- 0:00Speaker 1: I'm Kiana, and I leveled up my business with Shopify.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Once I figured out that Shopify was a thing, I
- 0:07Speaker 1: never turned back. I can create a site with my
- 0:10Speaker 1: eyes closed. Shopify thinks ahead of us, you know, and
- 0:14Speaker 1: it thinks about the customer more than anything. Every day
- 0:17Speaker 1: I'm thinking about some other new business, but Shopify is
- 0:20Speaker 1: doing it to me because it's so.
- 0:21Speaker 2: Easy to use.
- 0:22Speaker 3: It's like I can't stop.
- 0:23Speaker 2: I'm addicted.
- 0:26Speaker 4: Start your free trial at Shopify.com.
- 0:28Speaker 3: Music music.
- 0:39Speaker 5: Warning!
- 0:39Speaker 2: The Root!
- 0:40Speaker 4: The Root!
- 0:41Speaker 3: The Root's on fire!
- 0:42Speaker 5: You're about to experience the most high-octane, pedal-to-the-metal controversial show
- 0:47Speaker 5: of your life. Please buckle up and hold on tightly.
- 0:50Speaker 5: This station is not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne
- 0:54Speaker 5: Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital of the world,
- 0:57Speaker 5: Las Vegas.
- 0:58Speaker 3: What time is it? It's time for War!
- 1:03Speaker 5: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior,
- 1:09Speaker 5: Wayne Allen Root.
- 1:23Speaker 2: All right, Wayne Allen Root, the root, the root, the
- 1:25Speaker 2: root is on fire. What have I been doing for
- 1:28Speaker 2: 10 years? Radio and TV is my 10th year. with
- 1:31Speaker 2: my own radio, TV, and podcast shows, and 20 years
- 1:35Speaker 2: that I've been talking politics on other people's TV and
- 1:38Speaker 2: radio shows, conservative talk shows, so 20 years on the air,
- 1:42Speaker 2: 10 years as my own host, and all 20 of
- 1:44Speaker 2: those years, buy gold, buy gold, buy gold, buy gold,
- 1:47Speaker 2: I keep telling you to buy gold, and buy more gold,
- 1:49Speaker 2: and buy even more gold, and gold hit a new
- 1:52Speaker 2: all-time high today, let's see if I can find it,
- 1:55Speaker 2: by the way, um, I was going to have it ready,
- 1:59Speaker 2: and then I forgot. So here we go. Live TV.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Here we go. Gold is at $ 4, 212. Do you realize
- 2:06Speaker 2: it just broke $ 3, 000.
- 2:08Speaker 4: Like months ago? And people were like, oh, well, you
- 2:10Speaker 4: can't buy it now. And I'm like, no. Buy all
- 2:13Speaker 4: you get your hands on.
- 2:13Speaker 2: I just called a buddy of mine who, I mean,
- 2:16Speaker 2: he owns millions and millions of dollars worth of gold
- 2:19Speaker 2: and knows how to get it whenever and wherever. And
- 2:22Speaker 2: I said, I'm buying even more. And I wanted to
- 2:24Speaker 2: see what he'd say. And he said, buy.
- 2:25Speaker 4: Everything you get your hands on. Buy it all.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Got to buy gold. So Jamie Dimon, who's the CEO
- 2:31Speaker 2: of Chase, the biggest bank in the world, JP Morgan
- 2:36Speaker 2: is really officially the name, but JP Morgan Chase, he
- 2:39Speaker 2: says gold can easily go to $ 5, 000 or $ 10, 000. Easily
- 2:41Speaker 2: go to $ 5, 000 or $ 10, 000. It traded below $ 2, 000 just
- 2:42Speaker 2: two years ago. And now it's an all-time record $ 4, 209.
- 2:51Speaker 4: 50.
- 2:52Speaker 2: I think it went up since I just told you
- 2:57Speaker 2: the number. I think it was $ 4, 202. Now it's $ 4, 209.
- 3:01Speaker 3: Amazing.
- 3:02Speaker 2: Amazing. Let me see what the long-term price is because
- 3:05Speaker 2: I go to CNBC and they tell me.
- 3:08Speaker 4: The price of gold in December contracts.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Is $ 4, 226. 70.
- 3:13Speaker 4: 42, 26, 70.
- 3:17Speaker 2: Just amazing. Gold is on the run of a lifetime.
- 3:22Speaker 2: And I don't, you know, I'm someone who always believes
- 3:24Speaker 2: tomorrow could be the day it collapses. Everything, not gold,
- 3:27Speaker 2: but I mean anything you buy. Stocks, gold, real estate,
- 3:30Speaker 2: when it's at its peak, you got to worry, right?
- 3:31Speaker 2: I'm not worried. Gold is going to 10,000, maybe 15,000.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Jamie Dimon says 5 or 10. That's the most negative
- 3:38Speaker 2: guy in the world. And he says 5 or 10.
- 3:40Speaker 2: Kip Herridge says 15,000. My economic guru, my expert, the
- 3:44Speaker 2: guy who knows, says it's going to 15,000. How do
- 3:47Speaker 2: I know he's so good? He's the guy that's been
- 3:49Speaker 2: recommending to me. He taught me to be a gold
- 3:51Speaker 2: bug in the early 2000s when it was at $ 350
- 3:53Speaker 2: an ounce. 350, now it's at 4,200 and change. And
- 3:59Speaker 2: every step of the way, he kept urging me, buy gold,
- 4:01Speaker 2: buy gold, buy gold. Thank you, Kip Erich. Brilliant. He
- 4:04Speaker 2: says it's going to 15,000, and he thinks that may
- 4:07Speaker 2: be low. It may go to 20, but he's going
- 4:08Speaker 2: to only say, I'm guaranteeing 15. 15,000, so if it's
- 4:11Speaker 2: at 4,200, it's low. That means it will more than
- 4:13Speaker 2: triple from here. And so now you go, OK, what's
- 4:21Speaker 2: the reason?
- 4:23Speaker 4: Gold is like a crystal ball.
- 4:25Speaker 2: OK, now I'm getting to politics. OK, you know, it's
- 4:27Speaker 2: not a gold show. It's not a financial show. It's
- 4:30Speaker 2: not a financial advice show. But now I'm getting to
- 4:32Speaker 2: the reason why gold is because it's political show.
- 4:35Speaker 4: Now it fits in. Gold is telling you that the
- 4:39Speaker 4: world has got problems. I've said before.
- 4:42Speaker 2: I think there's a decent chance that we're going to
- 4:45Speaker 2: be involved in World War III at the same time
- 4:47Speaker 2: as a civil war inside the United States. I've said
- 4:50Speaker 2: this for three years now. Whoever imagined World War III,
- 4:53Speaker 2: no one who wants it, no one. And whoever imagined
- 4:56Speaker 2: civil war again, no one and no one wants it.
