- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: Good morning friends and enemies.
- 0:02[SPEAKER_00]: In today's video, we're gonna run through seven players that I am just scared, shitless, to draft man.
- 0:08[SPEAKER_00]: I acknowledge the upside of these players and I know that there's a real chance that they're gonna be good.
- 0:13[SPEAKER_00]: I just don't think I'm gonna end up with them on my team.
- 0:16[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, this is almost like a I'm venting.
- 0:19[SPEAKER_00]: This is like a fear.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_00]: This is FOMO basically every time I see this name picked I'm like I didn't really want him but like I'm kind of jealous of the person who picked him in case this player hits Okay, so that's the seven players we're gonna go through today if I had to leave
- 0:31[SPEAKER_00]: one way or the other the way I describe them is like if there's someone in your league, if there's someone in your draft, that loves this player, that is actively targeting them, that is looking to jump up a little bit in ADP and get this guy.
- 0:44[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not gonna end up with this player on my team.
- 0:45[SPEAKER_00]: Like that guy in your league is going to be the guy that gets them.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_00]: And yes, I realize I look like Rudolph, the red nose reindeer.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_00]: This will probably be the case for the next few videos.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_00]: I got absolutely hooked on the beach yesterday.
- 0:57[SPEAKER_00]: I was down in Atlantic City.
- 0:59[SPEAKER_00]: Got there, popped into the casino.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_00]: Drop two hundred on red, red thirty four.
- 1:03[SPEAKER_00]: Shout out Ricky Williams.
- 1:05[SPEAKER_00]: Let's get into the video.
- 1:06[SPEAKER_00]: First player up on this list is Christian McCaffrey, the running back for the forty-nineers.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_00]: Let's talk this out.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_00]: Like C. Mac, obviously, if he returns to form, if he returns to just twenty twenty three form, he's a guy who's going to win a lot of people, a lot of leagues.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_00]: At this point, he's quite old.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_00]: He's passed twenty nine years old and he is littered with a resume of lower body injuries, including Achilles tendonitis from last year, had the sprain at the end of last year and his knee.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_00]: So we're dealing with a lot of uncertainty as it relates to his
- 1:35[SPEAKER_00]: long-term health.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_00]: And my sentiment for Christian McAfrey is kind of been the same since spring, where I'm like, I'm not going to be going out and actively targeting Christian McAfrey, but if we can get through the entire summer unscathed, if we don't have hamstring poles and ankle tweaks and killies tend to night as popping back up, I will continue to move Christian McAfrey further and further up my draft board.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_00]: And at this point, people have already done that for me.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_00]: His ADP is seventh overall.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you're not getting him in the second round anymore.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I know a lot of you guys are going to say, oh, he looks healthy at camp.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_00]: He looks great at camp.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_00]: I could not care less about like random beat reporters at San Francisco saying that like he looks great running routes in shorts against air.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_00]: Like these clips that come out about him running like a wheel route and you know, their clips were he's not being guarded by anybody.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_00]: Like I could care less about that.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_00]: That does not tell you how explosive he is relative to like what he's been in previous years.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_00]: My concern is that he's lost explosiveness and like he's not going to be the same guy that he has been in previous years and he's not going to hold up in a workload that was the reason that he became the great fantasy player.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_00]: What I do care
- 2:36[SPEAKER_00]: about though is objectively him coming away from the summer on injured.
