SPEAKER_00: Well, I have I have the vanilla whiskey.
• 1:14
SPEAKER_00: I just didn't have the cream soda, but maybe next time.

  SPEAKER_03: We'll put it together.
• 1:18
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 1:20
SPEAKER_00: So today we're gonna go back through some stuff and go back through all the stuff, all the notes that like we've written down up until now, and yada yada yada.
• 1:39
  SPEAKER_00: Are you ready?
• 1:40
  SPEAKER_00: I'm ready.
• 1:41
  SPEAKER_00: I'm ready.
• 1:42
  SPEAKER_00: I'm ready.
• 1:42
SPEAKER_00: Okay, before we before we go through specific things, overall season four, like what were your thoughts on it?
• 1:52
SPEAKER_03: I enjoyed this better than the previous seasons.
• 1:57
SPEAKER_00: Is it because of the episodes or because of the way you felt like you were watching it more episode by episode and not trying to keep like the context in?
• 2:10
SPEAKER_03: Um well I kind of gave up on trying to figure out the context a long time ago.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_03: Um, I just think it was just a I think the show was just a little bit just my kind of skill.
• 2:22
SPEAKER_03: It was the episodes were just where the show is going is not so.
• 2:30
SPEAKER_03: I'm not dealing with I mean there was the polar bear, but you know, I'm not dealing with so much outlandish shit, and that doesn't make sense in my brain.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_03: This is kind of like outlandish, but with this kind of like a I don't know, it just it's still it's different.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_00: Okay, I have some of the notes like fun fact, trivia kind of stuff, that either I didn't read to you or I couldn't read to you yet.
• 3:01
SPEAKER_00: Fun facts, fun facts, fun facts.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_00: So one of the cultural references over the season was Star Wars when Jack steps on the Millennium Falcon toy, but it also refers to Star Wars brother and sister, Luke and Leia, and they were twins.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_00: I mean, this is not a shock to anybody who has seen five minutes of the movie, but maybe to you, you need the help.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_03: I know Star Wars, okay.
• 3:34
SPEAKER_00: Okay, well siblings, they're twins, but they didn't know that they were related.
• 3:39
SPEAKER_00: So it's a play on Jack and Claire.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_00: Not twins, obviously, but siblings who didn't know that they were siblings.
• 3:48
  SPEAKER_03: I mean, really, I mean Okay.
• 3:53
  SPEAKER_03: The audacity.
• 3:54
  SPEAKER_03: I'm insulted.
• 3:55
  SPEAKER_03: I'm still a Gen X, damn it.
• 3:57
SPEAKER_03: Questioning my my my generational credits.
• 4:01
  SPEAKER_00: I mean a little bit.
• 4:05
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 4:06
SPEAKER_00: When when we watched The Shape of Things to Come, that was the first episode of Lost to feature footage filmed outside of the United States.
• 4:16
SPEAKER_00: The London scene between Ben and Charles Woodmore was filmed in London due to Alan Dale performing on stage in the West End production of Spamalot.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_00: But they also filmed the scenes for There's No Place Like Home Part 3, and they were both filmed in the same trip.
• 4:37
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's cool.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so it's not like a huge thing.
• 4:41
SPEAKER_00: I just couldn't tell you that before because then you knew like you know, a little bit what was coming.
• 4:53
SPEAKER_03: I mean, technically, you could have told me last episode, but you know.
• 4:58
  SPEAKER_00: I guess I could have.
• 5:01
SPEAKER_00: But I didn't have I didn't have all the papers in front of me.
• 5:04
  SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh.
• 5:04
  SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh.
• 5:05
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 5:05
SPEAKER_00: Also, during The Shape of Things to Come, Claire was separated from Aaron and nearly killed while Hurley take care takes care of the baby.
• 5:13
SPEAKER_00: And it foreshadowed Aaron being separated from Claire and under Kate's care after they leave the island.
• 5:20
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, Captain, obvious.
• 5:25
SPEAKER_00: In G-Yun, Sun was revealed to be the sixth member of the Oceanic.
• 5:33
SPEAKER_00: Um, she was actually okay.
• 5:35
SPEAKER_00: In G-Yun, Sun was revealed to actually be the sixth member of the Oceanic Six, except that Aaron's inclusion was left ambiguous.
• 5:46
  SPEAKER_00: I feel like such a dumbass.
• 5:49
  SPEAKER_00: I like I didn't see it coming either.
• 5:52
SPEAKER_00: When you know, when I watched the first time.
• 5:56
  SPEAKER_00: I really don't think.
• 5:57
  SPEAKER_03: I mean, he shouldn't count.
• 5:59
SPEAKER_03: He wasn't on the manifest.
• 6:01
  SPEAKER_00: Well, he shouldn't count because he's point-sized.
• 6:08
SPEAKER_00: He's like point one of a person, so yeah.
• 6:11
SPEAKER_03: I mean, technically, yes, he survived the oceanic.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_03: Right, like he survived by proxy.
• 6:18
SPEAKER_03: You know what I mean?
• 6:19
SPEAKER_00: I just feel like it just, yeah, I'm a little it should have been like the oceanic five point five and a half, you know.
• 6:29
SPEAKER_03: But five and a half people instead of two and a half men.