- 4:59Speaker 2: But yet we may have both at the same time.
- 5:01Speaker 2: I'm not sure how you fight a civil war and
- 5:03Speaker 2: World War III at the same time. But it's very
- 5:05Speaker 2: clear to me that we're entering a civil war. It
- 5:08Speaker 2: is very clear to me that we're entering World War
- 5:10Speaker 2: III with Russia, sadly. I didn't think Russia would even
- 5:14Speaker 2: be our enemy. I thought once Trump became president, Russia
- 5:16Speaker 2: would be our friend. China was the enemy, but I
- 5:19Speaker 2: think China's joining with Russia and North Korea and Iran,
- 5:22Speaker 2: and they're going to be our enemies, and that's going
- 5:24Speaker 2: to be World War III.
- 5:24Speaker 4: But Europe desperately needs World War III.
- 5:27Speaker 2: They're broke. Every country in Europe is completely broke, and
- 5:32Speaker 2: the only chance for them to survive is to get
- 5:35Speaker 2: the war machine going.
- 5:37Speaker 4: So they desperately want World War III.
- 5:39Speaker 2: So they're poking the bear, literally, the bear being Russia.
- 5:43Speaker 2: They're poking Putin, like poking him in the eye and
- 5:46Speaker 2: smashing him in the face. It's like, I would never
- 5:48Speaker 2: fight somebody. I'm not a fighter unless you.
- 5:50Speaker 4: Hit me in the face.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Once you hit me in the face, I'm going to
- 5:52Speaker 2: come back at you and stab you 22 times with
- 5:55Speaker 2: a fork at the restaurant. But you have to hit
- 5:59Speaker 2: me first, right? They're hitting him again and again and again.
- 6:03Speaker 2: They're poking the bear. They want World War III. So
- 6:06Speaker 2: we're not going to avoid it. I'm telling you, we're
- 6:09Speaker 2: just about in World War III and Europe is going
- 6:12Speaker 2: to become a battleground.
- 6:13Speaker 4: Europe will be a battleground.
- 6:16Speaker 2: And the question is, will the United States be a
- 6:18Speaker 2: battleground with a civil war?
- 6:20Speaker 4: And I think it's coming. I think it's very clear
- 6:22Speaker 4: it's coming. Just some examples from our number one.
- 6:25Speaker 2: L.A. County declares state of emergency over ICE raids. And
- 6:29Speaker 2: they're going to pay rent and provide legal aid with
- 6:32Speaker 2: your tax money to illegal aliens.
- 6:34Speaker 4: It's insanity. This is an insurrection. This is a revolution.
- 6:38Speaker 4: This is a civil war.
- 6:39Speaker 2: This is a coup. Mexican cartels are placing bounties on
- 6:43Speaker 2: the heads of United States federal agents.
- 6:47Speaker 4: Cook County... Cook.
- 6:49Speaker 2: County, as in Chicago, chief judge, bans ICE and Border
- 6:53Speaker 2: Patrol from making arrests of illegal aliens at Chicago courthouses.
- 6:58Speaker 4: NRA and the Gun.
- 6:59Speaker 2: Owners of America vow to sue California for passing a
- 7:02Speaker 2: ban on Glock guns. So you've got these liberal states
- 7:06Speaker 2: that say illegals are great.
- 7:08Speaker 4: We'll do anything to protect you. We'll give you all
- 7:10Speaker 4: the taxpayers' money.
- 7:11Speaker 2: And we're going to ban the good people from owning
- 7:14Speaker 2: guns to defend themselves against the illegal scumbags, the MS-13
- 7:18Speaker 2: piece of human garbage that torture and murder people.
- 7:21Speaker 4: They're just like Hamas.
- 7:22Speaker 2: And by the way, we've got Hamas in our country, too.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Two illegals rammed Border Patrol during violent clash with rioters
- 7:29Speaker 2: in Chicago.
- 7:29Speaker 4: I mean, we've got insurrection all over the country.
- 7:34Speaker 2: Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson compares black.
- 7:37Speaker 4: People to disabled people.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Now keep in mind, this is not like a white
- 7:40Speaker 2: racist saying that black people are disabled or mentally disabled.
- 7:45Speaker 2: This is a black woman who said she couldn't tell
- 7:47Speaker 2: the difference between a man and a woman. She's now
- 7:49Speaker 2: saying black people need to be protected because they're disabled.
- 7:54Speaker 4: I've always said that liberals.
- 7:55Speaker 2: Hate black people. And I, as a Republican, like black people.
- 7:59Speaker 2: I want to offer them a hand, right?
- 8:00Speaker 4: You see my hand?
- 8:01Speaker 2: I'm going to offer them a hand to lift you up, okay?
- 8:04Speaker 2: What Democrats want to do is keep you down on
- 8:06Speaker 2: the plantation. So you are enslaved to the Democrat Party.
- 8:11Speaker 2: So you always vote Democrat because you need the money.
- 8:14Speaker 2: Because you're always going to be broken on welfare and
- 8:16Speaker 2: food stamps.
- 8:17Speaker 4: And I don't want you on any of that.
- 8:19Speaker 2: I want you to live on your own two feet
- 8:21Speaker 2: and succeed. And I believe black people can succeed. No
- 8:24Speaker 2: different than white people. Their brains are exactly the same.
- 8:26Speaker 2: But no one's giving them the chance because Democrats keep
- 8:29Speaker 2: pushing them down. NAACP lawyer at the Supreme Court. Race-based
- 8:33Speaker 2: districts needed because white Democrats did not vote for blacks.
- 8:38Speaker 2: So what they're saying is you got to be racist
- 8:41Speaker 2: and have a district carved out just for black people,
- 8:43Speaker 2: whether you like it or not, because we don't trust
- 8:45Speaker 2: that white people will vote for blacks.
- 8:48Speaker 4: It's racism.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Everything she said, Ketanji Brown-Jackson, racism. Everything that NAACP lawyer said, racism.
- 8:55Speaker 2: Two youths who brutally assaulted ex-Doge employee Edward Big Ball's
- 8:59Speaker 2: Coristine get a slap on the wrist and avoid jail time.
- 9:03Speaker 2: They beat this poor kid to within an inch of
- 9:06Speaker 2: his life, and the black judge let the two black
- 9:09Speaker 2: criminals out. I'm telling you, we have a civil war
- 9:12Speaker 2: in our country. Liberals against conservatives, blacks against whites, transgender
- 9:17Speaker 2: queers against straight people.
- 9:19Speaker 4: Our nation is devolving into civil war.
- 9:22Speaker 5: So.
- 9:23Speaker 4: Jamie Dimon says gold can easily go.
- 9:25Speaker 2: To $ 5, 000 or $ 10, 000, and gold's hit an all-time high today.