- 2:40[SPEAKER_00]: And that's been the case so far.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_00]: As you can see, Deepak Chona, another good Twitter doctor out here, you know, he said treatment suggests moderate severity from the PCL, typically no lingering production dip following season, but the data projects two times in season risk of the average running back in terms of, you know, getting hurt.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Jesse Morris also posted like games miss for Christian McAfrey.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_00]: It's like if you either get in the goat or you're getting a dude who's blowing up your entire lineup,
- 3:05[SPEAKER_00]: Miss thirteen games in twenty twenty four just one game in twenty three zero games in twenty two ten and twenty one thirteen and twenty twenty twenty and it's tough to get a real read on CMAC right now because it kind of similar to like the spot that were in with Pacheco right because CMAC didn't play until late in the season and then when he finally did get back onto the field like he didn't look like his old self he didn't look explosive he wasn't scoring this you know these ceiling games of a fantasy points for us and it's easy for us to just write it up like I was coming off the injury of course he wasn't gonna do that but it's like
- 3:35[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe the injuries have caught up and then he had the PCL injury.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_00]: So we haven't actually seen CMAC BC Max since twenty twenty three and I do think that just adds a little bit of risk.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_00]: Grant Cohen had some stats from NFL Nexian stats which he tweeted out and this was in regards to his twenty twenty four season.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're willing
- 3:51[SPEAKER_00]: This is what makes it scary.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_00]: If you're willing to just throw away twenty twenty four completely, you're not worried about the injuries that he racked up in that season.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_00]: You're not worried about his actual onfield play once he returned.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_00]: Then this is irrelevant to you.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_00]: But I tend to be a little bit more pessimistic when it comes to injuries.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_00]: He said NFL next gen stats had his maximum speeds in those four games referring to the four games that he played in twenty twenty four.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_00]: At sixteen point four sixteen seven sixteen one and seventeen point four for context at seventeen point four mile per hour mark would have been his fifth worst in a game during the twenty twenty three season just saying comparatively he obviously did not have the expulsiveness that he had in twenty twenty three or any previous years that he did when he returned in twenty twenty four
- 4:30[SPEAKER_00]: And again, it puts us in that Pacheco spot where it's like, your mind says, of course, he's not going to be the same player like he just came off this this injury.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_00]: These Achilles tend to nightest mixtures that were happening on in both legs, like he's not going to be the same player, but we didn't we didn't we never saw him return to form.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like we are overly confident like six seventh overall pick.
- 4:48[SPEAKER_00]: Confident that he is.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_00]: They did trade away Jordan Mason this offseason, right?
- 4:52[SPEAKER_00]: He's in the Vikings backfield right now.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_00]: Jordan Mason was a really good player for them last year.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_00]: I think you could look at this in multiple ways.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_00]: Like I think you could say, oh, that means that they have confidence in Christian McAfrey's health right now.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_00]: It could mean that they have confidence in Isaac Grendo being a really, really strong
- 5:06[SPEAKER_00]: running back and coming into that role in this year.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_00]: It also could mean that like Jordan Mason's price was eventually going to get too high.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_00]: And you know, the forty nine, there's have always looked at the running back position, under Shanahan as as relatively replaceable and just strike while the iron's hot and get some value off of a backup running back.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't want to dive too deep into that.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_00]: I think a lot of people are going to run with the narrative that like
- 5:27[SPEAKER_00]: See Matt must be super healthy if they got rid of Jordan Mason.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know that I go that far.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_00]: I would have her home this final point and this is probably what makes me the most uneasy about Christian McAfrey drafting and where you have to you know the eight nine ten years that I've been trying to make good fantasy football content
- 5:43[SPEAKER_00]: I think this is legitimately the strongest top-fifteen picks in a draft we've ever had.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_00]: Usually by the time you get to pick like ten or eleven or twelve, you're like, fuck, I wish I had an earlier pick.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_00]: I started to feel a little bit uneasy about these guys as being my first and second round picks.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_00]: This year, I mean,
- 6:00[SPEAKER_00]: At Pick fourteen, ADP is Derek Henry right now.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_00]: Derek Henry is coming off of a two thousand yard from Scrimmage Campaign, eighteen touchdowns a career year and he is in one of if not the best offenses in the NFL and not a single thing has changed.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: Like there's not a single different piece of his outlook going into this year than there was last year.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_00]: And I would say that like the continuity is only going to make him better.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_00]: You know, and you could say he's old, but like that didn't matter at all last year.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_00]: They have the same offensive linemen.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_00]: They have the same offensive coordinator.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_00]: They have the same scheme.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_00]: They have the same quarterback in Lamar Jackson.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_00]: The holes that he's going to have.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_00]: Five point nine yards per carry.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_00]: It was a career high for Derek Henry.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_00]: Like he's a fourteen pick.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_00]: So when I look at like the quality of picks, you can get at ten, eleven, twelve.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_00]: Nico Collins, Malik and Avers.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_00]: Brian Thomas Jr.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, man, I feel so good about those picks that like, do I want to risk it on CMAC?
