Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #228: Playing Your Part in the Co-Creation Process
Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to Tea Time with Amy and Bev.
- 0:04Speaker 2: What's up, sister? Not a lot, I don't think. I mean,
- 0:10Speaker 2: I could say, yes, there's a million things, because we're
- 0:12Speaker 2: always doing something, but I'd rather not be creating from
- 0:16Speaker 2: that same space that I just came from. Sometimes.
- 0:20Speaker 1: Well, here's what we just did, just so people will know.
- 0:24Speaker 1: I came straight home from work and to do Tea
- 0:29Speaker 1: Time with Bev, which I love doing, and before we
- 0:34Speaker 1: hit record, I had to take a breath. I just
- 0:37Speaker 1: had to settle in, relax. I'm feeling some tension in
- 0:40Speaker 1: my neck and shoulders. I have a lot on my
- 0:43Speaker 1: plate right now. And also I also know I know
- 0:47Speaker 1: this to be true for myself because this is the
- 0:50Speaker 1: way it works when you focus on Well, when I
- 0:53Speaker 1: focus on I have so much to do. There's so
- 0:56Speaker 1: much to do. There's so much to do.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Guess what I.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Get more to do.
- 1:00Speaker 2: So really you feel like the heaviness of it. It's
- 1:02Speaker 2: a happiness even just saying it. If people just listen
- 1:05Speaker 2: to how that's like, just sit with your body when
- 1:08Speaker 2: you're hearing these things that we talk about, whether it's
- 1:10Speaker 2: good or angst, it's just feeling how that feels because
- 1:14Speaker 2: we all do it.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Yeah, and that exactly is where it settles in. It's
- 1:19Speaker 1: like right into the neck, into the shoulders, and I
- 1:22Speaker 1: was feeling that today. So before doing tea time it
- 1:26Speaker 1: was just take a breath to settle in. Bev said,
- 1:31Speaker 1: are we okay? Are we centered? Do we need a
- 1:33Speaker 1: little bit more time? Hope? I'm good. And I also
- 1:37Speaker 1: know that when I tell myself and project out, I
- 1:41Speaker 1: have all the time, space and energy I need to
- 1:44Speaker 1: take care of the things that need my attention. Today.
- 1:48Speaker 1: It runs smoothly. So it's a constant reminder. You get
- 1:52Speaker 1: wrapped up in the in the craziness, in the chaos
- 1:56Speaker 1: and sometimes the drama, whatever's going on around and having
- 2:01Speaker 1: to remind and it's a constant reminding of I have
- 2:06Speaker 1: the ability to switch to synergy. I have the ability
- 2:09Speaker 1: to shift this. I have the ability to create space
- 2:12Speaker 1: for myself. I have that ability, and life happens for
- 2:17Speaker 1: all of us and there's a lot going on energetically,
- 2:21Speaker 1: So consistency, constant diligence. It's for me to remember to
- 2:30Speaker 1: do my part in my cocreation process.
- 2:34Speaker 2: Yeah, because it's just a reminder as soon as you
- 2:36Speaker 2: start filling that lower stuff. And believe me, this is
- 2:40Speaker 2: kind of stuff I've been focusing on for myself, and
- 2:43Speaker 2: we'll probably get into it in one of the minis.
- 2:46Speaker 2: But as we're talking about this stuff, we get wrapped
- 2:49Speaker 2: up in this stuff so easily. But when you were
- 2:51Speaker 2: just saying all that stuff, you knew exactly what you
- 2:54Speaker 2: needed to say in order to change it. Really, we
- 2:58Speaker 2: innately know what we need to do to shift something,
- 3:01Speaker 2: but we get in the way because we have expectations.