- 9:28Speaker 2: Now you know why gold is a crystal ball. We
- 9:32Speaker 2: also are headed for war with Venezuela. Siege of Venezuela
- 9:35Speaker 2: escalates with strategic bombers, our United States strategic bombers, over
- 9:39Speaker 2: the Caribbean as the Trump administration reportedly unleashes CIA covert
- 9:44Speaker 2: operations on Venezuela, including lethal action. I assume we're out
- 9:48Speaker 2: to kill Venezuela.
- 9:49Speaker 4: Cartel leaders.
- 9:50Speaker 2: Letitia James, fugitive grandniece at the center of the New
- 9:54Speaker 2: York Attorney General's bank fraud rap, goes on a fib-filled
- 9:58Speaker 2: Facebook rant, This is the lead story at the New
- 10:00Speaker 2: York Post.
- 10:01Speaker 4: Her fugitive grandniece, this is Latisha James, who I think
- 10:05Speaker 4: is a criminal.
- 10:06Speaker 2: And her criminal grandniece at the center of a federal
- 10:08Speaker 2: indictment against New York Attorney General posted a Facebook post
- 10:12Speaker 2: filled with lies after her extensive criminal record became national news.
- 10:16Speaker 4: For all inquiring minds, no, I'm not in trouble.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Haven't been in years at all, wrote Nakia Thompson, 36.
- 10:24Speaker 2: She claimed her extensive rap sheet dating back nearly 20 years, including.
- 10:28Speaker 4: Two charges of assaulting cops. Isn't that perfect? Letitia James'
- 10:31Speaker 4: niece assaulted cops.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Was old as hell and fabricated. very much an active
- 10:39Speaker 2: mother to my children every day, work every day, very
- 10:42Speaker 2: much in college, about to graduate with my BA in
- 10:44Speaker 2: sociology with a minor in criminal justice. She wrote, admitting
- 10:49Speaker 2: that she was arrested for felony larceny with her kids
- 10:53Speaker 2: with her as recently as 2019. She chided Gospers for
- 10:58Speaker 2: always focusing on the negativity regarding her past, which includes
- 11:02Speaker 2: four citations racked up in a single day in July,
- 11:05Speaker 2: including speeding 80 in a 55 zone. I don't worry
- 11:08Speaker 2: too much about that, but four in one day, that's
- 11:12Speaker 2: mental illness.
- 11:13Speaker 4: I'm doing my thing. I walk with my head held high.
- 11:17Speaker 2: She's been living in Letitia James' house that's the center
- 11:20Speaker 2: of the fraud. This is the family that Letitia has.
- 11:23Speaker 2: Democrat lawmakers seen on video storming the Speaker's office, berating
- 11:28Speaker 2: Capitol officer and messing with signs. Tore down a sign.
- 11:32Speaker 2: This all happened Tuesday night, last night. They're all crazy.
- 11:35Speaker 2: They're all rioters. They are all insurrectionists. This is a coup.
- 11:40Speaker 4: This is a revolution. This is a civil war. Get
- 11:43Speaker 4: ready for Civil War and World War III.
- 11:46Speaker 2: At the same time, I don't want it, but I
- 11:48Speaker 2: do want a national divorce. Red states, blue states can't
- 11:50Speaker 2: live together anymore. I will not even compromise with these people.
- 11:54Speaker 2: They're animals.
- 11:55Speaker 4: They're enemies. They're communists. They're traitors.
- 11:59Speaker 2: All right? We'll be back in a second right here
- 12:02Speaker 2: on War Zone with Wayne Allyn Root. It is the
- 12:05Speaker 2: official podcast of the Gateway Pundit. You can find more
- 12:08Speaker 2: at RootForAmerica.com. You can email me anytime, WayneRoot at gmail.com.
- 12:13Speaker 2: We shall return.
- 12:20Speaker 4: All right, a special treat for you.
- 12:21Speaker 2: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 12:24Speaker 2: the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Bruner, founder and
- 12:28Speaker 2: CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. In the United States,
- 12:31Speaker 2: Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA, Basin Centered Gas Accumulation.
- 12:38Speaker 2: This is code for a monster field where gas or
- 12:41Speaker 2: oil is in a basin, which makes the drilling and
- 12:44Speaker 2: production much easier. Mark, you're a legend in the oil
- 12:48Speaker 2: industry and the gas industry.
- 12:50Speaker 4: Tell us about your track record.
- 12:52Speaker 6: Well, I'm a second-generation oil and gas guy. My father,
- 12:55Speaker 6: in the early 1950s, started a company called Techstar. It
- 12:59Speaker 6: later became Texas Oil and Gas. When it sold out
- 13:01Speaker 6: to U.S. Steel, it was the largest independent in the world.
- 13:05Speaker 6: Delhi Pipelines was the largest gas distribution system in the
- 13:08Speaker 6: United States when it sold out to U.S.
- 13:11Speaker 5: Steel.
- 13:12Speaker 6: I worked with him for four years. I've been in
- 13:13Speaker 6: the oil and gas business ever since. You would probably
- 13:16Speaker 6: know me better as the chairman of Ultra Petroleum and
- 13:21Speaker 6: Ultra had a pretty good track record, which you're very
- 13:24Speaker 6: familiar with, I think.
- 13:25Speaker 2: Well, I think a $ 10, 000 investor in Ultra turned it
- 13:29Speaker 2: into $ 13 million. Is that correct? In the nine year
- 13:32Speaker 2: run of your.
- 13:33Speaker 4: Publicly traded company?
- 13:35Speaker 3: Yeah, at the high.
- 13:37Speaker 4: That's true. $ 10, 000 turned into $ 13 million.
- 13:39Speaker 2: That means $ 100, 000 turned into $ 130 million.
- 13:41Speaker 4: That's an incredible track record.
- 13:43Speaker 2: Now tell me why this deal, Lost Soldier, this project
- 13:47Speaker 2: is so important. I hear about projects and deals all
- 13:51Speaker 2: the time. What makes this one special, Mark?
- 13:54Speaker 6: What's special about this is all the other basins in
- 13:56Speaker 6: the United States have been drilled. We've known for 50
- 13:59Speaker 6: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 14:02Speaker 6: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 14:04Speaker 6: was reclamated three years ago, no one could drill it.
- 14:08Speaker 6: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 14:11Speaker 6: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point.
- 14:14Speaker 7: Is 85% empty.
- 14:16Speaker 3: So we made this discovery.
- 14:18Speaker 6: We are the only operator in this field. And right
- 14:22Speaker 6: now we can see that we've got enough room for
- 14:24Speaker 6: 500 horizontal wells out here with what we've drilled so far.
- 14:28Speaker 6: Very exciting. It's the new basin in the United States.
- 14:32Speaker 6: And as far as I'm concerned, this is an order
- 14:34Speaker 6: of magnitude bigger than Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.
- 14:38Speaker 2: All right.
