- 0:04Speaker 1: All right, all right, going through your life from Philly.
- 0:09Speaker 1: It's the Folly and Tony Foolsco Show as always, Polly
- 0:15Speaker 1: Foolsco here with Tony Folsco. And you know people, uh
- 0:19Speaker 1: we missed last week as you may have noticed to
- 0:23Speaker 1: what will tell you now is a poorly time vacation
- 0:26Speaker 1: that Tony and I took to Florida, Isn't that right, Tony? Yeah,
- 0:30Speaker 1: you know I couldn't figure out why the tickets were
- 0:32Speaker 1: so cheap, now I know. Yeah, Well it was a
- 0:36Speaker 1: terrible booking. And you know, on the subject of terrible bookings,
- 0:39Speaker 1: that's a segue how you adored people today? You know,
- 0:42Speaker 1: we we told our booker we want to talk about
- 0:44Speaker 1: how Dak Prescott is losing losing the job. Well, our
- 0:47Speaker 1: booker goes and books this guy who does pre game
- 0:50Speaker 1: and post game for the Cowboys, meaning he works for
- 0:54Speaker 1: the organization. This guy a humans Kyle, humans human human whatever. Yeah.
- 1:00Speaker 1: The point is the number one rule of sports stock
- 1:03Speaker 1: is you do not get people who work for teams
- 1:05Speaker 1: because essentially they're paying robots, right Tony. Yeah, it's like
- 1:09Speaker 1: terminated too, except they saw it's what they call in
- 1:13Speaker 1: the business horrible radio. But hey, we may have called
- 1:17Speaker 1: a break because the other night, you know, we're watching
- 1:19Speaker 1: the Ranges Yankees game and you know, Judge hit sixty
- 1:22Speaker 1: two and the guy who catches it is this guy
- 1:25Speaker 1: with the last name Yourmans. I turned at Tony, I'm like,
- 1:29Speaker 1: all right, maybe we got something here, So hopefully we do.
- 1:32Speaker 1: If not, you know, it'll say exactly there you go.
- 1:36Speaker 1: But before we get into the show, a top story,
- 1:39Speaker 1: a big controversy with tour and we got a lot
- 1:42Speaker 1: to say about that and the Judge home run, by
- 1:44Speaker 1: the way, but we gotta get in our sponsor message
- 1:48Speaker 1: here the sponsor who paid for that unfortunate trip to Florida.
- 1:53Speaker 1: So here we go. Today's episode is sponsored by our
- 1:56Speaker 1: friends at the Florida Tourism Board. Have who visited Florida recently, Well,
- 2:02Speaker 1: it's time to come back, just not now, but in
- 2:05Speaker 1: a few weeks, right, Tony, Yeah, Florida. Terrible weather, terrific politics.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Exactly Florida where you have the freedom from everything except occasional,
- 2:17Speaker 1: lethal and catastrophic weather events. All right, now that we
- 2:20Speaker 1: got that other way, Tony, let's get right into it
- 2:23Speaker 1: with our top story story, huge controversy in the NFL
- 2:31Speaker 1: to a Tago via Loa starting versus the Bengals just
- 2:35Speaker 1: a few short days after ahem, uh, maybe getting concused,
- 2:40Speaker 1: even though we have no definitive proof besides our eyes
- 2:43Speaker 1: and exactly. But you know, now, you know, people are
- 2:47Speaker 1: blaming the Dolphins in the NFL for letting to a play.
