- 0:14Speaker 2: new TV show.
- 0:16Speaker 3: They're going to reunite to host Cocktail Wars on E News.
- 0:20Speaker 3: Each of the ten episodes will.
- 0:21Speaker 2: Have Joey and Lance joined by celebrity guests and a
- 0:24Speaker 2: bunch of expert judges. They're going to be part of
- 0:27Speaker 2: a They're watching a competition, okay, between two mixologists. It's
- 0:31Speaker 2: essentially what I got to do recently. Fine, yeah, So
- 0:34Speaker 2: they're just going to judge these mixologists. The contestant who
- 0:38Speaker 2: serves the most delicious drink is going to take home
- 0:41Speaker 2: ten thousand dollars in prize money. The show premieres this summer,
- 0:45Speaker 2: so be on the lookout for that. National Mayor Freddie
- 0:48Speaker 2: O'Connell has officially decided on a reelection bid. He's going
- 0:52Speaker 2: to seek reelection, but he said that the current political
- 0:54Speaker 2: tensions led to a conversation with family and staff and
- 0:57Speaker 2: at that delayed his decision. He wasn't sure if he
- 1:00Speaker 2: felt comfortable moving forward with a reelection.
- 1:04Speaker 3: Z X tasks are.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Tackling the fact that the majority of Nashvillians believe the
- 1:08Speaker 2: city is on the wrong track right now according to
- 1:10Speaker 2: a Vanderbilt pole that was done in February, and obviously
- 1:14Speaker 2: handling still the aftermath of the ice storm that hit us.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Those are going to be the two major things, seeing
- 1:21Speaker 2: you know, what he decides to do with that and
- 1:24Speaker 2: how he moves forward. His reelection happens next year. The
- 1:29Speaker 2: mayor election happens next year. If he's reelected, we'll see.
- 1:33Speaker 2: Gonna just kind of wait, wait it out. I right now,
- 1:36Speaker 2: I feel like there's so much tension in Nashville about
- 1:39Speaker 2: small businesses, the ice storm, the grocery tax, There's a
- 1:44Speaker 2: lot going on. So we're gonna have to wait and
- 1:47Speaker 2: see how everybody decides to handle that.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Yes, I think so for sure. Papa John's is.
- 1:53Speaker 2: Letting customers buy pizza with unusable Spirit Airlines points.
- 1:57Speaker 3: So all you gotta do is DM Papa John on.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Instagram with proof that you are a Spirit Loyalty member,
- 2:03Speaker 2: and then just show that you're a Puppa Rewards member
- 2:05Speaker 2: as well with screenshots. Once you're verified through those two steps,
- 2:09Speaker 2: you're gonna get a code for one large one topping
- 2:12Speaker 2: pizza while supplies last. Nobody loves to see a business
- 2:17Speaker 2: go out at a you know business, but like kind
- 2:20Speaker 2: of a great way to get people in the door. There, Lava,
- 2:22Speaker 2: John's Abricky Sanchez and those are the three things you.
- 2:25Speaker 4: Need to know. Thank you so much, Ricky.
- 2:27Speaker 5: We're gonna play Olivia Dean here getting back into the music,
- 2:29Speaker 5: and then we've got something pretty big, I think for
- 2:31Speaker 5: the first caller all week. We have Alex Warren tickets.
- 2:34Speaker 5: He's got a show very soon in Nashville and we want.
- 2:37Speaker 4: You to be there.
- 2:38Speaker 5: We've got those tickets coming up within ten minutes.
- 2:40Speaker 4: We've got them all week.
- 2:41Speaker 6: On the River, Ricky is Zach and Manno in the
- 2:44Speaker 6: morning on the River.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Happy Monday from everyone here on one O seven five
- 2:50Speaker 2: the River.
- 2:51Speaker 3: Although it doesn't feel very happy. It's gross outside.
- 2:54Speaker 4: Yeah, it rained, and it's like weird outside right now.
- 2:56Speaker 3: It's not great.
- 2:57Speaker 2: It's not great, but we have great prizes and a
- 3:00Speaker 2: great show for you on Ricky z a Command in
- 3:02Speaker 2: the morning, so that'll actually uplift your spirits. Give Kyosha
- 3:05Speaker 2: on the line, good morning, Kyosha.
- 3:07Speaker 7: Good morning.
- 3:08Speaker 8: How's everybody doing good?
- 3:10Speaker 5: Well? You know what to be honest, Ricky is struggling
- 3:12Speaker 5: a bit this morning. She forgot everything that she normally
- 3:15Speaker 5: brings to work.
- 3:15Speaker 4: She forgot.
- 3:16Speaker 2: I forgot my water bottle, Kyosha. I forgot all the
- 3:19Speaker 2: things that I need to return later that I figured
- 3:22Speaker 2: I would just leave from work and go return.
- 3:24Speaker 3: What else did I forget? Guys, I've forgot like.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Three Oh my Alani this morning, so I have no
- 3:29Speaker 2: caffeine this morning.
- 3:31Speaker 3: I'm not doing so much. I'm struggling.
- 3:35Speaker 4: I love What do you mean you missed it though?
- 3:37Speaker 4: Did you like give it up or something?
- 3:40Speaker 6: Yes?
- 3:40Speaker 3: For the next.
- 3:43Speaker 7: Eight months?
- 3:44Speaker 4: Oh? Sorry body?