- 3:04Speaker 2: So I'm restructuring and I'm transferring balances from one place
- 3:07Speaker 2: to the next before the interest rates are getting too
- 3:10Speaker 2: crazy on them or I'm in the middle of doing
- 3:12Speaker 2: all this stuff. And one of the things that I
- 3:14Speaker 2: because I just got approved for one of them today
- 3:17Speaker 2: and I'm in the middle of, you know, doing the
- 3:19Speaker 2: balance transfers. Well, I didn't do it when I had
- 3:21Speaker 2: the time. I'm I was driving and I'm like doing
- 3:24Speaker 2: this real quick, and it said that I was approved
- 3:25Speaker 2: and it's like transfer balances, and I'm like, yeah, Well
- 3:29Speaker 2: then I went to work, So it's like I didn't
- 3:31Speaker 2: have time to deal with that right that moment because
- 3:33Speaker 2: I didn't have the access to the credit card number
- 3:36Speaker 2: because I wasn't. I was surprised how easy it was
- 3:39Speaker 2: to do this. And so here I am at home,
- 3:42Speaker 2: I'm trying to find now that I've already been approved,
- 3:43Speaker 2: I'm trying to find a way how do I transfer
- 3:45Speaker 2: this balance. Well, I don't know that I can do
- 3:47Speaker 2: it now because I didn't do it immediately right then,
- 3:51Speaker 2: So trying to find it and I'm like, ah, trying
- 3:53Speaker 2: to push and push and push to do it. And
- 3:56Speaker 2: then I had to stop for a second because I'm
- 3:57Speaker 2: getting irritated. Right normally this is probably last for like
- 4:00Speaker 2: a lot longer than it did stay because it was
- 4:02Speaker 2: very short lived. And then I got home because I
- 4:06Speaker 2: had to run a frameman down. We had to go
- 4:07Speaker 2: pick up the truck, and so when I got home,
- 4:09Speaker 2: I'm like, I started back in on it, and it's
- 4:11Speaker 2: almost five o'clock. I'm like, yeah, I just got to
- 4:13Speaker 2: let it go. And that was when I stopped for
- 4:15Speaker 2: a second and realized, I'm trying to push against something
- 4:18Speaker 2: and I don't know what the future folds for me
- 4:20Speaker 2: right now. I don't know what that looks like. So
- 4:24Speaker 2: it's to be in the space of gosh, not be
- 4:27Speaker 2: in that space of trying to push and get it done,
- 4:30Speaker 2: because if we're trying to push to get it done
- 4:32Speaker 2: for me, I know that it's time for me to
- 4:34Speaker 2: step back because now it's become a struggle and if
- 4:37Speaker 2: I'm in a struggle, nothing's going to happen for me
- 4:39Speaker 2: in that struggle until I can step back and know
- 4:42Speaker 2: that I am a master creator and start creating these
- 4:44Speaker 2: things that I do want. But it's so easy to
- 4:48Speaker 2: get wrapped into the old patterns, and that's all that
- 4:50Speaker 2: it is. It's old shit, that's all I say. Shit
- 4:54Speaker 2: because a lot of my patterns I haven't. I think
- 4:57Speaker 2: that I've fully enjoyed the struggling much as I possibly could,
- 5:02Speaker 2: and I'm ready to shift from that. But how do
- 5:04Speaker 2: you shift from that? Well, I can't keep doing the
- 5:06Speaker 2: same things that I've been doing this whole time and shift.
- 5:09Speaker 2: This doesn't work.
- 5:11Speaker 1: So you got to make a choice.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, And so that's what I'm doing. I'm making
- 5:15Speaker 2: a choice. And I realize that it's time for me
- 5:17Speaker 2: to walk away. And then you're talking about how you
- 5:20Speaker 2: I have all the time and space and you know,
- 5:22Speaker 2: all that stuff. And this also I've reminded myself because
- 5:25Speaker 2: I catch myself in this story that I say all
- 5:27Speaker 2: the time, Oh, well, I shouldn't have had this much
- 5:29Speaker 2: on my car. Oh, And then I like stop for
- 5:33Speaker 2: a minute. I'm like it served a purpose. It served
- 5:37Speaker 2: the purpose that means I'm negating. I'm putting myself in
- 5:39Speaker 2: that same space of I'm doing things wrong. I'm not
- 5:43Speaker 2: having confidence and I'm not stepping forward. So I'm keeping
- 5:46Speaker 2: myself in this struggle. Right, I'm not on either side
- 5:49Speaker 2: of the stick. I'm in the middle of the stick,
- 5:50Speaker 2: and I'm pulling on myself in two different directions because
- 5:53Speaker 2: I've got these once and desires to go this direction.
