Shooting in Batavia Leaves One Wounded | Dayton News
A shooting erupted in Batavia Township Thursday night, leaving a 40-year-old man with a leg wound but expected to survive. Detectives quickly zeroed in on 37-year-old Nathaniel Lee, who was captured on surveillance footage fleeing the scene in a white Honda Accord. Authorities surrounded a home on Shannon Circle, where Lee surrendered without incident. He claims the shooting resulted from a heated confrontation after the victim allegedly reached into his car, accidentally discharging his handgun. Lee also admitted to having a rifle with him.