• 6:35
SPEAKER_00: In Meet Kevin Johnson, Ben tells Michael not to destroy the freighter because there are innocent people on board, and then we see what happens at the end.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_00: Ben destroys the whole freighter and he killed everybody on it.
• 6:49
  SPEAKER_03: No fucks, Gibbon.
• 6:52
  unknown: Right.
• 6:52
SPEAKER_03: Okay, listen, uh to be fair.
• 6:58
SPEAKER_03: If I was in Ben's position and dude had killed my kid, I think at this point in time in my life, after everything I've been through, if I was as Ben, yeah, fuck it, fuck it, fuck you, fuck your mama, fuck the horse you wrote in on, fuck it all.
• 7:12
SPEAKER_00: Freighter you wrote in on.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_03: Fuck the freighter you wrote in on.
• 7:21
SPEAKER_03: I hate the title of that fucking episode.
• 7:23
  SPEAKER_00: I know, I know.
• 7:24
SPEAKER_03: I was like, what the fuck?
• 7:25
  SPEAKER_03: Eggtown.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_03: You've scrambled an egg, a fried egg, for the first 10 seconds of the whole episode, and that you can call it Eggtown?
• 7:33
SPEAKER_03: That's the best you can do.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: Um, in Jack's testimony, he states that flight 815 crashed on an island, which is the truth, when the cover story is that the plane crashed in open water and the survivors floated to an island.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: No one in the scene questioned this statement.
• 7:55
SPEAKER_00: And then he clearly states that the survivors were stranded in an island in the South Pacific, and people around him seemed to accept that naturally.
• 8:07
SPEAKER_00: However, the whole world first learned that the wreckage of the oceanic plane was located in a very different portion of the globe.
• 8:15
SPEAKER_00: Because remember, Charles Whidmore put the plane at the bottom of the ocean.
• 8:22
SPEAKER_03: Now, I guess they can just chalk it up to the people on the plane.
• 8:59
SPEAKER_03: Don't know whether honestly, if you're on the plane, unless you're on jet blue and you don't have a little map in front of your screen, do you really know where you are?
• 9:08
  SPEAKER_03: I love that.
• 9:08
  SPEAKER_03: I I love that.
• 9:10
SPEAKER_03: Like I as I'm reading my book or listening to my book or watching the movie I'm watching or my tablet, I have that screen up.
• 9:17
SPEAKER_03: Anyway, that being said, do you really know as a passionate where the fuck you are?
• 9:23
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 9:24
SPEAKER_00: Well, especially but at the same time, how do you reconcile that?
• 9:30
SPEAKER_00: Fine, they didn't know where they were at.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: Fine, it could just be another plane that crashed, right?
• 9:38
SPEAKER_00: How do you reconcile the 300 and some odd people, dead bodies that were in the plane?
• 9:44
SPEAKER_00: What did they just 300 extra people that nobody that people then do anybody know that crashed?
• 9:49
SPEAKER_03: Because the script told them to.
• 9:52
SPEAKER_00: But I guess if one has to guess, the plane is too deep.
• 10:00
SPEAKER_00: They it was put in a place where it was too deep for people to go and recover on purpose.
• 10:07
SPEAKER_00: So I guess it could just be like ambiguous, like, oh well, actually, because it's so deep, like we saw the pilot, but we don't really know how many people could be on the plane, or I guess, right?
• 10:21
SPEAKER_03: I mean, yes, I but also I think now by our logic in 2020, what is this?
• 10:31
  SPEAKER_03: 2024.
• 10:33
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it is, yeah.
• 10:34
SPEAKER_03: Like when did this first come out?
• 10:38
  SPEAKER_00: Um I think in 2004.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_03: So I think now people are more we are more prone to like, yeah, that doesn't make sense, and everything's all information is like right answer, wrong answers, fake news.
• 11:03
SPEAKER_03: All that shit is out there for everyone to look into.
• 11:06
SPEAKER_03: So I think right now we're thinking it as people of 2023, 2024, and we're like, yeah, that doesn't make sense.
• 11:12
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but I know I'm just trying to make it feel, I'm just trying to make it work.
• 11:15
SPEAKER_00: I I feel like I would buy that if it was like 1964.
• 11:20
SPEAKER_00: But 2004 was still I mean speaking, not that long ago.
• 11:29
SPEAKER_03: It wasn't, but also 2004 technology like Google wasn't the Google we know now.
• 11:35
  SPEAKER_00: That's true.
• 11:36
  SPEAKER_03: Um that's true.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_03: If I remember, I like the websites that you can trap wasn't they weren't like they are now.
• 11:47
SPEAKER_00: Everything wasn't online and I think social media was also my space and it's very, very infancy, yeah.
• 11:57
  SPEAKER_03: Right.
• 11:57
SPEAKER_00: So as far so we didn't have this like crowdsource type, none of this stuff.
• 12:03
SPEAKER_03: It just basic surfing the web, there wasn't much to surf if you didn't know what you were doing, you know what I mean?
• 12:09
SPEAKER_03: Now any kid can get on surfing, so yeah, it was on it wasn't that long ago.
• 12:15
SPEAKER_03: It's funny how technology just is growing by leaps and bounds, yeah.