- 3:48Speaker 7: Uh, yay, I've been. I was trying to get on
- 3:53Speaker 7: here last week because i've been. Zach actually knew when
- 3:57Speaker 7: I had my first baby, Noah, because I called into
- 4:01Speaker 7: the radio when I have my first baby, Noah. And
- 4:03Speaker 7: then I've been trying to get on here last week
- 4:05Speaker 7: for those fre skoty tickets so I can tell Zack
- 4:08Speaker 7: that I'm having another baby.
- 4:09Speaker 4: Oh excited that you're pregnant again?
- 4:12Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 4:13Speaker 4: Do we know if it's a boy or girl?
- 4:15Speaker 7: We don't, but I keep having dreams. So it's a boy,
- 4:18Speaker 7: so I'm hoping it is.
- 4:19Speaker 4: Okay, what are you going to name it? If it's
- 4:20Speaker 4: boy number two?
- 4:21Speaker 7: Well, he wants to name him William.
- 4:24Speaker 3: Oh, we're gonna let him.
- 4:27Speaker 5: Unless she means her partner. Who do you mean?
- 4:30Speaker 2: Yes, Oh, I'm worry about letting know what name him
- 4:33Speaker 2: because I was like, let the kids name the other
- 4:36Speaker 2: kids because they call it crazy.
- 4:37Speaker 7: Yes, oh yeah, he would, well, he would call him Noah.
- 4:42Speaker 4: That's fair. So if you name him William, I think
- 4:46Speaker 4: William Zachary is like a really good name.
- 4:51Speaker 7: Don't have a middle name? Well you do, now we
- 4:53Speaker 7: don't have a middle name.
- 4:55Speaker 3: That's where you go. You cannot let that high and
- 5:00Speaker 3: we cannot feed into this.
- 5:01Speaker 2: And he's gonna never He'll talk about it every single
- 5:05Speaker 2: day for.
- 5:05Speaker 3: All of eternity. If that's Zachary, I love it.
- 5:09Speaker 5: Honestly, sounds like a president or something like.
- 5:11Speaker 4: An old tell.
- 5:12Speaker 7: I mean if I told my boyfriend, he'd be like,
- 5:14Speaker 7: Okay that I like it.
- 5:16Speaker 2: Kyosha. I'm begging you not to do that. Can I
- 5:21Speaker 2: bribe you real quick? Because you are the first caller
- 5:23Speaker 2: of the day.
- 5:24Speaker 7: That means that you're gonna do, Alice Warren, thank you
- 5:28Speaker 7: so much, but only.
- 5:29Speaker 4: If you don't name your kids.
- 5:31Speaker 8: Yes, Zack, Yes, you know I would make that deal.
- 5:35Speaker 3: Okay, that's the deal.
- 5:36Speaker 5: Kyosha.
- 5:37Speaker 2: You already were shaking on it metaphorically right now.
- 5:40Speaker 5: Yeah, it shows up on twenty fifth.
- 5:46Speaker 4: You're gonna have a great time.
- 5:47Speaker 5: Thank you for sharing your news with us and starting your.
- 5:49Speaker 4: Day with us. You're the best ever. We'll talk to
- 5:50Speaker 4: you soon. Okay. We're gonna put you on hold to
- 5:52Speaker 4: get all.
- 5:52Speaker 9: Your Okay, I think William Zachary is a really good name.
- 5:56Speaker 5: It's not a bad that's not the problem.
- 5:58Speaker 2: The problem is that you would take this and run
- 6:01Speaker 2: with it, like I said, forever and be like, remember
- 6:04Speaker 2: that time, Remember that time.
- 6:06Speaker 4: Kyosha named her baby.
- 6:08Speaker 2: After you, Remember that time, and it would just be
- 6:10Speaker 2: for We.
- 6:11Speaker 5: Just need to keep your head normal. Head size, that's
- 6:14Speaker 5: not normal.
- 6:15Speaker 3: We need to just kind of keep it where it's.
- 6:17Speaker 4: At the way. I just want to smack you. We've
- 6:21Speaker 4: got more.
- 6:22Speaker 5: It's great exploring tickets allway for.
- 6:25Speaker 6: The first Ricky is Zach and Manno In the morning, Zach.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Said that he got his mom a very specific, yet
- 6:34Speaker 2: weird Mother's Day gift it's one of seven five the River.
- 6:38Speaker 2: I'm a little nervous about what this could be, knowing
- 6:41Speaker 2: the relationship that you have with your mother could be anything.
- 6:43Speaker 9: Well, I mean, it's just something that we always do,
- 6:45Speaker 9: like on road trips, like we stop at the gas
- 6:47Speaker 9: station and we get this one thing.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Oh, I know what it is.
- 6:50Speaker 5: Yeah, so that's what I got her for mother's.
- 6:52Speaker 2: Say, you got her for mother's sake.
- 6:54Speaker 4: Okay, and my presence okay. And he took her on
- 6:57Speaker 4: the cruise.
- 6:58Speaker 5: I want to hear about that too. But the weird
- 7:00Speaker 5: gas station gift that the Zach gave his mom, I
- 7:02Speaker 5: don't know what it is. We're gonna find out after
- 7:03Speaker 5: Beaver on the River.
- 7:04Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the
- 7:09Speaker 6: Happy Monday.
- 7:10Speaker 5: Hope you had a great Mother's Day yesterday, all the
- 7:12Speaker 5: great moms out there, Hope it was a nice one
- 7:14Speaker 5: for you.
