Transcript
- 0:06Speaker 1: Hello, everyone, Welcome back to Vanity Farrah. My name is
- 0:10Speaker 1: Chris Farrah, and today I'm talking ninety Day Fiance. It's
- 0:13Speaker 1: season twelve, it's episode fifteen. It's better to bend than break,
- 0:19Speaker 1: so you know, just be flexible in life. Just know
- 0:24Speaker 1: that to survive you have to sometimes give. And you know,
- 0:31Speaker 1: that's just what it is, and that means that you
- 0:34Speaker 1: live another day and the person that couldn't do such,
- 0:39Speaker 1: you know, breaks breaks down. I don't know. I mean,
- 0:41Speaker 1: I don't have to tell you. That's like I guess,
- 0:44Speaker 1: real life. Shit. It's not a bad episode title because
- 0:47Speaker 1: I often make fun of them, and I feel like
- 0:48Speaker 1: that one, you know, is what it is. I don't
- 0:51Speaker 1: know exactly who that's in reference to, maybe Mallori and Rap,
- 0:55Speaker 1: like I think it's yeah, it's Mallori and Receipt, maybe
- 0:57Speaker 1: just like what she gave to bend than break. Okay,
- 1:01Speaker 1: I mean here we are going to, by the way,
- 1:05Speaker 1: start with Katie and Josh and I have a lot,
- 1:09Speaker 1: I have a lot of pictures, so I know it's
- 1:10Speaker 1: going to be a two part I'm so thankful that
- 1:12Speaker 1: you guys are listening. Thank you so much. It's back
- 1:15Speaker 1: to school time. Honey, I'm back from all my vacations.
- 1:19Speaker 1: I'm excited to kind of just like get back into
- 1:21Speaker 1: the groove as well as like focusing back on work.
- 1:25Speaker 1: And I mean, honestly any sort of like exercise routine possible,
- 1:30Speaker 1: and just you know, not being so singlely focused on
- 1:34Speaker 1: you know, things that were taking up the last like
- 1:38Speaker 1: you know, honestly year of my life. I mean, I
- 1:41Speaker 1: am such an extremist. I really find myself someone who
- 1:44Speaker 1: you know, goes from one obsession to another. So in
- 1:49Speaker 1: order for me to have balance, it's like the most weird, mindful,
- 1:54Speaker 1: constant check in to be like what am I doing
- 1:58Speaker 1: for this area? What am I doing for this Are
- 2:00Speaker 1: you moving? Are you you know, like meal prepping or
- 2:03Speaker 1: eating writer or making sure you have quality ingredients in
- 2:05Speaker 1: your house so that you're not ordering food and like
- 2:08Speaker 1: you know, wasting money and over you know whatever, like
- 2:10Speaker 1: you know, eating poorly all of that. Like and as
- 2:12Speaker 1: you know, obviously everyone has their own things. Everyone knows
- 2:15Speaker 1: how life is, so it's done. I'm not telling you
- 2:16Speaker 1: anything you don't know, but it's just sometimes in my
- 2:19Speaker 1: mind when I'm focusing on something, having to remember that
- 2:22Speaker 1: paying the bills, going to the doctor's appointments, you know,
- 2:24Speaker 1: like checking in unloved ones, you know, my own social life, writing,
- 2:30Speaker 1: you know, work that pays bills, you know, like all
- 2:35Speaker 1: of that surely is difficult, especially someone who you know, Like, yeah,
- 2:40Speaker 1: executive functioning is difficult for me, Like, you know, I'm
- 2:43Speaker 1: so thankful. I'm halfway in the middle of a return
- 2:45Speaker 1: right now, which is a big deal for me. It
- 2:48Speaker 1: was kidding. I sometimes make returns, and sometimes I really
- 2:51Speaker 1: try and talk myself into living with whatever it was.
- 2:54Speaker 1: This one, I can't possibly their shoes are too small.
- 2:56Speaker 1: They're gorgeous, so I have to return them because I
- 2:59Speaker 1: just it's like laughable. I like, honestly, I'm like I
- 3:02Speaker 1: bought them. I don't understand when what world did I think?
- 3:05Speaker 1: Was it my finger or was it them that decided
- 3:07Speaker 1: that I was gonna be like a size six. It's honestly,
- 3:09Speaker 1: like it's like Cinderella where I am the evil stepsister
- 3:16Speaker 1: and my mom is like, get your foot in that,
- 3:19Speaker 1: and it's like the smallest shoe, and I'm like, no,
- 3:22Speaker 1: I'm gonna live here with you for the rest of
- 3:24Speaker 1: my life. But I get my fue on that shoe. No,
- 3:26Speaker 1: not in a way, no way get that. You know
- 3:30Speaker 1: girl that we like make clean up everything and have
- 3:32Speaker 1: her do it dainty feet, demure ass feet, howney, She'll
- 3:35Speaker 1: do it anyway, God blessed. Speaking of that kind of shoe,
- 3:39Speaker 1: I did buy that, like Chloe Jelly, which is in
- 3:41Speaker 1: the shape of Cinderella's shoe. You know I'm talking about.
- 3:44Speaker 1: It's like kind of like a low kitten heel, kind
- 3:47Speaker 1: of peep toe. Well, you know, and it is kind
- 3:51Speaker 1: of like heel. Anyway, Surely you're like, can you start
- 3:56Speaker 1: this recap? And I'm like, yeah, no, I get it.
- 3:58Speaker 1: I get it. However, at the same time, thank you
- 4:00Speaker 1: so much listening and thank you so much for listening
- 4:02Speaker 1: to me ramble in my mind. At the same time,
- 4:05Speaker 1: if you want more of me, you can follow me
- 4:06Speaker 1: for free things at Chris Selfair on Instagram at TikTok.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Make sure to give this podcast five stars as well
- 4:12Speaker 1: as if you want join my Patreon, I do lives
- 4:15Speaker 1: there and that is for five dollars a month. Right now,
- 4:18Speaker 1: I am going to revamp my world, my life starting
- 4:22Speaker 1: as I said in September, back to school as well
- 4:27Speaker 1: as my YouTube, so there'll be more content there and
- 4:32Speaker 1: things will feed into things, and we can talk about
- 4:33Speaker 1: some pop culture things, because for instance, you do know
- 4:37Speaker 1: that I've been obviously obsessed with, you know, talking about
- 4:40Speaker 1: the baby bald eagles and Jackie in Shadow in Big Bear,
- 4:47Speaker 1: and I cannot believe and on the meaning this, I
- 4:51Speaker 1: cannot believe since watching all that has happened, like it's
- 4:57Speaker 1: first of all heartbreaking and beautiful and sad and true.
- 5:02Speaker 1: It's like Feeder also a soap opera. I can't even
- 5:06Speaker 1: tell you. So as you know, Jackie and Shadow are
- 5:11Speaker 1: two birds. They're eagles in Big Bear that had two
- 5:17Speaker 1: babies this past spring, Sandy and Luna. And there was
- 5:21Speaker 1: all this drama because you know, like one of them
- 5:23Speaker 1: had a fludge where like they didn't like fly out right,
- 5:25Speaker 1: I told you all this, And then now their best
- 5:27Speaker 1: friends are fine and Shadow their dad is kept feeding them.