• 12:21
  SPEAKER_03: I don't think I got my first computer until maybe 2004, 2005.
• 12:28
SPEAKER_00: But going back to 2004, like if you think about it now, how many people you know, on a in a crowd, how many people don't have a cell phone, if any, but back then, yeah, even though it was still pretty recent, it's normal for none of them to have a cell phone, and there's definitely no smartphones, like they had right flip phones, or you know, I think Boone or Shannon were the only ones who who had a phone.
• 13:02
SPEAKER_03: And if I remembered correctly, um 2004, wasn't that the wasn't that the era?
• 13:07
SPEAKER_03: No, wait, I got my first cell phone when I was 18.
• 13:10
SPEAKER_03: That was so that's like 98, 98, and it was it looked like it looked like a remote control, uh-huh.
• 13:23
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and then that was also the era of the Nokia.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_03: So by 2004, we're thinking about Nokia was just like maybe leaving, maybe.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it could have been like Nokia or like StarTech, yeah.
• 13:37
  SPEAKER_00: Yes, hello.
• 13:40
  SPEAKER_03: I had semens.
• 13:42
SPEAKER_03: That was the that was the shit.
• 13:43
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that was Nokia.
• 13:46
  SPEAKER_03: Nokia, yeah.
• 13:47
  SPEAKER_03: I love that joke.
• 13:48
SPEAKER_03: They're like Nokia had a cover, yeah, to protect the floor, not your phone.
• 13:53
SPEAKER_00: That shit was indestructible, but um it's so funny, right?
• 14:00
SPEAKER_00: Because if they crash landed now with like their iPhones and shit, when they start looking for Wi-Fi, it what would the Wi-Fi be called?
• 14:09
SPEAKER_02: It would be like others to this network smoke monster Jacob's cabin, smoke monster 101.
• 14:22
SPEAKER_02: Like smoke must have been here, yo.
• 14:25
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know Mikhail's cow.
• 14:30
  SPEAKER_02: Mood.
• 14:30
  SPEAKER_02: I can't, I can't, I can't.
• 14:33
  SPEAKER_02: Polar bears are us.
• 14:35
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we be chilling.
• 14:37
  SPEAKER_02: I'm sorry.
• 14:39
SPEAKER_03: Ah, um, I need to hear everyone's thoughts.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_03: Like, Wi-Fi on the island in 2023.
• 14:46
SPEAKER_03: Like, what would be the Wi-Fi name?
• 14:48
  SPEAKER_03: That's funny.
• 14:49
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we're gonna have to tweet that out.
• 14:51
SPEAKER_02: Send us your best Wi-Fi name, please.
• 14:56
SPEAKER_00: Um, but anyway, so yeah.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_00: Now, remember I was telling you, like, and we talked about this a little bit, but the call letters on the helicopter, and it was like N842M.
• 15:11
SPEAKER_00: So it always reminded me of the of the I don't even want to call it a phrase, but like the words innate fortune.
• 15:19
SPEAKER_00: So when I looked up synonyms, and we went over this, but refresh my memory.
• 15:25
  SPEAKER_00: There you go.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_00: Natural luck, inherent luck, natural chance, natural destiny, inherent chance, natural wealth, natural riches, natural hazard.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: That's a fitting one, and so then from the moment that you see that helicopter, it's almost like this moment because you're like, oh shit, they're gonna.
• 15:52
SPEAKER_00: I mean, even though we got flash forwards and shit, but you're like, oh shit, this is they're gonna get all actually gonna happen.
• 15:57
SPEAKER_03: But even though, okay, so yes, I we know what's gonna happen, but loss has left me permanently traumatized, and I see helicopter in my head, oh it's gonna explode.
• 16:11
  SPEAKER_03: Like, I expect something.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_03: No good could come of this, no good could come of this, like right, like nothing good, not nothing, no.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_03: So that's what loss has got me fucked up.
• 16:26
SPEAKER_03: Well, honestly, how fucked up am I anyway as a genetics?
• 16:29
  SPEAKER_03: I it's gonna be bad anyway.
• 16:31
  SPEAKER_00: I really always listen.
• 16:33
SPEAKER_00: I grew up watching Free Willy, and my father said it would have been a much better movie if he didn't make it over the rocks and instead crash and split in half.
• 16:42
SPEAKER_00: That would have been exciting.
• 16:43
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I can't watch that movie now without thinking.
• 16:54
SPEAKER_03: It would have been a better movie.
• 16:55
SPEAKER_00: I wonder what would have happened if he split it.
• 16:59
SPEAKER_00: Speaking of which, you know, lover, please don't come for me.
• 17:03
  SPEAKER_00: He was joking.
• 17:04
SPEAKER_00: He doesn't he doesn't want to see the animal die.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_00: He's he likes animals also, CG or whatever the hell it was back then.
• 17:11
SPEAKER_03: A couple of months ago, you know that the trademark expired on the first Mickey Mouse cartoon, Mickey Mouse, yeah, and then like instantly all these like the heart, like they had their own spin on it, and I was like, so you just reminded me of someone needs to to fuck Willie.
• 17:31
SPEAKER_03: So it was like a free willy oh well actually they're both porno names, anyway.