- 7:14Speaker 4: Zach took his mom on a cruise.
- 7:17Speaker 5: I do want to hear about that cruise, the General
- 7:19Speaker 5: Jackson Cruise. But first you mentioned your weird gas station
- 7:23Speaker 5: gift that you gave her.
- 7:24Speaker 4: Okay.
- 7:24Speaker 9: So it's like been a thing my entire life that
- 7:27Speaker 9: my mom and I every time that we go on
- 7:28Speaker 9: a road trip or like we just see each other.
- 7:30Speaker 9: We always like share the hostess snowballs. Yeah, you can
- 7:34Speaker 9: only buy.
- 7:35Speaker 4: At the gas station a little snow offs.
- 7:37Speaker 9: That are covered in coconut flakes. I don't know why
- 7:40Speaker 9: that's our thing. And because they come in a pack
- 7:41Speaker 9: of two, will always like cheers them and they.
- 7:43Speaker 4: Take a bite. That's so sweet.
- 7:45Speaker 9: So that's what I got her, and I literally bought
- 7:47Speaker 9: every single one that they had at.
- 7:48Speaker 4: The gas station.
- 7:48Speaker 2: I feel better about the fact that you bought every
- 7:50Speaker 2: single one. I thought you bought her a pack of
- 7:52Speaker 2: those and said Happy Mother's Day.
- 7:54Speaker 4: Every single one that they had at the gas station.
- 7:56Speaker 4: She now owns.
- 7:57Speaker 2: So now tell us about the Mother's Day cruise yesterday,
- 7:59Speaker 2: because that is very sweet. Actually, I take back me
- 8:01Speaker 2: making fun of you earlier, but I think that's very
- 8:04Speaker 2: sweet and that was a great gift.
- 8:06Speaker 4: The March tradition. The cruise was amazing.
- 8:09Speaker 9: We went on the General Jackson show boat and they
- 8:11Speaker 9: had this incredible live band that was playing like old
- 8:14Speaker 9: school country music. So it was like kind of like
- 8:16Speaker 9: the grandle Lobry on a boat.
- 8:18Speaker 4: It was so cool.
- 8:19Speaker 9: So it was me, my mom, my boyfriend, and my
- 8:21Speaker 9: boyfriend's mom, and so we all went and we hung out.
- 8:24Speaker 4: We got to see the show.
- 8:26Speaker 9: It was just and they had like this incredible buffet
- 8:29Speaker 9: with like fresh shaved beef.
- 8:30Speaker 4: I was like, oh my.
- 8:31Speaker 3: God, what is happening Zach's Heaven.
- 8:34Speaker 4: I was so happy.
- 8:36Speaker 5: I do love that effect.
- 8:39Speaker 4: I love a buffet.
- 8:42Speaker 9: Both moms had a really great time and it was
- 8:45Speaker 9: a beautiful day. So like we ate, we walked for
- 8:47Speaker 9: the show, we went upstairs, sat on the balcony and
- 8:49Speaker 9: like was looking at the skyline of the city.
- 8:52Speaker 4: Like it was just such a good day to hang
- 8:54Speaker 4: out together.
- 8:55Speaker 3: Yeah, I love it so nice.
- 8:57Speaker 4: That's perfect.
- 8:58Speaker 5: Did you guys have a snowball fight at all with
- 8:59Speaker 5: those snowballs you bought at the gas station?
- 9:01Speaker 4: No, we just cheers the cheers and tradition.
- 9:05Speaker 3: That's very cute.
- 9:06Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 9:06Speaker 9: It was like a really really good mother's say, And
- 9:08Speaker 9: I was glad to be able to spin it like
- 9:10Speaker 9: one on one with my mom instead of like with
- 9:13Speaker 9: all of my siblings.
- 9:14Speaker 4: So it was like kind of cool to do that
- 9:15Speaker 4: as well.
- 9:16Speaker 2: Dang what you said forget my siblings.
- 9:19Speaker 4: It was cool to.
- 9:20Speaker 3: See my mom one of those siblings. He goes my mom.
- 9:24Speaker 4: Yeah, not our mom, correct, it is my mother.
- 9:28Speaker 5: You one Mother's Day this year, basically, I think. So
- 9:31Speaker 5: that's how I feel. And I know it's way early,
- 9:34Speaker 5: but keep this in mind. I know people are always
- 9:36Speaker 5: scrambling last minute, like what a good mom for mothers?
- 9:39Speaker 5: Like this General Jackson cruise thing is perfect for a
- 9:43Speaker 5: Mother's Day gift.
- 9:44Speaker 9: So many other moms on there, and they did this
- 9:46Speaker 9: like competition of like who's the oldest.
- 9:48Speaker 4: Mom on here?
- 9:48Speaker 9: There was a ninety three year old mom on there,
- 9:51Speaker 9: and it was amazing.
- 9:52Speaker 4: She was so from there.
- 9:54Speaker 9: And there were like four generations of the family that
- 9:56Speaker 9: were on the cruise with her.
- 9:57Speaker 5: It was so sweet as all three.
- 9:59Speaker 4: Yeah, wow, it was so cool.
- 10:01Speaker 3: That is truly impressive. You get to those numbers and
- 10:04Speaker 3: it just blows my mind.
- 10:05Speaker 4: And she looked like she was fabulous.
- 10:08Speaker 2: You want to know why she never caused a problem.