- 5:30Speaker 1: And there was like the situation where Jackie got sick
- 5:33Speaker 1: and like she tried to fend off some like sub
- 5:35Speaker 1: eagles that were in the area and then this one
- 5:37Speaker 1: like woman was like women, okay, this one eagle was
- 5:41Speaker 1: like that's the problem, by the way, I just did anyway,
- 5:45Speaker 1: this one eagle, you know, like people were like calling
- 5:47Speaker 1: Joelene or whatever. Jackie goes to a clinic or whatever,
- 5:50Speaker 1: and people give so much money that clinic and then Jackie,
- 5:52Speaker 1: by the way, passed away. Okay, hold on, rip Jackie
- 5:56Speaker 1: then cut to Shadow, who is now already entertaining a
- 6:01Speaker 1: younger egle who's named Katie k B. Those are the
- 6:06Speaker 1: initials one. It's tagged Eagle. And I'm going to tell
- 6:11Speaker 1: you right now, if you think I'm crazy about this,
- 6:14Speaker 1: you have no but fuck idea. What is happening on
- 6:19Speaker 1: Facebook with people who are like shadows, just like my
- 6:24Speaker 1: ex husband moving on so fast. I can't believe I'm
- 6:29Speaker 1: you know, like you you the level of absolute delusion
- 6:33Speaker 1: about these eagles that exist, people being like they killed them,
- 6:37Speaker 1: they killed her, that that Raptor Center killed her. They
- 6:40Speaker 1: wanted Jackie and her money, and they were just so
- 6:42Speaker 1: you know, jealous of her fame. They butchered her, like
- 6:45Speaker 1: you're just like, oh my god, you guys are I
- 6:50Speaker 1: can't eat. I mean, like really talking about it is
- 6:52Speaker 1: like horrible, horrible, It also just fascinating. Like I wish
- 6:56Speaker 1: I could tell you I will stop reading the comments,
- 6:59Speaker 1: but I just know where go for the craziest ones.
- 7:01Speaker 1: And I also know where to go for like the
- 7:02Speaker 1: right ones and like to know what's happening, and it's
- 7:05Speaker 1: like across the board. I just I cannot. It is
- 7:08Speaker 1: so much better than anything on television I think right now,
- 7:12Speaker 1: but I haven't been watching anything except for what am
- 7:16Speaker 1: I talking about? Any fiance? Okay, So Katie and Josh
- 7:20Speaker 1: ha ha ha. So I mean, can you just honestly
- 7:26Speaker 1: that's fine. I care about other things too. It's just
- 7:29Speaker 1: I wanted to bring that up because like, yeah, like
- 7:31Speaker 1: I could literally talk about that on YouTube with people.
- 7:34Speaker 1: I know that you guys, I know there are people
- 7:35Speaker 1: who know what I'm talking about and like want to,
- 7:37Speaker 1: like you know, comment and give me like live banter
- 7:40Speaker 1: on it, and I'm here for it. I'm also here
- 7:42Speaker 1: for like you know, Mary Poppins, feed the birds, yasified,
- 7:45Speaker 1: like you know, things that are just like fun to
- 7:46Speaker 1: talk about, fee the birds. Okay, Katie and Josh. So
- 7:52Speaker 1: they're flying back. They get off the plane, they act
- 7:56Speaker 1: honey like they for a moment, they are so exhausted
- 8:00Speaker 1: and they seem to be like so jet lagged and
- 8:04Speaker 1: so tired from this trip. I'm like, are they going
- 8:08Speaker 1: to London? Are they now traveling back to London. But no,
- 8:14Speaker 1: they're just they a forty five minute like Southwest Hop
- 8:17Speaker 1: skipping a junk to Oakland. They're making it seem like
- 8:19Speaker 1: it's a big deal. So they've obviously had their open
- 8:24Speaker 1: marriage talk. But they're kissing now whatever, she's kissing him
- 8:27Speaker 1: and you know, surprise, surprise. The girl who's like I have,
- 8:31Speaker 1: like Chris Faras says, she has executive dysfunctioned. This girl,
- 8:33Speaker 1: Katie god Bless, has even more than me. Like she
- 8:35Speaker 1: makes me look honey like Mary Poppins. Okay, you know,
- 8:37Speaker 1: like honestly feem birds eye. That's me. I'm just, like,
- 8:39Speaker 1: you know, on top of my shit compared to Katie
- 8:41Speaker 1: at the same time, god Bless and sometimes a little
- 8:43Speaker 1: bit Katie, Uh not really so, but are you like
- 8:45Speaker 1: making out? Okay? So anyway, she's like for the wedding,
- 8:50Speaker 1: I'm making making sure we're doing everything ourselves because I
- 8:55Speaker 1: am the following things, a procrastinator, overwhelmed. I don't know
- 8:59Speaker 1: how to make this. I obsess over things. I'm bossy,
- 9:03Speaker 1: and I'm cheap. I know that I'm all those things.
- 9:11Speaker 1: And on top of knowing that I'm all those things,
- 9:14Speaker 1: I'm the one getting there. I am the bride, so
- 9:17Speaker 1: I'm going to make sure that I'm doing Katie, which
- 9:20Speaker 1: is everything to make my life a living hell. Everyone
- 9:23Speaker 1: around me, I'm Katie. Josh is still there, so he's
- 9:30Speaker 1: no captive, you know what I'm saying, Like, there's no
- 9:33Speaker 1: cult of Katie. He's there free will. Okay, She's like,
- 9:38Speaker 1: I'm we're gonna do that. I'm gonna do the cake.
- 9:41Speaker 1: So we remember we saw whole ass tasting if I
- 9:44Speaker 1: was that cake tasting place where she brought her parents,
- 9:47Speaker 1: you know, when we would realize they hadn't done anything
- 9:49Speaker 1: and they hadn't had a venue yet, and she was like,
- 9:51Speaker 1: hey Mom, hey dad, can we get married at your house?
- 9:52Speaker 1: And they're like no. So now she's like, oh, I'm
- 9:57Speaker 1: not going to pay five hundred dollars for a cake? Girl,
- 9:59Speaker 1: much do you think wedding cakes were? Katie? See? Sometimes
- 10:04Speaker 1: Katie is so unbelievably delusional. I'm like, don't you know that, Katie?
- 10:09Speaker 1: And then if you do know that, like, why are
- 10:11Speaker 1: you wasting anyone's time? Like Katie, if you're gonna be
- 10:13Speaker 1: that frugal, I want you to at least get with
- 10:15Speaker 1: the times and know that like, yeah, wedding cakes are
- 10:18Speaker 1: very expensive, so if you or don't want to spend it,
- 10:20Speaker 1: just look online see how much it is, and don't
- 10:23Speaker 1: go in and be like, maybe I'll do a tasting
- 10:24Speaker 1: if you know, you're just gonna like bake something from
- 10:27Speaker 1: fucking either scratch or box by yourself. Okay, By the way,
- 10:32Speaker 1: I think you really can save money in a different
- 10:34Speaker 1: a lot of ways. And uh, weddings. I don't mind
- 10:38Speaker 1: someone and I could see a world in which, you know,
- 10:42Speaker 1: like if you had a small wedding, like I would
- 10:43Speaker 1: bake my own cake or something like that, because I'm
- 10:45Speaker 1: not a big cake person, Like surely I think that
- 10:50Speaker 1: food is more important. I don't think anyone's like, oh
- 10:53Speaker 1: my god, the food was so good, the music amazing,
- 10:59Speaker 1: the flower were so good, the cake was horrible. I
- 11:02Speaker 1: wish them death. I hope. I hope they get divorced.
- 11:04Speaker 1: You know, this divorce is upon them. Like no one's
- 11:07Speaker 1: like that because you know, cake is like meaningless to me,
- 11:10Speaker 1: Like I like certain cakes, but like truly is at
- 11:12Speaker 1: the end of the world. I also low KEI I'm like, Heytie,
- 11:15Speaker 1: can't you just make howver many cake pops? Make sure
- 11:20Speaker 1: you like throw them on the floor, each one just
- 11:25Speaker 1: like covered in industrial kitchen floor juice. I like cake pops,
- 11:32Speaker 1: clean ones. Okay, So she also said she's doing the
- 11:36Speaker 1: flowers for herself, and you know, I get it. I
- 11:40Speaker 1: want to save that money. You can really spend disgusting
- 11:45Speaker 1: amounts on flowers. Disgusting amounts I think. Yeah, like the dress,
- 11:54Speaker 1: some gorgeous dresses are whatever Anadelta's two hundred. It's fine.
