- 0:01Speaker 1: Well, hey, we'll take some calls. 800-321-0710 is the number.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Let's take some calls. Let's go to Kathy in North Carolina. Kathy,
- 0:10Speaker 1: how you doing?
- 0:11Speaker 2: Oh, it's beautiful here. Good morning, Mark.
- 0:14Speaker 1: How you doing, Kathy?
- 0:16Speaker 2: You have the, I'm doing, let me look. I'm doing great.
- 0:21Speaker 2: You have the best listeners ever. I'm thinking of the
- 0:26Speaker 2: listener who called over and over again. You're very patient
- 0:29Speaker 2: with him about Omar and her brother. And you, he
- 0:34Speaker 2: just called a couple of days ago and you kept
- 0:36Speaker 2: on saying, calm down. It's going to get, so has
- 0:40Speaker 2: he not called in to say you're right? They are
- 0:42Speaker 2: handling this.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Yeah, they are handling it. It takes time for these cases,
- 0:46Speaker 1: but she will be thrown out of the country. They
- 0:48Speaker 1: are currently investigating.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Well, I don't know if I'll believe that far, but
- 0:52Speaker 2: I just thought, well, it will be, it will be
- 0:54Speaker 2: immigration fraud.
- 0:54Speaker 1: They have said clearly that she did marry her brother
- 0:57Speaker 1: to get him into the country and to get herself
- 0:59Speaker 1: into the country. And, uh, That's immigration fraud, so they
- 1:03Speaker 1: probably will be able to deport her.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Well, I hope he's listening. I hope he calls in
- 1:07Speaker 2: and says thank you.
- 1:08Speaker 1: Oh, he'll just panic about the next thing. You see,
- 1:12Speaker 1: did you ever live in New York?
- 1:15Speaker 3: Yes.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Oh, okay. Well, you know, there are a lot of
- 1:17Speaker 1: people in New York. Some people. There's a certain segment
- 1:19Speaker 1: in New York that must be mad at all times.
- 1:22Speaker 1: They have to be mad. They have to be worried.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Everything is wrong. They've got to be upset. The same
- 1:27Speaker 1: thing happened with Cuomo when they said, don't worry, he's
- 1:29Speaker 1: going to get chased out of office. The Attorney General
- 1:31Speaker 1: will get them. And they just yell, when? When? What's
- 1:35Speaker 1: taking so long? They have nothing else to do. So
- 1:37Speaker 1: they just get all riled up about this stuff.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Well, remember, all these listeners that are calling in on iHeart,
- 1:46Speaker 2: we live there. We are expatriates. We just moved away.
- 1:51Speaker 2: But we are part of you. So just always remember that.
- 1:54Speaker 2: It's not like we're hanging out here just loving that
- 1:57Speaker 2: southern living.
- 1:59Speaker 1: All right. Well, thanks for calling. Let me just warn
- 2:02Speaker 1: you people before you move away. You know, you think, well,
- 2:05Speaker 1: move to North Carolina. Well, move to Florida. You're going
- 2:07Speaker 1: to miss New York. You notice how many, we have
- 2:09Speaker 1: lots of listeners around the country who have never lived here,
- 2:12Speaker 1: but you'll notice we have lots of listeners around the
- 2:14Speaker 1: country who were here and now they still listen every
- 2:17Speaker 1: morning because that's what I'm just telling you. If you
- 2:20Speaker 1: think about leaving New York, you are going to miss
- 2:22Speaker 1: it so much. You know, if you go to Florida,
- 2:25Speaker 1: they're all listening to the New York radio stations. They
- 2:28Speaker 1: all get the New York Post every day. You know,
- 2:32Speaker 1: if an area was so great, when you move there,
- 2:35Speaker 1: you'd be listening to the local radio station. You'd be
- 2:37Speaker 1: reading the local paper. But they really, really miss New York.
- 2:41Speaker 1: It's a big thing to give up. So think about
- 2:43Speaker 1: it before you leave. Hey, that crazy Mom Donnie, he's
- 2:48Speaker 1: always making speeches. He's suing the federal government. He's doing
- 2:52Speaker 1: all kinds of things except his job. There's a terrible
- 2:55Speaker 1: homeless encampment. On the east side of New York, it's
- 2:59Speaker 1: not the Upper East Side. It's under the FDR, 23rd Street,
- 3:04Speaker 1: under the FDR. It's a homeless encampment that is so
- 3:08Speaker 1: huge and so vast. Now, I'll give them credit. They
- 3:11Speaker 1: did try to clean it out. The city cleaned it out.
- 3:13Speaker 1: They chased all the homeless out. But residents say it
- 3:17Speaker 1: left a stomach-turning mess of garbage, of luggage, of chairs,
- 3:23Speaker 1: of all kinds of coolers, piles of trash everywhere. needles, feces,
- 3:28Speaker 1: all kinds of crap. 23rd Street under the FDR. They
- 3:32Speaker 1: cleaned it out. But what they do is they clean
- 3:34Speaker 1: it out and they leave. Now, they think all the
- 3:36Speaker 1: homeless will end up coming back in a week. But again,
- 3:40Speaker 1: Mamdani's busy suing ICE, suing the federal government with all
- 3:43Speaker 1: this other stuff. We'll get the Legionnaire's disease. They found
- 3:48Speaker 1: it at Yankee Stadium. He claims he's on top of it.
- 3:51Speaker 3: We continue to encourage any New Yorker who has experienced
- 3:55Speaker 3: flu-like symptoms, be they cough, fever, difficulty breathing, and that
- 4:00Speaker 3: they live or work or have visited the area to
- 4:02Speaker 3: contact a health care provider.
- 4:05Speaker 1: All right, but do something about the Legionnaires. It was
- 4:08Speaker 1: even found at Yankee Stadium. It was found in the Bronx.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Yankee Stadium has cleaned up the cooling tower where it existed.
- 4:14Speaker 1: But that's what Mom Donnie has to do, order an
- 4:17Speaker 1: immediate cleaning of every cooling tower everywhere in the city. Hey,
- 4:21Speaker 1: we got a lot coming up. I'm here every day,
- 4:23Speaker 1: 9 to noon, three hours now. And then, of course,
- 4:25Speaker 1: at noon, it's Buck and Clay. They do a great
- 4:27Speaker 1: show every day at noon. Then you got the most
- 4:30Speaker 1: listened to radio show in America, Sean Hannity at 3.
- 4:33Speaker 1: You got Jesse Kelly at 6. You got the very
- 4:37Speaker 1: funny Jimmy Fallon every night, 9 to midnight. It's all
- 4:40Speaker 1: here on 710WOR.