- 10:11Speaker 2: She never got other people's business and she just stayed
- 10:14Speaker 2: in her path And and why do you make that
- 10:17Speaker 2: noise for so.
- 10:18Speaker 5: Young, Ricky? I apologize it took this to a weird place. Zach,
- 10:25Speaker 5: Glad you had a great time home. It was a
- 10:27Speaker 5: great Mother's Day for everybody. Three things all right, let's
- 10:31Speaker 5: go just after seven o'clock. Thanks for being here starting
- 10:33Speaker 5: your Monday with us. Ricky's got those three Things, presented
- 10:36Speaker 5: by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 10:37Speaker 2: The NAACP has filed an emergency motion to block Tennessee
- 10:41Speaker 2: redistricting map. The physician urges Tennessee Governor Billy to end
- 10:47Speaker 2: the state legislator uh not to enact the new congressional
- 10:51Speaker 2: map that was voted on last week. The map was
- 10:54Speaker 2: passed and Governor Billy signed it on the same day.
- 10:57Speaker 2: It's giving Republicans a strong chance of picking up another
- 11:00Speaker 2: House seat as they erased the only majority black congressional
- 11:04Speaker 2: district in the state. The new map splits up Steve
- 11:07Speaker 2: Cohen's Memphis based ninth District into three separate districts. Is
- 11:14Speaker 2: how they changed up the map. I'll keep you posted
- 11:16Speaker 2: on how that goes. This is probably only the beginning
- 11:19Speaker 2: of this as it goes politically. Zara Larson is continuing
- 11:24Speaker 2: to solidify how iconic she is after performing on a
- 11:28Speaker 2: broken heel. Her heel snapped off her shoe in the
- 11:32Speaker 2: middle of her show that she did for the Summer
- 11:34Speaker 2: concert series on Today Show. Her performance is always very
- 11:38Speaker 2: much they're singing there's dancing, there's lights.
- 11:41Speaker 3: It's a lot going on all at once.
- 11:43Speaker 2: And you would never even know that she missed it beat,
- 11:45Speaker 2: even though her stiletto had snapped in half. She brought
- 11:49Speaker 2: out Today co host Shanil Jones on stage. She did
- 11:52Speaker 2: the Lush Life dance. It's a one that you've seen
- 11:55Speaker 2: all over social media. She did it with the broken heel.
- 11:58Speaker 2: There's a lot of movement here. Okay, I don't know
- 12:01Speaker 2: how she stood up because she continued after the performance
- 12:05Speaker 2: to do interviews with people while standing on one singular
- 12:08Speaker 2: feel and we're talking stiletto heels.
- 12:10Speaker 3: So they are very high.
- 12:12Speaker 2: It just honestly shows how iconic and the fact that
- 12:15Speaker 2: she is so talented to be able to push through
- 12:17Speaker 2: that nobody would even notice the difference. You could not
- 12:19Speaker 2: see her miss a beat, skip a step, nothing. She
- 12:23Speaker 2: did such a great job, and honestly, for somebody who's
- 12:26Speaker 2: been working in this industry for so long and she's
- 12:28Speaker 2: now getting her flowers, just want to throw her some
- 12:30Speaker 2: more because that was really impressive.
- 12:34Speaker 3: And lego.
- 12:34Speaker 2: They posted to social media that they have raised their
- 12:37Speaker 2: age to one hundred plus. This is a fun and
- 12:39Speaker 2: sweet nod to David Attenborough. He Attenborough, he turned one
- 12:43Speaker 2: hundred and that's.
- 12:44Speaker 3: A long time. I'm like, really mind blown.
- 12:47Speaker 2: You said a ninety three year old was on the
- 12:49Speaker 2: cruise yesterday. One hundred year old David Attenborough is just
- 12:53Speaker 2: wild to me. That's a long time to be on
- 12:55Speaker 2: this planet. You may know his voice more than you
- 12:57Speaker 2: know his name. He's voiced so many nature documentary over
- 13:00Speaker 2: his lifetime.
- 13:01Speaker 3: And to honor this milestone.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Lego posted about their updated age because, for whatever reason,
- 13:06Speaker 2: legos say until ninety nine.
- 13:08Speaker 5: Yeah, not one hundred. I don't know why they're age
- 13:11Speaker 5: just like that, but I like don't know.
- 13:13Speaker 2: But they wrote a caption saying, happy one hundredth birthday
- 13:16Speaker 2: to Sir David Attenborough. There's no age limit for those
- 13:19Speaker 2: who never stopped playing. We still don't know if it
- 13:21Speaker 2: was just a sweet post towards him, or if they
- 13:23Speaker 2: actually did update all of their legos to say one
- 13:26Speaker 2: hundred plus.
- 13:27Speaker 3: Either way, adorable. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the
- 13:30Speaker 3: three things you need to know.
- 13:31Speaker 4: Thank you, Ricky.
- 13:32Speaker 5: Let's play Bruno Mars and then let's learn shall we
- 13:35Speaker 5: zax fax? He's got one for us next right here on.
- 13:37Speaker 9: The river class is in session SAX Facts brought to
- 13:42Speaker 9: you by Mark Spain real Estate.
- 13:44Speaker 6: On one O the River.
- 13:46Speaker 9: Have you ever thought about, like when you buy a
- 13:48Speaker 9: big pen on why they have a hole in the cap?
- 13:51Speaker 4: I actually think I know this, Go ahead? Is it?