- 2:50Speaker 1: But you know, and they even fired that good doctor
- 2:53Speaker 1: who cleared him the play. But you know, people that
- 2:56Speaker 1: they're missing the point here toa is a grown man
- 3:00Speaker 1: in all right, he can make the decision. You know,
- 3:02Speaker 1: in this country we live by four words. What are
- 3:06Speaker 1: those four words? Don'ty my body? My choice? There you go.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Isn't that the way it should be? Absolutely? Also, what
- 3:16Speaker 1: about him bo rights, it's between him and his duct
- 3:20Speaker 1: Why are we letting journalists make medical decisions here? When
- 3:24Speaker 1: you go to the EO, do they send a journalist
- 3:27Speaker 1: to diagnose you? They didn't think so? Great point, Tony,
- 3:32Speaker 1: All right, let's move along to our next story. Aaron
- 3:35Speaker 1: Judge finally hitting number sixty two, And of course, like
- 3:38Speaker 1: everything these days, this did not come without controversy, not
- 3:43Speaker 1: just about the record, but within the sports media world
- 3:46Speaker 1: and the coverage of that record. You know, people are
- 3:49Speaker 1: getting upset because ESPN kept cutting into college football games
- 3:55Speaker 1: with live bookings at Judge and you know, people were saying, oh, well,
- 3:59Speaker 1: that erupting the games that they wanted to watch. But Tony,
- 4:03Speaker 1: I totally disagree here. I'd actually like the live lookings,
- 4:07Speaker 1: don't you. Of course, you know, when I'm watching the game,
- 4:12Speaker 1: I already know what's going on in that game. I'm
- 4:15Speaker 1: always sitting there thinking, you know, I wish I knew
- 4:18Speaker 1: what was going on in another game and another completely
- 4:21Speaker 1: different sport. Absolutely, And you know, this is why I
- 4:25Speaker 1: think ESPN would be smart to do this in all
- 4:28Speaker 1: the sports coverage. You know, just just think about how
- 4:31Speaker 1: much better hockey coverage would be if you know, every
- 4:34Speaker 1: few minutes they interrupted to show NFL highlights, ratings through
- 4:38Speaker 1: the roof. I mean, I've always said Wimbledon coverage would
- 4:42Speaker 1: be a whole lot better if they interrupted every thirty
- 4:45Speaker 1: seconds to show any other sport. Absolutely, and that leads
- 4:50Speaker 1: to another programming move. We need to discuss this, a
- 4:54Speaker 1: terrible one, the NFL making a foolish moves that totally
- 4:58Speaker 1: shows how out of touch they are with what fans
- 5:00Speaker 1: want these days. Of course, and talking about the league
- 5:04Speaker 1: doing away with the long established and well regarded Pro Bowl.
- 5:08Speaker 1: You know, this just shows how people these days have
- 5:11Speaker 1: no respect for tradition. The Pro Bowl, as we all know,
- 5:15Speaker 1: was the greatest way to see the biggest NFL stars
- 5:19Speaker 1: who failed to make the playoffs. Isn't that right, going,
- 5:22Speaker 1: You're a hundred percent right. You know, I never understood
- 5:25Speaker 1: why people got more excited for the Super Bowl than
- 5:28Speaker 1: the Pro Bowl. The Pro Bowl had way more exciting rosters.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Super Bowl teams only had a few Pro bowlers, but
- 5:35Speaker 1: in the Pro Bowl everyone is a Pro Bowler, so true,
- 5:40Speaker 1: of course. We all remember two thousand four, you know
- 5:42Speaker 1: that year the Super Bowl featured Tom Brady facing Panthers
- 5:46Speaker 1: quarterback Jake DeLong and bowing. But the following week we
- 5:52Speaker 1: got the better Super Bowl, legendary quarterbacks Steve McNair and
- 5:58Speaker 1: Mark Bulger facing off in a game which, as you
- 6:02Speaker 1: all recall, the NFC wound up beating the a f
- 6:06Speaker 1: C fifty five to fifty two. Doesn't get better than that,
- 6:09Speaker 1: you know what's better? You know, when you added up
- 6:12Speaker 1: sixty one total points in the Super Bowl or a
- 6:15Speaker 1: hundred and seventeen in the Pro Bowl, more points are better.