- 14:39Speaker 4: The website is lostsoldier.com. Pretty simple stuff. Lostsoldier.com.
- 14:45Speaker 2: The project, 40,000 acres, took 40 years to piece together.
- 14:49Speaker 4: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas LLC. That's the company.
- 14:52Speaker 4: That's the project.
- 14:53Speaker 2: But the website, Lostsoldier.com. If you're an accredited investor, Mark
- 14:58Speaker 2: wants to hear from you.
- 14:59Speaker 4: If you want to hear more information, check it out.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Fill out the form and you get to Lost Soldier.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Mark and his people will get back to you as CFOs.
- 15:06Speaker 2: and let you know all the details you need to know, LostSoldier.com.
- 15:10Speaker 4: Thanks, Mark, for being with us today.
- 15:12Speaker 3: Hey, thank you, Wayne. Good to see you again.
- 15:38Speaker 7: All right.
- 15:38Speaker 4: Way down the route.
- 15:39Speaker 2: The route, the route, the route's on fire. I got
- 15:40Speaker 2: so much more to tell you. Let me make sure
- 15:43Speaker 2: I thank VRA. I neglected to do that in segment
- 15:46Speaker 2: number one because we ran out of time. When I
- 15:48Speaker 2: get in one of my route rants, I don't like
- 15:50Speaker 2: to cut it short. So I kept going with my thoughts.
- 15:53Speaker 2: But I want to mention VRA, Vertical Research Advisory, the
- 15:56Speaker 2: best global investment and economic newsletter on the planet Earth.
- 15:59Speaker 2: My buddy, Kip Herridge, my buddy of 25 years or so.
- 16:03Speaker 2: This newsletter has been out there for 22 years now.
- 16:07Speaker 2: And I've been following, getting it every morning in my
- 16:09Speaker 2: email inbox for 22 years and making money with this
- 16:12Speaker 2: guy for 22 years and really now making a fortune.
- 16:15Speaker 4: He's on the hot streak of a lifetime.
- 16:17Speaker 2: VRA portfolio up 41.8% just this year in the nine
- 16:22Speaker 2: months that ended in September. Excuse me, ended in August.
- 16:28Speaker 2: So January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August. The
- 16:32Speaker 2: eight months that ended in August, he was up 81.8%.
- 16:35Speaker 2: Or no, hold on. I am doing my math wrong.
- 16:39Speaker 2: I was right the first time because the third quarter
- 16:42Speaker 2: ended in September, right?
- 16:43Speaker 4: You have October, November, December.
- 16:45Speaker 2: It's the fourth quarter.
- 16:45Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 16:46Speaker 4: So actually, it was the first nine months of the year.
- 16:48Speaker 2: He was up 41.8%.
- 16:49Speaker 4: I was right the first time. And this is the
- 16:51Speaker 4: guy that made me into a gold lover. A gold bug.
- 16:55Speaker 2: The guy who made me into a Bitcoin lover recommended
- 16:57Speaker 2: gold at $ 3. 50 an ounce. Recommended Bitcoin at $ 2, 000 an ounce.

- 17:17Speaker 2: for California governor, has asserted that biological males who have
- 17:21Speaker 2: undergone physical transitions should compete in women's sports and even
- 17:25Speaker 2: suggested that the 2028 L.A. Olympics should be made gender-neutral.
- 17:31Speaker 2: This is what you're dealing with. And I cannot be
- 17:34Speaker 2: in the same country with these people. I cannot compromise
- 17:38Speaker 2: with these people. They're crazy. They're mentally ill. Betty Yee.
- 17:42Speaker 2: You're a nut job. You know, I can't curse. I
- 17:45Speaker 2: will not lower myself to curse. But you are an
- 17:48Speaker 2: effing nut job. Crazy, nutty woman. And I want nothing
- 17:52Speaker 2: to do with you. I don't want to be in
- 17:54Speaker 2: your country anymore.
- 17:55Speaker 4: You're so crazy.
- 17:57Speaker 2: These people are nuts. Clinton Judge....
- 18:01Speaker 4: Hey, Batard, do we have some more articles sitting in there?
- 18:03Speaker 2: I think there are. I think I printed out some
- 18:05Speaker 2: new ones, didn't I? No?
- 18:07Speaker 4: Oh, well, maybe you already gave them to me.
- 18:09Speaker 2: Clinton judge blocks the Trump administration from firing federal workers
- 18:12Speaker 2: during the Schumer shutdown. So this is how our country's
- 18:16Speaker 2: been taken over.
- 18:17Speaker 4: The government is.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Owned by Democrats, 100%, all the government employees, all the
- 18:22Speaker 2: government bureaucrats. And the media is owned by Democrats. And
- 18:25Speaker 2: social media is mostly owned by Democrats. And Hollywood's owned
- 18:28Speaker 2: almost 100% by Democrats. And the universities are owned by Democrats.
- 18:32Speaker 2: And the public school system are run by Democrats. All
- 18:35Speaker 2: the people teaching you, Madison Avenue is all Democrats. All
- 18:39Speaker 2: the people that are teaching you and brainwashing you are Democrats.
- 18:42Speaker 2: And all the judges are Democrats. This is what we're fighting.
- 18:46Speaker 2: We're like a salmon swimming upstream. This is what we're fighting.
- 18:51Speaker 2: Every time you hear about a judge stopping Trump, 98%
- 18:56Speaker 2: of the time, it's a Democrat.
- 18:58Speaker 4: It's a Clinton judge. It's a Biden judge. It's an
- 19:00Speaker 4: Obama judge.
- 19:00Speaker 2: 98% of the time. And then like 2% of the time,
- 19:04Speaker 2: and I'm probably being generous, probably 99 versus one, but
- 19:06Speaker 2: 2% of the time, It's a Republican rhino who is
- 19:13Speaker 2: also a pro-government, big government Republican.
- 19:18Speaker 4: They're all part of the government employees unions.
- 19:20Speaker 2: They all want more government. So even though they have
- 19:23Speaker 2: an R after their name, it doesn't matter.
- 19:26Speaker 4: They're not on our team.
- 19:28Speaker 2: Not on our team. Thank God CNN's Harry Enten is
- 19:31Speaker 2: warning Democrats, chances of taking the House in 2026 has plummeted.
- 19:37Speaker 2: Your chances of taking the House in 2026, Democrats, has plummeted,
- 19:41Speaker 2: and the reason why is because all of these reasons,
- 19:43Speaker 2: they're crazy. Anybody can see they're crazy, right? They want
- 19:48Speaker 2: transgenders in the Olympics. Here's the story I was trying
- 19:52Speaker 2: to reach for when I was with Alan Dershowitz. Here
- 19:55Speaker 2: it is.
- 19:56Speaker 7: U.S.
- 19:56Speaker 2: Student group calls for death to Zionist collaborators as Hamas
- 20:00Speaker 2: carries out brutal executions across Gaza.