- 13:53Speaker 3: Tell us why?
- 13:53Speaker 5: Because if you swallow it, it's still like a little hole,
- 13:55Speaker 5: You're not gonna choke.
- 13:56Speaker 9: It's to allow the airflows so you don't choke on it.
- 14:00Speaker 9: So like, why are you chewing on the cap of
- 14:02Speaker 9: your pin?
- 14:03Speaker 10: Oh?
- 14:04Speaker 4: I don't you know?
- 14:05Speaker 3: It feels nice sometimes to do it.
- 14:07Speaker 9: Oh okay, Well, just so you know, if you ever
- 14:09Speaker 9: need to buy a pin, buy big pins because you
- 14:11Speaker 9: can't choke on it because they.
- 14:12Speaker 4: Have the air hole.
- 14:13Speaker 5: Did you guys ever borrow a pen from somebody in
- 14:14Speaker 5: school and then like before you knew it, you realize
- 14:16Speaker 5: it's in your mouth.
- 14:17Speaker 4: You're like, oh god, what am I doing? I'm so sorry.
- 14:19Speaker 4: I can't say I have Oh yeah, me neither, sure,
- 14:21Speaker 4: I have none. And there's your fact of the.
- 14:23Speaker 6: Day, Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 14:27Speaker 5: On we do this from time to time. Here it's
- 14:31Speaker 5: one oh seven five the river. We want to make
- 14:34Speaker 5: a decision for you. I know some people wake up
- 14:36Speaker 5: moving a little bit slow.
- 14:37Speaker 4: On a Monday morning.
- 14:38Speaker 5: And if you're looking at any size decision, big or small,
- 14:41Speaker 5: come to your friends Ricky second Mano in the morning.
- 14:43Speaker 2: Six one, five, seven, three seven, nine, one oh seven.
- 14:46Speaker 2: If you have anything that you would like us to
- 14:47Speaker 2: help you decide on, then if anything goes wrong, you
- 14:50Speaker 2: don't have to blame yourself, you can blame us.
- 14:52Speaker 9: Great, I'll take it. They could literally be like do
- 14:53Speaker 9: you want to leave your job? Do you want to
- 14:55Speaker 9: break up? Or what color do you want to paint
- 14:56Speaker 9: your tone, nose? Whatever it is?
- 14:58Speaker 5: Sure, six one, five, seven, nine seven, We're here for you.
- 15:02Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the River.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Making decisions for yourself can be tough and sometimes it's
- 15:10Speaker 2: nice to get an outside.
- 15:11Speaker 3: Opinion on it.
- 15:12Speaker 2: It's one of seven five the river, and today we
- 15:15Speaker 2: are helping you make decisions. Eddie amount, Juliet, what do
- 15:18Speaker 2: you need help with?
- 15:19Speaker 10: I have a job offer that in the area, and
- 15:24Speaker 10: I am trying to decide whether to leave my current.
- 15:27Speaker 1: Job or not.
- 15:29Speaker 9: Can you explain the pros and concept taking the other job?
- 15:32Speaker 9: Like is it more money? Do you get more time off?
- 15:34Speaker 4: Like? What would that offer you.
- 15:36Speaker 10: The new job offer allows me to be home. So
- 15:39Speaker 10: the current job that I'm at, I do a lot
- 15:41Speaker 10: of traveling, and the job that I got it allows
- 15:45Speaker 10: me to be home. The pay is about the same.
- 15:46Speaker 10: It's a little bit of a pay cut, but it's
- 15:49Speaker 10: about the same. So that's kind of where I'm struggling.
- 15:52Speaker 10: I could be home more.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Do you have kids or anything, Eddie, Is that why
- 15:56Speaker 2: you want to stay home more?
- 15:58Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 15:59Speaker 4: I have three little Okay.
- 16:01Speaker 5: See, I know we might all come at you with
- 16:04Speaker 5: different ideas here. We don't really agree on much, so
- 16:06Speaker 5: I don't know why you're letting us make a decision
- 16:08Speaker 5: for you. But I would say take the new job,
- 16:10Speaker 5: stay home. I think that work life balances everything. So
- 16:13Speaker 5: the new job would allow you to stay home. That's
- 16:15Speaker 5: what I would do.
- 16:16Speaker 3: I actually agree with Kevin.
- 16:18Speaker 9: I don't absolutely not.
- 16:23Speaker 4: I'm not taking a pay cut.
- 16:25Speaker 9: Also, when you're away from your family, that's like a vacation.
- 16:28Speaker 2: Oh my god, Eddie, Zach is the worst.
- 16:31Speaker 3: I think that if you want to spend.
- 16:33Speaker 2: More time with your family and that is a priority
- 16:36Speaker 2: for you, and this job will live like, we'll let
- 16:39Speaker 2: you live that life, then you should go.
- 16:42Speaker 4: With that Okay.
- 16:43Speaker 2: I will say too that my dad had a decision
- 16:46Speaker 2: to make like this when he was really active in
- 16:50Speaker 2: his job, and he was like, all right, I can
- 16:52Speaker 2: go away, and it was gonna be more money where
- 16:55Speaker 2: he could go away.
- 16:56Speaker 3: And do this big job and.
- 16:58Speaker 2: It was gonna be a big deal for him, or
- 17:00Speaker 2: he could have stayed in New Jersey and New York
- 17:02Speaker 2: with us.
- 17:03Speaker 3: And he decided to stay in New Jersey and New York.