- 12:00Speaker 1: You know, some dresses you can find either like on
- 12:02Speaker 1: sale or sample or from someone you know for super cheap,
- 12:05Speaker 1: and some are really expensive. I don't think you have
- 12:07Speaker 1: to spend a lot of money for a dress. Flowers
- 12:09Speaker 1: are hard, though, because it's not just getting a professional
- 12:13Speaker 1: like person to do it. That means that they set
- 12:15Speaker 1: it up and they do it all and they source
- 12:17Speaker 1: all the flowers and they make sure they're all cut,
- 12:18Speaker 1: and they you don't have to worry about getting water
- 12:20Speaker 1: anywhere or like you know, like pollen soot on you
- 12:24Speaker 1: or whatever on your white like all of that is
- 12:26Speaker 1: what you're paying for. And also just peace of mind
- 12:29Speaker 1: not having to think about it. So, but she's like,
- 12:31Speaker 1: I'm crafty, I like cooking. So what I really mean
- 12:35Speaker 1: is that is gonna boss everyone around. I want my
- 12:37Speaker 1: mom to prep the food. Oh no, maybe she wants
- 12:42Speaker 1: his mom to prep the food. His parents are coming
- 12:45Speaker 1: in and they come in to uh, they're going to
- 12:49Speaker 1: come in and so to prep so sorry, they're coming
- 12:52Speaker 1: in to help prep for the wedding. Now to prep
- 12:54Speaker 1: for them coming, Josh has decided to make They're tried
- 12:58Speaker 1: and true que cover mayonnaise sandwiches with the crusts cut off,
- 13:02Speaker 1: real English shit. They're like Katie's like, I'm gonna have
- 13:06Speaker 1: high tea. I'm like, what time is it? Is it four?
- 13:11Speaker 1: Is it three? I don't know. But also obviously it's
- 13:16Speaker 1: the meaning of the parents, which is a big deal.
- 13:19Speaker 1: His mom is named Rebecca and his dad is named Philip.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Now interesting parents. His mom is wearing a shirt that
- 13:26Speaker 1: can only be described as the kind of shirt where
- 13:35Speaker 1: nurses wear the same like style with and they all
- 13:43Speaker 1: get to pick their multiple pattern to wear and they
- 13:46Speaker 1: have like a couple in their closet that kind of shirt.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Why I say that because it's it's like a scrub,
- 13:50Speaker 1: but not really like usually scrubs are like bold colors.
- 13:53Speaker 1: But I feel like, you know, whether it's honey pediatric nurses.
- 13:59Speaker 1: There are there certain nurses God bless, and I'm so
- 14:02Speaker 1: happy for them. It's like, you know, I went to
- 14:04Speaker 1: Catholic school, so I know what it's like to wear
- 14:06Speaker 1: a uniform. And I also was in a sorority, so
- 14:10Speaker 1: I know what it's like to have to wear something
- 14:12Speaker 1: but can like mildly adjust it. Yeah, it's like that
- 14:15Speaker 1: kind of nurse shirt where you would go to a
- 14:18Speaker 1: specialized store and be like, I'll get you know, the
- 14:21Speaker 1: red one, the green one. Yeah, that one that is
- 14:26Speaker 1: kind of like table different tablecloths, I'll get that one.
- 14:29Speaker 1: That's the one she chose with a navy outline. So
- 14:34Speaker 1: they also say something interesting, They say, it's a bit
- 14:39Speaker 1: nice to see Josh, is it? Those people are so funny?
- 14:45Speaker 1: Is it that's a little dry. It's a bit nice
- 14:48Speaker 1: to see your son about to get married in America?
- 14:51Speaker 1: Have you been in America a bunch? Has he been
- 14:52Speaker 1: America a bunch? How many kids do you have? Is
- 14:54Speaker 1: this your first son? It's a bit nice to see Josh.
- 15:01Speaker 1: I just obviously a love accents. You'll like stop talking
- 15:03Speaker 1: about it, I know. But at the same time, it's
- 15:05Speaker 1: just not just the accent. It's just like the words
- 15:09Speaker 1: because it's totally normal for them and they're in there.
- 15:12Speaker 1: I'm sure that phrase probably means it's absolutely lovely to
- 15:19Speaker 1: see our son. It's exciting to be able to see
- 15:23Speaker 1: him before his wedding day. But it's so edited to
- 15:27Speaker 1: be it's a bit nice to see josh is it's
- 15:31Speaker 1: so funny to me. It's the I think, the opposite
- 15:34Speaker 1: of certain romantic languages, like probably like you know, Italian
- 15:40Speaker 1: or whatever, and certainly like not Arabic, right, like you
- 15:43Speaker 1: know and Arabic. Parents would be like, I don't know
- 15:46Speaker 1: how to say in Arabic, too bad, but like express
- 15:49Speaker 1: of like I have moved with my hope.
- 15:53Speaker 2: And love the sun and the earth so that I
- 15:57Speaker 2: could witness this blessed day between these two gods chosen kids.
- 16:05Speaker 1: You know, you're just like that, like you know, this
- 16:06Speaker 1: is an Arabic. They would say that, that's why it's
- 16:09Speaker 1: so funny to me. Okay, So his father starts to
- 16:18Speaker 1: bring up like what have you done, like what's the
- 16:19Speaker 1: preparation like, and it's very obvious like not nothing and
- 16:24Speaker 1: not anything, and for some reason no one pushes back
- 16:28Speaker 1: that that's weird, Like all we get is the calling
- 16:33Speaker 1: out like so what has to happen? And Katie be like,
- 16:36Speaker 1: well tomorrow, no one's sleeping and we're all getting up
- 16:40Speaker 1: at like the kraka downg like haka doodle do honey.
- 16:42Speaker 1: And I'm just basically this is a work camp and
- 16:45Speaker 1: I'm bossing you around. We have to make the centerpieces,
- 16:48Speaker 1: which make the flowers with to make all the food,
- 16:49Speaker 1: I have to cook, I have to bake, setting up
- 16:52Speaker 1: you know whatever. It is, all of it. And so yeah,
- 16:56Speaker 1: they realize her version of not spending money is just
- 17:03Speaker 1: using her older family members, the ones that gave birth
- 17:11Speaker 1: to her that are like stuck with her and his
- 17:14Speaker 1: ones that are like welcome to the family. She's not
- 17:17Speaker 1: going to spend a dime for your comfort or think
- 17:19Speaker 1: about your experience at all. You just got off a plane,
- 17:22Speaker 1: your son's getting married. You never you might want to
- 17:24Speaker 1: like explore this area at all. Nope, you are now,
- 17:29Speaker 1: my bitch. It's just like I wonder why I guess
- 17:35Speaker 1: her mom at some point wasn't like Katie, it's really
- 17:38Speaker 1: rude to do to them, like, as your mom, it's
- 17:42Speaker 1: my duty to tell you you can't do that to people.
- 17:47Speaker 1: They're older people, like they they need to rest. They
- 17:51Speaker 1: can't be on like twelve hour planes and then jump
- 17:54Speaker 1: out and then do whatever the fuck you want to
- 17:56Speaker 1: do and then like have a time difference and then
- 17:58Speaker 1: have to make it to a wedding. Girl, get your
- 18:02Speaker 1: friends that are around here, and if you don't have
- 18:04Speaker 1: any friends, then get a go fund me or don't
- 18:08Speaker 1: ask for any gifts and have people pay for this,
- 18:10Speaker 1: because this is really intense. This is really shitty to
- 18:12Speaker 1: do to people. I am your mother, so there's no
- 18:16Speaker 1: one else I can tell you. It's on me. I
- 18:20Speaker 1: can't blame you for being bossy and for doing this
- 18:23Speaker 1: if I'm just sitting there being like, okay, what like
- 18:31Speaker 1: it's interesting, Okay, so God bless so here we are,
- 18:34Speaker 1: So I'm just so whatever. Before we get to the
- 18:40Speaker 1: day of her actually bossing them around, this awkward moment
- 18:42Speaker 1: happens where his dad is like, well, also talk about
- 18:48Speaker 1: the vows, like how do you feel about that? And
- 18:49Speaker 1: Josh is like, well, I want my vows to just
- 18:52Speaker 1: simply say that I will always be there, but I
- 18:56Speaker 1: Am not going away. Katie. I want you to know
- 18:59Speaker 1: you can do whatever you want. You can really disrespect me.