- 6:46[SPEAKER_00]: And I know everyone's like, oh, you got a shoe for upside.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_00]: One in twelve wins leads like,
- 6:49[SPEAKER_00]: There are a lot of ways to win leagues.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_00]: Like, just getting Christian McCaffrey, I think you could still win leagues other ways.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_00]: So, CMAC, scared shitless to draft.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, I just spent a lot of time on them.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_00]: If you hit, I'm gonna feel like an idiot, obviously, but I'm just, I'm just out here venting.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_00]: I'm telling you the way that I'm feeling about things.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_00]: Player number two is Marvin Harrison Jr., the wide receiver out of Arizona.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, last year's fourth overall pick in the draft and had a fine rookie year.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_00]: We've come to the point where we expect all-time years out of guys who have the pedigree that Marvin Harrison Jr.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_00]: does coming out of college.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_00]: And it's because he's surrounded by guys like Malik Neighbors and Brock Bowers and lad McConkey and all these guys who went crazy and Brian Thomas Jr.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_00]: They're initial year.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_00]: like real difference makers in fantasy, where Marvin Harrison Jr., you could look back and say, historically, it's that's, we're good for rookie, they were, they were good, but they were not needle moving whatsoever.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_00]: And I just have really, really strong concerns about Drew Petzing in this offensive coordinator role and his lack of creativity for MHJ.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you've probably heard me, regurgitate a lot of these numbers and stats.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_00]: They just kept them very static, didn't move them in motion at all, kept them on the line of scrimmage.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_00]: All he was doing was running outside routes, like they never got him open for easy separation targets last year.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't know that I saw anything creative over the second half of the year that made it feel like that was going to change going into year two.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_00]: So Petsing is a young coordinator, like there are definitely ways in which I think he can improve and and just naturally going into year two, a guy like Marvin Harris or Junior should take a step up his timing with Kyler should be better.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_00]: But like this offense from a passing standpoint, just never clicked last year.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_00]: It just always felt weird and it was always better when they were running the offense through
- 8:28[SPEAKER_00]: James Conner.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_00]: So like I'm weary to just say like of course, Marvin is going to take a huge step forward in year two because a lot of the times that happens.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_00]: Like you look at Julio, you look at AJ Green, you look at these types of players and they're rookie year stats look pretty similar to Marvin Harrison Jr.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_00]: And then they go ballistic in year two and year three.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_00]: So it's natural for us to like want to gravitate towards that.
- 8:48[SPEAKER_00]: But I do think there's real concern with the system.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_00]: And if I had to put my my hard earned money
- 8:53[SPEAKER_00]: on the line of who walks away with more targets in twenty twenty five-traimic brighter M.A.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to be like eight out of ten times there.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_00]: I still think he's going to be like the focal point of most of Kyler Murray's targets when they really need something secure here.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_00]: I made Shea, well, I think a lot of people are kind of pointing towards the insane upside that he could have.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_00]: I'm actually kind of looking at him as more of a floor play.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_00]: Like the entire offense should really run through McBride and MHA, which I think gives him a nice floor.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_00]: But I need to see more creativity from the offensive coordinator.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_00]: And right now, MHA is ADP, Widership or Seventeen, which is above Jalen Hertz.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_00]: Which is above Omarion Hampton, which is above Kenneth Walker, and I don't think I could take M.A.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_00]: Shea above those guys that I feel better about in fantasy this year.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_00]: So if someone loves M.A.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_00]: Shea, they're like certain about a second year breakout.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna let those people draft him and I will likely be okay not having him on my team.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_00]: If you are curious where I have Mr. Marvin Harrison Jr.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_00]: ranked right now, we have a completely free top one hundred cheat sheet available for you guys.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_00]: All you have to do is download the picket app, right?
- 10:00[SPEAKER_00]: They're one of our premier partners.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_00]: They have an awesome app.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_00]: And as soon as you download it and use code BDE when you get on there free to do, you don't have to put a credit card in you.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_00]: You don't got to pay anything.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_00]: free to do so, just sync one of the platforms that you play on, right?