- 5:56Speaker 2: And then I've got this old story that I'm familiar
- 5:58Speaker 2: with it I know how to be in because I
- 6:00Speaker 2: haven't been in the other side of that story or
- 6:02Speaker 2: on the other side of the stick, not fully. So
- 6:05Speaker 2: it's like we have such expectations of ourselves to be
- 6:07Speaker 2: in this place, but we don't know. My daughter's telling
- 6:12Speaker 2: me today that she took her daughter to the dentist,
- 6:15Speaker 2: and the dentist that because she sucks on her blanket
- 6:17Speaker 2: she's five years old. It's a soothing for her. She
- 6:20Speaker 2: sucks on her blanket and she rubs the material. I
- 6:23Speaker 2: see adults rub the material like constantly, even when they're
- 6:26Speaker 2: you know, yeah, So it's like it's a soothing thing.
- 6:29Speaker 2: And it's like I'm telling her, I don't know how,
- 6:31Speaker 2: you know, she's like looking for advice and she's the
- 6:34Speaker 2: dentist doesn't want her sucking on her blankets anymore. Well,
- 6:37Speaker 2: then it's like getting to the root cause of what
- 6:39Speaker 2: Why does she feel like she's not safe? Right? How
- 6:42Speaker 2: can we find another safety thing or something that makes
- 6:44Speaker 2: her feel good or or getting it's not making her
- 6:47Speaker 2: feel good, it's getting to the root of that. And
- 6:49Speaker 2: I don't know how you do that with a child.
- 6:50Speaker 2: But it's like I told her, there's so much information
- 6:52Speaker 2: out there. You have to be the ones to explore
- 6:54Speaker 2: that when you want something different. And even that desire,
- 6:58Speaker 2: which we've talked about in numerous recordings, if even the
- 7:01Speaker 2: desire without talking to anybody presents it as soon as
- 7:04Speaker 2: you ask the question, whether you're talking to me, Amy
- 7:07Speaker 2: or somebody else, and you ask the question, even if
- 7:10Speaker 2: we don't have the answer for it, there's already an
- 7:12Speaker 2: answer that's formulated. It's on its way to you. It's
- 7:15Speaker 2: trying to come to you. Write this moment so it's
- 7:18Speaker 2: just to be in that space of receiving.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Yeah, happens all the time, all the time for me.
- 7:24Speaker 1: I kid you not. I will be thinking about something,
- 7:28Speaker 1: looking for a solution for something, asking questions and not
- 7:35Speaker 1: saying anything so that people don't think, oh well if
- 7:38Speaker 1: you say it out loud, social media and all that's
- 7:41Speaker 1: watching you and listening. Yeah, okay, I get that there
- 7:44Speaker 1: are some weird things that happens with that. However, just thinking,
- 7:48Speaker 1: internal asking, projecting that out into the ethers and somebody
- 7:55Speaker 1: shows up and that is the topic of conversation that
- 7:58Speaker 1: they bring up. I mean, Bev and I do it
- 8:00Speaker 1: almost every single time we do tea time one of
- 8:04Speaker 1: us brings it up and the other one says, oh
- 8:06Speaker 1: my gosh, I was just experiencing that too, and we
- 8:08Speaker 1: have a conversation because that is what we're focused on
- 8:12Speaker 1: in finding solutions or guidance. And it's not just BEB.