- 17:04Speaker 2: With us, and we got to do so many things
- 17:06Speaker 2: with him that we never would have been able to do.
- 17:08Speaker 3: Like he was my lacrosse coach. He was always.
- 17:11Speaker 2: Around and that I think meant so much to both
- 17:13Speaker 2: my brother and I. I would I think he would
- 17:16Speaker 2: pick it time over again and again and again.
- 17:18Speaker 8: Eddie.
- 17:19Speaker 5: The kids aren't going to remember that you had, you know,
- 17:21Speaker 5: a slightly bigger salary at this other job.
- 17:23Speaker 4: You're around, you know, and I think.
- 17:26Speaker 5: That's kind of the push that I needed.
- 17:28Speaker 4: I'm going to.
- 17:29Speaker 5: Go in today and probably put it in my notice
- 17:32Speaker 5: so we are really excited with their job.
- 17:38Speaker 2: I'm excited, Eddie. I'm so excited for you. I really
- 17:42Speaker 2: do think that's the right move. I don't think you're
- 17:43Speaker 2: gonna regret it because obviously, if the pay cut was
- 17:46Speaker 2: drastic enough that you wouldn't be able to like be comfortable,
- 17:49Speaker 2: you probably wouldn't be thinking about it as much. So
- 17:52Speaker 2: I feel really confident in this, Eddie, and I think
- 17:54Speaker 2: it's going to be the right move.
- 17:55Speaker 10: Awesome, awesome, Well, thank you guys. I really appreciate you'll
- 17:58Speaker 10: helping make the decision and kind of think this through
- 18:01Speaker 10: and helps out my perspective as well.
- 18:04Speaker 9: Edie, will you call us back whenever you take the
- 18:06Speaker 9: new job and tell us like how happy.
- 18:07Speaker 3: You are, give us an update?
- 18:09Speaker 5: Okay, I will.
- 18:10Speaker 4: I would love that. Thanks.
- 18:11Speaker 3: We need to know all the details.
- 18:13Speaker 5: Oh Man, good luck, buddy, Thank you for calling. Thank
- 18:15Speaker 5: you for trusting us and let us know.
- 18:17Speaker 10: Bye.
- 18:18Speaker 5: See you dude. Oh that felt too big. We are
- 18:21Speaker 5: not qualified for this, the roof.
- 18:24Speaker 3: I'm really excited for Eddie.
- 18:26Speaker 4: If anybody else, we literally just made it. Man quit
- 18:29Speaker 4: his job.
- 18:30Speaker 3: He knew what he wanted to do.
- 18:32Speaker 2: He just needed that little push towards the right decision
- 18:34Speaker 2: and racing.
- 18:36Speaker 5: If anybody else wants us to make a decision for you,
- 18:38Speaker 5: big or small, doesn't have to be that big six
- 18:41Speaker 5: seven three seven.
- 18:43Speaker 3: Kevin needs a solvet ball.
- 18:45Speaker 5: Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky.
- 18:48Speaker 6: Zach and Man in the morning.
- 18:51Speaker 5: Julia and Rosie are on the line. They're in Murphy's Borough. Hi, guys, Hi,
- 18:56Speaker 5: So who's the grown up here and who's the daughter?
- 19:01Speaker 8: The daughter is Julia? Hello?
- 19:05Speaker 10: Hello?
- 19:07Speaker 2: Who needs help with their decision making? Is it Julia
- 19:09Speaker 2: or Rosie?
- 19:11Speaker 8: Me of a tough decision?
- 19:13Speaker 3: Oh? Man?
- 19:14Speaker 5: All right?
- 19:19Speaker 8: So I'm at a school right now and I don't
- 19:22Speaker 8: know if I should change for high school. I'm in
- 19:25Speaker 8: eighth grade. I should go to the different high school?
- 19:28Speaker 2: Okay, what is your worry about going to a different
- 19:31Speaker 2: high school? Is there something specifically that you're worried about.
- 19:35Speaker 8: Yes, I go to a very very small school and
- 19:40Speaker 8: this school has like different the other school, and I
- 19:44Speaker 8: just I don't want to go to a big school.
- 19:47Speaker 5: You said six hundred kids. Your phone kind of broke
- 19:49Speaker 5: up there. Six hundred is a lot. That's a big adjustment.
- 19:51Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Is the bigger school do they have more like extracurricular activities?
- 19:56Speaker 2: Is there something that's luring you towards the bigger school
- 19:59Speaker 2: that's going to to benefit you.
- 20:01Speaker 8: More friends, like just the different scenery, different environment and
- 20:07Speaker 8: group of people.
- 20:08Speaker 5: Will you know anybody at this new school walking in
- 20:11Speaker 5: on day one? Do you have any other friends there?
- 20:13Speaker 5: Or would you be walking in completely blind?
- 20:15Speaker 6: Uh?
- 20:16Speaker 8: Yes, I do know people my next door neighbor and
- 20:19Speaker 8: a lot of people from my church.
- 20:20Speaker 9: Okay, Okay, So I do think that like leaving a
- 20:23Speaker 9: small school and going to like a larger school might
- 20:26Speaker 9: be beneficial for you for community and more friends and
- 20:30Speaker 9: like more opportunities. So I do think, like, yeah, it's
- 20:33Speaker 9: really scary to take that step, but I think it's
- 20:35Speaker 9: like really brave of you to be able to do it.