- 6:18Speaker 1: Clearly Tony. You know people always like to say less
- 6:22Speaker 1: is more, but then how come the team with more
- 6:25Speaker 1: points always wins? Did anyone ever think of that food
- 6:30Speaker 1: for thought? Who gave the audience that? Tony? And you know,
- 6:33Speaker 1: one more thing we need to bring up we couldn't
- 6:35Speaker 1: address last week, Dodo being in Florida and the exterior
- 6:39Speaker 1: circumstances day another terrible move by the NFL, the league
- 6:45Speaker 1: blowing it by selecting for the Super Bowl halftime show Rihanna.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Now we all know the fun for everyone at home
- 6:53Speaker 1: of the super Bowl halftime shows. You hear songs that
- 6:56Speaker 1: you already know. But you know, I've been asking around, Tony,
- 7:00Speaker 1: I don't know a single person who can name a
- 7:03Speaker 1: single Rihanna song, do you No, nobody can name a
- 7:07Speaker 1: single Rihanna song. In fact, I've always said away the
- 7:12Speaker 1: NFL can avoid this problem and make it easier for
- 7:15Speaker 1: everybody involved. Why not just use the same halftime performer
- 7:19Speaker 1: every year? Why not get someone everyone likes and reuse
- 7:24Speaker 1: them every year? Someone like bon Jovi. Absolutely, and that
- 7:29Speaker 1: would be a great choice, Tony, because everyone knows all
- 7:33Speaker 1: their songs, you know, the hits like Living on a
- 7:35Speaker 1: Prayer They got obviously shot through the hot uh steel
- 7:40Speaker 1: horse I ride you know that. The list goes on
- 7:43Speaker 1: and on. Yeah, you know, I can say one thing
- 7:45Speaker 1: with certainty, if bon Jovi was in the Pro Bowl
- 7:50Speaker 1: halftime show, they would still be a Pro Bowl that
- 7:54Speaker 1: that is so true. And you know, a lot of
- 7:57Speaker 1: great ideas with throwing around here. But for actually, I
- 8:00Speaker 1: see our guest right now coming on the line, so
- 8:03Speaker 1: let's just bring him on the FUSCO satellite network. Alright,
- 8:10Speaker 1: our guest today, Uh, he does a pregame and post
- 8:14Speaker 1: game for the Dallas Cowboys organization. It does that TV,
- 8:18Speaker 1: does that podcast whatever. You know, I'm just reading off
- 8:20Speaker 1: whatever they gave. His name is Kyle Humans, and we're
- 8:24Speaker 1: gonna bring him in and talk about the brewing controversy
- 8:27Speaker 1: going on there. So Kyle Human's welcome to the show.
- 8:32Speaker 1: Thanks for having me. Appreciate you guys as always. All right,
- 8:35Speaker 1: So anyway you're on the ground there, you know, Dak Prescott,
- 8:39Speaker 1: everybody saying he's losing his job. That's what seems to
- 8:43Speaker 1: be happening. What are you hearing there on the ground
- 8:46Speaker 1: because to us, he is totally over. You know, It's
- 8:51Speaker 1: funny because you wouldn't be alone in that fact. But
- 8:53Speaker 1: I think overall, Dak Prescott still has control of this
- 8:56Speaker 1: locker room. This is still his team overall, And uh,
- 8:59Speaker 1: there there is I know about what Cooper rushes. Hold on,
- 9:02Speaker 1: hold on them. Yeah, this is what I told a book.
- 9:05Speaker 1: I told Boka, don't get someone who works for the
- 9:08Speaker 1: team because what they're gonna feed you is a bunch
- 9:11Speaker 1: of lies. Now, you know, you have your reputation on
- 9:14Speaker 1: the line here as a journalist, So why don't you
- 9:16Speaker 1: just go ahead and tell us what's really going on
- 9:18Speaker 1: in the field and come on and that's the truth.
- 9:21Speaker 1: That's the truth. It's going to be that Prescott moving forward.
- 9:24Speaker 1: I mean, how much have you really seen Cooper rush
- 9:26Speaker 1: He's been great at taking care of the football. Oh
- 9:31Speaker 1: please please, okay, okay, we just want to give you
- 9:33Speaker 1: a chance because you're kind of making a fool out
- 9:35Speaker 1: of yourself. Yeah, you know, it's I don't know if
- 9:38Speaker 1: Jerry is in the room with you right now, a
- 9:41Speaker 1: gun at your head. All right, You're you're showing us
- 9:44Speaker 1: around this room here. You know all the all the
- 9:46Speaker 1: pictures that are in black and white because they happen
- 9:49Speaker 1: so long ago. Then you know that they don't have ancients.
- 9:52Speaker 1: It's ancient history, all right. You know, just one last
- 9:55Speaker 1: time here, get Cooper Rushes four and oh okay, d Prescott,
- 9:59Speaker 1: get it's injured. Every five games you're saying they're gonna
- 10:03Speaker 1: go with Doc, and you want us to believe that absolutely.