- 19:04Speaker 1: You cannot think of me at all. You can be
- 19:06Speaker 1: rude to me. You can obviously cheat on me multiple times,
- 19:09Speaker 1: rub it in my face in front of me, my
- 19:11Speaker 1: family members. You know, like if I don't know if I
- 19:13Speaker 1: have a brother, but I'm sure you're going to make
- 19:15Speaker 1: out with him, you know, like if you're having yet,
- 19:16Speaker 1: I'm sure you know. If I have any cousins, if
- 19:18Speaker 1: I have anyone around me, if you make out with them,
- 19:21Speaker 1: which I'm sure you will, I still won't leave you.
- 19:23Speaker 1: That's me. I'm Josh. That's the vowel. That's what I'm
- 19:25Speaker 1: vowing for you. She's like, cool, that sounds great. Hey,
- 19:32Speaker 1: Josh's dad and mom. I want to make sure that
- 19:34Speaker 1: you feel like his new wife is going to take
- 19:36Speaker 1: care of him too. So hear in my vows, I,
- 19:40Speaker 1: Katie OCD love to make out four minutes, my kiss,
- 19:46Speaker 1: vow to always stay with you as long as you
- 19:56Speaker 1: have hair. I'll be with you until you're bull. Now
- 20:02Speaker 1: Josh is already building, so this is rather rude. What
- 20:07Speaker 1: she's saying is he has a year, two two years,
- 20:15Speaker 1: so she's gonna leave him. That's what the bow is.
- 20:18Speaker 1: That's what she says to him in front of his parents.
- 20:21Speaker 1: I vow to stay with you. And unless you don't
- 20:26Speaker 1: have any hair, are you're ugly in any other way?
- 20:29Speaker 1: Are you're inattractive to me in any other way? Is
- 20:31Speaker 1: also like in parentheses what I want to say, you know,
- 20:36Speaker 1: could you imagine if the tables were turned and like
- 20:39Speaker 1: the sexes were reversed and the guy was like, well,
- 20:42Speaker 1: I'll tell you what I want to say to you
- 20:43Speaker 1: about your daughter. I vowed to stay with her as
- 20:46Speaker 1: long as she's pretty. Whenever I think ugly, is she
- 20:51Speaker 1: gets old, she's saggy skin, she gets fat, I don't care,
- 20:57Speaker 1: and then I can, I can get whatever. Then his
- 21:00Speaker 1: preparents just like because they're British and they you know,
- 21:02Speaker 1: can't basically even say that it's nice to see him,
- 21:04Speaker 1: so they just sit there and look at her and
- 21:06Speaker 1: then just eat that like dry ass sandwich, unseasoned sandwich. Honey. Like,
- 21:10Speaker 1: here's the thing about a sandwich, and I mean this wholeheartedly.
- 21:12Speaker 1: The best part of sanwach of a sandwich to me
- 21:15Speaker 1: are the following things. Crunch like crunchy lettuce or pickles,
- 21:22Speaker 1: mustard deli preferred like brown or seeded or dijon cheese,
- 21:32Speaker 1: salty like cheddar, and then like you know, like some
- 21:37Speaker 1: semblance of like the bread and meat, but like mayonnaise
- 21:42Speaker 1: is just there to make the other bread that mustard
- 21:46Speaker 1: isn't on not dry. I like it specifically. I like
- 21:53Speaker 1: mayonnaise the way it interacts with lettuce. But this, you know,
- 21:56Speaker 1: these ts sandwiches with these cumbers, they never have lettuce
- 21:59Speaker 1: in them, he said, they just have cucumbers. Like it's
- 22:03Speaker 1: it's so interesting, it's so bland, like it's not cream cheek. Okay,
- 22:09Speaker 1: god bless, just stop talking about it, Chris. Anyway, So
- 22:14Speaker 1: then she's like, hit me, try again. I'm going to
- 22:18Speaker 1: vow it's a good one to try to not get
- 22:24Speaker 1: other lovers. Try. I'm Katie, I'm gonna try to not
- 22:28Speaker 1: get other lovers. I'm saying that in front of his parents.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Now Josh's face when she says that is a certain
- 22:37Speaker 1: kind of mix of oh shit, humiliation. And then I
- 22:43Speaker 1: am just gonna say, and if you're watching on YouTube
- 22:45Speaker 1: or patreon's gonna get at first, and that's why you
- 22:47Speaker 1: should give me five dollars ha ha ha. But if
- 22:50Speaker 1: you're watching on YouTube, tell me if there's not in
- 22:54Speaker 1: this tinge of humiliation sexually an excitement a brightness in
- 23:03Speaker 1: his eye. You could tell me it looks like he
- 23:05Speaker 1: has a hot like a hostage. You could tell me both. However,
- 23:09Speaker 1: there's been enough of this where like, you can't hold
- 23:11Speaker 1: someone hostage with nothing, you know, I mean, like, what
- 23:17Speaker 1: is she like an you would have to be like
- 23:19Speaker 1: you don't even know behind the scenes, she is an
- 23:21Speaker 1: emotional manipulator, and she held him emotionally like a hostage
- 23:24Speaker 1: in some sort of way where she's like and she
- 23:26Speaker 1: had honey, I don't know, manipulating him with through something porn.
- 23:29Speaker 1: I'm not gonna even tell you. I have no idea why.
- 23:31Speaker 1: But like he okay, that happens in front of his parents.
- 23:35Speaker 1: If that happened in front of my parents, my dad
- 23:37Speaker 1: would not let me get married to that person. He
- 23:39Speaker 1: would say something. I'd be like, what the fuck? What? Okay,
- 23:43Speaker 1: I'm never getting married? So why is its moodpoint? So? Oh, okay?
- 23:49Speaker 1: They just sit there on that, They sit there on
- 23:50Speaker 1: the thumbs, he twiddles them. I'm telling you, no one
- 23:52Speaker 1: says anything, not her parents, on his parents, not him,
- 23:55Speaker 1: not nothing. I don't know what kind of world this
- 23:57Speaker 1: is where Katie runs it. But Katie runs this world
- 24:00Speaker 1: like Katie is the way this she is because for
- 24:02Speaker 1: some reason, this world allows it, the entire world. No
- 24:07Speaker 1: one's like, that's rude. Wait, he's telling you that he's
- 24:13Speaker 1: never gonna leave you, and you're saying that you're gonna
- 24:15Speaker 1: try and not fuck around on him in front of us.
- 24:18Speaker 1: You've met us like once that one time maybe, and
- 24:20Speaker 1: you're saying this in front of your parents, and we're
- 24:23Speaker 1: looking to look at your parents, and like, I want
- 24:24Speaker 1: to know, like what it was like when Josh's mom
- 24:27Speaker 1: heard that, made an immediate bline eye contact to Katie's
- 24:33Speaker 1: mom and spoke the secret girl eye language of what
- 24:41Speaker 1: the fuck did you raise? Yeah? You know? Is that
- 24:43Speaker 1: what you did? What are you gonna do about this?
- 24:46Speaker 1: Is this? W huh? You're you gonna sit there too,
- 24:48Speaker 1: You're gonna sit there. I'm gonna sit here, honey, because
- 24:51Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you right now, this is not my
- 24:54Speaker 1: energy to give for this crazy as banshee. But if
- 24:58Speaker 1: anyone can rail in that the word I don't know,
- 25:01Speaker 1: real real, it would be you and you certainly don't.
- 25:06Speaker 1: And that's what I'm gonna clock. That's what I'm clocking.
- 25:13Speaker 1: Has Katie ever had anyone in her life sort of
- 25:19Speaker 1: like be direct and shoot the shit with her. Because
- 25:22Speaker 1: Josh is constantly being like, yeah, you know, Katie, you're
- 25:25Speaker 1: just so direct you some much hurt my feeling. She's
- 25:27Speaker 1: like what do I Well, you have to get over it,
- 25:29Speaker 1: and he's like, no, I just sometimes think you can
- 25:31Speaker 1: be too harsh. She's like, well, can you just not
- 25:32Speaker 1: be such a fucking baby? And then remember her mom
- 25:35Speaker 1: is like, yeah, Katie's lost relationships, She's lost friendships before.