• 17:37
  SPEAKER_03: Free Willie's a porno name.
• 17:38
  SPEAKER_03: Fuck Willie.
• 17:41
  SPEAKER_00: Did that before?
• 17:42
SPEAKER_00: Did what he freed his Willie?
• 17:44
  SPEAKER_03: Oh yes, he did.
• 17:45
SPEAKER_00: I that I saw, and then he put it in some tight pants, and then he went out.
• 17:53
SPEAKER_03: The funny shit is the I think what bothers you the most is the fashion for pa, not the fact that he wore tight pants per se.
• 18:04
SPEAKER_03: It was just like you're like babe.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_03: You don't be out here embarrassing me like that.
• 18:12
SPEAKER_03: If you can wear tight pants and he said, fitness away.
• 18:16
SPEAKER_03: Come on, like hello, we're gonna that's my street crash right there, boom.
• 18:22
SPEAKER_00: You gotta let's keep it on the DL, please.
• 18:28
  SPEAKER_00: Anyway, okay.
• 18:30
SPEAKER_00: Going back to the helicopter, I think that it's so fitting how all of those like synonyms applied because yes, it brought them to freedom, but it also separated them more.
• 18:48
SPEAKER_00: It also brought Kimi and his people to the island, and then it for some of them it put them on a freighter to explode kaboe boom was Free Willy there too.
• 19:10
  SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
• 19:12
SPEAKER_03: Now I I I I imagine and although I did not see him dance, but I'm kind of like imagining him like imagine Alex dancing, like just but more, but yeah, I see that in my head.
• 19:26
SPEAKER_03: This is what I see now.
• 19:28
SPEAKER_03: Oh, like my three-year-old grandson, like he just they don't change, they just get taller, and some of them don't, although some of the ones that don't get taller make up for it in other ways, they get whoo we need to do videos, don't we?
• 20:00
  SPEAKER_02: It's like a baby's head.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_02: I wish holding an apple.
• 20:07
  SPEAKER_00: Austin Powers, I can't stand it.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_00: Um, I wish we had like a bigger um following on Instagram so we could just do like live.
• 20:18
SPEAKER_00: Oh, that would be interesting.
• 20:21
SPEAKER_00: I think we did YouTube or whatever, but maybe we should just do it anyway.
• 20:24
SPEAKER_03: We should because some of the shit that we do is golden.
• 20:28
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 20:29
  SPEAKER_00: Oh well.
• 20:29
SPEAKER_00: All right, I gotta figure out how to figure out YouTube, and maybe we could try it there or um Instagram.
• 20:38
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know, but okay.
• 20:42
SPEAKER_03: We'll reach out to our partners in the podcast world and see what they do and how they work out.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_00: I forgot Stella was there sleeping.
• 20:53
SPEAKER_03: What happened to my cat?
• 20:54
  SPEAKER_03: Oh, okay.
• 20:55
  SPEAKER_00: It's a good thing I didn't have$400 today.
• 20:58
SPEAKER_00: I would have came home with a dog.
• 21:02
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_00: Put a pin in that one.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_00: Put a pin in that one.
• 21:07
  SPEAKER_00: But what?
• 21:08
SPEAKER_00: No, put a pin on that.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_00: Because I need to one of my errands.
• 21:12
SPEAKER_00: I had to run to Petsmart to pick up her flea medication.
• 21:16
SPEAKER_00: Because the last time I went, they didn't have it in stock.
• 21:19
SPEAKER_00: When I went there, there was an adoption event.
• 21:22
  SPEAKER_03: Nothing.
• 21:23
  SPEAKER_00: It was a puppy.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_03: Drive-throughs are made for people like you.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: I didn't know there was gonna be puppies when I went in.
• 21:31
SPEAKER_03: I used to tell Krista, and she may or may not have been an adult at this time.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_03: I used to tell her every time we went to like a pet store.
• 21:38
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, okay, do not put the animals in your purse.
• 21:41
  SPEAKER_03: She's like, no promises.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: She turned her head when I went to take the picture.
• 21:46
  SPEAKER_00: Can you see?
• 21:47
  SPEAKER_00: I can see her.
• 21:48
SPEAKER_00: She's like, no pictures, please.
• 21:51
SPEAKER_00: She looked like um, like a blue healer slash pit.
• 21:55
  SPEAKER_00: Bluey.
• 21:57
  SPEAKER_00: Bluey.
• 21:58
SPEAKER_00: Oh and then he does like show, but everyone says how good it is.
• 22:05
  SPEAKER_03: It's a really good show.
• 22:06
  SPEAKER_03: It's really good.
• 22:07
SPEAKER_03: Um, Axel has outgrown that one, so every sometimes I still try to play it for him.
• 22:12
  SPEAKER_01: Uh-huh.
• 22:13
SPEAKER_03: Angel is kind of like, oh, colors.
• 22:15
  SPEAKER_03: So okay.
• 22:23
SPEAKER_03: Now, can you please tell me?
• 22:25
  SPEAKER_00: Oh.
• 22:26
SPEAKER_00: Why do I smack why do I smack myself?
• 22:28
  SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
• 22:29
  SPEAKER_00: Alright.