- 8:18Speaker 1: I do it at work. I do it people, random people,
- 8:23Speaker 1: and the information shows up, the guidance shows up. And
- 8:27Speaker 1: I mean, just go back and watch the last two
- 8:30Speaker 1: years of our videos where we're just it's been a
- 8:32Speaker 1: constant you.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Have to ask. It has and I forget too. I do.
- 8:39Speaker 2: I forget to ask about things, but I know as
- 8:41Speaker 2: soon as someone it's just like you said, as soon
- 8:42Speaker 2: as that person comes in in front of you, and
- 8:45Speaker 2: then you're like, well have you asked? Have you asked
- 8:47Speaker 2: your guides for guidance? And then that right there, I
- 8:50Speaker 2: know is for me too. So it's answering my question
- 8:53Speaker 2: from before. Like I've got this amazing dick I love.
- 8:55Speaker 2: I love it. It's called Angel Answers. Oh nice, and
- 8:58Speaker 2: it's got yes or no in there. It's got some
- 9:01Speaker 2: different stuff. It's got time frames, it's got stuff, and
- 9:03Speaker 2: it's like I like to ask it questions, especially when
- 9:06Speaker 2: I'm neutral and I can ask questions for myself someone else.
- 9:09Speaker 2: That's a piece of cake, right right. But it's being
- 9:12Speaker 2: able to give. That's where where we're in service to others,
- 9:17Speaker 2: we allow that flow. And it's not like a good
- 9:20Speaker 2: or a bad thing or any or I'm higher up
- 9:22Speaker 2: than anybody else or that stuff, but it just opens
- 9:24Speaker 2: us up because now we're open. And I when you're
- 9:27Speaker 2: saying that, I'm feeling like we're are these channels we've
- 9:30Speaker 2: always been channeling always, and as soon as someone else
- 9:33Speaker 2: needs help and we stop to realize if I say, well,
- 9:37Speaker 2: I think, now I'm thinking, and I'm giving you my
- 9:40Speaker 2: information or my input from the thought processes, from my
- 9:43Speaker 2: experiences or this information just flows through us when we
- 9:47Speaker 2: are actually channeling, it just flows through us. And it's like, man,
- 9:50Speaker 2: that was some good shit, Like how would I have
- 9:52Speaker 2: known that? But it's because it's information that we've allowed
- 9:55Speaker 2: to flow through us because we were no longer focused
- 9:58Speaker 2: on ourselves and now we're focused on the in front
- 10:00Speaker 2: of them for a solution. Right, We're not focused on
- 10:02Speaker 2: a problem, We're focused on a solution, so it presents differently,
- 10:06Speaker 2: and then that information does slow and then we then
- 10:09Speaker 2: we're now getting the information too.
- 10:13Speaker 1: It's like magical Thursday. I'm just thinking, this is so magical.
- 10:18Speaker 1: It's just so fun how it happens too, and so
- 10:23Speaker 1: easy it is. But you had mentioned earlier use the
- 10:27Speaker 1: words we get in our own way, and that's because
- 10:32Speaker 1: maybe defining that a little bit more is getting in
- 10:36Speaker 1: our own way means I have too much mind chatter.