- 20:04Speaker 4: Students for justice in Palestine.
- 20:07Speaker 2: The anti-Israel student organization in the United States is calling for.
- 20:11Speaker 4: Death to all collaborators.
- 20:15Speaker 2: If you're disloyal to Hamas, kill you, stone them, murder them,
- 20:21Speaker 2: throw them off a building.
- 20:23Speaker 4: This is in the United States.
- 20:24Speaker 2: We've got to deport them all straight to Gaza. They
- 20:26Speaker 2: all deserve to spend the rest of their lives living
- 20:29Speaker 2: in Gaza. They don't deserve to be breathing American air.
- 20:31Speaker 2: or walking on American soil.

- 22:27Speaker 4: All right, the Vegas sign.
- 22:29Speaker 2: You know, it's funny.
- 22:29Speaker 4: I wrote a commentary yesterday. I got to read it.
- 22:32Speaker 4: I made some changes to it.
- 22:33Speaker 2: I wrote it.
- 22:34Speaker 4: I read it to you raw on this show.
- 22:36Speaker 2: But the general gist was, A, they're all lying.
- 22:39Speaker 4: Vegas is not dying. It's jammed.
- 22:42Speaker 2: Any casino you go to is jammed. It just may
- 22:44Speaker 2: be a little bit less than a year ago. Because
- 22:47Speaker 2: a year ago, we had all-time record profits in the
- 22:50Speaker 2: history of Las Vegas.
- 22:51Speaker 4: And it was the fourth straight year that set records.
- 22:54Speaker 4: So it's a little bit down.
- 22:55Speaker 2: But the area that's down is the Strip, which is
- 22:57Speaker 2: all run by Democrats. Every Strip hotel is controlled by Democrats.
- 23:01Speaker 2: And the areas that are booming are all the suburbs
- 23:05Speaker 2: and all the non-Strip hotels are basically run by Republicans.
- 23:09Speaker 4: And they're all.
- 23:10Speaker 2: Booming because they give you cheap booze and cheap meals
- 23:14Speaker 2: and cheap rooms. And free parking and all the ones
- 23:17Speaker 2: on the strip are dying, you know, down from last year.
- 23:20Speaker 2: They're not dying, but they're down from last year because
- 23:22Speaker 2: they're too damn expensive and the parking costs too much
- 23:25Speaker 2: and the drinks cost too much and the food costs
- 23:27Speaker 2: too much. And everybody agreed with me. I got like
- 23:30Speaker 2: 70 responses today. That's a lot. 70. Yeah, I'm 70
- 23:34Speaker 2: and 0. All 70 said on the money. Bullseye. You're
- 23:37Speaker 2: exactly right. You got it down. That's how Vegas is
- 23:41Speaker 2: doing badly. But we're certainly not dying. We're still busy.
- 23:45Speaker 2: We're still crowded. Lots of crowds of people on the street,
- 23:48Speaker 2: in the casinos, everywhere. Bumper to bumper traffic at night
- 23:51Speaker 2: on the Strip. Lost Soldier Oil & Gas is the
- 23:54Speaker 2: sponsor of this guest segment. My good buddy James Breslow
- 23:58Speaker 2: is hanging on, civil rights attorney, and he will be
- 24:01Speaker 2: talking about what's going on in California with Pacific Palisades
- 24:05Speaker 2: and the fires. We'll get to him in just a second.
- 24:07Speaker 2: Let me mention Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. Our sponsor,
- 24:10Speaker 2: it's the Golden Age of Trump Prosperity, and it's all
- 24:13Speaker 2: about making America a better place. The energy capital of
- 24:17Speaker 2: the world. Enter lost soldier oil and gas. This one
- 24:19Speaker 2: project could fulfill that goal. It took 40 years to
- 24:22Speaker 2: piece together this 40,000-acre giant gas discovery. It could be
- 24:26Speaker 2: the largest oil and gas discovery since the Permian Basin,
- 24:30Speaker 2: with a forecast projecting the first 25 wells to produce
- 24:33Speaker 2: 400 million cubic feet per day of natural gas. You
- 24:37Speaker 2: heard me, 400 million cubic feet per day of natural gas.
- 24:41Speaker 2: And by 2035, targeted production of over a billion cubic
- 24:46Speaker 2: feet per day and this is all about the surge
- 24:49Speaker 2: in ai data centers which are using up so much
- 24:52Speaker 2: energy this is how is how we power the ai
- 24:55Speaker 2: future of america with clean natural gas headed by oil
- 24:58Speaker 2: and gas legend mark bruner whose previous public companies delivered
- 25:01Speaker 2: spectacular returns for investors at their peaks pentaco energy grew
- 25:06Speaker 2: about 100 to 1 for investors that was his company
- 25:09Speaker 2: So if you put in $ 1, you got back $ 100.
- 25:11Speaker 2: And Ultra Petroleum grew about $ 1, 000 to $ 1. If you
- 25:14Speaker 2: put in $ 1, you got back $ 1, 000. As a matter
- 25:16Speaker 2: of fact, at its peak, if you put in $ 10, 000,
- 25:18Speaker 2: you got back $ 13 million. One of the greatest hits
- 25:21Speaker 2: in Wall Street history in the 90s. To learn more

- 25:37Speaker 2: All right, James Breslow is with us, civil rights attorney
- 25:39Speaker 2: in L.A., host of the Hidden Truth Show podcast, founder
- 25:44Speaker 2: of RealCast, the new media company.
- 25:47Speaker 4: And James, I think you're headed to Washington, D.C.
- 25:50Speaker 2: As well, right?
- 25:51Speaker 4: Is that not correct?
- 25:54Speaker 7: Well, the government shutdown right now is slowing that down
- 25:57Speaker 7: a bit. But knock on wood, when the Democrats stop
- 26:01Speaker 7: worrying about health care for illegals and and decide to
- 26:06Speaker 7: reopen the government, yes, I'm expecting a post to be
- 26:09Speaker 7: waiting for me there at the DOJ.
- 26:11Speaker 2: Very good. All right.
- 26:12Speaker 4: Well, good luck to you.
- 26:13Speaker 2: My good buddy is Deputy Assistant DA, Deputy Assistant DA,
- 26:17Speaker 2: Deputy Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Ed Martin.
- 26:21Speaker 4: Who's also the chief pardon attorney of.
- 26:22Speaker 2: The United States and also the special prosecutor against Letitia
- 26:26Speaker 2: James and Adam Schiff.
- 26:27Speaker 4: And Ed Martin's a great friend of mine.
- 26:29Speaker 2: I don't know if you will be doing any work
- 26:31Speaker 2: with him or under him, but Ed is my good buddy.
- 26:33Speaker 2: And I just was in Washington with him last Monday.
- 26:36Speaker 2: I was at the Oval Office for a presidential visit
- 26:39Speaker 2: with Mr.