• 22:30
SPEAKER_00: So some of the questions that we've had over the seasons was who sent Kate the letter?
• 22:40
  SPEAKER_00: And all right, Stella.
• 22:42
SPEAKER_00: And apparently we still can't really answer that.
• 22:46
SPEAKER_00: Why did they want Claire's baby?
• 22:49
SPEAKER_00: You want to give it a guess?
• 22:52
  SPEAKER_03: No.
• 22:55
  SPEAKER_00: What was the incident?
• 22:57
  SPEAKER_03: The incident.
• 23:00
  SPEAKER_03: Refresh my memory.
• 23:01
SPEAKER_03: Like, I don't remember the incident to begin with.
• 23:03
SPEAKER_00: Um there was times where people refer to the incident.
• 23:09
SPEAKER_03: But like, was that season one?
• 23:12
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 23:13
  SPEAKER_00: I didn't write.
• 23:15
SPEAKER_00: I'll just give you the answer.
• 23:16
  SPEAKER_00: Please.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_00: We don't know what it is yet.
• 23:18
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, fuck.
• 23:20
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, the answer.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_03: Oh, we don't know yet.
• 23:22
  SPEAKER_03: Fuck you, Lisa.
• 23:28
SPEAKER_00: Referring to an incident like with Dharma and stuff.
• 23:32
SPEAKER_03: I feel like that was season one.
• 23:34
  SPEAKER_00: It could have been.
• 23:35
  SPEAKER_03: I vaguely remember that.
• 23:37
  SPEAKER_03: That was pre-hiatus.
• 23:39
  SPEAKER_00: My hiatus.
• 23:40
SPEAKER_03: So that was way back.
• 23:42
  SPEAKER_03: I don't remember that.
• 23:43
  SPEAKER_00: Alright.
• 23:43
SPEAKER_00: Why was Kate on the run?
• 23:44
SPEAKER_00: We know why Kate was on the run because she was a fugitive.
• 23:47
SPEAKER_00: How did Locke get in the wheelchair?
• 23:50
  SPEAKER_00: We know why.
• 23:52
SPEAKER_00: Um what the fuck happened to the others to be so militant?
• 23:58
SPEAKER_00: You want to try to give that an answer?
• 24:00
  SPEAKER_00: Let's see.
• 24:01
  SPEAKER_00: Let's see.
• 24:02
  SPEAKER_00: Well.
• 24:04
SPEAKER_00: Let's see your season four answer.
• 24:07
  SPEAKER_03: Locke.
• 24:08
  SPEAKER_03: The pressure.
• 24:09
SPEAKER_03: I didn't even know what's having to pop quiz.
• 24:12
SPEAKER_03: Um, so we saw in this season how what's the same?
• 24:19
SPEAKER_03: Richard and young Ben made conspired to make the transition.
• 24:30
  SPEAKER_03: Um.
• 24:33
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, no.
• 24:35
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 24:37
SPEAKER_00: Do we find out what happens if they don't hit enter?
• 24:40
SPEAKER_00: Oh, I guess we missed that question, but yeah, we find out.
• 24:42
SPEAKER_00: We found out, yeah, just a little bit.
• 24:46
SPEAKER_00: Does Locke know the real Sawyer?
• 24:49
  SPEAKER_00: Why, yes, he does.
• 24:51
  SPEAKER_00: It's his duda.
• 24:52
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, well, yes.
• 24:55
  SPEAKER_00: Forgot about that one.
• 24:56
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 24:57
SPEAKER_00: How did Ben get Anthony Cooper in the box?
• 25:01
SPEAKER_03: Well, I they never said it, but you know he can get he can have people on and off the island.
• 25:08
SPEAKER_03: So they never said that.
• 25:09
SPEAKER_03: They never explain it, right?
• 25:12
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 25:13
  SPEAKER_03: Okay.
• 25:14
SPEAKER_00: In the season three finale, Jack said he's tired of lying.
• 25:20
SPEAKER_00: Did you have any thoughts on that?
• 25:24
  SPEAKER_00: What's he lying about?
• 25:25
SPEAKER_03: Was it about the whole how they landed?
• 25:28
SPEAKER_03: I mean, how they got rescued, possibly.
• 25:33
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 25:34
SPEAKER_03: But there's been so much going on.
• 25:37
SPEAKER_03: Oh, probably also, what's his name?
• 25:42
  SPEAKER_03: Jeremy, whatever.
• 25:44
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, uh, Bentham.
• 25:46
  SPEAKER_03: Bentham.
• 25:46
SPEAKER_03: Like maybe that obviously something is they I think that might be it, because they can't talk about him.
• 25:53
SPEAKER_03: They don't talk about Bruno, you don't talk about Jeremy.
• 25:57
SPEAKER_00: Speaking of the the qu another question was who was in the coffin, and we found out.
• 26:02
  SPEAKER_03: We found out.
• 26:03
SPEAKER_03: I was not expecting that.
• 26:05
  SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh.
• 26:06
  SPEAKER_00: Who is Kate's he?
• 26:08
  SPEAKER_00: We found that out.
• 26:10
  SPEAKER_03: Yes.
• 26:12
SPEAKER_03: Did they ever answer what did they want?