- 25:40Speaker 1: And I want to be like, Okay, has Katie always
- 25:43Speaker 1: been friends with like people that are very nice and
- 25:47Speaker 1: kind of like a little like you know, shy and
- 25:49Speaker 1: or socially you know, anxious and kind of enjoy watching
- 25:53Speaker 1: Katie move through this world with what seems like a
- 25:55Speaker 1: lot of confidence and a lot of fun times involving
- 25:58Speaker 1: alcohol and making out where they don't have like the
- 26:01Speaker 1: confidence of security to be like, bitch, what because yeah,
- 26:06Speaker 1: has she never been friends with someone that like calls
- 26:10Speaker 1: her out puts her in her place? And is the
- 26:16Speaker 1: answer yes, and that did happen? How did she react?
- 26:20Speaker 1: I want to note like was she like oh, okay,
- 26:25Speaker 1: well I don't think so. And people were like, no, girl,
- 26:31Speaker 1: your friend Julie is right. That's what we've all been saying.
- 26:36Speaker 1: You are doing too fucking much. Calm the fuck down
- 26:41Speaker 1: and let people live. Worry about yourself and getting a
- 26:44Speaker 1: little more of your shit together, girl, Like I know,
- 26:47Speaker 1: if you're having obsessive thoughts instead of like make instead
- 26:50Speaker 1: of like acting on them for embossing people around, like
- 26:53Speaker 1: get those thoughts to try and put into action getting
- 26:58Speaker 1: your life together, your own life life. Also, in certain situations,
- 27:05Speaker 1: you have to pay for things. I hate to say this,
- 27:09Speaker 1: it's like these are the things you have to pay
- 27:11Speaker 1: in certain situations. If you decide to get married, like
- 27:17Speaker 1: a full on wedding, it costs money. That's your decision
- 27:22Speaker 1: to have that wedding. It's not anyone else's. People can
- 27:28Speaker 1: help you. Of course, do wedding things like brides can
- 27:31Speaker 1: help you know, like with the invitations or you know,
- 27:34Speaker 1: with the centerpieces or whatever. But like that shit would
- 27:37Speaker 1: absolutely have to happen like weeks before and not days before.
- 27:41Speaker 1: And I don't really think it should be the eldest
- 27:44Speaker 1: members of your family that undoubtedly are giving you some
- 27:49Speaker 1: money for this. So anyway, that's so Like the other
- 27:55Speaker 1: thing is like, yeah, if you're going to go out
- 27:58Speaker 1: to eat at a restaurant, you have to tip. Right,
- 28:04Speaker 1: if you sit down and a server serves you, you
- 28:07Speaker 1: obviously have to tip them. You can't be like I
- 28:08Speaker 1: don't have the money for it, be like, well, you came,
- 28:10Speaker 1: you went, You decided to eat out, though, so you did.
- 28:14Speaker 1: You decided that you did. She could have not had
- 28:17Speaker 1: a wedding. She could just go to the fucking courthouse, right, Ah,
- 28:22Speaker 1: but she really wants to, like have you know, I
- 28:26Speaker 1: wonder what kind of like flowers she's going to decide
- 28:28Speaker 1: to get. Okay, God bless so anyway, yes, at the
- 28:32Speaker 1: venue of the day of she's like, okay, Josh, you
- 28:35Speaker 1: said the photo booth exactly like I told you to
- 28:37Speaker 1: do it. And Mom sit down with me comfortably at
- 28:41Speaker 1: this table and help me go over the shopping list,
- 28:45Speaker 1: which is like, wait, so your mom has to just
- 28:48Speaker 1: help you do something that you've you should be doing.
- 28:53Speaker 1: That's her whole job. And then she's like, okay, Josh,
- 28:56Speaker 1: is mom go ahead and lay everything out on the
- 28:59Speaker 1: table in organ it. What if these things are not
- 29:04Speaker 1: like the other I'm like, I'm too surprised. She's like,
- 29:06Speaker 1: and Josh's dad just like cook the whole thing. Okay, good,
- 29:11Speaker 1: everyone has their chore. May be back here. I don't know.
- 29:16Speaker 1: I find it hilarious. Okay. So at some point though,
- 29:22Speaker 1: she's like, Josh, let me ask you a question. What
- 29:25Speaker 1: should we do about these streamers? He's like yes. She's like, no,
- 29:28Speaker 1: what's your opinion? What should I do with these streamers?
- 29:30Speaker 1: He's like, I'm just here to say yes, I'm a
- 29:32Speaker 1: yes man. She's like I okay, fine, but can you
- 29:35Speaker 1: can I just real talk? Can you just give me
- 29:38Speaker 1: your opinion? I'm just like overloaded telling me what to
- 29:40Speaker 1: do with these these streamers? Please, And he's like yes.
- 29:48Speaker 1: She's like, you fucking asshole. And then the confessionals, He's like,
- 29:52Speaker 1: may should ask fucking Rick? Or is that? And I
- 29:55Speaker 1: would thought I'll be I'll be honest. There's a lot
- 29:58Speaker 1: of Katie hate. But in that moment, I was like,
- 30:00Speaker 1: that's so weird and petty, Josh. If you have something
- 30:07Speaker 1: to say that's making you like resentful or petty, then
- 30:11Speaker 1: surely say it. But don't just sit there with your
- 30:14Speaker 1: like tiny peen peen and be like h y, I
- 30:19Speaker 1: mean say it then or not? But like, I think
- 30:22Speaker 1: that's so. I think it's i'd be like divorce weddings off. Okay,
- 30:27Speaker 1: So just then and there, honey, his friend from the
- 30:31Speaker 1: UK comes over. Okay, and this friend is named Megan,
- 30:35Speaker 1: you know, and listen, I think that he has like
- 30:38Speaker 1: a type, and his type is white girl with red
- 30:42Speaker 1: hair that looks like she has a fun time or
- 30:50Speaker 1: is like eccentric or exciting in some way. Right when
- 30:56Speaker 1: we see Megan, we're like, oh, are you to do
- 30:57Speaker 1: you ever fuck Megan? Because you know, a she's coming
- 31:02Speaker 1: by yourself, be to a whole lot of different country. See,
- 31:05Speaker 1: she looks like a version of Katie, a different version,
- 31:11Speaker 1: and she has like a little twinkle in her eye
- 31:13Speaker 1: that we've you know, I'm just like, what when is that? Now?
- 31:18Speaker 1: Suddenly the tables are turned and Katie's like, ah, I'm
- 31:21Speaker 1: so annoyed because Josh is going to go out for
- 31:24Speaker 1: his stag party like stag whatever they can fucking call it.
- 31:28Speaker 1: Like he's gonna go for his bachelor party now that
- 31:31Speaker 1: his friends are here the night before the wedding, and
- 31:34Speaker 1: I don't want him to drink, and we're like, you
- 31:35Speaker 1: don't want to love this all fun? I'm sorry, bitch,
- 31:39Speaker 1: what you don't want him to drink. Oh, really, do
- 31:43Speaker 1: you even know what those words mean? I don't know
- 31:45Speaker 1: what you knew those words? You don't want drink anyone?
- 31:52Speaker 1: You anyone. I didn't know that you thought there was
- 31:54Speaker 1: such a thing as saying no to one. I thought
- 31:56Speaker 1: you thought that, like air, water, alcohol, all the things
- 31:59Speaker 1: that you're body says yes to, absorbs you know, either
- 32:02Speaker 1: voluntarily or involuntarily, might as well. I mean lividness to
- 32:10Speaker 1: even be like, I don't want him to drink? Why? Okay,
- 32:13Speaker 1: So this is this is the way she's like it.
- 32:18Speaker 1: She's mad that he's leaving early to go hang out
- 32:23Speaker 1: with his friends. Now, this is what feels like the communication.
- 32:30Speaker 1: He's like, I'm letting her do everything for the wedding.