- 10:06Speaker 1: I mean, he's the guy, he's been the guy. You
- 10:08Speaker 1: guys know that he's let me ask you something. It
- 10:11Speaker 1: can just blink, Blink twice if you need help, Blink
- 10:14Speaker 1: twice if ye get us. No, alright, alright, you know, Tony.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Let's just I knew this was gonna happen. Look, we're
- 10:25Speaker 1: gonna we're gonna shift the subject here, all right, hopefully
- 10:27Speaker 1: aboutter direction. All right. So the other night, uh, the
- 10:31Speaker 1: Judge sixty two and it's caught by a guy named
- 10:36Speaker 1: Corey Humans. So because you're related to Corey human's last
- 10:40Speaker 1: name humans, we are now we're related. Now, I'll tell
- 10:44Speaker 1: you that much. I mean, hold on you, what do
- 10:47Speaker 1: you mean once again lying to our faces? Are you
- 10:50Speaker 1: lying to us? No? We are not related whatsoever. No
- 10:55Speaker 1: game on you for trying to late and trying to
- 11:00Speaker 1: act like you did. You just try and act like
- 11:03Speaker 1: you deserve a piece of that ball in history, and
- 11:06Speaker 1: that's because you want the same last name. That's all
- 11:09Speaker 1: it is. I just want to be a part of history.
- 11:11Speaker 1: That's it. I don't need you know, those guys. Those
- 11:13Speaker 1: guy's a joke. You want to be history, you are history.
- 11:17Speaker 1: You're off. Good bye, don't for your fascist government. Tell
- 11:26Speaker 1: you what speech? Goodbye, gay, hang up the phone. You know,
- 11:37Speaker 1: this is what I told you. I told you it
- 11:39Speaker 1: was going to be, as it turned out, a total
- 11:42Speaker 1: waste time hole, no no objectivity whatsoever. No, No, that
- 11:48Speaker 1: was not journalism. That was the opposite. That was what.
- 11:51Speaker 1: That was fascism. That is playing point today. They don't go, well,
- 11:57Speaker 1: let's just wrap it. We're gonna thank us bonsor how
- 12:05Speaker 1: himself himself? What what corrections? Guys? Number one? Jeez, what
- 12:11Speaker 1: you said that four Pro Bowl had a hundred and
- 12:15Speaker 1: seventeen points? Yeah, game fifty five plus fifty two is
- 12:21Speaker 1: one oh seven, not one seventeen. That's basic math according
- 12:26Speaker 1: to you. You want some basic math? Uh? You plus
- 12:32Speaker 1: this show equals zero. Yeah, you'll remind me of the
- 12:36Speaker 1: a f C and the two thousand and four Pro
- 12:39Speaker 1: Bowl a loser because the a f C laws. Yeah,
- 12:42Speaker 1: there you go. Good one you called the Panthers quarterback
- 12:50Speaker 1: Jake the lam Yeah, yeah, it's good guy. No, it's
- 12:55Speaker 1: Jake the Loan. Oh yeah, well your name is pronounced
- 13:02Speaker 1: Jay de Lame. Yeah. And you don't exactly have a
- 13:07Speaker 1: body by Jake either. Yeah. Good one, Tony good reference.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Don't do like them? Yeah, all right enough? No, no, no,
- 13:17Speaker 1: what bon Jovi? Right? Bon Jovie does not have a
- 13:22Speaker 1: song called Shot through the Heart. Of course he does.
- 13:26Speaker 1: I listened to and they definitely don't have a song
- 13:29Speaker 1: called steel Horse I Ride. What are you talking about?
- 13:32Speaker 1: This guy doesn't know anything you're thinking of. You give
- 13:35Speaker 1: love a bad name and wanted dead or alive? Oh yeah,
- 13:42Speaker 1: well you give human beings a bad name. Yeah, you're
- 13:48Speaker 1: not wanted dead or alive by anybody. By the way,
- 13:54Speaker 1: it's hippo laws, not hippo laws. Yeah, you're a hippo
- 14:00Speaker 1: crypt that's what you are. I'm gonna have anyway. Now,
- 14:04Speaker 1: let's just let's just go out on a good note.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Tony next week booked the Colts quarterback Eagles legend Nick