• 26:16
SPEAKER_03: What did no, they didn't.
• 26:18
SPEAKER_03: What does Sonya want Kate to do?
• 26:24
  SPEAKER_00: No, not too much.
• 26:25
  SPEAKER_03: No, okay.
• 26:31
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 26:32
SPEAKER_00: You said that the Oceanic Six is one of the groups that got off the island, or that one group left, came back taking turns, and only six or and or only six were allowed to leave.
• 26:48
SPEAKER_03: I said that stupid shit.
• 26:50
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 26:51
SPEAKER_03: I said that stupid shit.
• 26:53
  SPEAKER_03: The fuck?
• 26:55
SPEAKER_03: What were we drinking in that episode?
• 26:57
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 26:59
  SPEAKER_03: Let's see.
• 27:00
  SPEAKER_00: You okay.
• 27:05
SPEAKER_00: You also said that the oceanic six was gonna be Hurley, Jack, Kate, Jin, Son, and Sawyer.
• 27:14
SPEAKER_00: And then you also said in episode three, season four, episode three, that the Oceanic Six refers to what the American survivors or the ones that settled in the States are called.
• 27:25
  SPEAKER_00: No, that's not true.
• 27:26
SPEAKER_03: We're not and then actually, yeah, we changed that.
• 27:28
SPEAKER_03: And then at the a later episode, I did say, okay, not Jen.
• 27:33
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 27:34
  SPEAKER_03: Obviously.
• 27:36
SPEAKER_03: Um, and this before he died, like, yeah, obviously, because we know she came back without him.
• 27:42
SPEAKER_03: So I'm like, okay, well, how the hell, Aaron?
• 27:45
  SPEAKER_03: I don't okay.
• 27:46
SPEAKER_03: To be fair, Micah was a good guess.
• 27:49
  SPEAKER_00: It was, yeah.
• 27:50
  SPEAKER_03: Because, you know.
• 27:52
SPEAKER_00: Okay, um, episode four, Egg Town.
• 27:56
  SPEAKER_00: You said so.
• 27:57
SPEAKER_00: After realizing that Kate's son is Aaron, you thought that the funeral was gonna be for Claire, which wasn't.
• 28:05
SPEAKER_03: But then I backtracked because the timing didn't make sense.
• 28:08
SPEAKER_00: But it could have made sense, right?
• 28:11
SPEAKER_00: Because the funeral was for Locke, who wasn't in the Oceanic Six.
• 28:21
SPEAKER_03: But then it didn't make sense.
• 28:23
SPEAKER_03: After I thought about it, I'm like, no, but she's I remember either the next episode, I'm like, does it make sense?
• 28:28
SPEAKER_03: Because she got that's her son when she's on trial.
• 28:32
SPEAKER_03: So obviously soon after she landed.
• 28:35
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, I see.
• 28:36
SPEAKER_03: So they're like, nope, that can't, that doesn't make sense.
• 28:38
SPEAKER_03: So the funeral, I actually backtracked soon thereafter, either the same episode or the next episode.
• 28:43
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 28:44
SPEAKER_00: In episode five, you noticed Michael's name in the credits, but you thought that he was gonna appear in a flashback.
• 28:51
SPEAKER_00: And then later, once you saw him, you thought he was gonna be part of the oceanics.
• 28:56
SPEAKER_03: I was so like, but it took me a second to like when you were like, Well, who's the spy?
• 29:00
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, I don't know, I didn't know Michael's, and I noticed his name in the in the credits like two or three episodes before they even showed up.
• 29:09
SPEAKER_03: So I'm like, what the um, I'm disappointed in myself.
• 29:11
SPEAKER_03: I really should have saw that one coming.
• 29:14
SPEAKER_00: You thought that the freighter captain was gonna be somebody we know, namely Charles Whitmore.
• 29:20
SPEAKER_03: I really thought that was going to be.
• 29:22
SPEAKER_03: Then I'm like, Well, yeah, why would he be on that?
• 29:25
SPEAKER_03: But same time, his type A control person, it could have been it could have gone either way.
• 29:30
SPEAKER_03: I could see him just being controlling and want to be part of it, but also be like, I'm too good to be an affreighter.
• 29:35
SPEAKER_03: So it could have gone anyway, I guess.
• 29:37
SPEAKER_00: Okay, you wanted to know why Michael went back in secret, but I think we talked about that.
• 29:43
SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, and like not being able to kind of say what happened.
• 29:49
SPEAKER_03: I still would I guess I guess it would have been more hassle.
• 29:56
SPEAKER_00: So by episode eight, you amended your oceanic six prediction to Kate, Son, Jack, Pearlie, Saeed, and either Michael or Sawyer.
• 30:12
SPEAKER_00: And also in episode eight, you said that you wouldn't put past put it past Ben to sacrifice his daughter, and then that's exactly what happened.
• 30:21
SPEAKER_03: The look you gave me a pure horror.
• 30:24
SPEAKER_03: You're like, you said what?
• 30:26
SPEAKER_00: I was more like, what the fuck, this bitch.
• 30:28
SPEAKER_03: Like that's the funny shit, though.
• 30:31
SPEAKER_03: I'm thinking of like, my god, I must be a horrible person.