- 10:39Speaker 1: I'm thinking about the future, worrying about the future. I'm
- 10:42Speaker 1: still hanging on to stories in the past, and I'm
- 10:44Speaker 1: retelling that I'm wrapped up in whatever chaos or drama
- 10:50Speaker 1: that's going on, and I'm thinking about that. So you're
- 10:53Speaker 1: keeping your head busy and there's no room, Like there's
- 10:57Speaker 1: cracks where things can get in from the universe, from God,
- 11:00Speaker 1: the angels, the information, the channeling, but it's not enough
- 11:08Speaker 1: for you, not enough space for you to really grasp
- 11:13Speaker 1: the information that's being presented. So we miss it. And
- 11:19Speaker 1: I know countless times in my history when I was
- 11:25Speaker 1: a ball of mess, as I call it, just really
- 11:30Speaker 1: emotionally mentally distraught, that I didn't have room for this
- 11:35Speaker 1: type of information. It was probably flowing to me on
- 11:39Speaker 1: a regular basis, I was not in a space to
- 11:41Speaker 1: receive it because of the way I was and the
- 11:44Speaker 1: way I was feeling. So when we relax into the moment,
- 11:51Speaker 1: when we relax into what is and start clearings a
- 11:59Speaker 1: lot of the stories that we are projecting into the
- 12:02Speaker 1: moment and let things kind of be and just notice
- 12:08Speaker 1: a witness instead of being wrapped up in it, it's
- 12:11Speaker 1: a whole different world. It's it's man, the world, I
- 12:15Speaker 1: tell you, the world I'm living in with myself now
- 12:19Speaker 1: is nowhere near what I was living earlier in my life.
- 12:24Speaker 1: In this life, I look back I look, and I
- 12:28Speaker 1: look in the mirror at myself, and I think, and
- 12:30Speaker 1: I tell myself, not just saying, I tell myself, wow.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Look at look at you.
- 12:37Speaker 1: Look how far you've come and all the things you've done.
- 12:41Speaker 1: You chose to stay here, you chose to keep going.
- 12:43Speaker 1: You chose to be and do better in yourself.
- 12:47Speaker 2: You chose to be a coach. You chose like all
- 12:50Speaker 2: these things.
- 12:50Speaker 1: I've chosen because of the journey I've taken, and it's
- 12:54Speaker 1: been it's two different people that the person I was
- 13:00Speaker 1: and the person it seems like two different people.
- 13:07Speaker 2: I understand. I understand because I feel the same way.
- 13:10Speaker 2: And it's I've been more loving to myself when I
- 13:15Speaker 2: walk by the mirror instead of judging myself because I
- 13:18Speaker 2: keep telling people, or I was telling them stuff about
- 13:20Speaker 2: not recognizing self. And it's like, because I've changed so much,
- 13:25Speaker 2: and it's like we change the way we look by
- 13:28Speaker 2: the way, what the things we focus on, what we
- 13:30Speaker 2: focus on on ourselves. People don't see us the same
- 13:33Speaker 2: way that we see ourselves, and I just want to
- 13:36Speaker 2: see things through someone else's eyes. And now it's like
- 13:38Speaker 2: I just want to see me through my soul's eyes.
- 13:40Speaker 2: I don't want to see myself through somebody else's eyes,
- 13:42Speaker 2: because that's through their own filtration process with their life
- 13:45Speaker 2: here on planet Earth. They've got their own experiences that
- 13:49Speaker 2: they see. And it's like, I, gosh, we've had so many,
- 13:52Speaker 2: so much amazing conversations here at home. So much growth
- 13:55Speaker 2: has been happening for me in the last well forever,
- 13:59Speaker 2: but it just seems like there's been so much even lately.
- 14:01Speaker 2: It's just like it's a constant evolution. It's a constant evolution.
- 14:05Speaker 2: It's a constant listening to the intuition. All day yesterday
- 14:08Speaker 2: I was having all kinds of experiences because I was
- 14:12Speaker 2: listening and I was seeing things in my mind's eye
- 14:14Speaker 2: that you know, could be perceived as crazy by some
- 14:17Speaker 2: and by some they may not, they might be more
- 14:20Speaker 2: understanding about it. But it's my experiences. So it's like
- 14:22Speaker 2: I tell people all the time, I can discuss them.
- 14:26Speaker 2: I don't have a problem discussing them with anybody. But
- 14:28Speaker 2: it's like it's and I don't really care what someone
- 14:31Speaker 2: else thinks about it because it's my this is my experience,
- 14:34Speaker 2: So if I share it, it's letting someone else know. Hey,
- 14:38Speaker 2: people might think that you're crazier. You might think that
- 14:40Speaker 2: you're crazy, But I listened to my intuition. Yesterday, I'm
- 14:43Speaker 2: seeing dragons. I'm and then I hear reading about dragons.
