winning with winans: Yeah. And they have a hiring fair with about two hundred and fifty employers from all over the country, federal jobs, you name it. Well, on the back end of that is a a a two, three hour event of all the companies looking to hire vets, and all the vets in the community are are invited to that. The next one is September thirtieth. And then all of those companies are here because they came to the big orientation for the rebel. Rebels at UNLV, but then they're here for the veteran one year. So we host it, we do it with career services. We ask these companies to have internships because if you're in computer science as a vet and you get hired by MGM on an internship part time to finish your degree, not work full time, but part time, that is a marriage where you get to check me out as your IT guy in an internship situation. And usually those guys get job offers before They even graduate.