• 30:33
  SPEAKER_03: My god.
• 30:34
  SPEAKER_03: Um acting, Lisa.
• 30:38
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you very much.
• 30:40
  SPEAKER_03: You're welcome.
• 30:40
  SPEAKER_00: You just wait.
• 30:43
  SPEAKER_03: Oh god.
• 30:44
SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna have to like not watch you when we do our recording and just like listen to your tone and listen for nuances.
• 30:52
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, to my secret spy skills.
• 30:59
SPEAKER_00: You said in episode five, you said that Faraday's time travel machine is what caused A15 to crash.
• 31:06
SPEAKER_00: I don't know where the hell you got that from.
• 31:08
  SPEAKER_03: Um, time machine.
• 31:10
SPEAKER_03: Oh, because I something with the whole, it was not him per se, but I could see them like using his science and playing with it.
• 31:23
SPEAKER_03: Not him per se, but using the science behind it and fucking with shit.
• 31:28
SPEAKER_00: In episode one of this season, you said again that the island moves and something about the Arctic and the parallel universes, and now are you ready?
• 31:43
  SPEAKER_03: What smack myself?
• 31:46
SPEAKER_00: Okay, during Exodus, do you remember how long ago Exodus was?
• 31:53
SPEAKER_03: Fuck no, no, no, da da dam, drum bro, please.
• 31:59
SPEAKER_00: Exodus is the season one finale, season one, so we're talking about oh 2021, no, not eight 2020, 2020.
• 32:15
SPEAKER_00: Agnes said the island moves, and that's why no one finds it.
• 32:20
SPEAKER_00: And if she's right, she's going to smack herself.
• 32:25
SPEAKER_00: Why would I smack myself if I'm right?
• 32:28
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know, but I'm sure it's in the episode.
• 32:31
SPEAKER_03: Um, but why would I smack only?
• 32:33
SPEAKER_03: I think I know why I would smack myself.
• 32:36
SPEAKER_03: I I think I know why I said that probably because the shit was so fucking outlandish.
• 32:43
SPEAKER_03: Like I have to be some kind of fucking moron to even think that shit.
• 32:48
SPEAKER_03: High, drunk, and I don't fucking know.
• 32:54
SPEAKER_03: Whatever mushrooms they writers on, I must have got some of that shit too by proxy.
• 33:00
SPEAKER_03: So I had to be a moron to even think of that shit.
• 33:04
SPEAKER_00: In Exodus, season one finale.
• 33:08
SPEAKER_00: That's what you said, and that's why you now need to smack yourself.
• 33:14
SPEAKER_00: Oh shit, she's moving shit around.
• 33:17
SPEAKER_00: She's getting what the hell is she doing?
• 33:19
  SPEAKER_00: Where are you going?
• 33:20
SPEAKER_00: Oh, you smacked yourself in the ass.
• 33:27
SPEAKER_03: You weren't expecting that one, were you?
• 33:29
  SPEAKER_00: I wasn't.
• 33:32
SPEAKER_03: I mean, you know, because smacking the ass is nice, even though I gotta do it myself.
• 33:38
SPEAKER_00: You called that shit, you called it a long time ago.
• 33:41
  SPEAKER_03: How the fuck?
• 33:44
SPEAKER_03: Okay, so when we first started recording, everyone was home.
• 33:48
SPEAKER_03: We had no responsibilities outside the house.
• 33:51
SPEAKER_00: Actually, no, no, we started the end of 2019, but by exodus, but oh yeah, by by exodus, yeah.
• 34:01
SPEAKER_03: Okay, one, I was only a few I was retired, so I was I I wasn't in the house anyway.
• 34:07
  SPEAKER_03: I had no responsibilities.
• 34:09
SPEAKER_03: My daughter was grown, I didn't have to do anything anyway, but you also were well somebody fucking doing.
• 34:15
SPEAKER_03: That being said, when we drank doing our recordings, we drank.
• 34:22
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I would go through like record on Sundays, it was and so it was like we didn't have anything to do.
• 34:30
SPEAKER_00: No, like well, I didn't have anything to do, I didn't have to go out anywhere.
• 34:34
SPEAKER_00: It was like I could get fucking blitzed at noon and just veg the rest of the day.
• 34:43
SPEAKER_03: We I know I was going through like I would go through like a some of the recordings were long, like all day.
• 34:50
SPEAKER_03: We had all day recordings, especially one with Alex.
• 34:53
SPEAKER_00: And we go through it was it was fun, you know, it was just us like BSing and catching up.
• 34:58
SPEAKER_03: I would go through two bottles of wine in a recording, yeah.
• 35:02
SPEAKER_00: So um that being said, maybe you need to still drink two bottles of wine because look, three seasons ago, you predicted right.
• 35:12
SPEAKER_03: So I'm thinking that is the reason I was so in tune into this insane TV show.
• 35:19
SPEAKER_00: Maybe I was drunk, or maybe you really are no straddlist and just predicted the future, and me, Sherlock Holmes, picked a good show for you to watch because I detected what you may not know you liked.
• 35:34
SPEAKER_00: I don't know about all that now.
• 35:38
SPEAKER_00: Well, ask me one thing.