- 32:35Speaker 1: She knows that his friends are coming in town. He
- 32:39Speaker 1: feels in his heart that if his friends are in town,
- 32:42Speaker 1: they expect to hang out with him and or be
- 32:46Speaker 1: hosted and or entertained by him the night before the wedding,
- 32:49Speaker 1: and they're paying money to do so, and so that's
- 32:51Speaker 1: what's expected. She thinks that he that his complete time
- 33:00Speaker 1: and schedule belongs to her at her whim, because she
- 33:05Speaker 1: doesn't want to get any other help either, by payment
- 33:09Speaker 1: or any other friends or whatever she's doing and has
- 33:12Speaker 1: decided to do certain things. Katie's obviously wrong, but what
- 33:16Speaker 1: is annoying, and what I've said openly is that no
- 33:19Speaker 1: one tells her this and why so I think that
- 33:23Speaker 1: she like spins to being like, I'm right, he shouldn't
- 33:28Speaker 1: go out and he better not drink. Now in our
- 33:32Speaker 1: heart of hearts, all of us are like, fear God
- 33:40Speaker 1: if Josh goes out and drinks. And by the way,
- 33:45Speaker 1: Megan has already set up like the thing about Josh
- 33:48Speaker 1: and I it's so funny. It's like every time like
- 33:50Speaker 1: we hang out, We're like, we're gonna have one drink,
- 33:52Speaker 1: but then one drink turns us to shutting down the
- 33:55Speaker 1: bar At three am, We're like, just you and him?
- 34:02Speaker 1: What are you doing there? People's new music? Are they
- 34:06Speaker 1: other guys? Are they? Are you just? Are you cuddling
- 34:09Speaker 1: in that in the three am? Are you just like? Great? Well,
- 34:15Speaker 1: it was fun hanging out. Josh, see you next time?
- 34:22Speaker 1: Walk away? Walk away? No, I mean notus. I mean
- 34:25Speaker 1: I don't okay, not to be like a horn dog,
- 34:30Speaker 1: but like they something right or something has to happen right,
- 34:34Speaker 1: or something's gotta give right, and if that happens, I
- 34:38Speaker 1: would be so thankful. I would be overjoyed. If they
- 34:44Speaker 1: got drunk the night before his wedding and he hooked
- 34:48Speaker 1: up with her on camera and then had to tell
- 34:51Speaker 1: Katie like, I'm not saying hooked up, Like, but however,
- 34:56Speaker 1: if he just made out with her, if he just
- 34:59Speaker 1: could just make out with her, and maybe he would
- 35:03Speaker 1: come home with her like red lipstick on his shirt,
- 35:10Speaker 1: and then she would see it and she would know.
- 35:13Speaker 1: But she can't say anything. All she does is get
- 35:15Speaker 1: drunk and make out with people. Like if she was
- 35:19Speaker 1: caught in a situation with her own medicine, honey where
- 35:21Speaker 1: she had to swallow it, Oh my god, will be not?
- 35:24Speaker 1: I mean, collectively, would it heal mankind? Okay? Marissa and Edward,
- 35:35Speaker 1: so they are hot on the heels of this shitty
- 35:38Speaker 1: date where now they've separated and she's off in the
- 35:42Speaker 1: corner and are both kind of complaining to the producers
- 35:45Speaker 1: about each other. And she comes back and he's like,
- 35:48Speaker 1: what was that? And she's like, I needed to exit
- 35:51Speaker 1: the situation, and she's like, you may be really upset
- 35:55Speaker 1: because this was supposed to be a really good night
- 35:57Speaker 1: and you're just blaming me. He's like, no, you're not
- 35:59Speaker 1: listening to me. I was trying to tell you how
- 36:01Speaker 1: happy I am. You know that you've changed, and I,
- 36:03Speaker 1: you know, realized the things I need to change. She's like,
- 36:05Speaker 1: will you even say it right now? It's all ruined
- 36:07Speaker 1: and I just, you know, like don't know what to do.
- 36:09Speaker 1: And he's like, well, you're overreacting, and she's like stop it,
- 36:12Speaker 1: shut up, and he's like, I'm not going to shut up.
- 36:14Speaker 1: I just want simple answers. She's like very upset, and
- 36:20Speaker 1: she keeps like not being able to really talk to
- 36:22Speaker 1: him and like breathing slowly and just like sort of disassociating,
- 36:25Speaker 1: like being like sh fox breathing or you know, just
- 36:31Speaker 1: like what we do at the end of this podcast,
- 36:32Speaker 1: ha ha ha. But really, come on, she's just honestly
- 36:36Speaker 1: telling him, like shut up, and then he gets up,
- 36:38Speaker 1: and he was mad that she got up, and then
- 36:40Speaker 1: now he gets up, and this is like why it's
- 36:42Speaker 1: a little dumb, Okay, I mean, this is why I'm
- 36:44Speaker 1: like going to spend forty five minutes talking about Katie
- 36:47Speaker 1: and Josh and not that long talking about Marissa and
- 36:50Speaker 1: Edward because it's like this back and forth at this
- 36:52Speaker 1: one meal. I mean, can you imagine like having to
- 36:54Speaker 1: watch them if you're in this like restaurant. She's like,
- 36:58Speaker 1: keep your voice down, and it's like and first of all,
- 37:01Speaker 1: he surely maybe like got a little loud, but also
- 37:04Speaker 1: your complete demeanor in your hair, like you bring attention.
- 37:07Speaker 1: There's not anyone in this restaurant that isn't also like
- 37:09Speaker 1: being completely distracted by you and your energy. Like both
- 37:14Speaker 1: of them are so upset, so angry, and she's like,
- 37:17Speaker 1: I thought that we were just about to get over
- 37:21Speaker 1: this mess and I was going to be so happy
- 37:23Speaker 1: and finally be able to tell you that I'm decided
- 37:26Speaker 1: this is good and I'm in it, and now I
- 37:28Speaker 1: just want to go home. He's like, Okay, let's go home,
- 37:32Speaker 1: but they don't go home, and then they finally go home.
- 37:33Speaker 1: It's like so he basically wanted to be like, I'm
- 37:45Speaker 1: not going to be jealous anymore because if the worst
- 37:50Speaker 1: came scenario that I fear, which is that you cheat
- 37:54Speaker 1: on me happened, I'm just going to sit in the
- 37:57Speaker 1: knowledge that you chose it was, you know, a disasterly path,
- 38:02Speaker 1: and that's not on me. Is what he should have said,
- 38:06Speaker 1: but he didn't. You know. He made it seem like
- 38:09Speaker 1: she's a shitty person and a bad person that just
- 38:12Speaker 1: can't waste a cheat on him. And he's like being like,
- 38:15Speaker 1: all right, bitch, if it happens, you're going to hell,
- 38:19Speaker 1: you know, like, and she just wanted a fun, sexy night.
- 38:23Speaker 1: So she's mad because she loves sex with him. It's
- 38:25Speaker 1: her favorite thing. And now she's like, I'm dried right
- 38:29Speaker 1: down there. Thanks a lot, Edward. I honestly came in
- 38:33Speaker 1: here and I was like, you know what, I don't
- 38:36Speaker 1: want to drink, and then you were gonna have a drink,
- 38:38Speaker 1: and then I was gonna let you warm me up.
- 38:40Speaker 1: And you know, I love when I let you warm
- 38:43Speaker 1: me up. And I just look at you and I
- 38:45Speaker 1: see what you're doing, and I'm like, maybe I should
- 38:48Speaker 1: and you like tease me with something and I'm like,
- 38:51Speaker 1: I don't know, maybe, and then you give me a
- 38:53Speaker 1: little taste of something and I'm like and then I
- 38:56Speaker 1: like it, and I'm like, okay, I'll get one. And
- 38:58Speaker 1: then like push comes to shove and I'm like five
- 38:59Speaker 1: and we're having the time of our life. Like that's
- 39:01Speaker 1: the night I wanted, Edward, and we're gonna go back
- 39:04Speaker 1: to the house and you don't even know where we're
- 39:06Speaker 1: going to in all of the showers in that one bathroom.
- 39:13Speaker 1: But that's not what's gonna happen now, because you ficked
- 39:15Speaker 1: it up. You really did all this makeup I have
- 39:20Speaker 1: on this cute ass out that you have no idea
- 39:22Speaker 1: the lingerie I have on your hair, or maybe you do.