- 14:46Speaker 2: And then I'm in doing a massage today and someone
- 14:49Speaker 2: else starts talking to me about dragons. I'm like, Okay,
- 14:52Speaker 2: there's something going on with the message. And I go
- 14:54Speaker 2: back to listen to it and it says thirty three.
- 14:56Speaker 2: And I'm listening to it as I'm driving, and I
- 14:58Speaker 2: look up and it shows my speed at thirty like
- 15:01Speaker 2: or somebody's feed at thirty three. So it's like, there's
- 15:03Speaker 2: all like you said, it's exciting. There's all these fun
- 15:06Speaker 2: things that are happening along the way if we choose
- 15:08Speaker 2: to look that. So I can stay here in this
- 15:10Speaker 2: three D experience what I call the three D the
- 15:13Speaker 2: grid of it, all the you know, paying attention to
- 15:16Speaker 2: all the stuff that's on the TVs and listening to whatever,
- 15:20Speaker 2: like all that stuff or everybody's experiences, and I can
- 15:23Speaker 2: be in that space or I can be in this
- 15:25Speaker 2: other space. And it's like, I've got to honor myself
- 15:27Speaker 2: what feels better for me. Some people want to be
- 15:30Speaker 2: on the you know, I call the three D. But
- 15:32Speaker 2: it's the more of the it's the more of a
- 15:35Speaker 2: tangible things like you know, it's things. It's it's acquiring things,
- 15:39Speaker 2: that's acquiring acquiring status, it's acquiring what you know, all
- 15:42Speaker 2: these things, and it's like for me that stuff doesn't
- 15:45Speaker 2: matter like it used to matter. Yeah, so's just going
- 15:48Speaker 2: through this full evolution. And it's such which I can
- 15:51Speaker 2: go back to what you said, I'm not even the
- 15:53Speaker 2: same person at all that I was and before if
- 15:56Speaker 2: someone would have said something to me about dragons, I mean,
- 15:58Speaker 2: I've always thought dragons were cool, honestly, but it's like
- 16:01Speaker 2: it makes me curious. It makes me curious because if
- 16:05Speaker 2: they're popping up in my mind's eye, that's that makes
- 16:08Speaker 2: me curious about this stuff. And so it's like all
- 16:12Speaker 2: day yesterday because I'm paying attention to my intuition, my
- 16:14Speaker 2: intuition is like it was amazing and it's it has
- 16:17Speaker 2: been the day. But I noticed I got a little
- 16:19Speaker 2: bit busy. I had a headache most of the day
- 16:22Speaker 2: and it was from caffeine, a lack of caffeine because
- 16:25Speaker 2: I like to bunch on my little chocolates. So and
- 16:28Speaker 2: I couldn't figure out what it was, but it was
- 16:30Speaker 2: really distracting. It was really a lot. And it's like
- 16:34Speaker 2: the message that I'm getting right now is because it
- 16:36Speaker 2: was I needed to forget my self attention, and I
- 16:38Speaker 2: haven't given myself attention. I wasn't giving myself attention. So
- 16:41Speaker 2: it was trying to get my attention. Yeah, and so
- 16:44Speaker 2: for me to my attention to myself was giving me
- 16:47Speaker 2: some chocolate. I gave myself a couple little squares of chocolate.
- 16:51Speaker 2: It was really good and giving me my headache went
- 16:54Speaker 2: away exactly. Chocolate had chocolate all over my face. It
- 16:59Speaker 2: reminds me of a quick story my grandmother. She was
- 17:02Speaker 2: an assisted living home and I remember going to see
- 17:07Speaker 2: her around Halloween and she's and she's diabetic, so she's
- 17:11Speaker 2: not supposed to be eating chocolate or anything like that.