- 20:38Speaker 2: Okay, Okay, Yeah, I kind of agree with Zach on
- 20:41Speaker 2: this too, and I never agree with Zactually, I think you.
- 20:44Speaker 4: Should do it.
- 20:44Speaker 5: We're all in agreement here. I agree. I think expand
- 20:47Speaker 5: your horizons whenever you can.
- 20:48Speaker 2: And I had to do this for high school personally,
- 20:51Speaker 2: and it wasn't easy necessarily, It's kind of hard. It
- 20:55Speaker 2: takes time to find your footing, it takes time to
- 20:58Speaker 2: find your friend group, it takes time to feel comfortable
- 21:00Speaker 2: in a new environment in a new space. But I
- 21:03Speaker 2: think it was the best thing that I could have
- 21:05Speaker 2: done for myself because I needed that change of scenery
- 21:08Speaker 2: personally when I was a rote and it did one
- 21:11Speaker 2: hundred percent helped me grow. And Zach's got a good
- 21:13Speaker 2: point there. I think it's going to help you grow too, Julia.
- 21:16Speaker 2: And the positive of this too is you could go
- 21:18Speaker 2: to the bigger school if you absolutely hate it. I'm
- 21:22Speaker 2: sure that your mom, Rosie, mom can back me up
- 21:25Speaker 2: or shut this down real fast. I'm sure that mom
- 21:28Speaker 2: will switch you into the other school absolutely always.
- 21:31Speaker 10: Yeah, yeah, she agrees.
- 21:34Speaker 4: We're doing it. We're switching school.
- 21:36Speaker 5: Okay, calm down.
- 21:39Speaker 3: To say that yet.
- 21:40Speaker 4: Yes, thank you so much.
- 21:44Speaker 3: You're so welcome, Julia. We know you're gonna make the
- 21:46Speaker 3: right decision no matter what you do.
- 21:47Speaker 8: Okay, Okay, thank you so much.
- 21:49Speaker 4: Thank you. Thank you for a great day.
- 21:52Speaker 5: Let us know how it goes you, guys, I feel
- 21:55Speaker 5: like we are very much not qualified to do this,
- 21:58Speaker 5: but that sounded good. Like we know, talking about a
- 22:00Speaker 5: little bit.
- 22:01Speaker 4: We're doing a really good job.
- 22:02Speaker 2: I feel like you guys are getting more confident as
- 22:04Speaker 2: we're doing it because the last one freaked you.
- 22:07Speaker 5: Guys totally how to quit his job.
- 22:09Speaker 4: Literally.
- 22:10Speaker 3: Okay, you're still freaking out about it.
- 22:12Speaker 5: My god, We've got super cool tickets coming up with

- 26:41Speaker 3: She emphasizes the lak in her name and Taylor Swift.
- 26:45Speaker 3: She leads this year's nominations with eight nods. No surprise there.
- 26:50Speaker 2: And if you feel like your Chipotle order is getting smaller,
- 26:53Speaker 2: you might be onto something. There are a lot of
- 26:55Speaker 2: tiktoks of people comparing the serving sizes of different locations.
- 26:58Speaker 2: There's lots of TikTok giving hacks on how you can
- 27:01Speaker 2: get more food. But their CEO is now going viral
- 27:04Speaker 2: because he said, if your portion doesn't seem like it's enough,
- 27:07Speaker 2: to simply just ask for more. Apparently they can't say no,
- 27:11Speaker 2: and it's part of their core principles to have generous portions.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Although a lot of people say obviously they think he's
- 27:19Speaker 2: a liar because people have done this before and they've
- 27:21Speaker 2: been met with attitude from people, They've been met with.
- 27:25Speaker 3: Charges for extra meat.
- 27:26Speaker 2: Yeah, but I mean, might as well try and see
- 27:28Speaker 2: what happens if anything, Say, your CEO said, I could,
- 27:33Speaker 2: I'm Rique Sanchez.
- 27:33Speaker 3: And those are the three things you need to know.
- 27:35Speaker 5: I feel like personally, a bowl gets you more food
- 27:39Speaker 5: than a burrito?
- 27:39Speaker 4: Am I wrong? Am I crazy? What do you guys?
- 27:41Speaker 2: Think I can't eat the burritos. I can only have
- 27:43Speaker 2: the bulls. So that's exact question.
- 27:45Speaker 4: I don't really know because I don't eat the bowl.
- 27:48Speaker 3: Oh see, I didn't pass here, and we're just gonna
- 27:52Speaker 3: go whenever.
- 27:52Speaker 4: Kevin says, I asked the wrong people. That's what I think.
- 27:55Speaker 5: I think a bull gets you more food, but just
- 27:56Speaker 5: ask for more.
- 27:57Speaker 4: Apparently they can't say no. Thank you Ricky for being
- 28:00Speaker 4: a part.
- 28:00Speaker 6: Of our morning Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning.
- 28:06Speaker 4: The River.
- 28:06Speaker 5: It's time for a rant, but not our typical Ricky rant.
- 28:09Speaker 5: This is a Ricky rant Zach edition. So Zach went
- 28:12Speaker 5: to a show over the week at a concert, and
- 28:14Speaker 5: now he's got something to say.
