- 0:13Hey, thanks for supporting our channel by watching and
- 0:16listening. It ain't happening.
- 0:36We hit the ball. I promise you one thing.
- 0:38We're going to hit somebody and we're taking downfield
- 0:40protective. I guarantee you that.
- 0:42Guarantee that. Look at me.
- 0:48Let's go. Welcome back to the show
- 1:04everyone. We are live in the MBR studio
- 1:08and boy do I have some wild stories for you today.
- 1:13Hey, Buckeye. The final time out here on
- 1:22military broadcast radio and look who is back.
- 1:26Ladies and gentlemen, Caveman has returned home from Louisiana
- 1:30after a busy summer. He was calling baseball games
- 1:34for the Kane Cutters. The what was it?
- 1:38The Arcadian King Cutters? Arcadia and the King Cutters,
- 1:42the Texas Collegiate League. And he was doing a little bit
- 1:45more than just calling the baseball games.
- 1:46You were running their whole baseball operation, huh?
- 1:49Yeah. It was, it was a lot of lot of
- 1:53work. The I think the the main reason
- 1:58was just kind of. Miss miscommunication from them
- 2:01on what was really going to be expected.
- 2:04I thought I was just coming out there to call baseball games,
- 2:08but we ended up having like 10 to 15 hour days on game days and
- 2:15we had like 20. We had 25 games, 25 home games
- 2:19that we had to work during the whole two months.
- 2:22Outdoor stadium, right? So it's I.
- 2:25Mean you're calling games outside.
- 2:27Doing all of that in the summer Louisiana heat.
- 2:31I Christmas in July our theme night because we had a theme
- 2:35night that we would also have to plan for almost every single
- 2:38night. I was dressed up as Santa Claus
- 2:42for almost 4 1/2 hours. I thought that I could only
- 2:45imagine how hot I got in there. I at.
- 2:48Least it was that night, but. Well, even still like it doesn't
- 2:53really start to cool down until like maybe 11:00 at night out
- 2:57there. Yeah, I was going to say like it
- 2:58it's been it was really hot here, so I can only imagine like
- 3:02how bad it was out there and like, yeah, we it wasn't cool.
- 3:05Like even when the sun went down it just didn't get any cooler
- 3:09it. It was pretty much every day.
- 3:12It was like in the 70s to the 90s on, on the games when we
- 3:20were actually like on the field like anywhere from like the 70s
- 3:25to like the 90s and with the massive humidity rating out
- 3:32there. So we were just getting cooked
- 3:36in the heat every single game. And that like it's, it's pretty
- 3:39much Jurassic out there. Like I've.
- 3:42Never seen Roche's that big. I've never seen mosquitoes that
- 3:46big. I've never seen just bugs in
- 3:49general that big. Just like we'd be there late at
- 3:52night washing. You're not, you're not even
- 3:56going to believe we were. You know, we'd wash the laundry,
- 4:00wash the jerseys and the pants and like the warm ups after the
- 4:04games and, you know, the broadcast team and you know, we
- 4:08would, we would go and walk around the field at night, turn
- 4:12the field lights on and like, you know, walk around the
- 4:14dugout, mess around, hit the ball, like play catch and stuff
- 4:18while we wait for the laundry to finish up.
- 4:21It's like, you know, everything's locked up at night.
- 4:24We're not going to get in trouble anyways.
- 4:25It was, it would be like, you know, 1-2 in the morning
- 4:28anyways. We after getting there at 10 AM.
- 4:33Wow. So.
- 4:34That's that's insane. You did this all for for credit.
- 4:38Basically you lose an internship like you better.
- 4:42Frogs and stuff jumping around on you when you're out in the
- 4:45field that night. You deserve some good ass
- 4:48references for doing all that though, I'll say that.
- 4:52And I will say they got to get that check.
- 4:54There is like a deck out there that you.
- 4:56Have to walk across to get up back into the office from the
- 5:00field. There is a skunk that lives
- 5:03underneath that deck and it goes and hangs out and runs around on
- 5:06the field that night and it goes back under in this little home.
- 5:10And every single night that we would stay late and do the
- 5:13laundry, I, I would see it. And it was all the way back
- 5:18dating back to June 2nd when the first game was opening night.
- 5:22That's when we all saw the skunk out in right field.
- 5:26And he was there the whole season.
- 5:27The entire summer. He was like the unofficial
- 5:30mascot. Yeah, but besides.
- 5:32Eddie the cane cutter. You got to give Eddie the cane
- 5:34cutter some props because the guys, Owen, Owen and EJ, the
- 5:41guys that dressed up in that costume in that heat for all
- 5:45those until pretty much the 7th inning stretch is when they
- 5:48would be able to get out of the costume.
- 5:50So they're pretty much the hottest times of the game.
- 5:53You're wearing a mascot suit out there.
- 5:55So props to all the mascots around the TCL because every
- 5:59team had one and every team was just a weird.
- 6:02There was the the Rougarou, which is like a, you know, like
- 6:06a Cajun werewolf kind of, you know, it's like the boogeyman
- 6:10kind of thing. You know, it's like a folklore
- 6:13thing, but it's like a Louisiana.
- 6:17But it, it's like a, it's a werewolf.
- 6:20That was Baton Rouge, Baton Rouge, Rougarou, Lake Charles,
- 6:24Gumbo Gators. That's a great name.
- 6:26That was a fantastic name. Oh yeah, gumbo with the EAUX.
- 6:30At the end as well. Got to have that.
- 6:33They were in. They were in Lake Charles, LA,
- 6:35They were San Antonio. They were the River Monsters.
- 6:38I don't even know what their mascot looked like.
- 6:42The Abilene Flying bison, who had the cleanest uniforms in the
- 6:48entire league, Best uniforms in the whole league.
- 6:52All right. And now, yeah, that was there.
- 6:57Yeah. There's Sherman, the Sherman
- 6:58Shadow Cats. Shadow cats.
- 7:02I like that. That's cool.
- 7:03That was the one team that we literally never played the
- 7:06entire time and that was all. That's all the teams.
- 7:08How many, how many games was it that in the season it's 50,
- 7:12right? Yep, plus the IT was like 50
- 7:17plus a lot of them got rained out so some teams were under 50.
- 7:21Just that like southern weather. No, I mean, dude, there's some
- 7:27hits like you, you hit a ball deep out there in Colorado.
- 7:33The air's so thin that ball is going to like travel farther.
- 7:36Or maybe if you have an aluminum bat, it'll it'll travel a little
- 7:39bit farther. This is a wood bat league.
- 7:43They had. They just had.
- 7:46In in the Gulf Gulf, thick gulf air with heavy winds like the
- 7:51ball just died. It was just a gap hitting
- 7:55league. Like if you were.
- 7:56Consistent enough to just like find the gap every time.
- 8:01But like, you knew how to just get up in that bat.
- 8:03If you knew how to add a how to have a productive at bat every
- 8:07single time and just get on base, you were you were one of
- 8:11the best players. Yeah.
- 8:12That's got to be tough to hit in that in that area.
- 8:16So was it like did you see just a crazy low amount of like home
- 8:20runs? There was.
- 8:22Game and just on the season in general.
- 8:25At at Faubacher Field where the the cane cutters for our home
- 8:30games, out of 25 there was five home runs and two of them where
- 8:37are where the cane cutters. Wow.
- 8:41So yeah, being able to find that gap and get on base that's.
- 8:46And it was small ball too, base running.
- 8:48In the pretty much the whole season, the cane cutters were
- 8:52the number one team hitting and in base running.
- 8:56Not so much in the second-half of the season because they took
- 8:59such a big dip. We lost a lot of our Division
- 9:04One talent because they were getting ready to play in their
- 9:07like fall season in college baseball.
- 9:09I. See.
- 9:11A lot of guys on our team from UTSA, Pat Hallmark, the head
- 9:16coach at UTSA, his son Christian Hallmark was our center fielder
- 9:21for the first half of the season.
- 9:23And I mean, just like an incredible lead off man.
- 9:26I've really never seen anyone that I was just that good.
- 9:30Like as a lead off guy. He always had like A5 to like
- 9:35seven pitch at bat. You everybody's knew the timing
- 9:40and they were able to start the base running early.
- 9:44Like we had the. First half of the season, it
- 9:46looks like it's just a well oiled machine and all those guys
- 9:50had to leave, like Cooper Markel had to leave, Parker Gwynn had
- 9:54to leave. I mean, we lost like everybody.
- 9:58We just had Aidan Eshleman for the second-half of the season.
- 10:01He was player of the year. Oh.
- 10:03That's nice. OK.
- 10:04The most consistent guy. Also a UTSA shortstop.
- 10:09You'll have to check out some college baseball.
- 10:11Have to see if any of the guys are playing.
- 10:14There was this dude, he was 19 years old and he was like 6 five
- 10:18and like 220 right-handed pitcher.
- 10:21Also went to UTSA. He was a freshman.
- 10:24He was going into his sophomore year of college.
- 10:27He's 19 years old and you know, he looks like an NFL wide
- 10:30receiver. I'm like, dude, I look 19, You
- 10:32look 23. That's crazy man.
- 10:38So I if I remember correctly it was I did my best to keep up
- 10:42with the team. They did make the play offs but
- 10:45they lost in their their first series correct?
- 10:48Yeah, we got swept by the Gumbo Gators.
- 10:52I kind of like that rivalry because former LSU Tigers
- 10:58pitcher Ronnie Rance is the owner of the Baton Rouge Rouge
- 11:04Rouge and the Lake Charles Gumbo Gators.
- 11:07So. The Gumbo Gators playing at
- 11:10McNeese, it's a little bit easier for them to get interns
- 11:15because, you know, they don't really have to leave their
- 11:17campus to do this internship. Like, they're not really going
- 11:21like, too far to really do it. And there's like a lot more
- 11:24local people are willing to, you know, show up and like at a
- 11:30better facility with a lot better, a lot better, like just
- 11:34in general. They did.
- 11:36They spent. Their NIL money on the
- 11:38facilities upgrade on their dynasty for sure in their in
- 11:42their college football dynasty. But shout out to Amir Khan.
- 11:46He was a nice guy. Connor actually ran into him
- 11:50because he transferred. He's actually at LSU now.
- 11:52Oh, he went to LSU. Connor's studying journalism
- 11:55over there. Shout out to my boy Connor
- 11:57Donnelly. One of the one of the best, if I
- 12:00had any, any poll on a broadcast booth.
- 12:04There's any way to make that possible.
- 12:06It's got to be ought to be the two of us and Connor and
- 12:09Jonathan. You got to meet those guys.
- 12:12Well, we got to have them on because him and his friend have
- 12:14a podcast. Great dudes out there.
- 12:19I mean, Amir Khan was pretty chill, really nice guy.
- 12:23His, his younger brother, I think, was interning with the
- 12:26Gumbo Gators. Like there was a guy going up to
- 12:29the press box that just looked exactly like him.
- 12:32So I pretty there's like, there's no other reason that
- 12:35Aamir Khan would be at this random, like, college summer
- 12:39baseball game. In the.
- 12:41Middle of Lake Charles, LA. Maybe he just loves collegiate
- 12:44League Baseball. He could, you know, the baseball
- 12:47guy, you love it. They're one of our fans.
- 12:50This dude, I named him the the Siren.
- 12:53'Cause he had, he had one of those things you turn the little
- 12:56wheel and it's. Just like a train horn almost,
- 12:59you could hear him in the background of like every video
- 13:02that like our every reel that we would make of our broadcast
- 13:07because. He was at every single game and
- 13:10he's a big fan of just like minor league sports.
- 13:12In general, he would always post on his Instagram just like
- 13:17randomly. His favorite college right now
- 13:20is UAB. It's just like, you know, like
- 13:23random schools like. He likes the he likes the the
- 13:26Little League, the smaller leagues, the less known guys.
- 13:30There's a there was a hockey team that used to play in
- 13:33Louisiana that was in like a small independent Hockey League.
- 13:38It was like the ice skaters or something.
- 13:40Ice. Skaters.
- 13:41With pretty sick colorway, I can't even lie.
- 13:44It was like a nice black and and green colorway.
- 13:48It was like way, just way back, like before we were even alive.
- 13:52Like baseball team that was just like you'd you'd never even hear
- 13:57of. But this guy's just a fan of
- 13:59them and randomly posts their logo and just like talks about
- 14:01going to their games when he was younger.
- 14:04It's the small town vibe of it too was really awesome.
- 14:08So yeah, they lost in the first round.
- 14:12An unfortunate, unfortunate way to go.
- 14:14The rivalries are brewing though.
- 14:16The cane cutters got got a wake up call in that first round.
