqueness, our diversity, our great country, who we are as people.
- 50:15So we're going to be doing a lot of great things.
- 50:17Let me give you an example on some of the topics for both Peter and Ginger and for all of you listening.
- 50:22Just some of the brief, there's more than this, but let me give you a handful.
- 50:25And again, great panel discussions, four or five people on stage, moderator, really interesting topics.
- 50:32It's going to be cool.
- 50:34You know.
- 50:34Here we go.
- 50:36What constitutes one nation under God?
- 50:40That's a topic.
- 50:42The cultural wars affirming our founders' values.
- 50:48Will AI will AI proliferation jeopardize the human race?
- 50:56Winning new generations for another 250 years of freedom.
- 51:02In other words, to get the next generations ready for the next 250 years.
- 51:08The true power of an America First agenda.
- 51:12Post COVID era recovery.
- 51:15What have we learned?
- 51:18Can natural health reverse medical mutiny?
- 51:21So there's a lot of health topics going to come into play.
- 51:24There's a lot of America first topics.
- 51:26There's a lot of faith topics.
- 51:29There's a lot of positive energy.
- 51:36My goal and my the reward of this whole event will be when they say, wow.
- 51:41Was that a splash?
- 51:43Was that a gathering?
- 51:45Was that a group?
- 51:46Was that something else?
- 51:48I want them to be so enthusiastic and ready to get out there and fight for our great nation together as people, unified in that way.
- 51:58So that's that's my goal is people say, never been to anything like it.
- 52:02I'm hoping I'm hearing that.
- 52:04You really set the bar.
- 52:05These are the kinds of things I'm hoping.

- 52:19She's going to be there speaking for us, doing a keynote speech and be on a panel.
- 52:24Dr.

- 55:07I'm just really blessed to be in a spot to be able to help it along.

- 55:54It's amazing.
- 55:56Make it a foundational moment in the health freedom movement.
- 56:02Well, I've been thinking about doing a um a uh uh uh another thing I'd like to create, Peter Jinger.
- 56:08We talk about it off here a little bit.
- 56:10But I'd like to create a not-for-profit and really help some a movement uh from some of this, Peter, in such a way um that uh would inspire us to reach higher.
- 56:21And uh there's something more here.
- 56:23There's something special about what we're doing and how unique it is.
- 56:28And the fact that we all give our time and our talents and our treasure for this gift.
- 56:33That's what America Allowed always was.
- 56:35It was never about anything more than getting this message out here, avoiding the censorship, the shadow banning, the cruelness that came down from Facebook and YouTube and LinkedIn and all those sites that were so messy, so messy.
- 56:49And they they they with the things they did.
- 56:52And none of that here.
- 56:54We've got 30 seconds.
- 56:56Peter, 30 seconds.