- 28:16Speaker 9: It literally made me so insane. So I went to
- 28:18Speaker 9: the Eagle show at the Vandy Stadium and this woman
- 28:23Speaker 9: decided that she was no longer going to sit in
- 28:26Speaker 9: her seat, that she was gonna like stand in the
- 28:28Speaker 9: aisle and dance the entire time in the aisle, which
- 28:31Speaker 9: is fine, enjoy the show. Loved that, But then like
- 28:34Speaker 9: people were trying to walk up and down the stairs
- 28:36Speaker 9: and she was acting annoyed that people were walking by her.
- 28:40Speaker 9: She would literally be like filming and dancing and like
- 28:43Speaker 9: looking at the show, and when people would walk by
- 28:45Speaker 9: her in the aisle, she would gough, girl, you are
- 28:50Speaker 9: the one in the way, right, did you pay for
- 28:52Speaker 9: the entire aisle?
- 28:54Speaker 4: No?
- 28:56Speaker 3: Like I told you he was iright.
- 28:58Speaker 9: It literally made me so insane because she was acting
- 29:00Speaker 9: so annoyed that she just kept being like, oh, like, girls,
- 29:05Speaker 9: then sit in your seat, go back to your seat.
- 29:08Speaker 4: I get it.
- 29:09Speaker 2: But like the thing is, concerts are for dancing and
- 29:12Speaker 2: having fun, and sometimes you just migrate into five the aisle.
- 29:16Speaker 5: In my accidy, that's a problem with that.
- 29:19Speaker 4: Enjoy the show, migrate to the aisle.
- 29:22Speaker 9: Don't act annoyed when people need access.
- 29:24Speaker 4: To the public aisle.
- 29:26Speaker 9: Yeah yeah, okay, that's the part that annoyed me the most,
- 29:29Speaker 9: is like people need access to go up and down,
- 29:32Speaker 9: to go to the bathroom, to go to the bar,
- 29:34Speaker 9: whatever they need to do.
- 29:35Speaker 3: But isn't there the other side as well?
- 29:37Speaker 6: No?
- 29:39Speaker 2: I mean, like because like an aisle, you know how
- 29:40Speaker 2: you have the upside in the downside.
- 29:42Speaker 5: Like you're talking about like the stairs to get to
- 29:44Speaker 5: all of the roads.
- 29:44Speaker 2: Yeah, correct, Yeah, so like there's the upside in the downside.
- 29:47Speaker 3: So like if she's in that.
- 29:48Speaker 2: That one space. Couldn't they have walked around her?
- 29:51Speaker 9: So at the First Bank Stadium at Dandy, they do
- 29:53Speaker 9: not have like a handrail and frail in the middle,
- 29:58Speaker 9: so she was just like dancing in the middle like
- 30:00Speaker 9: there was nowhere her. Okay, it was so obnoxious, and
- 30:06Speaker 9: she was like standing right in front of me, and
- 30:08Speaker 9: I was like, literally, just go back to your seat,
- 30:11Speaker 9: Like why are you so annoyed by these people trying
- 30:13Speaker 9: to go up and down the stairs?
- 30:14Speaker 4: I get it.
- 30:14Speaker 2: The concert etiquette here would be stay in your seat
- 30:18Speaker 2: or like the area of your seat.
- 30:20Speaker 9: My concert etiquette would be pay attention to your surrounding.
- 30:23Speaker 5: Yeah, don't be when people are trying to walk down
- 30:25Speaker 5: the stairs past you.
- 30:26Speaker 4: You don't own the stairs.
- 30:27Speaker 9: I'm fine with you being in the aisle and dancing
- 30:30Speaker 9: in the stairs, just don't be annoyed.
- 30:32Speaker 2: I do think we do need to pay attention to
- 30:34Speaker 2: our surroundings at concerts more because people have lost their minds.
- 30:38Speaker 4: Literally all that I'm asking for.
- 30:39Speaker 5: Okay, good ran Zac louding there, you can breathe off
- 30:43Speaker 5: my chest. How was the show? Though they played Hotel California.
- 30:46Speaker 9: They did that was the first song they played they
- 30:49Speaker 9: the only one you knew.
- 30:50Speaker 4: Yep, oh my gosh, I'm right.
- 30:51Speaker 5: She didn't leave right then and there me too. I
- 30:55Speaker 5: probably would have.
- 30:56Speaker 6: Been honest Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
- 30:58Speaker 4: On one, we.
- 31:00Speaker 5: Want to send you to New York City to see
- 31:03Speaker 5: Ariana Grande, also to see Wicked on Broadway. This is
- 31:07Speaker 5: huge and we're uh, we're making you remember something equally
- 31:11Speaker 5: as huge.
- 31:12Speaker 3: To get this, well, you don't need to remember. I
- 31:15Speaker 3: suggest writing it to sure.
- 31:17Speaker 2: I think that if you open up your notes app
- 31:19Speaker 2: that's going to be your best bet, or writing it
- 31:21Speaker 2: down in a of I don't know, notepad that you
- 31:24Speaker 2: keep with you all the time. Because it is a
- 31:26Speaker 2: very long sentence, a wicked long sentence. One might say,

- 33:57Speaker 5: her name is Jane Wickland. I just want to say

- 34:32Speaker 3: It's not that I don't respect your time.
- 34:35Speaker 4: It's just that.
- 34:36Speaker 6: Looking at my phone matters more than our friendship.
- 34:40Speaker 3: People should build their schedules around me and generally treat
- 34:44Speaker 3: me like I am God.
- 34:48Speaker 2: I will say, the entirety of the song is very long,
- 34:51Speaker 2: but it is very very funny.