- 14:20There seemed to be like a good amount of like passion that fans
- 14:22just around the the the league 'cause I was I would see like I
- 14:26would check the Facebook from time to time and like I would, I
- 14:29would just see people are like a good amount of people arguing in
- 14:33the comments and talking trash to.
- 14:34Each other all the there was a, there was a.
- 14:37Moment on our broadcast, it's like it's water under the
- 14:41bridge. Like I'm not even upset about
- 14:43this at all. Well, one of the a few of the
- 14:46gumbo. Gators interns had a little bit
- 14:48too much to drink at our game at the final broadcast.
- 14:54So during the 7th inning, while Connor's doing play by play,
- 14:58they're on field. MC guy who came out and
- 15:01introduced them. Lake Charles team also had a
- 15:04cheerleading team. The Gator girls, of course,
- 15:07obviously had to be named the Gator girls.
- 15:10No, no other name could fit, but he comes over to our broadcast
- 15:16after having a couple margaritas and, you know, a couple of our
- 15:20moonshines. Walks up to Connor.
- 15:24You could hear him clear as day on our broadcast goes.
- 15:27This is live on TCLTV. And Connor was just like, yeah.
- 15:33And then I guess that was a mistake.
- 15:35Because he goes, that's what you call the home field advantage in
- 15:39Lafayette, LA. Go ahead and tell all the
- 15:42listeners that he ran away. He like, ran away like a little
- 15:46kid. Like he just like got away.
- 15:48It was. It was honestly.
- 15:49Really funny to me, but we he didn't even end up getting in
- 15:56trouble or anything, but it was funny.
- 15:59Like in the end of the day, he just came and had fun.
- 16:03After a really long season. They made it to the Championship
- 16:06against the really dominant Victoria Generals team who had
- 16:10coach of the year Michael Oros, who was, I mean, there was like
- 16:16there was just a coin to bromance around the league
- 16:19between the King Cutters manager Darian Dukes and and Michael
- 16:23Oros of the Victoria Generals. They were just best friends.
- 16:27Every, every plate meeting was like 10 minutes long.
- 16:31Every game against the generals, we're starting late.
- 16:34We're supposed to start at 7:00. It's like 710 and we're
- 16:38finishing the freaking national anthem because they won't finish
- 16:42up their plate. Meeting I mean.
- 16:45I got a nice jersey though at the end end of the season some
- 16:48bats, so it's going to be they got some nice memories to take
- 16:54away from that summer and the best food in the world.
- 16:57Hands down. That's the best place to be if
- 17:01you want food. I got a list in my notes so
- 17:06anyone interested in you're. Going out to Louisiana.
- 17:09Oh yeah. Yeah.
- 17:10What was like your favorite thing you had out there?
- 17:14So favorite restaurant I would. Say, or just like Cajun food in
- 17:20general, Louisiana food was prejean's.
- 17:25That place was like right by where the field was.
- 17:29Best food ever, not that expensive.
- 17:34Best thing I tried was probably the boudin.
- 17:38I didn't. Expect to like that because it's
- 17:41really like, it's crawfish, it's pork, it's rice, it's.
- 17:48Like everything that you could think of put inside of of a
- 17:52sausage casing or it's either like in a ball and it's deep
- 17:57fried with like cheese in the middle.
- 17:59But it is like the most amazing. If you go down there, you got to
- 18:05try First off the chicken cracklins and you can get that.
- 18:09You can really get food anywhere.
- 18:11You can go into gas stations, number one place, crowd sponsor
- 18:15the cane cutters, grab and go. And of course it's grab and go
- 18:19GEAUX. Like everything has to be like
- 18:23that in Louisiana. It's like that out there.
- 18:26But that place, you could go in there and just get food at a gas
- 18:30station. If it looks like it should have
- 18:33been closed down 20 years ago. It's got the best.
- 18:37You're going to go in there and get the best shrimp po boy that
- 18:40you've had, or just like a catfish po boy, random random
- 18:44fried catfish po boy. I worked at this place for a
- 18:48little bit. I couldn't really work too much
- 18:51because we were at the field so much, but it was like a
- 18:53rotisserie place, so they had like blackened chicken.
- 18:57Ribs. Salmon.
- 18:59The corn grits, Oh my God, those, those were like the, I
- 19:05don't really, even really like corn that much, but that was
- 19:08just delicious. So who ended up winning the the
- 19:11Texas Collegiate League? Was it Vic?
- 19:14It was the generals, yeah, Victoria generals won it.
- 19:17They were just destroying everybody the entire year.
- 19:22Well coached. Number one team the whole
- 19:24season. Dude wasn't even close.
- 19:27Any standout players? They had they had a lot of
- 19:33former players get drafted. They really just.
- 19:38Maintained their entire roster the entire season.
- 19:45I forget the I forget that dude's name that pitched against
- 19:50us, but he he went 8 innings against the Cane Cutters in game
- 19:56two of the playoffs and. He destroyed he.
- 20:03I mean it just. Like if you're a pitching coach
- 20:06or if you are interested at all in like like baseball and you
- 20:10know, like pitching matchups and you know, you like the mentality
- 20:14of like, you know what pitch you're going to throw next.
- 20:18And you know, taking every at bat like differently because you
- 20:23know, maybe if you your first pitch is a fastball and he
- 20:27swings a little bit late on any kind of speed him up a bit or
- 20:30he's a bit early on the fastball and you know, speed him up.
- 20:34Maybe your next pitch might be a change up.
- 20:36They're kind of you know, he might still mess up his timing
- 20:40and get up in the count early. You're already up 2O on strikes.
- 20:44But if you're interested in that, that dude's performance in
- 20:48that game too of the playoff series, just show any pitcher
- 20:53that and he you just attack the zone, throw strikes.
- 20:59You can't be afraid of the ball because anyway, if they hit it
- 21:05right back at you, best. Case scenarios you might just
- 21:08catch it you. Got to throw.
- 21:11Strikes because 7 out of 10 batters get out even the best
- 21:15hitters. 7 out of 10 of the best hitters get out in baseball.
- 21:21That is just a fact. You got to throw strikes.
- 21:25You might get a crappy ground ball, you might get something in
- 21:29the field fly out. You might be like a feet a ball
- 21:34in the field. Nothing better than that and the
- 21:38best pitch in baseball is is easily strike one.
- 21:41Nice. All right, we're going to go
- 21:44ahead and hit our first music break.
- 21:46Caveman, I'm stoked to have you back.
- 21:49When we come back, we're going to just talk, jump into talking
- 21:52some sports, may might do some more mock drafts lay there as
- 21:56well. So stay tuned for that.
- 21:58You're watching the final TIME out Q&A edition.
- 22:04Welcome to Military Broadcast Radio.
- 22:06Every view, every listener and every share helps our mission.
- 22:09Every donation helps keep military broadcast on the air.
- 22:13Every donation makes a difference.
- 22:15Thank you for your support. MV Radio dot US.
- 22:18Yeah, yeah. All right.
- 22:22Well, we're back after a very quick intermission, the
- 22:28triumphant return of our very own caveman back from Louisiana,
- 22:34and it's time with the King Cutters.
- 22:38Sounds like it was a really cool opportunity, and I'm glad that
- 22:42you had a lot of fun out there doing that.
- 22:45Learned a lot. We're going to jump into some
- 22:47other sports now. We have Week 0 of the college
- 22:52football season get underway and we had some pretty good
- 23:00matchups, some really fun games. How about Virginia?
- 23:07Yeah, I was going to say. They looked great.
- 23:10That Bo Privula kid on on Virginia was pretty nasty in
- 23:15this one. The dual thread ability right
- 23:17there, yeah. I wasn't sure how he was going
- 23:19to. They're flowing.
- 23:21He was going to look replacing Chandler Morris, but he didn't
- 23:27really throw it a lot. So I'm that's why I like my
- 23:30thing with these great like rushing quarterbacks is I'm
- 23:32always like, what's going to happen when they get into a game
- 23:34and they need him to throw the football more.
- 23:37But you know, that defense was really dominant.
- 23:40They just controlled a lot of the game.
- 23:42So I mean, there's a good chance maybe he won't need to be
- 23:45slinging to the round and he's dangerous with his legs. 110
- 23:49yards on the ground, 2 total touchdowns.
- 23:51They're in an interesting window right now where if they really
- 23:56keep playing like this, if their defense comes out like they did,
- 24:00only eight points allowed in this game.
- 24:03And I mean that CJ Bailey kid from from NC State came into the
- 24:10season pretty hyped up one of the.
- 24:13Upperclassmen now. He's a junior now, yeah.
- 24:15I believe. A lot.
- 24:16Their QB last year, too, I, I thought he was going to be,
- 24:21yeah, I thought, you know, NC State was going to be one of the
- 24:24better offenses in the ACC and yeah, they just got absolutely
- 24:29shut down. They're in a weird window where
- 24:32they could, if they keep playing like this, Virginia could come
- 24:36out. You're.
- 24:39Live on military broadcast radio.
- 24:42All right, well, we had the caller and they got scared.
- 24:45They got they got a little shy. Dang, call back in.
- 24:50Call back in. Please do call.
- 24:53It's kind of a freestyle show today.
- 24:54I didn't know Cayman was going to be here.
- 24:56And also I flew back in from New Jersey, so I was just going to
- 25:00try to answer questions. I'm getting surprised
- 25:02everywhere. Surprise.
- 25:04Come on. Call back in.
- 25:07Darian. Mensa is, is really is really
- 25:12probably I'd say one of the one of the best quarterbacks in the
- 25:16ACC on Duke. I don't know.
- 25:19Well, remember, he transferred to Miami.
- 25:22Oh my gosh, he did. He's on Miami now.
- 25:26Yeah. So that's they still have a lot
- 25:28of weapons, but dude, Virginia really knocking on the door
- 25:33early in this season. I mean, there's not really a lot
- 25:35of other teams to compete with in the ACCI.
- 25:39Wouldn't be surprised if Clemson is good again.
- 25:42That's also true. And you know what?
- 25:44Florida State showing a little bit of a revival.
- 25:48Let's talk about this match up here.
- 25:52Look, the Aggies, I'll say they should be a team on your radar
- 25:57in the central USA. They could definitely win it.
- 26:02You know, Trey, Trey Hendon didn't get a whole lot of
- 26:05support from his run game. They really put a lot on his arm
- 26:09and I think overall he played pretty well.
- 26:13Ashton Daniels is filling the the place of Tommy Castellanos,
- 26:19who transferred out away from FSU.
- 26:22But yeah, the Sentinels, they're looking good on the on the
- 26:27defensive side of the ball. They ran the ball really well.
- 26:32They've got a a pretty serviceable quarterback.
- 26:36We'll see. You know, they've really
- 26:38underperformed the past two seasons.
- 26:41I know they're they're desperate to be in competition for the ACC
- 26:49this year. Like Ashton Daniels, like first,
- 26:52you know, big time start. Didn't play too bad.
- 26:56I mean, they they really have another team with a chance.
- 27:02They keep running the ball like that.
- 27:04They're really able to lean on their run game. 2 Sam Singleton
- 27:09It's a three like a backfield by committee.
- 27:12It's really looks like any of these guys could go off at any
- 27:15game. Any game it was.
- 27:18Like Chroma was just getting them.
- 27:20Had the best average 8.2 yards a carry running 1115 on 14
- 27:27carries. But you've got Singleton wise
- 27:29there at Daniels has a little bit of that dual thread ability.
- 27:32He had the rushing touchdown 217 and three TDs as a team.
- 27:38Yeah, they've got, you know, we'll see how the passing game
- 27:42develops. It's obviously it's you know,
- 27:44it's the first week of the season and I think, you know,
- 27:49the Aggies were they were playing this pretty close.
- 27:52They really had a good shot. They were within, they were
- 27:59within like a touchdown at one point and then they they kind of
- 28:07turned the ball over on downs and FSU just got behind that
- 28:12offensive line. You could just really tell like
- 28:16the offensive coordinator, he, he knew he had that the defense
- 28:19on the rope and they were able to punch it in, make it a 2
- 28:23score game again. And at that point it just got
- 28:29very difficult for the Aggies to to close the gap and they ended
- 28:33up losing 34 to 17. But taking a look at the rest of
- 28:38their schedule, I mean, they got bounced back game against
- 28:42Mercyhurst. Hawaii will probably be a a bit
- 28:46of a challenge. That's it's in Hawaii.
- 28:48I do think that the Rainbow Warriors could be decent this
- 28:51year. They sort of disappointed me
- 28:53against Stanford, but very winnable games.
- 28:58I mean, they're they don't have too tough of a a schedule until
- 29:03they get to the the later half. And then they're definitely
- 29:06going to have to play some of the better teams in the CUSA
- 29:09like Jack State, Liberty, MO State, Delaware.
