- 0:01A wandering hand of pale enchanted light that glowed
- 0:07along a fading moment's brink fixed with gold panel.
- 0:12An opalescent hinge. A gate of dreams ajar and
- 0:18mystery's verge. 1 loosened corner.
- 0:21Windowing. Hidden things forced the world's
- 0:24blind immensity to sight. The darkness failed and slipped
- 0:30like a falling cloak from the reclining body of a God.
- 0:35Then through the pallid rift that seemed at first hardly
- 0:39enough, for a trickle from the Suns outpoured the revelation
- 0:43and the flame. The brief perpetual sign
- 0:46recurred above, a glamour from unreached transcendences,
- 0:51iridescent with the glory of the unseen, a message from the
- 0:56unknown immortal light, a blaze upon creation's quivering edge.
- 1:01Dawn built her aura of magnificent hues and buried its
- 1:06seed of grandeur in the hours an instance visitor the God had
- 1:12shown on life's thin border. A while the vision stood and
- 1:17bent over Earth's pondering forehead curve, interpreting a
- 1:23recondite beauty and bliss in colors, hero glyphs of Mystic
- 1:27sense. It wrote the lines of his
- 1:30significant myth, telling of a greatness of spiritual dawns, a
- 1:35brilliant code pinned with the sky.
- 1:38For Paige, almost that day the epiphany was disclosed, of which
- 1:44our thoughts and hopes are signal flares.
- 1:48A lonely splendor from the invisible goal almost was flung
- 1:52on the opaque inane once more. A tread perturbed the vacant
- 1:58vasts infinity's center. A face of rapturous calm parted
- 2:04the eternal lids that opened heaven.
- 2:07A form from far beatitude seemed to near ambassadrics twist
- 2:13eternity and change. The omniscient goddess leaned
- 2:16across the breaths that wrapped the fated journeyings of the
- 2:21stars and saw the spaces ready for her feet.
- 2:26Once she half looked behind for her veiled son, then thoughtful
- 2:33went to her immortal work. Earth felt the Imperishable's
- 2:38passage close. The waking ear of nature heard
- 2:42her steps and wideness, turned to her its limitless eye and
- 2:47scattered unsealed depths. Her luminous smile kindled to
- 2:52fire. The silence of the world's all
- 2:56grew a consecration and a right air was a vibrant link between
- 3:01earth and heaven. The wide winged hymn of a great
- 3:05priestly wind arose and failed upon the altar hills.
- 3:10The high boughs prayed in a revealing sky, here where our
- 3:16half lit ignorance skirts the gulfs on the dumb bosom of the
- 3:20ambiguous earth. Here where one knows not even
- 3:23the step in front. And truth has her throne on the
- 3:28shadowy back of doubt. On this anguished and precarious
- 3:32field of toil, outspread beneath some large indifferent gaze,
- 3:38impartial witness of our joy and Baal, our prostate soil bore the
- 3:43awakening ray. Here too, the vision and
- 3:47prophetic gleam lit into miracles, common meaningless
- 3:52shapes. Then the divine, a flatus spent,
- 3:56withdrew, unwanted, fading from the mortal's range.
- 4:02A sacred yearning lingered in its trace.
- 4:06The worship of a presence and a power too perfect to be held by
- 4:11death bound hearts the prescience of a marvelous birth
- 4:15to come. Only a little the God light can
- 4:19stay. Spiritual beauty illuminating
- 4:22human sight lines with its passion and mystery.
- 4:26Matters mask and squanders eternity on a beat of time, as
- 4:32when a soul draws near the sill of birth, adjoining mortal time
- 4:37to timelessness. A spark of deity lost in matters
- 4:41crypt, its luster vanishes in the inconscient plains.
- 4:46The transient glow of magic fire so now dissolved in bright,
- 4:51accustomed air. The message ceased and waned.
- 4:57The messenger, the single call, the uncompanioned power drew
- 5:03Brack into some far off secret world.
- 5:07The hue and marvel of the supernal beam.
- 5:11She looked no more on our mortality.
- 5:14The excess of beauty natural to God, kind, could not uphold its
- 5:19claim on time born eyes too Mystic, real for space tenancy.
- 5:25Her body of glory was expung from heaven.
- 5:28The rarity and wonder lived no more.
- 5:32There was the common light of earthly day, a franchise from
- 5:36the respite of fatigue. Once more the rumor of the speed
- 5:40of life pursued the cycles of her blinded quest, All sprang to
- 5:45their unvarying daily acts. The thousand peoples of the soil
- 5:50and tree obeyed the unforeseeing instant's urge and lead her
- 5:56here. With his uncertain mind alone,
- 6:00who stares at the future's covered face, man lifted up the
- 6:07burden of his fate.
