- 1:04Speaker 1: about a case I watched on Judge Faith. That's right,
- 1:07Speaker 1: And you're gonna tell me about a case you watched
- 1:09Speaker 1: on Judge Matthis mathis it's gonna be a fun time

- 1:14Speaker 1: rating in review. That's right, and I as as I
- 1:16Speaker 1: tell Dan, Dan's gonna be able to ask me questions,
- 1:18Speaker 1: pepper me with questions, and by the end of it,
- 1:20Speaker 1: he's gonna try to guess the verdict and I'll tell
- 1:22Speaker 1: him if he's right around, then we're gonna do exact
- 1:24Speaker 1: same thing and you can play along on home try
- 1:25Speaker 1: to figure out what the verdict is. It's a lot
- 1:27Speaker 1: of fun. We have several new reviews. Oh fantastic.
- 1:31Speaker 3: We have one from Riding on a Turtle, So shout
- 1:34Speaker 3: out riding on a Turtle and it says finally the
- 1:37Speaker 3: title is cheaper than therapy. It's said that laughter is
- 1:40Speaker 3: the best medicine, and this podcast is a great source.
- 1:43Speaker 3: I listen whenever I need to pick me up because
- 1:45Speaker 3: at least my face is never caught on fire. And
- 1:47Speaker 3: I hit my head on a rock in the sand
- 1:49Speaker 3: trying to put it out. And my parents aren't divorced
- 1:51Speaker 3: and told me I was adopted and now getting back together,
- 1:54Speaker 3: or my brother hasn't trashed a camper we were trying
- 1:57Speaker 3: to sell, like the people in these cases.
- 1:59Speaker 1: That's a lot those all moments in this in this show,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I don't remember some of these, but I'm sure that
- 2:04Speaker 1: they happen. I'm also sure that we need to let
- 2:07Speaker 1: you right know, right now. We are not a replacement
- 2:09Speaker 1: for therapy. Someone else says, I read the reviews. I've
- 2:14Speaker 1: also listened to this pod since it began. In college,
- 2:16Speaker 1: I used to nap in the student TV lounge, which
- 2:18Speaker 1: played courtroom shows all day, so they hold a special
- 2:20Speaker 1: place in my heart. Thank you for watching the show
- 2:23Speaker 1: so I don't have to because I don't have time
- 2:25Speaker 1: to nap during the day anymore. Please don't end this.
- 2:28Speaker 3: Show and bring back your other gyms like History of
- 2:30Speaker 3: His Story, Saved by the Bell, do the college years
- 2:32Speaker 3: and take the day off.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Okay, well that review is nice as well. We're doing
- 2:37Speaker 1: they say, don't stop this show, Please don't stop it
- 2:39Speaker 1: and bring back the oh and bring back I thought
- 2:41Speaker 1: it was like, please don't stop this. I'll kick us
- 2:46Speaker 1: off too, though. I've got Judge Faith, and you know,
- 2:51Speaker 1: Judge Faith. She's cool, she's cool, young, she's young, she's hip. Yeah,
- 2:56Speaker 1: and she also doesn't take any any ish from anybody.
- 3:00Speaker 1: I would like to introduce you to Candace Hodges, who
- 3:04Speaker 1: is suing Tyrone Lewis for seventeen hundred dollars for the
- 3:09Speaker 1: price that she paid for in suv and Tyrone is
- 3:12Speaker 1: counter suing for five thousand dollars for emotional distress. So
- 3:16Speaker 1: we died in got it? He's not getting that You've
- 3:21Speaker 1: seen I've seen the show before, I've heard I've heard
- 3:23Speaker 1: the gable before. Candace recently moved from Florida because her
- 3:29Speaker 1: car was stolen and she has a baby, and so
- 3:33Speaker 1: she decides she's going to move back home to Georgia
- 3:37Speaker 1: to live with her mom while she figures out what's
- 3:39Speaker 1: next for her. Like Georgia line, that's exactly right. So
- 3:42Speaker 1: make me want own windows and cruise. I said, windows up.