- 26:39Speaker 5: Trump.
- 26:40Speaker 4: And then I ran over to the DOJ to see
- 26:42Speaker 4: my buddy, Ed Martin.
- 26:45Speaker 7: Awesome.
- 26:45Speaker 3: Yeah, no, there's great things happening at the DOJ.
- 26:47Speaker 7: All the crap that's been happening in prior years is
- 26:49Speaker 7: getting reversed. Hopefully, I'm going to be in the Civil
- 26:52Speaker 7: Rights Division, which is in the process of turning around
- 26:56Speaker 7: the direction of this country and being very concerned about
- 27:01Speaker 7: what DEI obviously has done in our military and in
- 27:05Speaker 7: the private sector and in our universities.
- 27:07Speaker 3: I mean, just destroying meritocracy.
- 27:09Speaker 7: And the prior Civil Rights Division wasn't focused on that,
- 27:12Speaker 7: and this one is. Right.
- 27:14Speaker 4: I mean, the government, companies, colleges, they were all focused.
- 27:17Speaker 7: Oh, wow.
- 27:18Speaker 2: James is a bright guy.
- 27:19Speaker 4: Wayne Root is a bright guy. We don't want them.
- 27:22Speaker 2: We want to make sure that we let in people
- 27:24Speaker 2: that do not have good records, but they're black.
- 27:27Speaker 4: They're Latino. They're gay. They're transgender.
- 27:30Speaker 2: It's madness how anybody could think that's the way you
- 27:33Speaker 2: run a company, a country, a military or a college
- 27:36Speaker 2: is beyond a college admission or just the college.
- 27:39Speaker 4: How about the deans? And all the professors, they're all
- 27:42Speaker 4: DEI too.
- 27:43Speaker 2: So it's both running the college and running admissions who
- 27:45Speaker 2: gets into the college. How anyone could think that would
- 27:48Speaker 2: be good for the country, good for the world, I
- 27:51Speaker 2: have no idea. But we were doing it for years.
- 27:54Speaker 2: How about TV commercials? For a while there, James, all
- 27:57Speaker 2: my fans were commenting to me, Wayne, there's no white
- 27:59Speaker 2: people left in TV commercials.
- 28:01Speaker 4: Everyone's black or gay.
- 28:02Speaker 2: Everyone. It's bizarre.
- 28:04Speaker 4: I have nothing against black.
- 28:05Speaker 3: I have nothing against gay. Everyone is in an interracial
- 28:08Speaker 3: marriage all of a sudden.
- 28:09Speaker 7: Right.
- 28:09Speaker 5: Right. Everyone.
- 28:10Speaker 2: The only way you saw a white man is he's
- 28:12Speaker 2: married to a black woman. That's the only reason a
- 28:14Speaker 2: white person made it in a commercial. All right. Let's
- 28:16Speaker 2: talk about more important things. All of that is ending,
- 28:19Speaker 2: I hope and I think. But your house almost burned
- 28:22Speaker 2: down and you wrote a column about At FoxNews.com, my
- 28:25Speaker 2: house almost burned down in Pacific Palisades in the fire,
- 28:29Speaker 2: and the alleged arsonist is not who I blame.
- 28:33Speaker 4: So tell my fans, who do you blame?
- 28:37Speaker 7: Well, unfortunately, we're not changing the subject because we're going
- 28:40Speaker 7: to be talking about DEI because.
- 28:42Speaker 3: That is essentially what I blame for the fire. But, yeah,
- 28:47Speaker 3: this arsonist, it's a really interesting story.
- 28:50Speaker 7: I don't know how much people, how closely people followed it,
- 28:52Speaker 7: but it's another crazy whack job in the U.S.
- 28:55Speaker 3: Doing something crazy. crazy. That's a whole other subject.
- 28:58Speaker 7: But this guy is just a good old-fashioned arsonist that
- 29:01Speaker 7: thought it would be fun to light the brush on
- 29:05Speaker 7: fire in the surrounding mountains here and then call 911 and.
- 29:10Speaker 3: Have a good time.
- 29:11Speaker 7: He actually even offered to help the firefighters. He's the
- 29:14Speaker 7: one that called 911. So he's a loony bin. However,
- 29:18Speaker 7: that was on January 1st. The fire that burned down 6,000
- 29:24Speaker 7: homes happened on January 7th.
- 29:25Speaker 3: And it turns out.
- 29:26Speaker 7: The feds have determined that that was a reignition of.
- 29:31Speaker 3: The January 1st fire.
- 29:33Speaker 7: And it turns out that it's very common when you
- 29:35Speaker 7: have brush fires that it's very hard to put them
- 29:38Speaker 7: out entirely because we're so overgrown with brush because Newsom
- 29:42Speaker 7: won't do anything about that.
- 29:45Speaker 3: It's hard to put it out. So what do you do?
- 29:47Speaker 7: You go back every day and you keep an eye
- 29:49Speaker 7: on it.
- 29:50Speaker 3: What did the L.A. Fire Department do? They went back
- 29:52Speaker 3: the next day, took all.
- 29:54Speaker 7: Their hoses home, and that's the last time that they
- 29:57Speaker 7: inspected that property until January 7th when it had reignited,
- 30:01Speaker 7: this time in conditions of very strong winds, which then
- 30:07Speaker 7: they weren't able to contain this one like they were
- 30:10Speaker 7: able to one six days earlier.
- 30:11Speaker 3: And James, wait a minute, James.
- 30:13Speaker 2: And at the moment, it reignited in bad conditions. I mean,
- 30:17Speaker 2: one of the worst wind conditions in the history of L.A.
- 30:19Speaker 2: Where was the mayor? In Africa.
- 30:23Speaker 4: Exactly. You just can't.
- 30:24Speaker 2: Believe this stuff, right?
- 30:26Speaker 5: Africa.
- 30:26Speaker 4: What's the mayor of L.A. got to do with Africa?
- 30:28Speaker 4: Why is she there in the first place?
- 30:31Speaker 7: Well, and this is after she promised during the campaign
- 30:34Speaker 7: that she would not make a single international trip. That
- 30:37Speaker 7: was a campaign pledge. And instead, Wayne, this was her
- 30:41Speaker 7: fifth international trip that she had been on. This one
- 30:45Speaker 7: for the inauguration of the president of Ghana.
- 30:49Speaker 3: What the hell does that have.
- 30:50Speaker 7: To do with L.A.? And we know that all inaugurations
- 30:54Speaker 7: are just a big party. She was at a cocktail
- 30:55Speaker 7: party at the time that she learned about the fire.
- 30:58Speaker 7: She's running the second largest city in America. You would
- 31:00Speaker 7: think that would be enough for her. The sheer responsibility
- 31:04Speaker 7: that comes with that. that she would spend every waking
- 31:07Speaker 7: hour thinking about this city and all the issues that
- 31:10Speaker 7: it has, and she has no problem jetting off halfway
- 31:14Speaker 7: around the world to Ghana, also being aware that the
- 31:17Speaker 7: Weather Service had already issued a fire alert for that time.