• 35:41
SPEAKER_00: Oh, you also said at some point, I think episode five, you said the island may have a mind of its own and want to keep me there.
• 35:50
  SPEAKER_00: Keep me there.
• 35:51
SPEAKER_00: This was a quote: the island may have a mind of its own and want to keep me there.
• 35:56
  SPEAKER_00: You say that.
• 35:57
SPEAKER_00: I don't know why you said that, but you said that and I wrote it down.
• 36:04
  SPEAKER_03: I mean, last time I checked.
• 36:06
SPEAKER_03: I in a way, the island brought me back because I did Lisa, I want to start recording again.
• 36:11
SPEAKER_03: So maybe the island brought me back.
• 36:13
SPEAKER_03: Maybe the item wasn't keeping.
• 36:16
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I don't know.
• 36:17
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 36:18
SPEAKER_00: Okay, I have more here, but I can't read them to you yet.
• 36:21
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but we but but we we got through a few.
• 36:26
SPEAKER_00: And you know five comes, I'll still be writing them down.
• 36:30
SPEAKER_03: I am a little concerned about my rent my mental well-being um after that last revelation.
• 36:39
SPEAKER_03: I'm this I'm just you I'm worried about me now.
• 36:45
  SPEAKER_00: Why start now?
• 36:46
SPEAKER_03: I mean it's I already know I was like, woo-hoo to begin with, but this last revelation that this I'm I'm on and I was like, fuck.
• 36:59
  SPEAKER_00: I can't say nothing.
• 37:01
SPEAKER_00: That's why I was like, you have said things that are exactly on point, and I can't say jack shit about it.
• 37:11
SPEAKER_03: Well, I'm glad it caused you some discomfort.
• 37:13
SPEAKER_03: I get perverse pleasure in that.
• 37:15
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
• 37:17
SPEAKER_00: You said it back then, not too often, but this season you just kept saying it, and I was like, the hell?
• 37:25
  SPEAKER_00: Like the fuck, bitch.
• 37:30
SPEAKER_03: But I okay, this season, this season, what made me like stick to that insane theory.
• 37:39
SPEAKER_03: Let me say, did I did I think the eye was gonna move?
• 37:43
SPEAKER_03: No, but what made me like it is insane, go with it, like the fucking polar bear in the fucking desert, and it kind of led to the whole like things out of whack, out of sync, and all that other crazy shit.
• 37:57
SPEAKER_03: And then we go to move the eye, and I'm like, what the fuck?
• 38:02
  SPEAKER_03: The fuck, man?
• 38:05
SPEAKER_03: I have to be able to do someone need we need to do at least one video, one live, one something, so they can see the whole earth on the axis tilted, and then the rest true.
• 38:15
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we'll give them a video.
• 38:17
SPEAKER_03: Look at look, it's like a club dance.
• 38:20
SPEAKER_00: Okay, I should just record you right now.
• 38:23
  SPEAKER_03: Just not today.
• 38:26
  SPEAKER_00: It's okay.
• 38:27
SPEAKER_00: Your video is so dark, we can't tell what's good and bad.
• 38:29
  SPEAKER_03: Oh, I like that.
• 38:31
  SPEAKER_03: Okay, no lighting.
• 38:34
SPEAKER_03: Next time record, I'm gonna record by candlelight.
• 38:36
SPEAKER_00: I look great at candlelight.
• 38:39
SPEAKER_00: Why is that the candlelight?
• 38:40
  SPEAKER_00: Why not the moonlight?
• 38:42
SPEAKER_03: The next full moon, it is on.
• 38:49
  SPEAKER_03: I love full moons.
• 38:50
SPEAKER_03: They bring me, they make me feel so alive.
• 38:53
  SPEAKER_00: Maybe a part werewolf.
• 38:55
SPEAKER_03: I I have I've been called the bitch, so you know I can see it happen.
• 39:00
  SPEAKER_03: I can see it.
• 39:05
SPEAKER_00: I think that pretty much does it for the recap.
• 39:08
SPEAKER_00: But do you have like a favorite moment or scene or just anything that stood out to you from this season?
• 39:16
SPEAKER_03: I like the episode The Constant.
• 39:19
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and that's the only episode in the series thus far that I actually know the name to the show in Eggtow, only because it's so fucking stupid.
• 39:28
SPEAKER_03: But this one, I'm I like that one.
• 39:30
SPEAKER_03: I don't know, it had nothing to do with the islands, and it was I like it kind of makes no it kind of explained like why he saw things because he was there, right it's but it didn't explain, but it kind of anyway, and um yeah, that at this and then also they gave me some tear joking moments, yeah.
• 39:54
SPEAKER_03: But I do know the season for some reason at the season was ending.
• 39:57
SPEAKER_03: I started thinking about like the original some of the original cast members.
• 40:02
SPEAKER_03: Like, damn, I miss Boone and his sister.
• 40:05
  SPEAKER_03: Who's his sister again?
• 40:06
  SPEAKER_00: Shannon.
• 40:07
  SPEAKER_03: Shannon.
• 40:08
SPEAKER_00: Um I like them, I miss was coming into her own when when she was killed.
• 40:16
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and I think that was a missed opportunity.