- 3:48Speaker 1: I like the cruise of the AIRCA. Windows up, Yeah,
- 3:51Speaker 1: I like to roll it up. Windows down, guy either.
- 3:54Speaker 1: But the song. I can't change the song. I watched
- 3:57Speaker 1: all my windows up. Turn the radio down. Call me radio,
- 4:01Speaker 1: call me, call me David Crowder. This is just an
- 4:03Speaker 1: unforeseen kiss.
- 4:04Speaker 4: Baby, she shout out to the David Crowder band. Uh
- 4:11Speaker 4: the whole game hashtag team sloppy wet. She saved money
- 4:15Speaker 4: and UH started looking for a car immediately on the
- 4:19Speaker 4: places that you look for cars Craigslist, and uh, he's
- 4:23Speaker 4: seen and she finds a Mercury Mountaineer.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Yeah, the good stuff.
- 4:29Speaker 4: That was the.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Exactly right for eighteen hundred dollars. Tyrone was selling the
- 4:37Speaker 1: car and he had recently bought the car for his wife.
- 4:42Speaker 1: She didn't want the car, and he tries to convince
- 4:46Speaker 1: her to keep the car, and ultimately he lands on, Okay,
- 4:51Speaker 1: we'll sell the car. And Faith is like, happy wife,
- 4:54Speaker 1: happy life, and He's like, I'm drying over here. We
- 4:58Speaker 1: see the ad in the talks a little bit about
- 5:01Speaker 1: the car. It says it runs well with no engine problems,
- 5:04Speaker 1: no check engine light, no knock, and no smoke. Yeah,
- 5:06Speaker 1: and Craigslist, you have to tell the truth. That's sure.
- 5:09Speaker 1: As Candas goes and does a test drive of the car.
- 5:14Speaker 1: During the test drive, Dan a light comes on and
- 5:19Speaker 1: the car begins to beep. Judge Faith is like, so
- 5:23Speaker 1: you bought it anyway, and Canda says, yes, I did.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Judge Faith says how many miles is on the car?
- 5:30Speaker 1: She says two hundred and six thousand miles. Don't face
- 5:35Speaker 1: seventeen dollars for their car. Faith is like, is this
- 5:38Speaker 1: not raising any red flags for you? Well, Candas says,
- 5:41Speaker 1: while we had an agreement, he would knock one hundred
- 5:43Speaker 1: dollars off on the car, gave her a and I
- 5:49Speaker 1: would take it to a mechanic. And she's like, you're
- 5:52Speaker 1: supposed to take it to a mechanic before you buy
- 5:54Speaker 1: the car, not in exchange for one hundred dollars off
- 5:57Speaker 1: of the car. Tyrone, She says, she bought it as
- 6:01Speaker 1: as your honor. I don't know how to tell you,
- 6:02Speaker 1: and then he says, listen, it's been a tough road
- 6:05Speaker 1: for me. It's been a tough road for me. My
- 6:09Speaker 1: wife wanted to get rid of the car. She's my
- 6:12Speaker 1: third wife. I'm trying to do right by her, trying
- 6:15Speaker 1: to do right by her, and now I'm in my
- 6:17Speaker 1: third separation because of this situation. Faith says, how is
- 6:21Speaker 1: this situation responsible for your third separation? And Tyrone says, well,
- 6:25Speaker 1: because Candace keeps threatening me, she keeps calling the police
- 6:29Speaker 1: on me, and my wife said this is just too much,
- 6:31Speaker 1: and she Faith says, is that why you're sewing for
- 6:36Speaker 1: five thousand dollars for emotional distress? And he says it
- 6:39Speaker 1: should be more, your Honor. I have text messages that
- 6:42Speaker 1: show threats from Candas's friends. Of course, Judge Faith wants
- 6:46Speaker 1: to see that. And as the phone is being handed
- 6:49Speaker 1: from Tyrone to the bailiff to Faith, Tyrone continues to
- 6:54Speaker 1: talk and says this and this is a quote. I
- 6:58Speaker 1: had to deal with all though. I had to deal
- 7:02Speaker 1: with all of this, and I told you about the car,
- 7:05Speaker 1: and now I'm in my third separation. They all looked good,
- 7:09Speaker 1: your Honor. You look good too. Oh my gosh. I
- 7:12Speaker 1: try to rub feet, I try to do all the things.