- 10:12[SPEAKER_00]: Whether it is MGM or FD or DK or underdog or any of those platforms, whichever one you've used, just sync one of those.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_00]: And within I think ten minutes they have a timer set up.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_00]: Once you put the code in, they will send you over our top one hundred rankings cheat sheet for you.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_00]: Again,
- 10:27[SPEAKER_00]: free it'll have my top hundred players for fantasy football as well as must-have players on their fades value sleepers things like that get it through the picket app it's a social sports betting at basically so you can follow me you could follow your friends it'll sink all of the plays that we all take throughout the summer so if you want to see what I'm already putting down on season long stuff you can go track you can go tail you can go do all that on picket all right so first time sinkers
- 10:51[SPEAKER_00]: go download a picket app, first link down there, use code bdge, make sure you do that when you download sing something and it'll come your way ten minutes later.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_00]: Player number three that I am scared, shiteless to draft this year is Justin Fields, the New York Jets quarterback, you know, they're
- 11:07[SPEAKER_00]: There's just not a lot of stuff that I can say that everybody doesn't already know about fields, but like every piece of content I consume is basically like putting fields in the quarterbacks six to eight ranking range and there's just no way I'm doing that like we know the stick he's in a lead runner of the football and that goes a long way in fancy football, but you know what else goes a long way using Murphy's law.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_00]: when it pertains to the New York Jets.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_00]: I just think this passing offense is going to be very, very slow pace.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's going to be very run heavy.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_00]: I think they're going to try to win games via their defense.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_00]: And it's like, when you look at the surrounding cast, Gary Wilson, yeah, great wide receiver one.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_00]: But behind them, it's like the Jets brass is they're like hyped up about the thirty-year-old Josh Reynolds being their wide receiver two.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_00]: It's like hell, yeah.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_00]: It's like hell, no, what?
- 11:55[SPEAKER_00]: And fields last year, like I think he started six games and he had some ceiling games obviously, which is why everyone's like hyped about last year, thirty two fantasy points.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_00]: He had another game of like twenty three point seven fantasy points, but he also had games of eleven point nine, eleven point four, fifteen point nine, like I do think is weekly floors a lot lower than people are realizing and I think the jet's offense this year.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_00]: is very similar to the Pittsburgh offense last year where they're not going to let him sling the ball.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_00]: And I think you're going to see a lot of floor plays.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: So if he doesn't break off a big run, if this offense is not within the five yard line and let's him run, like I could see a world where like cool, yeah, he'll add forty rushing arts for you.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_00]: But in that same game, he might throw for a hundred and thirty passing yards, maybe an interception, maybe one touchdown.
- 12:34[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I mean?
- 12:35[SPEAKER_00]: Like there's a lot of ways where if he doesn't have huge rushing games, like he does have a low floor.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_00]: his Vegas projections for this year passing yards, twenty five fifty passing touchdowns of fourteen and a half rushing gets interesting six fifty rushing touchdowns five and a half that's obviously where the upside lies with with fields and I get it but listen if someone in my league is going to target him in that quarterback six seven eight nine range I'm probably out on him if he drops to me like if I'm going to super flex league and he drops the quarterback twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen in that range cool
- 13:07[SPEAKER_00]: That's great.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_00]: Like I'd like to have him as a high in QB two given that those like explosive weeks are going to be huge for me.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_00]: But outside of that man, I don't know like I have a hard time just buying into like yeah, he's definitely going to just do what he did in Chicago in twenty twenty three when like more often than not his career has kind of gone to skew and everyone's like a punch per game here, a punch per game there.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_00]: It's like he never really like figures out a way to put it together because he's just not
- 13:28[SPEAKER_00]: a polished passer and at the end of the day NFL teams want a quarterback that they can rely on to throw the ball accurately.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_00]: So just in fields, I'm scared to pass on him, but I'm even more scared to draft him.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_00]: Let's move over to the wide receiver position here.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_00]: And we've got Travis Hunter, the rookie crazy ass athletic rookie, probably like the one-on-one of exciting storylines heading into the year in twenty twenty five, second overall pick to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_00]: And I
- 13:55[SPEAKER_00]: I think I just need to see what the hell is happening here.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_00]: In Jacksonville before I spend like a fifth round pick on Travis Hunter in redraft leagues because it's easy to see the upside case where I mean, he's incredibly talented.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_00]: But I also think there are so many ways where a pick this early just breaks wrong instead of immediately right and immediately hitting that upside.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_00]: Like he could play sixty five percent of the snaps on offense, which is still good, but like that's not going to get you there for fantasy.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_00]: What if the Jack's offense is still just like, man, and Liam Cohen isn't this mastermind that just elevates this offense for sure?