- 29:13But I mean, they could go into that stretch potentially being,
- 29:17you know, like 6 and 1, five and two, something like that.
- 29:23So I think that they're, they were projected as one of the
- 29:28favorites in the CUSA and I think that this this showing
- 29:31proved that they could definitely win that conference
- 29:34still. UNLV kind of fell off here,
- 29:41fortunately. They.
- 29:43Got Jackson Arnold now? He looks good quarterback.
- 29:47This was definitely the best game of the weekend.
- 29:51It was, it was really close. It was back and forth.
- 29:56When you look at that fourteen to seven at half time, Memphis
- 30:01comes out the half. 17 points out the gate.
- 30:06Dude, it was this Memphis defensive pass rush was filthy.
- 30:10I mean, they were, especially in the second-half.
- 30:14They were all over Jackson Arnold.
- 30:18I mean, he barely had time to even complete his drop back and
- 30:22then he was just getting sworn. I mean, you see it says he has
- 30:2521 carries in this game, but that's just 'cause they count
- 30:29like a sack as a negative rush of 10.
- 30:32So that was just part of all the all the times he was getting
- 30:37sacked. I think Memphis as a team, yeah,
- 30:396 sacks. The guys to really watch for
- 30:43Elijah kinsner #15 and where is what was his name?
- 30:50Jomon's tap #14 those two were it felt like in on every play.
- 30:57I mean Kinsler had 2 1/2 sacks in this one.
- 31:02Tap got one as well. They both have a couple of TFLSI
- 31:06mean they were I like they were either bringing the quarterback
- 31:10down or influencing his movement in the pocket.
- 31:17I do, I think UNLV, they're going to have to figure
- 31:20something out, something out up front.
- 31:23That was a huge problem for them in this game was the pass rush.
- 31:28But besides that, I mean, this is a really explosive team.
- 31:32I mean, a lot of their like if they can sustain drives better,
- 31:38they're going to be a very tough team to stop.
- 31:40I mean, there isn't a whole lot of competition with Boise, San
- 31:44Diego State gone out of the Mountain West.
- 31:47It's still very winnable for the Rebels, but they can't just rely
- 31:51on explosiveness. This was the game I got to watch
- 31:55that the most of over the weekend.
- 31:58And let me tell like the rebels were in 3rd and 10 or longer,
- 32:05like 11 times the their inability to stay on schedule,
- 32:11stay ahead of the chains, like buried them.
- 32:15You know, like, that's why you get a guy like Jackson Arnold,
- 32:18you know, like, you know, in those moments is where he kind
- 32:21of didn't, he didn't play as the greatest.
- 32:24I mean, 2 touchdowns, 291 yards, 25 at 37.
- 32:30I mean, it's not a not a horrible statistical game, but
- 32:34he was just getting lit up in the back in the pocket.
- 32:37Too, He was really good, but it was they just couldn't really
- 32:42run the ball with a whole lot of success.
- 32:44And then yeah, that Memphis just has a sick pass rush and they
- 32:48just started teeing off on them, especially once they got up like
- 32:52and took the lead again. Yeah, it was it was open season
- 32:59on him. But yeah, I mean, when you're in
- 33:02you have, it might have even been 12, but when you have
- 33:05double digit third and 10. Yeah, that's just.
- 33:10Tries in the game like that's just or longer you're just.
- 33:15It's only OK if you're getting them.
- 33:18And they, they really weren't they, they put like the only
- 33:21reason they had these 21 points is their, their ability for to
- 33:24be explosive. I mean, Arnold had a 54 yard run
- 33:27in this one that did lead to a drop a touchdown later and then
- 33:33had a. 44 Yarder. Yeah, they were able to hit.
- 33:37They were able to hit some, some passes down the field.
- 33:43It just wasn't, you know, they weren't able to really sustain
- 33:47and drive. It wasn't like there wasn't
- 33:48really a long drive that resulted in them, you know,
- 33:53getting in a goal to goal opportunity and scoring that
- 33:55way. And it's like, yeah, dude, the
- 33:56explosive plays, they're fun to watch.
- 33:59They fire the team up. But you know, if that's what
- 34:03your offense is living and dying on, you're going to be hard
- 34:06pressed to to win the game. And and Memphis second-half was
- 34:11able to lean on the running game, more ball control and then
- 34:16like that defense was just fired up and flying around out there
- 34:21in the second-half. They're going to be good.
- 34:23They're the rest of the American Conference.
- 34:26Look out the Memphis Tigers. Look.
- 34:29Something this year, really. Good.
- 34:31They got the the coach. He was at Southern Miss last
- 34:34year. I'm blanking on his day and he
- 34:36was fired up after this win. He straight up fell to the
- 34:40ground trying to do a a shoulder bump with his play.
- 34:43His player. Yeah, that's the that's the
- 34:48mentality you need. I mean, last year they had that,
- 34:51they had a video every time they won a game.
- 34:54They would just like break a a stone in the locker room with
- 34:57that team's, like, logo engraved into it.
- 35:01I mean, keep doing stuff like that.
- 35:03You keep bringing that winning, winning mentality to your in
- 35:07your locker room, man. You know you'll get the guys
- 35:10ready to play. I mean, there's not, there's not
- 35:13too much competition in the American.
- 35:16There's not too many. Teams I got to worry about.
- 35:19Yeah, I do think it's probably the best Group of 6 conference.
- 35:24But Memphis looks like they could be a real powerhouse in
- 35:27there. I thought if I remember
- 35:31correctly, I don't think they got too crazy of a schedule,
- 35:34just in terms of who they got to play in in there, I mean.
- 35:38Tulane be a tough game at Tulane.
- 35:41Yeah, at Boise, at Tulane, those could be some.
- 35:44Florida. Some 12 ones Florida South Navy.
- 35:48All right, that's decent schedule.
- 35:50It really depends on how those those.
- 35:52Guys, schedules work you. Know they get Army at home.
- 35:55Army is going to probably be good.
- 35:57I don't think they'll be they'll struggle as much as they did
- 35:59last year, but I mean, this was already, this is probably in the
- 36:03top five of their hardest games and and it was a road game as
- 36:06well. This'll be it.
- 36:09I mean, this could be a A-Team to watch in the playoff push
- 36:12here. I mean, no, no one from a power
- 36:17conference, power 4 conference, but all of their toughest group
- 36:21of 6 matchups are on the road. I mean, they win in the Las
- 36:25Vegas, they got this victory that you can, if you can go out,
- 36:28come out of Boise, Tulane, South Florida, Navy.
- 36:32I mean, if you can even just split those at like 2:00 and
- 36:362:00, that's, you know, it's going to be a battle tested
- 36:41team. And then like, you know, UT
- 36:43Martin, UAB, East Carolina, even Temple, I'm like they should,
- 36:50the way they play the miss catch up, I feel like they should take
- 36:52just dominate those teams. Arkansas State as well.
- 36:58I'll get a good Those are some winnable games there.
- 37:01Charlotte's a easy team to to beat.
- 37:05That this came in as big favorites in the American and
- 37:08they they played like it. This was a a gutsy Rd. win a
- 37:14couple of points where they got down and and this one and it can
- 37:19be tough when you're you're trailing on the road.
- 37:22So to be able to rally and come back and and honestly just take
- 37:26control of that game late, yeah, they just sucked the life out of
- 37:30that building. How about the newest team in the
- 37:33FBS? Look at Sacramento State.
- 37:36We got 2 new teams. Sacramento State.
- 37:39North Dakota State. Their their debut didn't go too
- 37:43well, but North Dakota State absolutely smoked Jacksonville
- 37:48State, who won the the Central USA last year and is one of the
- 37:56better team league, just better teams in that conference too.
- 37:59Like I didn't expect that, you know, like your first ever FBS
- 38:03matchup, you know, it's not like a Power 4 conference school or
- 38:07anything, but I mean, they just dominate one of the better group
- 38:10of six teams from last year. That was impressive.
- 38:15They're going to be, I mean, they're, they're an interesting
- 38:19team, man. They, they got a prostyle
- 38:21offense. I mean, they produce a lot of
- 38:23guys. That go to the NFL.
- 38:26They were probably the most FC or like FBS ready FCS team for a
- 38:33while. Like they could have probably
- 38:34been playing at an FBS level earlier.
- 38:37A long time ago, they bring in the recruits to to do it.
- 38:41Yeah, I mean, nothing crazy from the quarterback position, but
- 38:47it's a team that loves to run the football.
- 38:50Very Smash Mouth for the four carries.
- 38:54A lot of different ball carriers in this one. 209 yards.
- 38:58The defense was flying around. Let's see, they had three sacks
- 39:02in this one. 5 TFLS. They get got in the backfield, I
- 39:08mean the game. The defensive touchdown.
- 39:14Yeah. Blake Schlitz.
- 39:16Look, I have to pick 6. Oh, pick six.
- 39:19Oh man, I mean, they what's their schedule look like?
- 39:23Do they do they play anyone that they could really get a huge
- 39:27upset on? They're in the the Mountain
- 39:30West, so I wouldn't be surprised if they win the Mountain West
- 39:33and now they're like. Fordham Air Force, Sacramento
- 39:37State. The the rules have changed so
- 39:38they they can win like their conference, they can qualify for
- 39:42a bowl game or the playoff even. There's a there's a good chance,
- 39:46I mean. They can start 6 and O right
- 39:49here going into Nevada. This is right there, this is the
- 39:53game. I think this could be the
- 39:57determinate, like the determining factor on who wins
- 40:00the Mountain West 'cause I think especially from what I've seen,
- 40:04like Air Force will be a tough one on the road in New Mexico.
- 40:10It's always tough to go to Hawaii.
- 40:12That just the very that's a. The time zone differences can be
- 40:16different, but if those are matchups, I think that they can
- 40:21still win. So I mean, we're looking at you.
- 40:28You beat UNLV, or at least keep it really close, and then at the
- 40:35end of the season you get another shot at them.
- 40:38You know what? I wouldn't be.
- 40:41That's my my bold prediction is that the Bison could can make
- 40:45the College Football Playoff. Give me give me North Dakota
- 40:48State undefeated season from looking at this schedule.
- 40:52That's what I'll that's what I'm going to predict right here.
- 40:55This this is all all winnable games right here.
- 41:00Like just looking at it right now after UNL VS game, they kind
- 41:05of choked the lead away, made some mistakes there.
- 41:08The second-half of the game. It's never what you want to do
- 41:11that still on the road. Tough game, but it kind of seems
- 41:18like they got a shot after how how we have Week 0 turned out
- 41:22for. Like I'm just saying after UNLV
- 41:25played, like I have a lot of concerns about that offensive
- 41:28line and how they're going to look for the rest of the season.
- 41:34That's something we're going to both keep an eye on.
- 41:38I had some higher hopes for Hawaii.
- 41:39I thought they did a good job of returning some talent.
- 41:42They were, you know, had a really good season last year.
- 41:45I thought, you know, Stanford is a Power Four team.
- 41:49I'll, I'll give them credit there, but I really thought that
- 41:51they'd be able to win that match up.
- 41:53But they gave up 37 points. They really were getting nothing
- 41:58until the the fourth quarter. That's when they scored twenty
- 42:02of their 27 points. Maybe Stanford just had a good
- 42:05class. Who's this Warren guy?
- 42:07310 and a touchdown for him, 22 to 34.
- 42:13Eva's Warren. He's a senior.
- 42:15Where the heck is this guy? Where did he come from?
- 42:18They play Miami next week, so that's a real test.
- 42:21It's at home, though. He is a bit of a.
- 42:25Yeah, I mean his where did he come from?
- 42:28Because his only. Click see all.
- 42:30Let's see if that'll like show the team logo Michigan.
- 42:35Oh, Oh my God. That's right.
- 42:37He was just like a bunch warmer in Michigan.
- 42:40Yeah, he played all the. Played in 2024, he had 9/11, 100
- 42:44yards, 7 touchdowns, 9 picks. Yeah, he wasn't too good, but
- 42:51hey, now he's getting a getting a shot in the this Stanford.
- 42:57They're they're more of a West Coast offense anyways.
- 43:01He'll get the the throw the ball around that.
- 43:03Yeah, I mean, good game from him.
- 43:05What, 310 one touchdown, 31 more rushing yards.
- 43:11So Michael Ford was the hero of this game.
- 43:15The three the hat trophies, 3 touchdowns, 99 rushing yards.
- 43:21Just give it to him when he get close.
- 43:24We'll see. You'll run it in he'll.
- 43:26He'll finish the job. I mean, not the this isn't the
- 43:32end of the world for the Rainbow Warriors and I do still think
- 43:34that they could have another, you know, 9, maybe even 10 win
- 43:38season. Look at that.
- 43:41I think we just found out why they might have lost this game.
- 43:47They just got beat on the big play.