- 7:15Speaker 1: And Faith says, I gotta be honest with you. I
- 7:17Speaker 1: think it's likely that it has less to do with
- 7:20Speaker 1: the car and more to do with whatever's going on
- 7:24Speaker 1: with your life. And he's like, listen, it's true, your Honor,
- 7:28Speaker 1: there are some things going on with my third wife.
- 7:32Speaker 1: But you are so cute, your honor, you are so cute.
- 7:36Speaker 1: He is, Uh, She's like, I think this is the problem. Yeah, yeah, Bud,
- 7:42Speaker 1: I think you're up here looking for your your fourth wife,
- 7:45Speaker 1: and it's not gonna be in the court, Like what,
- 7:49Speaker 1: you're an idiot. Yeah, he's just shooting his shot face.
- 7:53Speaker 1: I guess she's not having it. Faith says, I don't
- 7:55Speaker 1: see any threats in these text messages. I see friends
- 7:58Speaker 1: that are trying to work out a d because the
- 8:01Speaker 1: car wasn't working. I don't see any threats. Faith asked
- 8:05Speaker 1: if she took the car to get registered, at what
- 8:07Speaker 1: point in the relation she's going to try to get
- 8:10Speaker 1: her money back. It's unbelievable, and she says, I was
- 8:12Speaker 1: not able to get the car registered in the state
- 8:14Speaker 1: of Georgia. You have to pass it an inspection test,
- 8:16Speaker 1: which I was not familiar with being from Florida, because
- 8:18Speaker 1: you don't have inspection tests in Florida. Which is true.
- 8:22Speaker 1: The car failed the inspection test, and I have a
- 8:25Speaker 1: letter from the mechanics saying that. And she's ready to rule.
- 8:29Speaker 1: So Judge Faith is is going to give her seventeen
- 8:32Speaker 1: hundred dollars back. Judge Faith shouldn't give her seventeen hundred
- 8:35Speaker 1: dollars back. She was negligent in her purchase of something
- 8:38Speaker 1: that every other judge I've heard in this ever watching
- 8:42Speaker 1: say if you bought someone on Craigslist, you're not getting
- 8:45Speaker 1: your money back. Judge Faith is going to say, because
- 8:48Speaker 1: she didn't register it, she's going to give her the
- 8:49Speaker 1: money back, and Judge Faith is wrong in my opinion,
- 8:52Speaker 1: even though I don't like Tyrone at all. Go ahead,
- 8:54Speaker 1: Judge Faith explains to Tyroun that in the state of Georgia,
- 8:57Speaker 1: you're not allowed legally to sell a car YEP without
- 9:01Speaker 1: a past inspection report first. And so Candice, you're lucky
- 9:06Speaker 1: that it didn't pass that test, because if it did,
- 9:09Speaker 1: you would not be getting your seventeen hundred dollars back.
- 9:11Speaker 1: But since it did not and he did not provide
- 9:14Speaker 1: the necessary paperwork to prove a past test, you will
- 9:17Speaker 1: be getting your seventeen hundred dollars back. And of course
- 9:20Speaker 1: Tyrone is not getting his five thousand dollars of emotional distress.
- 9:23Speaker 3: Here's my thing about that is, here's why I think
- 9:25Speaker 3: Judge Faith is wrong. Not only have I heard this
- 9:27Speaker 3: in other court cases, but also if you signed the
- 9:31Speaker 3: title over and you got the title in your name,
- 9:35Speaker 3: it does not I'm sorry, I know that you didn't
- 9:38Speaker 3: get registered.