- 14:33[SPEAKER_00]: What if Trevor Lawrence's projections for this year per Vegas come to fruition, right?
- 14:38[SPEAKER_00]: Thirty-six hundred passing yards, twenty-one and a half passing touchdowns.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_00]: Like you look at Brian Thomas Jr.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_00]: He's going to get his, thirteen hundred and ten plus touchdowns.
- 14:47[SPEAKER_00]: And then you're splitting the rest of the targets with like deami brown and Brent and Strange and Travis ETN and maybe the mix of base all two in and and you know just the Parker Washington these other complimentary players were going to get you know twenty thirty fifty seventy targets and before you know that I just like I have a hard time believing that all these things break right for hunter to really give you the upside case here
- 15:09[SPEAKER_00]: Another one that I know could age horribly like this video is not necessarily about like planting a flag.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just letting you know guys that I am both scared to fade but equally and probably more so scared to draft on my team and like I said in the wider receiver rankings video that I did a couple days ago if you want to go see my top thirty six wider severs you could obviously get the cheat sheet from pick it but I dropped the video for you on the channel a couple days ago
- 15:32[SPEAKER_00]: One of the things I said is like Travis Hunter, I wanted to see him play both ways and I actually think Jacksonville is going to give him every opportunity to play on both sides of the ball.
- 15:39[SPEAKER_00]: But him playing both ways also doubles the risk of injury, right?
- 15:44[SPEAKER_00]: Like that's not me predicting an injury.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_00]: That is just an objective fact.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_00]: Like if you're gonna play a hundred snaps of game, ninety-five snaps of game instead of fifty, you are on the field for double the amount of snaps, which gives you two times the likelihood of getting injured.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_00]: I think that's another, you know, bear case here.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm just saying I'm scared.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_00]: I'm scared, baby.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_00]: That's where I'm at right now.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_00]: Like there's no way that you're not excited if you draft them, but there's no way that you're not a little bit nervous about what happens with T-hunt, man.
- 16:11[SPEAKER_00]: It just is just the case.
- 16:12[SPEAKER_00]: Another young exciting wider receiver that I have on this list is Xavier Worthy.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_00]: And Xavier Worthy was a dude that had the Rashi Rice case not gotten to where it was, which we don't have any finite answers to whatsoever.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you know, you can hear anything from, oh, it might be three games.
- 16:27[SPEAKER_00]: They might be half the season eight games.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_00]: We really, it's no use of us trying to project what the suspension for Rashi Rice is going to be at this point.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_00]: If Rice was going into the year fully healthy too, I guess, but not suspended.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_00]: worthy probably would have been my biggest fade of the year.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_00]: I just don't really believe in him as like a real like high volume white receiver at the NFL level.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_00]: I think he's a great role player and I think he's in the great spot to like see his talents come to fruition because Andy read is obviously so creative and patch my homes as a fucking gun for an arm.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, like because we don't know anything about rice, like where these gonna be thrown into a situation like we saw at the end of last year where he's just kind of forced fed into a high volume roll.
- 17:06[SPEAKER_00]: And like if we see my homes in worthy connect on a few more deep passes, he could have it made you're ceiling.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_00]: But I have a hard time believing that when rice is back on the field, rice is not seeing eight, nine, ten plus targets per game and worthy becomes more of this like gadget player who they take deep shots to and they let him cook around the line of scrimmage.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_00]: But if you doesn't break a huge one,
- 17:26[SPEAKER_00]: You're probably looking at a really low floor game for him.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_00]: So where are these a dude where right now?
- 17:31[SPEAKER_00]: Like some of you guys are drafting right now without knowing whether or not Rossi Rice is going to be suspended.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_00]: Some of you guys are doing a lot of best ball drafts right now.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_00]: Like you have to pick and choose which guys are where for you and worthy for me.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_00]: I do believe in my ranking update.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_00]: He cracked the top twenty four because I think he kind of has to be there right now with Rossi Rice is like upending suspension.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_00]: I'm still nervous because like you draft them at Widersy or twenty three twenty four.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_00]: He's your Widersy or two and I don't know that I believe
- 17:55[SPEAKER_00]: Strongly enough and worthy like being that dude for me, but he's involved in the Russian game.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_00]: They're gonna take deep shots down the field to him.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_00]: Rasheris is almost definitely going to get to spend it for at least a portion of the year.