- 43:49John Anthony Hall had two catches for 81 yards, 57 yard
- 43:56play. Zion Robinson, 40 1/2 yards of
- 43:59reception. Two catches for 57 yards, 48
- 44:03yard play. Atticus Joseph, 4 catches, 52
- 44:07yards. I mean, they're just getting
- 44:09beat down the field every time they Stanford try to take a
- 44:13shot. Yeah, they did.
- 44:15They did get killed over the top of it and again, their offense
- 44:20just it took them so long to get going when they did finally get
- 44:24it rolling in the fourth quarter.
- 44:26I mean, 20 points in 1/4, this team will be all right.
- 44:29I think they'll be all right. They probably.
- 44:32Win 9 games I I agree another. Is 9.
- 44:35Four season, get a bowl game. Absolutely.
- 44:41Will it be 9 and four if they won the bowl game?
- 44:43Thanks. Like 9 and three get get
- 44:45yourself a bowl game. So it'd be kind of you could see
- 44:51them going like 10 and three, get to a bowl game, potentially
- 44:54win the bowl game. You know, it always depends on
- 44:56who you get and injuries will be a big factor and everything.
- 45:01All right. But then we also have a couple
- 45:04of power conference teams to to talk about.
- 45:08This was Bill Belichick got his revenge.
- 45:11W. You know, just a slop fest in
- 45:15Dublin, Ireland, yeah. This game was not that great.
- 45:18Billy Edwards junior. They had 90 yards on the ground
- 45:26and their quarterback was 16 for 28 and they won. 15 to 10 and
- 45:33here's the thing, like all of our action came in the first
- 45:37quarter and then after that, I mean.
- 45:39There's nothing else. There was a safety in the second
- 45:42quarter from the Tar Heels and then they kicked the field goal.
- 45:47They have like the horn Frogs just could not move the ball.
- 45:50I think a big issue target shares.
- 45:53You had one guy catch 9 passes, one guy catch 5, and then.
- 45:59We just made it easy. The other all right guard that
- 46:02guy. Other four guys catch passes all
- 46:04combined for six holders, so yeah.
- 46:07What the? When two guys account for 14
- 46:13year 20 completions. Yeah.
- 46:18You're not. It's going to be tough.
- 46:20And then your quarterback's fumbling it twice lost one of
- 46:23those. I mean, everybody there was,
- 46:27there was a lot of ball security issues.
- 46:29And it's been. All fumble.
- 46:31Both of the fumbles from North Carolina were lost.
- 46:35Jesus. Yeah, nobody really.
- 46:38How did that safety? Happen.
- 46:45TCU just got, you know, they just got backed up and think
- 46:49they was back. Yeah, I think it was.
- 46:51I believe it was a sack if I remember correctly.
- 46:56They have it in the play by play for the second quarter.
- 46:59It's the only big thing that happened in the quarter.
- 47:03You know the scoring plays. There we go.
- 47:06There we go. Yeah, safety.
- 47:08So on A7. Devon Play.
- 47:10Drive -15 yards. So yeah, let's see.
- 47:17They had A4 yard run 4 yard run 5 yard run 5.
- 47:22Yard run all. Right 6 yard run, then a 5 yard
- 47:24penalty. Got a first down, then you move
- 47:27it back. And then they got a 10 yard run.
- 47:30So they got most of yards back. Then they went back -4 yards.
- 47:33Then they threw. A.
- 47:36Safety. 3rd down. Then they tried to.
- 47:39Oh they they was actually 4th down.
- 47:41They tried to fake a punt and they also got a penalty.
- 47:46It's often a legal bat. Yeah.
- 47:49No, it was. It was a slop fest.
- 47:52I was. No.
- 47:56Yeah. So, OK, so I think I remember
- 48:01the All right, all right. So the ball went over like the
- 48:03punters had. They were trying to punt it
- 48:05because they're at the 31. And then he just batted it out
- 48:09of the back of the end zones or tried to bat it out of balance.
- 48:13And yeah, man, well, this was a this was a slop fest.
- 48:18Not the prettiest game. For a safety from your own 35
- 48:22yard line. I've never seen that before in.
- 48:24My not the prettiest game for North Carolina, but they got it
- 48:27done using their defense, which is what which was a strong point
- 48:32of this team last year. Maybe they can get that, get
- 48:34that going. Check baby.
- 48:36Yeah, 24 year old girlfriend, man.
- 48:40Yes, did you see she balled out in the Cowboys final pre season
- 48:43game? Had like 4 catches for 97 yards
- 48:47in the touchdown. I'm more worried about what's
- 48:50that, What's that guy that was saying he was playing for the
- 48:53the 49ers? Dejon.
- 48:54Love I'm more yeah, I'm more of a Dejon.
- 48:56Love the. Greatest to never do it.
- 48:59He he's a lot better, lot of a lot better receiver.
- 49:04Really underrated guy. All right, And then we have the
- 49:07Trojans. No surprise here.
- 49:11They beat San Jose State, but it wasn't as big of a blowout as I
- 49:16thought. The spark, The San Jose State
- 49:20Spartans did score 23 of their 26 points in the fourth quarter.
- 49:24So they really stopped playing defense.
- 49:27It was 35 to 3:00 at one point. I have even been 42 to three.
- 49:33I can't or it was like 42 to 10, something like that.
- 49:37Like, so it was, you know, USC was in control of this for most
- 49:42of it, but they, you know, they did give up a lot of garbage
- 49:46time points, but they did dominate this game team that I
- 49:50think might be the number one offense in all college football.
- 49:54close to it. Jayden Maalva's back did lose
- 49:58Makai Lemon, but King Miller's still there.
- 50:01And then you got Trent Mosley. So, Phil, you know, replacing
- 50:05Lemon. Lost Makai Lemon and he's went
- 50:0825282 touchdowns. I mean, he he dominated that
- 50:14defense. So 7 Mosley 77 grabs for 1/18 in
- 50:19the touchdown. You know the three M's are back
- 50:22at it and this time it works. Not bad because they're all all
- 50:27of their last names Start with them.
- 50:28It's Mayava Miller and Mosley could be terrorizing the the Big
- 50:3310. I think.
- 50:36I think USC could be a a force in the Big 10.
- 50:41I wouldn't. I wouldn't be shocked to see
- 50:44them potentially win it. My my opinion, they're probably
- 50:48the fourth, maybe third best team.
- 50:52Yeah, you know, it sucks for for San Jose State in the PAC 12
- 50:57because, and I might be biased because this is one of my
- 51:00rebuilds on college football right now.
- 51:03Well, I'm all the way in like 20332034 season right now
- 51:09rebuilding them, but it like in this season right here you got
- 51:13Jabari Bates, who's a four-star, four-star commit running back
- 51:17that you got Carson Clarke really dynamic receiver.
- 51:22He's got I got him drafted to the NFL in the rebuild.
- 51:27Jerry McClure also really dynamic receiver.
- 51:31So like their offensive line and defense has really never been
- 51:36the greatest. So they they're really kind of
- 51:41letting a really good roster potentially go to waste here
- 51:45because in the in the PAC 12 brand new conference, I'm saying
- 51:50that the screw the rankings, screw the pre season rankings
- 51:54for any of those teams in the PAC 12.
- 51:57You, you or anyone can win that conference.
- 52:00Oh, honestly. In the PAC 12 in this season.
- 52:04Brand new, brand new slate. It's finally back what obviously
- 52:10my favorite conference just because all the late night games
- 52:13they used to have Oregon in there and Washington just the O
- 52:17the OG teams. If that PAC 12 was still around
- 52:21in the 12 team college football playoffs, the PAC team, nobody
- 52:25would be sleeping on the PAC 12 with Oregon and Washington in
- 52:29there. And I mean like Arizona's kind
- 52:32of on the rise. We'll see how their season goes.
- 52:36It's big shoes to fill for all the teams in the PAC 12 because
- 52:39that was like, look, was it ever maybe was it ever like the best
- 52:45conference in all college football?
- 52:48Not often, you know, the IT was usually the SEC or the Big 10,
- 52:52you know, ACC, sometimes Big 12, sometimes, you know, but it was
- 52:58always the most fun. It had the most high-powered
- 53:02offenses, the coolest uniforms, some of the best rivalries and
- 53:09matchups. Those late night games like the
- 53:12IT was like the perfect way the cap off your college football
- 53:16Saturday was just like Oregon going into Stanford and just
- 53:21getting into a shoot out. They're like, you know, Arizona,
- 53:25Arizona State rivalry, Oregon, Washington shootouts, you know,
- 53:30like it was just a great way to end your your Saturday.
- 53:36So the big shoes to fill for all the teams in there.
- 53:40But I'm, you know, there's some exciting teams in there.
- 53:42Washington State and Oregon State should both be a lot
- 53:46better now that they've got more conference.
- 53:48The the the conference is a real line.
- 53:51They can get some more money for an island everything that way.
- 53:55You've got Boise, San Diego State were very good last year.
- 54:00I expect them to be very good again.
- 54:02CSU showing some some signs of life too.
- 54:06That that really fast receiver that they got, It's crazy.
- 54:11I can't wait for him to just transfer away.
- 54:14You know, it's crazy to think about freshman year Jordan
- 54:19Tyson, who's now an NFL receiver, even though he's been
- 54:24injured at least once every time every season for the last five
- 54:29years. Now that he will be out for two
- 54:31months in this season. Jordan Tyson freshman year at
- 54:35Colorado, Christian Gonzalez freshman year was at Colorado.
- 54:42They both those guys in the league now, like all the talent
- 54:47that we've really had, we've never been able to to maintain
- 54:50it. We've had, we've had the guys.
- 54:53I don't have high hopes for Colorado.
- 54:54Like I want them to be good but I just don't.
- 55:00Haven't seen it from the the Coach prime era.
- 55:03No one team that's going to be good.
- 55:06But might have some crybaby fans at the end of the season's Texas
- 55:10Tech quickly run through the schedule.
- 55:13First game home, Abilene Christian on the road.
- 55:17Oregon State week two home game against Houston.
- 55:20Looks like their toughest game. Home game against Sam Houston.
- 55:25Easy win at Colorado. Depending on how their season
- 55:29going, might be an easy win. Arizona State W at Cincinnati
- 55:37could be a trap game. I still think they could win it.
- 55:41Arizona trap game, they could probably win that.
- 55:44West Virginia W, Oklahoma State W Baylor probably win that and
- 55:52then TCU. Yeah, they got kind of the the
- 55:56cup. Easy schedule.
- 55:58Really the only like top tier Big 12 team that they got is is
- 56:03Houston. You know, you, you dodge BYU,
- 56:06you dodge Utah, Arizona, heck even the Arizona State like I
- 56:13look. Their pre season ranked twelve
- 56:15right now, if they stay at pre season ranked twelve, they stay
- 56:20at that rank. At the end of the season they're
- 56:21undefeated. That's still.
- 56:24That's. Right where they're going to be.
- 56:26They're going to have a great roster, but.
- 56:29That's. Scheduled minus the quarterback
- 56:31because of the whole Sorbs be. I thought he was able to play.
- 56:36No, they they a judge ruled that he could, and then other teams
- 56:41threatened to boycott and not play their games against Texas
- 56:44tax. Oh.
- 56:45OK, they the. Rest of the teams forced their
- 56:48hand and you know, if if Tech wanted to not basically get
- 56:53exiled from the college football world, they had to not let this
- 56:55guy play. Who's even going to start then?
- 57:00I don't I don't remember his name, but it's it's not like a
- 57:06nobody here. Let's go to the go to the
- 57:09standings and go to the Big 12. Like he's a somewhat known
- 57:20player from what I if I remember correctly.
- 57:24Stephen Cannon. I think it's Stephen Cannon, the
- 57:27freshman. No, I think it's going to be
- 57:29Tommy Castellanos. Oh, it's Tommy.
- 57:31OK, OK. Yeah, that would be my guess
- 57:35that he's the the senior. We'll see who plays year one.
- 57:40Will Hammond. Where's the depth chart?
- 57:42Lloyd Jones. Yeah, they have a lot of the
- 57:45quarterbacks, a couple of sophomores.
- 57:49I mean my yeah, I think it's I think it's going to be Tommy
- 57:52though. That was he moved in there after
- 57:54they after that, you know, there was an opening that became
- 58:01available. Unfortunate.
- 58:04For them. All right, we're going to go
- 58:06ahead and hit another music break, get some water and
- 58:11everything up in here when we come back.
- 58:13Hey, man, you feel like giving out some predictions for the NFL
- 58:17season? We'll do some bold predictions.
- 58:19I like that. Let's do it.
- 58:21Then we'll we'll sneak in one more Final Fantasy Football mock
- 58:25draft for everyone to prepare for their leagues.