- 9:39Speaker 1: I just think Judge Faith's point is that it was
- 9:42Speaker 1: illegal for him to sell the part in them. Of course,
- 9:44Speaker 1: but Craigslist is always about illegal transactions, right, that's the point.
- 9:48Speaker 1: If it's but what can you do State of Georgia.
- 9:52Speaker 1: You gotta the law, got to abide by the law.
- 9:55Speaker 1: So there you go. I agree. I think she done goofed.
- 9:59Speaker 1: She should. She sounds like the worst of give or whatever. Yeah,
- 10:03Speaker 1: I'm not mad. Just Judge Faith. She's cute and you
- 10:05Speaker 1: gotta shoot your shot. Shoot.
- 10:08Speaker 3: I'm coming into this court courtroom just to see if
- 10:10Speaker 3: I can get with judgement.
- 10:11Speaker 1: When Tyrone's when Tyrone found out that he was going
- 10:14Speaker 1: in the judge face courtroom, his eyes lit up. Yeah,
- 10:17Speaker 1: and his third wife saw it. And I've been hearing
- 10:22Speaker 1: him talk about Judge Faith. He will stop talking about
- 10:24Speaker 1: Judge Faith. Damn, what do you got for me? We're
- 10:28Speaker 1: going to Judge Matthis my fa my fave chambers. Uh.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Richard kim Aleski is suing his former soccer teammate, Anthony Panza,
- 10:39Speaker 1: Tony Panza as we'll call him, because he's super Italian.
- 10:42Speaker 1: We call him tony pants. We we could. Uh. English
- 10:45Speaker 1: is his second language. Italian is his first language. For
- 10:49Speaker 1: nine and fifty dollars. Now, before I go any further,
- 10:52Speaker 1: I did say soccer teammate. You need to know something.
- 10:55Speaker 1: These two gentlemen are well into their sixties. Oh if
- 10:58Speaker 1: not seventy. Wow, they are old, and I'm assuming they're
- 11:02Speaker 1: talking about soccer from a long time. He's suing ninety
- 11:07Speaker 1: for money taken from a soccer team's bank account. Fantastic, Yes,
- 11:12Speaker 1: fantast So Richard starts and says, your honor, this is
- 11:16Speaker 1: a I wrote it. I roound it twice to get
- 11:17Speaker 1: it word for word. Richard, old dude, I mean he
- 11:20Speaker 1: might be seventy. He goes your honor. I'm going to
- 11:23Speaker 1: tell you about a group of ordinary men bound together
- 11:27Speaker 1: by an extraordinary love for what Pele called the most
- 11:32Speaker 1: beautiful game. Oh, fantastic. That's how it starts. That's the
- 11:37Speaker 1: start of this. Doesn't strike me as a Maths is, yes,
- 11:42Speaker 1: it's going to be into this. No, he's unimpressed, and
- 11:44Speaker 1: he's like okay, and he goes he goes your honor.
- 11:47Speaker 1: I'm representing the San Diego gas Kickers, and and Maths
- 11:54Speaker 1: is like, the what, we're the German American Soccer Club,
- 11:59Speaker 1: but we call ourselves the gas KICKERSJSC. I don't know
- 12:02Speaker 1: why they call themselves the gas Kickers. But and Matthews
- 12:05Speaker 1: is like, y'all couldn't come up with a better name
- 12:07Speaker 1: than gas Kickers. He's like, no, it's a big deal.
- 12:10Speaker 1: He's like, our our soccer club was founded in nineteen
- 12:13Speaker 1: sixty eight. I started playing for our soccer club in
- 12:17Speaker 1: nineteen seventy two. And we're a group of men that
- 12:20Speaker 1: have played soccer together for forty plus years. They have
- 12:23Speaker 1: played in a soccer club for forty plus years together.
- 12:27Speaker 1: League are they a part of They travel league. There's no,
- 12:30Speaker 1: there's a club league and they travel all over the place.