- 39:23Speaker 1: Maybe I'll just take it off when we get in
- 39:25Speaker 1: the car, just so you know how you you think
- 39:27Speaker 1: I'm gonna be the one that's up when like if
- 39:30Speaker 1: I was to cheat on you, you just fucked up. And
- 39:32Speaker 1: I just said it real because that's how real it is, Edward,
- 39:36Speaker 1: That's what happened. Okay. I just feel like it's so funny, right, Okay,
- 39:44Speaker 1: So let's move on to Paula and Thomas. So he
- 39:49Speaker 1: goes to the beach while her family and her go
- 39:52Speaker 1: dress shopping, okay, and you know, we're on the heels
- 39:55Speaker 1: of like him being like none of you can spray
- 39:57Speaker 1: any sort of perfume and there being like okay, okay, weirdo.
- 40:02Speaker 1: And then while they're in the car, the family and Paala,
- 40:05Speaker 1: they're like, you know, We're so happy to be here mom,
- 40:08Speaker 1: especially because when you were married before, Mom wasn't involved
- 40:13Speaker 1: in any of that and she was so sad or like,
- 40:15Speaker 1: oh when she was married before, this is the Pala
- 40:18Speaker 1: that was like so obsessed with her family. She wasn't
- 40:20Speaker 1: involved at all, okay, and now she gets to be involved,
- 40:26Speaker 1: and you know, Pala's like, yeah, great, I'm so happy
- 40:28Speaker 1: as you're here and everything is perfect and not at
- 40:32Speaker 1: all like the last situation which ended in divorce and
- 40:35Speaker 1: was not good for me. This one is the same.
- 40:38Speaker 1: Pops at opposite, different opposite. But you know, I don't know,
- 40:42Speaker 1: because the thing is Pala is unsure. She's like, ninety
- 40:46Speaker 1: days isn't enough, Like I mean know, it's because I
- 40:52Speaker 1: guess the ninety days have to kind of be like
- 40:54Speaker 1: you have to really be sure before you even apply.
- 40:56Speaker 1: You can't just be like dating someone being like I
- 40:57Speaker 1: would love to continue dating this person abroad. Let's see
- 41:01Speaker 1: if you can date in real life by you being here.
- 41:05Speaker 1: Fiance piece is like, I'm in love with this person.
- 41:07Speaker 1: I can't I have me spend the rest of my
- 41:09Speaker 1: life with this person. Let's just see what it's like
- 41:12Speaker 1: to live and cohabitate you know. And the truth of
- 41:15Speaker 1: the matter is, I don't know why this smell thing
- 41:20Speaker 1: wasn't an issue every other time they've been together, if
- 41:24Speaker 1: it's that peril to it to the relationship. So anyway,
- 41:29Speaker 1: she tries on the first one of the first dresses
- 41:32Speaker 1: in the wedding shop as her whole family sits down,
- 41:35Speaker 1: and it's like princesses and there's like beads and there's
- 41:38Speaker 1: no straps, and it's not good. It's like nothing about
- 41:40Speaker 1: that dress would make me feel like that's her. But
- 41:42Speaker 1: you know, they're like, oh, it's so beautiful. It's like
- 41:44Speaker 1: the better not fucking get that dress. I was really livid.
- 41:47Speaker 1: I'd even take a picture of it because I was like,
- 41:48Speaker 1: please know. And then the next scene is the next
- 41:51Speaker 1: part of this is that her sister surprises her. Yep,
- 41:55Speaker 1: her sister, who I wish they had set up with
- 41:58Speaker 1: having a more important life relationship with her. It would
- 42:01Speaker 1: have been great to have sister FaceTime. So we really
- 42:03Speaker 1: care about this surprise. I mean, I would love to
- 42:05Speaker 1: cry if you had given me like Pala being like
- 42:09Speaker 1: I FaceTime my sister in one episode, FaceTime my sister
- 42:12Speaker 1: in one episode, and then her Pala being like, you know,
- 42:14Speaker 1: my whole family's here, but I'm sorry, I just I
- 42:19Speaker 1: really wanted my sister to be here because I mean,
- 42:22Speaker 1: we work together. She is running my beauty shop, which
- 42:26Speaker 1: is why I can't be here. Sorry tattoo shop. Anyway,
- 42:31Speaker 1: I love my sister so much. Just wushing on a star,
- 42:33Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. Somehow she could be here,
- 42:36Speaker 1: but I don't know, And then you would cut to
- 42:37Speaker 1: her being here. I mean I would get such a
- 42:39Speaker 1: sob from me, but like they didn't produce it that way.
- 42:41Speaker 1: We're like, oh, she has a sister. I don't know.
- 42:46Speaker 1: That's all I said about it, but like, your sister's
- 42:48Speaker 1: very nice. I'm happy that she's there. And then but
- 42:51Speaker 1: the thing about Pala is she's like, oh fuck, now
- 42:53Speaker 1: my sister's here. It's like I can't have like what
- 42:57Speaker 1: am I gonna do? Like there's two nightmare options. We
- 43:01Speaker 1: think that she's going to say this, I don't want
- 43:03Speaker 1: to send my family back if I decide to not
- 43:07Speaker 1: get married, and then them have to be like, yeah,
- 43:11Speaker 1: she didn't get married. We all went out there to
- 43:14Speaker 1: see a wedding, but it didn't happen. She didn't get married.
- 43:16Speaker 1: But that's not what Paula says. She says she doesn't
- 43:19Speaker 1: want her family going back there, thinking that she is
- 43:23Speaker 1: so desperate to get married or get married to Agringo
- 43:27Speaker 1: that she is settling for a Thomas Like that's kind
- 43:32Speaker 1: of the inference that she makes, which when she says
- 43:36Speaker 1: that I clock now, I don't want to be in
- 43:42Speaker 1: the streets for you, telling you all your business. But
- 43:45Speaker 1: people are saying that on her Instagram shittles she's back
- 43:48Speaker 1: in Brazil and my looks like she is. She's literally
- 43:50Speaker 1: tagging Brazil, like Brazilian locations and like seeing plays in
- 43:54Speaker 1: Brazil's I'm not saying that you can't go back and forth,
- 43:57Speaker 1: but she's definitely not here in America. She's definitely not
- 44:00Speaker 1: in the LBC and even southern California nowhere near me,
- 44:02Speaker 1: Chris Bara, I'm you know, adjacent. So her second dress
- 44:11Speaker 1: is such a winner. It's this like mermaid dress with
- 44:13Speaker 1: like a sparkle accouterments, kind of like the next situation.
- 44:19Speaker 1: It's really beautiful. I think it does her really a
- 44:21Speaker 1: lot of like body yaddi yaddi highlighting, and I think
- 44:24Speaker 1: it's lovely. So then Thomas meets up with his friend
- 44:28Speaker 1: Xavier and like a workout area on the beach. Now,
- 44:33Speaker 1: Xavier looks interesting. Who is Thomas? Who are you? Like?
- 44:41Speaker 1: You're a beginner volleyball player, game er, maybe yogi, frugal guy.