- 31:21Speaker 4: By the way, even I knew. I live in Las Vegas,
- 31:23Speaker 4: and even I knew that L.A.
- 31:25Speaker 2: Was facing what they claim was maybe the worst wind
- 31:28Speaker 2: conditions in the modern history of Los Angeles since they've
- 31:31Speaker 2: been keeping records.
- 31:32Speaker 4: They said it was going to be like.
- 31:33Speaker 2: 100, 120 mile per hour winds. They've never seen anything
- 31:36Speaker 2: like that. So I knew that was coming. So she
- 31:39Speaker 2: knew that was coming. And yet she got on the
- 31:42Speaker 2: plane and left for Ghana. It's amazing. This brings a
- 31:46Speaker 2: few questions to mind.
- 31:47Speaker 4: So let me ask a couple of things. So first
- 31:48Speaker 4: of all, are you back in your house again?
- 31:50Speaker 2: Do you live there again?
- 31:52Speaker 7: Yeah, so my house survived primarily because my neighborhood was
- 31:56Speaker 7: one of the first to be hit, you might remember,
- 31:58Speaker 7: and there was actually water at the time to put
- 32:01Speaker 7: out the fires. We're learning now through this federal investigation
- 32:06Speaker 7: and also the civil lawsuit that's going on against the
- 32:08Speaker 7: state and the city.
- 32:10Speaker 3: That they ran out of water sometime in the afternoon.
- 32:13Speaker 7: There was already reports. This is only like four hours
- 32:16Speaker 7: into firefighting. They're already have hydrants that have run dry.
- 32:21Speaker 7: So but my neighborhood was hit early. We had firefighters
- 32:25Speaker 7: and they put it out and the majority of my
- 32:26Speaker 7: neighborhood survived. So when you have water, neighborhoods survive. When
- 32:30Speaker 7: you run out of water, they burn to the ground.
- 32:33Speaker 4: Right, but I'm surprised you're able to get back in
- 32:35Speaker 4: your house.
- 32:36Speaker 2: I'm surprised you can live in that house because I
- 32:38Speaker 2: heard most people who, you know, there'd be a hundred
- 32:40Speaker 2: houses gone and one survived somehow.
- 32:42Speaker 4: The fire jumped over theirs, but.
- 32:45Speaker 2: None of them can go back in those houses because
- 32:47Speaker 2: the toxins from the fire are so bad in the neighborhood.
- 32:50Speaker 4: That you can't breathe. Your house, your neighborhood isn't like that.
- 32:54Speaker 2: Is that the deal?
- 32:56Speaker 3: Essentially, yes. Yeah.
- 32:58Speaker 7: If I was the only home standing on my street,
- 33:00Speaker 7: I don't think I'd be back in my home. But
- 33:02Speaker 7: on my street, only one home burned. Street behind me, four. So, yeah,
- 33:07Speaker 7: mine did very well. But nonetheless, even in my neighborhood
- 33:12Speaker 7: where over half of the homes are standing, for the
- 33:15Speaker 7: standing homes, I would say only about 25 percent of
- 33:17Speaker 7: the people come back. And some of it is out
- 33:19Speaker 7: of being very concerned about the toxins. I'm just somebody
- 33:22Speaker 7: who's less concerned about toxins than other people.
- 33:25Speaker 3: And we decided to move back.
- 33:27Speaker 4: I can't believe you're talking to me without a mask on. Oh,
- 33:29Speaker 4: my God.
- 33:30Speaker 2: I'm surprised you're not under arrest in California. Hey, James,
- 33:32Speaker 2: can you stay for another segment? We'll go to a
- 33:34Speaker 2: break real quick. Keep you on there for one more. OK, good.
- 33:37Speaker 4: I want to hear more about this story. It's fascinating
- 33:39Speaker 4: to me. I used to live in Malibu, California, 13
- 33:41Speaker 4: years ago. So it's totally fascinating to me.
- 33:43Speaker 2: And by the way, I've been gone 23 years, and
- 33:47Speaker 2: both homes I lived in in Malibu have burned to
- 33:49Speaker 2: the ground in the time I've been gone. So if
- 33:52Speaker 2: I'd stayed there, I would be in a very bad situation.
- 33:54Speaker 2: James Breslow, we'll be right back with our favorite civil
- 33:57Speaker 2: rights attorney. I'm Wayne Allyn Root. Be right back. Hi,

- 37:19Speaker 7: All right.
- 37:19Speaker 4: Fascinating story in the break.
- 37:20Speaker 2: I want to mention real quick before we get.
- 37:22Speaker 4: Back to James Breslow.
- 37:24Speaker 2: No sitting president in the history of America has ever
- 37:27Speaker 2: attended a Supreme Court argument ever in history.
- 37:31Speaker 4: And Donald Trump.
- 37:31Speaker 2: Has announced he's going to be sitting in the audience
- 37:34Speaker 2: watching the Supreme Court when they debate tariffs.
- 37:37Speaker 4: Expect me there, he said. I love this guy. He's
- 37:41Speaker 4: the greatest.
- 37:42Speaker 2: This segment sponsored by Great Patriot Store. If you're sick
- 37:46Speaker 2: and tired of supporting woke companies, I have great news
- 37:48Speaker 2: for you. You don't have to anymore. This is not
- 37:50Speaker 2: only a non-woke company. This is the anti-woke company, but
- 37:54Speaker 2: it's also the answer to inflation. They make hundreds of
- 37:56Speaker 2: household and personal products you're already buying at your local
- 37:59Speaker 2: supermarket or Amazon or Costco or Walmart, but they make
- 38:02Speaker 2: their own version that costs much less. So you beat
- 38:05Speaker 2: inflation and they make it higher quality, no toxic chemicals.
- 38:10Speaker 4: Healthy for you and your kids.
- 38:11Speaker 2: All made in the USA. Delivered right to your door
- 38:13Speaker 2: at incredible prices. 20,000 American families joining every month. Over
- 38:19Speaker 2: 2 million have joined and are members at greatpatriotstore.com. And
- 38:23Speaker 2: that's before the last couple years where they got a
- 38:26Speaker 2: beef division. Because they bought this gigantic ranch and they
- 38:29Speaker 2: own hundreds of thousands of acres. And now you get
- 38:32Speaker 2: great beef products. All pasture-raised. No hormones, no antibiotics, no
- 38:37Speaker 2: COVID vaccines, no mRNA ever. But like Costco or Sam's Club,
- 38:41Speaker 2: you've got to become a member. And right now it's
- 38:43Speaker 2: $ 1 to be a member.
- 38:44Speaker 4: How about that?