- 12:33Speaker 1: This is crazy. He's like, for thirty years, the last
- 12:35Speaker 1: thirty years, we've been self financed. We used to have
- 12:37Speaker 1: someone sponsorous. Self finance. It basically costs twelve one hundred
- 12:41Speaker 1: and fifteen hundred dollars per season. We collect seventy five
- 12:44Speaker 1: two hundred dollars from each players that we played two
- 12:48Speaker 1: seasons a year, a fall season and then a spring
- 12:49Speaker 1: summer season. And this team together is a fan that
- 12:53Speaker 1: we're a family. He's like, We've gone on vacation together.
- 12:56Speaker 1: We've gone to Germany to play twice. We've gone to Brazil,
- 13:00Speaker 1: We've gone to Canada. We've been through divorces, marriages, death, kids,
- 13:03Speaker 1: grandkids together and matthis hears all that, and it's not
- 13:07Speaker 1: amazed that seventy year olds are playing soccer every week,
- 13:10Speaker 1: two seasons a year. But instead he says, have you
- 13:12Speaker 1: won anything? He's like eight to one this year so far.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Rarely do we lose more than a game or two
- 13:17Speaker 1: in a season. I hope that they're in leagues with
- 13:20Speaker 1: people there like, yeah, I assume so, because but if
- 13:23Speaker 1: they've been a team since the sixties, I know.
- 13:25Speaker 3: I listen, there's so much of this that that I
- 13:28Speaker 3: don't get information on.
- 13:29Speaker 1: That is wild to me. Can you imagine them out
- 13:32Speaker 1: there against like twenty year old so worked, like, there's
- 13:35Speaker 1: no way they're they're they're they're keeping up. So let's
- 13:38Speaker 1: go to Anthony. So they call him Tony the whole time.
- 13:41Speaker 3: His English is very broken, very Italian, tries to charm you, like,
- 13:45Speaker 3: I'm doing the best I can.
- 13:46Speaker 1: To tell you what he said. Okay, he's like, I
- 13:50Speaker 1: played defense for the past five years. I've been coaching,
- 13:53Speaker 1: not playing because of some injuries that I had. I
- 13:57Speaker 1: would try to get out there occasionally, but pretty much
- 13:58Speaker 1: I was coaching. I was chosen by my peers on
- 14:00Speaker 1: the team, and math is like, so that's why you
- 14:04Speaker 1: guys are winning so much as you got Tony coachin
- 14:07Speaker 1: and he's like, uh. He he starts to spout some
- 14:10Speaker 1: stats and they're really tough to understand, sure, but they're good.
- 14:14Speaker 3: So basically, at some point he's like, we went twenty
- 14:16Speaker 3: and two of the last whatever, I don't know, wow,
- 14:20Speaker 3: And he goes, you're honored this guy stock Now, yeah,
- 14:22Speaker 3: you're You're honor this this guy over here, and he
- 14:25Speaker 3: points to Richard is the cheapest guy I've ever met
- 14:28Speaker 3: in my life.
- 14:28Speaker 1: Oh my god.
- 14:29Speaker 3: And Richard is like, your honor, don't listen to him.
- 14:31Speaker 3: When Tony finished coaching in twenty ten, so clearly this
- 14:33Speaker 3: is an older case. He turned the finances and management
- 14:36Speaker 3: over to myself and another player. So when he left,
- 14:40Speaker 3: he stopped playing when he got too old to play,
- 14:42Speaker 3: he left it to us.
- 14:45Speaker 1: And I have a record of the roster of the
- 14:48Speaker 1: team the year after he left and how much everyone paid.
- 14:51Speaker 1: And here's our bank account showing that money coming in
- 14:54Speaker 1: and going out, and Maths is like great, He's like, okay,
- 14:58Speaker 1: what else do you have? Because I have evidence of
- 15:00Speaker 1: him taking two checks out made to cash from this account.