- 17:13Speaker 2: And I walked up to her and I was like, Grandma,
- 17:16Speaker 2: have you been having any candy? And she's like, oh, no, dear,
- 17:20Speaker 2: she has melted chocolate around her lips. Yeah, it's like, Grandma,
- 17:24Speaker 2: you have not you have chocolate? Fine, She's like oh.
- 17:30Speaker 2: She was still so cute about stuff like that. But
- 17:33Speaker 2: it was then in my business to be honest with you,
- 17:36Speaker 2: Like from another perspective. But I that's for me. That's
- 17:38Speaker 2: a good feel good story because it wasn't like you're
- 17:41Speaker 2: not supposed to be doing that. It was just more
- 17:43Speaker 2: playful because I already saw the chocolate on her face.
- 17:46Speaker 2: So like a little kid, you know what I mean. Oh,
- 17:48Speaker 2: did you went into that chocolate? Oh no, Mom, I
- 17:51Speaker 2: didn't do that. Yeah, when they got chocolate all over
- 17:53Speaker 2: their freaking faces.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Yes, I the same with kids when they get into
- 17:57Speaker 1: mom's make up. Oh yeah, that's sick all over their face.
- 18:03Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm broken on the floor. No, that wasn't me.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Somebody broken the house. I wanted to put cloud lips
- 18:10Speaker 2: on me today.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Sure, story, Okay, things my bad?
- 18:20Speaker 2: So we need the laughter.
- 18:22Speaker 1: Thank you so much for that. So that's a great
- 18:25Speaker 1: place to, you know, to bring bring that joy in
- 18:31Speaker 1: when I'm when I'm feeling this this heaviness in my
- 18:34Speaker 1: neck and shoulders and wanting to shift that energy. Laughter
- 18:39Speaker 1: is such an amazing tool. And so I'm going to
- 18:42Speaker 1: say thank you Bev for bringing that story because I
- 18:45Speaker 1: can I even feel even lighter now.
- 18:47Speaker 2: Than when we started.
- 18:48Speaker 1: You might even be able to notice that, So be
- 18:54Speaker 1: sure you're starting to feel stuff heaviness in your body,
- 18:57Speaker 1: the heavy emotion stuff. See if you can find a
- 19:00Speaker 1: way to incorporate some laughter and to loosen that energy
- 19:04Speaker 1: up and move through that a little easier. So that's
- 19:09Speaker 1: also being a active participant in the cocreation process of
- 19:14Speaker 1: your life. Just saying.
- 19:18Speaker 2: You might want to think about it.
- 19:20Speaker 1: You might want to.
- 19:21Speaker 2: Consider that.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Very hard, like really really consider that option.
- 19:28Speaker 2: And you know when you say all this stuff, what
- 19:29Speaker 2: I think about is asking our universal teams, like, bring
- 19:32Speaker 2: more things for me to laugh about all day long.
- 19:34Speaker 2: That's not a focus. What is my focus? Okay, God,
- 19:37Speaker 2: I want to get these cards paid off. I want
- 19:39Speaker 2: to get at this, I want to do this, I
- 19:41Speaker 2: want to make move to this location. I want to
- 19:43Speaker 2: do That's what our focuses are on. What about the
- 19:46Speaker 2: simple things? Because if we're laughing all the time, I imagine
- 19:49Speaker 2: things are probably flowing to us pretty well because we're
- 19:52Speaker 2: out of the way right right, Which is another thing.
- 19:56Speaker 2: I remember someone saying, if you're going to wish for money,
- 19:59Speaker 2: wish for wish Amy wins the lottery. You know, wish
- 20:02Speaker 2: for so much because because it opens us up and
- 20:04Speaker 2: it removes our resistance to those things. And then it's
- 20:08Speaker 2: like if it's for somebody else, we don't. It's like, man,
- 20:11Speaker 2: you say it, you forget about and you move on.
- 20:13Speaker 2: That's it. Yeah, that's a good fun practice.