- 18:05[SPEAKER_00]: So that's gonna be an up-tick involving forum coming off a very strong second half of the rookie season type of thing.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_00]: You know, it's there.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_00]: It's there, but so is my scared feeling for him.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_00]: All right, and the last two players are going to kind of buck it together and one of them actually kind of works off Xavier worthy, but it is the older tight ends in Travis Kelsey and Mark Andrews.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, beginning of the summer.
- 18:25[SPEAKER_00]: Again, these two were big fades for me.
- 18:27[SPEAKER_00]: They to me look like they were over the hill.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_00]: If you look at their efficiency numbers, if you look at like just what they had kind of become in their respective offenses over the last couple of years,
- 18:35[SPEAKER_00]: Kelsey horribly inefficient last year.
- 18:37[SPEAKER_00]: The only reason why he ended up being an okay fantasy player was because everybody on that offense got hurt and he was forced fed, volume which led to a tank inefficiency in all of his numbers.
- 18:46[SPEAKER_00]: But once again, Rashi Rice now being suspended does mean that Kelsey could get similar looks for, you know, four, six, eight games, and then it becomes a game of like, okay,
- 18:56[SPEAKER_00]: By that point, are they relying on Travis Kelsey to the point where like he has to stay apart of that offense?
- 19:01[SPEAKER_00]: Because if you look at the first three games of last year, when Kelsey and Rice run the field together, Kelsey was a zero.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_00]: He was a goose egg.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_00]: The guy had eight catches for a total of sixty nine yards and zero touchdowns in three full games at Roshi Rice.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_00]: which is what I think is really going to happen when rice is out there, where these out there Hollywood Brown is out there, they have Pacheco in the ground.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_00]: I do think Kelsey is much more of a good player for down the stretch for them trying to have Super Bowl aspiration once again, than a high volume fantasy player at this point.
- 19:27[SPEAKER_00]: So Kelsey makes me nervous, but he also makes me nervous to fade without knowing what rice is suspension number is.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_00]: Mark Andrews was another guy that I was like, okay, his numbers, like his involvement in the offense had really like cratered.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_00]: last year and even the year before that, like his numbers were just moving down pretty significantly, but then Isaiah likely broke his foot in practice this week or early last week, whatever.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_00]: And now his timeline to return could like creep into the beginning of the season.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_00]: And you know, if likely starts to miss time, if that lingers, if he re-inders it at any point during the season, Andrews is going to be
- 19:58[SPEAKER_00]: A monster hit because in the games when likely it doesn't play Andrews is forced to be out on the field for ninety percent of the snaps and you know Lamar Jackson loves on to his tight ends.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_00]: This is a team that's gonna score a ton of touchdowns and I think a lot of that is the reason why Mark Andrews ended up leading tight ends in touchdowns last year with eleven of them.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it could just happen again because it's kind of like right place right time and I was kind of on board with likely taking a step up.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_00]: They did bring in the Andre Hopkins who is like a possession guy and I could see them having a
- 20:23[SPEAKER_00]: Some red zone plays drawn up specifically for him because he still does have very strong hands You know might not be the explosive player that he was in his prime of course, but I do think that could be something that eats into like the ten zone targets of Andrews or likely or whoever it would have been But yeah, I mean with the likely injury I think it would be disingenuous for me to continue to fade Kelsey and Andrews if you guys are going off of my rankings I think that would put you in a bad spot because I do think they're gonna be very useful players at least for like the first half of the season based on what's happening around them
- 20:52[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm scared shitless of what's going to happen over the second half of the year with these guys.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe you could just figure it out and get a streaming tight end that you draft later.
- 21:00[SPEAKER_00]: Occult some love with the entire Warren.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_00]: They break out of the second half of the year.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_00]: Good replacements.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_00]: If so, fact, though, we done with this video.
- 21:07[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