- 58:29We got draft find. The week to do your drafts is
- 58:32coming up, so stay with us. We got that coming up on the
- 58:34final time out. The
- 1:02:33We've disappeared. We've lost our heads.
- 1:02:36Oh, welcome. Thank God we're back.
- 1:02:38We've lost our heads, everybody. Welcome back to the final time
- 1:02:41out on military broadcast radio host HG The Triumphant Return,
- 1:02:48Mr. Caveman. I got another hilarious story.
- 1:02:51He's. Got a funny?
- 1:02:52Story from Louisiana or we come back enjoy me.
- 1:02:56You got to stay in here for this because this one's funny.
- 1:03:00So this guy, this guy on Baton Rouge team, his name, his name
- 1:03:04was Nick Schwing. And you know, no, no hard
- 1:03:07feelings with with Mr. Schwing at all or you know any of them
- 1:03:12is it? It's all it's all fun now at
- 1:03:14the. Season's over like it was just a
- 1:03:15long year. We had posted a video of Cooper
- 1:03:20Markel, his Grand Slam, and I'd made a little video of all of
- 1:03:25his highlights because he was pretty much the only player in
- 1:03:27that game that really did anything.
- 1:03:29He had a Grand Slam in the first inning game.
- 1:03:33Cutters went out four to zero and just play defense.
- 1:03:35He had some issues on first base and then he gets the final.
- 1:03:40Out he jumped up and caught it and base runner on 1st in no
- 1:03:45man's land he steps on the bag. It's a double play to end the
- 1:03:48game. First base umpire was giving him
- 1:03:51crap all game. So it was just like a Cooper
- 1:03:53Marco game. We posted his highlights and I
- 1:03:57see Nick Schwing's dad commented on our post and we find out that
- 1:04:04it was his dad because we click on his profile and it said
- 1:04:07father of Nathan blah blah blah. It's like he just like it's like
- 1:04:12literally one of the players dads from one of one of the
- 1:04:15teams he comments. I'm glad you guys posted this
- 1:04:18point of view because I can see look exactly how you sound or
- 1:04:22something like that, Like you look exactly how I imagined.
- 1:04:26But like to about me and Connor just like left left like a left,
- 1:04:30like a mean comment on our post and me and Connor were just
- 1:04:33laughing about it. We're like what the like we
- 1:04:36didn't we weren't even playing Baton Rouge at all Like this is
- 1:04:39just like some random out of the blue comment about Nick Schwing.
- 1:04:43He. Just.
- 1:04:44Like nobody was even. Talking about and we're talking
- 1:04:47about Cooper Markel. So next time we played Baton
- 1:04:51Rouge at home, I was the PA announcer.
- 1:04:54So every time he walked up to bat, I was like just so
- 1:04:58uninterested when I said his name.
- 1:05:00And I was just like, Next up, Nick schwing #2 I was like just
- 1:05:06completely dead of all sound. And then he got, he got struck
- 1:05:10out, got struck out looking. Can I help you?
- 1:05:14And he didn't like the call and he got tossed from the game.
- 1:05:18So like just me, my crappy PA calls whenever he walked up to
- 1:05:23bat just got in his head and he got tossed from the game.
- 1:05:26When he got a bad call, he went, he blew up on the umpire and he
- 1:05:30got thrown. Said a cuss word to the up and
- 1:05:33got tossed. Wow.
- 1:05:34So yeah, you were you were doing a little psychological.
- 1:05:37That's right, baseball's a mental game, baby it really.
- 1:05:41Is, yeah, you get, you get into somebody's head, you can really
- 1:05:45just throw them. I mean, sometimes that carries
- 1:05:49over to the next game too. Like you're still, it's still
- 1:05:52because you only get a day in between.
- 1:05:54So I could still you could sleep on it, wake up and I'd still
- 1:05:58eaten at me. And you're that's bugging you
- 1:06:01like going into the next game? It was also during our Ronald
- 1:06:04McDonald House charity night. We had auctions in between
- 1:06:09innings. We raised over $5000.
- 1:06:11So that was just a a really tense game for the Cane Cutters.
- 1:06:16They really wanted to come down with the win for for Ronald
- 1:06:19McDonald House so that we're supporting.
- 1:06:22That's where we got those jerseys.
- 1:06:24They make a New Jersey every year.
- 1:06:29My prediction for the NFL to start us off hot.
- 1:06:33I'm going by Week 5. Everybody in fantasy football is
- 1:06:37going to be searching the waiver claims for Bryce Lance.
- 1:06:42I'm, I'm saying it right now. I didn't know that he was 6/4
- 1:06:47and also had four 3 speed. I think that he'd go.
- 1:06:50I don't. Know.
- 1:06:52He was at North Dakota State. Well, I mean, what?
- 1:06:54I know that. Where did he get drafted to?
- 1:06:56I can't even. I don't even remember.
- 1:06:58He's on the Saints, he is on the Saints.
- 1:07:00We got him in the fifth round. I think he's got some potential
- 1:07:04now. Jordan Tyson was out for two
- 1:07:06months. A hamstring injury, yeah.
- 1:07:09We cut. We cut but means.
- 1:07:12Unfortunate love my guy from Pit Love Bub.
- 1:07:16We cut him, signed Cedric Tillman.
- 1:07:18I mean the the wide receiver room is really wide open for
- 1:07:21that kind of slot route running guy cuz he's really fast, got
- 1:07:26the route running ability. I mean we got a lot of a spot
- 1:07:31sealed up. We got our boy that we got from
- 1:07:36the Broncos that freaking hurt his shoulder.
- 1:07:40Devon Vaile. Devon Vaile spots kind of sealed
- 1:07:44up. We got our tight end room
- 1:07:45figured out, but with Jordan Tyson going down now that spots
- 1:07:49kind of open, I think he's one of the guys that could take it.
- 1:07:53Either him or Barian Brown, one of our speedsters.
- 1:07:57Without Jordan Tyson, I think that he's really going to
- 1:08:00blossom. Well, all one of my bold
- 1:08:03predictions, I'll just stay in New Orleans or in New Orleans
- 1:08:06because you, you started there. I think Crystal Lava is going to
- 1:08:10lead the league in receiving yards.
- 1:08:12Oh my gosh, I'd love to hear it. I could see it.
- 1:08:16I love to hear it. I like, I mean, he is going to
- 1:08:21see just a ton of targets and and I don't think like Tyson
- 1:08:26coming back is going to hurt that that campaign.
- 1:08:29I think it'll just open like he'll start making his yardage
- 1:08:33more down the field because he'll he'll have a little.
- 1:08:36They'll see less coverage. Less coverage it'll help him out
- 1:08:39a bit. So that's I wouldn't be
- 1:08:43surprised. It's I've got 2 two guys though,
- 1:08:46for the bowl predictions for for receiving yards because I'm not
- 1:08:50I'm leaning it could either be Chris Olave or I think Ladd
- 1:08:54Mcconkey, right, because Mike McDaniel, the new OC there in in
- 1:09:03LA last time he or two years ago, Tyree Kill led the the NFL
- 1:09:09in receiving years. Now I know Ladd Mcconkey is no
- 1:09:12Tyree Kill, but it's a you know, great quarterback, good offense.
- 1:09:17He's a really refined route runner.
- 1:09:19He's good after the catch. They're gonna they're gonna be
- 1:09:23throwing it a lot, I would imagine.
- 1:09:28And I think we'll just what opens it up, what made Tyreek
- 1:09:32lead the league in receiving yards is that McDaniels loves to
- 1:09:35kill you with like the, the stretch running and the the,
- 1:09:39the, the passes to the running backs.
- 1:09:41He loves to pull the defense in and then hit you over the top.
- 1:09:45And I think Mccocky being the number one wide receiver in that
- 1:09:50offense could see just a lot of big chunk, you know, you know,
- 1:09:53multiple games where he's like head going for like 120 one
- 1:09:58players played 4150. When the ones played in that
- 1:10:01last pre season game they did exactly that.
- 1:10:05Hit a 65 yard touchdown pass. Yeah, they pull and that was to
- 1:10:11that was to Johnston, I believe, down the field.
- 1:10:14It didn't score, but I mean, come on now.
- 1:10:16That's like. Yeah, that's one player already
- 1:10:20down in the red zone. I mean, they did exactly that.
- 1:10:23So the next prediction You might not like this one.
- 1:10:27HG Cowboys win the NFC East. I actually do like that
- 1:10:33prediction. I think it's doable, but I can't
- 1:10:36even lie. Not a lot of people like Dak
- 1:10:39Prescott, but he's got one of the best stories as the NFL
- 1:10:43quarterback. And I mean, he was in the MVP.
- 1:10:47He was like a runner up for the MVP few seasons ago.
- 1:10:51Fourth round pick player. Best rookie season of all time
- 1:10:56as a quarterback. I don't know if that record
- 1:10:59still stands. They got rid of Joe Milton,
- 1:11:04which is unfortunate. Here's another a bold prediction
- 1:11:08I know won't happen, but I wish would now that now that Joe
- 1:11:13Milton is available because he was slinging in the preseason, I
- 1:11:18think they let him go because he could really earn a starting job
- 1:11:21somewhere. They only have two quarterbacks,
- 1:11:24which is kind of. Interesting, but they should
- 1:11:27have kept him as QB too. I think the Vikings cut JJ
- 1:11:34McCarthy sign Joe Milton and he start Joe Milton over over Kyler
- 1:11:41Murray. I don't.
- 1:11:43I don't know about. That you slinging in the pre
- 1:11:45season. Yeah, that's that's the pre
- 1:11:47season. I've I'm going to take Kyler
- 1:11:50Murray, who has had some some regular season success and who's
- 1:11:54in the best situation that he's ever been in.
- 1:11:57But I do want to go. I will go back to your Cowboys
- 1:12:00prediction because I don't, I honestly don't hate that.
- 1:12:03I think they've had a very drama free offseason, which never
- 1:12:07happens with the Cowboys. Rare George Pickens just took
- 1:12:10the franchise tag. This is going to be one of the
- 1:12:13best offenses in football. It's going to be top five.
- 1:12:16They're going to be averaging close to 30 points a game.
- 1:12:19Press. I think that Prescott's going to
- 1:12:21lead the NFL in passing yards. I really do.
- 1:12:25And you're like, wow, what? The defense is still terrible.
- 1:12:29I think it's better. Like, it's not going to be an
- 1:12:32elite defense by any means. But Quinn and Williams, they're
- 1:12:36in the middle. They're not going to get gashed
- 1:12:38by the run as much. I think they've got good
- 1:12:41rotational depth at pass rusher. You've got, you know, Rashawn
- 1:12:46Gary, you have, you know, Kenny Clarke's there, Von Miller,
- 1:12:50Donovan Asaraku, Malachi Lawrence.
- 1:12:53Yeah, Von Miller like it's is in the is there an elite pass
- 1:12:59rusher on that defensive line? Not necessarily, but they've got
- 1:13:04depth. They've got, I think they can
- 1:13:06rotate through. They can have a semi, a
- 1:13:10consistent pass rush. The secondary has improved.
- 1:13:15I mean, it's again, by no means I think it's a lead, but Kobe
- 1:13:18Durant there, they brought him in as a free agent, Jalen
- 1:13:22Thompson, PJ Locke, Malik Hooker and the safety areas.
- 1:13:28It's kind of a rotational. They got Caleb down.
- 1:13:32Yeah, like I Dee Winters that they brought in to help in the
- 1:13:37linebacker room as well. Him and over shown should be a
- 1:13:40solid combo. Like it's going to probably be a
- 1:13:46middle of the pack defense, like the 16th or 17th best defense.
- 1:13:50But I think that is a massive improvement from where they're
- 1:13:53at. And with how good this offense
- 1:13:54is, they don't need to, they don't need an elite defense.
- 1:13:59They just need a good a good defense, a serviceable defense
- 1:14:03that doesn't, you know, require, you know, Dak Prescott to have
- 1:14:07to score 45 every game to win. And I think that's they don't
- 1:14:13have a first place schedule either.
- 1:14:16It ain't the, it's not the toughest schedule in the world.
- 1:14:20I mean, they're going to have to play the Eagles twice.
- 1:14:24Ravens tough one. I think they got it.
- 1:14:27All on the road in Houston could be a tough one.
- 1:14:29They do have to play the NFC West.
- 1:14:32That'll be tough. In Green Bay could be a tough
- 1:14:36one. They have a lot of games that
- 1:14:37are just going to be straight up shootouts.
- 1:14:39Tampa Bay, the Colts, the 49ers could be a shootout.
- 1:14:46Oh my gosh, yeah, the my God, dude.