- 20:17Speaker 1: I've heard that in a different way. It says it
- 20:19Speaker 1: was a bless that which you desire. So if you
- 20:25Speaker 1: were to win the lottery, I'd be like, oh my gosh,
- 20:27Speaker 1: how exciting is that? When the lottery I'd be so excited.
- 20:30Speaker 2: I wouldn't need to call you or anything. Just the
- 20:31Speaker 2: idea that.
- 20:33Speaker 1: I'm celebrating in your receiving, because that is telling a universe.
- 20:39Speaker 1: I like to receive that too. Now, on the other
- 20:41Speaker 1: end of that is if I'm feeling jealous or envious
- 20:45Speaker 1: or anything like that, then that's going.
- 20:47Speaker 2: To push it away. So so just so people of the.
- 20:50Speaker 1: Audience understands the difference bless that which you desire or
- 20:55Speaker 1: wish for other people to receive what they desire.
- 20:59Speaker 2: Yeah, because it into resistance and then it feels better. Right.
- 21:02Speaker 2: It's just like you just having the laughter in the
- 21:04Speaker 2: and if anybody's watching, if they've noticed the shift of
- 21:07Speaker 2: energy from before we were laughing, or from the very
- 21:10Speaker 2: beginning of the video to now, they would notice a difference.
- 21:13Speaker 2: So and I say that because it's like, this is
- 21:15Speaker 2: one of the ways we practice our intuition. This is
- 21:18Speaker 2: one of the ways that we master our creating. It's
- 21:21Speaker 2: being aware of all this stuff and then finding out
- 21:22Speaker 2: what works for me. Because we have such dual thoughts
- 21:25Speaker 2: like we have, we know that things could be this
- 21:28Speaker 2: way and it could be this way. You know, there's
- 21:30Speaker 2: just too many there's so many different tongues, and you know,
- 21:34Speaker 2: kind of pulls you away from what you're really wanting
- 21:36Speaker 2: to create. I think in a lot of ways.
- 21:39Speaker 1: Yeah, awesome, Well, my friends weren't keeping it short, and
- 21:45Speaker 1: there was a lot in our video. There's always a
- 21:47Speaker 1: lot in our videos. I just have to say, there's
- 21:49Speaker 1: always a lot in our compacted into our videos, whether
- 21:53Speaker 1: it's fifteen, twenty minutes or an hour, cover a lot
- 21:57Speaker 1: of stuff. So be sure to go back and listen.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Maybe you miss something, maybe you checked out for a second.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Sometimes I do that and then I look at people,
- 22:05Speaker 1: or I have to and say can you repeat that please?
- 22:08Speaker 1: Or I have to replay whatever it is I think
- 22:12Speaker 1: I heard but didn't hear. So just listen to them
- 22:15Speaker 1: two three times, and each time you listen, you will
- 22:19Speaker 1: think that we changed the video because you're gonna hear
- 22:22Speaker 1: something new if.
- 22:23Speaker 2: Had that happened too.
- 22:26Speaker 1: So with that, we appreciate your time, your energy, We
- 22:30Speaker 1: appreciate you hanging out with us.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Please share us, please.

- 22:37Speaker 1: kinds of platforms. We're on Facebook, YouTube, Google podcasts, podcast, attic, iHeartRadio, speaker, Spotify,

- 22:50Speaker 1: we're out in the world, so check us out. Do
- 22:54Speaker 1: you need to find the words?
- 22:56Speaker 2: Just to remind everybody to, you know, ask for ask
- 22:59Speaker 2: for your guys. It's to help you find things to
- 23:01Speaker 2: laugh about all day long, to increase that laughter because
- 23:04Speaker 2: that's going to raise your vibration. I think that's that's huge.
- 23:09Speaker 1: It's it's huge when it comes to co creation. So
- 23:14Speaker 1: definitely incorporate that more than you do the anger and
- 23:17Speaker 1: all the other things. All right, Yeah, thank you so