- 15:06Speaker 1: This is when he was in charge, two checks made
- 15:09Speaker 1: out to cash from the bank account in a total
- 15:13Speaker 1: of nine and fifty dollars. Okay, so just so, Tony
- 15:17Speaker 1: decides he's going to be done playing. He turns over
- 15:20Speaker 1: the books to Richard. Richard and Richard begins to go
- 15:24Speaker 1: back and look at the books and two checks made
- 15:28Speaker 1: cash grits. Yes, and they were right away at the time.
- 15:31Speaker 1: They're right at the end of his tenure. Who knows
- 15:34Speaker 1: he coming to an end? He takes it out before
- 15:36Speaker 1: he hands it over. Yeah. Great, So Maths is like,
- 15:40Speaker 1: what happened to the money? Richard's like, we went to
- 15:43Speaker 1: the bank, uh to take to see what had happened,
- 15:47Speaker 1: and it turns out he closed the account.
- 15:51Speaker 3: He closed the account. He told me he was going
- 15:53Speaker 3: to hand me the account over, but now he just
- 15:55Speaker 3: handed me the log in information. He's closed the account. Yeah, Ni,
- 16:03Speaker 3: he's maske like Tony, what's going on? Tony's like, listen,
- 16:08Speaker 3: I regularly would put own my own money forward regularly
- 16:13Speaker 3: for team events.
- 16:15Speaker 1: This would be normal for me. I think it's normal
- 16:18Speaker 1: for anybody that's coaching a team to want to take
- 16:20Speaker 1: care of the team, and so I would routinely buy
- 16:24Speaker 1: beer after the matches, buy meals, and if we didn't
- 16:27Speaker 1: have the team account, or we didn't think there was
- 16:29Speaker 1: enough money in it because it was the end of
- 16:31Speaker 1: the season. I would just pay for things regularly. He
- 16:36Speaker 1: would never do that. Richard would never do that. And
- 16:38Speaker 1: so when I left the team, I was just taking
- 16:41Speaker 1: back the money that I had spent out of my
- 16:43Speaker 1: own pockets over the years, helping out when the team
- 16:48Speaker 1: needed it. And it didn't affect anyone's registration. I was
- 16:50Speaker 1: just taking the money back that I was like, I
- 16:53Speaker 1: was managing the finances. Instead of using the money from
- 16:56Speaker 1: the team's bank account, I used my own. And then
- 16:59Speaker 1: at the end, when the season was done, we had
- 17:01Speaker 1: this much leftover. Nine point fifty was mine. I took
- 17:04Speaker 1: it and he's Mathis.
- 17:06Speaker 3: Is like, but but what happened, Like why did you
- 17:10Speaker 3: decide that much money?
- 17:11Speaker 1: And he's he didn't run that by anybody. He's like, yeah, yeah,
- 17:14Speaker 1: that's he said that.
- 17:15Speaker 3: And Tony's like, no, but like I have He's like,
- 17:18Speaker 3: you're on, here's my checkbook. Look where I paid eight
- 17:22Speaker 3: hundred dollars for jerseys. So he passes the checkbook to
- 17:26Speaker 3: Mathis and Mathis goes, sir, this is from two thousand
- 17:29Speaker 3: and five. What happened to the money? Like you took
- 17:34Speaker 3: this money out in twenty ten. Where where how do
- 17:39Speaker 3: you justify that money? And Tony's like, I got the
- 17:42Speaker 3: money because I paid it. It's the amount of money
- 17:45Speaker 3: I put in from the other account. He was supposed
- 17:47Speaker 3: to take the money and start. The agreement was I
- 17:51Speaker 3: was going to stop the bank account and he was
- 17:52Speaker 3: going to start another bank account with another team. Mathis says,
- 17:57Speaker 3: is that true? Richard goes, No, We've had the same
- 17:59Speaker 3: team since nineteen sixty eight.
- 18:01Speaker 1: I am I'm not here suing for my personal bank account.