- 38:45Speaker 2: $ 1 unlocks all the savings and all these great products.

- 38:55Speaker 4: My wife and I do so much shopping there.
- 38:59Speaker 2: All right. James Breslau with us. A civil rights attorney.
- 39:01Speaker 2: Last segment of hour two. And then our day is
- 39:04Speaker 2: up for today. Tomorrow, by the way, I'll be interviewing
- 39:07Speaker 2: Eric Trump. Civil rights attorney in L.A., James Breslow, host
- 39:11Speaker 2: of the Hidden Truth podcast, founder of RealCast, a new
- 39:15Speaker 2: media company. We've had a great day today. We had
- 39:19Speaker 2: Alan Dershowitz before you, and tomorrow we've got Eric Trump.
- 39:22Speaker 2: And in between, James.
- 39:23Speaker 4: Breslow with a fascinating story.
- 39:25Speaker 2: I love, you know, I mean, I hate the fact
- 39:27Speaker 2: that your house almost burned to the ground, but I
- 39:29Speaker 2: love the story because it just shows how incompetent and
- 39:33Speaker 2: hard it is to live among liberals, liberal leadership.
- 39:36Speaker 4: It just doesn't work.
- 39:37Speaker 2: So who do you blame? Let's get to the core
- 39:39Speaker 2: of it. Do you blame the mayor? Do you blame
- 39:41Speaker 2: the governor? Do you blame the Coastal Commission? Who takes
- 39:46Speaker 2: the real.
- 39:46Speaker 4: Blame, or is it shared by all of them, for
- 39:48Speaker 4: the Pacific Palisades fire?
- 39:50Speaker 7: Well, in my piece, I point out Newsom primarily for
- 39:53Speaker 7: not properly caring for California's forests.
- 39:57Speaker 3: He enjoys these fires.
- 39:58Speaker 7: Because he likes to point to them as proof that.
- 40:01Speaker 3: Climate change exists.
- 40:03Speaker 7: Yeah, because the earth is two degrees warmer, suddenly forests
- 40:07Speaker 7: are just bursting into flames, even though in Arizona they
- 40:11Speaker 7: don't have this problem, and it's a hell of a
- 40:13Speaker 7: lot hotter in Arizona than it.
- 40:14Speaker 3: Is in California.
- 40:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 40:15Speaker 7: So that's Newsom's role in this. And then Bass, we
- 40:20Speaker 7: already touched on the fact that she's a totally negligent
- 40:23Speaker 7: mayor jetting off to Ghana and other places around the
- 40:28Speaker 7: globe rather than caring for her city. And then we
- 40:31Speaker 7: talked about DEI because that plays a big role in
- 40:34Speaker 7: this because if you look at the people that she
- 40:36Speaker 7: had in place, it's hard not to– Come to the
- 40:40Speaker 7: conclusion that these were DEI hires.
- 40:42Speaker 3: For instance, the lesbian fire chief.
- 40:46Speaker 7: Right.
- 40:47Speaker 3: So we're supposed to believe that she was the most qualified.
- 40:52Speaker 7: And she's the one that her fire department is the
- 40:54Speaker 7: one that failed to keep an eye on this, where
- 40:57Speaker 7: that fire, where the brush fire had been. failed to
- 41:00Speaker 7: deploy any trucks whatsoever to prepare for this fire. Now,
- 41:06Speaker 7: she rightly complained afterwards that her budget had been cut
- 41:10Speaker 7: by $ 17 million. And that's true. The Bass administration cut
- 41:17Speaker 7: the fire department's budget. while increasing homeless spending to $ 1. 3
- 41:22Speaker 7: billion and taking $ 17 million from the fire department. So
- 41:27Speaker 7: we have the same number of fire stations that we
- 41:29Speaker 7: had in the 1960s. We've got all kinds of fire
- 41:32Speaker 7: trucks that are out of commission because they don't have
- 41:35Speaker 7: the money to fix it.
- 41:37Speaker 4: I actually saw stories when you've.
- 41:38Speaker 7: Got a city that doesn't focus on the basic needs
- 41:41Speaker 7: of its residents.
- 41:42Speaker 2: I saw I saw stories about fire departments falling apart,
- 41:46Speaker 2: that they're toxic mold inside them and that the entire
- 41:49Speaker 2: building was falling apart in L.A. They don't have money
- 41:52Speaker 2: to even fix them when they're broken. The few that
- 41:54Speaker 2: they've got. And the one thing you didn't mention is
- 41:57Speaker 2: I know they increased homeless spending dramatically while cutting 17
- 42:01Speaker 2: million for fire budget. But to my knowledge, I seem
- 42:04Speaker 2: to remember at the time I also read that they
- 42:07Speaker 2: dramatically increased DEI spending. So it's just, you know, inside
- 42:12Speaker 2: the government of City Hall and all. And of course,
- 42:14Speaker 2: there was no water in the reservoirs. And of course,
- 42:17Speaker 2: my understanding, living in Malibu for 13 years, they always,
- 42:20Speaker 2: the fire department always pre-positions fire trucks when the wind
- 42:24Speaker 2: is blowing, even though there is no fire.
- 42:27Speaker 4: They have them standing by ready in the areas that
- 42:29Speaker 4: could burn.
- 42:30Speaker 2: And they didn't do that this time, probably because the
- 42:33Speaker 2: lesbian fire chief is not qualified for the job.
- 42:37Speaker 3: Yeah, or the Hispanic female who was head of the L.A.
- 42:41Speaker 7: Department of Water and Power, huge organization. She had zero
- 42:45Speaker 7: experience with water before this job. And they're the ones that,
- 42:50Speaker 7: as you point out, allowed the reservoir that was built
- 42:53Speaker 7: to fight fires to be empty for a year, leaving
- 42:57Speaker 7: us with very little, about 5% of the water that
- 43:02Speaker 7: we should have had is all we had.
- 43:04Speaker 3: And that's why it ran out by that afternoon.
- 43:06Speaker 2: Right, and therefore no water pressure for the firemen. James Breslow,
- 43:10Speaker 2: civil rights attorney, host of the Hidden Truth Show podcast,
- 43:14Speaker 2: founder of RealCast, a new media company, and hopefully soon
- 43:18Speaker 2: when the government shut down, when the Schumer government shut
- 43:21Speaker 2: down for illegal alien health care, free health care, it's
- 43:24Speaker 2: finally over, will be joining the DOJ and fighting on
- 43:28Speaker 2: our behalf at the Civil Rights Division.
- 43:30Speaker 4: Thank you, James. Thank you, buddy.
- 43:33Speaker 3: Appreciate it, Wayne. Have a good one.
- 43:35Speaker 2: Be good.
- 43:36Speaker 4: All right, Wayne Elleroot, have a great night. God bless you.
- 43:38Speaker 4: God bless America. God bless Trump.