- 1:14:50The Rams could be a shootout. Jacksonville Jaguars game could
- 1:14:54be a shootout. They have to go to LA to play
- 1:14:57the Rams and they have to go to Seattle to play the Seahawks,
- 1:15:00which is and that's back-to-back weeks.
- 1:15:03That's that's a tough stretch where you've got.
- 1:15:05You're lucky to have the bye week in between, yeah?
- 1:15:09You're going to have a tough stretch where you've got
- 1:15:13Philadelphia, Seattle, then you get a bye week, but then you
- 1:15:15come right out and play Los Angeles and Jacksonville, but
- 1:15:18then you finish it off against New York and Washington.
- 1:15:20I think they're better than both New York and Washington early on
- 1:15:24in the season. They can be.
- 1:15:26They got New York and Washington.
- 1:15:28They can be both of them. I wouldn't be shy.
- 1:15:31They could beat Baltimore. I'm not.
- 1:15:33I wouldn't be shocked if they beat the Ravens at Houston is
- 1:15:37going to be a tough one. That's going to be a lead
- 1:15:39defense meets the lead offense. So that'll be what's going to
- 1:15:42give there. I think they can absolutely beat
- 1:15:44Tampa Bay on a Thursday night. Packers do kind of have their
- 1:15:49number. Think they're going to get one
- 1:15:51on the Eagles. They'll split with the Eagles.
- 1:15:53They'll absolute. I think they're better than the
- 1:15:56Cardinals are better than the the Colts.
- 1:15:58They're better than San Francisco. 12 and five win the
- 1:16:02division. Yeah, even 11 and 6 and when the
- 1:16:05division wouldn't shock me. It's possible.
- 1:16:09So. They got they always got their
- 1:16:11prime time windows. I saw two ESPN slots, that's two
- 1:16:15Monday nights and the one day videos they're.
- 1:16:18Going to have a few Sunday night footballs.
- 1:16:20They're playing the the Ravens are playing in Brazil.
- 1:16:23That's another thing where it's like.
- 1:16:24That's going to be a prime time game.
- 1:16:26Those international games are like so up for grabs so.
- 1:16:32So long as they could take. All right, here's a I'm going to
- 1:16:36give you a bold prediction. It's that the New York Jets, not
- 1:16:41only do they record an interception, that as a team
- 1:16:44they record double digit interceptions.
- 1:16:47Oh. There we go.
- 1:16:50I think they'll be somewhere around 1213 picks on the year as
- 1:16:54a team. Still won't be great, but you
- 1:16:56know, it'll be it'll be better. Actually, I think you take, you
- 1:17:01know, 1213 interceptions on the beat.
- 1:17:04That'll be pretty good. All right, MVP, who do you got?
- 1:17:09Let's let's predict that. It's tough.
- 1:17:16It's really tough. A crazy 11 I did see was Trevor
- 1:17:20Lawrence, which I don't, I don't.
- 1:17:24Hate. I don't hate that.
- 1:17:26With his. Rushing upside There is a guy in
- 1:17:30the AFC that also has some rushing upside and I think Bonex
- 1:17:36could be a finalist this year. Bonex could be a finalist with
- 1:17:39Jalen Waddle and the backs are always getting going in the
- 1:17:44receiving game. He has a rushing upside as well
- 1:17:48and you really could see Justin Herbert as a finalist as the AFC
- 1:17:53West is kind of crazy right now. I think we, I would all three of
- 1:17:59the best 10 quarterback guys wear the number 10 could be
- 1:18:04finalists. Well, I don't think Kurt.
- 1:18:09Cousins could be a finalist or the MVP.
- 1:18:12No, I'm talking about Justin Herbert, Bonex and Drake May.
- 1:18:16Oh, OK, OK, yeah. I want like, I don't think
- 1:18:20Jordan Love would get the love, but like, I wouldn't be
- 1:18:24surprised if he played at an MVP's level caliber, but I just
- 1:18:27don't feel like he's going to get the, the the love
- 1:18:31necessarily or the respect for that.
- 1:18:33Yeah. But my pick for this, my boring
- 1:18:36pick is that Drake may just has another good season and they
- 1:18:38give it to him because he didn't win it last year.
- 1:18:41But my bold pick for that is that Joe Burrow plays the entire
- 1:18:47season. And that is not a bad pick right
- 1:18:51there. And while I have Dak Prescott
- 1:18:53leading the league in passing, Joe Burrow has the most passing
- 1:18:57touchdowns. With.
- 1:18:59For the 5. OK, OK.
- 1:19:04Joe Burrow throws, I'm going to say for Dax going to go for like
- 1:19:084400 yards with, but he's got Javante Williams who's going to
- 1:19:13be much more of a a goal line back.
- 1:19:15I think Javante is going to have like snake, you know, like 7 or
- 1:19:218 touchdowns for DAC. But Joe Burrow has more
- 1:19:24touchdowns with like 4100 yards because Chase Brown has way more
- 1:19:28pass catching upside and was another pass catcher even in the
- 1:19:33red zone. And so that's where Burrow gets
- 1:19:36a good number of touchdowns is is he just has more his running
- 1:19:40back is is getting more touchdowns out of the backfield.
- 1:19:43So. In the NFC, other than possibly
- 1:19:53our boy. I got a question coming in here.
- 1:19:5912 man PPR Redraft Half point Titan Premium starters Golf
- 1:20:05Henry Monty Puka Zay, McBride Craft Goddard Bench Stevenson's
- 1:20:14Brooks, Johnston, Casey trade Henry and McBride for Gibbs.
- 1:20:21No, that's literally what I was about to say.
- 1:20:23Other than Matthew Stafford in the NFC, a guy who I really
- 1:20:27think could be in the contention for the MVP this season is Jamir
- 1:20:32Gibbs and I would not. I'm not saying to make the trade
- 1:20:37right now, but that's just one of my predictions.
- 1:20:40He really could be the input in contention for the MVP this
- 1:20:44season in the out of the NFC because the Lions only have 4
- 1:20:48wide receivers listed on their roster.
- 1:20:52They they only have 4 receivers on the depth chart.
- 1:20:55He's going to have a season. Pacheco's now on IR.
- 1:20:58Yeah, he's going to have himself a year.
- 1:21:01And just to make sure I understand you rather you say
- 1:21:04it's half point tight end premium.
- 1:21:06So tight end receptions are worth 1 1/2 points if I'm
- 1:21:09understanding you correctly. Even still, if you can get, I
- 1:21:15know McBride's going to absolute probably feast on on targets
- 1:21:18this year, but you still got Dallas Goddard and Tucker Craft.
- 1:21:26Maybe try to throw a counter offer and see if this guy would
- 1:21:29take one of your other tight ends or maybe.
- 1:21:32I think he's going to have to trade McBride and get Gibbs.
- 1:21:35That's that's the tough thing. I'm going to do it though.
- 1:21:37If you can get Gibbs. I think Dallas Goddard, he led
- 1:21:41all tight ends and touchdowns last year.
- 1:21:43There's absolutely no reason he can't do that again, especially
- 1:21:46AJ Brown's gone like you thought.
- 1:21:48You won't talk about a guy who's going to be the red zone target.
- 1:21:51It's Dallas Goddard. So and then I think Tucker Craft
- 1:21:56is going to be really good again this year.
- 1:22:00He might not be as explosive coming off of his his injury
- 1:22:05that might not not be there might be a little that might
- 1:22:11lower his ceiling a bit more, but again, he's still fantastic
- 1:22:16hands going to be a big red zone threat.
- 1:22:18And then I mean you're going to get Gibbs, who could easily be
- 1:22:21the the scrimmage yard leader and there isn't really any cut
- 1:22:25competition at the Titans position for Schultz.
- 1:22:28So while hurt losing McBride in the Titan Premium league a
- 1:22:32little bit, I think you've got 2 excellent Titans with so much
- 1:22:37upside and then you're getting the guy that's going to be the
- 1:22:41best back in football for, you know, an ageing Derrick Henry
- 1:22:46who I've got questions about, like how much longer can he keep
- 1:22:51going at an elite level? So I would say go for that
- 1:22:54trade. Very true.
- 1:22:57The days, the days of King Henry could be over.
- 1:23:03Other guys who could make the MVP.
- 1:23:06We were talking about the running backs.
- 1:23:08Let's Do you want to shift to rushing leaders?
- 1:23:12What do you think leads the NFL in rushing this season?
- 1:23:18We go to James Cook. James Cook again.
- 1:23:20He he goes back-to-back. I think I think that offense is
- 1:23:25going to just, yeah, hit the ground run.
- 1:23:27I know they lost one of the I know they've had pretty much the
- 1:23:31best guard in the league and he went over to the Saints.
- 1:23:35But I think that team just has that that running scheme down
- 1:23:40and when you when you have Josh Allen, you open up, it doesn't
- 1:23:45matter who your receivers are and he's still going to have an
- 1:23:48insane game. Could I'm saying James Cook, one
- 1:23:53guy that's high on my list just. Right off.
- 1:23:55I mean, you're always, you know, with Cook, you're going to have
- 1:23:59the benefit of not seeing stacked boxes as much because
- 1:24:03teams are afraid of Josh Allen. They can't, they can't afford to
- 1:24:06bring extra guys down in the box.
- 1:24:08That's just a huge risk for them.
- 1:24:10So that's that does always open up bigger rushing lanes, cooks
- 1:24:15and everything for him. Gibbs, obviously, like those are
- 1:24:19the two big ones. Wouldn't be shocked if Cooks
- 1:24:24does it. My boring prediction is either
- 1:24:26JT or Saquon Barkley. Does it again.
- 1:24:30Yeah, Jonathan. Too, And I learn more towards
- 1:24:32Saquon because new offensive scheme, I think Saquon's got
- 1:24:37some better receivers to threaten the defense, better
- 1:24:41overall offensive line and a team that will probably be
- 1:24:44leading more often. So there'll be more
- 1:24:46opportunities from the run the ball, but.
- 1:24:49I want to say Travis A Chan. But my bold, bold prediction for
- 1:24:54this is a Martin Hampton leads league in rushing.
- 1:24:56Oh, I like that. I like that The Chargers right
- 1:25:02now have the highest odds of winning the AFC West, which is
- 1:25:07crazy to me. I thought it would be the
- 1:25:09Broncos at this point right now, but I.
- 1:25:12Think we're the better team, but look.
- 1:25:14I think that really could be true if they if Mike McDaniel
- 1:25:20goes crazy with his play calling and they look like they did in
- 1:25:25just those little, little plays in that week 3 pre season game.
- 1:25:30Again, it's pre season, but that's like that's showing a
- 1:25:33little little taste of what they're actually going to do in
- 1:25:36the season. Offensive and Defensive Player
- 1:25:40of the Year, Who do you? Who do you got?
- 1:25:46Offensive Player of the Year. That's tough.
- 1:25:52That's a There's going to be a lot of great options my.
- 1:25:57Who won it last year again? JSN.
- 1:26:00And. Then there's Miles Garrett, who
- 1:26:02who could win it again, because I mean, now he's on a feather
- 1:26:06team who's going? There's going to be a team
- 1:26:10that's probably going to be leading.
- 1:26:11So there's going to be more like opportunities for him to just
- 1:26:15tee off Aaron Donald's back in there.
- 1:26:18So if I could be real boring. Yeah, let's just say it's it's
- 1:26:22Miles Garrett. One of those two guys, one of
- 1:26:25those two guys on that defensive line could win it.
- 1:26:29Offensive player of the year. I was thinking all the Rams for
- 1:26:38offensive player of the year. I was thinking maybe I was going
- 1:26:41to say that was a crazy year because I really think that
- 1:26:47especially now, I feel like this predictions going to be true.
- 1:26:49Before I left to Louisiana, was hanging out with some of my old
- 1:26:53Co workers and I made a prediction that the Rams are
- 1:26:56going to win the Super Bowl in this coming season and it'll be
- 1:27:01Matthew Stafford's last year in the NFL once once he gets that
- 1:27:07that last dub. OK, in the Super Bowl and it
- 1:27:10they go and trade for Miles Garrett and then on our on our
- 1:27:16media day for the cane cutters is when that happened.
- 1:27:22And then just a few days ago, go get Aaron Donald back.
- 1:27:26Get him back in the NFL. It's a $20 million deal.
- 1:27:29It's. Going to be tough to beat them.
- 1:27:31I don't. Puka is not a bad choice, but I
- 1:27:34think the obvious one is is Jamir Gibbs.
- 1:27:37He could easily. I think he will lead the league
- 1:27:41in total scrimmage yards. I wouldn't be surprised if he
- 1:27:46breaks at least passes. Marshall Faulk.