- 18:06Speaker 1: I am here representing the San Diego Gas Kickers. If
- 18:09Speaker 1: I were to win this suit, that money goes to
- 18:12Speaker 1: that check is made to the organization. It's not even
- 18:15Speaker 1: made to me. Matthis is ready to rule. Is Tony's
- 18:18Speaker 1: still coaching the team? He's done? Okay, I listen, that's
- 18:24Speaker 1: some shady, dude. It's some strange stuff, shady doings. I
- 18:27Speaker 1: don't think one. I think if you say, hey, I
- 18:31Speaker 1: got I got the uniforms for us, that's uh.
- 18:34Speaker 3: And my more, if you were to say, here are
- 18:37Speaker 3: the receipts all the times I took the team out there,
- 18:39Speaker 3: Like if you have twenty guys on a soccer team.
- 18:41Speaker 3: You take him out to dinner one time, that's two
- 18:42Speaker 3: hundred bucks. If he did that three or four times
- 18:45Speaker 3: and went hey, instead of pulling the money, this is
- 18:47Speaker 3: what I did. And Tony's argument the whole time is
- 18:51Speaker 3: Richard never contributed anything other than his But it doesn't matter.
- 18:54Speaker 1: We listen. In my mind, everything that he did is
- 18:58Speaker 1: a gift. It's you know, you hang out with some
- 19:01Speaker 1: friends and you go, I got it this time. I
- 19:03Speaker 1: unless I say, hey, I got it this time, shoot
- 19:07Speaker 1: me a venmo when you get home, or some sort
- 19:09Speaker 1: of agreement where you're gonna pay me back, that's one thing.
- 19:12Speaker 1: But from my understanding, there was no agreement from anybody
- 19:15Speaker 1: that they're gonna be like, oh, yeah, I got you,
- 19:17Speaker 1: I'll pay you back. This is a hey, I got it,
- 19:19Speaker 1: I got it. And then all of a sudden, something
- 19:21Speaker 1: clearly happened that hurt his feelings or whatever, or he's
- 19:25Speaker 1: just really sad that he can't play soccer anymore, which
- 19:28Speaker 1: is definitely possible, and he say, you know what, I've
- 19:30Speaker 1: been given everything, my blood, my swept, my tears, and
- 19:34Speaker 1: my money to this club. I'm gonna take it back.
- 19:37Speaker 1: I don't think he can do that, I'm gonna give
- 19:39Speaker 1: the club their money, the club.
- 19:41Speaker 3: Gets their money back. All of that is correct. Afterwards,
- 19:45Speaker 3: Tony says, this guy's the cheapest guy. Then the after thing,
- 19:47Speaker 3: cheapest guy I've ever met in my life. He's never
- 19:49Speaker 3: given anyone a dime. And this guy is like turning red,
- 19:53Speaker 3: laughing because he knows it's true. So like that was
- 19:55Speaker 3: my one thing. Is the case was correct. Tony should
- 19:59Speaker 3: not have taken that money. But it also is clear
- 20:01Speaker 3: that Tony is like an Italian who's like everybody's in
- 20:04Speaker 3: the family and like you need a beer, Let's buy
- 20:06Speaker 3: you a beer. And so I did feel bad for him,
- 20:10Speaker 3: knowing that Richard is a guy that took advantage of
- 20:12Speaker 3: that for probably the better part of forty years, and
- 20:14Speaker 3: then suit him for the money he took back at
- 20:17Speaker 3: the end. But Tony shouldn't have done it.
- 20:19Speaker 1: I was pulling to Tony even though Tony was absolutely wrong.
- 20:22Speaker 1: That's the way it goes. It's to me, you're guilty,
- 20:28Speaker 1: My gas a kick, my gass a kick. Where are
- 20:31Speaker 1: we back next time? Yeah? And another one last one
- 20:33Speaker 1: of the seasons. If not, who knows, who knows? You'll
- 20:37Speaker 1: get it and tell the member of the first of
- 20:39Speaker 1: is you a all right? My bad? Yo Gavel Gavile