- 44:50Speaker 1: For some reason, they work out at the park, and
- 44:53Speaker 1: I think it's because this was a free area to film,
- 44:55Speaker 1: because it's outdoors. And that's my only idea, because there's
- 44:58Speaker 1: no way any of the movement Savior is doing on
- 45:01Speaker 1: this equipment has ever been done by him before. He
- 45:05Speaker 1: doesn't feel familiar to any of it. He like tries
- 45:08Speaker 1: to do one little push up on the bar, honey,
- 45:10Speaker 1: and it's just one and done. He is obviously not
- 45:13Speaker 1: someone who works out there. At least I'm not saying
- 45:16Speaker 1: he doesn't like move I feel like maybe he does soccer,
- 45:18Speaker 1: how many I don't know. All I'm saying is all
- 45:20Speaker 1: of the working out that they're doing, like you know,
- 45:23Speaker 1: with these kind of park training benches. You know what
- 45:30Speaker 1: I'm saying, Honey, you see him, I don't like and
- 45:33Speaker 1: I think they're cool. Like yeah, I love it when
- 45:35Speaker 1: cities are like get some free exercise in this will
- 45:40Speaker 1: be a public area and you can come here and
- 45:43Speaker 1: like move these bars around and there's some resistance, surely,
- 45:47Speaker 1: but it's just interesting how we're supposed to believe like
- 45:50Speaker 1: these two dudes do this a lot, and very much
- 45:52Speaker 1: like Xaviors. This is his first time. They like talk
- 45:57Speaker 1: kind of awkwardly, like at first about the weather and
- 46:00Speaker 1: stuff like that. Xavier has one of those like earhole
- 46:02Speaker 1: things you know, that feels like I don't know, it
- 46:05Speaker 1: does certainly feels like nineties to me, or two thousands,
- 46:09Speaker 1: early two thousands. This is the episode of people doing
- 46:15Speaker 1: things that last goddamn minutes. So Thomas like, yeah, I
- 46:18Speaker 1: still have to get a videographer and a photographer. They're like,
- 46:20Speaker 1: you do Jesus is okay? So Xavier is like, well,
- 46:30Speaker 1: what's happening between you and Paula? Because you know she's
- 46:33Speaker 1: with her parents right now and in her mind we
- 46:35Speaker 1: can hear like, you know, her absolute cold feet thoughts.
- 46:44Speaker 1: What what do you call it? I'm getting cold feet? Yeah,
- 46:48Speaker 1: she's having them? Are you having them? And the answer
- 46:50Speaker 1: is Thomas is He's like or just the last two
- 46:53Speaker 1: weeks have been really bad. Her spending has been out
- 46:56Speaker 1: of control. She spent nine hundred dollars on a bunch
- 46:58Speaker 1: of mister and missus stuff. I mean, I'm frugal. I
- 47:01Speaker 1: don't like spending money. I want to know what she's
- 47:03Speaker 1: spent money on. Like I hate to say this, my
- 47:05Speaker 1: first thought was, Oh, did she buy like those hangers
- 47:08Speaker 1: and stuff like that? Like did she just get a
- 47:09Speaker 1: bunch of things embroidered? Here's the thing, Surely, I do
- 47:13Speaker 1: feel like she likes to spend money, and I feel
- 47:14Speaker 1: like she's unhappy. So I wonder if she's trying to
- 47:17Speaker 1: live in the fantasy that the universe is giving her,
- 47:19Speaker 1: that the miniature is you know, made for her, that
- 47:21Speaker 1: she's about to be a beautiful, beautiful white bride, sorry,
- 47:24Speaker 1: white being, you know, in a white dress, you know,
- 47:26Speaker 1: like she could. I feel like there's a lot of
- 47:28Speaker 1: like little girls that have like the white dress bride fantasy,
- 47:32Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, And we'll do whatever it
- 47:34Speaker 1: takes to get there, just like there's a lot of
- 47:36Speaker 1: girls that have that I want to be a mommy fantasy,
- 47:38Speaker 1: and we'll do whatever it takes to be there, just
- 47:39Speaker 1: like there's a lot of gross dudes that have, you know,
- 47:43Speaker 1: like I want to be you know, the you know,
- 47:47Speaker 1: the Elon musk of biohacking, you know, whatnot, and like
- 47:50Speaker 1: trying to get there and like selling things online whatever.
- 47:53Speaker 1: There's a lot of end goals that people feel like
- 47:58Speaker 1: justify the means, and also their end goals are shitty,
- 48:03Speaker 1: but they're shitty, so their goals are shitty, you know. Okay,
- 48:08Speaker 1: so he says it's her way or the highway, and yeah,
- 48:14Speaker 1: like she he savior is like, yeah, Thomas feels like
- 48:19Speaker 1: Paula just makes fun of him and it's like it
- 48:21Speaker 1: has a sarcastic tone and doesn't take him seriously. And
- 48:24Speaker 1: we know that Paala doesn't take him seriously because she
- 48:26Speaker 1: thinks every part of him is annoying, and he, instead
- 48:30Speaker 1: of seemingly trying to compromise with her, is upset that
- 48:41Speaker 1: she isn't just allowing him to be an allergic person.
- 48:47Speaker 1: Like that's why I'm like, okay, why not just take
- 48:50Speaker 1: us to a doctor. Take us to a doctor right now,
- 48:52Speaker 1: take them to take us to his allergist, and then
- 48:54Speaker 1: you need to have his allergists be like, he can't
- 48:57Speaker 1: get better, there's nothing on his part he can do.
- 48:59Speaker 1: You have to not have perfumes or have the autists
- 49:03Speaker 1: be like, he can go on this treatment, and then
- 49:05Speaker 1: Pala be like, Okay, do it, and then he'll be like,
- 49:07Speaker 1: I don't want it, and then minute, okay, I'm gonna
- 49:09Speaker 1: break up with you. Then you're just a lazy asshole
- 49:10Speaker 1: who wants everyone to like, you know, move the sun
- 49:13Speaker 1: for your being. But it's funny because he's like it's
- 49:17Speaker 1: her way or the highway, but she's like, I just
- 49:19Speaker 1: want to like have my smells and you're saying no smells,
- 49:23Speaker 1: and smells are in so many things because she like
- 49:26Speaker 1: wants an esthetic. You know, Pala is a girl that's
- 49:30Speaker 1: living in a fantasy in a lot of ways, not
- 49:32Speaker 1: just the pretty princess uh wedding gown, you know, bride
- 49:37Speaker 1: to be, you know, like universe manifesting she seems to
- 49:41Speaker 1: have in her mind. I am going to get married
- 49:44Speaker 1: to a gringo, live in California. I'm going to be
- 49:46Speaker 1: a vegan and gluten free, and I get to have
- 49:48Speaker 1: all those things, and I'm going to have all of
- 49:50Speaker 1: the you know, things I want, and I'm going to
- 49:55Speaker 1: manifest my perfect life because that's what's happened so far.
- 49:58Speaker 1: And if there are any red flags, I'm just to
- 50:02Speaker 1: ignore them because I have to keep on, keep on,
- 50:07Speaker 1: because everything's perfect in the fantasy and this is how
- 50:10Speaker 1: I get to what I need and what I want,
- 50:12Speaker 1: you know, And like the thing about it is power
- 50:14Speaker 1: herself is having a crisis realizing that he is now.
- 50:18Speaker 1: I feel like she's given her the ick in some way.
- 50:24Speaker 1: But they've never been super sexual, like I have never
- 50:28Speaker 1: felt their sexual kim, So I feel like there was
- 50:32Speaker 1: a part of Palla that always knew that she was settling,
- 50:35Speaker 1: but there wasn't like a full on relationship that made sense.
- 50:39Speaker 1: And then I also feel like Thomas should know that too.
- 50:44Speaker 1: He's like, I don't want to put my mortgage in
- 50:45Speaker 1: her name or like okay, well, okay. That ends part
- 50:51Speaker 1: one of this mega recap. Thank you guys so much
- 50:54Speaker 1: for listening. I really appreciated. Please give me five stars.

- 51:22Speaker 1: our asses in gear. If you haven't yet joined me,
- 51:25Speaker 1: as I just like write the ship, honey, you know
- 51:28Speaker 1: what I'm saying. I don't know if you feel that way.
- 51:30Speaker 1: I feel like I have to write my ship constantly.
- 51:32Speaker 1: I'm never just going straight, and you know, it's just
- 51:34Speaker 1: a constant kind of like tweaking back and forth. And
- 51:36Speaker 1: at this point it's been a whole reversal direction because
- 51:40Speaker 1: not direction, but I have to kind of get back into,
- 51:44Speaker 1: you know, a good rhythm, and I think that like
- 51:47Speaker 1: aligns with kind of what happens when we get back
- 51:50Speaker 1: to school, kind of feelings or just what life is, honey.
- 51:55Speaker 1: So yeah, let's do it if you want together and
- 51:58Speaker 1: get on to part two, and then we'll breathe and
- 52:01Speaker 1: enjoy our week, all right. I appreciate you guys. Nine