- 1:27:50You know what, out of respect for Chris Johnson, I'll say that
- 1:27:52he doesn't break his record for total scrimmage yards, which is
- 1:27:56like 2500. But I think Gibbs is, you know,
- 1:28:00he he's close. He's like 2480, something like
- 1:28:02that. That would be that would be a
- 1:28:05pretty awesome moment right there because they kind of they
- 1:28:10have like a similar their speed. What do you watch and play is
- 1:28:13just looks. They look very similar.
- 1:28:15Like 1500 something rushing yards and 800 and like 50
- 1:28:20receiving yards. That's Jimmy or Gibbs could
- 1:28:23easily do that, and I think he will Defensive Player of the
- 1:28:27year. I kind of just want to say Miles
- 1:28:29Gear because I like he's in a better situation and like maybe
- 1:28:33he'll break his own record that he just set.
- 1:28:36But you know, I'm going to actually say that there's for
- 1:28:41the first time ever, or for the first time in a while, I don't
- 1:28:44know when the last time this has happened.
- 1:28:46The OPY and DPOY are coming from the same team and Aiden
- 1:28:50Hutchinson wins it. Wow.
- 1:28:53OK, OK. With and, he has 20 1/2 sacks to
- 1:28:58lead the NFL for. Me, if I was going to get
- 1:29:06defensive Player of the year, some of the top candidates for
- 1:29:10me that I think will just have an amazing season passer Tan
- 1:29:13obviously could be a candidate for it.
- 1:29:17Trey Hendrickson with Baltimore could go crazy and I was going
- 1:29:33to No, really those two guys are probably by top 2 because when
- 1:29:39you said Aiden Hutchinson, I was really like, I was really one
- 1:29:41that. A comeback from him would be
- 1:29:44amazing. I mean, he was really good last
- 1:29:47year, but like the a lot of the hype went to miles gear because
- 1:29:52obviously, you know, he broke the record all right.
- 1:29:56Patrick's hand and Trey Hendrickson.
- 1:29:59Rookies, though, Offensive Rookie of the Year, Defensive
- 1:30:03Rookie of the Year. Who do you think it is?
- 1:30:07It's tough. I'm going to go with Caleb Downs
- 1:30:14for Defensive Rookie of the Year.
- 1:30:19That makes that makes a lot of sense for me.
- 1:30:24But I'm going to get crazy. I'm going to get real creative
- 1:30:29and absolutely go balls to the ball with my prediction for
- 1:30:34Offensive Rookie of the Year. You ready, Kenyan Sadiq?
- 1:30:38Oh. Kenyon Siddiq, the tight end out
- 1:30:42of Oregon on The Jets. He'll win offensive.
- 1:30:46Rookie of the year. OK, OK.
- 1:30:50Who's going to be their quarterback then?
- 1:30:52Gino, look. Oh geez.
- 1:30:55He's not a bad quarterback in the sense that he's, I mean,
- 1:31:01he'll, he'll move the ball, he'll be able to throw.
- 1:31:05He might have turned it over a good amount.
- 1:31:08But here's the thing I don't Gino was pretty bad last year
- 1:31:14that like there's no denying that the Raiders season was
- 1:31:17horrible. They ended up with the number
- 1:31:18one overall pick. He was just two years removed
- 1:31:24from Seattle. Still pretty he had a good
- 1:31:27season there. I think he was all right
- 1:31:30statistically with the Raiders before they finally just like
- 1:31:35benched him And and I think he also got hurt a little bit.
- 1:31:39Brock Bowers had a good season. He's also behind a much better
- 1:31:44offensive line in New York. Dude, like, don't don't sleep.
- 1:31:49The Jets have a good offensive line.
- 1:31:50And I think they'll have another award winner, the protector of
- 1:31:54the year and my favorite player for a second year breakout,
- 1:31:59Armand Membu, protector of the year, first team, all pro for
- 1:32:03the second year player out of Missouri.
- 1:32:06OK. Oh.
- 1:32:09My defensive player of the year, I'm going well, my actually my
- 1:32:15offensive rookie of the year, I'm going with Jadarian Price.
- 1:32:20I don't think I don't think the Seahawks have any other running
- 1:32:24back. Charbonnay got hurt in the again
- 1:32:29in the pre season. And I'm like, the Seahawks
- 1:32:31wouldn't use the first round pick on him if they didn't
- 1:32:34intend to use him. You know, he kind of Walker was
- 1:32:37a big part of their offense. I don't know how much they're
- 1:32:41going to be finding. You know, how much 12 and 13
- 1:32:45personnel they'll be doing with with Clint Kubiak.
- 1:32:47That's kind of the new craze for offensive coordinators is that
- 1:32:51heavy personnel and throwing out of it.
- 1:32:53They have, they have the personnel for that.
- 1:32:56They have a lot of big tight ends.
- 1:32:59They have a lot of guys that are just big and get up front, make
- 1:33:02those big, big sets and when it's really one and two
- 1:33:07receivers out there, JSN really gets the whole field to work and
- 1:33:11he's just going to find the space.
- 1:33:14Defensive Player of the year, you know, I'm what I'm feeling
- 1:33:17the corners I'm going. Mansoor Dillane, I'll say he has
- 1:33:23he has some really nice division matchups against the rivals like
- 1:33:28the Broncos. Think he has some good moments
- 1:33:30in those games and obviously, you know, I think he probably
- 1:33:36Chiefs probably maybe split the series with with those two
- 1:33:41teams. We'll see what happens.
- 1:33:44But I think he he's got a chance there in that cornerback room
- 1:33:48now make a name for himself pretty early.
- 1:33:51Yeah, I mean, the Chiefs, they, they lost two corners, they
- 1:33:54traded Mcduffie and then Jalen Watson left in a free agency.
- 1:33:59So I mean, he is like, it's kind of him.
- 1:34:03I knew I wrote that down somewhere a while ago.
- 1:34:05I had to I. Had to find that.
- 1:34:07I guess the Jerry Sneed came back, but he's he really hasn't
- 1:34:13been the same type of player the past couple of years so.
- 1:34:17He has a chance on this team to really make some plays.
- 1:34:21Christian Fulton, Noel Williams, other corners in the secondary.
- 1:34:26Yeah. Like who are those?
- 1:34:28Guys, yeah, like. I don't think that she like
- 1:34:31he'll he'll have to be a stand out on what is going to be kind
- 1:34:34of an underwhelming chiefs defense.
- 1:34:36All right, this is a tough one to predict comeback player of
- 1:34:41the year. Well, I guess it's probably not
- 1:34:43crazy to predict. I mean, I think if the Chiefs
- 1:34:47win like 910 games in the homes has a couple of like signature
- 1:34:52moments, he'll win come back play of the year, which is the
- 1:34:57boring choice. But I mean like it.
- 1:35:00He's a star, star quarterback, won three Super Bowls.
- 1:35:03He comes back and has just a good season off of an ACL tear.
- 1:35:09They'll probably give it to him. Yeah, that, that does suck.
- 1:35:13My 2 candidates that I would love to see where they are
- 1:35:18either well thought it would would be that I think could win
- 1:35:23it. I'd love for one guy to win it.
- 1:35:26I don't really care too much about the other guy winning it,
- 1:35:29but Nick Bosa or Micah Parsons both had some pretty bad
- 1:35:35injuries could come back and be dominant game wreckers the next
- 1:35:43season. Who do you think is going to be
- 1:35:50the best special teamer this year?
- 1:35:53Like who's going to lead the the NFL in return yards?
- 1:35:56This is another crazy one to predict.
- 1:35:58I'm. Going to say first my Oh yeah.
- 1:36:03Your comeback. Player my comeback player of the
- 1:36:05year possibly what eco Collins in OK, yeah, yeah, I'm going to
- 1:36:13say Tank Dell could possibly be not not it was not an eco
- 1:36:18Collins I was thinking of. It's tank Dell could be comeback
- 1:36:22player of the year. He's starting the year on
- 1:36:24injured reserve, but maybe, maybe he misses the first month
- 1:36:30and then when he gets back, I would love to see that dude.
- 1:36:33That was a brutal, excuse me, a brutal injury that he he
- 1:36:42suffered 2 years ago in the divisional round against the
- 1:36:44Chiefs. So I would love to see him come
- 1:36:48back and make a return. So.
- 1:36:52Yeah, this will. So it'll be our final or one of
- 1:36:56our final predictions here for like best return man, best
- 1:37:01return man. It's tough.
- 1:37:03Like I don't even know like necessarily who all the return
- 1:37:06specialist forever team are. Shimiri DKI think could pop off
- 1:37:10again. You know, we got to get my guy
- 1:37:12Marvin Mims in Denver. Give me, give me Barry and
- 1:37:15Brown. New Orleans Saints.
- 1:37:17Nice. Got the LSU guy.
- 1:37:20I think he's gonna make make a name for himself in our in our
- 1:37:24special teams. Yeah, Mims, another guy you can
- 1:37:30put up there. I'm going to.
- 1:37:31Go with a Chicago Bear. Xavion Thomas is going to lead
- 1:37:39the NFL and kick return yards and they have Khalif Raymond
- 1:37:44returning the punts. But Thomas rookie out of the LSU
- 1:37:49insane speed. I don't know if you saw him, but
- 1:37:52that touchdown you had against the Titans, the Burners, how you
- 1:37:56put on there so. I don't know.
- 1:38:00I don't know what the chances are like what the exact number
- 1:38:06is, but if you are a wide receiver in college and you go
- 1:38:10to LSU and you play, you have a 90 plus.
- 1:38:17Percent chance of making it to the NFL.
- 1:38:22Yeah, just why? Just from how many receivers
- 1:38:25they've had drafted, even if they were special teams guys
- 1:38:30played wide receiver in college. It's.
- 1:38:32Got drafted, it's over a 90% chance.
- 1:38:37I wonder who's got the better successor that wide receiver,
- 1:38:40OSU or LSU? That's tough to just go ban.
- 1:38:47That's like just going band for band with somebody.
- 1:38:49They're pulling out your bank account.
- 1:38:52Like all those. That's like a lot of that's
- 1:38:55Ferraris right there. Both teams.
- 1:38:57That's I'm going to have to give it to LSU, though.
- 1:39:02Jamar Chase, Justin Jefferson still 2, if not the the two best
- 1:39:09receivers in the NFL right now. But you've got on the other
- 1:39:15side, I mean, you've got like Jackson Smith and Jake, yeah,
- 1:39:19Chris Olave, heck Marvin Harrison junior now Carnell
- 1:39:23Tate. But but then again, you got
- 1:39:30Malik neighbors, Brian Thomas junior on the other side.
- 1:39:35It's. So many guys from both teams,
- 1:39:38it's hard to just go band for band like that.
- 1:39:42This one I'm like, I know I'm like forgetting some good ones
- 1:39:45from both both squads that are active.
- 1:39:47Yeah, that's just to name a few guys that are on the team, but
- 1:39:51like on NFL teams right now. Yeah, it it, it kind of just
- 1:40:00goes back. I can't really pick one or the
- 1:40:02other because they've just had so many great receivers.
- 1:40:08Another Odell Beckham junior, LSU.
- 1:40:12That just made me think comeback player of the year, Odell, come
- 1:40:16on, come on. He made the roster in New York.
- 1:40:22Got to give it to him. Man, you're cracking me up.
- 1:40:24I don't know. If come back player obj all.
- 1:40:30Right. Hey, with the final 10 minutes
- 1:40:32came in, we're going to do a little interesting team building
- 1:40:37exercise, Challenge 2 and O challenge.
- 1:40:39I love this. Review this all.
- 1:40:41Summer, me and Connor. Once Jonathan came to town, we
- 1:40:45we were all over this website. Let's do it.
- 1:40:48The 82 and O challenge. Let's jump into it.
- 1:41:06And I'm putting together a special team.
- 1:41:10Yeah, you're like. What the heck?
- 1:41:12All right, well, I've been trying.
- 1:41:14I beat it on the classic style on the on screen, but I'm trying
- 1:41:19to do OK, beat it Hoop IQ. I've gotten really close when we
- 1:41:23went. Drafted memory. 80 and two,
- 1:41:28yeah, you got to think about career or or decade averages.
- 1:41:33It's it's tough. So we're going to just, we're
- 1:41:35going into it. So you went. 80 and 2.
- 1:41:39That was your record. Or 79 and 3 was the best I've
- 1:41:42gotten on the hoop IQ. OK, all right, let's try to get
- 1:41:45the 82 now. We do the we do re spins if we
- 1:41:48need them. I this is a great start. 20s
- 1:41:53gotta go Giannis. What about Alex?
- 1:41:55On to the Kubo? I saw him on there.
- 1:41:57You know what, we might want to go with him.
- 1:42:00We'll play Giannis up for work. He's flexible so we can move him
- 1:42:04around. They're like we're in the 70s.
- 1:42:10Oh, I think we we re spin the era.
- 1:42:15The 70s are kind of a rough era. I don't we're like, we just
- 1:42:19missed out on. Yeah, we like just missed out on
- 1:42:22like Alex English. Got us?
- 1:42:26Yeah. Oh man, I mean we could.
- 1:42:31I don't even think it's Alex. English is the best though at
- 1:42:34this point. Scroll down on there.
- 1:42:36Who else we got? Oh.
- 1:42:40Gosh, there's Chauncey. What's his name?
- 1:42:43There's a I'll know when I see it.
- 1:42:46There's a guy, he's got a goofy name, who I think is averaging
- 1:42:48the most points in this era. Man, that was a that was a tough
- 1:42:54one to get to re spend. Like 80s, twenty 2000s, twenty
- 1:42:5810s would have all been better. Twenty 20s.
- 1:43:02No, I'll have to check after the show, but in the 7th, no, it
- 1:43:07wouldn't have been fat lever in the 70s.
- 1:43:10I think it might be Orlando Warriors, just like they're
- 1:43:12technically the best, the highest score for than this
- 1:43:18decade. Or we could just go Dicambi for
- 1:43:23for defense. I could.
- 1:43:24I could also be wrong. I don't use the the 90s Nuggets
- 1:43:28a lot. No, they don't.
- 1:43:31They're they were sort of they weren't.
- 1:43:35They just didn't have the best guys.
- 1:43:38Statistics. It could be.
- 1:43:39It could be no Abdul or a roof. It's got to be him.
- 1:43:43It's got to be him. We'll go real dual roof.
- 1:43:47That was a tough one. Well, we'll save our our team
- 1:43:49recently. Wow 90s.
- 1:43:52Well, there's I think we just re spin this.
- 1:43:54Down. Yeah, that's horrible.
- 1:43:58Like one of their. Centers is like their best guy
- 1:44:01here. Oh, this is much better.
- 1:44:04Than in 90s they could. Dominique instantly comes to
- 1:44:09mind there. Like he's not as prolific as the
- 1:44:14the 90s but man. It wasn't.
- 1:44:18Yeah, it wasn't as big as the 90s.
- 1:44:21I think we just go Dominique. I don't know if we're going.
- 1:44:24To have Moses Malone on there. Sydney Moncrief Nah.
- 1:44:29I think we just go Dominique, I I think we're kind of cooked
- 1:44:32here. This is.
- 1:44:33Yeah, we might just. Have to get through this one
- 1:44:35and. Run it back, well we got 5.
- 1:44:37Minutes. We can.
- 1:44:38We can. Try to do another one.
- 1:44:40Milwaukee in the 80s and this, there's no Kareem here anymore,
- 1:44:43isn't there? Yeah, No.
- 1:44:45Wow. This is an absolutely putrid,
- 1:44:48putrid found. Mike Dunleavy, Marquez Johnson,
- 1:44:59Reynolds, and that's those are who those are the two names that
- 1:45:04are jumping out to me. Maybe Sidney Moncrief?
- 1:45:09God. This is like a team in decade
- 1:45:12that I avoid, like to play, so we're just stuck with them.
- 1:45:15Yes, we got to go. We got to go shooting guard, try
- 1:45:18to get a better center because I don't think it's going to be a
- 1:45:20center from this team. I want to try Moncrief, get a
- 1:45:27shooter out there. Come on, give us.
- 1:45:30A feeling like this and company. Oh yeah, this is definitely.
- 1:45:35Wow, I I think Mel Counts is the best.
- 1:45:40That's the the name I recognize the most.
- 1:45:42I think that's the best player. Let's do it.
- 1:45:44Roll it. Screw it, let's see the record.
- 1:45:50Oh, all right, if. You wanted 31 play on the.
- 1:45:53Team not horrible. Wow, we were on the 80.
- 1:45:55Five points per game. Wow.
- 1:45:57Counts was pretty bad. Yeah.
- 1:46:00These aren't. These are just these aren't
- 1:46:01going to get it done. Oh, Dominique was still
- 1:46:02averaging like 20. 727 God. I thought he had a bigger drop
- 1:46:06off than. That 27 and 7.
- 1:46:09All right. With a steal and a block.
- 1:46:11A game God OK he. Was going absolutely dumb in the
- 1:46:1580s though. Oh yeah?
- 1:46:16OK, well, hell yeah, let's go. We got LeBron.
- 1:46:20Let's go. This is hard to type with an I
- 1:46:25hit AQ. You know what I'm just going to
- 1:46:27go. I'm just going to look for.
- 1:46:30I can't type with this microphone in front of me.
- 1:46:34He's let's see LLL. He can play all 5, so we can.
- 1:46:42Move him around. That's perfect.
- 1:46:43Well, talking about his normal position for now, Houston in the
- 1:46:4720 twenties, I think we want to get Kevin Durant here.
- 1:46:53What do we is can we still get Harden?
- 1:46:55Yeah, we might be able to get Harden.
- 1:46:59But is this the best version of James Harden?
- 1:47:02No, I think K DS probably better here.
- 1:47:04Let's go Durant. That's Kevin Borders Junior.
- 1:47:07Oh God. Oh, no, no, no, no, no.
- 1:47:10Thank you. And we get Houston in the. 60s.
- 1:47:16Hold on, hold on. Wait.
- 1:47:18We move him here. Elvin.
- 1:47:19Hayes was a beast. I remember he was averaging like
- 1:47:2327, like 17 in the 70s. So that that that's not bad.
- 1:47:28That works. Clippers in the 80s OK do.
- 1:47:32We, oh, we don't even. Where are our Reese?
- 1:47:34Spins what? So we're going to have to just
- 1:47:37go through this. OK, I saw Bill Walton.
- 1:47:40I, I, we'll be free, Is there is scoring the most?
- 1:47:46For this team, Oh, there he is at the bottom.
- 1:47:49God. Is he averaging?
- 1:47:50Like is this the world be free? That's averaging like 30.
- 1:47:54I forget what team he was doing it for.
- 1:47:56I think it might be them. Let's do it.
- 1:47:58We'll put them there. We need a centre please.
- 1:48:01Warriors in the 60s, Warriors in the 60s.
- 1:48:03Oh and we can't re spin. Al Harrington.
- 1:48:11Yeah. Or do we move LeBron to centre
- 1:48:13and take like, oh, who's there? Who could we get it?
- 1:48:17Like small forward Catwon Jamieson.
- 1:48:23If on scrolling. Jason Richardson, maybe?
- 1:48:29Could we move KD to small forward or is he a power forward
- 1:48:32shooting guard? Now we can move him to small
- 1:48:34forward. That's Alvin Hayes.
- 1:48:40Whoops. Yeah, sorry.
- 1:48:41Whoops. What do they have?
- 1:48:43Do they got freaking Monte Ellis?
- 1:48:47Can we get Baron Davis? No, we can Monte Ellis or Baron
- 1:48:51Davis. That's Chris Mullen, but.
- 1:48:54I like Chris Mullen. I like Monte, Chris.
- 1:48:58Chris Mullen was kind of on the back half of his career at this
- 1:49:00point. I think Monte is going to be a
- 1:49:01bit better for us. Let's see, this is this is our
- 1:49:05last one. We didn't go 82 all.
- 1:49:10Right, that's a good team. Yeah, hell, Hayes is having 28.
- 1:49:14Damn. 28 and 17 in the sixth. Oh my God, tall tail.
- 1:49:21This is 16 points per game. That's all that's in the pick.
- 1:49:24You think Joel get mad at us if we go a little over because I
- 1:49:27got caught, caught in an accident?
- 1:49:29Couldn't. Let's try to sneak another one
- 1:49:31in. Let's.
- 1:49:32Poke in the push our lucks. Try to sneak another one in on
- 1:49:35the air. He's gonna kick you.
- 1:49:37Don't get mad, this is for all the TikTok viewers.
- 1:49:40We can't close out the site and reopen it.
- 1:49:43We can't re spin. It's glitched out.
- 1:49:47Hold on, Hold on everybody. Got to test our luck here.
- 1:49:51I'm watching the door even though we can't see if he's
- 1:49:54coming or not. I'll get the screen share back
- 1:49:59up what we. It has an audio too.
- 1:50:05Yeah, this, This site is, it has an app too, right?
- 1:50:08If I do have an app, yeah. I'm going to have to download
- 1:50:10the app because this is fun. Play the hoop IQ.
- 1:50:14There's also a there we go a 20 and O version that I found
- 1:50:21somewhere for like the NFL and then we'll have to play this on
- 1:50:27the stream one day. It's like per 36.
- 1:50:29I'm absolutely addicted to that. All right, Well, now the site's
- 1:50:33just not OK. There we go.
- 1:50:34There we go Portland IN the 70s and we can't re spin.
- 1:50:39What is wrong with the site dude?
- 1:50:4300 And then it just kicked us out of Hoop IQ.
- 1:50:47All right, that's that's fine. You know what?
- 1:50:48We didn't want to do that one anyways.
- 1:50:52Let us re spin Brooklyn on the 20. 20s Kyrie.
- 1:50:56I think it's Kevin Durant still the best.
- 1:50:58Katie Harden. It's going to be Katie.
- 1:51:01Yeah, because he's just like scoring a ton.
- 1:51:03And then he's also. I saw Igor Denim on there.
- 1:51:07Oh, where? Where am I?
- 1:51:11Why don't I see KDM on there He is.
- 1:51:15I was just. Him being in three positions
- 1:51:17right there is good. Let's say power forward for now.
- 1:51:21We can move him around. OK, see in the 70s.
- 1:51:28Ah, man. Can we finish up this round,
- 1:51:30Joel? Because HG got here late.
- 1:51:35Look at that. I wish we could re spend, man.
- 1:51:37This is, this is really frustrating because Archie
- 1:51:41Clark. Yeah.
- 1:51:43That guy. He was hooping, man.
- 1:51:46Bob Wilkerson. On Dennis, Dennis Johnson is a
- 1:51:49good choice. I think Dennis Dennis Johnson's
- 1:51:53the best we got here. Maybe Walt?
- 1:51:55Hazard. That's a sick name.
- 1:51:58Yeah, let's go. Let's go with.
- 1:52:01Johnson, I guess. Like put them on a shooting
- 1:52:04guard. Yeah, we'll because.
- 1:52:06We, we, we can move them. Sometimes it's tougher to get a
- 1:52:09good shooting guard. I like having 90s.
- 1:52:13I guess we got to just go Dominique again.
- 1:52:15Dominique again? Yeah.
- 1:52:17Good thing we left there, our small Ford spot open.
- 1:52:22Next up, the Pelicans. Oh God.
- 1:52:26Huge truth. I guess it's.
- 1:52:29Crap. Well, here we can move him here,
- 1:52:34we can move KD here, then we can put Zion as our four.
- 1:52:37I don't, I don't think like there's genuinely, there's no no
- 1:52:41one else that we could really go with here.
- 1:52:44He might. He didn't play mini games with
- 1:52:45the he he started when he did LA in the 60s.
- 1:52:51We need a 7 here. Damn, We we miss all we're
- 1:52:55missing, Ellen. Oh, oh, no, we we can't get
- 1:52:57Will. Will chamber.
- 1:52:59I think we just got a Yeah. Who else but Will?
- 1:53:03Well, we didn't go 15. Again, that was another good
- 1:53:07one, but. Dennis Johnson. 12 and four
- 1:53:10yeah, that was really just one guy he like is what we messed up
- 1:53:15on and the fact that we couldn't even re spend anything like what
- 1:53:19was that? I would have kind of re spend
- 1:53:22potentially gotten Shay or like another version of KD or Russ
- 1:53:27would have been a lot more helpful for OKC.
- 1:53:31All right, we'll we'll keep giving it a go throughout the
- 1:53:37season. I love these these sports trivia
- 1:53:40games. We'll be playing those entertain
- 1:53:42the fans. Be back next week for another
- 1:53:45episode. You you down.
- 1:53:47You want to pop in the studio if you're free.
- 1:53:50Yeah, if I'm free next Wednesday, I'm still looking for
- 1:53:55work right now and now that I'm back in the job market.
- 1:53:57So once I get once I have a schedule.
- 1:54:01Figured out and everything too. I'll be able to come on the
- 1:54:04pills more consistently. I'll at least be back for one
- 1:54:08more week. Final time out till the final
- 1:54:11whistle. We'll we'll decide what what
- 1:54:15name. We're going back to you.
- 1:54:18I think final time out, man, final whistle.
- 1:54:21It's moved on. Elsa.
- 1:54:24It's Elsa. It's nine days.
- 1:54:26Stomach. We ran that for what, almost
- 1:54:28three years. Got to go.
- 1:54:30Yeah. Let's run this race, all right?
- 1:54:32Yeah. And then the final time out,
